Benny Johnson celebrates a Supreme Court victory striking down Louisiana's redistricting maps, labeling Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's dissent as evidence of an illegal appointment. He joins Roger Stone to allege a grand conspiracy involving John Brennan and Hillary Clinton, while Texas AG candidate Chip Roy argues that importing Muslim immigrants constitutes a suicide pact. The show claims Iran's navy is neutralized by U.S. blockades, oil prices will surge due to Project Freedom, and the Senate filibuster prevents passing the Save America Act to stop mail-in voting fraud. Ultimately, the episode asserts these actions secure a permanent Republican dominance in U.S. elections. [Automatically generated summary]
So the Supreme Court has just nuked from space Katanji Brown Jackson.
This is like a really important thing.
Because Katanji Brown Jackson deserves this and she deserves this good and hard.
The theater kids taking over our government is a real thing.
It's something that Charlie Kirk constantly warned me about.
This is an allegory that he would use.
So I obviously want to give homage to Charlie, saying that what he recognized was that on campus, the Libs had not become people who would debate.
And he said this 10 years ago they'd become LARPers, they'd become like theater kids.
It's like theatrics, it wasn't about winning an argument.
It was about who could like yell the lines loud enough and who could be the most, who could deliver the most impassioned, screechy pantomime, right?
And you've seen that.
It's descent, like that's what leftism has descended into.
And just like theater kids, they like to color their hair.
They have septum piercings, you know, that buzz whenever there's a racist around, you know, like, I don't know what that thing is.
You kind of want to take like a little, like a little, like, you know, taser to it, you know.
The point is that they wear these colorful costumes.
They prance and dance around.
They sing.
They cry, but they are not serious, just like the theater kids in high school.
You don't want to be ruled by these people.
These people are emotionally unregulated.
They're not tethered to reality.
They're not popular.
Where did you go to school?
Did you know theater kids?
Of course you did.
The theater kids, like generally very fragile and kept to themselves and like to live in like little dark corners of the school.
Anyway, sadly, everyone from AOC to Ilhan Omar.
To every single left wing man, right, who cries on command.
These people are the theater kids, by the way, crying on command.
It's an amazing thing.
Ken Martin is the chairman of the DNC.
He was crying yesterday.
He was breaking down in tears.
He was like holding back tears yesterday because they're coming for his job, because Libs have no money.
They're losing their shot at the midterms, and now they're going to try and scalp, you know, in terms that only Elizabeth Warren would understand, the DNC chairman.
And so it's going to be an interesting role through the midterms.
We'll see if they actually kick this guy out.
His name's Ken Martin.
Anyway, could you imagine having the party chair crying on command?
I've never been a huge fan of the RNC.
I'm not a huge fan of the RNC leadership.
It just is what it is.
The guy who's the RNC leader, his name's Joe Gruders.
Anyway, I don't have any feelings against him.
I just know that RNC leadership writ large has been just a bunch of cucks and a bunch of traitors.
And Ronald McDaniel is a great example.
Ronald Romney is a great example of that.
And we were proud to lead the charge that got her kicked out of her position.
So, it's not like I'm sitting here trying to, you know, hype up, you know, the RNC or the DNC necessarily.
I'm here trying to say that there is a distinct difference.
The RNC chairman is not crying on camera, not sobbing on camera.
At least you're just shut.
At least he's like shutting up and staying out of it.
Like, this is what I'd like for the RNC shut up, raise money, get Republicans elected.
That's it.
You know, Ronald Romney with Daniel trying to be an influencer, you know, prancing around.
Remember when we got her?
Well, remember when we scalped her, right?
To use a term that Elizabeth from Elizabeth Warren's culture.
Remember when we scalped her, the first thing she did, ALX, what's the first thing she did?
What's the first thing she did?
The first thing that she did was run to NBC News.
First thing she did was run to NBC to say, oh, yeah, I want to go live in a corporate media box and betray my movement, our movement, and to go get all of the glories and riches that the corporate media will give me.
This tells you everything.
It tells you exactly all you need to know about our leadership.
Okay.
So, ladies and gentlemen, the theater kids, not great.
Not good in the Republican Party, not good in the Democrat Party, and certainly not good ruling over you.
And this is a very sad reality of 2026 that we have theater kids ruling over us.
Katani Brown Jackson, by definition, is a theater kid.
She's not even a real person, she shouldn't have a real job.
In fact, her appointment to the Supreme Court, I would argue, is illegal because her appointment to the Supreme Court was based on race.
And that's been found to be illegal.
You can't hire in the federal government based on race.
Joe Biden said he's going to hire a black woman.
This is something that, of course, was just struck down at the Supreme Court time and time again.
The best way to end racism is to stop practicing racism.
And Katanji Brown Jackson is a perfect example of what happens when you stage a DEI theater kid hire.
So here we go.
Raggedy Ann.
This is one of the people that are running your country.
Like, watch this and know that this is somebody who's actually, because of Joe Biden, because of Joe Biden practicing DEI, this is what the left wanted to lord over you.
A brand new gerrymandered map that is currently held up by the state Supreme Court.
So Democrats who devise this 10 to 1 map in Virginia may not even reap the rewards of that map if the Virginia Supreme Court strikes it down.
But Republicans in Tennessee and Alabama and elsewhere are now taking up, redrawing the maps in their states that could easily offset the number of seats that Democrats hope to pick up.
In Virginia.
So we're looking at a situation where Democrats may not actually pick up the seats that they wanted to pick up in Virginia, and Republicans might end up picking a total of five if you include Alabama, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
Obviously, in Louisiana, that was the court case that the Supreme Court ruled on, where they have no choice but to go back and actually change those maps, and they could be looking at changing those maps down to just one Democrat district.
So, ladies and gentlemen, Katanji Brown doesn't know what a woman is, even though she's on Broadway LARPing as a woman.
The Supreme Court is allowing Louisiana to redistrict their godforsaken abomination of a congressional district here.
And I think it is absolutely critical that we understand what is happening right now, because if you realize the position that Democrats are in, In this moment, then you'll start to realize the panic we are about to ensue, and it'll be instructive for you.
You'll be able to hopefully protect yourself and to guard against what's about to happen because they're about to lose an enormous amount of power.
The Supreme Court said that because, and they held, this is an 8 1 decision.
They held that because this district is unconstitutional, because this district is a congressional ghetto, because this district was drawn by racists, racist Democrats who want to draw district lines to benefit people or discriminate against people based on their skin color.
Wearing their crisp white bedsheets to draw these district lines, the Supreme Court is saying that's wrong.
The best way to end racism in America is, of course, to stop being racist.
And so the Supreme Court is allowing Louisiana to immediately redraw their district lines.
Now, something that the left did on the court was to hold up this decision.
This is something that is election rigging in and of itself.
This was a decision that was made seven months ago.
Supreme Court typically doesn't take seven months to dole out their decisions.
The left has been dragging their feet, hoping that they would be able to keep these fake, gerrymandered, racialized ghettos.
These are congressional DEI districts that are electing, by the way, the dumbest and most corrupt members of Congress that are disenfranchising Republicans, disenfranchising the South, the poor South.
These are districts that are here that steal civil rights from Republicans.
And the Supreme Court held that they are wrong and that they should be redrawn.
