Time Text
Thank you.
We are now live, live, live on Friday Night Live, and we're so thankful for each and every one of you joining us for the broadcast this evening.
This evening is a special Day of Atonement broadcast.
It's entitled The Death of Azazel and we're so very thankful.
We're just blessed by God To be here and feel the blessings of God upon us.
It's just a wonderful time to be alive.
It's exciting to be alive and serve Jesus.
Welcome each and every one of you and a welcome to all of our new listeners.
And we're so thankful we're getting so many new people coming into our platforms and checking us out.
We're going to have a little mail call up in here this evening, and I want to acknowledge the letters that have come in, the new letters, and I'm going to read a few excerpts, and I really appreciate it.
I really am blessed with these letters.
I really appreciate it, Don and I. And we heard this week from Wendy in Delaware, the Smiths in Texas, Simcy and Terry in Pennsylvania, Ellen in Texas.
Timothy in Texas.
Richard in Louisiana.
Carl and Becky from Minnesota.
Daryl and Carol in California.
Thomas in Michigan.
Marianne in Arizona.
Richard and Sherry in Texas.
Renee and Dennis in Indiana, Tom and Chris in Indiana, Deborah in Tennessee, Cynthia in Michigan, and John and Karen in the state of Washington.
And I want to read a few excerpts and a request here from Tom and Chris praying for you every day.
I ask also for prayer for my family who still walks in this world.
Let's do that right now.
Father, in Jesus' name, we want to lift up Tom and Chris and their family to you.
Father, we pray that you just bring conviction and open their eyes in Jesus' name.
Send your spirit to awaken them and bring them to salvation.
In Jesus' name we pray.
Amen.
A letter here, this is from Carol in Utah, and she says, it says, I have a question about the Day of Atonement.
Should we observe it on the day Jesus died for us?
Well, no, we shouldn't.
We observe it on the Day of Atonement.
The day that Jesus died for us on the Passover, that's a feast day too.
But we are here this evening to celebrate the Great Day of Atonement.
And it's a high Sabbath.
It's a day and we're getting a lot of questions.
How are you going to celebrate it?
Which we're going to share with you.
Carol goes on, she writes, Thank you so much for your teachings.
We stopped observing the world's holidays in 2017, then left the apostate churches that breaks the fourth commandment.
A pastor told our daughter that he knows the holidays are pagan.
He said we will be more pagan than the pagans we can reach.
Other people for Christ.
Yeah, we'll be pagan so we can reach the pagans.
That makes sense, doesn't it?
It says, with trunk or treat or other holidays, I knew something was wrong when he kept referring to Harry Potter and his sermon.
That's a clue, isn't it?
That's a clue.
Yes, that's right.
And, you know, we thank you for hearing from you, Carol.
It's a blessing.
And we're glad that we've been a blessing to you.
And by the way, Welcome to my show.
It's going to be a good one.
So I'm going to be listening to Dan's broadcast.
We're going to be entering into a time of fasting with sundown here until city is about 614. So we're going to enter into a time of fasting and after we're going to Just fellowship and watch Dan.
And later tonight, before we go to bed, we're going to have a time of prayer and we're going to take communion.
And it is just, I'm just so blessed this evening.
I can just feel the presence of God.
It's such a great thing to come together and honor God's times.
I guarantee you, you will be blessed if you do that.
And now, this is from Ellen.
And Ellen is in Texas.
She says, Your bravery to stand up at a conference to bring forth the teaching on Lucifer, not being Satan, changed the direction of my life for the good.
Long story short, I come from a cult background.
I took notes and studied that sermon.
When I received and believed the truth of that teaching, God gave me one of the most powerful deliverances of my life.
And I'm so thankful for that, Ellen.
And the truth will set you free.
And there are people in the occult, because of what they are taught about that, gives great deliverance.
The truth will set you free.
The Bible says that the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine.
And people say, well, why do you teach on the millennial reign?
Oh no, here he goes again.
Well, listen, the truth will set you free.
And when you get it, there's powerful deliverances.
And oh, you know, Lucifer and Satan not being the same doesn't matter.
Let me tell you, everything matters.
And the Bible is never saying two things.
It's only saying one thing.
So we're just so thankful for that, Ellen.
We are rejoicing with you and praising God for that.
The truth will set you free.
Yes, it will.
A little bit of a revelation that Richard and Sherry shared.
I'll just read a little bit of it here.
It says here, Revelation from the Holy Spirit.
It says, the leaves on the trees were really being shaken by the rather windy evening, some falling off.
