Blood Money, episode 41 with Lloyd Brunson.
Brunson Brothers 2020 election case to be heard in Supreme Court on February 17th.
Thank you so much for showing up for our podcast, especially with this pending hearing at the Supreme Court on February 17th, which is like tomorrow, right?
Thank you.
It is a hearing, but it's specifically called a conference, but it is a hearing, but no one else is allowed in.
That's where the nine justices abide themselves and vote for it to move forward.
Gotcha, gotcha. That's pretty amazing.
So we're very happy we got to sneak you in beforehand to talk about this.
Before we get into the body of our interview, I want to play a video.
It's a five-minute video. I asked the viewer to please view this video because you need to get to know the Brunson brothers.
They're doing some amazing things.
These are the salt of the earth human beings, true, you know, patriotic Americans with no agenda but to uphold our Constitution.
So, Travis, if you could roll that tape.
Thank you. Imagine, you have the power.
As people around the world have had enough.
Corruption in governments, lies in the media, personal interest over the people's interest.
Is there any chance that we the people can restore our republic?
It's amazing that the Constitution is set up in such a way for the people to go to the most powerful branch of government, and that is the Supreme Court of the United States.
I heard of this new name, Lloyd Brunson, and I listened to Lloyd.
I mean, gosh, this is crazy what's happening in America.
Here are a hundred members in Congress that are claiming with evidence that there is a concern that needs to be investigated.
On behalf of the petitioners, Rollin J. Brunson and We the People, it's a grassroots organization involving citizens across the country.
And I was like, no, that can't be true.
That could be true? Lloyd Brunson's strategy works this way.
After the 2020 election, hundreds of citizens and elected lawmakers stepped forward with evidence of misconduct, malfeasance, and criminal behavior during that election.
Well, Brunson's argument is that Congress was constitutionally required to investigate this evidence through their oaths of office, in which every member swears to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.
And so we're not suing about the outcome of the election.
We're not suing to put someone in office.
We're suing to remove the security breach.
And the security breach is every single member of Congress that refused to do their job and defend this country.
Are you kidding me? I'm literally going on the Supreme Court website.
And I downloaded the case that he was referring to.
Holy cow, this is like everything.
All the anxiety that we all have, all the prayers that have gone towards, you know, asking for God's intervention somehow, some way, you know, bring his vengeance.
Because these people, these evil people are overthrowing our country.
We're Part of we the people, right?
And so when you petition for redress of grievances, you don't petition to the Congress.
You don't petition to the President.
You petition through the courts.
And then the final court of the land, the Supreme Court of the United States, is the final say on that petition for redress of grievances.
And that's what we've been able to do.
Wow, wow. That was incredibly moving.
Incredibly moving. You know, it strikes me that we had a system based on honor.
Our courts were once based on honor.
Honor was a big thing in our politics, and that seems to have all but vanished.
And you guys are out there trying to reclaim this honor to restore our republic.
Loy, tell us about this journey.
Bring us to where we are right now.
Sure. In 2010, my brothers and I produced a little documentary that we were able to get to the 4,000 state delegates in Utah a couple of weeks before the state convention.
And what it was, it was called the Oath of Office, the thread by which the Constitution hangs.
And so what we were doing is we were asking the U.S. Senate candidates from all parties what the penalty was for breaking the oath of office.
And we were shocked with the answers.
So we were seeing...
Even a current U.S. Senator right now, he had never run for Senate before, his answer was, you lose the election.
And it's like, when he said that, I thought, you've got to be kidding.
You would even say that.
I mean, how can you lose the election?
How can you break the oath of office?
If you're, you know, if you're not, if you haven't won the election, you know?
Yeah, no. It was so weird, and so that was part of the journey, and my brother was very interested in legal stuff, and he was upset with the prime, subprime mortgage bundling that was happening, and stocks, and it affected his properties, and I just really got Involved in studying the Constitution and writing about it and publishing, self-publishing some books about it.
And so after being shocked by the Congress not allowing a 10-day investigation to just simply investigate, and we saw members of Congress and the Senate and House stand up and wave the Constitution like it was their sword and talk about how important their oath was for them to not take a 10-day investigation.
That just... It was so shocking.
We felt like we had to do something.
And my brother said, hey, I know how to do legal stuff.
I know how to file documents.
He says, well, he's actually filed cases in state and federal court, and he's had two Supreme Court petitions for intersertiary filed with the U.S. Supreme Court.
So he knew legal procedure.
