All right, welcome to the latest blood money episode.
Today we have a very special guest, Gianna Michelli, who is actually doing a show for our network and is here to talk about some of the most recent developments in the state national world.
How are you doing, Gianna, today?
Drama in the state national world!
Yeah, yeah, that's what we hear.
So, you know, obviously at America Happens, we have sworn to always be truthful with our audience, and we did have a series called the State National University.
It is a field which is, you know, something pretty relatively new that a lot of us that are looking for freedom, that are looking for really what our constitutional rights are, which seems to have been usurped in this country, Are looking for solutions.
Hence, you know, we dove into the state national world and there's a lot of worlds we dive into at the America Happens Network because it's all about knowing all the information that's out there.
And, you know, we have kind of an exclusive today in terms of what has been going on with the state national world, what Gianna has learned from studying the whole state national world.
So I'll stop talking, Gianna.
Tell us, you know, bring us up to speed on everything that's been happening.
Was that freestyle?
Because that was amazing.
Really? I was in bed this morning like, okay, what am I going to say today?
Because as much as I would love to dish like Perez Hilton or something, I have to remain classy.
God, where does one even begin?
On the first of the year, I put out a scathing article that people could go read themselves that are all dirty details.
I kept my mouth quiet for eight months about people disparaging my reputation in the state national world.
And it was because of things that they were saying about me that are the most vile things you could say about a woman, things men say about women, that I decided to unleash that blog.
But I don't want to talk about that today.
People can go read it if they want.
But the state national world, I was just a student.
Taking classes and I type really fast and I just kept taking classes over and over because they promise you that you will be on a path to claim your minor estate.
And so they sell you this dream that there's some riches at the end of it through your birth certificate.
And so you keep taking the classes, you know, you dangle the carrot and you keep going.
And so I really enjoyed them because I love the law and I love learning and I type really fast so people would ask me to purchase my notes.
So my entry to become sort of a leader in the community was very organic in that I was like, well, people, like a lot of people want my notes.
And I'd already made nine books For women's health over 40, I just self-published books.
It's not really hard. That's why I don't find them on Amazon.
I don't like the parameters of Amazon.
So there's a couple books there. But once I found out Amazon's just gross, I just published my own books and I put them in envelopes right here in my kitchen.
And I much prefer that better.
The profit's better, too. So I made my...
And it was called Freedom, the Patriot Playbook to Restoring Your Rights and Freedom.
And it used to say, State National Level 1, State National Class Level 1.
And it went along with the community that I built, where I teach people the principles.
And it went along with The Rumble Show, which I really, really enjoyed doing.
However, once some events happened, I had to start looking at, oh, I don't know if I can put out misinformation or disinformation.
I feel like I'm all alone here without you and the double screen.
So whatever you want to do, I don't care.
But thank you.
You're so funny. You know, it probably makes it more psychologically feasible for me to have a conversation.
Yeah. So, I would say that the arrest of David and Bonnie Strait, which I believe was in March or April, was the beginning of the end, and they're trying to resurrect it now.
So, of course, when David and Bonnie Strait were arrested, it was a big, we're supposed to have this limited diplomatic immunity because we're state nationals, you know?
And a lot of people in the other leaders' communities, like the assemblies, Anna Von Reitz, there's David Strait, Bobby Lawrence, Anna Von Reitz, we've got the pickle guy, you know, he's got his own flavor, Brandon Joe Williams.
Yeah, yeah, the pickle guy, yeah.
We did a podcast together way back when.
And so...
People many times become a state national and they don't know what it means or why they want to do it.
So they'll just have someone do this paperwork for them and they don't really know how to stand on it.
And so what was really lacking in the David Strait, Bobby Lawrence community was standing.
And they yell at you about it all the time, but they don't teach it.
So that was one thing to be learned.
And so the arrest of David and Bonnie was a really big deal.
How can this happen?
They're supposed to have limited diplomatic immunity.
And so from that, a lot of questions had to be asked.
So as far as the David Strait arrest, he was pulled over.
I believe it was a coordinated coup.
There's possibly corruption and some dislike of the Straits in Johnson County.
Bonnie Straits sued Johnson County on behalf of her father's wrongful death.
I think she won, but I'm not sure.
But Bonnie's case of being arrested, as far as I know, was like the last day of a probation she was on.
So, you know, If they're gonna be jerks, they got her on something.
I don't really know the details, although people have sent me the papers from her court case.
Like, total strangers send me all kinds of shit.
You cannot even believe it.
And it's very funny.
And I've seen them, but I don't know what are facts.
So, Bonnie Strait is still in jail, so whatever remedies they thought they had have not worked.
And then David's arrest, they pulled him over for his license plate because he drove on a Texas Republic private plate, which is not illegal or unlawful.
They did give him tickets, I believe, for no license, no insurance.
The private plate. I think there was a fourth one.
I just can't remember right now.
However, it is not illegal or unlawful to drive without a driver's license.
There is no law that states one has to drive with the driver's license.
Many people argue with this with me on Twitter and social media.
And I ask them to show me.
So they'll pull up the DMV, Department of Transportation, things like that.
Those are rules codes and statutes and they only apply to driving in commerce and when you are operating a motor vehicle.
When you purchase your automobile, it is not a motor vehicle.
It becomes a motor vehicle when you register it with the state.
You essentially gave it to the state and you said, hello state, here's handcuffs, please rule over me.
But here's how they got David Strait with his Texas Republic private plea.
They mass-produced plates.
I have one actually, but now I know I can't use it, but it was similar to this.
But the problem that they did, it wasn't sanctioned by the Republic of Texas, which is its own entity, and if it has a logo of someone else on it, you can't use it.
So the plate really has to be your own when you're making private plates.
There can't be like You design plates and sell them to thousands of people.
And so that's how the police officers and the FBI, even, they're like, oh, you're a sovereign citizen.
There's no such thing as a sovereign citizen.
It's a terminology made up to scare you away from exercising your rights.
Because even when you read this manifesto that they give the police officers, like the cadets today get this manifesto, If people are standing up for their rights, they're somehow wrong.
It's one thing to become what isn't really a state national.
What you want to become is a foreign national.
You can't find state national where David Strait would say it was 8 U.S.C. 1101-2123.
8 U.S.C. 1101-2121, you'll see the words foreign national.
But people don't really know what it means.
What it means is you're a national You don't want to be a state national.
A national is to have allegiance to a place.
So if you were a national of the US, that would be like people from the territories are considered to be US nationals.
I don't want to...
Give my allegiance to a state.
So being a state national does that for you.
Now, the state national movement has recently changed their terminology to, at least the David and Bobby people, to be calling themselves American nationals.
And they're saying, well, we forgot some code.
And they said the code was...
8 U.S.C. 1101-22B. So I went looking.
Okay, what are they doing? And I don't find any 22B, so perhaps the person who said that misspoke.
But I do find it suspicious that after three plus years, they're figuring out some other way.
The proper term you would want to be is a foreign national.
And I could talk all day about this.
This interview could go 10 hours.
So I want you to look at...
I think what is the people who's come across the border since Biden, 10 million people, they're saying?
Those people all came, I don't know about all, but many, because they dumped their ID on the other side before they come over.
They're entering the country without passports, without government IDs.
They're getting on planes without government IDs.
Why can they do that and you can't?
I always tell people, ask yourself, what gives one man authority over another?
Well, they're foreign nationals!
By definition, they're not US citizens.
They're foreign nationals. So why don't you be a foreign national?
So how do you become a foreign national?
You simply decide that you are.
A lot of these state national movements have this so-called paperwork, this affidavit of repudiation.
You don't need to repudiate it.
I understand David Strait's point.
