All right, welcome to the latest episode of Blood Money TV.
Today we have a very special guest, Mr.
Jeff Zink. How are you, sir?
Good. How are you doing, Van? Good, good.
Good to have you on our podcast.
You know, we met a couple of years ago.
You were, at that time, running for office.
You know, you have an incredible story.
But before we get into all the office stuff and politics, give us a little bit of background about who you are and, frankly, all the crazy, crazy stuff you went to to get to this juncture in 2023.
Okay. Well, you know, one of the things that I'm a native of Texas, I was born and raised in the Texas Panhandle, grew up, played college football, high school through college, and everything, and was in sports medicine.
I ended up being an NCAA basketball official.
It kind of prepared me, owned my own businesses with mobile testing service and all the different things that I had done leading up to this.
You know, one of the things that had transpired back when I was playing college football at Texas Tech University, I had fractured my neck and I was left with, you know, migraine headaches.
Well, one of the things that happened was that those headaches became more and more increasing and more frequent.
About six years ago, my wife, or I mean eight years ago, my wife had He had to take me to Burroughs ER. And literally, I had a blood pressure of 248 over 198.
I should have stroked out that day, but God had a plan.
And then through the next five years, none of the neurologists could figure out what was going on.
Well, I continued to deteriorate to the point where my wife and I literally were planning my funeral for 2020.
Wow. And I basically, on December the 24th in 2020, this is after the election and everything else, I was struggling so hard there.
I could barely walk across the living room floor.
I was literally, you know, pacing the floor.
I'd sleep on the couch or the bed.
I was, you know, completely 100% disabled and couldn't function.
And then on that night at 3 o'clock in the morning, God intervened and said that he was going to break me of my headaches, restore my health, and send me to Congress to represent his people.
Well, I then went to January 6th.
I was still in a weak state, so my son went with me.
We were together 100% of the time.
And we recorded a kid named Hunter Emke that was breaking out windows, and we videoed that.
He actually got convicted.
He got four months incarceration, three years probation, and $2,921 restitution that he had to pay.
He was breaking windows at the Capitol.
Correct. And we were on the Columbus door side, on the porch, closest to the sitting, and I recorded it.
It was my video that was actually used in his court case to convict him.
And so the thing is, is that when he was arrested 20 minutes after it was over with, he was then released on his own recognizance, allowed to go back to California when he appeared on March of 2021 and was given the charges of damaging the building and everything.
He was then told that in August that he would have to appear before court.
Well, he was allowed to stay in California and was then, by teleprompter, went through court, was convicted, and then was allowed to finish college.
So he went all the way through to May of 2022 And then he went in in June and served his four months, got out in October in time to vote and everything else because it had been knocked down to a misdemeanor.
One of the things that I was so explicit on what was going on.
Now, here's what they did to my son.
So we went on January 6th, and like I said, he was with me 100% of the time.
We never went into the building.
We never crossed the barriers until the Capitol Police unbuckled them and waved us on, and we have a recording of all that.
We walked up to the steps on the Columbus side, like I said.
The police then allowed us to move all the way up that stairwell.
We went to the right of the Columbus doors, and then that's where we recorded this.
My son was in front of me and you actually can see him in that recording where he's also videoing the same thing.
Then after that we then left and went down and that's when we heard Ashley Babbitt had been shot.
We at that point I just said, you know what?
We need to leave. So we left and went back to where we were staying and then watched everything on television, all of the narrative, which wasn't true.
And then what happened was on February the 4th at 3 o'clock in the morning, the FBI served a no-knock warrant on my son.
And where they tore the front end of his house out.
They then flash banged him and his dog, arrested him in the middle of the night, took him to Lubbock County Jail there in Texas, where he was at.
I received a phone call that morning letting me know that they had arrested him and everything.
And then... I then started getting on the phone, started trying to talk to Ken Paxton, started trying to talk to several other people, because being from Texas, I have connections there, and so started making these phone calls.
Well then, unbeknownst to myself or my son, After the Texas Rangers was notified and they were going to go to Lubbock and they were going to ask my son and talk to him, interrogate him and maybe take custody.
They didn't know exactly because we were still trying to figure out what was going on.
And then, all of a sudden, the FBI kidnaps my son.
He then doesn't speak to me for three days.
I finally get a phone call from him.
He then tells me, I don't know where I'm at.
I don't know, you know, they won't tell me what location I'm at or anything else, but I will be in, they said, tomorrow in Washington, D.C., and will be then transported into the gulag at that point.
Well, That was the last phone call that I received for three days and then my son calls me and obviously I get the notification that he is in Washington D.C. at a prison there where he serves six weeks.
Now the thing is is that as you can tell there's a huge difference between how Hunter Emke was treated who was breaking the law and how my son was treated who didn't break the law And I've made this statement over and over and over.
You know, America, we are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.
But with this administration and with what we are faced with today, you are guilty until proven Democrat.
And that's the main reason why I'm trying to allow people to understand that if your policies and what you think should be taking place, if you're not standing up and you're not speaking out now, then they too will start coming for you because they've already started on myself and my son.
And throughout this two-year process, what has happened is that the attorneys that were hired were Democrat, left-leaning attorneys, and they basically were selling my son down the river.
Since we never went inside the building, they had charged him with a felony of entering the Capitol.