And he took a course, and the course was you learn legal procedure and you follow it more strictly than the attorneys are doing it.
See, the attorneys kind of have their own environment, their own kind of cultural thing going on, where they allow each other to basically violate the rules, you know, the streamlined things.
And so the course was you plead, you prepare your pleadings and your complaints and your motions in a way that The appellate attorneys will uphold it because you're following the rules, whereas the lower courts will be more lenient.
And so we got together with my third brother who was really great at doing stuff.
And we decided, okay, let's file a lawsuit.
We decided to file two lawsuits.
And right at the get-go, we decided we're not going to stop.
We're not going to have to end up saying, oh, they tossed it, so we quit.
No. We're taking both these to the U.S. Supreme Court.
So mine was started first.
Mine was started first. And the federal court...
Actually ordered the U.S. Marshal Service to serve Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff, and about 80 others, my summons and complaint.
And that was March 31st, 2021.
April 1st, the next day, the court canceled it and said that my complaint was deficient.
So we knew that was wrong.
The court can't do that.
So we took that court to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals with a complaint called a writ of mandamus, and that didn't help.
They didn't even read our pleadings.
So we took both courts to state court, and after we battled there a few weeks after that, we were noticed by the federal court that not only were they unblocking my case, but they had refiled it for me.
And they ordered the clerk of the court to issue 388 summonses, and that case is still alive.
So what I'm trying to make a point of is we're making a breakthrough here that has never been done before.
If we'd gone to a law firm, they would have said, well, you can't...
of Congress unless you get permission from the sergeant at arms, permission from the people you're suing, right?
That doesn't make any sense.
And a waiver.
And then you'd have to go into a special court of claims.
So we didn't do that.
We knew that we had a constitutionally protected right of due process and the First Amendment protected right of the petition for redress of grievances.
And so we took, my brother took his to state court, it was moved to federal court, we took mine to federal court, and that's where we're at.
We're now at the Supreme Court because we fought using the constitution, federal and state, showing that we have every right in the world to be where we're doing, where we are and to petition the way we're petitioning.
And the fact that they denied it on 6th does not mean that they had an opinion one way or the other.
And I believe that the reason they denied it is they felt like they needed other people, the people to support that petition.
And so the fact that it was denied and then CNN and MSN and Newsweek and all these other news agencies were like dancing on the grave.
I say dancing on the fake grave.
It should be a shock to them.
We're on the docket again with a conference tomorrow, okay?
And then the last couple of days we see, we didn't feel like it would be right to contact President Trump.
We don't know if he would be reinstated or not, if this case were adjudicated by the Supreme Court.
It's a possibility. And he was really deprived his rightful and honest election in the last election So we're just waiting to see what they do.
And no matter what they decide, we're going to move forward with this, with the other case.
And we can also do another petition for hearing, showing them new evidence and new information and new ground support from We The People.
We hope people go to BrunsonBrothers.com and do the letters.
They can do it digitally. It's real simple.
And then the Fulfillment House actually prints out their personal message and their signature from their mouse or the finger on their phone and prints it and folds it, puts it in an envelope and literally mails it with postage stamped on it to the Supreme Court individually.
So we're especially excited that President Trump is aware of this and that he looks like he supports it.
He reposted, we truthed an article and truthed an article that was pretty accurate.
And so we feel like this conference tomorrow is going to be a lot different than the previous conference because there's a lot more information and a lot more support for the justices to decide.
So they go into conference tomorrow by themselves and nine of them, they take a vote.
And if four of them vote for there to be a publicly dated, docketed hearing, then that's what's going to happen.
but the fact that they've already characterized this because we got stuck in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, so we weren't even supposed to file a petition with the Supreme Court until that was completely finished.
And we contacted the court through a petition with Rule 11 stamped on the face, hoping that they would allow this national emergency petition to be docketed.
And they didn't just docket it, they called us up on the phone, like case analysts call from the clerk's office.
Now, the clerk of the Supreme Court is not a justice clerk.
The clerk for 11 years was the attorney for the Supreme Court.
So when the case analyst called us and told us that they were accepting it, bypassing the 10th Circuit, and that they were accepting it as a Rule 11, and then asked us to add some more documents because they had been studying this.
They looked at the docket and they asked us to actually include Some document that they had seen from the docket.
So we did that and added another addition to that and then got it to them.
And then after they filed it, we sent it on a Thursday and they got it on a Friday.
And then Monday they documented it and showed that it was filed and received.
And then they sent us a form for the U.S. attorneys to waive their right to oppose it before conference.