He said, the shaking that I am doing is not to harm you, but to remove all the deadness on you.
This is for all his believers and I believe that and there's been so much confirmation that we are in the time of the shaking and the sifting and thank you so much my spirit really bore witness with that.
Now I have one more letter and I'm not going to mention the name We'll remain unnamed.
But I just want to say, just a little snippet here.
It says, the family encouraged me to keep on even in my old age of 64. Sorry about that.
You cannot play the age card at 64. No, you can't.
We have over a decade on you.
We've got to think and we're just getting going.
Let me tell you what, people in their 60s are just spring chickens.
You are just ripe to get on fire for God and plow some ground for Jesus.
So be encouraged.
We love you very much.
And God is going to use everyone.
The sons and daughters will prophesy.
The old men will dream dreams and visions and dreams.
I got them backwards.
The old man will dream dreams and the young man will see visions.
That's the way it is.
But anyway, I just want to say...
That I am so thankful to each and every one of you that studies with us and that prays for us and that supports us with your gifts and with your kindness.
We do appreciate it from the very bottom of our heart.
Now, we'll be on at the end of the broadcast.
We've got announcements to make that are important.
We'll be talking a little bit about our special broadcasting all through the Feast of Tabernacles, and we want that to be an experience where we can all come together And experience the great outpouring of the Holy Spirit that God has during his great feast and his great time.
Well tonight, the death of Zazel is the title of the message and I'm going to begin by just reading some scriptures and I know we've got a lot of new listeners and many have never celebrated the feasts of God and we're going to read A little bit about the great day of atonement on God's holy days.
We're going to go to the 23rd chapter of the book of Leviticus and we're going to begin in verse 26. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Also on the tenth day of the seventh month there shall be a day of atonement.
It shall be an holy convocation unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, and make an offering made by fire unto the Lord.
Afflicting your soul.
That is why we observe it with fasting beginning at sundown.
And ye shall do no work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the Lord your God.
For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
Now that's pretty important, isn't it?
And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
This is, look at your neighbor and say, this is serious.
It's important to the Father, so it should be important to us.
Ye shall do no manner of work.
It shall be a statute forever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
Now, when it says here, it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations, That means just what it says.
Now, it's always been the Israel of God.
Under the first covenant, it was the Israel of God of faith.
In the new covenant, it is made with the house of Israel and the house of Judah.
We are the Israel of God, and this is a statute for us.
These are not Jewish people.
Holidays.
These are the holidays of God.
They are the very feasts of God, and when we come together to observe them, we identify ourselves as the Israel of God.
Praise His holy name.
It says in verse 32, It shall be unto you a Sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls even in the ninth day of the month at even.
From even unto even shall ye celebrate your Sabbath.
Now, here we see there's a distinction made on some distinctions.
The Sabbath of tabernacles.
Excuse me, the Tabernacles of Atonement and some others are beginning in the evening.
Now, the reason why it says that, and when it talks about the Sabbath, it doesn't designate it like that because the weekly Sabbath is from sunup And I'll read that in Matthew chapter 28. It's real easy.
And, you know, I don't get hung up on what day, different calendars.
I got this calendar.
You got this calendar.
I don't even go there because you can drive yourself nuts doing that.
Just save yourself the trouble and don't do that.
And it's real clear the weekly Sabbath in Matthew 28 and 1 In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, boom!
Sunup Sunday ended the Sabbath.
Right there is the biblical New Testament Sabbath and the old two.
We've done teachings on that.
But the Sabbath, which we observe, we honor God's Sabbath on Saturday from Sunup Saturday to Sunup Sunday.
Now, We're going to look at Leviticus chapter 16 in Leviticus chapter 16 and we're going to look at the 29th verse Leviticus chapter 16 and verse 29 and this shall be a statute forever And that means forever.
And in verse 31...
It says it shall be a Sabbath of rest unto you, and you shall afflict your souls by a statute forever.
It's a solemn day.
It's a time where fasting and prayer and repentance are top on the list of the things that we honor on this great day of atonement.
Now, I entitled the broadcast tonight, The Death of Azazel.
So I'm going to explain to you why we called it that.
And as many of our long-time listeners know, we've talked a lot about Azazel.
Azazel in the book of Leviticus 16, which we'll be going to the 16th chapter of Leviticus to explain the great day of atonement.
And there was two goats on the day of atonement, and the second goat was called the scapegoat.
In Hebrew, the scapegoat is Azazel.
And Azazel, from the book of Enoch, is a very important character.