Okay, I want to see that photo.
I want to see the video.
I want to see what's going on.
And I have implored them to make sure that they, in discovery, that they turn that over.
We're now two and a half years later, and we go to trial on September the 5th.
They still have not returned any information whatsoever in regards to me or my son being inside the Capitol.
I know they don't have it, so they're not going to be able to do that, but he still has that charge.
He has a charge of entering a federal building, which is also a felony.
He has being unlawfully on federal ground and then trespassing with a burier.
One of the things that's taking place now is that we've gotten wind since the plea deal.
They were going to give him a misdemeanor, and he was going to be time served, no restitution or anything else.
He just pled guilty, and then he would also have to register as a domestic terrorist for the rest of his life.
As soon as we finally got that last piece of information, you know, I told my son, Ryan, I said, if you decide to take this plea, you will never travel again.
You will never go anywhere.
You will always be the FBI's B, basically, and that your life is over.
Sorry to interrupt you.
I'm listening to all this stuff.
And I'm just like, this, legally speaking, sounds like terrorism upon the citizens because, well, firstly, you know, they're basically telling him that your freedom is going to be gone based upon this plea deal.
I mean, the options are basically, we will terrorize you or we will terrorize you.
It feels like On an international criminal court level, what would classify, legally speaking, as an act of terrorism?
Well, and get this, because I have openly told everybody, and you have me on record right now, you've actually, I have incriminated myself.
I was with my son 100% of the time.
I did everything that he did.
Why am I not arrested?
Why am I not in handcuffs?
Why am I not at the Gulag?
What is the difference when I have stated all along that he has been with me and that I have challenged?
And here's the thing. I've had many conversations with Andy Biggs, our congressman here in Arizona.
Along with Paul Gosar, and they are looking at video, and they're saying that there's not any video on the outside of the area outside the Capitol where we were at, but he's been trying to get his people to look to see if there were any I told him, I said, no, it hasn't.
So we've been talking, he's still trying to get the video turned over to my son's attorneys so that we can do it because the thing is, McCarthy is a liar.
All right? And this is the type of congressman I'm going to be.
I will say it as it is.
He has lied about releasing the video to the attorneys.
There's one website and one link to get to the videos for all of the Attorneys representing all 900 defendants.
And so you sit here and you look at it, but the password doesn't work.
So my son's attorneys have been fighting trying to get this information and get in so that they could start having their people take a look at this video.
But they keep saying, well, it's a national security and you can't do this and can't do that.
Well, they haven't done it. But yet, Julie Kelly and John Solomon gained access to this.
I lit up Andy Biggs the other day when that was released and I said, Are you telling me that two media people have access to the video, yet my son's attorneys, who have been doing this for months,
we've asked for FOIA requests, we have been denied on every one of these, and so they haven't gotten the Video to take a look at it, and we're going to trial.
And now we found out that the FBI, the CIA, we have foreign agents that are all on the ground, and that they were the ones that were actually instigating the fighting and everything else.
People like you, myself, and my son, we sat and watched others, but we didn't participate.
I never went in.
I never engaged. In fact, it was just the opposite.
I handed my card that had my congressional phone number and my email on it, and I said, we just videoed that incident.
Call me. I will turn this information over so that he can be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
On that video, you can hear my son blocking three.
You don't get to see him, but I can tell you that there were three people that were going to rush you.
Excuse me, would rush into where he was being arrested and he screams at them and he tells them, just leave them alone.
They're doing their job.
He's breaking the law.
Leave them alone. You can hear it crystal clear on there.
How is that where they have charged my son as an insurrectionist And the other thing is, is because he didn't take the plea deal, they're adding 12 more charges.
We're still trying to find out what those others are, but he's now facing 22 years minimum and a maximum of the rest of his life facing in prison for not taking that deal.
Does it concern you?
I mean, we've been following on our America Happens News live show what's happening in D.C. with, you know, for example, the founder of the Oath Keepers, 18 years in jail based upon what seems like no evidence because these juries are basically, I mean, they are not a jury of your peers.
It's like basically, you know, akin to being a Jew in a Nazi court, you're never going to get We're good to go.
So you have anywhere between 4 and 18 years with no evidence that these guys did anything wrong, no evidence that they broke and entered anywhere, no evidence that they committed acts of violence.
But nonetheless, these are actually sticking.
These people are going to jail for a really long time over nothing because the juries are all wound up and the judges are leftists.
I mean, how does that concern you at all?
Well, absolutely it does.
And the thing is that, you know, One of the things that we looked at was in Washington, D.C., violent crimes where people have either broken into buildings and have done things, people have been hurt and all of that.
When we take a look at that that is separate from January 6th, there is a 62% conviction rate with the people that are involved in those.
When you take January 6th, we're operating at 99.98%.
Now, there was one that just had his...
He was convicted, but three of the charges that my son is facing were dropped because we actually proved...
We got a hold of some video where they were charging Thomas...
Let's see, T. Joseph Thomas.
And so Mr. Thomas was accused of all four of the things that my son was accused of.
Now, he did enter into the building, but it was because the crowd was around him.
and went in and pushed him in and he immediately as soon as he could went back out and so but he did cross the threshold that's the only difference but he had the same charges well they also said that he was the one who cut the chain there on the stairwell by the Columbus doors And all of a sudden,
this video shows up of a Capitol Police of the ones that dropped it and then waved everybody on and brought everybody up to the Columbus doors.