So they had 30 days.
The U.S. attorneys had 30 days to oppose this before we could even be scheduled for a conference, right?
So the 30 days go by the last day that it's due.
They hadn't done a thing.
It was the 22nd of November, and they hadn't done anything.
So we checked the docket at about 2 p.m., and what do we see?
We see that the U.S. attorneys are no longer representing the 380 defendants.
It's like, why are they waiting so long?
But then it's showing that the new counsel of record, the attorney representing the 388 defendants, is the U.S. Solicitor General, Elizabeth Freeloader.
And what does she do? She does the right thing.
She signs the document and files the waiver, waiving their right to extend We're to oppose this before it goes into conference.
So that's set in stone.
So they had no right or no opportunity to file an opposition for this conference coming up tomorrow.
So these are battles in a war, and we're trying to encourage people to become aware of this at russmothers.com.
And again, I want to say Article VI is very clear.
You know, they've got to be bound by oath, and they've given themselves immunity.
As a matter of fact, there's a California statute, a perjury statute, That uses the words to exclude members of Congress from being liable for perjury when they take the oath of office.
Can you believe that? So that would be script as well.
So we're excited about tomorrow.
I mean, it's possible because there's a lot more support.
There's a lot more information that the Supreme Court justices can see.
And if they choose to publicly dock it, A hearing date?
That would be wonderful.
What an opportunity for people to become aware of it.
But I just want to reiterate this, that even if they don't do that, they have the full power at any moment, at any time, no matter what they docket, no matter what they say about denying it, that's in their arsenal.
And they have the full power not just to Not just to uphold a lower court's decision or overturn a lower court's decision, but they have the absolute full power to completely execute, adjudicate, and offer the reliefs of every cause of action in the complaints.
So they have a tremendous amount of power right now, whether we think that the case is not moving forward or not.
But it was interesting that they were, like, dancing on the grave.
It's like, this is dead.
It's gone. It's like... You guys don't know what you're talking about.
So what do they see tomorrow if it moves to a hearing?
Oh, it was dead. It was dead, but now it got resurrected?
Great. They'll start believing in resurrection, at least the principle, right?
Yeah, yeah. So at its highest, they have the power to essentially remove anybody from Congress that did not follow the Constitution.
Absolutely. Well, with the case, with this court case, and with the evidence we presented, they absolutely have the power to remove the city president, vice president, and over 380 members of Congress.
We have 388 defendants, but some of those defendants are no longer city members of House and Senate.
So they absolutely have the power to order the U.S. Marshal Service with a list to be delivered to the sergeant-at-arms with a credentials list, and every single person on that list could be removed.
Their credentials could be voided out, canceled.
Okay? Revoked. Revoked.
And that can happen when they're on break.
They wouldn't even have to make it to be notified.
So that would save a lot of fuel costs for them coming back and then seeing that their credentials don't work.
They should find out, you know, before coming back.
This is just kind of my vision.
And then the three directors of the Federal Communications Commission Are constitutionally bound.
They've all taken oaths, too.
They're appointed by the president.
I'm wondering why President Trump or previous presidents had never made anything public about the Federal Communications Commission.
Well, what they've done, I believe, is headed up a PSYOPs.
They've headed up a PSYOPs attack.
Every military in the world has a psychological warfare division called PSYOPs, and that's what's been happening with the news that isn't accurate, isn't true, and is geared to...
Divide and create hate.
And so I can imagine special government teams, special military broadcast teams that are dressed like any other journalist on TV and are dressed up.
And so we could be watching, say we're watching CNN and all of a sudden there's an extended kind of commercial break and it comes back to the program and we see new faces.
And they explain in real time what's happening for people so people would not be alarmed.
And that there have been some things happening with the Congress and that's being corrected.
And that there would be over 300 new campaign opportunities for candidates to run for office.
Candidates that are the type of candidates that are willing to lay down their lives for this country and this Constitution.
Those kind of candidates would then be allowed in to replace the others.
And I think the cowards and those who have run for office to exploit their positions I think so.
Divine intervention, yes.
The founders received help, why can't we?
And there's so many people praying so hard.
And I believe there's divine intervention happening, but it happens God's way.
Why was Moses allowed to fail, so to speak, at the first plague?
He didn't fail. It wasn't a failure.
We don't see the backstory.
We don't see the faith that was being built.
We don't see the people that still believed, even though that first plague That first plague failed.
It was a test of faith.
And then another. They always had another opportunity.