And we'll read here from the book of Enoch, chapter 9 and verse 6. And Azazel was one of the 200 that came down on Mount Hermon that you can read about in the sixth chapter of the book of Enoch.
It says in Enoch 9 and 6,"...thou seest what Azazel hath done, who hath taught all unrighteousness on earth, and revealed the eternal secrets which were preserved in heaven." Fallen angel knowledge began with Azazel.
He began to reveal into mankind those secrets that were revealed that led mankind deeper and deeper astray.
Now, in Enoch chapter 10 and verse 8, And the whole earth has been corrupted through the works that were taught by Azazel to him ascribe all sin.
The knowledge and the power that came into mankind and to this day continues from this fallen angel knowledge which began with Azazel.
This is at the root of the corruption of the entire human race.
And in chapter 10 and verse 4, now here's the good news.
Enoch chapter 10 and verse 4. And again the Lord said to Raphael, bind Azazel hand and foot and cast him into the darkness and make an opening in the desert which is And we're going to read not only,
so the way we want to see Azazel, Azazel has been stabbed in the gut and he's bleeding out.
He has been stabbed, he has been imprisoned, and we're going to show you that he will be released.
The same we taught not long ago on the Doctrine of Christ channel with Jillian and I on the little season.
And during that little season when Satan is cast back in, Azazel We'll have his time with him, and it's time to get ready for that, I guarantee you.
And with that in mind, it's not nothing that the Israel of God should be, I mean, you know, we better be on our game, I guarantee you, but it's not anything that we approach in fear.
It's something that we approach with great confidence in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, because we read in the epistle to the Colossians, in the second chapter, and in the 15th verse, And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shoe of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
He made a clown show of the fallen powers.
He didn't just defeat them, he humiliated them.
It was no contest.
He absolutely spoiled them, he trampled upon them, and they know very well That they are a defeated army.
And we're going to show you the final destination of Azazel, which is going to be in the lake of fire with the devil, the beast, the false prophet, and all of the other cadre of the fallen ones.
In 1 Peter 3, there's an amazing scripture here that we want to read.
1 Peter 3, verse 19, and I'll read verse 18 also for the context.
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, just once.
He's not re-sacrificed in the Mass.
No, he's not.
For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit.
By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison.
Now that word preach, it's the word kerugamah, and it means to proclaim.
To make a proclamation.
And in the New Testament, in the gospels, karugama, the verb has for its object the gospel.
We preach the gospel.
Here, the karugama is unto the spirits in prison, and that is, the message was, You are defeated.
He triumphed over them openly.
He proclaimed on the dem that he had died for the sins of mankind, that he rose from the grave, and this was the defeat and the triumph over all the powers of darkness.
If even in the old antediluvian world, God gave Enoch authority to walk up a man just like we are, a human being, and to walk up and rebuke the fallen angels, how much more can we in Christ have authority over that dark realm?
And right now is when we need to get a grip Get on our knees and make sure that that authority in Christ is there with us.
We are engaging right now in battles with the dark realm and this is just training camp because I guarantee you the time is coming when just like we taught in the little season There's going to be the return, and there is going to be the release.
I want to read from the book of Enoch, chapter 56 and verse 5, and the scripture says here, And in those days, the angels shall return.
That's right.
They're going to return.
Read Enoch chapter 56. It speaks of the war between the Parthians and the Medes, and they're going to stir them up, and they're going to come against Israel.
Is an old province within what is now Iran?
Has anyone seen any indications we might have a war between Iran and Israel?
If you're breathing and have blood thrown into your brain, everybody knows we're on the verge of World War III. Israel has already said they're gonna strike and they're gonna strike hard and this could be what sets off the final chain reaction.
I don't know if it will but I know one day it will and I guarantee you this is a perfect storm right now as you all know and no pun intended with what we going on down in the southern part of our nation but there's gonna be a release And the fallen ones, the 200 are coming back.
Satan is going to be cast out into the earth.
Anyone at that time that does not have the seal of God upon their forehead, you are toast.
We'll just lay it out for you.
Now is the time to get right, get real.
And to totally rid yourself of any hypocrisy, duplicity, any kind of hidden agendas and schemings, any of that nonsense.
It's time to get right and get real because the Lord's going to be dealing, well, it's not a very good reference, but he's going to be calling the shots.
We'll just say that.
Revelation chapter 20 and verse 10 says, And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and they shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.
And in verse 14, and death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.
This is the second death.
That will be the final death of Azazel.
Right now he is a defeated, gut-stabbed foe.