So the judge was furious because the FBI, the CIA, and a DOJ all testified under oath that they knew that it was Joseph that had done it And when they showed that it wasn't, then they dropped those charges.
Well, now they're going to have to drop three of those charges on my son based on that deal.
But he still got convicted of entering into the Capitol.
Well, the thing is, is that my son never entered.
I challenge anybody.
In fact, there is a $10,000 reward for anybody that can show myself and my son In the capital and stuff.
So if people are guilty, who puts up a reward to say, prove it?
Show me that I'm in there and I'll give you money.
We'll do these things and stuff.
And nobody has come forward.
So what happened to the feds that lied on the stand or lied in their affidavits about your son having broken whatever chain?
I mean, were they charged with perjury, aggravated perjury?
I mean, that's a pretty big thing to lie about.
Absolutely. And at this point right now, remember, I said that you are guilty until proven Democrat.
And all of these are Democrats, so they get off scot-free.
There's not been any charges.
Nothing has been brought up.
This is the reason why your listeners are going to have to stop donating money to the RNC. The Republican National Committee needs to be defunded.
The GOP needs to be defunded.
You need to go directly to the candidate and figure out who is actually there.
I don't know of anybody who's more controversial than I am and has picked a battle with the federal government.
I'm one of the J6. I'm also on Carrie Lake's legal team.
I'm on Abe Homaday's legal team.
I've been working with Tina Peters and her legal team.
I have done the Arizona audit, both in 2020 and 2022 primary and general audits, even though I was on the ballot.
I'm looking at the signature verifications, which has nothing to do with the ballot itself.
And so we can work in there.
But I've also been, like today, calling and talking to people who have been disenfranchised.
So let's talk about Abe Homiday's case real quick.
He lost by 280 votes.
Okay, so Chris May is in the office.
She's a Democrat. She's absolutely worthless, doesn't do anything at all that has helped the Arizona people.
She wins by 280 votes, but here's what we discovered.
We discovered that Katie Hobbs, under the vice of the 2020 COVID restrictions and everything else, she altered the Arizona laws.
Now, she's not allowed to do that.
The Senate is the jurisdiction over our elections and everything, but she had changed the laws where we brought in the ES&S Computers which are the tabulating.
Now here's a lot of things that a lot of people don't understand.
And I know this is through a fire hose, and I live this every day, and I can spout this out very quickly, and people are going to need to back this up and listen to this several times, because I'm going to go through this very, very quickly that is going to literally start painting a picture of what's going on.
So we have Dominion Machine, which is not a machine.
It's a computer, and it's tabulation.
But there are subsidiaries underneath that called ProVMV, ES&S, And Markmatic.
All of these are the computers that do tabulations and things.
And it's just like anything else.
If I program that, I can program it to do anything.
So if you and I voted, and you voted for yourself, and I voted for myself, yet with one click of a button, I can show that you voted for me and I won.
Two to nothing. And we're going to get rid of the ballot and everything else and it's going to be electronic and there's nothing you can do about it.
I won because I'm in control of these machines.
Now, let's take it to the biggest picture that you can possibly get.
Fox News settled a $785 million lawsuit with Dominion saying that we're very sorry.
We made accusations about you.
They're not true. They're unfounded.
And we're going to do that.
So let's look at who owns Fox and let's look at who owns Dominion.
So we have BlackRock, Vanguard, and Smartmatic own Fox.
Oh, they also own Dominion.
So what they did was they shifted money inside of their own organization so they could play this narrative.
Now, I always tell everybody, look at something.
That is very important, and there's always something that they have.
It's like fishing. You have this shiny little object that goes by the fish, and the fish is attracted to that, and you're hooked.
But you're not seeing the bigger picture.
So what happened the next day?
This happened on a Thursday.
And on Friday, a very small...
It didn't make any headlines whatsoever.
Connect. Drops the lawsuit on Greg Phillips and Katherine Englebright.
Now, who's Catherine Engelbright and who's Greg Phillips?
Well, if you've seen 2,000 Mules, they're the driving force for all of the geofencing that took place and where they actually, in that movie, solved a crime of a little girl being murdered by a stray bullet and where that came from and who it was.
And the media said that geofencing was not important, yet it put somebody in prison.
For killing this little girl.
So we also were able to then turn around and take a look.
And in Arizona alone, we had 242 mules.
They hit the drop boxes a minimum of 10 times, an average of 10 times.
If you would then take And say that they were three ballots each.
Now, we have video showing much more.
We have video that you can go to We the People AZ Alliance website, which is Steven Robinson and Shelby Bush And you can go to their website.
They have all of these videos and it has a video where it literally shows these people going up to Dropboxes and they're putting them in.
And when you're watching 2,000 Mules, those very videos are what's being utilized in there.
So they come out and they said that Dominion Machine is complicit in overturning an election, and they did it by ballot stuffing and stuff.
So here you have somebody that actually says, not only do we have the proof, but we have the evidence.
Here's the video. Everybody can see it.
And if you go and watch 2000 Mules, you'll see the evidence being played out.
Well, Dominion sues them.
Well, they wouldn't back off.