So there might have been a few more people come back and become stronger with their faith.
And how many plagues did it take?
I'm not stand by comparing myself to Moses.
But it's kind of the same thing.
People gave up and were depressed and thought, oh, we've lost.
No, no, we haven't.
We've got to become aware of it.
We've got to show the Supreme Court our support and take back our country and not expect others to do it while we don't take, you know, take a part in it.
And it's really difficult to take part in it.
I mean, it seems like a lifetime kind of commitment.
And, you know, there's so many things that confuse people about politics.
For example, the word Congress.
The Constitution defines Congress as the House and the Senate.
So why aren't we calling one house The Congress and the Senate, the Senate.
It's just the tip of the iceberg of the confusion.
But this is very simple for people to understand.
The oath of office needs to be binding.
You can go to BrunsonBrothers.com and do a simple letter.
Now they can engage and they can take one step at a time.
And this is the first opportunity where they can see a power clause.
And use it to be a part of history.
Every single letter that goes to the court is filed, okay?
And it becomes a permanent part of American history.
So they're making a difference.
We've received over 50,000 letters so far.
And that's really quite remarkable for a case that hasn't made it to a hearing, okay?
But what we want is we want a million letters.
If we could get a million letters in the next week or two, and now that Trump has truthed it and re-truthed it, more people are finding out about this.
People need to be engaged.
God cannot work miracles unless we knock and let the door open up so he can give it to us.
And that's what the founders were doing.
They were searching and they were struggling and they were fighting.
So let's not give up.
Let's keep looking for ways we can peaceably fight this battle of information, this battle of truth.
And prevail in the end with a new, constitutionally sound, oath-bound constitutional publish.
Yeah, yeah. And you made it tremendously easy.
I mean, the website, all you got is you go on there and you basically fill in your information and you basically automated everything.
So there should be no excuse for the people out there watching this not to submit a letter.
And it's of no cost, right?
But they could also, they have the option of donating a couple Well, no.
Actually, we have changed it.
So, we're asking for a minimum $2 gift.
Okay? And then what happens is it's printed out, it's folded, it's put in an envelope, and it's stamped with the postage and individually mailed.
So, there's some considerable expense there.
And if they want to gift more than that, that's great.
$2. $2. $2.
$2. Let's get a Starbucks coffee to save the country.
Two dollars, guys. Come on.
Two dollars. Everybody has to do this.
So, the thing that strikes me, none of you guys are attorneys.
No. None of you guys.
I mean, that is so epic.
That is so epic. You guys are in the Supreme...
I mean, people need to watch us and be inspired because...
I mean, how hard was the class that your brother had to take to understand procedure?
Well, I don't know. It was civil procedure, but it still didn't tell him that he could bypass the...
You know, bypass the...
The claims court, he just did that on his own.
He just says, we're going to take this application and my constitutional knowledge and publications, we put them together, and we show the force of the Constitution allowing us to do it the way we did.
And so... You made a point earlier that if you had gone to a traditional law firm, they would have just given you a bunch of excuses, asked you to basically ask the enemy of permission, which kind of makes no sense.
So you know what that means?
That means that every single person that has felt a desire to petition the government for redress of grievances and have gone to the attorney with resources to pay them, they've been derailed.
They've been derailed. So we've just proven that they don't need to be derailed and that they can go to the federal courts, beginning even the state court if they want, and go all the way to the Supreme Court.
So I think we've opened up some new opportunities for people.
You know, what did Jesus say?
He says, Yeah.
And the truth shall make you free.
So if we know the truth about how to protect our rights and we apply it, that is incredible.
And we've been very prayerful.
We've been asking for help and searching and fighting.
And ideas come to our minds that are priceless.
An idea. An idea.
I think it goes along with the power of the pen, much mightier than the power of a sword.
And so if you serve, and that's I think what knocking means, knocking it shall be open, seeking it shall find.
Just look at the light bulb.
How many tries did that take?
You know, 7,000?
He didn't give up. He did not give up after seven.
Man, he would have been right there with Moses.
He would have been right there with Aaron and Moses.
He'd been alive at that time.
And we don't do it in a dumb fashion.
We look for new ways. We look for new possibilities.
If we can see something in our mind that this could work, we go for it.
And so that's what we saw.
We had a lot of roadblocks and we saw, hey, we got around the roadblocks.
And so my case is ready to go.
My case is ready to go with Rule 11 as soon as the judge makes a decision rules against me.
Okay, so let's get into that in a second.