And in a decision yesterday, the Supreme Court said, you can do that immediately.
You don't have to wait for an enactment period of 36 days.
You can do that right away.
And so these congressional districts now are being thrown right back to the state legislature to redraw the maps.
And that's what's happening in Louisiana, it's happening in Mississippi, it's happening in Alabama.
The cowards in South Carolina are not doing it.
A guy named Henry McMaster.
He's not redrawing an abysmal district represented by James Clyburn.
This is weakness from Republicans.
DeSantis got a district drawn and reestablished four plus Republican seats in like a matter of 24 hours after this decision.
That's why people call him the best governor in America.
Georgia won't do it.
They're completely cucked.
And so you have now a major issue, which is do you have the will to power?
And more importantly, the Supreme Court.
Smashing down Justice Jackson, who was the lone dissent here.
Again, there's no reason to dissent on this.
It's already been decided 6 3.
She is once again trying to hold up the ability for Louisiana to draw these maps.
I mean, you've got to just understand the evil of all of this.
She's trying to hold up the maps so that she can keep the election rigged.
They're doing this from the Supreme Court.
They already found it unconstitutional.
She's trying to keep the unconstitutional maps and arguing that the court shouldn't just allow the state to get rid of this racial abomination, this racist abomination that disenfranchises all voters in the state.
And she went too far.
Justice Alito has officially had enough of Justice Jackson.
Justice Alito took Justice Jackson to the woodshed.
This is like a disembowelment.
This is a SCOTUS ruling unlike anything you've ever read.
In favor, of course, of the majority, which is all of the liberals siding against Justice Jackson with the conservatives.
It's been pretty clear.
And there's something very interesting going on here.
Mike Davis talked about it, but I want to read to you from this concurring decision.
The dissent, he's talking about Katanji Brown Jackson, doesn't know what a woman is, accuses the court of unshackling itself from constraints.
It is the dissent's rhetoric that lacks restraint.
Listen to him go here.
This is Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch writing Justice Jackson in this suit levels charges that cannot go unanswered.
The dissent, and by the way, these normally are decisions that happen without any justices writing back and forth to each other.
Most of the time, justices just say, it's been decided, just let the law be enacted.
You got to give reprieve, right, to these people.
You got to enact the laws.
Again, just let the law go into effect.
What was going on was unconstitutional.
Give these people relief.
But Justice Jackson, of course, who was chosen, who is an illegal Supreme Court justice, chosen because of her skin color, should literally be stripped of her robes and her gavel.
Because of that, because her appointment itself is unconstitutional, has finally, she's finally had enough.
Like the court has finally had enough of her.
Listen to this.
The dissent would require that the 2026 congressional elections in Louisiana be held under a map that has been held to be unconstitutional.
The dissent does not claim that it is now too late for the state legislature or the district court to adopt the new map and complies with the constitution, nor does the dissent assert that it is not feasible for the elections to be held under such a map.
Instead, the dissent offers two reasons for the proposed.
Course of action.
One is trivial at best, and the other is baseless and insulting.
It's just spicy.
You never hear Supreme Court justices talk to each other like this.
And the reason why is because the Supreme Court is a political body.
And I think that this is critical to understand.
Justice Ginsburg was able to manipulate five, four decisions in her favor.
Why?
Because they liked each other.
The court, the liberals and the conservatives on the court were there about the institution.
That's the Supreme Court that you were raised with and that I was raised with.
The Supreme Court typically was not a humiliating activist, theater kid, prop center, you know, with big squeaky hammers, you know, big squeaky gavels.
It is now.
Joe Biden made it that way.
And the people that remember the old court are sick of it because ultimately they're there to protect their institution.
And the more activists you pack out of that court, the more you degrade it, the more that you degrade also.
The good faith in between the justices that can get you a win.
If you're really smart about these kind of things, if you're really smart about politics, we have Roger Stone joining in a moment.
He's one of the smartest guys in all politics.
You can eke out a win, which is all that matters for your side, if you're playing politics, if you're showing good faith, if you're making good arguments, if you have intellectual fortitude, if you're able to raconteur intellectually with your fellow justices.
Tanji Brown Jackson.
Through her idiocy and low IQ and her inability to even comprehend the most basic arguments, like here, I'm going to play you her greatest hits here.
She actually guarantees a left wing minority on the Supreme Court in every decision because people are sick of her.
They've had a belly full of her.
So she guarantees a 2 7, 6 3 decision on practically everything.
Because she burns the bridges.
She doesn't build bridges.
It's a political body.
And people are just kind of dumb.
I mean, she says the most words, and these are the words that she said.
She speaks more.
Can you get me?
Can you guys get me the graphic, Danny?
She speaks more than any other Supreme Court justice.
This is that would require that the 2026 elections be held under unconstitutional districts.
Absolutely great news.
And now there's even more news out from this morning that the Virginia districts are in peril and that Democrats in Virginia are starting to blame each other.
And attack each other because they know that they are not going to win this one.
And it is, it's like been found openly and whole.
It will be found openly and wholly unconstitutional based on the Virginia Constitution.
So Democrats are already like putting each other in body bags in Virginia.
It's amazing.
Justice Alito basically calling KJP an idiot.
And the dissent is historic.
Alito torches Jackson's trivial and insulting hot take on the Supreme Court's latest Cialis order.
Okay, ladies and gentlemen.
An exciting time.
Obviously, a lot of wins and a lot of good things happening.
It's nice to have fighters.
It's good to have people who have been in the fight for, well, much longer than I've been alive.
And one of them is joining the show right now.
The great Roger Stone joins us once again, longtime friend and ally of the program.
And we're always excited to speak with the great Roger Stone.
I don't know where we're going to land with some of the other rulings at the Supreme Court, but I do know that there's a man that is heading to court, perhaps many times over, and his name is James Comey.
And this is a man who's, of course, led to great torment for your family.
The dancing clip that I'm talking about is.
From this post from you, my house, when we heard that the epically corrupt, sanctimonious, self righteous former FBI director James Comey was arrested.
This is your post.
It's since gone viral on X, as has your dance moves.
Well, first of all, you know, I am half Italian and half Hungarian.
I'm Italian from the waist down.
I think this is where I get my dance talents.
But yeah, it's absolutely right.
James Comey and I initially were charged with the exact same crime.
It is alleged that I lied to Congress.
Now, to lie to Congress under oath, your statement has to be both willful and material, meaning you have to have some motive to lie.
Since there was no Russian collusion to lie about, what then was I accused of lying?
The judge said in my sentencing, you have been convicted of lying to cover up for Donald Trump, to which I say, cover up what?
And, of course, uh, on election day of 2020, the U.S Justice Department was forced by a federal judge to release the full, unredacted report by Robert Mueller.
The judge refused to give it to my attorneys.
During uh, the trial, she said she would read it in her chambers and give us the relevant sections.
She seems to have forgotten page 168, where it says that they had found no evidence of Russian collusion WIKI leaks collaboration or any other crime on my part.
Now, Comey was also charged with lying to Congress.
And he's very clearly, I think they had a very strong case against him.
He said under oath that he had never given any sealed material to any third party and instructed them to leak it to the media.
