Well the virus has now killed more than 100 people in China and new cases have been confirmed around the world.
So you don't want to frighten the American public.
France and South Korea have also got evacuation plans.
But you need to prepare for and assume.
Broadly warning Americans to avoid all non-essential travel to China.
john fredericks
That this is going to be a real serious problem.
unidentified
France, Australia, Canada, the US, Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, the list goes on.
Health officials are investigating more than a hundred possible cases in the US.
Germany, a man has contracted the virus.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
Japan, where a bus driver contracted the virus.
Coronavirus has killed more than 100 people there and infected more than 4,500.
anthony fauci
We have to prepare for the worst, always, because if you don't and the worst happens, War Room.
unidentified
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve bannon
Welcome.
You're in the War Room, live from Capitol Hill.
It's Tuesday, the 17th of November, the year of our Lord, 2020.
We are 14 days into the defeat of Joe Biden and the Democratic apparatus.
Embrace the suck.
All the media that's like in full meltdown.
Oh my god, we gotta crush the war room!
These guys, they're calling for violence.
That would be au contraire.
They're called figures of speech.
We're not going to stop.
We are on a roll.
We won on November 3rd.
We're closing on this victory.
The feckless Joe Biden.
This is how feckless, and this is the tell.
He can't even get any, no names, zero names want to sign up for a supposed cabinet.
Zero names.
Nothing.
Nada.
The null set.
You know why?
They know he's not going to be inaugurated on January 20th.
They don't want to look foolish.
So we're 14 days.
Into the defeat of Biden, in the whining and gnashing of teeth of the globalists.
And we're going to go around today from Georgia, to Michigan, to Nevada, obviously to Pennsylvania.
Had a long briefing this morning with the team that's en route right now to argue this case up in Williamsport.
Ibrahim, you look very pensive this morning.
Before we get to John Fredericks, what do you got?
unidentified
Yeah, I just keep getting a lot of questions of where people can find us, so I wanted to give an update on that.
raheem kassam
Podbean is the place to go to search for Bannon's War Room, and you can check out where you can download the podcast, on Apple Podcasts as well, on warroom.org, back on YouTube, on Parler, on Rumble, on Real America's Voice, on the John Fredericks Radio Network.
steve bannon
Real America's Voice is really, it'll go, it's americasvoice.news still?
raheem kassam
The website is americasvoice.news americasvoice.news.
steve bannon
The guys in Denver do a great job helping us co-produce this show, so make sure if you're a first party, go there.
raheem kassam
If you can't get on there, we've got all these other... I've also got a mirror up at thenationalpulse.tv, so that if the Real America's Voice guys are DDoSed, that we have a backup of the stream, so we're still everywhere.
steve bannon
Over 19 million downloads now in the podcast, one of the biggest podcasts in the nation.
I think somebody told me it was the 47th biggest podcast in the globe.
I want to thank GNewsGTV for putting this in Mandarin.
Okay, we've got a lot to get to.
Let's go to Georgia.
We're going to go Georgia, Nevada and Michigan in order this morning.
Let's go to Georgia and John Fredericks.
John, now they've got the Secretary of State down there is accusing Lindsey Graham of telling him to either create ballots or dump ballots or find ballots or do whatever.
What is going on in Georgia?
This thing still looks like a mess.
You're finding ballots up in counties that are weighted to Trump and they can't find them.
You've got this consent that's absolutely stunning that if your reporting is accurate and people in the legislature didn't know about it and the State Senate didn't know about it, then Georgia is going to be uncertifiable.
Sir, give us an update.
john fredericks
All hell broke loose.
Last night, Brad Raffensperger, Secretary of State Republican, runs to CNN and whines to them about Lindsey Graham, had a conversation with him, and said, is there a way that we can get non-certified, non-verifiable ballots, which are not accurate, to not be counted?
That is a legitimate question.
The purpose of the audit Was to check the signatures against the mail-in ballots and then disallow those that are not legitimate.
That's exactly what Lindsey Graham asked him.
Instead, Rappaport goes off and said, Graham wants me to cheat.
This guy is a complete fraud.
And then he goes and he throws Doug Collins under the bus and says, Doug Collins, who was running the Trump operation down here, he's just whining because he didn't win the runoff.
And then he says he's a failed candidate, and he calls him a charlatan and a liar.
This is within the Republican Party of Georgia.
So all hell is broken loose here, Steve.
And the biggest problem that Raffensperger has, except beyond the deal that he cut with Stacey Abrams, who, by the way, just mailed out 650,000 absentee ballots for the runoff.
They just went in the maelstrom today.
So you're going to have the same thing.
But the biggest problem that he has is this is a fake recount.
And people keep saying, why can't we get a signature match?
He doesn't want to do it, because if he does, there's so many ballots that are going to get thrown out, and he doesn't want to see that happen on his watch.
So he's throwing everybody under the bus to save his own skin, and the whole thing is exploding.
And now 14 state senators have called for a special session.
Brian Kemp nowhere to be found.
This thing down here is chaotic.
Now tell you the other thing.
The runoff election between the candidates, the two Democrats and the two Republicans, Perdue and Warnick and Ossoff, we've got, as you know, Lin Wood saying that runoff is not going to happen.
Because the whole election in Georgia was illegal, and he said there's a hundred percent certainty it gets thrown out, and there has to be a new election for all the down-ballot candidates.