But the thing that's just, again, so impressive is what...
We do a lot of episodes on this show about what a bar agent is versus what a law is, what a lawyer is, right?
And sometimes when you go to these law firms, they are essentially, you know, they've taken an oath to the bar, not necessarily our constitution.
And the way you guys have approached this, you've really circumvented all that nonsense, all that stuff about, you know, you can't do this, it's impossible...
And you've found a path.
I mean, is this something that you'd want to teach other people so they understand that there is a pathway to justice that doesn't rely upon spending millions of dollars at a law firm only to be told that, hey, you can't make this happen?
Oh, absolutely. And I think that's a simple message.
They could go to their attorneys now and say, why can't we do what the Brunson said?
Let's download the complaint.
Give a gift of a dollar and download the full complaint and follow that template.
Make our own. But I would like to say that the Constitution requires all attorneys to take a constitutional oath.
So they have. Every single licensed attorney, the American Bar Association, the State Bar Association has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States.
Every policeman, every public official has taken that oath.
So they're banned. They're bound, even though they may think they have immunity.
That immunity is stricken, and they're accountable, and they're liable.
Actually, yes. I wanted to say something.
I wrote a I wrote a parody to 19 Tons.
Do you remember that song, 19 Tons?
19 Tons.
Well, one verse goes like this.
One verse goes like this.
If you've taken an oath, you better step aside.
A lot of men swore and a lot of men lied.
One oath of iron and another of steel.
If the right one don't get you, the left one will.
So it's the oath.
And my brothers and I produced this documentary called The Oath of Office, the thread by which the Constitution hangs.
Our contract is still intact.
We've still got it. And so that's what we're doing with the courts.
We're showing them that they've taken an oath.
We're showing them how the oath needs to be binding.
And we're showing them the rights we have and know are protected.
Now, when Amy Coney Barrett was asked to share her constitutional knowledge with people, and it was a hearing, a Senate hearing, before she was appointed to be a Chief Justice, she was asked just for educational purposes for the public to share her knowledge about the Constitution, and she was asked what the five protections were on the First Amendment.
And she said, assembly, religion, speech, press, the press, and then she got stuck.
And I think she's a great justice.
I don't want to say anything negative about her, but it's symbolic.
The petition for redress of grievances, she couldn't remember.
Why couldn't she remember that? Because it's been forced out of the legal system.
It's been forced out of the court.
So the Brunson brothers have brought it back in To the system, showing people that they can petition the government for redress of grievances through the court system without going to a special court claim, without getting permission from the Sergeant-in-Arms, without getting a waiver.
We can do this and attorneys need to jump on board.
They might fear that they could be disciplined by the State Bar Association.
But I think there are going to be law firms that are saying, hey, we're going to step up to the box here.
We're going to bring civil action, civil action against local officials that have violated the oath of office, causing these damages, and state and federal officers as well.
So I think this is, we're just excited that the awareness is happening and people are connecting with it like they are, and this is a movement.
So we hope we get a million letters.
Now that Trump is on, you know, with his post in the last couple of days, we think it's possible for the next few weeks we get a million letters to the Supreme Court.
And then more than that, the goal would be a hundred million.
You don't have to be 18 years of age to do it.
And can you imagine a hundred million people that know that the oath is supposed to be binding and know the Congress has given them immunity?
Just that knowledge alone is super powerful, super powerful than any historical kind of information they need to learn.
Yeah, and you know, there's people around the world.
I mean, just looking at our website, we're getting so many hits from all around Europe, all around the world.
I mean, people are watching what is happening right now.
In fact, when we put up the tease for your episode of Blood Money, I mean, we got dozens of hits from overseas, and I was wondering, I'm like, why are people in Germany and Switzerland and Australia and Canada watching this?
Because you know what? We're the last house standing on the block, and we are standing like it's like a thread, and...
You know, we got the Bunsen brothers, we got like these patriots out there fighting, and that's what we got.
But this country was one, you know, you know how the Revolutionary War was one, you know?
So you're talking about a case that I guess, depending upon the decision of this next one in the Supreme Court, you said you had filed another case.
Can you tell us about that? Oh, it's the original.
It's the original complaint.
It's called the Fourth Amendment Complaint.
You can see it at 7discoveries.com.
And for a dollar gift, you can download the whole complaint with the avidave.
It's showing all the evidence, all the full amount.
So, yeah, that's...
What was your question again?
I'm sorry. So I was wondering about, you were saying that depending upon, I guess, the outcome of one case, there might be another case that you had filed.
