Do you know who I am?
They told me you were VIP.
Well connected to the government.
What kind of a moron forgets to pick up his laptop at a repair shop?
You're a Biden.
Act like one.
Everything he built, life, I just ruined it all.
I want to know everything that's on that laptop that can ruin my erection.
My friends, it's time to PARTY!
I'm an artist.
Tell me how I can help you.
I don't deserve help.
Oh, I'm so sorry.
I've been through worse.
I just wish I could smack some sense to you.
I'll never forget Corn Pop.
He was a bad dude.
No joke.
robert davi
Dad, we're talking about suffering.
unidentified
I can't seem to find anything but positive stuff on the Bidens.
Who's the point pen for the foreign policy in the Obama district?
Joe Biden.
So it looks like you need a billion dollars.
So the obvious next question is...
benny johnson
Oh man, you got a stinger there!
Did you get that?
A little bit of a shot to the heart.
A bit of a cocaine hit of culture.
This is what Andrew Breitbart used to say, ladies and gentlemen, that politics is downstream of culture.
Art will imitate life.
Life will imitate art.
And you better be creating culture unless you want to lose.
If you want to lose, and if you want to live in a world that is created by these absolute monsters, the Bidens in particular, well then give up.
Don't create culture.
Don't create art.
But we refuse to give up on this channel.
And that's why we are so excited tonight to be bringing in a legend, a Hollywood legend, a director, an actor, and the man behind a movie that is absolutely...
Killing it right now.
I'm looking at it right now.
93% on Google users.
8.5 on IMBD.
90% on Rotten Tomatoes.
The country is being taken over by the phenomenon My Son Hunter.
There was one man brave enough to make this movie.
His name is Hollywood legend Robert Davi, and he joins us now.
unidentified
Give me Benny.
benny johnson
Hey, Robert, we have a new chyron where we play a little bumper to bring in our guests.
We're getting cute with this stuff, so I apologize for that.
robert davi
No, that's okay.
benny johnson
Our new fancy little thing.
unidentified
I liked it.
robert davi
You know, I thought the cryon would be Benny and the Jets because I've been thinking about that for the last couple of days.
benny johnson
It's been an honor.
It's been an honor to interact with you on Twitter.
It's been great sharing your content back and forth for a couple of years now, but we've never been able to do an interview together, and so I deeply, deeply appreciate the honor of coming on the program.
I know the audience does too.
robert davi
I appreciate you having me.
benny johnson
Congratulations on the success.
I cannot believe these reviews.
robert davi
Yeah, it's quite phenomenal, and it's a team effort.
You had the people from the Unreported Society, Unreported Story Society.
Crowdfunded this picture, Benny.
That's Ann McAnally and Phelan McAleer and then Magda Sekeda.
And they brought the script to me that was written initially by Brian Godua.
And I had seen, was frustrated, like the rest of the country, that this story was being buried.
And now we know the FBI even went to Mark Zuckerberg, you know, and on and on stories like that.
But it was something that I thought, why isn't it being told?
And nobody was...
So they offered me to...
They saw a film I directed called The Dukes that won a bunch of awards.
And I was waiting for something meaningful that would capture, like you said at the top of the show, politics is downstream from culture.
And I've been involved.
I've written for Breitbart for years.
But I was looking for a project and this was it.
And I'm glad it's getting accepted and people are seeing it.
So thank you for bringing more attention to this film.
benny johnson
My jaw is on the floor.
I'm looking at 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, 93% on Google.
How have you broken the matrix?
How have you done it?
robert davi
Well, first off, it's through an act of the Lord.
You know what I mean?
Believe it or not, somebody told me early on, it was Sinatra.
He says, you know, the way that somebody perceives a picture.
Early on is something that can set a standard.
And the Epoch Times, a reviewer from the Epoch Times did a review on it.
And it gave it a five-star movie guide and then it just snowballed to other people.
Because the film is good.
The film is really...
I wanted to make a film that would come out of mainstream Hollywood.
This is like the Wolf of Wall Street.
This is like absolute American amnesia.
Without the $100 million budget or without the $50 million budget.
But it has that essence, that performances are all terrific.
Lawrence Fox, legendary family in England, gives a terrific performance.
He's like the new Peter O'Toole there.
John James plays Joe Biden.
You've got Gina Carana playing a Secret Service agent, and she's like a...
I call her in a very interesting way, like a...
She has like a Lauren Bacall quality to me.
