| Now I want to turn back to Michigan, where this fight is. | ||
| Remember, the fight is in Wisconsin. | ||
| Last night, Greg Manns and the team stayed on the call in Wisconsin to the wee hours of the morning. | ||
| You would be very proud. | ||
| Just a real fight, and we had Matt Gaetz on for the entire first hour, the firebrand. | ||
| And in Wisconsin, they're Wisconsin nice, But they were steely resolved. | ||
| They were not going to back down. | ||
| We'll get into the details with Posobiec later, but essentially they caught him cheating red-handed. | ||
| They want to change now the playbook to kind of conform to state law because they were caught cheating. | ||
| These are going to be, I think, hundreds of thousands of votes. | ||
| Wisconsin is definitely in play. | ||
| As we told you on the show for the last weeks, we weren't covering Wisconsin in detail, but that might be the lowest hanging fruit of all in the inability to certify, either flip it or non-certify an election. | ||
| We now want to turn to Michigan, former Senator Patrick Kobach, a former NASA engineer, who was on Lou Dobbs the other day, just a spectacular interview. | ||
| Sir, walk us through Michigan. | ||
| We've had the local election board commissioners in Wayne County. | ||
| First, they said, we can't certify this because it's just a nightmare. | ||
| Then they were abused for two hours. | ||
| They were doxed. | ||
| Their kids were threatened. | ||
| They kind of flipped. | ||
| And then they came back last night and said, hey, we were sending that because Secretary of State lied to us. | ||
| It was supposed to be contingent upon a full audit in Wayne County. | ||
| And she showed her true Democrat colors. | ||
| They lied to us about to get us to vote for it. | ||
| And then she went out and just lied to us. | ||
| What is going on in Michigan? | ||
| Well I was actually at that Wayne County Board of Canvassers meeting. | ||
| I was there all the way through the time when they stated that they were not going to certify the election and they had ample grounds not to certify the election. | ||
| I mean the purpose, just a lot of your listeners may not know, the purpose of the Board of Canvassers is simply to verify the proper completion of election records. | ||
| And when you've got 71% of the absentee voter precincts in Detroit that failed to reconcile or failed to balance as they call it, which means that the number of people that were supposed to have voted in the poll book does not equal the number of ballots you have. That's a big deal. That's called an unbalanced precinct. And when it's unbalanced, it is not subject to a recount. In other words, if they were successful at stuffing the ballot with the candidate of their choice, it's an invitation to voter fraud. And those votes | ||
| stand for imperpetuity. So if a candidate asks for a recount, it's there forever. | ||
| So for the first time in a long time, somebody in Wayne County finally stood up and said, no, not on my watch. | ||
| And I'll tell you, I was with both Monica Palmer and Bill Hartman, who are the Wayne County Board of Canvassers. | ||
| They're in Detroit at the A.B. | ||
| Counting Board on election night and well into the morning and through the next evening. | ||
| And we saw egregious examples of election integrity subversion that were happening. | ||
| And I'll tell you that Michigan's in play, and I know everybody's writing off Michigan because they say it's a 146,123 vote gap on it, but I want to point out that we're currently seeing that 8.1 million people voted in Michigan. | ||
| The problem with that is that only 7.8 million are actually eligible to vote in the state of Michigan. | ||
| That's a 300,000 vote gap, and that is ripe for election fraud, and that's what we believe happened here in Michigan. | ||
| So why is no one just pounding the drum on this non-stop? | ||
| We do it on the show in the Washington Post today, that you kind of accused us of, that we're the strategy center and Rudy's the guy running around. | ||
| And we try to get all over this, and this is why we've been following you and we've been following what the board's doing. | ||
| But just the basic math right there, you've only got 7.8 million registered voters, you've got 8.1 million votes in a battleground state that was absolutely central to the victory in 2016. | ||
| So as we say, there's no conspiracies, but there's also no coincidences. | ||
| coincidences. | ||
| What, and you said, you used a provocative term, election subversion. | ||
| Walk us through what you mean and how important is this gap between the 8.1 and the 7.8. | ||
| Alright, well first of all, I want everybody to understand that this election subversion didn't start on election day. | ||