But prosecutors had emails that included, and text messages that included him telling a law school classmate, I think, and mentor, Dan Richmond, to specifically take information detrimental to Donald Trump and leak it to the New York Times.
The difference here is the way in which we were arrested.
He was allowed to casually turn himself in 10 days after it was announced that he would be charged.
In my case, as you know, 29 heavily armed FBI agents arrived in 17 armored vehicles, a helicopter, and two amphibious units.
They were wearing full SWAT gear, night goggles.
It was 6 a.m. in the morning to storm my home to arrest me for the first time, nonviolent crime of allegedly lying to Congress.
So why the disparity in the way we were arrested?
That, I think, speaks volumes in itself.
This is also exacerbated by the fact that CNN is allowed to have a camera crew 25 feet from my front door at the time I'm arrested.
And CNN gets an award for their incisive investigative reporting from none other than the White House Correspondents Association.
Here's the problem with that.
I was arrested at 611.
At 612, a CNN producer sends my attorney a copy of my sealed indictment.
Which will not be unsealed until 11 30 that morning.
And when you look at it, it has no court stampings or time markings on it.
But if you look at the metadata tags, it does have the initials of the man who wrote it.
The most corrupt prosecutor in U.S. history, Andrew Weissman.
Therefore, he is the man who leaked it.
Now, leaking an arrest or a search warrant in advance of it being executed is a felony.
But the judge in my case, of course, could care less.
Yeah, I mean, it's particularly outrageous, in fact, that my attorneys had been in touch with the special counsel's office the day before.
This is a first time nonviolent crime.
They know that I have no passport, that it's expired.
They know that I have no guns in the home.
But they claim that I had to be arrested in this way because I was a flight risk.
Where was I going to go?
I mean, as my friend Sean Handy points out, they pull these two amphibious units up to the dock behind my home because I lived on the water at that time in Fort Lauderdale, and frogmen are jumping out with fully automatic M4 assault weapons.
Yet, when I go to my arraignment two hours later with shackles and a belt and so on, they don't require any cash bonds.
So if I was a flight risk, I'm also extremely recognizable thanks to CNN.
Why didn't they make me put up a $250,000 bond?
The whole thing was Kapuki theater to put pressure on me so that I would flip on Donald Trump.
That's what this was all about.
Any misstatement I made in my testimony is immaterial.
There is no crime to cover up.
There was no hack of the Democrat National Committee, even though federal prosecutors say several times that there's additional evidence that they're not allowed to show.
That's because there is no evidence.
In fact, The forensic evidence by both experts and according to the actual forensic evidence is to the extent that any information was stolen from the Democrat National Committee, it was downloaded to a portable disk and taken out the back door.
So the whole thing was unnecessary.
My wife still suffers from PTSD.
Normally, in this situation, they would just tell you, your attorney, to bring me in and turn yourself in, which is what I would have done.
Or in the case of Jeffrey Epstein, they arrested him at Peterborough Airport, and the FBI agent thoughtfully threw his coat over the handcuffs so that Jeffrey wouldn't be embarrassed.
It is a two tiered justice system, and it really is outrageous.
Comey was allowed to saunter in the first time when he was arrested for lying under oath to Congress 254 times, just to be clear.
He's allowed to turn himself in.
And yet again, when he's arrested in what is a more serious crime than lying under oath to Congress, threatening the life of a president of the United States, once again, he's allowed to just turn himself in.
Fort Pierce, where they have a grand conspiracy grand jury going on right now.
And of course, that's a very secretive process.
But little birdies tell us that this is a process that could really entrap John Brennan.
It could entrap so many members of the Biden regime Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and that it might push the very limits of presidential immunity.
Now, you're very well connected.
Obviously, you've built and architected for the president for decades.
Can you give us any update on what's happening there with that grand conspiracy, grand jury?
Well, first of all, here's the underlying legal theory.
And that is there was a seditious conspiracy that began in 2016 to end Donald Trump's presidency.
Out of that flows the Russian collusion hoax that now, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard and the documents she has declassified, we know is a complete fraud.
It then becomes the two phony impeachments.
She's also declassified the documents that show that that's a fraud.
And the cute little Vindman brothers in their uniforms.
they should be charged because they lied, as did Eric Ciamella, the CIA operative who is the whistleblower who fabricated his testimony.
Then we go on to the 2020 election.
I think that was stolen as well as part of the same seditious conspiracy.
And then we move into Arctic Frost.
That includes the so-called documents case.
It includes the other charges against the president in New York.
But because they raided Mar-Lago, and that is essentially the last stop in this seditious conspiracy, The jurisdiction is South Florida.
South Florida, where you'll actually have an honest judge.
South Florida, where you actually get an unbiased jury.
Impossible in the District of Columbia.
And therefore, I think this move to indict Comey initially for his death threats against the president by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is an excellent move.
Blanche himself said yesterday they have more than just the seashells as their evidence.
And now I'm growingly confident that at the direction of Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, that we're going to see prosecutions of Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, Rosenstein, Biden, and I would argue Obama himself.
I mean, the Supreme Court decision regarding presidential immunity specifically addresses confines under which the president is acting in his official capacities.
I don't think hatching a plot to deny your successor who was legally elected falls within that parameter.
So, you believe that Barack Obama, certainly Joe Biden, but that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, who was never president, that all three of them may be entrapped here?
Look, I'm not an attorney, but the ringleader, John Brennan, certainly extraordinarily vulnerable.
We now know without any question, thanks to the report of CIA Director Radcliffe, that he inserted the so called Steele dossier into President Obama's daily. intelligence summary in order to rationalize the FISA warrants that were illegally used to spy on Carter Page and others, George Papadopoulos, and also to rationalize the appointment of Robert Mueller as a special counsel.
And Rod Rosenstein, the acting attorney general, he actually admitted after the election that, yes, he volunteered to wear a wire into the Oval Office to try to entrap the president of the United States.
So I think that those who voted for President Trump, we're expecting accountability and justice.
No, unlike the knuckleheads at the New York Times who say, oh, this is about revenge and retaliation.
No, this is about accountability and justice.
Those who violated the law and those who violated the Constitution in their manic effort to destroy President Donald Trump and General Michael Flynn and myself and several others should be brought to justice until we have equal justice in this country, until we do away.
With a two tier justice system in which Hillary Clinton and her husband can lie repeatedly under oath and they pay no price, well, then America will not be right.
We know that there's sometimes, it's like it is, it's streaming, right?
And so we are always live.
We're going to be live.
I think the president actually is going to be live here quite soon.
He's signing a mysterious order from the White House, and it's always entertaining to job on over to the president.
I'd like to go through some of these maps and, yeah, okay, fantastic.
I'd like to go through some of these maps just to show you exactly how dire everything is, starting, of course, with the New England map.
And in case you're wondering if we're just being mean to Democrats here, they started it.
Okay.
They started it.
Klein, let's rock and roll.
So the New England map shows that 40% of Republicans in New England are, in fact, totally and completely disenfranchised.
This is.
The map of 27 different states, 27 different districts.
40% of these states vote Republican.
That's a population of millions of people, millions of Republicans.
In fact, ALX is one of those Republicans living in Massachusetts.
Yet he is completely disenfranchised by Democrat gerrymandering.
There's not a single Republican district.
In case you're wondering who started it, then go ahead and look at the way that Republicans gerrymander, right?