There was one scene where I even said, all right, you two...
I shot it in black and white.
I said, you are now Bogart and Bacall, meaning Joe Biden and Gina as the street service agent.
And I've got a newcomer, Emma Goyevic, out of Serbia, who is a lovely young actress.
This is kind of my discovery.
She's like a young Michelle Pfeiffer, Sharon Stone.
And she plays the young 25-year-old left-wing activist who...
Is a stripper to pay for her college education and, of course, meets Hunter Biden at a strip joint, which gets closed down.
You'll have to see the film to see why.
And then a relationship of them begins.
And the bouncer that's put to protect her because Hunter is partying at the Chateau Monroe and other places.
I got an actor from Nigeria.
He's really a world-class soccer player who'd never acted before, but I loved his face.
His name is Franklin Aduyole.
And he plays the...
As she's surfing the web, trying to find out, when she finds out that Hunter is Hunter Biden, and her father, his father is who he is.
And she says, my life has just got a hell of a lot more interesting.
And she's trying to surf, and she can't find anything on mainstream media, Benny.
Nothing.
She can't find it.
And he says to her, you're looking in all the wrong places.
You've got to go to all...
Let me show you.
And now all of a sudden this stuff pops up and she says to him, are you a white supremacist?
He goes, yeah, Kitty.
I'm the black face of white supremacy.
And the film, it's told satirically.
It's funny.
It's emotional.
And I'm excited for the people to see it.
benny johnson
One thing that you'll notice when you watch this film is that it...
It doesn't feel like a Hallmark Channel film.
It doesn't feel like often conservatives, Republicans, Christians are used to seeing these very cotton candy, cheesy, cheap, very sticky films that don't feel Hollywood.
This film feels Hollywood and I would ask the audience to watch this clip of Lawrence Fox as Hunter Biden wandering through a party doing drugs.
Warning, there is drugs in this clip.
That we're about to play.
And ask yourself, this doesn't look as though you're on a reality television show, like literally with Hunter through all this.
It's remarkable.
It's jaw-dropping.
unidentified
Check it out.
benny johnson
I mean, like, this is an intense scene.
You're like, is his heart going to explode?
robert davi
This is the Chateau Marmont, which actually happened.
I went to Beautiful Things, which is his autobiography, and then set this at the Chateau Marmont, where he did have these orgies, and you've got to see what happens and what unfolds there.
And it sets up the stage for their relationship.
And it then goes into where we find out about Hunter's past and where you start to feel a motivation of why he may have gone into addiction with the death of his mom and sister early on, his brother then later on.
But not saying an excuse for anything.
But I don't demonize addiction, Benny, because as we know, there's fentanyl pouring into this nation.
I have a son who's suffering from addiction.
I have an ex who did...
Every family is touched by addiction no matter what their financial status.
And here we have the President of the United States.
His son is addicted, but the difference is he's making deals with foreign entities that could compromise the United States while he's hitting a crack pipe every 15 minutes.
So, I mean, it's astounding that this laptop didn't exist until the New York Times said it did.
benny johnson
Yeah.
You said he's hitting a crack pipe a lot in the movie.
He's hitting a crack pipe a lot in real life.
robert davi
In real life.
In real life.
benny johnson
Every single leak from the laptop is him doing more and more crack and more and more egregiously.
I think the last one is him weighing like big, giant...
Rocks of crack arguing with a hooker about how much it weighs.
And you're in the state of California, presumably, or at least you have lived there for a while.
All around the nation, hundreds of thousands of young, mostly black men, were locked up due to Joe Biden's laws about crack.
Here's a clip, just as a refresher.
unidentified
You have a piece of crack cocaine.
No bigger than this quarter that I'm holding to my hand.
One quarter of one dollar.
We passed a law through the leadership of Senator Thurman and myself and others.
A law that says, if you're caught with that, you go to jail for five years.
You get no probation.
You get nothing other than five years in jail.
Judge doesn't have a choice.
Now...
benny johnson
Ooh, judge doesn't have a choice.
It's got to make your blood boil when you see clips like that.
robert davi
Well, you know, it's a, you never know what's behind the scenes on that, what he was dealing with with his own son and trying to, who knows?
I don't want to, my thing is always to get a supposition of something as an artist, as an actor, if we, but absolutely it makes my blood boil because it's hypocrisy at the biggest level.
And this is what I think motivates me more than anything, is the idea of the hypocrisy on the left and the right.