They wouldn't settle. They wouldn't take the plea deal And they were going to go on Friday into the part of Discovery, meaning that they were going to have to turn in the algorithms and the source code, which we've already seen.
We already know what it looks like and everything else.
They're going to have to turn that over to us.
And then we can then turn around and because of Discovery, show the world what they've actually done.
What did they do? They use this big deal with Fox settling this big lawsuit, yet the next day, very small, quietly takes this lawsuit and dismisses it so it doesn't go into discovery so they can't be found out.
Exactly. I mean, that was, to be honest with you, I knew there was something going on with that, and it makes a whole lot of sense.
They basically shifted, you know, they made it a headline.
They use it as PR, which is 99.9% of our news is made by PR companies in Washington, D.C., New York, and Los Angeles, for the most part, Miami to a smaller degree.
But Chicago also.
But essentially, you know, you have this PR-dominated news cycle.
They try to make that into big news and really nothing happened because they just shifted money and then the accountants are going to shift money right back using some shady accounting tactics.
Growing up in Hollywood, I know all about those shady accounting tactics.
That money will basically end up somehow back in the original bank account, you know?
Absolutely. With this amount of information we have, we've seen 2,000 mules.
We've seen what Tina Peters discovered.
We've seen the persecution of Tina Peters.
We've seen the persecution of people like you.
You just told me that Twitter disconnected you today.
In fact, my Twitter account has never been placed back since I announced that I'm running for office.
Since then, since literally a week after that, 2008.
2022, early in 2022, my Twitter account's been cancelled.
So I don't feel as good about the Elon Musks and all that stuff because I still see people like you and people like myself being shut down.
And then now you have the persecution of your son.
I mean, what do you think is going to happen here?
Obviously, the truth doesn't matter.
Evidence doesn't matter.
The fact that we've already found their algorithm, their computer program that flips these votes, that doesn't seem to matter.
I mean, where is this all going?
Well, the main thing is that just like with the Cary Lake trial that we had, everybody goes, well, she lost again.
Well, she might have lost.
However, when they tried to place sanctions on her, the judge said, no, we're not placing sanctions on her.
She had merit. Well, that now goes back to the Supreme Court because we appealed it immediately.
We've got a couple of other things because I am working closely with Kurt Olson, who is an absolute outstanding attorney out of Washington, D.C. that was part of the lead attorney with Ryan Blim.
As well.
And they're doing an excellent job.
We've actually filed some more FOIA requests.
I can't talk about those because it's a part of our legal strategy moving forward.
But one of the things that we were able to do in both trials is we got Stephen Richard to state that 2.9 million mail-in ballots lose chain of custody.
And once you lose chain of custody, then that means that that election is no longer valid.
We got to meet or got to get Scott Jarrett Who literally perjured himself on the stand.
That needs to also be addressed.
We have Bill Gates and Rusty Bauer and all of these other shady characters that are involved in the Arizona politics.
While they may say that they are Republicans, they are rhinos.
And these are people that are absolutely corrupt.
And if they want to sue me for defamation, absolutely.
Come after me.
I employ you.
I want dominion.
Go ahead and sue me because you are actually one of the single-handedly ones that have You've stolen the election from the American people, and you've done it in all of these states.
And I've done audits in Arizona, Texas, Georgia, Wisconsin.
We're talking with Oregon right now.
They're about to do that.
But Michigan and Minnesota as well.
I never got to really do Pennsylvania because when I was going to head over that way, they removed Doug Mastroni from his Senate chairmanship.
He was the chair of the Senate, and they removed him.
They kept him on the election integrity committee, but they demoted him from being the chair there to somebody who just sits there and has a vote, and then literally outvoted him and said, no, we're not going to do a hand count.
There's nothing here to see, folks.
Just keep moving. The burning building is mostly peaceful.
Don't have to worry about it.
And move on.
Pennsylvania is a solid blue, but when you look at all of the different states and how it plays out, here's what people need to understand.
There's a reason why Georgia Who just got a win in the Supreme Court, in the justice courts there, because the Supreme Court just handed them in stating that, yes, the Georgia people have the right to question the election and have the right to do a hand count in question there.
Well, oh my gosh, the Founding Fathers said that we also had a right to question everything, and especially your politicians.
And these elections.
And so it got upheld.
So what I'm hoping is, is that I will receive phone calls here before long, because if they do a hand count, I've done so many hand counts that I've got it where we could do the 398,000 ballots.
And I think there is 35 different elections on each ballot.
I could have that done in three days.
That's how fast you can do that.
But you have to have a system of hand counting.
And I understand what that system is.
And so it's something that I think would be beneficial.
And I can come in.
I can train a couple of thousand people.
They then go in, sit down.
They can hand count it.
It will be accurate.
And we also can put up videos so that everybody can go online.
Anyone in the world could go online and they could watch the hand count taking place because we could have cameras set up just like what we did here in Arizona.
And it's not this complex.
Texas and Florida Did a hand count, and Texas is three times the size of Arizona, and Florida is twice the size, and they were able to do it in the same night, yet Arizona, with all of our technology, couldn't get it done in a month and a half.
We were 45 and almost 60 days out from the election before we started actually getting close.
I love this.
Bill Gates said, well, we're getting close to finishing counting.
What do you mean?