Right. Yeah, well, that's an independent case, but it's identical and it has the same power.
So we didn't know when we appealed to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, we didn't know that we could take it.
We didn't have to do that.
We could have gone right straight to the Supreme Court with the rule of law.
We didn't have to wait for four months.
With the 10th Circuit. So we know that now.
So as soon as the judge makes a decision, and I hope he makes a decision soon, I hope he makes the right decision, you know, in our favor.
But if he doesn't, then that immediately goes to the Supreme Court with Rule 11 stamped on it as a national emergency.
So we, the President, could actually have two Supreme Court cases within the next few weeks, alive and well.
Wow. So how does the process go, right?
So none of you guys are attorneys, and apparently you're doing better than most attorneys would.
You're trying to figure it out as you go along.
Obviously, you filed the case.
You didn't know about, what was it, the Rule 11?
Didn't know about Rule 11.
That's right. Is this just like by talking to people, you're picking up little bits and pieces of information ongoing?
No. No, research is the same way a law firm would research.
They have to research when they have cases.
Cases are so different, you know, and varied that they have to research happening with those cases.
So a Rule 11, the last time a Rule 11 was even docketed with the Supreme Court was in the 70s.
Okay, so it's possible that the justices may not have even been aware of Rule 11.
So we brought that to their attention.
They're all rules. I'm not saying that's really true, but boy, did they act with enthusiasm when we asked them to accept it as a Rule 11.
And so this is probably the first case in U.S. history where Rule 11 was even docketed by a pro se litigant, you know, someone representing themselves without an attorney.
And so this is unique.
And then the fact that they blocked my case and unfiled it and then filed it after we took action against them, and they filed it and ordered the summonses to be issued, you know.
After they had ordered the U.S. Marshals to serve Nancy Pelosi and the others.
And the reason they were ordered by the U.S. Marshals is because the Congress had locked themselves down.
So we could not serve them through the normal process of, you know, of a sheriff or of a process server.
So the court actually agreed to pay for that, having U.S. Marshals do that.
So they were doing the right thing at that time, but they shouldn't have buckled under I don't know what kind of pressure.
And that could still turn into a case, actually.
The fact that they... Yeah, this whole process, I mean, this is just legendary.
I mean, people need to learn this.
People need to be empowered.
Even your video, the fact that you're telling people you have this power, you're waking them up, you know, you're waking them up because they think they've gotten into this slave mindset, and that's been through generations, but people think that they're powerless.
You are not powerless. Look at these men taking this to the Supreme Court.
This is such an inspiring story.
Now, let's play, you know, kind of just to conclude this episode, let's play a little Choose Your Own Adventure, right?
2023. What does 2023 look like for you?
You know, let's say you win this case or you don't win this case.
What's the plans going forward?
Because I know you guys have a plan.
I know you're not going to stop.
I know you've thought about all the different options of like, if this doesn't happen, this happens.
What does it look like going forward?
Well, education. We're asking for monetary damages.
We're asking for a million dollars per cause of action per defendant, except for the three main defendants, Biden, Harris, and Penn.
I think it's $25 million per cause of action.
That's a lot of money. And if that money is awarded, that goes right into the 1776 Foundation or right into education.
It's about education. Article 1, Section 8 gives the Congress to raise money to educate us on the Constitution.
How many people know that?
Article 1 section, the Militia Clause.
Militia is open for everyone.
There's an educational militia opportunity for the Congress to raise funds to educate.
And that's where we blew it.
Congress should have been paying for constitutional education at the get-go because the Constitution provides that opportunity.
So it's about education.
I love to see people learn.
You know, my focus is central banking and reserve system.
And tax it. And so that's my focus with my book, The Seven Discoveries book.
It's like, we don't need to be taxed.
The government has, if we were able to enforce the non-profit system, the non-profit status of the Federal Reserve System, think about it, a trillion dollars created out of thin air, is really supposed to be profit for the Treasury.
I'm not going to talk about inflation.
It's supposed to be profit for the Treasury, not tax debt for the taxpayer.
So I won't get into that. My book does.
The Constitution is so absolutely incredible.
It actually provides a 100% tax-free system if we're honorable enough and honest enough to hold on to that.
Yeah, yeah. So, I mean, let me take a guess.
In your book, does most of the evils in this country ultimately lead to the Federal Reserve System?
Oh, absolutely. Yeah.
The root of all evil is not money.
It's the money changers.
And the modern day money changers are the central bankers of the world that have been stealing trillions and trillions of dollars.