That's just happened in one day.
The cycle here is moving fast.
There's going to be a big rally on the steps of the Capitol of Georgia in Atlanta on Saturday at 12 noon, put on by the same people that put on the million MAGA March in Washington, D.C.
We expect now 20,000 or 30,000 people in the Capitol.
It's going to be a madhouse.
People... Steve, I've never seen Republicans want to fight back like this in my life.
Normally, they just cave and they want to go away.
Everybody is fighting back.
They realize, Steve, how high the stakes are.
steve bannon
One of the things we're fighting, though, is elected Republican senior officials.
Walk the audience through it.
The Secretary of State, why does he run to CNN right away to throw Lindsey Graham under the bus, which looked like it was a completely innocent conversation?
Is that the way you took it, that the conversation was totally innocent?
And this guy runs to CNN and throws Graham under the bus to make all the defenders of President Trump's victory, and people want to close on that victory to be bad guys?
john fredericks
Yes!
He ran to CNN and took what Lindsey Graham said out of context.
Lindsey Graham has said nothing different than any of us have said here on the ground in Atlanta, Georgia, which is, we want all of the ballots that are certified and verifiable to be counted.
Those that are not should be disallowed.
That's the whole argument.
That's exactly what Graham told us.
And what the senator was asking him was about not counting or not, I'm sorry, auditing the signatures of the absentee ballots.
And just to put this in perspective, Steve and Rahim and Jack, by the way, Jack, that shirt that you have on, Did you rob an Italian restaurant tablecloth for that?
I mean, that thing's got to go, man.
I love you to death, but that has got to be, that's got to be the ugliest shirt I've ever seen.
unidentified
Savage.
john fredericks
I just got to throw that in.
unidentified
Wow.
The oracle of the sartorials.
john fredericks
Wow.
unidentified
You know you're having a bad day when Fredericks is giving you a slice of clothing.
steve bannon
Wow.
unidentified
Brutal.
john fredericks
That shirt is something else, man.
So just to put this in perspective, in 2012, Obama had 85,000 mail-in ballots.
In 2016, Hillary Clinton had 87,000 mail-in ballots.
In 2020, Joe Biden has 850,000 mail-in ballots.
In 2016, Hillary Clinton had 87,000 mail-in ballots.
In 2020, Joe Biden has 850,000 mail-in ballots.
It was 10x what Clinton got, 10x what Obama got.
So the number of mail-in ballots here has gone up to such a degree when you've got precincts where Biden was getting 99.9% of all the mail-in ballots without any downed ballot selections being made.
That is what people are questioning.
They don't really believe this system is fair and accurate.
Raffensperger promised an audit, and what we got was just a recount of the same potentially fraudulent ballots.
steve bannon
That's what the issue is.
Okay, you've got Lin Wood's lawsuit, but he's representing himself and Georgia voters.
Right, and that is going after this consent and other things.
For the audience, where do we actually stand in not certifying this election?
If they finish this hand recount, are they just going to move to certify it, or is the legislature now growing a set and saying this is not going to happen?
john fredericks
I don't think this vote gets certified by the legislator.
Now, it's also got to be certified by the governor before it even gets there.
Brian Kemp right now under a tremendous amount of pressure not to certify this because it goes from the Secretary of State to the Governor back to the General Assembly.
And one of the reasons why Kemp does not want to call a special session is he's petrified of what is going to come out of this because this secret deal between Secretary of State Rappaport and Stacey Abrams Which is illegal, was supposed to be ratified by the Georgia General Assembly, never even got to them.
So he's petrified as to what might come out of this because it was on his watch.
So he's in hiding.
Nobody's heard from the guy.
Other than he said he sees no need to have a special session.
steve bannon
There's word that there may be, is he going to actually meet with President Trump?
I know there's been limited communication, but is there any truth that there may be an actual meeting with Kemp and President Trump?
Do you know anything about this?
john fredericks
Well, Steve, we both know that the president is very upset at the governor of Georgia, Brian Kemp, for not stepping into this, having a special session, doing a legitimate audit, demanding that Rappaport get on TV, get on the news.
so i would think there should be a meeting truth be told there's no governor brian camp without donald jay trump sending those tweets out on the eve of his uh... win over lieutenant governor casey kegel who had the lead until the president waited so there was a relationship there now it's gone they probably should have a meeting and the president should be able to say his piece to the governor
steve i want to mention one other thing or uh...
who to general got shut down today again the john for the show because we have played steve bannon interviews This is outrageous!
I mean, the censorship that's going on.
I would just ask all of your listeners to subscribe to, we have to change our YouTube channel to WJFN Radio.
Go to youtube.com.
And then put in WJFN Radio and subscribe to that, because my regular channel got shut down.
Centered again, because I play an interview with Steve Bannon.
Unbelievable, Steve.
And Jack.
And Rahim.
steve bannon
It will only get bigger.
Okay, how do people get on your, what's your social media?
How do people get to you during the day, see your Twitter stream?
john fredericks
AJF Radio Show.
You can follow me on Twitter, AJFRadioShow.
But the biggest thing, we need to relaunch our channel.
They shut us down.
So go to YouTube.com, put in WJFN Radio, and subscribe to that, so we get our subscribers up.
And thank you, Steve, and we'll be back at you this afternoon.
steve bannon
Okay, John Fredericks from Georgia.