I did it. I'm going to rescind mine.
I'm already in the process of that paperwork.
You don't want to tell the Secretary of State you're a belligerent combatant, you know, because you could end up on those lists, although I'm not afraid of them at all.
I'm not doing anything wrong.
I'm not doing anything unlawful or illegal.
So I do think in the state national Bobby Lawrence David Strait people, they were doing things I don't want to be associated with.
I don't want to specifically call out people right now, but some people know, you know, they can feel things.
So the arrest of David and Bonnie was the beginning, and then let's say there's a middle part.
That someone spoke at the 1776 conference that claimed...
Can I ask a question?
There was a message I saw.
I mean, there was an individual, a female individual, that was using some very harsh and racist words.
And I don't know if you want to talk about that at all, from the David Strait world, right?
To a point where, I mean, it made her look very bad.
Oh, on my blog?
Yeah, yeah.
Like, was there, am I correct?
There was a few N-word droppings there?
Yes, yes. I mean, like, seriously.
So this is like a representative that's dropping the N-word and using that to make you look bad.
I mean, really making herself look bad, really, when you're using that kind of language, you know?
Yes. And some people, when this person caused trouble with me, She's very dishonorable.
She owes me money. She's owed me $155 for eight months now.
I gave her ample chances.
And I was willing to just walk away because she's not professional, not mature.
She basically invited me to two And so if there's two seminars with 500 people coming, I'm going to order 200 of my books.
That cost me many thousands of dollars.
And then a week later, she's like, oh, can you not come because we don't have room for you?
When the week before, she told me they didn't have room for someone else.
Of course, it's suspicious to me.
I do not care if people like me.
I had a deal with David Strait.
He got a royalty from my books.
And it was just between he and I. But she was the facilitator of me vending at events.
So I just was like, shh.
I just blocked her. I was done with the nonsense.
There was two incidences that were, you know, just like, wow, it's not a lemonade stand.
This is a professional business, and you've now just cost me thousands of dollars because once I order books, I cannot cancel the order.
I will eventually sell the books, but I already had 100 books at home.
I don't need this many books at one time, you know, and then there's the shipping of it.
And so it just sort of steamrolled from there.
And then someone said to me, It was because of my blocking her that she went in the telegram channels and was like saying all these lies about me and like really psychotic.
And then someone from the state national world who was my friend was like, Janet, if you don't rebut these lies, they're going to be presumed to be truths because that is something we teach in the state national world.
conditional acceptance, you know, rebut lies, then they could be known as the truth. So I made a 19 page affidavit of truth and sent it to her. Not that I expected anything to happen. It was more for shits and giggles. But again, a series of letters back and forth and she's not remotely in my intellectual league. And she sent back silly letters like I don't owe you this money when it's in screenshots in black and white, I am giving you this $150 that you're
going to use towards a scanner. And you're going to give me this PDF that you scan in exchange for it. And so it's ridiculously stupid beyond comprehension.
And so when she used my $150 Amazon gift card, like I don't know anything about Amazon gift cards.
Apparently they take a commission.
So she only got $133.45.
That's not my problem, okay?
So when you want to refund me, you refund me $150.
And she did eventually, after four letters back and forth, And in those letters I used very crude language because that's what she is.
If you're going to lie and steal and be dishonorable, sometimes the words have to be descriptive to implement who you actually are.
So she sent a check for 133.45, which I rejected.
And all of this is coming from my newly learned law perspective, you know?
So I rejected the check.
It's so funny to talk about because I was freaking stupid.
I'm like, do you really want to go to war with me for $16.55?
Like, if it were just the money, it would be one thing.
But she's disparaging me through the community, which really didn't affect me much.
A handful of people were like, oh, I saw this about you.
And some people believe what she said.
But, you know, luckily, my confidence and my curriculum stands on its own.
So, you know, that just...
That just is the most amazing set of consequences where, like, do you believe in God, Vem?
You know, because I feel very protected by God in that I have been able to take a pivot because I did not invent the state national curriculum.
I just took the classes, I believed in it, and I thought that the delivery was very poor and that I could do it better.
And actually, since I put out that scathing blog, many people have emailed me.
Like, many email and message me.
Only one person was like, don't send me this crap.
I'm like, well, you can unsubscribe. You're an adult.
But only one bad message.
But several people had said they didn't understand why this alleged high-level information was only distributed on a Telegram channel that has no organization.
Why can't someone put it in a book?
You know? So I did.
And I think that ruffled some feathers because I came along and did it bigger, better, faster, stronger like the six million dollar man.
And so people were jealous and people think I was becoming a millionaire from these books and the situation and I would never reveal what my finances are because of being in the state national world.
But it created jealousy among people who are not capable of generating a dollar of income on their own.
Many people are not the face of their business.
So I'll give props to the pickle guy for that, that he does put himself out there and everyone knows who he is.
But I am the face of my business.
I would not want to do business with people who I don't know who they are.
So the state national people, none of them are the face of their websites.
And a lot of people mistakenly think that websites belong to David Strait.
Who doesn't facilitate any of them.
This woman that has the beef with me facilitates them all.
They're very unprofessional. And once people were telling me they were paying her and not getting what they were supposed to get in services and goods, I could no longer have her on my website.
And when that run of books ran out, I was not going to have her in the back of my book.
So all this just exploded, which was just fine.
So I took a pivot where we were studying this estate that people chase, and I've come to the conclusion that that's just a big carrot.
I don't think there's any reality to it.
I'm not doing that anymore.
So okay, what am I going to do?
So a quick question for the flaws with the process is that firstly it's state national and should be foreign national.
I just want to make sure we kind of correct Some of the misconceptions out there, because that's part of what this is all about.
You know, we're all going through this journey.
And the one thing we could always try, you know, promise of yours out there is truth and transparency.
So now that this information has come to us, is it so it's basically you don't do state national, you do foreign national.
You're saying that this trust the state is kind of you're you're realizing that there might not be truth in it.
What are the other kind of bullet points of things that you discovered that people should adjust their thinking towards?
I'm going to hurt people if I say this.
You know, the truth, you know, sometimes the truth hurts, but that's what we got to do, you know?
That's okay, because the telegram channels are promoting things lately, like, we're sick of people monetizing this.
Well, I am going to Ask people for money who want to learn my knowledge.
I've been learning this since, actually it was the COVID, so about April when I moved to Florida in COVID, April of 2020, I met a gal that introduced me to the common law.
It's not really so much about the common law, but deciphering the difference between Entering contracts into government agencies and entities versus living freely.
We don't need to say common law, admiralty jurisdiction, those things.
So that's kind of a misnomer.
You don't need an MCO. You do not need to file paperwork with the Secretary of State.
Everything that you put into a courthouse or a county recorder or government entities is not you being free.
It's you You're using their system, their paper works, their submissions.
So by doing that, you're not free.
And so if there isn't a state to claim, You would still be using something that the state created.
Now, I have no knowledge of a single person in the last three years claiming it, whereas the state national channels, David Strait, Bobby Lawrence, they're still dangling a carrot that you can claim some public estate versus the private estate.
And so to that I have put out, nobody wants to respond to me.
So between me, I'm not going to say people's names, but there's probably 12 to 14 vendors that would be at any state national seminar, and 35 telegram freedom coaches.
So you're telling me in the last three years between roughly 50 people, not a single one of us claimed our estate in the public?
Why not? If you claim it's there and you taught people how to do it, where are they?
You know, not that people need to make themselves known to me, but what also could be noticed that in my scathing article and things I talk about, because someone else is harassing me for Speaking what my experience is, if you and I do business together, and let's say you're a jerk to me on this interview, I can go on Twitter and say, that Miller was a jerk to me on that blood money.