And this kind of propagandized speeches that they don't live by.
And, you know, it's difficult.
Addiction is a terrible thing.
Again, I've known major people that have lost their children from it.
And the answer is early interdiction.
But we won't do that.
You see, it's like Gascon and the other guy in Chesa Bodine in San Francisco.
Let the criminals out.
You know what I mean?
They should be immediately, if a parent or somebody understands a kid is on addiction, there has to be an immediate interdiction.
Anyway, it's a complex issue.
Close the border, first of all.
I digress from our film.
benny johnson
Yeah.
Somebody tried to interdict in your film.
That was Hunter Biden himself.
We were shocked.
Our jaw was on the floor when we heard the story.
Hunter Biden personally tried to shut down your film.
If that isn't an endorsement to go out and purchase the film, buy it and watch it right now.
I don't know what it is.
Can you tell us the story?
robert davi
Yeah.
I don't know if he tried to shut it down, but all I can tell you is this.
We shot the film in Belgrade, Serbia, because we needed to have those locations of the Ukraine.
And Bucharest and China, you know, all the deals he made around.
So to have an exotic look to certain things.
So when I had gotten to Belgrade initially at the hotel, which is a great hotel, the management was fans of mine, you know, because the films and stuff, of course, they ingratiate themselves to me.
And they say, Hunter Biden was here last month.
I go, what?
He was here at this hotel last month.
And I thought, what was he doing here?
I said, was there an art gallery?
What could it have been?
Was there a message being sent to Serbia?
Were there changing ambassadors?
Was there a, you know, because there's questionable things that happen in different parts of the world, especially there, anywhere.
So what was he doing there?
And then, while we were filming, the producer of film says, oh, he's a Northern Irish guy.
Philip McLeary, a good guy, very funny guy.
He goes, you know, we got a documentary crew.
He's doing a film on Hunter Biden.
They're from the South Park people, you know.
So they're one of us, basically.
I says, well, who cares if they're one of us?
I don't want anybody doing a documentary crew on the film because I don't want anybody to extract anything.
He says, well, we had them sign something.
It's going to be okay.
They're nice guys, you know.
They're with South Park, you know.
Reluctantly, you know, I said, I don't want anybody on the set.
I'm very...
Anyway, they did come.
They were nice enough, the gentlemen.
And we find out, after we film now, film calls me up.
He goes, guess what?
I go, what?
You know those people that came to the set?
Yeah.
He says, well, that was Hunter Biden's lawyer.
That's a guy named Morris.
And he gave $2 million to bail out Hunter Biden for his tax thing.
I says, oh, interesting.
So that's what that story is.
I don't know if they came to interdict it or to stop it or what they did, but they showed up on the set under an assumed identity.
benny johnson
And were they snooping around?
Do you have any idea what they were looking for?
Were they attempting to find information?
Maybe harm someone?
What were they looking for?
robert davi
No, no.
I don't think it was anything that...
I don't know.
I was just concerned they were going to try to take...
Footage of our film to use for their documentary.
I didn't want anything out.
That's what I was currently saying.
A filmmaker protecting his thing.
This was the furthest thing on my mind that this was happening.
But Lawrence interviewed with them.
John James interviewed with them.
Sometimes actors, after the day of working and they're sitting down at the bar downstairs talking, they'll have a scotch or something.
Who knows where they went?
It didn't seem to be...
Maybe they just wanted to garner the nature of what the production was, because my thing was not to demonize, you know what I mean, but to show, to entertain, and let the audience see what hasn't been seen or has been denied by most of the media.
benny johnson
Well, John James and Lawrence Fox are dynamite on camera together.
Hopefully Hunter Biden's lawyer got a good look at this scene.
We certainly did.
It's incredible.
robert davi
Got your laptop and brought it to the FBI.
unidentified
I got water damage.
robert davi
I took it to be fixed.
unidentified
Water damage?
robert davi
What, were you swimming with it?
unidentified
I forgot to pick it up.
Forgot to pick it up.
I was so busy with your company.
robert davi
Oh, come on, man.
unidentified
I mean, what kind of a moron forgets to pick up his laptop at a repair shop?
Were you high or drunk?
No, Dad, I'm sober.
robert davi
Bullshit.
benny johnson
I mean...
Again, it's uncanny.
The actors are amazing.
The cinematography is gorgeous.
And it looks and feels like a blockbuster Hollywood movie.