He's bleeding out.
But he will have that little season, that short time with Satan, and he's going to be released as a judgment of God upon mankind.
But those that have the seal of God upon their forehead, we need not fear.
We're going to stand up and we're going to shout the saving gospel of Jesus Christ from the rooftops.
Now, we're going to set the Day of Atonement in context.
Context is king.
And I want to go to Leviticus chapter 16 verse 1. Leviticus chapter 16 is the great chapter on the Day of Atonement.
And let's pick up the context.
Leviticus chapter 16 and verse 1. And the Lord spake unto Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron when they offered before the Lord and died.
This is so important because When the Lord revealed and instituted the great day of atonement, it was after the death of the two sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu.
Now let's go back and let's read the text of just what happened with Nadab and Abihu.
Let's go back to the ninth chapter of the book of Leviticus, Leviticus chapter 9, and let's pick the text up in verse 22. And Aaron lifted up his hand toward the people and blessed them and came down from the offering of the sin offering and the burnt offering and peace offerings.
And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of the congregation and came out and blessed the people and the glory of the Lord appeared.
Unto all the people.
And there came out a fire from before the Lord, and consumed upon the altar the burnt offering and the fat, which when all the people saw, they shouted and fell on their faces.
Well, I reckon so.
What a time when God's priests were obedient, offering unto the Lord the offering as prescribed.
The fire of God, literally, it came out and consumed that offering, the very fire from the glory of God, and that glory is the kabod, the very brightness of God, and literally, and it says here,
That they fell on their faces and literally that word kabod it means a weighty presence in the Hebrew and we can we can look at a lot of scriptures when they were dedicating the temple it says that the priests could not Stand for the glory of God.
There was such a real tangible weighty presence that it could be felt and they were not able to stand.
Tell me that there was not a real outpouring of the Spirit of God in that first covenant.
There absolutely was.
What a marvelous Demonstration of the power of God.
When they blessed the people, the glory of God appeared to them.
They could see the brightness of the presence of God.
Fire came out.
But yet, with all of those blessings, they could not stay obedient to the Most High God.
And we'll read just exactly what the sons of Aaron did, Nadab and Abihu.
Let's look at chapter 10, verse 1. It says, and Nadab and Abihu the sons of Aaron took either of them his censer and put fire therein and put incense thereon and offered strange fire before the Lord which he commanded them not.
Now as you went in To offer the incense, it is so specific you can only take fire off the brazen altar.
The brazen altar was where the prescribed sacrifice for the sin offering was made.
This is a very specific type of the Lamb of God that would one day take away the sin of the world.
And what Nadab and Abihu had done They'd been doing a little visiting.
They'd done a little visiting and they got into a pagan ritual and they took fire from a pagan altar.
And they brought that fire in their censer and they brought it and they tried to offer that with the incense.
And we'll see that they're struck dead.
Always.
Satan.
You see, God gives us his law.
He gives us his commandments.
He gives us the way by which we can approach unto him.
How joyful and privileged we should be.
But fallen man has to mix the things of the devil with the things of God.
This is what is going on to this day.
There is the mixing.
Just like the lady wrote, About saying that the more pagan we are, the more we'll be able to reach the pagans.
That's blasphemy.
That's nonsense.
This is the work of Satan to get people to make strange fire.
We have the pure holy fire of God by which we can be brought into his presence, saved and cleansed and lit up with the true illumination and truth from God.
But yet there will be the Nadabs and the Abihu's that will always go to that strange altar And want to mix that strange fire and offer it with their offering to God.
Well, let me tell you what.
Nadab and Abihu were struck dead.
Acts chapter 5, Ananias and Sapphira were struck dead.
The days are coming back when God is going to pour out his judgment in a quick and speedy way upon those that are going to take the things of God, compromise them.
Water them down.
It's going to stop.
It's going to stop.
And it won't be because I'm going to stop it, but God's going to put a stop to it.
He's tired of the strange fire.
It's time for the pure, holy fire of God to go forth, set men and women free with the truth of the gospel and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Leviticus chapter 10 and verse 2. And there went out fire from the Lord and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.
Now I want you to notice something.
In Leviticus chapter 9, When they were obedient, they offered the sin offering in the proper way.
They put it upon the altar.
The glory of God appeared and the fire of God consumed the altar.
The same the offering on the altar, the same fire that consumed the offering on the altar in Leviticus 9 is the same fire that struck them dead.
When they offered strange fire, you will not play with the Spirit of God.
The Spirit of God will not be tampered with or trifled with when we approach God.