| This happened well before that. | ||
| And I've written articles on this. | ||
| I've talked about it. | ||
| If you go to my website, letsfixstuff.org, I highlight how I believe that COVID was used to subvert the integrity of the election since day one. | ||
| We had a Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, that was issuing absentee voter applications to people based on data in the voter registration database, which we knew 20% of those entries were fraudulent. | ||
| That was a recipe for fraud. | ||
| So why are we concerned about a 71% unbalanced precinct in Detroit? | ||
| Because absentee ballots is where they perpetrated most of this election fraud. | ||
| There is no chain of custody around that information, around the ballots or the vote tallies, specifically around the absentee ballots. | ||
| They use COVID as a cover for their we also we noticed I don't know if you've probably seen the stories where we were locked out of getting back into the A.V. | ||
| counting board. | ||
| Well the rationale that they use for locking us out of that A.V. | ||
| counting board at a time when they were actually counting the military ballots. | ||
| And that's a big deal because military ballots come in in a format that is not compatible with the tabulation scanner. | ||
| So they got to transpose the vote from one ballot to another. | ||
| If you don't have Republicans overseeing that process, and we had maybe 40 at the time that was in there, there's 134 counting boards. | ||
| If you don't have Republicans overseeing that, what are the odds that somebody with Trump derangement syndrome is going to fill in the Trump ballot without any oversight. | ||
| That's critical. | ||
| And they used COVID as the excuse to say we couldn't get in there because we were exceeding the COVID capacity for the facility. | ||
| They also had arbitrary rules saying we couldn't get within six feet of the poll workers because of COVID. | ||
| So yeah, this was teed up well before the actual election day. | ||
| I happen to agree with Brian McCaffrey, that gentleman from Philadelphia who was observing what was going on at the Philadelphia County Board, and he's a registered Democrat, and he said what we observed was an attempted coup. | ||
| And I believe that that's what's happening. | ||

| How are they answering right now just the basics? | ||
| You've got 7.8 million registered voters and you have 8.1 million votes that are coming in. | ||
| What's the Democrats going to do? | ||
| If you watch MSNBC, you're a racist. | ||

| The two people on the board were racist. | ||
| You're trying to suppress the black vote in Detroit, although we've got some of the smartest guys in the black community that from the second day have been saying, hey, this is all finesse. | ||
| The black community did not vote for Biden and we're going to get blamed for it because you could see where the fix was in. | ||
| Walk us through right now. | ||
| How do they how do they push back on yours to say you guys are crazy? | ||
| You're a bunch of wing nuts. | ||
| This thing's done Well, I'll tell you here's some examples that I've seen first of all, they they play the race card, right? | ||
| That's by default and by the way Detroit's not the only black community We Detroit was singled out by the Wayne County Board of Canvassers because they had 71% of their precincts unbalanced the other communities First of all, they're not as large as Detroit, but they didn't have anywhere near that egregious a breakdown on it The other way that they go off and try to attack it, I'll tell you that Chris Thomas was one of the chief election consultants on the night of November 3rd during the election. | ||
| When I came into the Detroit A.V. | ||
| accounting board, my background is actually I'm a certified Microsoft small business specialist. | ||
| I'm a bit of a tech geek. | ||
| I did cabling design in the International Space Station. | ||
| So I went in there wanting to understand the stuff that people weren't physically seeing around the ballots. | ||
| I wanted to understand The electronic chain of command between vote tallies and the communications of vote tallies. | ||
| So I asked Chris Thomas, you know, what exactly is going on? | ||
| How are you going to transfer the vote that comes from a tabulator machine out to the general public and to the county? | ||
| And he says, I don't know. | ||
| This is a guy that's been a state elected official for over two decades. | ||
| And I worked with him when I was in the Michigan Senate. | ||
| And I still remember the meeting that I had with him. | ||
| Typical engineer fashion. | ||