A lot happening.
He's shifted his operation down there.
Let's go to Nevada.
What's happening in Nevada?
The President's tweeting it out.
He's all stoked up on this.
greg manz
So we have huge news coming out of Nevada.
a local race in Nevada, Clark County specifically, which is Las Vegas, and represents most of the votes in the state of Nevada.
153,000 ballots were discarded.
The whole election was thrown out in this local race because they found mass discrepancies.
Now these discrepancies, they're still coming out on what the specifics are, but there's signature matching issues and processing.
So the chain of custody within the mail-in ballots have been found to have erroneous discrepancies.
steve bannon
Now, Rick Grinnell seems to think this is a big deal, right?
Rick Grinnell's the president's man on the scene, former DNI.
greg manz
Yep, Rick Grinnell's all over it, so is the former Attorney General of Nevada, Adam Laxalt.
And he's a big-time player out there and he's all over it.
steve bannon
If you have Adam Laxalt and Rick Grinnell on something, you've got the first team.
Adam Laxalt knows Nevada backwards and forwards.
Incredible guy.
Rick Grinnell, incredible guy.
In fact, when we come back after the break and talk, Fox City Mitch is going to be in here and Raheem's got breaking news yesterday from your show about the report, but also I want to go into Nevada and what you have to do.
Everybody, I want to reiterate, you're changing world history.
This is why they're trying to shut down the show.
This is why they're trying to suppress your voice.
And here's the reason.
Donald Trump, not in the room, not in the deal.
Donald J. Trump put you in the room, and that's what changed the arc of history.
They do not want him to close and claim his victory.
We are 14 days into the defeat of the globalists.
You see how they operate?
They don't have a debate.
They don't have a discussion.
They just want to shut you down.
It's not going to happen.
Biden lost.
Media Matters is going to have to embrace the suck.
unidentified
OK?
steve bannon
Biden's done.
He's finished.
He's illegal, illegitimate, did not win.
You guys can whine all you want.
It's over.
And we're going to start crushing this today.
unidentified
War Room Pandemic with Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K. Banham.
I'm with Election Integrity Project California, but also we have an arm in Nevada, Election Integrity Project Nevada, and I'm the chief analyst for both of those organizations.
Right now, we're doing a lot in California, believe me, but right now our focus today to talk to you about is what we're doing in Nevada.
We, in July, we reported 55,000 registrants on the Nevada rolls, which is about 3% of their total voters.
Who have not voted or updated in 10 or more years.
Some of them have never voted.
So we believe they probably died or moved away.
And especially Vegas is a very transient place, so that wouldn't be surprising.
But they still were all mailed ballots.
In fact, some of them are inactive status and were still mailed ballots in Clark County.
Of those, so far the data we have indicates that 8,000 of those 15,000 have actually voted in this election.
And so what we do is we're having boots on the ground, like Nigel and you discussed, actually going door to door, knocking on those doors to find out.
Our boots on the ground knows the last time that person voted and then that they voted in the recent election.
Some of these people voted 20 years ago, and they suddenly voted, which is very suspicious.
I'm not saying they can't do that.
It could be that this has a high turnout election, so some of these might be legit.
So far, and I just only have a handful I've seen I can talk about so far, I have maybe a dozen of these signed witness statements from The people at those residents who say that person never lived here or that person moved away five years ago and these are people who answer the door to our workers and were willing to sign an incident report that that person does not live at that address.
steve bannon
Okay, we're going to go to Raheem Kassam.
That's very powerful.
That is also different than what's happening in Clark County.
Clark County, Grinnell, and Laxall, all over that's 135,000 boats tossed.
We're going to find out later today exactly for what reason, but we absolutely believe it's the exact same thing.
Ladies and gentlemen, just to make sure, I know people are sitting there going, but I see the mainstream media and everything.
It's called the Fog of War.
Remember, they're out there in a disinformation campaign.
We're winning.
In Pennsylvania, we're going to be arguing in federal court today.
We're going to have the team actually call us when they land in Williamsport today before they go to the federal courthouse.
In Georgia, we're winning.
Okay?
We're bringing a massive lawsuit about this consent.
Also, many other things happening down in Georgia.
In Michigan, we're going to have an update in a second.
Looks like it may be a speed bump, but we're winning.
In Wisconsin, people are already talking about how we're going to win.
In Nevada, How we're winning.
The only thing we haven't gotten to is Arizona.
We'll get to that later.
But Rahim, what did the guest tell you?
She's going door-to-door.
raheem kassam
Right.
steve bannon
Hand-to-hand combat.
unidentified
Firstly, listen to Ellen Swenson.
She's not here on fire, screaming.
raheem kassam
This is somebody who's done this for years and years, going through as a data analyst, walking through the numbers, the registrations, the people who voted, the people who move away.
This is what that group does.
It's called Election Integrity Project California.
Very different from the Transition Integrity Project.
And what she was talking about is this strategy that's been deployed in other countries for years now, where you've had mail-in ballot fraud especially, and Nigel Farage was the first person to tell me about this, is that every time there's a special election in the UK, Britain's Labour Party basically harvests a bunch of ballots from old folks' homes, from migrant-dominated and ethnic minority-dominated ghettos effectively, tower blocks, whatever they are.
So what they've done, and what the Brexit Party and the UK Independence Party teams used to do is go door-to-door and say, hey, did somebody come by and collect your ballot?