That is the factual statement, and I can say those things.
I'm not slandering you as my opinion.
Not a single person mentioned in the blog has messaged me, sent me a letter.
I've not heard from any lawyers saying, take down those lies.
So there's that, you know.
So when they talk about monetizing the Movement.
They mean, don't anyone else make money besides David and Bobby, you know?
So there has been a handful of the vendors that have all kind of fallen by the wayside of truth.
There's not a lot of, like this, this, I paid $300 for a package for this.
I can't get my money back now, which is fine.
I bought land in Texas, a little square of land to get a land patent that has no prohibitive value.
The AOR has no prohibitive value that AOR and the Freedom Bundle package they sell, that's 150 to 400.
That has no value whatsoever.
The MCOs have no value whatsoever.
They promote a PMA where they just give you the paperwork that they change the names on without ever answering a question about how can I use a PMA? How do you engage in private economic activity If you don't know what it is or why you can do it, why do I not have an LLC? My business is in a PMA because I sell people to people, and so the government can't interfere in that.
So, you know, I could go on and on.
Then they sold t-shirts and things, and that's fine.
It's no big deal. So when I talked earlier about Being protected by God and believing in God.
So I took a pivot for the last six months where we thought we were under the tutelage of some curriculum that would give us an estate claim, pay off mortgages, auto loans, things like that.
That did not happen either.
And by the grace of God, someone very amazing came into my life.
I didn't know what he did and he didn't know what I did, but we had met and kept in touch.
And then, you know, as we just had a couple more phone calls, I was like, wow, this guy has already been living in the private and he really knows how to live in the private.
And I did not know I had already been living a lot in the private.
So let's talk about what that means.
So the last time I filled out a tax form was 1999.
And that was for a sales job I had.
I had made over $100,000.
I was getting a lot of money back, but I never did anything more than a 1040EZ. I'd never owned property.
I didn't have deductions.
It didn't matter. It was very complicated, and I just didn't want to deal with it.
So I always filled out a 1040EZ, and I always got money back, so I didn't think it was a big deal.
However, that time in 1999 when I was doing those taxes, I actually read what was underneath my signature line and it said, you're signing this under the penalty of perjury that you understand what you're doing.
And I thought, you know what? I do not understand what I'm doing.
I signed that because it was getting money back, but I decided to never fill out one again.
Now, since this new instructor that I've partnered with has come into my life, He was telling us how your IRS contract goes year to year.
And so if you have been paying taxes, you did a contract from 23, you have to finish that contract.
But now for 24, you should alert your employer or your tenant, depending on however you do taxes, and change your filing so that you no longer have to pay taxes, being that you are not required to pay taxes.
There is no law for that.
And many people are very afraid.
Now, they can sit here and look at me and think I'm a big-haired bimbo and they're not going to listen to me, but they would listen to a person who graduated law school and is an expert in corporate banking, finance, UCC code, all that stuff.
And he would be far more believable, even though I could repeat the same words that he has taught me.
And so we encourage people to do that because we have somebody.
So this person came into my life and we pivoted with the curriculum.
So we got on the phone and I'm like, wow, look at all this stuff that you could do.
And he had said, Gianna, I can only help people locally.
I invited him to do an IRS class inside my membership, which is at LearnFreedomUniversity.com.
And we charged $25 for the class.
He was just going to be like a guest instructor.
But when we heard his magic, We're like, wow, this guy is on fire with what he talks about.
So it's not only like, I feel like the state national world was like, here's a map.
If you've ever seen like the freedom bundle, the freedom map, they call it different things and do this, this, this, and this.
So people had the perception that I prefer when it's you and I, I don't know who's producing today, but it feels like...
It's me actually, yeah, because I'm...
As you're saying stuff, I'm like Google searching and I'm worried.
Yeah, yeah, like I've heard that.
And by the way, I said Google searching.
I should be more precise.
I'm using DuckDuckGo.
But yeah, I'm like, I just, you know, I don't want the viewer to think I'm not paying attention.
Don't do that because we have it all. You know, you're welcome to come to the university.
So he said, you know, I can only help people locally because there's just people that don't.
They don't get into the whole online world, you know, and I'm deeply in the online world, you know.
I read The 4-Hour Work Week in 2005, and I was doing hair, making tons of money back then, but it always stuck in the back of my head because the guy in The 4-Hour Work Week, Tim Ferriss, interviews back then, we didn't have then what we have now.
He had a website called The Truth About Abs, and he and his family were ski bums.
They lived in Aspen, and he did not quit his day job.
Until he made a million dollars a month.
Like a million dollars a year was not enough.
A million dollars a month. And back then that was unheard of as internet money.
And I always thought, God, I want to do that.
So it was about when I decided I didn't want to do hair anymore, I spent easily a hundred thousand dollars learning the internet and how to be a person on the internet and make money on the internet.
And so that's an advantage I had over the state national vendors and people.
Sorry, you know? So, when he saw what I have, this platform, how I distribute and organize the curriculum, because that's also a big complaint of the Telegram channels.
It's not organized. It's difficult.
And they'll just, like, they'll throw a picture of U.S. code or a quote from the Constitution or something.
It doesn't have any meaning, you know?
That's what a lot of people on Facebook did that were my early Influences about freedom.
I'm like, teach me something.
What do I do with this, you know?
So I will be grateful to David Strait for what I like to refer to as the wake up.
But it didn't go anywhere.
And then I think there was Tales told about his history and things like that and I heard him say one thing you know I was in a seminar and I heard a very minuscule lie but I heard a lie and I was like oh you know when it just sort of like it's turning and it made me start thinking and then the arrests happened and then lots of things happened where things just didn't make sense and then of course there was the explosion with his assistant that turned into what it did but a new person who's so amazing so I
flew out to where he lives I'm like What do you know how to do?
And I'm typing and he's telling me the problems he can solve.
So we made a course curriculum and then we went into each course, which I'd love to talk with you guys about today.
And we developed like very specific.
So a big complaint about the state national curriculum is that they don't teach you how to do anything.
Like David Stray talks about this traffic ticket.
Oh, you just write no contract on the ticket and you send it back.
Well, that doesn't work for everyone.
Because they don't know how to stand upon it.
They don't know that should the court reject that, which it's totally feasible.
But there's 3,300 plus counties.
Not every county clerk is going to be amenable to you and your red marker when you're big F you.
So what do you do when they send back a letter?
Now you have to go to court.
Oh no, I have to go to court.
People don't know how to stand that they don't actually have to go to court.
It's a game of tennis. So we like to call the curriculum Cradle to Grave.
So I changed from State National.
I had to stop the show because I could no longer promote possible disinformation or misinformation.
So I had to sit back like, okay, what's right?
What's not right? I dove into the estate stuff and It took me months to do that.
I will definitely come back with a new show with my new partner, but we're almost done building the curriculum.
As soon as the curriculum is solid, then we can give back to my one or two hours a week that you guys so graciously gave me.
So the new curriculum is cradle to grave because what people don't understand is the government is screwing you from the moment you come out of your mother's canal.
From the moment you come out, I posted on Twitter today the most unbelievable chart because I was preparing for this.
What are we going to talk about today?
And the chart of when you have your child and you as the mother signed the birth certificate registration goes to so many agencies.
I think I put it in my notes here.
Yeah, I did. Okay. So it'll make your head spin.
So you just, I never had a baby, so I don't know what they do, but you just had the baby and maybe 20, 30 minutes later, I'm sure you're on drugs, you're exhausted, your head's fucked up, you've got pheromones going, endorphins, I don't know, but you can't be like normal and coherent.