Maybe you could pop up.
The Florida map, please.
The Florida map shows that Republican gerrymandering is doing the thing that maps should do, which is to take geographic areas or geographic populations of people that share something in common and give them representation.
Whether that's a specific region, mountainous, lake, beachside, whether that is a specific cluster around, let's say, neighborhoods with identities or towns with identities, that's how a congressional map should be.
Somebody way out on the other side of the Shenandoah should not be represented by some NGO guy who got fired by Doge in Alexandria.
That's, these are not same, same.
Uh, this is the same thing with the Illinois maps, right?
That have these little zigzags and wiggles all throughout the state.
These are taking people that share nothing in common and just rigging the map typically based on racism.
So these are the good, these are good maps.
Democrat maps look like You gave a crackhead, an eight ball, and a four loco, and a crayon, and a piece of printer paper, and told him to draw a map as you pushed him down a shopping cart through a mountain.
It's not anything that has any type of rational explanation other than election rigging.
And we've all seen these maps, whether it's in Manhattan, or whether it's in Illinois, or whether it's in California.
So the GOP maps.
Look really sharp.
Tennessee now is potentially going to be redistricting one seat.
This is a perfect example of this.
Please, if you wouldn't mind going back, this is a perfect example.
We actually did a side by side on this of the four states.
And what really triggered it, they said, was when the court didn't rule by Friday afternoon.
The time they don't believe is on their side.
And what apparently transpired over the weekend, and This person would know they're in contact with the people I'm about to say is that the governor's staff is now snipping at the Senate majority leader and House speaker that they warned them last fall this would not pass legal review.

We have some big updates from, by the way, the state of Texas.
Big updates from Chip Roy in the state of Texas.
But first, a state that loves The right to life.
I was just there.
We were actually talking about President Trump and his saving of children from gender mutilation and his strong stance for pro life policies.
Preborn is one of those incredible companies that will defend life and has defended life.
And actually, the best way, which is not yelling at people or screaming at people who are in crisis, but showing them an ultrasound.
Preborn purchases ultrasounds for expectant mothers who may be in crisis.
And data shows.
That when a mother sees the miracle, the life growing inside of her, the heartbeat, that all of the propaganda disappears like that.
Ladies and gentlemen, the left is trying to dehumanize and to slaughter children.
Ladies and gentlemen, the man who is running for Attorney General of Texas, and who has been a strong ally of this program and a fighter in Congress, his name is Chip Roy, and he joins us live right now.
I'll be heading out to go to an event in my district down to San Antonio tonight and Fredericksburg tomorrow and Georgetown, Longview, Dallas, Midland, all over the state this week.
I was in Montgomery County, just north of Houston.
By the way, side note, where I learned a Elementary school down there did a recent survey of parents and found out, you know, what language is spoken at home.
And English came in fourth place, Benny, behind Spanish, Farsi.
I don't know what the third language was, Urdu or something.
And so I was talking to a bunch of strong conservative, America First, MAGA, Tea Party conservatives in Texas who are fed up with what's going on in Texas.
People don't realize how bad it is.
This is the primary reason I'm running for attorney general.
We've got to get in the fight and make sure we stop what's happening to Texas.
Well, number one, while I'm still in Congress, I'm going to continue to fight it with legislation and trying to use whatever we do on a reconciliation package.
We made some great reforms last year in the big, beautiful bill, putting in requirements that no illegals get benefits from Medicaid or, for example, food stamps.
But we got to go further and we got to be much more aggressive.
So I've got nine more months in Congress where I'll be trying to do that.
And then as Attorney General, there's a lot of things we can do.
You got to go stop where we've got unfunded mandates from the federal government.
We've got to sue to stop those and fight in court.
For example, let's take the issue of public education for illegal alien children.
Plyler v. Doe was a 1982 Supreme Court opinion that said that Texas, and it was a Texas case, had to provide a free public education to illegal alien children.
It was a flimsy case.
Hell, even the majority, they were almost apologizing while writing the case, saying, well, yeah, you can kick these people out, but while they're here, we don't think it'd be a good idea if they're not in school.
That's policymaking, right?
They just made that up, just like they made up Roe versus Wade.
And we've got other issues like that and other policies where we're going to have to step up as Texas and say, look, we're not going to continue to use Texas taxpayer funds to prop up people who are coming here and using welfare in the state of Texas.
But we got to have a little bit of a come to Jesus within our own communities in Texas.
A lot of the sort of, I'm going to call them, Chamber of Commerce Republicans that are always out there saying, well, we got to import all these people.
You know, we need to make sure we're protecting American workers, make sure they have the shot at jobs, stop importing people here who don't share our values.
We've imported five and a half million people in the United States from majority Muslim countries since 9 11.
That's a suicide pact.
That's just stupid.
No sovereign nation that wants to protect itself would do that.
Texas needs to lead on that fight, not jump in bed and say, yeah, please send more people here because some people in corporate boardrooms decide they want something for the bottom dollar.
Same thing with data centers.
Same thing with everything else.
One of the big fights we have is against the corporate boardrooms, Benny.
It's not just immigration.
There are people here who don't give a crap about protecting our communities and our way of life and our Judeo Christian values and our Christian values.
Values in the state of Texas.
They just want to figure out what they can do to maximize profit in the corporate boardroom.
What happens to a person's brain where you watch 9 11?
And this is, of course, a Texas administration, right?
It was George W. Bush and a lot of Texans and a lot of people who live in Texas and Karl Rove.
And their response to September 11th was to pack infinity Muslims into our largest cities.
And just a couple of months ago, we were tipped off to an Afghan in Dallas talking about how he's going to use his car, plant a car bomb on it, and blow up a Skyscraper in Dallas.
And he was saying this on a live feed.
I mean, he's saying it's live on TikTok, Congressman.
So, you know, this is somebody who was clearly brought, you know, they were brought here.
Yeah, I think there were a lot of factors at play.
Number one, we've had a generation or two or three that has come to believe that the First Amendment means that you can't have any sort of cohesive religious culture in a state or in a community.
I believe we're a Christian state.
I believe we're built on Judeo Christian principles, and I believe we need to defend and protect those.
And I don't believe that's inconsistent with the First Amendment.
I think we've also, secondly, had a false notion that Islam is comparable, that in fact, it is not a political ideology.
It is versus a comparable faith choice that you can believe what you want to believe.
The fact of the matter is you've got an organized effort and a political ideology to wage jihad against the West, and you've got to recognize that.
We have not done that.
And in the aftermath of 9 11, the approach was to go spend literally trillions of dollars and send our boys overseas, losing lives and limbs, and to try to go build soccer fields in Baghdad and go try to win that kinetic war over there.
And we didn't recognize there was a war on our own soil, there was a war right here.
They recognized that they were going to wage jihad against the West by coming here and taking advantage of our immigration system and our First Amendment to hide behind it to be able to build mosques.
There are now 330 of those in the state of Texas to build places like Epic City because they can exploit our laws and our ability to go buy up land and then take that land and build communities and compounds and say, Oh, no, we don't restrict anybody.
But who in the hell wants to live on effectively a Sharia compliant Muslim compound if you're not Muslim?
Nobody.
And oh, we don't practice Sharia.