Did this person who is said to have voted from this house, do they actually live here?
Have they lived here in five years?
Have they lived here in ten years?
Because hey, guess what?
They filed a ballot from this address And it has been counted in this election.
And that's what a real audit should really be.
Is matching up the votes with the residents.
And that's not what we've seen take place in this country.
It's not what we've seen take place so far.
And it's left to independent groups, like Ellen Swenson's Election Integrity Project, to do that with the boots on the ground.
steve bannon
Remember, it's what, 306 electoral votes right now?
I think we're at 306.
Remember, you take 16 out of Georgia, you take 20 out of Pennsylvania, you take 6 out of Nevada.
unidentified
Oops!
steve bannon
Can't certify.
Remember, this is all about certification.
Drive a stake in the ground on the 14th of December of this year, the year of our Lord 2020.
That is when the Electoral College meets.
We've said this now for months.
You're not going to be able to certify these ballots.
If Biden wanted to be legitimate, if Biden wanted to be legal, if Biden wanted to really have the backing of the American people, if he wanted to bring the country together, the Biden campaign would stop with the faux transition, which nothing's happening, right?
Nothing's happening on the transition.
Right?
He would stop whining about the non-transition and step forward and try to get to the bottom of how they tried to steal this election.
Just come clean.
Just back up all these absurd numbers.
CNN, you're supposed to be data-based, evidence-based, fact-based.
Look at the math.
Just look at the mathematics.
Biden should come forward and back it up.
Okay, I want to pivot now.
We've got so much we've got to get to.
I want to go to Dave Coleman.
Remember folks, don't start pulling your hair out and setting your hair on fire.
We're going to have good days.
We're going to have bad days.
We're going to have wins.
We're going to have defeats.
This is narrative.
We're driving forward.
We're fighting on many fronts.
Dave Coleman, you got a punch in the face this morning from an appellate court, did you not, sir?
It was kind of brusque.
You got a one-liner.
They didn't even have the common courtesy to walk through why they didn't grant your appeal?
david a kallman
Right.
We just got an order saying it was denied.
That was it.
And so we got it actually late yesterday.
And so we spent the evening and this morning putting together our emergency appeal to our Supreme Court here in Michigan.
And we filed earlier this morning, shortly after 8 o'clock.
So hopefully we'll be getting a decision today or very soon from our Michigan Supreme Court.
steve bannon
So, are they saying, just brusquely, that you don't have the receipts, as we say in the business, that you don't really have?
What you've got are people who don't really understand how elections are run, and you've got just a bunch of hearsay?
Or, what's your argument for you actually have it, now that in appellate court, you lost in district court, you now, they refuse to hear you in appellate court?
I think the audience, what our audience wants to know is, are you spinning your wheels, or is this thing real?
david a kallman
No, it's real.
Again, our affidavits, people can go to our website and read them.
GreatLakesJC.org.
And they're not hearsay.
They're direct evidence observed by the people who wrote the affidavits and signed them.
So it's not hearsay.
And we have a very strong legal issue here, which is why we think, hopefully, our Supreme Court will take a close look at this today.
And that is this new constitutional amendment in Michigan Which allows voters to demand a results audit of an election to make sure that the election was fair and accurate and had integrity.
And so it's a brand new constitutional provision just passed two years ago by the voters here, and we're asking the court to enforce it.
The lower courts of all, they're muddling this issue, Steve, of what type of audit.
There are two kinds of audits, and people need to understand this.
There's something called a process audit, which is just Hey, were the procedures followed?
Was it done correctly?
Did they dot their I's and cross their T's?
That sort of thing.
Then you have a results audit, which is an audit of the actual votes.
And to determine, like we just heard, going door to door and finding out, asking people, did you actually vote?
And you can get into the election results itself and actually change votes and ballots.
You can't do that with a process audit.
And so the lower courts have confused those two things and they're treating this constitutional amendment as if it's a process audit when the amendment says clearly that voters have the right to an audit of the results of the election.
So that's why we're hoping this is a case of first impression in Michigan and we're hoping our Supreme Court will take it up today and give us a good ruling.
So we'll see what happens.
steve bannon
Far be it from me to bring up politics in anything, but is the appellate court, is it two Democratic judges and one Republican?
david a kallman
Well, you know, I don't like to comment on the judges, and again, they gave no reasoning here, they just said denied.
But yeah, I mean, anybody can look at the makeup of the three judges and they can draw their own conclusions.
unidentified
And I take it the makeup of the...
steve bannon
The makeup of the panel in the Supreme Court's a little different?
david a kallman
Yeah, our Supreme Court right now has four conservatives, three, I guess you'd say, on the more conservative side, three on the more liberal side.
I found, though, in these kinds of cases, Steve, I don't know that those labels really mean a whole lot.
You know, our constitutional provision is pretty clear.
And we've gotten some good rulings from our Supreme Court and from both sides of the aisle here on a number of cases that we've had in front of them this year.
So, I don't know.
These kinds of cases tend to cross party lines.
And, you know, it's important that we uphold the law, that we uphold the rule of law, and our Constitution.
And so, we're hopeful that we'll get a good decision here from all the justices on our Supreme Court.
steve bannon
How do people get access to your social media, Dave, and find out more about your organization?
david a kallman
Yeah, Great Lakes Justice Center is on Twitter, has an account, we're on Facebook.