We must approach him on his terms, and he has made that way so plain.
He has made that way available to us all, yet fallen man will want to make strange fire with the things of God.
But there will be an end to it, I guarantee you, just as it ended very abruptly with Nadab and Abihu, just as it ended very abruptly with Ananias and Sapphira in the fifth chapter of the book of Acts.
In verse 3, then Moses said unto Aaron, This is it, that the Lord spake, saying, I will be sanctified in them that come nigh me.
And before all the people, I will be glorified.
And Aaron held his peace.
Good time to shut your pie hole, Aaron.
That was real smart on your part.
God will be sanctified.
God isn't some cosmic sugar daddy.
He's not some greasy grace...
Clown that's passing out toys to all the prosperity preachers.
He's not that person that's giving Jesse Duplantis his next jet or Copeland his millions.
Let me tell you what.
We serve a holy God and he will be sanctified in them when we understand that God is holy and that he is not only loving, he's merciful, but he is also just.
The book of Habakkuk says he is too holy even to look upon sin.
Yet this holy God, this omnipotent creator of you and I and of all things, he has made a way by which sinful man can approach unto him.
And that's what this great day of atonement is all about.
The way has been made.
The way that we approach unto God is through this great day of atonement.
And this was the great day of God that of course was fulfilled.
By our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, praise His holy name.
Now, let's go to the book of Psalms, the book of Psalms, and let's go to the 24th chapter.
Psalm 24, and let's think about approaching unto God.
The great day of atonement said, I will be sanctified in them.
That means we know we're coming into the presence of a holy God.
That means when our sinful flesh comes before the holy God, there must be atonement.
There must be the atonement.
And this great day of atonement was fulfilled by the death upon the cross of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
And when that blood is applied, we have the way made open for us, a new and living way through the veil.
In Psalm 24, beginning in verse 3, Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord?
Or who shall stand in his holy place?
He that hath clean hands and a pure heart, who hath not lifted up his soul into vanity, nor sworn deceitfully, he shall receive the blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation.
And the blessing from the Lord is the Lord himself.
Just like the glory of God when Aaron offered up that offering on the altar on that great day of atonement, the very first one when the fire consumed it, we are blessed with the very presence of Jesus Christ himself.
I want to read John chapter 14. He is, in 1 Corinthians 12, 7, he is the manifestation of the Spirit.
In John 14, I'm telling you, there's something real.
There's something real about this.
We're not talking about some maybe-so, might-be-so.
We're talking about the real presence of God that He's going to manifest, His presence, His power, and it's real for each and every one that will choose to approach the living God on His terms.
In John chapter 14 and verse 21, He that hath my commandments and keepeth them.
Now that leaves out Pretty much the mass of the evangelical professing Christians, doesn't it?
And that's a shame.
But he that hath my commandments and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me.
Jesus makes it plain, if you don't keep his commandments, you don't love him.
Let me read 1 John chapter 2 and 6. I just want to read that in 1 John 2, 6. So if you say you love Jesus but won't obey his commandments or the Ten Commandments or any of the moral law under the first covenant, 1 John chapter 2 and 4, he that saith, I know him and keepeth not his commandments is a liar.
And the truth is not in him.
You call yourself a believer that loved Jesus, the word of God calls you a liar.
Love is expressed in obedience.
That is the very first expression of love, is obedience.
Now, let's go to Hebrews chapter 4. Hebrews chapter 4. It's time for everybody to take a drink of coffee.
Hebrews chapter 4. And let's read the 16th verse.
And let's think about the great access that the Lord has opened up for us that the Day of Atonement is all about.
Hebrews chapter 4 and verse 16. Let us therefore come boldly before the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need.
It's a throne of grace.
It's not the throne of law.
Because if it was the throne of law, none of us, even though love fulfills the law, and even those of us that love God's law, And are truly doing our best.
We're never going to do it perfect, are we?
We're never going to be angelically perfect, and it is always the grace of God.
It's a throne of grace.
Thank God for that.
And we can approach that throne of grace.
And in 1 John chapter 1 and verse 9, and it doesn't matter if you got mad this morning and said something you shouldn't.
You shouldn't have done that.
But what you can do You can go to 1 John 1, verse 9. Well, you say, well, I had a fight with my wife about an hour ago.
How can I do that?
Well, just you and your wife.
Let's just get 1 John 1, 9 going on.
If the devil says, well, you've blown it, we'll say, well, yeah, I have, but I know the one that can take care of that, Jesus Christ.