And now it's getting the ratings of a blockbuster Hollywood movie.
robert davi
Well, you know, after 47 years in the film, I did my first film with Sinatra.
And working with some of the greatest directors and producers and writers and cinematographers.
You know, you learn a little bit.
I've got to tell you.
But we had a great crew in Serbia, Benny.
One of the first things I did, of course, when you do a film, besides working on the script, and had vehement arguments with the producers and writer initially, because, you know, the director now, Stella Adler used to say, and I say this tongue-in-cheek, the great acting coach that was my mentor, she used to say, The script writer should die after he writes the script.
Now, I don't believe that, of course, but I like to use it against them.
unidentified
You know what I mean?
robert davi
But this was a great team.
And I think when you have passions, you know, foment creates good things.
So that was a good thing.
But there were many of those intense conversations in the pre-script, you know, when I got involved.
It's so interesting, that creative process, and then the actors come aboard, and then they start to give, you have to find the rhythm, you have to give the heartbeat to it, the comedic element, the timing element, and these actors are like, you know, great, great instruments, and you start to shape, and they bring so much to the table, and you're lucky.
benny johnson
Yeah.
I mean, you're lucky to have gotten this film made.
There are a lot of evil forces in this regime, this administration.
They probably hate what you're doing.
Have you felt other pressure from the outside in the making of this film?
Have you gotten lawyers to come to the set as you just enumerated in this one story?
Are there more stories like that?
What kind of pressures have you felt culturally about this film?
robert davi
Well, look, I've felt that, you know, for decades now.
I've written for Breitbart for years, you know, and I've been outspoken many, for many, you know, I haven't been, I don't go gentle into that good night.
I believe that a cultural warrior is needed.
I think we have to give our point of view with intelligence, with a certain kind of, to communicate to, in a way that...
Opens up closed minds and also satisfies us that are looking for voices, like yourself, what you're doing culturally and how you do this show.
Because it can be very lonely out there.
And I've been, I don't want to say the blacklist thing, but the absurdity of the blacklist is that in Hollywood in the 1940s and 50s, when the useful, you know, Marx and Lenin said, we have to infect America with useful idiots.
And they spent a lot of money bringing communist operatives into this culture, into education, into media.
Ronald Reagan, in 1946, went to the house of a woman called Ida Lupino, who was like the Meryl Strip of her time.
And he said to her, it was William Holden who found out that there was going to be a meeting of these operatives at this Hollywood home, talking to the Hollywood community.
Now, they don't know at the time the agenda.
Like many people don't know the big agenda.
But they're at this meeting.
Reagan wants to tell them.
He shouted down.
And one actor, a guy named John Garfield, great actor.
He was the first anti-hero of his time.
Part of the group theater.
And he said he deserves to speak.
We should hear what he has to say.
He did.
And years later, the actor from The Godfather who punches Al Pacino in The Godfather.
Remember the police captain?
His name was Sterling Hayden.
And he then called Ronald Reagan a one-man wrecking crew of the Communist Party in Hollywood.
Now, Hollywood has done innumerable movies about the blacklisting.
But these were people or there was an entity that was trying to overthrow the United States government.
benny johnson
Yes.
robert davi
So this is what the fear was at the time.
Whether they were right or wrong, the Venona Project kind of exonerates, in some instances, what McCarthy was doing.
For those of you that don't know about the Venona Project, you can Google it.
The Soviets had a secret code that could not be deciphered.
And what happened was we had deciphered it.
And a Democratic senator out of New York, Daniel Patrick Monaghan, said we should make this public.
And they did in 1996.
And basically the people that were being fingered as operatives in our government and in the media and in other places, education, were.
So now we cut to today.
And who's being silenced?
I saw a headline that Trump MAGA people are enemy of America.
American democracy.
How is that?
How is that when you have a government that gave Iran billions of dollars?
Billions of dollars that aren't carrying the plane and they dropped it over there.
And then I read the other day that Iran is now supplying Drones to Ukraine.
And we're supporting Ukraine, giving millions of dollars, billions of dollars to Ukraine.
So we're fighting ourselves.
We're arming ourselves like we did leaving all that stuff in the Taliban.
It makes no sense.
And the American people don't hear.
It's just like this laptop.
Wait a second, guys.
unidentified
It's here.
robert davi
But you know what?
Let's get that Steele dossier once more.
Let's look at that Steele dossier once more.