When you have this type of corruption, all they were doing was...
And again, here's where I want people to be challenged.
Runback. I want Runback to sue me.
Go ahead and go for it.
because run back injected ballots into our election.
They are one of the primary reasons why we lost the chain of custody for our ballots here in Arizona.
And I would love to be able to have them come after me because guess what?
We're gonna be foiling a lot of footage and we also have the database which actually shows that there was potential fraud.
And the way it was is that the only way they could do this was identifying, going back to what Katie Hobbs did in 2020, under the mask of...
COVID, where she changed the laws with the mail-in ballots and everything, and that set us up for the 22 election, which are the problems that we have today.
And see, the difference is with me and any other, you know, candidate, because I always love the question, the reporter will ask me, well, you know, you really truly don't know.
Yeah, I do, because I'm the one that is actually doing the work.
I'm seeing it firsthand.
I'm actually working with the attorneys and with the ballots and with the signature verifications.
I'm seeing what's happening.
So it's not like I'm being told by somebody else and then writing it down and formulating it.
And telling somebody, that's not happening.
I'm literally boots on the ground and looking at it firsthand and seeing.
So here's one of the ways that Abe Homiday's case is a little bit different.
So with Abe's, let's say, Vam, you've done a really good job.
You've worked really hard.
You have a house here in Phoenix.
But, you know, the last few days, we've all of a sudden started going over 100 degrees.
It's starting to get really hot.
It gets to 140 degrees in the summer here in Phoenix.
Well, you don't like that, and so you went and bought you a house in the mountains down by Payson, and so now you have two residents.
And so you spend the summers in the cool mountains where it's a lot cooler and it rains and everything and you can enjoy the wildlife and stuff.
But then when it becomes wintertime, especially in November when it's snowing up there, now it's 60, 80 degrees back in Phoenix.
It's really nice and you can vote here.
Well, unbeknownst to you, and like I was alluding to earlier, Katie Hobbs had changed the laws and had given the NGOs, non-government organizations, access and keys to the front door for Service Arizona.
So what ended up happening?
Unbeknownst to you, without your permission and without your knowledge, they changed your voting registration from your Phoenix address to your Payson address.
You then show up.
To the place that you have voted for 10, 15, 20 years, and you hand them your driver's license.
You said, I'm here to vote.
And so they look at it and they go, Vim, you're not registered here.
What do you mean I'm not registered here?
Well, you're registered in Payson.
You should be in Payson. No, I always vote here.
I've always voted here.
I know, but, you know, you changed your registration.
You've got to go to Payson.
Well, it's five o'clock.
I can't drive the two and a half hours that it's going to take.
I can't get there before seven.
And the polls close.
Give me a provisional ballot.
Okay, but I'm sorry, but you're voting out of your county and stuff.
So you're given a provisional ballot.
That ballot is not counted.
And they're told that you're not counted.
And the reason why is, is because somebody went in who has access To the DMV and to Service Arizona, where you pay your taxes on your vehicles and everything else, and house registration, all of this is done online.
Well, there's a box that was checked, and it then changed your voting registration without your knowledge.
And she did this on purpose, but it's really surprising because what we're finding is out of the 9,000 People here in Arizona that we have have flagged that have been disenfranchised did you know that there's a high number of them that would be Republican and independent and most of the Republican and independents were pissed at the Democrats and were trying to vote for
To have President Trump back into the office and yet those votes were silenced So once we go to Mojave County and we talk to the judge, we show them, we have signed declarations.
So I've literally not only taken a field declaration, then handed it to our legal team, they type it up, then I go back out to the house, I show it to them, they read it, they sign, they date it, And then I take it back and then it's added to the pile.
Well, like I said, we have almost 400 signed documents and all we had to have was 290 which overturns that.
What we're asking is for the full 9,000 And let's just say, and there's no guarantee, let's just say that out of those 9,000 that we have flagged, you know, maybe 4,000 of them are Democrats.
Well, it may be that, but we still believe that there's going to be more independent, Republican, party not determined, and also Democrats that didn't vote for Joe Biden, that voted for an alternative, and that Abe Hamide will eventually come out on top.
Wow, wow. So, I mean, for people listening to this stuff, I'm sure they're, you know, we're all very nervous about 2024 because most people are convinced that 2024 is a stolen election already, that everything is already in place.
Not enough has happened to prevent the 2024 general election definitely from being stolen and definitely stateside elections and congressional Senate seats.
I mean, what do you say to that? Well, the thing is, is that that now is where you as the individual remember Our Founding Fathers set this up.
We the people tell the President, the Senate, the Congress, the judges, and everything, what they are supposed to do in their job.
We the people are the fourth branch Of the government.
And we tell everybody else what to do.
So what you need to do is you need to start calling and emailing your state representative, your federal representatives, and you need to start telling them that they need to start putting bills into place.
Now we just have a bill that we put into place.
Katie Hobbs can't sign it because it's not set up that way.
The Senate is in control of the elections in Arizona.
And so what they did was they actually built a Senate bill, and it was passed along party lines, and to give you an idea how close it is here in Arizona, one vote, one seat, Difference in the House and in the Senate.
Okay? One seat difference.
And so when it's party lines, it literally is party lines and these are getting passed by one vote.