It's a throne of grace.
It's a throne of grace.
In 1 John chapter 1 and verse 9, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
There are two things there.
There is forgiveness and there is cleansing.
This relates to the two goats on the great day of atonement.
We're going to read the scriptures for you.
It relates to number one, forgiveness of sin and the sin offering, and number two, the deliverance from iniquity, which is represented by that second goat, which is called the scapegoat or Azazel in the Hebrew.
Now, let's go back to Leviticus chapter 10. We're going to read on a little bit more.
And when we really get the context of the Day of Atonement, we're going to get the deep meaning of it's all it means.
And it means more even than forgiveness of sin.
And we're going to unpack that for you.
I mean, this is, it's a very, very awesome, awesome message from God and a very, very awesome day.
Now let's go to Leviticus chapter 10, verse 4. And Moses called Mashael and Elzaphon, the sons of Uziel, the uncle of Aaron, and said unto them, Come near, carry your brethren from before the sanctuary out of the camp.
So they went and carried them in their coats out of the camp, as Moses had said.
And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar, and unto Ithamar your sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes, lest ye die.
His very sons were struck dead for disobeying this most holy rite of this most solemn day.
And Moses said, Aaron, if you whine and you blubber and you cry after them, you're dead too.
This just magnifies what a horrible offense it was to mix the strange fire of the pagan altar.
He was not even allowed to grieve for them.
It says, And lest wrath come upon all the people, but let your brethren, the whole house of Israel, bewail the burning which the Lord hath kindled.
And ye shall not go out from the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die.
For the anointing oil of the Lord is upon you.
And they did according to the word of Moses.
And the Lord spake unto Aaron, saying, Do not drink wine, nor strong drink, thou nor thy sons with thee.
When ye go into the tabernacle of the congregation, lest ye die, it shall be a statute forever throughout your generations.
Wait for it.
And that ye may put difference between the holy and the unholy and between unclean and clean.
Today, As we gather together to celebrate this solemn day, the Day of Atonement, we have an apostate church that's saying, unclean and clean does not matter.
Well, I'm here to tell you, it does.
It does.
And a big part of the Day of Atonement is God, and we're going to show you the scriptures about God raising up as end-time priesthood.
It's called in the book of Ezekiel, the Zadokite priesthood.
They're going to make a difference between the clean and the unclean, and they'll read the New Testament scriptures about the importance of clean and unclean, and they'll say they won't define it by what the Word of God says in the Bible.
But they'll make up whatever they want to make up.
And when you're making it up, you can just make up anything you want to make up, can't you?
But let's read it again.
It says in Leviticus chapter 10 and verse 10 and that ye may put difference between holy and unholy.
We serve a holy God.
We must understand when we approach him sinful flesh must have the blood covering to approach unto a holy God and put between the unclean and the clean when under the first covenant When they were defiled by touching a dead body or from an omission or from eating unclean food, they were not able to enter into the sanctuary to worship.
And what is the effect today?
There are people that cannot hear from God.
They're operating on nothing but some kind of a mental imagination.
They have gone after deceiving spirits and vain imaginations.
We need to tune in To the great radio in heaven.
There was a song Donna sings, Turn Your Radio On.
It's time to turn your radio on, get your antenna up, realizing that everything in the Word of God is there for a purpose.
It's time once again on this great day of atonement to tell each and everyone listening that there is a difference between the holy and the unholy.
There is a difference between the clean and the unclean.
Praise His holy name.
Let's go to the book of Ezekiel.
Let's go to the book of Ezekiel.
And let's look at chapter 22. Ezekiel chapter 22. And look at verse 26. Her priests have violated my law.
And have profaned my holy things.
They have put no difference between the holy and the profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned among them.
Now isn't that pretty much a laundry list?
of what the modern-day evangelical church is doing.
Unclean food, that's fine.
The Sabbath, that's done away with.
That's pretty much the laundry list of what we got right now, isn't it?
Well, that's exactly what was being dealt with in the day of the prophets.
And over and over again, the prophets brought the message, you better return and repent and honor the law of God.
In Ezekiel chapter 44, Let's look in the 44th chapter of the book of Ezekiel.
And let's look at the 15th verse.
But the priests, the Levites, the sons of Zadok that kept charge of my sanctuary, when the children of Israel went astray from me, they shall come near to me to minister unto me, and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat and the blood, saith and they shall stand before me to offer unto me the fat Now let's look at verse 23.
And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and the profane, and cause them to discern between the clean and the unclean.