So this frustrates me.
I'm sure it does you.
benny johnson
Yeah, I mean, it frustrates us to absolutely no end.
I will say that the movie itself is almost like a dark comedy in a way, and I want to...
Pause for a moment and put up on screen exactly where you can find the movie.
I think it's really important.
I don't want to end the interview.
I have a number of questions.
robert davi
I digress so much.
benny johnson
We've got to put it up.
Like, please, take away from this.
This has got to be the top-rated movie in the country right now and will probably break streaming records.
Get on board.
unidentified
MySonHunter.com You've got to vote by getting this film.
benny johnson
Yes.
robert davi
You've got to vote November and show.
Let's show them.
The power of the people, the 74, 80 million people that will remain voiceless.
This is how you can give your voice.
This is for you.
We put ourselves on the line culturally so we can bring messages to you and we need your support on this.
benny johnson
Yes.
robert davi
Because we want people to see it and it's good.
benny johnson
Yes.
Please go see it and understand the larger picture here, which is the creation of culture.
And the creation of culture is how you save a society.
A lot of people are mourning right now.
A lot of people are mourning the Queen's passing right now.
And what they're mourning, I think, more than anything, is just a testament to a cornerstone of culture.
Because she was a time capsule.
For the dignity and the magnificence of that office, and you'll be rudderless, sort of.
The monarchy sort of becomes rudderless without that.
And if there's nothing left to conserve, well, then what's the point of being a conservative, right?
And so we've got to save this place, and we've got to save it.
Andrew Breitbart understood it.
You've got to do it through art, and that's why it's just majestic what you've done.
Can you talk to me about the inspiration point, Robert?
There's been a moment where you said, I must do this.
This is something that...
robert davi
It was brewing in me watching, you know, when it came along.
It was brewing in me watching the television, I'm saying, and seeing this story being ignored, while at the same time, the other story about the dossier was being blown up out of proportion, and no one was admitting to this.
And I, you know, you don't just take one source, but this existed.
So when the script came to me...
And it almost dropped from heaven.
I mean, my agent calls me up and says, hey, they want you to direct this film, My Son Hunter.
What?
You know what I mean?
I said, this has been on my mind now because I've been tweeting about it and it's been frustrating.
So it was like when they approached me with it, I was already primed.
Now the fear was, what kind of screenplay is it and what kind of story can I tell?
Because I didn't want to, you know, as you said earlier, you know, conservatives sometimes...
They're not actually...
They mean well, but they miss the cultural larger picture on that.
And this is something that I wanted to make sure that we all understood in the film, the captured in the film.
So that was the basic, I don't inspiration, but impulse.
And then you start to develop much more of a...
A stylistic approach.
And I knew the minute I read it, I said, I want to do this like American Hustle and Wolf of Wall Street.
I wanted that vibe to it and not to have just a film that was going to hit points.
And the script provided that blueprint for it very beautifully.
benny johnson
There's a great—I don't know who to attribute this quote to, but there's a great quote about how the painter actually knows the subject better than the subject knows themselves.
And so when you watch a clip like this from Joe Biden, a clip of actual Joe Biden, not one from your movie, although it's hard to tell the difference, a clip of actual Joe Biden, having studied him— Written him, having read through this and put him on film.
Can you sort of break down what's happening in this clip for us?
Because you are now possibly one of the world's greatest experts on Joe Biden and his family.
peter doocy
Mr. Vice President, how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
unidentified
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
Here's what I know.
I know Trump deserves to be investigated.
He is violating every basic norm of a president.
You should be asking him the question, why is he on the phone with a foreign leader, trying to intimidate a foreign leader, if that's what happened?
That appears what happened.
You should be looking at Trump.
Trump's doing this because he knows I'll beat him like a drum.
robert davi
So there you go.
And we know that Joe Biden had that whole thing with Poroshenko, it's in our film, about the six million dollars.
And I said, son of a bitch, what do you know?
He did it.
That, to me, and no one talks about it.
It's like it's okay.
It's like, you know, I just, yeah, I just killed a guy, but it's all right, you know.
But what about this guy that, you know, had a phone call with him just before you killed him?
You know, that's the guy you got to look at.
You got to look at that guy, even though you just, I mean, it's like an alternate reality.
You're watching something happening in life, and the left is so clever at this.
They're so clever at this.
Pelosi does it.
Schiff does it.
Schumer does it.
They're so clever.
