| Uh Eastern District of Virginia nearing an indictment of one at least one count related to uh claims that Comey lied in his 2020 testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee as to whether he authorized a leak that led to the origins of the Russian inclusion investigation. | ||
| These cases stem from a 2017 indictment, uh sorry, incident where Comey, who was FBI director at the time, shared seven memos documenting private conversations that he had with Trump. | ||
| Comey then gave those to his friend, Columbia law professor Daniel Richman, who leaked the details of the New York Times on Comey's orders. | ||
| This report led to Robert Mueller being appointed uh special counsel. | ||
| In September 2020, Comey was brought before Congress to discuss cross-fire hurricane, the codame of the Trump Russia uh investigation. | ||
| He was pressed by Republicans about the leaks at the FBI during his tenure, including the memos. | ||
| Come denied that he authorized anybody to disclose the memos and the media, stating that his friend he had no idea he was going to do that. | ||
| Comey's been investigated for lying to Congress in the past. | ||
| He's not been convicted. | ||
| 2019 DOJ Inspector General report found that he improperly leaked, but was declined to prosecute because Comey's denial was narrow. | ||

| So the DOJ Inspector General found that Comey criminally leaked information. | ||
| But, you know, we're just gonna let him go this time. | ||
| Just that's how it works. | ||

| So Katie, we have some sources who say that for several weeks now, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia, and actually in offices that are potentially much further south than Alexandria, have been eyeing ways to indict Comey, and they are getting very much closer. | ||
| The statute of limits, forgive me, rephrase. | ||
| They are arguing that Comey, there is evidence to suggest Comey lied to Congress in his testimony on the Hill in September of 2020. | ||
| And for viewers out in the audience who may not be legally as nerdy as me and Ken, I'll just say that there's a statute of limitations to charge people with the crime of lying to Congress or perjury, and that's five years. | ||
| The five-year statute runs this month. | ||

| To be convicted, the government must prove and false testimony was given willfully under oath about uh concerned a concerned material matter. | ||
| Obstruction of congressional proceeding, he could be charged with. | ||

| Lying to Congress can also be prosecuted under this statute, which makes it illegal to corruptly influence or impede a congressional proceeding or inquiry. | ||
| The government must show that the defendant is intentionally and corruptly endeavoring to obstruct a congressional proceeding, just like the clip that we showed you with Ted Cruz. | ||
| The penalty would be conviction for obstructing congressional proceeding can be five years in prison. | ||
| Contempt of Congress to U.S. Code 192. | ||
| Witness who refuses to testify or produce documents after being subpoenaed. | ||
| This could be considered contempt. | ||
| Not sure if they have a contempt case here, but anyway, lying to Congress is a serious offense, and that has been at the heart of many high-profile investigations and prosecutions throughout American history. | ||
| The decision to pursue these kind of charges lies with federal prosecutors. | ||

| Well, his deputy, Andrew McCabe said he did. | ||
| So there's clear evidence that McC uh that that Comey lied to the Senate Judiciary Committee under oath, uh just under five years ago, which is perjury. | ||
| It's also obstruction of a congressional investigation. | ||
| It could also be conspiracy. | ||
| And so James Comey, who pretends like he's this boy scout who wants to go after uh, you know, he's this fake Republican boy scout who wants to team up with Obama and Biden and Hillary and Clapper and so many others, and run the Jack Smith, Jay Bratton run the crossfire hurricane bogus investigation and the cover-up to go after President Trump to take him out and to help Hillary Clinton's campaign to cover up her corruption. | ||

| There's a five-year statutes of limitation on perjury and obstruction of a congressional investigation. | ||

| I would say espionage is a very serious felony, John Bolton. | ||
| I think he actually criticized President Trump for having his presidential records in the office of former president in Mar-a-Lago, which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act, whether they're classified or not. | ||

| This seems to be one that's sort of hit really hard, like a bombshell at the beginning of the summer. | ||

| The people that created the Mar-a-Lago raid, you know, are things going to go down? | ||
| Like I said, I have very publicly for the last three years called for the indictments of everyone who participated in the Russian collusion hoax, crossfire hurricane, and the subsequent cover-up, the conspiracy against rights under 18 USC Section 241, a very serious federal civil rights felony. | ||
| Jack Smith and Merrick Garland and Jake Rat and Joe Biden, they're very familiar with this charge, because this is one of the charges they got they brought against President Trump. | ||
| One of the four pres uh one of the four federal charges that they brought against President Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment. | ||
| So these people are used to using this statute, and so now they're gonna be used to being on the receiving end of this statute, conspiracy against rights, 18 USC, Section 241, because again, when you politicize and weaponize Intel agencies and law enforcements to go after your political enemies for non-crimes, | ||
| which is exactly what Joe Biden, his Justice Department, Big Tish, Alvin Bragg, Fannie Willis, uh Nathan Wade, uh Chris Mays in Arizona, so many of these lawfare Democrats, whether they were in government or working with them outside of government, like for example, for example, Andrew Weisman, uh, Jake Ratz, Matthew Colangelo, so many others involved with this. | ||

| A judge gave us uh uh a board throughout the team's to board. | ||

| So how would you use RICO in order to wrap up left-wing terrorists today in our country? | ||

| I show how they were connected, I charge RICO, and I go get a restraining order on all their bank accounts, and I'd get uh orders from the court and from the grand jury to search all their economics, foreign and domestic. | ||

| As I mentioned before, more footage is going to be coming out to show that the detainees were in these ice vehicles, but that the shooter wouldn't have been able to see that anyone was in that vehicle because of the tinted uh glass windows as well. | ||

| Just this weekend, we saw Gavin Newsom and his team uh give a very menacing, threatening uh post about Secretary Noam. | ||
| And then just an hour later, he unveils this unconstitutional law to ban our law enforcement from wearing masks to protect themselves from monsters like this and to be able to hide themselves so that their uh families are not doxxed online where their spouses work, where their children go to school. | ||
| That is being put out on the dark web so that these criminals and these monsters can go after them. | ||
| Kevin Newsom, uh, Karen Bass, the Chicago mayor, Brandon Johnson, AOC, Mayor Wu, you name it, have all liken law enforcement to the Gestapo, to the Nazis, even Jasmine Crockett. | ||

| Uh we have 151,000 applications to join ICE law enforcement. | ||

| We've literally got a one-seat majority in the House of Representatives. | ||
| Um you almost really don't have a three-seat majority in the Senate where you've had JD Vance had to come in multiple times to break votes because you you have you know members of our party that will just dig in and will just fight against anything that makes any common sense. | ||

| It's like about I think about Erica. | ||
| We had just some beautiful moment with her. | ||
| And she just we've known her for a long time, and she just cried in our arms. | ||

| God has been working through her and her life. | ||
| And that was it. | ||
| You just you didn't see Erica on stage. | ||
| What you saw was like the the pure energy of the divine, is what you saw when Erica was giving those speeches. | ||
| Two of the most important speeches ever given, I think. | ||
| Like back to back. | ||
| It's gonna be it's a remarkable moment. | ||
| It's gonna be um interesting to live through. | ||
| But we are not gonna be a passive in our contribution to it. | ||