You know, there was a congressional hearing with Congressman Al Grayson, Democrat, and it was great.
And he was asking the representative of the Federal Reserve where nine trillion dollars went with one transaction.
Nine trillion dollars, one transaction.
Where did it go? Yep.
And it's like, well, we can't reveal the identities.
Well, he knew it went for it overseas, okay?
Why can't you tell us where it went?
And they said, we have contracts that restrict us from identifying the recipients, okay?
And then they said, but don't worry about it.
It's not part of the tax debt.
Whoa, okay.
How does $9 trillion created out of thin air become profit for enemies of the United States that they can use to funnel back internally, which could have a lot to do with what was happening in the last election, the 2020 election anyway.
So the investigation needs to happen.
We need to get to the bottom of money.
Mm-hmm. They then, in contracts that are, like, repugnant to the Constitution, should not even exist.
Why is there a contract that's literally a contract that basically is essentially a treason contract?
And a lot of this, I mean, when you look at the Federal Reserve, doesn't it ultimately lead to this?
This is treason. Federal Reserve?
It's not only treason, but it's...
Absolutely treasonous and embezzlement.
Okay, I had conversations with Alan Grayson.
I flew to Washington, D.C. after I set up a meeting with Senator Mike Lee, Alan Grayson, Coxman and Alan Grayson.
And I ended up in a private meeting with Alan Grayson for about a half hour.
And it's like, yeah, there's a lot of horrible stuff going on.
He says there are people walking around with multi-trillion dollar portfolios, buying up stuff with money that was created out of thin air, with money that we're not being taxed for at least.
Well, that's one good thing.
So this has got to be stopped.
I asked Congressman, I'm going to name his name, a very famous member of the U.S. House.
I said, when the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing prints a $100 bill, the cost is only 15 cents.
Now remember, printing money is just a small fraction of the digital money that's created by the Federal Reserve System.
But the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing prints all of our people for money.
So I said, well, that leaves $99.85 profit because the cost to produce that $100 bill is only 15 cents approximately.
I said, so who owns the profit?
Now, here's a famous member of the U.S. House of Representatives whose responsibility is the purse strings of this country should know the answer to this question, right?
And he looked at me and says, I don't know.
I mean, that's like being on a 747 and say, where were you trained to fly?
And he says, I had no training.
Yeah. You know, I drove a bus.
I drove a bus.
So there's 747s crashing every day.
We don't even know it. And it's because of the ignorance, the ignorance and the incompetence and the lawbreakers in the House and the Senate.
So hopefully this case would help remove the security breach.
And that's what it was when they voted against an investigation.
So we have Democrats and Republicans listed as defendants.
They all need to be removed.
They all need to be barred from holding office ever again.
Why? Because they created a security breach, and we should not allow them in that opportunity to create another security breach as long as they live.
So that's really the crux of it.
Yeah, yeah. And what you were mentioning before, in terms of the congressperson not knowing, I mean...
They don't know because once you know and you study this stuff, you realize that the entire thing, the Federal Reserve, the entire thing's a Ponzi scheme.
And the fact that it hasn't crashed and just gone up into the flames is shocking.
I wouldn't say it's a Ponzi scheme.
The counterfeiters have been giving unlimited powers.
It's like, hey, you can counterfeit money.
Well, not only are we going to let you, no, we'll do the printing of the money, but you can buy it from us at cost in paper and ink.
Okay, so that'll look legit.
But we're going to give you the full power to create digitally all of our U.S. currency.
And then you can use it as a platform for all your central banks of the world.
And you can take over the world with your money, okay?
And you can provide us a list of who the chair you want to be, and we'll have our president appoint a chair so it'll look like you're an agency in the government.
And then you can return now $10, $20, $50, $100 million every year when you're actually pocketing maybe, who knows, $20 trillion?
How many trillion are they creating every year?
There's no limit. And there's no legitimate oversight.
So they really are controlling.
It's amazing that they have been able to manage it so successfully and buy off and own.
I think they own the parties.
They own the majority of the houses, I believe.
So they've been able to. I mean, they've done a magnificent but evil job of taking over.
They've enslaved us just so much as they can without us believing that we're enslaved.
But now we're starting to wake up.
We're starting to wake up. So I believe these modern day money changers are going to be over 12.
That's what I believe. I hope so.
I hope so. And this book is part of that to enlighten people to help people wake up and say, so then they can just say, hey, a trillion dollars out of thin air is profit.