And they're essentially putting a contract in front of you without full disclosure of what it is.
And it creates securities with no securities licensed person.
Okay? It's breaking the law.
Here's what happens. So it goes to the birth clerk.
So one quick sec.
That's fraud.
Tell me if this is incorrect.
I just want to name off a few things that I've learned studying this stuff.
So that's fraud. That's breach of fiduciary duties.
That's non-disclosure.
Careful, you're turning me on with that terminology.
Did I get that right?
I'm not a lawyer, but I would agree with that.
Could we start a revolution to rescind our birth certificates?
It's possible, but it would clog up the courts.
I don't know what we would get out of it.
This is just in the county.
And for the people who think this is bullshit, go look at your birth certificate where your mother signed, or if you're a parent, where the mother signed.
Because some of them in some counties, the father doesn't even sign.
Not everywhere, but he just says father.
The mother, little box in like.6 font, it is teeny, teeny, tiny.
It says informant.
And then go look up Black's Law, what an informant is.
Why doesn't it say mother? Why would it say informant?
Because that is a contract that lawyers And all these little boxes, there's no mistaking every single way that birth certificate is formatted has been designed as per the Chicago styles manual, the GPO styles manual, which is the styles manual that every single bar card holder uses as the styling for documents that has meaning if you sign on the left in the middle or the right in boxes, no boxes.
So here's what happens at the clerk, at the court.
I mean, I'm sorry, the county.
The birth clerk gets it, the birth log gets it, the EMR, electronic medical records system gets it, the OBGYN gets it, and there's a pediatrician already lined up, okay?
Then it goes to the state vital records office where it enters the EBRS, the electronic birth registration, the vital records and statistics, the local registrar and And state Medicaid.
Why? Why state Medicaid?
Are they just waiting for you to possibly need Medicaid?
It also goes to the DMV. Why?
Why DMV? Voter registration because they're waiting for you.
They're waiting for you and they're tracking all this.
It goes to the NBS, the newborn screening for inherited disorders.
They're tracking everything from the moment you're born until the end of your life.
Immune information system.
Birth certificate sale means the bond goes on the market.
Some people say from the basement of the hospital, but I can't verify that.
Then it goes to the national system.
I couldn't believe this when I looked it up.
There's a thing called STEVE 2.0.
It's a national vital record system, a thing called NAPHSIS, N-A-P-H-S-I-S. And it said under NAPHSIS, along with its stakeholders and partners, has initiated the development of the next version of state and territorial exchange of vital events.
Vital means one thing, you know, it's tracking us.
There's a SAM system that has to do with the CDC, but I couldn't get more information without the right credentials.
Then there's the NCHS, National Center for Health Statistics.
It's a federal agency that collects and analyzes data on health and population.
Social Security, the state birth files go to the national birth file, and then finally to the federal government, academic institutions, researchers, and many healthcare organizations.
Now you know why everywhere they want your social security number.
Everything you do is tracked.
Everything. And they're giving them to the migrants, you know?
Now that will lead us that we say from cradle to grave.
So now that your vaccine pressure, there's vaccine pressure from the pediatrician.
They try to coerce you and make you believe, some people believe that you have to get vaccinated to attend public school.
That's a fallacy. People think, they don't ever think about their rights.
They're just not trained.
Obviously, there's a reason the government didn't want us this.
And now let's get up to being a teenager.
And this is something I found out from my new partner.
I had no idea. A teen can drive a car with the parent's permission.
Wow. How about that?
With the parent's permission, when you say teen, are we talking about 13?
You know, he didn't say specifically.
It would be obviously within your confidence factor, you know, what you think your child can do.
But then I said, because I was like, wow, really?
You know, although I drove at 14 and my dad was a cop and he didn't care if I drove.
He trusted me, which is very funny that maybe my dad knew it wasn't illegal, but I didn't know that.
I said, what about the insurance?
You know, because the insurance always asks you, Named drivers.
He said, no, no, no, no.
The insurance follows the car, not the person.
They only ask you to name the drivers in the household because they're going to hit you with extra charges.
Never name the drivers in your house.
Let's see what else I have here.
You know, then Social Security.
Okay, you asked me to speak to a lady yesterday about her status.
And I was happy to, so we got on the phone.
And she changed her status in 2019, but she doesn't know what it is.
Can't explain to you. And finally, I was like, well, what's your intention for doing this?
You know, like, I know I want to be free.
I know I don't want to be under the jurisdiction of any corporate.
All the corporations bounce down from the United States to Washington, D.C. Everything is a subsidiary of a state agency, and I want to do everything possible No state agencies rule over me.
And so she didn't really know.
And that's fine. I'm not making fun of her.
But she's in some struggle right now.
Lost her job in 2019.
She's been door dashing for years.
And she has to door dash every day.
She's in her 60s.
Or she will fall behind.
I think that's very sad.
Because guess what? She has $110,000 sitting in Social Security.
So she can't begin Social Security because it won't cover her.
But she can get it out.
You can request to have your money back.
So these are things we teach people how to do inside Learn Freedom University.
How do you find out how much money you have in Social Security?
You can go on there and look up your account.
They send statements. So she looked up while we were on the phone, and I didn't have to tell her.
She already knew where it was. She put in $55,000 somewhere in that vicinity, and her employer put in equal $50,55 somewhere in that vicinity.
So why should this woman struggle right now?
Now, is $100,000 going to last for the rest of her life?
No, but...
Can she get through an emergency she's in right now?
Maybe get some job training, start a business, something that will pull her out.
She's literally in a seven-day-a-week spin cycle.
Wow. She's got to DoorDash every day, all day to survive.
Wow. Not the kind of country we should be living in when we're giving illegal immigrants visa cards loaded with money.
So now we teach you how to ditch the DMV. As far as the driver's license, because now people want to argue with me on social media.
Do you have a time limit for this?
No, no, no, no. Because I could talk all day.
I have Nine traffic ticket victories challenging jurisdiction dating back to 2006.
And so one of them is on my website at GiannaMasselli.com.
It was my first time standing up, not using my driver's license.
And so the officer very much violated my rights.
And you can see on the website, I don't even have the time.
I can post all of my victories, but my paperwork has evolved to be so brilliant.
And especially now that I have this Non-bar card law school graduate schooling me.
He calls me grasshopper because I'm learning everything that he knows.
Like, it's my goal to...
I'm like, nothing can happen to him.
I want to wrap him in bubble wrap.
Like, did you take your vitamins? Are you okay?
Do you put your seatbelt on? I'm like, I want to learn everything he knows because...
Right now I need him.
But we are learning. We're having classes every week.
So, but everybody loves him.
It's been amazing curriculum.
And it's just like we've taken, we take a step up into the state national, but now we've taken the escalator up to here.
So you give the DOT, Department of Transportation, that's really where it's coming from, the Jurisdiction over you by applying for that driver's license.
Now you're talking about fraud, fraud of contracts.
It never tells you when you're studying the little DMV book and you take the test, you know, that you understand that you're giving up your right to travel and you will follow the rules codes and statutes of the Department of Transportation of your state.
But it never tells you they only are for people in commerce.
Well, no people are actually in commerce.
Only corporations are in commerce.
So in the state national world, they'll tell you, well, you're not in commerce.
You're driving in the private. But when you're driving Uber or a school bus or a dump truck, that's in commerce.
Well, the truck might be in commerce, but you aren't depending on the attention.
So let's say I own a school bus and maybe I I operate a school bus, but I'm driving my school bus to go to church on Sunday.
I'm driving a commercial vehicle, but my intention is in the private, so therefore the rules, codes, and statutes don't apply to me at that moment in time.
And now you can also surrender your license and your plates.