Yes, you do.
You shame women into practicing Sharia and then you pretend that you don't have a separate legal system than our justice system under the 14th Amendment and the rule of law and the Constitution.
So that's what we're up against.
And by the way, the last component.
Is the labor, the tech, the fealty to corporate boardrooms who say, Chip, you don't understand it.
We don't have the talent in America.
We have to import it.
Well, look, I'm fine with someone who comes here who wants to be a part of the melting pot and bring their great skills to the United States.
You're a doctor and you want to come to the United States, you believe in America, great.
But we're importing a lot of people at the expense of the Americans being able to get work.
And you're doing it for the bottom line, which is often the case.
You add all of that together and you add in diversity visas and chain migration.
Suddenly, and by the way, you add in The complete failure of our communities and schools and churches to educate our children that they should have more children, and our families aren't doing that.
And now you're getting out production of babies is much more in favor of the Muslim population.
Then you don't have to look any further than London and Paris to see what's coming to America if we don't change directions.
The way that you change directions is to get rid of the incentive structure.
Now, we had on a Daily Wire reporter yesterday that was talking about what's going on in Ohio.
I mean, it's bad enough to have the Smalley fraud in states like Minnesota, but in red states, when the governors and the leaders of those states just turn, literally turn a blind eye to these mass fraud rings for this, in this circumstance, it was home health care fraud.
But in Texas, there's been quite a few exposes on H 1B visa fraud in the Indian community.
And that's been exposed in places like Frisco that went from 2% Indian population to 32% in the time span of just a decade.
And racist hiring practices like uh, the whole, whole, holy uh, hiring uh, H 1Bs for jobs like cashier and somebody who's running a hotel.
Uh, I mean, this is something that's been absolutely abysmally exploited by that community.
How are you going to take that on in Texas?
I mean, it seems like cutting off the funding source from the state is probably the easiest way to start to reverse these trends.
And like, one of the what, like, Austin has as much of a swamp as does Washington, D.C.
I want to be very blunt.
You know, there's a lot of good folks down there, but it is a very big government with a lot of big programs and a whole lot of lobbyists that are down there every other session, you know, with their handout and a lot of taxpayer funding of those lobbyists.
So we've got to clean up Austin and make sure that we eliminate a lot of these funding sources and programs.
And look, let me tell you what you're describing in Frisco is 100% correct.
And I know it well.
My daughter was born in Frisco in 2011.
My son was born in Plano in 2009.
My wife grew up in Plano.
We were living in McKinney when I was a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office.
And I was prosecuting illegal aliens.
I was prosecuting bad guys, gang members, people using guns and crimes.
And I was living there and it was a normal suburban community.
And in fact, Frisco was still pretty small.
It was starting to grow and develop.
There were some things getting built.
But man, I got to tell you, I go back up there now, you go to a Costco up there and you might as well be in Costco and freaking like new, you know, I don't know, somewhere in Bombay or something.
I mean, it's crazy what you're dealing with.
And like, we've got to recognize that as Texans and we've got to stop providing benefits.
We've got to call it out.
And one of the things we've got to do is we've got to have our own level of doge in Texas that we're then putting pressure on the federal government to say, look, all of this money is flowing in here.
And as attorney general, I'm going to look at every NGO, every nonprofit, open up their books.
I've already talked to our incoming comptroller, if he wins in November, which he will, Don Huffines, about our need to go through and look at all the books of all the government agencies.
I want to open it all.
I want to expose it all.
As attorney general, I want to find out are you following the law?
Where's the money coming from?
Where's the money going?
What's federal?
What's state?
Is this compliant with the law?
Is this compliant with the Constitution?
And expose it all so we can peel it back and protect our communities and our state.
Section two has been a hotbed of race, racial gerrymandering, race based gerrymandering.
The court got the right decision there.
Clarence Thomas said it best when he said, look, this, Section two shouldn't have anything to do with redistricting in the first place.
So I actually agree with him rather than the majority opinion, but I'm glad the majority opinion struck down the use of race in gerrymandering.
With Virginia, you've got different issues at play there.
It's not the maps and the race issue there yet, although, you know, we could have some litigation over that in the future.
The issue really is, is did the legislature, did they follow the law?
Did they follow the law with how they handled setting up this referendum?
It looks very clear to me when I read it that they did not.
You know, our friend Ken Cuccinelli, the former attorney general of Virginia, has outlined all of the ways in which they did not follow the law.
I'm not as expert on it, but for example, they set up essentially a sham.
It's supposed to happen between two sessions, but you have a session that was a special session on the budget.
That you then had overlapping with the actual election.
You're not supposed to have that.
The election's supposed to be between them, but voting was already underway while that special session was underway.
There were other issues with the actual text of the referendum itself, which was problematic.
By the way, borderline fraudulent in terms of how it was written, and other issues that I think the Virginia Supreme Court would be correct to toss it out.
Now, will they?
I don't know.
The makeup is weakly Republican, right?
In terms of the appointments, the way they're appointed by the legislature in Virginia.
It's Republicans, I think, have appointed a majority.
I think it's a seven seat court, if I remember correctly.
This is from memory.
I think it's 4 3.
And I think four of the Republicans are tacitly Republican.
I might have that wrong, but it's weakly Republican.
And look, we got to hope that that's the case because that's four seats.
And look, we've got some good folks there that would get knocked.
Output transcript Out, right?
I mean, you got Ben Klein, you got Morgan Griffin.
Those are two Freedom Caucus members.
You have several Republicans in that state.
I'm glad to see what Governor DeSantis did.
Thank you for showing all those maps to the viewers out there because it's so critically important to show how different it is.
Texas, if we go to 30 to eight, it's a reasonable map.
But we, you know, now they're all saying, oh, you guys started this war on the maps.
That is total garbage.
New England, as you pointed out, zero Republicans.
California's effectively all blue.
Illinois is insane.
And they want to look at us because we said, wait, You know, what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
And now Texas is 30 to 8, you know, crime me a river.
Like, if we want to all level the playing field and say that it's going to match the relative mix of voting, fine, I guess, but that's not the way the Constitution, everything works.
So if they're going to do it that way, there's no reason we shouldn't.
And I think Governor DeSantis did a good job in Florida as well.
And full disclosure, I haven't studied that in any great detail, but I know that Comey is deserving of it.
I mean, I was obviously glad to see the indictments for the threats against the president.
You can't do that.
And I mean, like, you're a former sitting, I mean, come on, it's absurd that you would do that.
I mean, you're clearly trying to poke the bear and go into an area where you're trying to heighten the threat against the president.
Those are the kinds of things that lead to what happened at the hotel and at the White House Correspondence Dinner.
And he knows it, he knows full well.
And we'll let he got indicted.
We'll see what happens in terms of what's happening in Florida.
We'll see what plays out.
But I do know this the American people want to see accountability.
They're glad to see the indictment of Comey.
They're glad to see the indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center.
They want to see greater indictments.
They want to see accountability for Antifa.
They want to see the Department of Justice getting on offense.
They want to see accountability for Fauci.
They want to see accountability for how the J Sixers were treated.
And by the way, Congress needs to get in the game.
Look, I've been calling on this for six to eight months.
I don't know why, with all due respect to our leadership.