| I diagrammed out all the election processes as a vice chair of the Senate Elections Government Reform Committee in Michigan, and I wanted to map it all out, and I sat down with him. | ||
| He said, Colbeck, you know, you actually taught me a lot about our election process by going through this that thoroughly. | ||
| This same guy now, and getting to the point of how they're going to attack back, they're trying to undermine my credibility as a witness. | ||
| Literally, we had a court case in Wayne County That I was one of the affidavits on it, and Judge Kenney actually ruled that because I went into the election looking for fraud and found it, that discredits me as a witness because I was a poll challenger. | ||
| That's the logic that's being used on the left, and you've known the left longer than I have on it. | ||
| You know that logic is not part of the equation. | ||
| Senator, let's go. | ||
| What is happening now with the rescission? | ||
| And I know that you've got to go to the state board on Monday, but just get our audience up in the process, because people are saying, is this thing not certified? | ||
| Is it certified? | ||
| Does the president have a chance? | ||
| Walk us through. | ||

| And this Joe Biden is president elect stuff bugs the crap out of me. | ||
| And you know, as well as I do, that that's nothing but a An attempt to get everybody depressed and believing and just getting to roll over so that Joe Biden can pat their tummy and just say, these aren't the droids you're looking for, move on. | ||
| So it's all part of a disinformation campaign. | ||
| Having said that, here's what's going on with the actual process. | ||
| So the Wayne County Board of Canvassers rejected the certification. | ||
| That goes up to the State Board of Canvassers. | ||
| State Board of Canvassers is going to have 10 days to go off and figure out how to go off and try to get To validate and address the concerns that were identified by the Wayne County Board of Canvassers by not certifying it. | ||
| If they can't do it and don't feel like they should be certifying the statewide elections, then we go to tear incognito here in the state of Michigan. | ||
| This is where people blow off the dust of sections of the Michigan compiled law that we don't get into too often. | ||
| And for the latest reading that I've had on it, we go to a it requires a Senate joint or a joint resolution between the Senate and the House at the state legislature to determine how electoral college votes will be allocated. | ||
| So that's one track. | ||
| The other track is there's a series of lawsuits, including the one that I just referenced that Judge Kenny ruled on. | ||
| That has been appealed, and that emergency appeal went up to the Supreme Court. | ||
| The Supreme Court of Michigan is now reviewing that case. | ||
| So there could be orders coming out of the Michigan Supreme Court that affect how votes are assigned, or whether or not we do an audit, or whether or not we do a full-up re-vote. | ||
| Any one of those are in play. | ||
| In addition to the state threat, there's actually a federal court threat as well. | ||
| And we don't know where that may end up either. | ||
| So, bottom line is, you know, keep your hands and feet in the right at all times, because it's going to be an up-and-down road for a while. | ||
| Senator, we've got to bounce, but we're going to try to get you back for the evening show, etc. | ||

| This entire effort to close in the massive victory that Donald Trump won in the movement one on November 3rd President Trump put this all on his shoulders in the last three four weeks We had Matt Gaetz here the firebrand in the first hour breaking news out of Hong Kong Jack Yes, the Chinese University of Hong Kong the students this morning got their diplomas and in an act of absolute Bravery they left the campus in their robes | ||
| Carrying signs declaring for a free Hong Kong and what the audience has to understand is Every single one of those students about to start their futures has just put themselves in the gun sight of the new national security law inside Hong Kong Ladies and gentlemen, that is what bravery looks like. | ||

| They rescinded, now the Detroit Free Press is coming out saying the rescission doesn't actually work. | ||
| The state senator said, hey, it's going to be ten days, it won't be Monday that there will be a pining on this, it'll take ten days. | ||
| There's rumors that the president may be going to Lansing for a rally, right, to fire people up. | ||
| He may be in Georgia this Saturday at the rally, and he may be going to Harrisburg. | ||
| Right, to fire people up and to actually have a partner's discussion with the deplorables about what exactly is going on here. | ||