I have just now, this week, because of our classes, I'm now officially 1000% confident to do that because I fully understand how to stand upon the principles that I have a right to travel.
Last night I designed my private plate.
And it should be coming any day now.
And once we do that, I will be surrendering.
Let's talk about the surrendering, though.
To surrender, you can't just turn it in and say, I quit the DMV. You must fill out the surrender form.
Now, they may not volunteer that form for you, but you have to fill out that form, or better yet, make your own form.
Like, I'm going to make my own surrender letter and turn that in.
Because you should be purged from the system.
That when a police officer pulls you over and he wants, oh, you have to ID. No, I don't.
You can give me your name. Give me your first name.
There's no law that states you have to have a government-issued ID and you have to give it to him.
And so we teach you how to stand.
Because it's easy. Here's my license and my plates.
What are you going to do when this jackass is out the window and maybe he's fresh out of the cadet academy and he's read the FBI sovereign citizen bullshit, you know?
You have to know how to stand.
You have to know what questions to ask and what to say.
They may or may not give you a ticket or a hard time.
If it's getting heated, take your ticket.
No big deal. They have no jurisdiction over you.
You can take the ticket and crumple up and toss it right out.
I prefer to address it because we have a goal.
We have a goal and a mission in LearnFreedomUniversity.com.
We want to see all of you.
We want to see private plates everywhere because you don't need this state, you don't need the system, and the very police officers that take an oath to uphold the Constitution are part of a conveyor belt of a scheme to deprive you of your rights.
Wow. Wow.
So private plates. Let's talk a little bit about this.
And I know you mentioned some of this before.
So how does one go through the process of getting private plates?
Is it you basically...
DuckDuckGo. There's a site that we prefer.
I don't want to give them free publicity, but we teach you how to do this.
And there's a couple components of the plate that we feel are very specific and important so you can stand upon your right.
If I put this on my car, this multi...
This that a whole bunch of other people have.
I put myself in danger.
I don't want to do that.
So I don't want to just throw out information because sometimes people run with it and they don't know how to stand.
You have to come. And I've been at this a long time.
I have since last October not volunteering my license to police officers.
And this year in 2023, I proudly say I got five tickets under three different occasions.
Let me tell you what they do now with my tickets, Vem.
It is so funny.
So I like to give them, I like to say it's a shiv, you know, like, like you violated my rice food, like I'm shivving them in prison.
So not only do I rescind the ticket with an affidavit and I basically, and I don't care if they're listening, but I have the same form.
I have all the things written out.
I changed the officer name.
I changed the badge number.
I changed the date. I changed the ticket number.
All else stays the same because it's all the same rights violations.
The facts of the ticket do not matter.
Did I not give my license?
Did I not have insurance? Did I make a left hand turned on red?
None of that matters because there's no jurisdiction.
So the letter only addresses that you don't have a contract, you don't have jurisdiction.
Now, they're not going to read my affidavit because they're lazy, but I have it because it's official.
But I also like to include a letter with a narrative.
I like the narrative.
So I brought a sample one to dazzle the people, okay?
Let's dazzle the people with the analysis of a traffic ticket.
So here's some text taken from one of our letters.
This actually happened to our instructor.
The officer used his emergency lighting in the private parking lot of AutoZone to effectuate my unlawful arrest, which impeded your movement, which is illegal, because he did not like the license plate affixed to my truck.
A police officer has no authority to put on his emergency lights in a private parking lot, okay?
There's lots of small ways your rights are being violated that people don't know.
And take a look around. Next time you're driving, the police sometimes have red lights and sometimes have blue lights.
Do you know why that is? Why?
The red lights are for emergencies.
Let's define an emergency now.
This is how you have to go down the rabbit hole and you have to be taught how to think.
Because you can't just watch LA Law on these old TV shows that think they're teaching you law.
Red lights are for emergencies.
Emergencies mean a life is in danger.
So they're putting on those red lights.
Who's in danger? Yeah, yeah.
Hi, officer. What is your name?
How can I help you? What's the problem?
You put your emergency lights on.
You can start right there. Now, always, adult, get a cradle for your phone.
Boom. You got lights on. Put your phone on and put the camera on right there.
Get it off. And...
I don't have the time to walk through everything, but we have some amazing scripts.
When they use the blue lights, they are in commerce.
That's why we call them the policy revenue pirates.
They are trying to steal your money by trying to give you a ticket and hoping you are uneducated or meek.
You're not going to stand up to them.
And if you've never been to traffic court in Las Vegas, one of my favorite places to go to traffic court, which I don't go anymore, but before I knew this knowledge, I would always take my day in court.
I don't know if it still happens, but it did.
You go to traffic court in Las Vegas, they'll put you a date on your ticket and you go and you get in this like, you know, line of cattle.
And some fresh out of law school guy or girl will say, you know, you can plead guilty to parking on the sidewalk and just pay $115.
That way there's no points on your insurance.
And they're like, they're selling you, you know, oh, this is so great.
Take this offer. And I look at them and I said, did you really spend three years in law school to become a used car salesman?
No? And I have to.
I have to sometimes use the language.
And they're like, they just give me my date.
And then I used to take my date and the officer never shows up, ever.
Unless it's a serious something, you know, maybe DUI, they never show up.
So it would always get dismissed.
And I'm like, woo, like I won. But now with the paperwork, it's so exciting.
So let me tell you more about...
The analysis of how you fight this, and I'll tell you what's happening to my paperwork.
So from this letter, it says, I informed the officer that my truck is private property, which it is because it was not registered to the state and not subject to registration with the state of Louisiana or any other state.
The officer proceeded to ask me for my license and registration, of which I informed them I do not have.
I courteously presented the officer with private identification bearing my name.
I could talk all day. We could go into private identification.
So I ask you to think what's happening at the border.
People without proper government-issued IDs are crossing the border and boarding planes.
Can you do that? No, you cannot.
If you even tried, you'd be arrested.
So where is the validity or any Depth to government-issued ID because it only required, it doesn't even require, like, if you are going to courteously ID yourself, you could make your own little ID card.
Show them my ID. As long as you're not lying, that's your real name and stuff, you know?
As long as it doesn't have the intent of fraud.
Then the officer asked me if I was a sovereign citizen, then enacted his intimidation protocol by summoning other police cruisers to the location and blocking off the parking lot of the retailer.
Now, to people who are not learned, this could be terrifying.
Yeah. It can be.
Even every time I get pulled over, like, it's a little bit nerve-wracking, although it's happened to me so much, it's not a big deal anymore.
Now I'm a thousand percent confident because we just had two ticket classes, like DMV and ticket classes, this last week, and I'm much more educated than I ever got from the state national world.
Now that I'm a foreign national, learning the true meaning of living in the private.
So, at the conclusion of the extended investigation, the officers agreed that my truck was not registered and proceeded to tell me that registration was required and they gave him a ticket.
They have no authority to give him a ticket, but he wrote this letter because we want to re-educate the system.
So, in that space, I got five tickets over 2023 in three different instances.
Two of them were in the same month, two weeks apart.
And I will stand at the window and I will invoke my Fourth and Fifth Amendment rights.
So I'm driving on an unregistered car and I don't want to show...
I have insurance but I don't need to show my papers so I will invoke my Fourth Amendment right.
And I've since learned a better way to articulate that but I didn't do anything wrong.
So officer number one didn't give me a hassle Wrote me a ticket for the registration and he said I didn't have insurance, but if you run my plate, you will see that I have insurance because the system's connected.
But I go home, I do my paperwork, I send it in, and for the first time, the Las Vegas Justice Court Clerk returns my paperwork packet, which is about 20 pages because I provide the evidence from the law and the codes and stuff.