And I get frustrated that our GOP guys are thin-blooded.
I don't think there's a couple of guys that are fighting, but they still don't capture that.
You've got to go right in the face of that.
When stuff like that is said, I always wondered, all right, we've got this.
And look, nobody liked what happened on January 6th and all of that.
But what I say is this.
And they said, well, Pelosi said nobody wanted to be here from the other side.
Well, you know what?
Then the other side should have had a town hall meeting with all their people, do their own investigation concurrently with that, so there's another side of the story being told.
And there's like, again, there's no excuse.
I don't know.
I haven't gotten into the...
But why haven't we gotten all the footage?
You know, there's certain, again, that digresses.
What Joe did there was a deflection, which he does quite a bit.
Bring up Trump.
And let's give us more information.
Let's bring up Trump more now.
We just got Mar-a-Lago.
Let's bring up Trump more, you know.
I mean, it's insane.
I feel like we're in a Twilight Zone episode.
There used to be one about those changing of realities.
Guy wakes up and it's a different place.
benny johnson
The finger in the face, right?
The finger in the face.
Guy wakes up and it's a different place.
You are a Hollywood legend.
You don't have to call yourself that.
We'll be happy to call you that on this program.
Obviously, you're in many of our family favorites, many films, and this will become one of them.
Speaking of things changing, could you just opine for a minute on how Hollywood has changed in your...
Incredible time there as an actor.
What are the main downfalls that has led to the Hollywood that we see of today?
Which seems to be, maybe you disagree with me, I'd love to hear your thought on this, seems to be just a vapor of what it was just 60 years ago, right?
In the time of Reagan.
robert davi
Yeah.
I mean, look, Hollywood had a tremendous age.
I mean, they've done great creative things from the 20s, the 30s, the 40s.
50s, 60s, the evolution of certain things.
And at the same time, there was a different kind of acceptance of each other in the creative arts.
There was an agenda.
You know, they did forward.
There was a time period when they were showing scripts and the readers were all from a different kind of party.
And they wouldn't let the scripts that had a certain pro-American agenda be shown and the other ones that had a social agenda they were pushing that was moved forward.
So we know that.
And again, like I said, 1977, my first film with Frank Sinatra.
Then, you know, Hollywood, you had conservatives that weren't afraid to speak out.
They weren't afraid.
They were able to communicate to a George Clooney or other guys or a Norman Lear, and they were accepted.
They weren't silenced because they were powerful, because the audience made them powerful.
And today, the cancel culture is to take people, and I don't mean all people, but what happens is if you have a, and some of it is another whole thing, but you could...
Even in terms of the male-female relationships, AOC all of a sudden says she wants effeminate men.
Fine.
Sensitive.
I've cried.
I watch skating.
Ice skating.
Olympic ice skating.
I'm a macho guy.
I could cry when I see a triple Lutz.
Excellence makes me weep a little bit.
You know what I mean?
The beauty of excellence.
So all of a sudden, to say this whole thing, why are we celebrating effeminizing men?
Why are we doing this kind of thing?
And I've seen this since the 80s start to take over.
And guys got criticized for...
It's a strange...
It's changed.
It's changed because the people that are controlling it have an agenda.
My daughter came home from school.
She was 10 years old.
And I said this...
My dad went...
I'll digress.
My dad was a knight at Columbus.
And the early 60s, he...
He didn't talk much, but my family were William Buckley conservatives and the John Kennedy Democrats, and we had conversations political all the time over the dinner table.
My uncle was this way, my father was that way, my father didn't talk much, me and my cousins would do skits, all of that, right?
So, he gave me two books.
One was called None Dare Call a Treason by John Stormer, the other was Masters of Deceit.
I read these books.
Okay, you take them for what they are, but what it...
Made me see was they were almost biblical in their prophecy.
They were almost biblical in the prophecy of what's happening today.
And education, how the prayer in school, they said it.
When we took prayer, when you take, you mentioned the Queen, tradition.
The beauty of tradition and holding a country's moral compass together, no matter what political party is.
And we've killed, we've stabbed it in the heart.
Tradition.
The Judeo-Christian values of this nation have been stabbed, have been shattered.
And they continue to do that.
And I remember, you can't say prayer in school, but you're going to have a trance dance for the kids.
The American flag is no longer respected.
We can't say that some schools.
Don't raise the flag.
Don't do the Pledge of Allegiance.
E pluribus unum has become now, let's tear us apart.