| So Basobic, what's happening in Michigan before we turn to Wisconsin? | ||
| Steve, what you're seeing here, and let me put all this together for people, is you are seeing people walking towards the fire. | ||
| There are local officials here in Michigan, now in Wisconsin, they're statewide in Wisconsin, These are people who are standing up, they're being named, they're going before the mob and saying, what you are doing is wrong. | ||
| These discrepancies are something that we need to look into. | ||
| We took an oath when we went into these positions of public interest, these positions of public trust, we took an oath to look into these elections to make sure that these are done and conducted with integrity and with fairness. | ||
| And that when they see discrepancies, They look through them and follow through the process until those discrepancies have been dealt with and have been cleaned up. | ||
| That's what they're trying to do. | ||
| The Democrats on the other side are doing everything they can to shut them down, to stop them, to stop any audit of the votes, and in some cases, as we mentioned yesterday, threaten them, threaten their families, threaten their children. | ||
| What is Detroit Free Press saying right now? | ||
| Yeah, there's an interesting question. | ||
| I wonder if you can clear it up for us. | ||
| Now, these two people on the canvassing board in Wayne County rescinded their votes from the night before. | ||
| One of them is timed at 6 o'clock. | ||
| The other one's at 9 p.m. | ||
| last night. | ||
| But now, this morning in the Detroit Free Press, they're saying that There's really no mechanism for them to rescind their vote. | ||
| Even if the rescinded vote could count, it already passed by the 14-day period of time for the county to certify. | ||
| So what my understanding is now is Wayne County is certified or is it not certified? | ||
| Even the Detroit Press is a little bit in the mumble tank on this and it appears that If it's not certified, it's going to go to the state canvassing board to determine whether or not it's certifiable? | ||
| Can you clear that up for us, Jack? | ||
| Yeah, that's right. | ||
| So they're trying to fight back on the certification of this. | ||
| And so what the board is trying to say, what the county is also trying to do, the county commissioner there, a Democrat, is trying to throw them off the board. | ||
| They're looking into There's a report from a local news outlet in Detroit that they're trying to look into legal remedies to throw them off the board. | ||
| So removing election officials, right? | ||
| Something you think you'd hear out of Belarus, not in the United States of America. | ||
| And next, they're saying that, well, it may not be possible because they didn't do this in an actual seated meeting of the County Board of Elections, which is something that you really have to look into. | ||
| So they filed these affidavits, Saying that they want to rescind their votes and basically saying that because they were under threat, because they felt threat for themselves, threats their families, that's why they put those votes in essentially under duress is the argument that they're making. | ||
| And now they've rescinded the votes with the affidavits. | ||
| Now, if it does come out, and of course, I think all of this is going to court. | ||
| That's for sure. | ||
| If it does come down that they do not certify, then it goes to the statewide board in Michigan, which also, interestingly enough, has a 2-2 Republican-Democrat split, the same way the county board does there in Wayne County. | ||
| Now, they have ten days, the Senator just told us. | ||
| It's supposed to be Monday, but that's in a normal course of business. | ||
| They actually have ten days to do this. | ||
| So this will be through the holiday weekend. | ||
| And then we're getting up on close to the safe harbor. | ||
| Then you're within a week, or maybe seven or eight days from the safe harbor. | ||
| And he was just saying, hey, we've got to dust off the playbook here of exactly how this goes through the State Senate and the House, because this is going to be contentious. | ||
| Before we leave Michigan, Is the President wasting his time? | ||
| There's 146,000 votes, but they're making the point that, hey, there's only 7.8 million registered voters and 8.1 million people. | ||
| 8.1 million votes came in. | ||
| This guy's saying, and others they're saying, the scam, the fix in Michigan is so egregious that you're going to get a situation that gets flipped back to Trump, or you just can't certify it. | ||
| You've got to go all in. | ||