And I list exhibit A through G. These are the reasons you have no authority over me.
They returned my whole packet with a ticket, which is if you got a ticket in Las Vegas.
It's like a CBS receipt.
It's like this long. It's like skinny and long.
And it's attached to the paperwork.
It actually happened.
It exists. Now, I don't know what happens from an officer's computer to the Las Vegas Justice Court, But the court clerk issues me their white piece of paper, where they have options to check whatever reasons are on there, and they check the other box, and they say, it's all typed.
Ms. Maselli, we cannot find this in the system.
Please check back later. Oh, really?
Because they're not going to say, you were right.
We don't have this right over you.
So the ticket disappears, basically, as a result.
The ticket disappears. It's they're out.
Wow. They're never going to agree with me.
And I was like, wow, this is unbelievable.
But I did go online and check it later just to see, because I had never seen that before.
Now, two weeks later, I get pulled over for speeding on Maryland Parkway.
And it was hot.
I think that was August.
It was really hot. And the officer is on a motorcycle, so he's got all long sleeves and a bandana for the sun and everything.
And he's being a complete jackass.
I'm saying what I'm saying.
I am nice. I'm a middle-aged woman with a little dog in the car.
I'm running to the cleaners and getting gas and errands during the day.
And he is 0 to 10 like this.
And so I am going to make a judgment call.
I'm not going to push him.
And I try to stand up.
I stand up for myself, but if he's going to be a jerk, I'll give him my shit.
I don't care. I'll just resend the ticket.
I do not care. I don't want to go to jail.
And he threatened, which they can't take you to jail for traffic check.
They just scare you like that. But he did threaten to take my dog to animal control, and I didn't know at the time he can't do that, but he's a dick, you know?
So, I have a folder, and I had not reorganized my folder from the last time, so I probably spent seven seconds, like, going through my folder, and he's screaming at me.
Why don't you have it ready?
You know, like, and so because I know he's being a jerk, I'm going to take longer because he's out in the sun and I'm in the air conditioning.
Okay.
Mm.
Touche.
Where's the time limit?
Is there a time limit?
You want to leave?
Go right ahead.
I don't care.
But he ventured out.
It was very funny.
So I had to pull up my insurance on the phone, which took longer too.
He ordered me out of the car.
He was scary. He was very scary.
So I did, but I'm laughing at him.
I'm not afraid, but I complied.
And so once I gave him what he wanted, because they're always going to lie, cheat, steal, propagandize you, they've got to get that information.
They're intimidating you.
So if you come to Learn Freedom University and you find out how to stand, that's not going to happen to you.
It's going to be nerve-wracking the first couple of times, but you can even just like take our script, and you know what I'm doing?
I want to have made, I'm looking into this, where You know, he gets the oil sticker up on your windshield, but it's like, I found the place to make that.
So I want to put the script on that clear thing so you'll have it convenient right under your oil change if you get pulled over by the pirates.
So once I gave him that, he dialed it.
He was like all happy.
Boom, I'm giving her these two tickets.
And the same thing happened.
I do my rinse and repeat paperwork, and the clerk sends them back to me.
Ms. Maselli, we cannot find these.
I got a third ticket for the registration when Formula One was here, and the guy was such an idiot.
The left lanes were blocked, so from the middle lane, I made a left.
Am I not going to go on my block because there's some colons there?
He was just an ass.
But when I was saying to him, I go, is your camera on?
And he's like, yeah. And I said, I do not wish to contract with you and do business.
He knew what I was doing and he ran away like a little girl.
Really? You're running away like a little girl, you know?
I think now, like my first ticket in Vegas from like two years ago, when you look that up, On the website, you put the ticket number in.
It has like a data entry, like this is the ticket, this is what they did, you know, all the lifetime of the ticket.
It ends with the word constitutionalist.
But that's on my record.
That's my juridical person.
That's my driver's license juridical person.
So the thing about being a foreign national is that I'm not the juridical name.
I can only represent, I only am.
See how my name is there on the screen?
Gianna Maselli. You are not the all caps name.
It's hard for people to understand this.
That is the name they made up to do business with you.
All those entities that went into the birth certificate?
That's how they do business with you.
Do you have any questions?
So let me ask you, yeah.
So in terms of this paperwork, they could find this on your new website or how does it work?
No, it's in the membership. The membership is a monthly membership.
It's a three-day free trial.
We have on-demand classes for all the new curriculum we made up.
Not made up, but me and the partner got together.
So I can run through some things that you can learn in there.
So everything I've told about today, you're going to learn about in there.
How to exempt yourself from the IRS. You can learn how to annul your state-authorized marriage and memorialize your marriage decree with God, because a lot of people do not understand.
I want to do a video expose.
I was at the courthouse this last week asking some questions about something, and I said, you know what, I want to understand The marriage application.
So I went in there, and there's no paper.
So I go online, and it was too long, so I came and did it at home.
So when you apply for a marriage license, they are not disclosing what the contract is.
So I made up a fake name, and I went through the whole profile.
And all it is is a cast of characters, your name, his name, your date of birth, where you're from, your parents' names, things like that.
They want to make sure you're not cousins, things like that.
But they never disclose the terms of the contract.
So the terms of the contract is that your corporation and his corporation joined with the state.
And joined. It's a legal word.
And joined with the state. And everything that comes out of the creation of that Merger.
The state owns.
So now you have babies.
Biological property. That's how they call it.
Your biological property.
You are the predecessor.
There's all this fancy language you learn, which you learn in the university, but there's all this fancy language that they use to trick you because legal and lawful are not the same thing.
So that's why you have to go to a judge to get a divorce when you don't need to do that.
You can work out your own agreements.
You can have a beautiful ceremony under whatever religious Venue you prefer, but they also get you like this sometimes.
So maybe you don't want to go their route.
So I was in there listening.
Marriage licenses, because I used to live downtown in like 13 to 18, they were 50 bucks.
They're $110 now.
And I tried to look up how many marriage licenses were issued for 2022.
I didn't look really hard, but I didn't find it on the first page of Google.
And it's true. Nobody goes past the first page of Google.
It's like, oh, that's too much work, you know?
But, you know, I would love to know what that number is.
And so while I'm listening, oh, the clerks, oh, when is your special day?
And oh, that's so much. All kinds of bullshit to get your money.
Under what thought process do people think they need to get permission to this date?
And pay. It's like slavery right there.
Here's the difference though.
What people don't understand is you are consenting to the slavery.
So a lot of people, there's an issue happening right now.
A lot of the people think they were coerced and forced to get the vaccination or wear a mask.
No, nobody forced you.
You consented. And a lot of people, I would have lost my job.
Did you ever, ever, ever, ever, ever question your right to not be forced?
Nuremberg Code, I know people don't know about this, but it just never crosses their minds.
So I say things on Twitter like, how can a private for-profit corporate entity, that's all your job is.
It's not made up of people.
It's made up of papers, fictitious papers.
How can they force you? And someone in my membership shared this with me this week.
He worked for Abbott Labs, works for Abbott Labs.
And when the vaccine mandates came out, they said, everyone has to get one.
OK. I'm not getting one.
And then after I don't know how many weeks, but not enough people got one.
See how the language changed?
What is not enough?
What is not enough?
Who is deciding what the number is?
So then a couple more weeks go by, and then the Abbott Labs HR department announces anybody who doesn't want to get vaccinated can file for the religious or medical exemption.
And so the guy was telling me, he went on, he filed for it.
It was online on a website and it was automatic.
No human being made a decision.
But now what if you're the weak people that started on day one and you got vaccinated because you thought you were gonna lose your job?
Yeah. People aren't thinking for themselves, you know?