We also have our website, greatlakesjc.org, and we will be posting our filings from this morning.
We'll be going up in about an hour or so.
steve bannon
Okay Dave, thank you very much.
People, stay tuned to this.
Good fight out there.
Dave Coleman in Great Lakes Defense Center.
Thank you sir.
Maggie, you missed your opening.
No, you were on Real America's Voice this morning.
Tell me what's going on in the influencer world.
Are people still in for the fight?
maggie vandenberghe
People are in for the fight.
Yeah, I had a great interview this morning on the show before this show on America's Voice News.
steve bannon
I love Carrie.
maggie vandenberghe
Yeah, she's awesome.
steve bannon
She's awesome.
maggie vandenberghe
She's great.
And all the guys over there were sending their love to the War Room.
steve bannon
We love Real America's Voice.
Fantastic network.
maggie vandenberghe
Yeah, yeah.
I got a little update.
Apparently right now live, Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg are testifying before the Senate regarding the 2020 election.
steve bannon
Is that happening today?
Are they doing it by Skype?
unidentified
Yeah, I think it's Zoom or whatever.
steve bannon
It's gotta be Zoom at CCP.
We're fighting everywhere.
We're gonna have a report from the team that's en route to Pennsylvania in the second hour of the show.
We also may have an homage.
We're gonna defend Jack Maxey from John Frege's brutal attack in the first hour.
John Frege, you should know, those are Yale's colors.
The blue and white are the Bulldogs of Yale.
Was it Bula Bula?
Bula Bula.
Jack Max will be back in a minute.

War Room Pandemic with Stephen K Bannon.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room Pandemic.
Here's your host Stephen K Bannon.
steve cortes
Folks, my fourth point of the statistical case against Biden, laying out by the numbers, the improbability of the results as we are told to accept them right now.
These results demand further investigation and audit because, in part, because of this improbability.
Let's consider my fourth point, which is the absence of actual vetting of mail-in vote.
In states like Pennsylvania, where the governor changed the rules by himself, unilaterally, unconstitutionally, and illegally decided election procedures, knowing full well that there would be such a mass of mailed-in ballots, that there would be no way that election officials could properly vet the legality and validity of these votes.
So what happened?
In Pennsylvania, the rejection rate of mailed-in ballots was only 0.03%.
Now, that is 1 30th of the normal rate in the state of Pennsylvania.
And mind you, for first-time voters, the typical failure rate is 3%, so 100 times higher than the rejection rate in Pennsylvania.
New York, right next door, When they went to large-scale mail-in voting for their primary, they had a rejection rate of 21%.
That is 700 times, 700 times higher than what we saw in Pennsylvania.
The point here is that very, very likely many, many, perhaps thousands, tens of thousands of these ballots in Pennsylvania are not valid, are not legitimate, but they were not scrutinized.
This is another statistical reason for us to seriously audit and review all of these results in these battleground states.
steve bannon
Okay, we've got the one and only Steve Cortez, and Steve Cortez, I think, deserves a hat tip from everybody in the Trump movement, single-handedly, or not single-handedly, I mean as part of the team, but really as the tip of the spear led this resurgence of Hispanic support and Latino support for the Trump movement, for populism, economic nationalism, and of course, President Trump.
He now joins us from Chicago.
Steve, you're also a guy that, you know, people know you on TV as a Trump surrogate, but they don't know you're one of the smartest hedge fund guys, Wall Street guys, you've been doing this for 30 years or so.
And this is not about Biden being compromised by the Chinese Communist Party, all of his failings as an individual, his family, his corruption, all of that.
This is about, there's just a brutal Mathematical case against the legitimacy of Joe Biden.
And on the second week anniversary of his defeat, his catastrophic defeat, and the gall they have to try to steal this in front of us.
Right?
I want to bring you on, your Chalk Talks were amazing on the campaign, so I want to bring you on and walk through, take some time, and I want to walk people through systematically why the math just says this is laughable.
Right?
So we played the first Chalk Talk, we'll play another one when we're ready, but go ahead and explain to our audience why this is a joke and why the evidence-based, science-based, data-based MSNBC and CNN will not discuss this.
You'll never see these charts up on those networks because they realize it exposes the scam.
unidentified
Right.
steve cortes
Steve, thank you for having me.
Look, these Chalk Talks have really taken off.
I'm going to continue doing them, even though I'm not full-time with the campaign anymore.
One of the reasons I know that they're significant is how much howling they're generating from the left.
And you know this better than anybody, Steve.
When you're getting criticism and when you're getting catcalls from sort of the right people, meaning, not meaning right-wing, meaning those on the left who should be upset, it matters because it means you're making a difference.
This Chalk Talk you just played got, I think, about 2 million total views.
I'm laying out the statistical case For the numerical improbability of Joe Biden's win.
You know, you mentioned some of the qualitative factors of why he can never be our Commander-in-Chief.
Those are really important.
But let's also talk about the quantitative factors.
The data that suggests that what we have here, if we are to accept it, it was a numerical perfect storm.
To use a sports analogy, not only did he get everything right in every exact place where he needed to get it right, But the confluence of them all put together, and I wrote this article for Raheem's excellent publication, National Pulse, and I give four points here.
This is one of the four's turnout.