And so what we're doing is, is that we have now stated that the Dominion, ES&S, PBNV, and Smartmatic all have to be at the DOD standards.
So all Oh, gosh.
What is the...
I'm drawing a blank with the...
Vendors. Gosh. All right.
So the vendors. Every vendor has to be at the DOD standards.
Well, guess what? None of Smartmatics, none of Dominions, none of their software is...
It's made in the United States.
It's not from a United States company.
The software is not United States done.
So how in the world can we have a federal election where money, both from the state and federal, be utilized for these services?
So what the Senate did was they passed a law that said that any...
Any computer that is tabulating or has anything to do with the elections has to be at the standard of the DoD.
And so what this is going to do is that all tabulating machines are now thrown out.
There's no way that they can do that.
Even if they want to, they can't go through the process to be approved by the DoD before we have that election in 2024.
So guess what? Now, Arizona goes to a hand count.
We have now forced our way into a hand count through the Senate by the laws that were written.
And so every state can do this and they can take this map of what we just did.
But this law just went into effect.
Wow. Wow. That's amazing.
That's amazing. What do you recommend for people in other states in terms of trying to build off of this prototype?
Well, the main thing is being active, grassroots, going and talking to your neighbors.
I can show you that on Sunday.
I was at an event.
I am in a Democratic stronghold, all right, plus 55 Democratic stronghold.
It's not just a little bit Democrat.
We right now, if you cut Maricopa County, it bleeds blue, is all it does.
And so I walked out amongst the crowd.
I got three pages of signatures to place me on the ballot.
Now, here's the other thing.
I got about five or six of the people that had never talked to a Republican, had never voted Republican, and their family had always been Democrat.
I walked up and they said, tell me why I should vote for you versus the Democrat there.
And I said, well, do you love your children?
Well, yes, I love my children.
And I said, well, Children right now, especially under age, the age of 18, they can't smoke, they can't drink, they can't vote, and they can't get tattoos, yet they can get drugs to change their sex and they can have a surgery to change their sex.
All of these things would alter their body, but yet That's okay.
You can change their sex.
And I said, and they go, no, no, no, I can't.
That's not good.
And I said, okay, here's the other thing.
You like paying high gas prices?
Arizona is one of the highest for gas prices in the country.
We're actually almost a dollar more than California.
Get that. That's all because of the Democrat, Katie Hobbs, and this new regime that was put into place illegally.
And so they've already started raising the prices and stuff.
The other is, is that I tell them, so do you like high gas prices?
Do you like the high food prices and everything else?
And they're like, no, I don't like that.
And so not only did these people fill out a voter registration to change parties from Democrat to the Republican, but then they signed my petition to put me on the ballot.
So if somebody spent the time to fill out the voter registration and my petition to put me on the ballot, do you think that I'm going to have their vote come November of 2024?
Yeah, yeah. That's pretty amazing.
That's pretty amazing. So definitely like, you know, big steps it seems like in terms of like correcting a lot of these issues and the fact that people have to, you know, really take it into their hands and make sure this happens on a grassroots level across all our states.
Well, and it has to.
And it starts with you.
It starts with the listener that's listening right now.
What do I have to do?
If you don't know what a precinct committeeman is, then you need to look it up.
A precinct committeeman here in Arizona is the grassroots boots on the ground that help candidates get elected.
They're the people that go.
To meetings, we have meetings once a month, at the first of the month, where we talk about what the Republican Party is doing.
The Democrats also do that.
The independents also have their meetings and everything.
And so we go out and we're talking and knocking on doors.
And what I do in my campaign is I don't go to the Republicans.
I don't go to the independents.
I don't go to the party not determined or other.
I don't go to them. I only go to the Democrats.
I literally take the Democrats on because in Maricopa County, there's 168,000 registered Democrats.
There's 56,000 registered Republicans.
There's 18,000 independents, and there's 10,000 party not determined, and then there's another 5,000 or 6,000 other.
And so if you add all of those up, it doesn't come to 168,000.
There was 148,000 votes cast in my election.
Now, remember, I have access.
I have access to the data.
And what our data guys immediately came to me and said, You need to understand something.
We have 68,000 anomalies in your race.
And I said, really?
And he goes it looks like that they have taken 68,000 Votes that were supposed to go to you and gave them over to Ruben so that he could Be the congressman Had it gone the other way you would have been in in Congress I said, okay, so that's one of the reasons why I've been working with Sonny Borelli and Wendy Rogers and and part of the Senate here
Austin Smith in the house a lot of them What we've been doing is is doing a lot of the election integrity Well, we've sent them up to Katie Hobbs, who has vetoed 100% of every election integrity bill that was sent to her desk.
She has vetoed over 140 bills that have been sent by the state and the Senate, I mean by the House, to her office, and she has vetoed everything that we the people have been asking for.
Wow, wow, wow.
I mean, it's so...
Do you think there's going to be comeuppance for these kind of Katie Hobbs-like individuals that are clearly just violating the trust of the people, breaking the law, treasonous since they're stealing elections, they're redetermining the future of the country?
This mess that we're in would have never happened if they weren't committing crimes.
I mean, is there comeuppance to all of this?
Absolutely. And the reason why is that it is talking to your neighbors.
The other day, a lady started griping about the cost of their food.
And I just said, you know, who did you vote for?