So that's the difference between state-national stuff and what we teach and learn at Freedom University is we're teaching you a thought process.
Now, here's how silly it can be.
So I flew over the holidays, you know, I went to my brother's house in a different state.
I got a little dog, you know, Lola.
You're very familiar with Lola from our first show when she barked the whole time.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, those are the days, right?
So Lola goes in a carrier.
She's like this big. She's seven pounds.
She goes in a carrier. I have to pay $125.
There's no more emotional support, dog, because everybody screwed up the system.
But I have to pay $125.
But what am I getting for that?
There has to be an exchange of value.
She counts as my second bag.
I get two carry-ons per my ticket.
My $600 ticket gets me that.
But now I gave you more money and she has to go under my seat and she counts as the second bag.
Now I got to check my bag, my main bag, my carry-on bag, which luckily comes with my ticket.
That's why I fly Southwest. I brought it up to the gate agent.
Not very nicely. It's not her fault.
It's policy. But I'm like, what am I getting for this?
She's like, that's a really good thought process.
It's one of my little pet projects I'm going to take all the way to the CEO when I have time.
But it's the thought process that I have now that I'm much smarter as a private civilian.
To think about where am I giving up jurisdiction?
Where am I contracting? Where am I not getting an exchange for value?
And during the flight, sometimes Lola, you know, I've never been down there.
I'm sure it's cold. It's loud. It could be scary.
If I bring her up and put her on my lap, we're talking about the size of a gym bag, you know?
I put her on my lap.
I know the rules are that she, the rules, you know, which I probably check a box when I buy a ticket that I'm going to obey the rules.
She has to stay under during landing and takeoff, but we're mid-air now.
So I take her out and I put her in my lap and it just makes her stop going, you know?
And I'm trying to accommodate people around me and luckily everybody's got headphones on these days.
But the flight attendant, the sky waitress, as I like to call them, no offense.
Yeah, I do mean offense, sky waitress.
She comes over and she tells me that I have to put the bag back down.
I said, why? Oh, it's the rules.
Okay, can I see the rules?
You know, I'm nice, but can I see the rules?
So she gets an iPad and comes back and it says I have to obey the flight attendant.
It does not say your bag has to remain underneath, you know.
But I'm not going to be a jerk.
I don't want to get blacklisted, and it's not such a big deal.
So I said, okay. But then I think, can I see that again?
Was that Southwest policy or were those FAA rules, you know?
Where am I going to go to find out where I gave up jurisdiction?
So that's what we like to teach is the fraud process.
We got more. You want to hear what else goes on?
Yeah, please. It is so mind-blowing fantastic.
That's why I do the Gianna dance when I talk about this.
We have a class where you learn the mechanics of mortgage and loans and how 99% of them are fraud and can be extinguished.
Wow. People are in the process and it is fascinating.
So I got on the...
How does that work? Okay, so let's start with the credit cards.
Let's start with car loans.
How do you get rid of your car loans? Oh yeah, we talked about this.
Well, I haven't done a car loan yet.
I have one person in the process, so I'd rather talk about something that I know is happening.
So I've seen the paperwork for the mortgage, okay?
But as soon as I do, as soon as we have a car loan success, we could talk about that.
I got on the phone with the forensic auditor.
Well, oh, not the forensic auditor.
Well, yes and no. Banks do not create money and they do not loan money.
The true definition of money, as you know from the pickle guy, is silver and gold, which you don't ever get, you don't ever see, unless you specifically buy silver.
And we certainly don't conduct private business with it.
Banks make securities.
That's their only job in the whole world.
And sometime around the early 2000s, the whole system got corrupted.
They're creating a security, and basically, I don't want to give away all the secrets, you know?
Once the note separates from the mortgage contract, as per...
Oh, I'm trying to memorize this so hard.
It's like an 1872 Supreme Court decision.
Something versus Langen.
How embarrassing of me not to have it.
But something versus L-A-N-G-A-N, I think, is they say once the note and the mortgage are separated, they are both null and void.
So there's... Did you do that?
I don't know. How did that happen?
Are you serious? I didn't touch anything.
I did not do anything.
How did that happen? That is the funniest thing ever.
Whoa! I want to see that again.
I'll tell you, for instance, so if you, there's a lot of gurus in the state national world that talk about debt discharge.
Discharge is a different word than extinguish and discharge is like you cannot pay your credit card and you'll see it come up on your credit report that the credit card company discharged your debt.
Do not feel bad about that because they made lots of money because you signed your name to the application.
It's the same with all mechanics of money.
Extinguishing it means you are getting the lien released.
So it's a very different process.
And there's like someone came to me that some people do impersonate some state national leaders.
I believe there is some fraud, you know, from other countries where people Get on the inside, and they hear theories.
And so I helped somebody who got taken for like $1,100.
He thought he was buying an affidavit that would distinguish his credit card and IRS debt.
And that's not true at all.
And luckily, he was going along with the plan until they strung him along a couple of payments, like $200, $250.
They strung him along until the very end.
Oh, we need your mother's maiden name and your social security number.
And luckily, he was smart enough to not do that.
So please, please, please don't do business with invisible people online.
So you can conduct private economic activity and I don't want to just say this on this video because people will then take only parts of information and run with it and get themselves in trouble.
You have to learn how to stand and it takes a while to learn how to stand.
So you can't come into some course and think in the first month you're going to learn something.
It's like You can hear living in the private what is a private civilian what does it mean though but it takes a lot of learning like your paradigm's here and then your paradigm gets bigger bigger and bigger and your paradigm's like wow they literally have no authority over me and then you walk in the world like a badass like I do which is why people get out of my way when I walk on the street because I know I'm free no police are stopping me you know so So we teach you how to put your toys, your home, your auto, boats, trailers, all of that stuff.
You want to put them into a private trust.
There's many different kinds of trust.
They're very confusing. And I would tell you, do not go on Google and look for a lawyer to do your trust, an attorney, because once you get on the inside and start learning some of the schemes, the lawyers set you up.
To steal your trust after you die.
So when I say it's cradle to grave and even the state with your death certificate, that birth certificate has been traded and traded and manipulated and all kinds of things happen.
I do not, I believe a set of K trust exists.
I do not see any way that it's yours to take.
So if you want to be in the private, you can't take what they made.
You can only stand on yourself as a people and a living human being and you don't use their systems.
That's all I got, them!
That is wonderful Giannis.
That is a lot of great information.
So when is the new show starting?
I think by the end of the month I should have the curriculum a hundred percent solid and when I say solid like I could open it up now but there's still a few missing pieces.
So I've never had a baby.
I've never signed a mortgage.
So when we have the class the people in the membership ask great questions that are very detailed and we want to make sure all those details are covered.
We want to make sure that when you go into a course because Because we are the anti-state national movement.
We're not just going to throw info at you.
When you go into one of the courses, boom, boom, boom.
You've got like a breadcrumb trail.
Do this, do this, do this, do this.
And you, of course, can ask us questions.
We have an open Zoom Q&A. We have a feed.
You can ask questions.
Come to the Zooms for those things.
But you can always get someone to answer your questions.
We don't leave you hanging.
We just want to make sure it is fabulously flawless.
And then I would love to come back to my Tuesday.
Because we can talk about this.
It'll be me and the partner. And when you hear him talk, we can talk about this all day long.
It's going to be very riveting.
And we really want, there's two things we are really, really wanting to leave a legacy about.
And to see everyone remove themselves from the Department of Motor Vehicles, from the Department of Transportation, to fully understand you have a right to travel.
You do not need permission from any state under any reason.
We want to see private plates.
So I made mine last night.
They're very cute. Private plates.
They have to be your own design.