We, my friends, you and I, are the priests of God.
The holy nation, the peculiar people that will once again emphasize the holiness of God and the sacredness and the great opportunity that sinful man has to approach the most holy God and we will again say that there is a difference Between the clean and the unclean and we will emphasize it because for everyone that will hear, he that hath an ear, let him hear.
There is a living God and Jesus Christ stands right now at the right hand of the Father and he is beckoning you to come into his presence, to come boldly before the throne of grace.
It is time to understand that when we will not listen to the Word of God, you're not going to hear His voice.
You're not going to be able to come into His presence.
It's time to repent.
This great day of atonement is a time of repentance once again, to honor God as the holy, omnipotent ruler that He is, and to once again realize that to approach unto this holy God, we need to make a difference between the clean And the unclean.
Praise his holy name.
I want to read from a book.
This is the Old Testament Theology by a nice German boy.
His name is Gerhard von Ryd.
And this is volume one of his Old Testament Theology.
And I want to read what he had to say here about the great Day of Atonement.
He said the Day of Atonement served the purposes of the expiation of the altar and the sanctuary.
Now, there is more at stake here Than just individual forgiveness.
The altar was cleaned, was cleansed, and the sanctuary.
And we're going to see here the deeper meaning of the Day of Atonement.
It cleansed the place where they worshiped.
And it also cleansed the camp.
Nadab and Abihu were slaughtered.
They were cut down by the Most Holy God.
And this is a great lesson, the solemn Day of Atonement.
Let me read on here.
It says four times Aaron makes expiation for himself, verses 6, 11, 17, and 24. Three times for the community, verse 10, 17, and 24. In other words, the entire camp of Israel Was to be sanctified, made holy.
The rebels and the people with strange fire were to be driven out.
It was a time where the whole camp of Israel was to be sanctified before the most holy God, coming, honoring God's law.
Not fighting against it.
Not kicking against it.
Not rebelling against it.
Let the rebels be gone.
This is the great day of atonement.
Rebels be gone.
It's time to honor God, His law, and enter into His presence.
It's time for the camp to be cleansed.
He goes on to say, Aaron four times makes expiation for himself, three times for the community, verses 10, 17, and 24, and once for the holy place, verse 20. So it was more than just a time of individual forgiveness, as great as that was, but it was a time where the place of worship was cleansed.
It was a time where the entire camp of Israel was cleansed.
Thank you.
I'm gonna sneeze.
I tell you what, sometimes when you gotta sneeze, you can't help it.
Excuse me.
All right.
Now.
Praise God.
All right.
Now.
I want to read from the book of Proverbs.
Here in the book of Proverbs.
I'm going to read to you the things God hates.
And obviously, anybody doing any of them, you best be quitting.
This is the time to stop the nonsense.
This is the time when the games need to stop.
Proverbs chapter 6, beginning in verse 16. These six things that the Lord hate, yea, seven are an abomination unto him.
A proud look.
A lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, and heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, a false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among the brethren.
These are things that God hates, and on this great day of atonement, Anyone that is doing these things, you need to repent.
The games need to stop because This is a very holy and a solemn time, and I just have all day today, I have just felt the presence of God in a special way.
This is a special time, and we're coming into serious times, and that call for repentance is going out, and that call to approach the throne of grace is going out this evening.
It's time to repent of sin.
It's time for us all to do a deep time of repentance, and it's time for anyone that has not prayed to put your faith in Christ for the forgiveness of your sins believing that Christ's death upon the cross Paid for your sin debt, repenting and believing the gospel that that good news is for you, turning from your sins and a most holy repentance.
You can have new birth.
You can have new birth and new life, and this can certainly be a very, very special and great and holy time for you.
In the 133rd Psalm, Psalm 133. This is what it's all about.
The blessed unity that comes down when the priesthood of God once again recognizes the clean from unclean and it brings the entire camp of Israel into the very presence of God.
The presence and the sweet presence of God in the fellowship, there's nothing like it.
Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.
It is like the precious ointment upon the head that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron's beard, that went down to the skirts of his garments as the dew of Hermon and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion.
For there the Lord commanded the blessing, even life forevermore.
I'm talking about a commanded blessing.
And when we come before God in the right and proper way and come together with one another as God has exhorted us to do, he will command the blessing.
There is a commanded blessing that will go forth upon the camp of Israel, just like when Aaron lifted his hands to bless the people and the very glory of God appeared and that fire Consumed the altar.
And everyone has a choice.
You can be there with the blessing of God, or you can dwell with the strange fire of the things that God hates.