Well, I voted for Biden.
There you go. There's the reason why you're paying high prices.
Watch how you vote.
It's little things like that that you just remind these people how the elections have consequences.
Problem is that stolen elections have dire consequences.
We went from exporting oil and gas To now importing and now all of our reserves, our reserves under Trump were completely capped off and our gas prices were at $1.79 before COVID. The thing is, is that now all of our reserves are completely depleted.
If somebody came in, we don't have any We're good to go.
So understanding the bigger picture of what's going on, this is the reason why we have to be very careful who we vote for.
So money has to go to the candidates directly or to the president that you want in office so that they can utilize to run on that.
To get their information out.
And then also support people like you.
Your listeners, if you're not donating money to Vim and making sure that he has money to get people like me on the podcast and stuff, Where you can hear this information and you can have intelligent people that can explain things very clearly.
And at the end of the conversation, you need to be able to say, walk away and go, you know what?
That person actually put things together.
It makes more sense as to what's happening.
And I've got such a short period of time on your podcast that Coming on to give that, but I've only talked about one aspect.
We've got the vaccines that I'm involved in as an ordained minister and sending out thousands of religious exemptions.
You know, going to the border where I had a video that went viral.
Over six million people saw it because I came in contact with an eight-year-old little girl who just witnessed her dad being executed, okay, when we came across these women.
I had a news crew and I had a security team with me.
We were at the border and everything else and this little girl as we started talking had been raped over and over and over again for months as they were coming up and the coyotes executed her father and they were going to sex traffic the women and so you know what we had four women we had a 34 34-year-old female, 32-year-old female, 12-year-old, and 8-year-old.
And the 8-year-old, I received a phone call two and a half months after that because I'd given my cards out to the Border Patrol and to the medical team and everything else.
Somebody anonymously reached out to me and said, hey, just wanted to let you know, we found 67 DNA samples on and inside this little girl.
Wow. Wow.
Wow, man.
The fact that our government knows that's going on and they're using it to shutting it down for political purpose.
I mean, crimes against humanity on top of crimes against humanity.
This is the thing. You look at the international laws.
What I talked about earlier, it's terrorism what they're doing towards their own situation.
You look at what's happening at the border, that's terrorism.
That is as bad as Al-Qaeda and ISIS. ISIS, the folks that used to burn people alive.
I mean, that is the level of terrorism that is happening at our border right now.
It's unbelievable. Well, and the thing is, is that we now have military-aged men that are crossing the border now at an alarming rate.
Mark, mark my words.
We will fight a war on our turf this time.
This will be on our soil.
Our children are going to see this next war firsthand.
They won't have to read it in a book.
Yeah, I mean, we cover the border a lot, by the way.

He's been to over 89 countries, a lot of countries that were in the midst of war covering what's happening at the border.
Anthony Aguero, Spencer Geer, all people that have been spending all their time at the border seeing what's happening, right?
And you have these military-aged men coming with gangster tattoos.
And I grew up in Los Angeles.
I saw what the 80s and 90s were in LA. And you had these guys with eyeball tattoos, gangster tattoos, that they get because they kill people.
They kill people. They're murderers.
And these guys are coming past the border.
Flipping our guys off, literally fingers raised at them.
And one would think, like, why do they have such confidence, such FU aggression towards us?
Clearly, they are bad people.
They're gangsters. I mean, it's all over their face.
It's obvious what life they subscribe to.
And these people are coming over wholesale with guns into our country, being documented by the likes of Michael Yon.
And our government does nothing about it.
In fact... While they're documenting, National Guards people tried to run them over on multiple occasions with their car, tried to prevent them from using their freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of press.
By intimidating them, there was liberal women running around saying, oh, you shouldn't videotape these immigrants or these migrants because it's a violation of their privacy.
Like, they don't even know the law.
Like, there's no jurisdiction. If you have no jurisdiction, there is no violation of privacy, right?
So it's ridiculous.
It's ridiculous what's going on.
And the fact that it's being allowed to this level, I mean, one, you know, just one wonders, one wonders what are the nefarious forces that have pretty much bought out all these traitors and scumbags, you know?
Right, right.
Well, and that's the problem that we're seeing right now is the fact that, you know, I've had seven hit pieces on that story that I've just told you because they said, well, we've talked to Nogales and Douglas and Tucson Police Department and they have no record of it.
I said, well, I never said that they were involved.
I said it was the Border Patrol and ICE. Well, The administration has stated that you will not give any information out.
So when they call Border, they call ICE, they say, you know, we would like to investigate on an incident where two men were executed.
A 34, 32, 12, and 8-year-old woman were raped repeatedly and And everything.
And we would like information and they go, we don't have any, you know, information to give you.
So my story is automatically disgruntled or disputed or fact checked.
And this may be the reason why my Twitter account Has been suspended.
And I keep saying, look, we have rape trees that support what I just saw firsthand.
And the thing is, is what makes it even more atrocious is the fact that it goes all the way back to February and first of March It has been going on and I've been talking about this for this long.
Well, what changed when I was on Tina Peters because I was literally on her show when it went viral and all these people have been trashing me ever since.
And all of the left, I know what they've done.
They've been, you know, going, this is not true.
We can't prove it or anything else.
And we've investigated and he's making all this stuff up.