Don't take someone else's design.
If you have no design skills, then just put something that pertains to you, like we recommend letters and numbers.
Because say, for instance, you know, you park.
I parked at the courthouse the other day.
You can put whatever you want there.
You can, but we'll make it simple and easy.
It doesn't have to be complicated. But say you're going to go to a parking garage.
I parked on the street downtown.
And you have to pay to park.
I mean, I suppose you don't have to.
It's a contract, and I could get out of it.
But I don't need the hassle for four quarters I have in my pocket.
But you have to enter your license plate.
So it's just easy if you have, like I have GM in the year I was born.
So that could easily go into a system as the license plate.
Got you. And then insurance-wise, so let's say you're on this completely private system, you don't have a license, you're basically just traveling with whatever ID you have.
What about the practicality of insuring the car, making sure that somebody steals a car, you can get your money back or whatever?
You shouldn't have any issue with an insurance company.
So far, we have not heard anything.
It's better to go with smaller insurance companies if possible.
And then we are working on teaching how to self-insure with the bond.
Let me ask you, just a couple more questions.
Let's say you get a car.
You lease a car.
You're financing it to buy, right?
But then you're like, I want to, and I know you haven't necessarily gone through this process fully, but broad strokes.
Now you want to own the car outright, and then you want to make sure that you have double protection.
Is that part of it, is you put it in a trust, now they can't even compensate the car back?
What did you say? Like double protection.
So is it that you put the car in, like, let's say you finance a car, you don't make payments, but you put it in a trust.
Does that protect you from...
I don't know for sure, but I think a leased car, would they make you register that?
We would have to find out.
Finance car. Yeah, a financed car.
Well, no, not financed.
Leased might be different than financing.
No. If you're financing to own and you're like, okay, I want to own this car outright, what are the practical steps?
I can't answer that yet, but we're having a class today at 4 p.m.
Pacific in the membership. Which people could come in for free?
You have a three-day free trial.
That class is at 4 p.m.
today with our new instructor.
How to purchase a class without taxes and tax.
How to what?
How to purchase an automobile without taxes and tags.
Because here's the hierarchy and how the thought process goes.
The car dealer is licensed by the state.
So they have like a threat of coercion if you don't make people register their car.
Then we might pull your license.
Plus they get paid for doing it, I think.
I'm not 100% sure, but they really want to, oh, we'll do that for you.
But now we know we never want to register the car.
So when I get my new car after this class tonight, because I want to know how to not pay taxes on it, I'll be gone next week to get a new car.
I got my new plates on the way.
We'll have a car that will never be attached to this address.
Never registered with the state of Nevada because the state of Nevada and Nevada State are two different things.
So when I talk about our curriculum teaches you how to think over the state national, we want you to know how to do that.
So I will ask tonight if there is a difference.
If you lease versus finance, I think with a leased car, you may have to register that because you don't own it and don't intend to own it.
But, you know, we can follow up next time.
Interview me again, right?
Yeah. And what else?
Was there another question? I'm sorry.
You know, I think that was it for now.
Like this has been really fascinating.
I mean, I would love to follow up and, you know.
We'll do it in a couple of months when we have some victories with the loan because it takes about 60 days to do that forensic loan accounting and see what happens with the paperwork.
What else can I tell you? I was telling you how we want to leave our legacy.
The driving is mostly the thing most people have in common.
Almost everybody drives, so that would be very exciting.
How grand would it be to see?
It would be exciting to be sitting at a light and look at everybody's different plates.
We really want to have people understand how they do not have to pay the IRS and the Oh, the chain of custody of where it all goes.
And there is no law stating that people are very scared, so they really should come to the class.
We've had the class already.
And next Monday, like you can come in today and watch that class.
It's already been recorded, but Monday we're doing...
Like an open Zoom where people can bring their specific instances like do you get paid on a 1099?
Are you W-2?
Like just depends on are you an LLC? Like how do we do that?
How do you extrapolate? So I believe we're going to have to take it on an individual basis and then we can load up the course with that kind of information.
So say a year from now you enter the course and I have an LLC. How do I not pay taxes?
You get a PMA. You know, things like that.
It depends on what you do.
So that's a little more individualized, but we are available as live people to answer your questions.
Wow, awesome, awesome.
This is amazing, Gianna.
I had a good time. I had a really good time.
And thank you so much for the information.
Sorry I kept flipping back and forth, but as you're saying this stuff, I've been researching and writing notes.
Because to be honest with you, I have a few projects I'm working on personally that this information might be between what you're saying, between what Brandon, Joe Williams, the pickle guy is saying.
I mean, there's just a lot of great information.
I have a couple of the pickle guys in my membership.
I don't know why I asked them, what did Brandon not supply for you?
And I don't know what...
I don't know, but there's enough people to go around.
You're prettier than Brandon, so hey.
There's enough people to go around.
There's what, 100? I mean, how many people voted?
They say like 150, 60 million.
So we would consider those to be adults at least.
I don't know how many children there are, but there's plenty to go around.
Whoever you resonate with.
If you resonate with Brandon, go with Brandon.
If you resonate with me, come with me.
If you want to go to the state nationals and still keep wasting your time.
It's very funny. They just now, I was told yesterday, one of the main state national sites that provides that paperwork stuff, they have removed it.
But go to their seminar this month.
They got, they finally figured it out.
They got the new, they finally got it.
Well, I thought you got it last year.
You told us, you told us, you told us, you told us you had us attend classes.
I'm glad we're being transparent with the people out there.
No other way.
They gotta know what's up.
And it seems like a lot of the things that we've learned off the State National University are actually applicable.
Sounds like some of them aren't, but there's a better way to do it.
People have written me that have come from those shows that are still on Rumble because the foundation is correct.
Basically, the government has no authority over you.
You need to learn how to stand.
You don't need to get a driver.
The foundation is correct.
It's just that, unfortunately, it was blanketed in grifters and scammers.
And it pains me to say that.
Because these are people's lives.
I take people's lives very seriously.
And I think the worst thing people might find out about me or read about me is I kick somebody out.
Yes, I kick people out when they are jerks.
When they're dishonorable.
Last night I kicked someone out, like I don't deal with passive aggressive behavior.
And this guy sent me like this, you're a narcissist.
No, I did not like you.
Like he takes no responsibility for what he wrote to me.
You know, he comes in like, Have you heard of this guy?
I'm like, no. He's like, oh, he's in Vegas.
Oh, okay. There's only two million people here.
No, I have not heard of him.
And he's like, I'm busy.
He stands around. What he really wanted was for me to bring this guy as a guest lecturer.
I don't need any help.
We're all good.
He needs me. I don't need him.
I don't need some guy who takes the police to court.
I don't care. We are teaching something very specific, which is how to live in the private.
As a private foreign national, I don't know if the word civilian, I think it's okay to say that.
Living in the private means you do not use your all caps name.
You don't participate in the acting name.
I'm not going to do my papers and record them with the county.
I'm not recording my property with the county.
I'm not registering my children, my property, all of it.
We're going to Play in the system according to the law.
Always according to the law.
But it's their laws. No one reads the laws, though.
It doesn't know how to interpret that.
Everything's according to the law.
We're not doing anything wrong.
I'm not afraid of any entity coming after me and asking me questions.
We're not doing anything wrong.
You have a right to self-determine.
You have the right to conduct private economic activity.
You have a right to a loyal titleship of your property.
Awesome. Awesome.
Let's skip the website one more time.
Learn Freedom University.
I had to go with a very nice name.
I've got to be like sweet and polite now, you know.
Learn Freedom University.
That sounds awesome. Gianna, thank you so much for showing up to the Blood Money podcast.