Why we haven't done more, why we haven't held more hearings, why we haven't sent up more people and referred them to the Department of Justice, why we haven't, for example, impeached certain judges.
Or I offered an amendment to defund some of the DC judges last year who did what they did to J Sixers.
And look, American people are sick of what they saw under Biden, that they can get away with that.
So I'm glad to see Comey getting targeted.
And look, justice should prevail.
I want to be clear.
As someone who's an officer in the court and takes it very seriously, Justice should prevail.
Nobody should get railroaded for political purposes.
But look, he's threatening the president, and there are other questions about Comey as well that need to be continued to be looked at.
What are you newly proposing here with the And yeah, well, as you know, that I've been trying to get out there and demonstrate to the people that there's so many abuses going on.
You've talked about the H 1Bs a lot on your show.
Thank you for doing that.
Sarah Gonzalez has done excellent reporting on that over at The Blaze.
But I've got the bill to pause act to pause all immigration and other bills.
This one is highlighting something that a lot of people may not be familiar with.
There's something called a U visa, and there are now a lot of illegal aliens that are hiding behind being a crime victim to stay in the United States and basically get a blanket U visa to stay here.
Because they're allegedly a victim of crime.
Now, what that does is incentivize false accusations.
I had a resident of Austin who I visited with, talked to on the phone, who was accused of a crime falsely, as it turns out.
And thankfully, you know, that has been adjudicated and he's been found to have not committed said crime.
But you had an illegal alien saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, that guy committed a crime.
So that person could claim a U visa and stay in the United States.
We're seeing this now more rampant across the country.
There was a case up in Massachusetts a few weeks back.
I've had this bill drafted for a while, but we've had so much going on, I hadn't filed it.
So I filed it last week because we saw that case up in Massachusetts.
It's absurd.
And by the way, there are lots of ways you can stay.
If you witness a crime as an alien, even a legal alien, you can stay in order to present the evidence against the crime.
Let's say you've witnessed the crime of fentanyl or gangs or cartels.
We give a path for that, but this is just to basically get out of jail free card and be able to commit fraud in doing so and frankly endanger American citizens.
Encouraging them to lie about crime and falsely accuse people.
So we should end it, just like we should end the FACE Act, just like we should pause immigration, just like we should stop importing people from majority Muslim countries.
That's the common sense stuff that we need to do.
But unfortunately, we have a Senate that is hung up on the fake filibuster notion of 60 votes, and it's hard for us to move anything right now.
And Benny, what's so frustrating is as conservatives, you, me, viewers of this program, of course, I like that the Senate can slow down bad legislation.
I don't want to get rid of the cooling sauce or ability of a member to go to the floor of the Senate and filibuster.
We're setting a 60 vote threshold that Republicans, namely Mitch McConnell, Tom Tillis, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, are hiding behind to stranglehold our ability to move reform legislation.
And when Democrats get power and they have the House and the Senate and the White House, they will 100%, mark my words, they will absolutely nuke the filibuster.
And then we will have a packed court.
They will try to undo that great Supreme Court opinion on Section 2.
They'll try to undo Dobbs.
They will then make D.C. a state.
And then we're going to be.
You know, left with trying to figure out what to do to save freedom because we don't have a Senate right now that's willing to say, you know what, we got to take action right now where we have a president like President Trump willing to lead, where we have a House majority that we're not perfect, we should be doing more.
And I've had that fight internally, but we've done some good stuff that's sent over and died in the Senate.
And I think if we got some of that moving, I think we could pass more.
So I wish the Senate would just get the hell out of the way and stand up with the American people.
But, you know, we're going to continue to fight for the next six months because otherwise we're going to be in trouble in November if we don't leave.
Now, the maps are.
Hopefully, we're going to go our direction and we'll get a few more seats.
And by the way, lost in all of the discussion because people think it's like, well, the citizenship requirements and the voter ID, our inability and restrictions on checking voter rolls, it's a real problem.
That certain states, red states, if we want to check the voter rolls, we have obstacles, and blue states just outright can refuse to check the voter rolls.
It's purposeful.
We know what's happening, and we ought to change it.
Looks like they're doing some type of special kids programming.
You have RFK there.
You have Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, hopefully the last Secretary of Education.
Housing Secretary Turner is there as well.
Okay.
Ushering in our golden future, ladies and gentlemen, Advantage Gold can ensure that you have that future.
Go gold today.
It's a lot of ups and downs in the markets.
Who knows what the hell is going to happen with Iran?
Nobody knows.
And it's sort of driven some craziness, definitely some ups and downs.
The point that I see is that if you're investing in things that are solid and withstood the test of time, meaning generations and millennia, you should be good.
Gold smashed through a record $5,500 earlier this year.
There's been a bit of a dip, just like with everything.
Buy now, the dip of the decade.
Central banks are buying, billionaires are buying.
You should buy.
I trust Advantage Gold to give you the advantage in gold.
America's top rate is a precious metals company.
Right now, they're giving our listeners a free gold investment kit.
Text Benny to 85545 right now.
Text Benny to 85545 right now for Advantage Gold.
All right.
Ladies and gentlemen, is Secretary Kennedy cracking wise?
Donald Trump's going to be taking questions here live at the White House.
Our cabinet meetings, for better or for worse, are also televised.
But it's the most transparent administration we've ever seen, the most successful administration in history.
He went into that cabinet meeting, that private cabinet meeting that morning, and he said to the cabinet, one of you has to do a 50-mile hike this weekend to show the American people that we're in shape.
And he went into the Justice Department that night, and he had a bunch of guys in the Justice Department who were former Marines who had gone to Harvard on the GI Bill and played on the same football team.
And he hired them all when he came to the Justice Department.
He said, You guys are going on a 50 mile hike with me tomorrow.
And they got up at 4 a.m. and they started on the CNO Canal towpath, which was frozen.
It was the middle of winter.
And they were going to walk to Camp David.
One by one, they each dropped out.
My father was the only one that made it.
The last guy to drop out was his best friend, whose name was Dave Hackett.
Dave Hackett's legs had swollen up, and he said, I gotta quit.
And my father said, You're lucky your brother's not the president of the United States, because the press was following, and there was no way that my father could quit.
And I was at Camp David that night and watched him come in, and his feet were bleeding.
They were covered with blisters.
But it was part of the message that President Kennedy wanted to send the American people.
If we were going to maintain our national authority, our international leadership, our moral authority as a nation, that we had to pay attention to our physical condition.
The physical fitness test was a critical part of that.
And I think it's very unfortunate that President Obama and President Biden abandoned it.
They said competition is not good for kids, which is not true.
If we're going to be competitive internationally, we need to be competitive with each other.
We need to teach people how to win and how to lose.
than how to process victory and defeat.
And today, since that time, the presidency has presided over the worst public health crisis in history.
We're now the sickest nation in the world.
We've gone from 5% of our kids being obese to 20%.
70% of adults are obese or overweight.
And 77% of our children cannot qualify for military service.
And that should be an eye opener for all of us.
And I'm so grateful to President Trump for his leadership and his vision of reinstituting the physical fitness test and challenging Americans to be with each other in a friendly, congenial way and to help each other get in shape so that we can prepare for a great future that this administration is going to provide for this country.
