All of a sudden, somebody comes out to my right, quickly, two steps, real fast.
Oswald and the police stepped out.
Ruby went back to the paper.
And they called me over and they said, do you have anything as good as this?
And it was Jack Beer's picture, which was already on the wire.
Jack always liked to get up high.
He was standing on this little concrete wall.
The chief photographer was right outside the door, and I remember letting out some sort of a yell.
And that's when we realized we'd beat our competition.

I saw the actual killing happen live, just out of the blue.
This guy comes with a hat on.
We found out later that this is Jacob Rubenstein, a Jew, and me and my brother.
We're Jews.

So this was a very traumatic experience for me at 13 and I feel some of the trauma today.

How do you connect Lee Harvey Oswald to Jews that he has to be killed?

Now, during Kuntzler's last visit, Ruby handed Consular, his defense lawyer, a note in which he reiterated that his motive was, quote, protect American Jews from a pogrom that could occur because of the anger of Americans over the assassination.

He must have known Jack Ruby, and those who tasked Ruby with killing Oswald must have known, that if Oswald was tried, and those who tasked Ruby with killing Oswald must have known, that if Oswald was tried, the Jewish hand Because Oswald would have said I had nothing to do with this.
Those shots from the window was a decoy.
Now, Ruby was certainly informed about the precise moment when Oswald would be transferred.