I say when you put all four together, the confluence of the four, it would be similar to, to use a sports metaphor, pitching a perfect game in the World Series.
Okay, that can be done.
I believe it's happened one time ever.
But it would be like sweeping the series, winning all four games to sweep the World Series with perfect games.
Is it theoretically possible?
Yes, it is.
Is it likely?
Hell no.
It means we have to take a look.
If that were to happen, for example, what would we do?
Well, we would start to take a look at the umpires, for example.
Was this fair?
And so on this first I don't think this was a mistake.
This wasn't incompetence.
This was by design.
I laid out the case there for how really there was just a complete void of vetting in the state of Pennsylvania.
And by the way, I don't think this was a mistake.
This wasn't incompetence.
This was by design.
Governor Wolf, the reason that he unilaterally, illegally and unconstitutionally decided to change the election laws of Pennsylvania is that he knew that the system would be so inundated with ballots that there would be no way that we could do a proper vetting.
And so what happened?
It was one-thirtieth the level of the vetting of 2001.
It was at a dearth of vetting that was set in next door New York.
It was 700 times greater.
And don't think that this is Pennsylvania only, by the way.
I just did yesterday a Chalk Talk on the same issue for the state of Georgia.
Georgia's rejection rate Correct me.
was 1% similar to Pennsylvania.
This time it was, excuse me, it was 3% I'd like to correct me.
It was 3% in Georgia in 2016.
This time it was 0.24%.
So in other words, it was 1 12th the level of rejection, even though the total number of ballots was six times larger this time in the state of Georgia.
If we had the same rate of rejection in Georgia this time around in 2020 as we did in 2016, at least 39,000 ballots would have been rejected.
And here's the point too, Steve.
This doesn't mean that they're just rejected for technical reasons.
It can very well be that they're rejected for fundamental reasons, meaning this person's not a valid voter or the signature isn't anywhere close to looking.
The point is there was no vetting.
The numbers show us this.
And given that reality, these votes have to be audited, not recounted.
They have to be audited.
steve bannon
Yeah, here's the thing, too.
I want to get into both Pennsylvania and Georgia and other places.
It's not just... Remember, in Pennsylvania, I think it had been 1%, but that was on 260,000 ballots.
These are people that were used to making requests for absentee ballots, right?
They had done it.
They still had that.
When you do these things that are 10, 15, 20 times, you're getting marginal voters that have never done this before, and they said, oh, well, John Legend did a video, and somebody else did a video.
I don't want to hear about your videos.
That's ridiculous.
That doesn't, that can't change behavior.
You put up a couple of videos and they said, oh, you don't understand, we put up videos and really got the word out.
No, that's ridiculous.
Don't give me some absurd answer to this.
That's why this is so blatant and so in your face of these illegal, uncertifiable ballots.
And remember, if you can't certify this election, right, Trump claims his victory.
Let's go into the, let's go to, can we, yeah, go ahead.
I want you guys to jump in.
unidentified
I want to add some context here in two ways.
raheem kassam
Number one, Madeline Peltz and Media Matters are going to come out with a headline later on today that says Steve Bannon says John Legend couldn't impact the election, right?
Now, before they do that, I want them to consider this.
For the last four years, we've been told how Steve Bannon and Cambridge Analytica are the dark arts masters, understand everything, World of Warcraft, everything about the thing.
So be very careful before you write your headline today, Madeline, about how Steve doesn't know how people operate and what motivates them, right?
Because the last four years you've told us that he understands everything about everyone.
steve bannon
Science.
raheem kassam
And that it's Mark Zuckerberg's fault for letting him have the data, etc, etc.
But I just want to add in to something that Steve Cortez said a minute ago from the Data that we're seeing from our team of statisticians, which goes into this in detail, they say in the executive summary for Allegheny County specifically, the facts suggest a mathematically extraordinary event occurring in multiple counties simultaneously at a magnitude well above what is needed to change which candidate won Pennsylvania's electoral votes.
The hypothesis therefore suggests, a predictive model hypothesizes, Up to 30,500 fraudulent votes in Allegheny County alone with the model able to expand to other counties with more time.
Biden's votes alone are being inflated and the hypothesis suggests a singular or small set of actors in a position to intercept and modify all precincts data applied a stuffing the Gaussian vote fraud scheme to increase Biden's votes in Democrat heavy districts that would be undetected by the workers at the precincts but exceedingly trivial to detect in a Gaussian differential.
steve bannon
I want to make sure Cortez gets this.
We just broke some news that this group that Raheem's been working with, a statistical group, is putting out their report today.
It's a bombshell to watch.
We're going to get more on this as we go through.
I want to go, we got the second Chalk Talk from Steve Cortez.
Let's go to that and then Raheem, Jack, you guys jump in.
I want to bring Steve back.
Let's go to the Chalk Talk.
steve cortes
More data on the statistical case against Biden, the statistical improbability of the Biden win and the serious numerical, not my opinion, numerical anomalies that demand more investigation.
Point number three, Biden only ballots, meaning people who voted for Joe Biden, but then did not vote down ticket, even in places that had hotly contested races, for example, Georgia.
But first, let's look nationally.
450,000 Biden-only tickets.
That is balanced.
That is very, very suspicious.
Let's look at the state of Georgia.
The difference.
President versus Senate.
There are two Senate races going on in Georgia, so a lot of interest there.
unidentified
Trump.
steve cortes
This is the differential.