You know, usually people are sort of wandering off as people speak, but not when Bryson speaks, when Gary speaks.
Guys, why don't you start it?
unidentified
Yeah, Secretary Kennedy, thank you for those inspiring words from your uncle, and thank you to the President of the United States for.
Helping reestablish this presidential fitness test has been something that we've been looking forward to doing for a long time.
Since 2013, I remember going through the presidential fitness test as a kid and getting that award, and it was quite an honor.
So, being up here and a part of that is quite instrumental and going to be amazing for our nation's future.
Reestablishing the golden standard of the presidential fitness test has been a huge deal for me, is that these kids now are going to have a healthy future.
That's really an important thing for us to note here is that.
You know, we want to make sure our kids have the best opportunity to succeed in life, and not only from their mind, but their health and their well being.
Their physical fitness is a huge priority to helping them become better human beings in general for our nation.
And so, what's quite honestly cool is Secretary Hegseth here has allowed us to be involved in over 160 schools, military bases with DOEA, and institutionalizing this presidential fitness test.
In those schools.
So I have to say thank you so much for helping establish that.
And hopefully, here soon we can do that across the nation, which we believe will have a tremendous effect on these kids and their future.
So I just wanted to say thank you to the president, thank you to the cabinet members for everything you've done.
And we're going to go out there and have a great day on the field and give these kids some fun things to go and play with, whether it's football, soccer, some doing some pull ups.
Can you guys do pull ups?
No?
We'll help you.
We'll help you.
But that's a part of the presidential fitness test aspiring.
To help these kids become a better version of themselves.
And that's what I couldn't be more excited to be a part of.
I want to say thank you to the athletes that are here today and to Gary Player.
He's always been an inspiration to me.
And albeit I'll never get to your record, I thank you for giving me aspirations to hopefully get one eighth of what you have.
So thank you.
And lastly, just want to say to kids, the most important thing you can do is always get 1% better a day.
That's the most important thing I can give you guys.
Try to be a better version of yourself every day.
Because one day you could be up here as well.
You could be up here as well.
So, thank you, Mr. President.
Thank you for everybody.
Thank you for being here.
And I can't wait to see what we can do out there today.
This is really for Bryson because he's worked so hard on this.
He's really put it together.
He's got the best athletes in the world.
I think it's actually 41 or 42.
And all top people, all big names, top people, and they all want to do it.
And Bryson, I was given a little idea by.
Bobby, he mentioned Camp David, and it's a special place.
I think we should have our next meeting, the full meeting at Camp David.
It's like a very special place.
So we'll do that.
I'd love to have Gary say a few words.
He's won 168 tournaments.
Think of it.
That means he won every weekend.
I say, well, when did you not win?
It's a record I think that will never be broken.
And he won 18 majors, nine senior and nine regular, and many other things.
And he is a very special guy.
You know, if you think about the power of positive thinking, I don't know if Gary has the time, but he is the youngest winner of the British Open, what they call now the Open Championship.
And he won it when he was 23, I think, Gary, right?
Well, Mr. President, first of all, thank you very much for having us and hosting this today.
I've been around almost every president for the last 65 years.
And I've never seen a president that loves this country as much as they all did.
And they all did great works.
But I've never seen a president that loves the country as much as you do.
And I say thank you.
Because I've traveled more miles than any human being before without being repetitive.
And I've never seen a country like this.
The freedom that exists, which is so important to all of us.
And you know, sport can change the world.
It can give people a chance that don't have any hope.
It can give them hope, as we've seen many people with little education have become world champions.
Only in America have you got that opportunity.
And the other thing is, to Mr. Kennedy, who I have absolute utmost respect for, You know, my great dream now, I'm finished with tournament golf, my great dream is for the youth of America, the youth of a nation, are the trustees of posterity.
These are the people that are going to be the future champions.
And when I talk, I always talk about the importance of fitness.
It's so important.
Please, can we bring it back in the schools?
And as Senator Kennedy has so aptly said, to eat properly.
This is so important, what you put in your body.
And the big thing that I wish and I pray every day, and wherever I talk, and I do a lot of talking, I say to the young people just love this country because you don't realize what's going on around the world.
Even the students of the great universities of America really don't understand what's happening around the world today.
There is a silent war taking place against America today.
And what we've got to do is make these kids realize that freedom and exercise and education start reading some books.
Yes, keep your phone, but also read some good books and listen to what Mr. Kennedy has said.
What you put in your body is so important.
What a wonderful job he's done, and all your cabinet members, in which I say thank you for maintaining this great word, this cherished word, freedom.
Well, fitness, standards, competition, that's what we're all about at the War Department.
So, bringing those things to education is something I remember as a kid.
I mean, the Presidential Physical Fitness Award was the pinnacle event at Forest Lake Elementary School every year, and I wanted to be the best.
And I wasn't, but I worked my tail off every year to try to get there pull-ups, push-ups.
I couldn't do the V-Sit and Reach.
I could never beat that one.
But I remember it because it was something my country clearly elevated as important.
We should be in shape, we should compete, and there's winners and there's losers.
That we need to infuse into our young people, and obviously, it takes young people to run a military.
And as the Secretary pointed out, almost three fourths of American young people do not qualify for military service, and a lot of that has to do with their physical fitness.
So we're proud at the War Department to put this first into Department of War education activity, our schools, 161 of them, across 30 installations.
It's going to be mandatory for the young kids of those service members who use those schools.
And we hope that's a pilot for all of American education.
We hope the rest of America follows.
We need young, strong, healthy Americans, whether you serve in the military or any other aspect of your life.
And I think this presidential fitness test, Mr. President, is a great, a perfect thing to restore.
That sets those standards high for young people and something for them to achieve.
The idea that competition is bad is the beginning of the decline of a nation.
Competition is critical to who we are and ensuring America stays on top.
And speaking of staying on top, Mr. President, we are, as we talked about this morning, Project Freedom is ongoing.
We're ensuring that we have control of that straight, which we do.
And ultimately, Iran has a choice to make, and they know we're in the strong position.
We hope they make a wise choice, and nobody better to make that deal, Mr. President, than you.
Thank you, Mr. President, and thank you to all the great athletes and ambassadors that are here and to the kids that are here.
You know, that word competition, I made a living competing and being in the top physical fitness that I could be in playing in the National Football League.
And one thing I want to remind the kids and really our country is competition brings out the best in us.
Be it in sport, be it in business, be it in education.
And you always want to be the best you can be, as Bryson said, every single day getting better.
And I'm grateful that I had an opportunity to play in the National Football League, but it taught me how to be a good teammate.
It taught me how to be humble in victory and to be steadfast in defeat, as all these great athletes know.
And, Mr. President, thank you for just your leadership in our country, but also for this important issue of having physically healthy.
Children and a physically healthy nation.
And Bobby, thank you for reminding us of your uncle and your father, of how important it is for us to be, to look at the man holistically, spiritually, morally, physically, mentally.
And I think America historically has been the leader in all of those areas, but we are at a critical function in our nation.
And so I would encourage everyone this transcends politics.
You know, physical fitness is good for every man, woman, and child in the United States of America.
So, Mr. President, I'm committed.
To this, I've seen the benefits of it in my own personal life.
My family and my cabinet colleagues are 100% behind this.