And that's both globalist sides of the equation in terms of both political parties doing something like that.
When Martin Luther King died, in that cart was a pine box filled by two mules and a sea of people behind that.
And I thought as a kid, we're going to either pull it apart or we're going to pull it together.
And we're pulling it apart.
They're making race and gender and this and that.
And people's heads are spinning.
People that, you know, instead of...
I sometimes think, are they preparing people?
For an alien invasion because there's no gender?
Is that what it is?
Is it like we're going to be visited by aliens and there's no gender?
I mean, it's insane.
benny johnson
I think it is insane.
I think it is insane times that we're living in.
It wouldn't shock me that there's a meme going around right now of the aliens getting ready.
Like, oh, it's September.
We're up, right?
It's like right before the midterms.
Here we go, baby.
I'm so nervous.
It wouldn't shock me at all.
I'd also be kind of curious.
Totally like to see aliens.
Totally believe in aliens.
Let's have that conversation on another live.
robert davi
I did a show that Whitley Stryber did a book on.
I did a special for NBC, two-hour special, Hard Evidence on Aliens Among Us.
I did a primetime special with NBC years ago.
UFOs.
Anyway, again, you said it's another time.
Absolutely.
benny johnson
I mean, did you cover that Hillary Clinton's a reptile person in that?
robert davi
No, this wasn't dealing with Hillary, the reptilian Hillary.
benny johnson
We hope another special with NBC.
I'm sure it will happen.
robert davi
Probably in the works right now.
benny johnson
Man, that might get higher ratings than my son Hunter even, which would be hard.
My final question to you is this, and I think...
I think it's a critical one.
You're starting to see a parallel economy be built with conservatives being able to produce gorgeous, cinematic movies like you've produced here.
A nod to Top Gun that you directed, forgive me.
A nod to Top Gun.
And sort of a non-woke agenda there.
A nod to, you know, the Daily Wire is going to be creating kids' content.
Rumble, and so on and so forth.
Is it too little too late?
Or can conservatives, through our own ability to create culture and media, can we right this ship?
You seem like a hopeful guy.
robert davi
Yes.
benny johnson
But what's your take?
robert davi
Patty Chavsky did a movie, I don't know what year in the 70s, called Network.
Peter Finch played a character who was...
I urge you, Benny, to watch that film and do a little commentary on it another time.
It's...
It prephasized Antifa.
It showed you that the media was going to...
It's an amazing picture.
And the character Peter Finch goes in and has a fit on camera.
He's a news guy that's tired of telling the lie.
benny johnson
I'm not going to take it.
robert davi
And he says, I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take it any longer.
And that moment in film, this is where the American people have to get.
We have to get to the part, and you've got to do that with voting, with communicating to people, not violently.
Let the violence come from the other side, because they let it happen, as we've seen for two years, the looting and the robbing, and it's still going on, but yet everyone turns the other.
What?
That doesn't happen.
I hit it up on our film.
And we got criticized by the left because we said mostly peaceful protests.
That was taken right from there.
That's taken from CNN and the other ones.
MSNBC.
And they said, oh, that didn't happen.
They want to make it.
So we have to speak up.
We have to capture culture.
And we have to hold people accountable.
Our politicians that have sold us out, we have to hold them accountable.
We have to tell them, you know, they represent us.
They represent us.
And they're getting, they're the commissars.
I wrote it years ago.
I said they're like the Politburo.
They're like the Politburo of today.
They represent us and we need people that are going to challenge the establishment that they work for us.
benny johnson
Yeah.
Somebody who is challenging culture, somebody who is pushing the boundaries of culture and somebody who is creating culture is Robert Davi.
But what you may not know as you download and as you purchase My Son Hunter, which you should do, and we'll put the website back up here.
MySonHunter.com is exactly where you need to go for this movie.
What you may not know is that the Hollywood legend, actor, and director Robert Davi is...
is also an incredible singer.
And that the baby blue eyes of Frank Sinatra is looking down from heaven on him as he sings some of the greatest Sinatra hits.
And we have a small clip for you right now.
unidentified
For what is a man?
What has he got?
If not himself, then he has not.
To say the things he truly feels, and not the words of one who kneels.
The wrecking shows, I took the blows and did it my way.
The wrecking shows, I took the blows and did it my way.
benny johnson
That is Robert Davi singing the greatest hits, Frank Sinatra.