Trump versus the combined Republican-Senate vote.
The differential is only 818 votes.
Absolutely minimal considering he got 2.4 million votes in total in Georgia.
In other words, almost everyone who voted for Trump also voted down ticket, voted for the Senators.
Biden though, a 95,000 vote differential.
There were almost 96,000 people in Georgia allegedly who voted Biden only and then did not vote for Senate.
That seems far too wide to be believable.
And again, the statistical case, the circumstantial case demands more investigation.
Another video coming up.
steve bannon
Steve, you're much too charitable.
I mean, it's this is like it's like the four perfect games.
It just can't happen.
You can't.
I mean, I realize you're trying to unbalance it, but go ahead.
This Biden thing alone stinks to high heaven and is the blatant nature of how they're trying to steal this.
steve cortes
No, of course it does.
But look, Steve, I'm trying to make sure if I'm making a numerical case, I want to be very honest about the case I'm making.
And I want to be honest that it is circumstantial.
Now, it is absolutely compellingly circumstantial, right?
And I think the circumstantial evidence, the numerical evidence, Points us to the places we need to go to find the fraud, and it certainly appears that Sidney Powell is finding that fraud, and perhaps Lin would as well.
But I want to make sure that I maintain the credibility of the probability here.
As you mentioned, this is something I did on Wall Street for decades, is assess probability in financial markets.
When I saw these returns, and just to let you know, when I saw these returns coming in at Trump campaign headquarters late into the evening, early morning, I said to myself, because my brain is just trained this way from financial markets, wait a second.
This is an anomaly.
This is an anomaly.
Another one.
Another one.
By the way, I put four in this article.
I could have gone on to 40 if I could have held the reader's interest.
And the idea that you can have a confluence of these all at once, Is nearly an impossibility.
It is certainly so improbable that it demands the highest level of skepticism.
And these Biden-only votes stink to high heaven.
450,000 of them or more on a national basis.
And here's what's even worse than just the fact that that number is so large, Steve.
It's that they're in the right places, meaning the right places for Joe Biden.
In other words, you did not see this phenomenon in settled states, in places that are deeply blue like New York or deeply red like Alabama.
Instead, you saw it in the swing states.
So when you see anomalies and when you see anomalies that are only occurring in the places that can supposedly secure the election for Joe Biden, I think anybody who's being honest about stats and math and numbers has to stand up and say, wow, this really, really stinks.
It requires much more investigation.
steve bannon
Steve, can we ask you to hold through this break because we want to bring you back and pull the camera back and get the big picture.
Steve Cortez, he's got his new show, he's kicked back off and he's going to be all over media.
One of the reasons you don't see him on CNN and MSNBC, they don't want to have Steve Cortez In their face, right?
This is a guy that comes with just brutal logic.
The math.
He's got the receipts, right?
And they don't want to address this.
So we're going to take a short break.
We're going to return at the 11 o'clock hour.
We're going to actually break the news of Rahim's new study that's coming out that's going to be shocking to people about what's going on in Pennsylvania.
We're also going to have the team from Pennsylvania that's arguing in Williamsport at the federal courthouse.
We'll also be on.
Boris Epstein and the team will call in and give us a live update as they land.
Rudy Giuliani is going to argue the case today.
Rudy's at the tip of the spear in the lead tank.
Okay, we're gonna take a short break.
Midge, Raheem, Jack, bulla bulla Jack, and Steve, we'll be back in a second.
unidentified
War Room.
Pandemic.
With Stephen K. Banham.
The epidemic is a demon and we cannot let this demon hide.
War Room.
Pandemic.
Here's your host, Stephen K. Bannon.
steve cortes
Continuing on with the statistical case against Biden, the improbability that these results are valid.
The second point of my op-ed is outperformance versus Obama.
It is really quite stunning how much Joe Biden outperformed Obama, but only in the places that mattered in battleground states.
In other words, we did not see this on a national basis, this kind of outperformance that we saw in a place like Montgomery County, which is outside of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania, a key, mostly swing county that leans slightly blue.
In 2012, Obama got 233,000 votes in Montgomery County.
But look at what happened this year for Biden.
He got 313,000 votes in Montgomery County.
He more than doubled Obama's margin of victory in Montgomery County.
And by the way, population growth does not account for this.
The county only added 22,000 total residents between 2012 and 2020.
Is it really possible that this lazy and doddering candidate, Joe Biden, was able to so massively outperform a politician with rock star appeal like Barack Obama.
Again, it is a statistical anomaly that demands more investigation, more auditing of the results.
steve bannon
So Steve Cortes, has there been any response by the Democrats or even... Jack Maxey brought it up the other day.
No one's asked Obama in all these interviews about his new book.
Hey, you're supposed to be such a rock star.
Sleepy Joe Biden blew you out.
Nobody asked him that question.
Not one.
He's doing interviews non-stop.
steve cortes
Right.
And only where counted, Steve.
That's the point.
So in other words, he did not outperform in places like Los Angeles.
You know, as I said, in settled states, either deeply blue or deeply red states, we don't see this phenomenon, which should make everybody very, very suspicious.
In this case of Montgomery County, Obama won it.
And look, I'll concede this to Obama.
I won't say much about him, OK?
But when it comes to politics, he was absolutely a rock star.