Yet we have We have men who have been executed, we have women who have been raped, we have people that are being sex trafficked, and it's still happening today, yet I'm making this up those years, you know, a couple years ago.
And it's just disgusting, you know, when Tom Horn made the statement that a couple, he came across a couple that was carrying their child who had been dead.
And this infant, and because they couldn't pay the coyotes, the guy actually raped the infant little boy, and it died in the process of it being raped.
And they were carrying that child when they came across it.
And this is a Border Patrol officer there.
But yet, you know, when Tom was talking about this, these things need to get out.
They're making me the bad guy when we have coyotes that are actually raping infants and children and murdering men and trying to sex traffic.
But we're the bad people for talking about it.
And to let people know about it.
This is what the sickness is.
Yeah, I mean, there's an episode of Blood Monday we did with Christy Hutcherson where we actually put a video up while we're out canvassing in Georgia.
There was this white liberal woman that and I'm literally standing next to a dude that is first generation immigrant from Mexico and lives right by the border.
And he's like, the worst stuff is happening.
Rape. Murders, executions.
And this white woman from Georgia, she's like, oh, my ancestors came here from Mexico.
That was her kind of claim to knowing everything, right?
And she's like, what you're doing is lying, you know?
And I get it where you look at somebody like me and you have that level of flat-out racism to think that just because I look white, I would be lying.
But this dude was like, I mean, he was a dark Mexican dude with an accent, right?
Saying this is what's happening, lady, and this white liberal woman would not buy it.
I mean, the level of mental illness that we have to be at to ignore reality for the sake of political purpose.
And then guess what? Guess what's the next topic that pops up?
When we're talking about children being raped at the border, this dude's saying to the lady, listen, I know he was giving an example of a child that was eight, nine years old, got found with 16 different sources of DNA inside her, right?
So he's saying all this stuff towards her.
And, you know, this woman all of a sudden brings up Donald Trump.
You guys are Trumpers.
I'm like, what the fuck is wrong with you, ladies?
Sorry about this. Like, what is wrong with you?
Like, we're talking about a child with, like, 16 sources of DNA insider.
This dude that obviously has no horse in the race, he's Mexican, he would love for his family from Mexico all to come here, is nonetheless saying these horrors are happening.
And all of a sudden she's like, you're Trumpers.
She starts talking about Donald Trump.
I'm like, you are like, that is mental illness.
That is mental illness, 100%.
Because if you ignore a child being raped because you're so stuck on this guy who reminds you of God knows what, like what is going on inside her head, which dude does he remind her of?
She forgets that we're talking about a child that got raped 16 times, you know?
Oh, no. Well, and that's the problem is that, and I try to remind everybody, this is my biblical background.
I'm an ordained minister as well.
And so what I tell everybody is, is this is not a Republican, Democrat, Independent Tea Party, Patriot Party, anything.
It's not. This is good versus evil.
You need to understand that Ephesians 6, where it says that we do not fight against flesh and blood, but against principalities, the things that we cannot see That's the realm in which we are fighting.
We fight on our knees, but there's a reason why we are given a shield and we're given a sword.
There's a reason why I carry a gun on my hip.
I also have, you know, I may be a cowboy, and I'm the redneck, you know, country boy and everything else, but that country boy had to, you know, I've been, I've had a gun in my hand since I was five years old.
It was a BB gun, then as I got older, it became a 410 shotgun, then it became a deer rifle, then it became a 12-gauge semi-automatic pump, then several other handguns, 45s, 9mm, all kinds of different You know, guns all through my life.
I've had them and I carry them and stuff.
And it's because our founding fathers stated that we have the right to bear arms and it shall not be infringed in.
You know, it's not just the militia that has to be formed.
It's the individual.
Think about this. I've had a couple of guys that have surrounded in a store I start looking around.
I back up, put my hand on the gun.
One of them will see me start to position myself to where they would be shot before they could get to me and everything else.
And then all of a sudden, it's like, hey, come on, let's go.
And they leave and everything else.
But yet, I'm the only person In that room that is bearing a weapon, but I'm able to take four guys that were going to do something deviant and then figure out that, oh, he's got a gun, so I don't think we want to do it, and they leave. We need to understand that if you take a weapon out of good men, only bad men will have weapons because they don't follow the law.
Yeah. So, you know, it's the good guy.
Now, I wear a black hat and I do that for a reason because I'm letting the Democrats and the Rhinos know that I'm not playing nice.
I'm very straightforward.
I talk straight.
I'm not a politician.
I was in sports medicine for 40 years.
My oath in office of being a sports medicine was to do no harm.
My Hippocratic Oath is to literally say, when I find a person, I'm to have them, when I leave them, they are to be the same or better than when I found them.
That is my oath.
Well, if I'm a congressman and I keep my Hippocratic oath, that means that I have to find the American people, the Arizona people, and I need to make them either the same or better.
I can't do like the politicians today, which keeps making them worse.
I haven't heard anybody go, you know what?
I am so glad that all of these things that Biden has done has really helped us.
He has changed my life.
He has put so much money in the bank.
We have so much cheaper food and gas and everything else, and we're in such a safer place today than what we were before he took office.
I don't hear that from anybody.
Not even the Democratic Party, I'm not hearing that.
Yeah, yeah, totally.