| I think you've got to go all in at this point. | ||
| You know, the Trump campaign was putting all their chips In Michigan, or excuse me, in Wisconsin, in Nevada, Pennsylvania, I don't even know if they had had Michigan too much on their radar. | ||
| Now these, because these guys have stood up and done the right thing, they're absolutely needing to go in and go through all of these ballots, go through the absentee ballots. | ||
| You can flip this thing, or you can decertify, in which case it goes to the state legislature, and then they get to pick the electors that they think best represent the will of the people of the state of Michigan. | ||
| Look, I said on September 27th, I think it was, on Showtime about how this was going to play out, right? | ||
| About how they're going to use the mail-in ballots, how they were going to try to cheat, how they're going to do it, what states they were going to do it in, and that this would eventually not be certified and go to the House of Representatives. | ||
| And we had talked about that for two months in advance of that, but that was on national TV. | ||
| But I will tell people the inflection point came On the night, the other night, that's when I think the President really got engaged with, hey, this decertification thing is real, right? | ||
| And so I agree with you. | ||
| I think Michigan, in that moment in time, because I gotta tell you, not only my phone blew up, the internet blew up, with the Democrats being in shock, like, what is going on here? | ||
| Let's go now to Wisconsin, because I've been hearing for weeks, we hadn't really played up on the show, but people, because we're dialed in to what's kind of going on, folks are telling me, hey, Wisconsin's the lowest hanging fruit of all, because there we caught them dead the rights. | ||
| Fraud, stealing, they don't want to do it, they went outside what the rules said, they know they did it, they know they're going to try to rewrite the playbook here in some sort of formal process. | ||
| So Jack, walk us through Wisconsin, because last night, I'm telling you, was a throwdown at this like six or seven hour commission meeting they had. | ||
| Yeah, Steve. | ||
| And for the listeners out there that didn't get a chance to see it, I live-streamed pretty much the entirety of this thing with commentary. | ||
| You saw two heroic patriots step forward and come forth into the fore last night in Michigan on a Zoom call, of all places. | ||
| And you got this guy, Dean Knudsen, and this other guy, Bob Spindel. | ||
| And Steve, I'm telling you, they were made for this moment. | ||
| They were born for this moment. | ||
| Every time the Democrats kept trying to change the rules after President Trump had already ordered this recount, he spent $3 million he's paid for this recount. | ||
| They're trying to change the rules. | ||
| Dean and Bob were stopping them and cutting them off at subsection by subsection. | ||
| They were going line by line. | ||
| Crossing out saying you're not changing this, you're not changing that. | ||
| How does this get us election integrity? | ||
| How does this get us a better outcome of what's going on? | ||
| How did you fill out those ballots? | ||
| Did you cure when you weren't supposed to cure? | ||
| Steve, they were going point by point, and I'm telling you, the people rallied behind these guys. | ||
| I mean, I can't even imagine how many viewers they must have had. | ||
| My own stream of it has over a million views already just this morning. | ||
| These guys, and it's just two Republicans standing up for the right thing. | ||
| That's it. | ||
| Just standing up and doing the right thing and fighting back. | ||
| Look, the Republican Party, remember the chairman of the Republican Party before Trump was Reince Priebus and became Chief of Staff, you got Ronna McDaniel that's now the chairman, she's from Michigan, Reince is from Wisconsin. | ||
| These guys out there are thrown down. | ||
| They think it's outrageous what went down and that's why, Jack, the request that President Trump put in that had their heads blown up talked about illegal activity. | ||
| Right? | ||
| We've caught the Democrats dead to rights. | ||
| And that's why I think you get a million people on your live stream last night with the commentary. | ||
| Just absolutely brilliant. | ||
| And these are two, people would be proud of these. | ||
| These are just solid citizens. | ||
| These are not firebrands. | ||
| And they stayed all night. | ||
| And this is the way the Democrats win. | ||
| It's kind of like the way the Communists used to win. | ||
| Drag the meetings out so you show up early but you vote late. | ||

| They just want to wear you down. | ||