He brought in a level of charisma and mystique that we hadn't seen at that point since Ronald Reagan.
And he was able to win Montgomery County, which is basically a swing county, leans a little blue.
He was able to win it by 59,000 votes.
It's one of the reasons that he became president of the United States.
You're telling me that Joe Biden, from his basement, This corrupt and lazy and doddering career swamp dinosaur that he was able to more than double the margin of victory in Montgomery County.
He won it by 131,000 votes in 2020 versus only 59,000 vote surplus for Obama.
I think that this just it is it absolutely stinks to high heaven.
And it tells us that this is not just unlikely, but in all likelihood illegal, what happened here.
That fraud must be present.
I mean, that is where the numbers lead you.
And thankfully, by the way, speaking of Pennsylvania, Team Trump will be arguing in court today.
And I believe that Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell and others will provide the proof For the cheating and for the shenanigans that unfortunately unfolded in this country that these numbers I've been talking about for the last two weeks all point toward.
One of them being outperformance of Obama.
I think, you know, even hardcore Democrats have a hard time explaining that.
How is it possible that Biden outperformed Obama to that degree and only in the places that mattered electorally?
steve bannon
They won't touch it.
Avish, what I want to do is get one more.
And the reason I'm playing these Chalk Talks, they're absolutely perfect examples of how you can compress complex information and get it out to people.
We want to get the box set and send back out today.
Let's have Denver play the last one right here on Turnout.
Let's play it.
steve cortes
Folks, I published an op-ed in the National Pulse about the statistical improbability of the Biden win.
Now, I want to be clear here that the statistical case is compelling, but it is not conclusive.
It is circumstantial.
What it does is point to the improbability of these results, and it demands that we thoroughly audit and investigate these results.
Now, I give four reasons.
I'm going to do four videos.
The first one is turnout.
Turnout was exceedingly high and in the places that Joe Biden needed it.
Again, that defies logic.
In Wisconsin, for example, statewide turnout was over 90%.
To put that in context, the country of Australia, voting is mandatory.
You get fined if you don't vote, and their turnout is only 92%.
Within Wisconsin, Milwaukee was critical.
Not surprisingly, that provided all More than all of the surplus for Biden in the state.
He won Milwaukee by 145,000 votes.
Turnout in Milwaukee was a stunning 84%.
It's pretty hard to believe if you put it in comparison with another Midwestern city, similar demographics, similar size, Cleveland.
Turnout was only 51%.
Are we really to believe that Milwaukee naturally had turnout that much higher than Cleveland?
It really strains credibility.
It demands further investigation.
More coming up.
steve bannon
Steve, this is the thing, is that with a charismatic figure like Obama, right, a historic charismatic figure, they couldn't put up anywhere near these numbers, but then we just look at the raw turnout.
It's a joke.
They're trying to steal this in broad daylight, right?
They're trying to steal this in broad daylight, and this is why there's no legitimacy to Joe Biden, there's no legality to Joe Biden, and they can whine and throw toys out of the pyramid, do whatever they want, This is going to be shut down.
You said you could get 40.
Walk through, if you had to take it to its logical conclusion, how brutal a case could you make that mathematically this is like almost near impossible?
steve cortes
Oh, listen, to the point where I don't know how anybody could defend the other side.
And by the way, this is the only one of the four videos I noticed that got a lot of response from corporate media.
And what they came back to me with is that my math was wrong on the 90% because they're claiming turnout as a percentage of total adult population of Wisconsin.
I'm talking about turnout of registered voters.
My numbers are correct.
There are 3.6 million registered voters in Wisconsin, 3.3 million turned out.
To put that in context, by the way, the country of Australia, voting is mandatory, punishable by fine if you don't do it, and they do enforce it.
They only get 92% turnout, okay?
So 90% turnout is hard to stomach.
And of registered voters, that's up from 82%.
Wisconsin's a high turnout state, okay?
I'll grant that.
But it still went from 82 to 90, which is a significant leap.
And in the city of Milwaukee, which is where the entirety of the margin, more than the margin, for the state of Wisconsin occurred, 84% turnover.
I think if you compare that to Cleveland, as I did in the video, very similar cities, Midwestern cities, very similar demographics.
They even look alike, actually, if you've been to the two of them.
The idea that Cleveland had a very believable 51% rate and then Milwaukee has 84%, you know, again, we cannot believe this case.
It's also unbelievable, you know, literally in my view, that this president did better among minorities.
You mentioned at the beginning of our talks today that he did better among minorities than any Republican has done in 60 years.
And yet, we lost this election while adding 10 million total new voters to the America First revolution.
The numbers simply don't add up.
And I am confident, as I know you are, that we won the legal vote, and it's going to be a twisted road, but this president is going to be sworn in for another term on January 20th.
steve bannon
Cortez, how do people get to social media?
How do they follow you during the day?
You've got to follow Steve Cortez.
How do they do it?
steve cortes
So Twitter, I'm at Cortez Steve, Cortez with an S. And over at Parler, I was able to get my name in the correct order.
It's at Steve Cortez on Parler, please.
steve bannon
Okay, brother, keep going.
You're one of the mainstays of the Trump movement.
We'll have more of you later in the week.
Steve Cortez got his radio show also, what, 6 to 8?
Oh no, 5 to 7 Central Time in Chicago.
One of the key voices in the Trump revolution.