And so I would encourage all the young people of America parents, teachers, educators to take inventory and hear what these leaders are saying about the national security of our country and make sure that we're encouraging our young people to get out, get your hands dirty, get your knees going, get on the monkey bars, start running and jumping and playing together.
Because if you're a good teammate, the stronger team we are, the stronger country we are.
But I think what we really have, we've talked a lot about fitness, and I think that's incredibly important because that's what all this is about.
But you know, the Greeks had an axiom sound mind and a sound body.
So, as the Secretary of Education, clearly I want all of our schools to be able to adopt these programs.
We don't control curriculum from the Department of Education, but I sincerely hope the emphasis that is being refocused on kids and being fit and being able to compete is what you've said, Pete.
All of us are saying the same thing, but let's not forget it's about also a sound mind and a sound body.
In order to have a sound mind, You do have to eat well, you do have to exercise, you do have to train, and you do have to be fit to do that.
And if we all are, we are the best of who we can be.
So I encourage all of you to enjoy playing and competing and being good sports, you know, while you're doing.
But don't forget, you're studying all of your academics because it is all part of the total package.
This is something that I'm passionate about, and I think it's imperative that we're doing this for our youth right now.
Through experience, my wife and I have two young kids, nine and seven.
They're very active, very athletic, but I can see some of their classmates and some of their teammates, you know, staring at screens all day.
And again, as I said, it's really important that we do this now.
And not only will I think this will improve the overall physical health of our young people, but I think it'll also help the mental health of our young people as well.
So you could have 200,000 people protesting and have five or six sick people with guns.
And when they start shooting them right between the eyes, and you see a guy fall and another one fall, and you have no guns, very few people would be able to stand there and do it.
I mean, I understand.
I tell them not to.
Don't forget, they killed 42,000 people last month 42,000 unarmed protesters.
They had no guns.
So they had a 250,000.
People crowd and they had snipers.
They had like four or five snipers in buildings up high.
And you're standing there, and all of a sudden, the guy on your left goes down.
And somebody that's what happened with a woman protest.
They had 200,000 women protesting a year ago, and everyone thought that was the end of Iran.
And then all of a sudden, a woman dropped dead with a bullet right there, always right there.
Then another woman dropped, and then the word started to spread.
And then there was panic, and then they ran, and, you know, so I don't want that to happen.
We don't need that, you know, we don't need it.
But the only reason that they want to protest so badly, but they don't have weapons.
Well, I have a very good relationship with President Xi.
I find him to be a tremendous guy, and we get along well, and you see how we do.
We're doing a lot of business with China and making a lot of money.
We're making a lot of money.
It's different than it used to be.
But I'll be talking about it.
That'll be one subject.
But he's been very nice about this.
In all fairness, he gets like 60% of his oil from Hormoz.
I think he's been very respectful.
We haven't been challenged by China.
They don't challenge us.
And he wouldn't do that.
I don't think he'd do that because of me.
But I think he's been very respectful, and we've offered, you know, if he wants to send the ships to the United States.
I think one of the big things that's happened is I made a statement.
Send your ships to Texas.
It's not that much further.
Send your ships to Louisiana, send your ships to Alaska.
Alaska is actually very close to a lot of the Asian countries.
People don't realize it, you know.
Japan is back and forth.
It's like, it doesn't seem it, but it's a very short route, two days shorter than almost any other route.
We're making tremendous big deals with South Korea and with Japan.
But I said, send your ships.
All of a sudden, I don't know if you saw the graph today, and this is Space Force, which I created.
Space Force has, they just sent out some photos of the ships that are lined up.
All the way down the ocean, like it's a highway.
It looks like the long armed expressway for ships.
And they're all heading to Texas, Louisiana.
We've made up this land.
And that's why.
When I decided that I have to do this for the good of the world, not just the United States, in a way, we would have been in less trouble than a lot of other places.
Certainly the Middle East would have been blown up.
There wouldn't be a Middle East anymore.
They would have controlled, they would have taken over the Middle East.
Now they're trying to survive, and they won't be successful unless they make a deal.
Oh, if they don't make a deal, they won't be successful.
It'll go very quickly and methodically, believe me.
It'll be very easy.
But we have so many alternatives.
It's amazing.
And nobody knew this, you know, because, as an example, Japan got 90% of their oil, most of their energy, but most of their oil from the Hormuz Strait.
South Korea got 43% of it.
By the way, their ship was shot at.
They were not in the cavalcade of ships.
They decided to go it alone, and their ship got the hell knocked out of it yesterday.
They didn't shoot the ships that were guarded by us, I'll tell you that.
We knocked down a lot of missiles.
So, what happens is that we have a situation where we have total control.
As you know, the blockade's been amazing.
It's like a piece of steel.
Nobody's going to challenge the blockade.
And I think it's working out very well.
We're going to see.
I can say this Iran wants to make a deal.
What I don't like about Iran is they'll talk to me with such great respect, and then they'll go on television and say, We did not speak to the president.
You know, in all fairness to the Democrats, when you have men and women's sports, when you have open borders, when you have transgender mutilization, Don't listen to this, kids.
of your children, of your children, transgender mutualization of your children for everyone.
When you have policies like that, you have to cheat.
It's the only way they can win.
And we shouldn't allow them to cheat.
And we should terminate the filibuster because if they get the chance, they'll do it in the first hour back.
The world is like, by the way, other presidents should have done this.
47 years they've been toying with these.
Stupid people.
In many cases, stupid people.
This should have been done by Obama.
He went the other way.
He was giving them cash.
He sent plane loads of Boeing 757, took the seats out, and put green, green cash, $1.7 billion in the plane.
Every bank in Virginia, D.C., and Maryland was stripped of their cash.
They took out all the cash from the banks, they put it into a plane, a Boeing 757 packed with cash.
And they flew it to Iran and they let these guys just, I don't know what the hell they did with it, but they took it and then gave them billions and billions of dollars and bribed them basically to be friends.
And after giving them tens of billions of dollars, they screwed Obama.
Okay?
That's not the way we play.
No, we do it the old fashioned way.
And they should wave, they're very proud.
Maybe you won't see a white flag.
But essentially, that's already what they are.
They should wave the white flag of surrender.
In hockey, they say, Uncle, right?
When are they going to cry, Uncle?
And they have another expression.
If this were a fight, they would stop it.
But you know, we have to go out and we have to do it.
And it's very sad to see.
Even shooting those boats, they've got three, four guys.
They've got a little machine gun in front.
They're shooting at one of our ships that's meant for it.
It bounces, it would never even know they're being shot at.
And then they take it out with an Apache helicopter in about two seconds.
They go, Apache, Apache ship, northwest, 10 degrees.
Turns around, boom.
I don't like that, you know?
You lose people.
All these people, it's so unnecessary.
It's so unnecessary.
One thing we have, we have the greatest military in the world.
Whatever verse of the day from Ezekiel 36, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you.
I will remove from you your heart of stone and I will give you a heart of flesh.
Ladies and gentlemen, that new spirit, you can always tell these people who've been saved, you can tell the people who have had a change in their lives.
This is what makes Christ the king and the most powerful figure to ever live in all of human history, the absolute son of God.
Is because you actually see everyone living for the better when they live for Christ.