So why am I being taxed?
Why am I being taxed when a trillion dollars out of thin air is profit?
You know, just remove all the complicated stuff about, you know, inflation and paper money and fiat money and all that stuff.
Let's just start there, you know, and not throw the baby out of the bathwater.
That's what I tell people. Just understand that.
Well, I mean, there's so many, you know, just knowing about the Federal Reserve, there's so many just repugnantly evil things that ultimately lead to the Federal Reserve.
I mean, if you look at why the fan has been breaking down, why, you know, we're going down this, like, steep slope of this immoral world, I mean, everything leads to the Federal Reserve.
Somebody would always say that.
99.9% of questions could be answered by money, and that's...
Yeah, they fund China. They funded China.
China loans us a trillion dollars.
Well, why do people say, where'd you get the trillion?
You didn't get it from the goods and services.
You got it from the Federal Reserve System.
That wasn't just some goods and services from other countries or domestic purchases.
No, that was a loan from the Federal Reserve System.
A money laundering scheme.
So the Federal Reserve is in bed with China and other countries to deceive the world.
And so you have a handful of people that are controlling the world with money, money, and they need to be exposed.
They're curtaining the door on the act, and once they're exposed, look out.
And that's what I feel like I want to keep doing as well.
Once we're successful with this, we're going to teach people what money is and how the Constitution is affected by it and who's creating it and who's getting to profit from it and keep it.
So...
Our own money being used against us to cause our harm, it's just insane.
If you think about it, it's absolutely insane that we sit here, we pay our taxes, and our money's being basically used to fund all these things that most of us disagree with.
Well, even the taxation, if they didn't touch that, they've still got unlimited trillions to destroy us and enslave us, but they need to tax us.
I heard Alan Greenspan said, the only reason we have taxation is to curb inflation.
Oh, well, why don't you give us 100% taxation, and then we'll be 100% free from inflation.
I mean, there's another diabolical lie.
Like, oh, I'll lose the election if I violate the oath.
No, I don't think that's the way the Constitution is written.
So we need to correct some information out there.
Yep, yep. Sir, is there anything that we forgot to touch upon that you would like to talk about in closing?
I think we did great. I don't want to, you know, take up too much time and, you know, bore people.
A lot of programs are difficult for people.
Me too. You're loved out there because I'll tell you, we posted this, you know, little preview about this episode and this thing's been on fire.
People respect you guys so much and just really thank you.
I mean, every American owes you a debt of gratitude and And what you're doing right now, I just hope people take the time to learn.
Read that case. See how it's all common sense.
And one of the biggest lies that, you know, there's a lot of fraud.
You know, there's so much fraud around this.
But one of the biggest frauds is this idea that a common person cannot understand the law, right?
And they create these Latin phrases to make it seem like it's all hard and stuff.
So they can say their Latin word.
But there is the equivalent English word that we all know.
And that's what it is.
You just got to learn to take off that...
Big layer of bullshit that they put on top of law and understand that, you know what, you probably have more common sense than more lawyers because your kind of instinct is driving you, whereas most lawyers are like, hey, let's charge a maximum hours and they don't care about winning and losing, most of them. They just want to bill you and stuff.
So take it in your own hands and follow the great example of these great gentlemen.
Thank you. Thank you.

See you next time. In 1939, Jimmy Stewart played an all-American patriot, Mr.
Smith. I can't help feeling that there's been a big mistake somehow.
Mr. Smith, fighting for we the people and our Constitution.
I don't think I've ever been so thrilled in my whole life.
And that Lincoln Memorial!
Gee whiz!
That Mr. Lincoln, there he is.
He's just looking right straight at you as you come up those steps.
Just... Just sitting there like he was waiting for somebody to come along.
The swearing in of the Senate that designated the order of business.
The gentleman will raise his right hand.
Do you solemnly swear to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic?
Article 6 of the Constitution requires every one of them that have taken an oath to uphold the Constitution to be bound by that oath.
And to be bound by that oath, you are responsible.
You are liable.
So help you God? I do.
It's amazing that the Constitution is set up in such a way for the people to go to the most powerful branch of government and that is the Supreme Court of the United States to correct the errors and problems that have happened.
Basically this would be the Supreme Court voting to just completely purge the US government and reform the US government.
Never before have we seen the Supreme Court have as much power as they have right now because of the set of circumstances.
They're literally can go behind closed doors and do what they need to do and do what's right.
We produce this video and hope to inspire and empower you and showing you how the power can be restored back to the people.