I think he's also on the charts there for his album, Singing Sinatra.
I think we unfortunately lost a connection with Robert.
We'll see if he comes back.
During the playing of that clip, we lost our connection.
We were going to ask him one final question for the evening, but we'll see if we can get him back.
If not, we just want to say thank you all so much for...
Oh, wait.
Okay, hold on.
It looks like we might be able to get him back.
We did want...
Okay, hold on just a second here.
Hi.
Yes, Robert.
robert davi
You know, just as that song started, my computer died.
benny johnson
Oh, no.
This is a better view because you can see you singing in the back.
Look at this.
That's you singing, right?
Yes.
robert davi
I don't know.
benny johnson
There it is.
Hey, listen.
We know you've been extremely generous with your time.
We hope that the thousands and thousands of people who watched this download the movie.
We wanted to just let you send it off.
I mean...
You have a beautiful singing voice.
That is incredible.
And we didn't surprise him.
We did ask if we could play that clip, and he said sure, because it actually charts sort of where we are right now as a country.
Maybe you can close us out with that, the My Way line.
robert davi
Well, all I have to say is I think that we need these, it's time, cultural warriors, don't be ashamed.
Don't be ashamed of being America first.
Don't be ashamed of that, and don't let the left discourage you.
We have to hold our heads and we have to, you know, I get criticized.
Some of the nastiest things could be said to me.
There were some nasty comments on Twitter and stuff like that.
And even if somebody has 10 followers, it doesn't bother me.
Because if I can communicate to that person and either show something of what they may or may not be, they're their own bigotry.
And we have to be able to respectfully discuss that.
You know, they come back with nasty comments and sexual comments and stuff.
Don't do that.
But confront it.
Look it in the face.
Look it in the face.
It's up to us to be able to understand what they're trying to do in terms of discouraging us.
And just be strong warriors.
benny johnson
Yes.
robert davi
You know?
benny johnson
Yes.
robert davi
Get the shield of St. Michael the Archangel and Christ and be strong warriors.
unidentified
Yes.
benny johnson
Yes.
It is a spiritual battle.
It is not a political battle.
It's a battle of darkness and light.
robert davi
Yeah, absolutely.
I wrote when Hillary Clinton, I wrote on Breitbart, when Hillary Clinton said during Christmas time, before the election one year, right before the election with him and Trump, she said, may the force be with you.
Trump said, Merry Christmas.
What?
There it is, the battle for the soul of America.
She didn't say Merry Christmas.
She said, may the force be with you.
And you can find that clip somewhere when she said that.
And I know that Star Wars had just come out, but still, she could have said, Merry Christmas, and may the force be with you.
Then I could have accepted that.
But just to use that paganistic term, during the birth of our Lord, said something to me.
benny johnson
That's right.
I mean, you can tell us now, is that proof positive that she is an alien?
robert davi
You know?
benny johnson
That she's from outer space?
You can tell us.
We know that you have the evidence, Robert.
robert davi
I don't have the evidence.
Maybe somebody does.
I did meet her.
She helped me with a program called iSafe America one time, Internet Safety for Kids.
So I have no, as did, you know, many on the, I did, I went to Congress and the Senate.
To try to do internet safety and anti-bullying.
This is in 1998, when I was the spokesperson for iSafe America, internet safety for kids.
And I said to them, I said, what we need is a nonpartisan thing in schools where kids, when there is a threat, this kid said he's going to kill five people.
This kid said that.
This is 1998, where they could feel safe to make a report.
Somebody can then quietly investigate that, whether it's You know, just somebody harassing or not.
But at least there's a record of somebody being frightened for what somebody might be doing.
But that opens up a whole can of other worms.
I don't know if she's an alien.
I think that there's a crazy...
You know what?
Maybe that's what happened to Jeffrey Epstein.
Maybe Epstein got abducted and we don't know.
I don't know.
benny johnson
That's the next...
It's live, Robert.
We're booking you right now.
That's the next live.
Epstein abducted by aliens?
Where the hell did he go?
I cannot wait for that live.
God bless you.
Thank you.
Download the movie My Son Hunter.
Number one movie in America right now.
We'll say it.
Hollywood legend Robert Davi.
God bless you.
And God bless you, sir, for being strong for all of us.
robert davi
And God bless you, my brother.
God bless all your listeners and friends.
And God bless the country.
God bless America.
benny johnson
Alright, ladies and gentlemen, that's it for tonight.