And the very fire that consumed that offering will come forth against you in judgment.
And it is an absolute certainty, I guarantee you.
Let's go back to Leviticus, the 16th chapter.
And let's look at Leviticus chapter 16. And let's look at verse 2. When Aaron could enter into the most holy place and that was on this
great day of atonement.
I'll read the commentary on this text and there's a great lesson in this as in all things but John Gill's commentary on this he says he might not go at all times You
didn't just Make it up as you go along.
It was laid out and spelled out.
And just like now, the approach unto God, the veil has been rent.
It is such a blessed thing.
But we have to approach God the way he has laid out for us to approach him through our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and his shed blood.
I want to read from the Expositor's Bible.
And I want to read here a couple really good comments here.
It says here, Day by day, these had been offered in each year.
And yet, as we read in Hebrews, the Holy Ghost, this signifieth by this ordinance that the way into the holy place hath not yet been made manifest.
It was a parable for the time now present, teaching that the temporal sacrifices could not, as touching the conscience, make the worshiper perfect.
And only one time of the year, and on this one day of the year, four times Aaron the high priest on the great day of atonement went in to do the ministry that the Lord had laid down in his most holy law, And we'll read here the text that was referred to into Hebrews chapter 9. And what a blessed thing Jesus entered in once.
Hebrews chapter 9. And we'll read verse 9. And the scripture says here, which was a figure.
Okay, let's read verse 8 with it.
The Holy Ghost, this signifying that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest while as the first tabernacle was yet standing, which was a figure for the time present in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices that could not make him that did the service perfect as pertaining to the conscience.
So what was only once you and I We have the great privilege of coming into the presence of God each 24 hours around the clock.
The throne room is open and we can come before our most holy God, Jesus Christ, our great apostle and high priest.
Now I want to read another thing here from the Expositor's Bible that what the high priest had to do.
And there are two things that are very important.
It says here, and the high priest could himself officiate only after certain significant preparations.
First, in verse 4, he must bathe in water.
Then, having bathed, he must robe himself in a special manner for the service of this day.
He must lay aside the bright-colored garments for glory and beauty, which he wore on all other occasions, and put on instead a vesture of pure unadorned white, like that of the ordinary priest, accepting only that for him on this day, unlike them, the girdle also must be white.
By this substitution of these garments for his ordinary brilliant robes was signified not merely the absolute purity which the white linen symbolized, but especially also by the absence of adornment, humiliation for sin, on this day he was thus made in outward appearance, essentially like unto the other members of his house.
On this great day, and indeed on an every day, The ground is level at the cross of Calvary.
We all approach unto God as sinners saved by grace.
We have been redeemed and born again, and only through the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ can we approach.
I want to read Revelation chapter 1 and verse 5. And we have to emphasize and forever keep it in our mind that the only way that we can wash our clothes and wash our spiritual garments is in the blood of Jesus Christ.
What can wash away my sin?
Nothing but the blood of Jesus.
Revelation chapter 1 and verse 5. And from Jesus Christ who is the faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood.
The precious blood of Jesus has washed us and made us to where we are worthy not by any works that we have done but by the covering of the righteousness of Jesus Christ and this is indeed The lesson of the change of clothing.
Let me go to the prophet Zechariah.
And let's go to the prophet Zechariah in the third chapter.
And let's have a little lesson in spiritual warfare.
Zechariah chapter 3 and verse 1. And he shewed me Joshua the high priest, standing before the angel of the Lord, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him.
We have the angel of the Lord, which is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and Satan opposing him.
Here we have another situation.
We have talked about that heavenly sanctuary where the sons of God, as in the book of Joel, the sons of God and the daughters of men, and they come together and The angels of God, when there's open doors, and this is another whole lesson, but they were able to come down and afflict the people of God.
But in verse 2, And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuked thee, O Satan.
Even the Lord who hath chosen Jerusalem rebuked thee.
Is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments and stood before the angel.
And he answered and spake unto those that stood before him, saying, Take away the filthy garments from him.
And unto him he said, Behold, I have caused thine iniquity to pass from thee, and I will clothe thee with the change of arraignment.
And I said, Let them set a fair miter upon his head.
So they set a fair miter upon his head and clothed him with garments.
And the angel of the Lord stood by.
We've got to change your clothes.
We've got to change your clothes.
We've got to put off these robes of earthly righteousness.
We have to put on the righteousness of Christ and approach unto God upon the terms that he has laid down for us.
In Revelation chapter 19 verses 7 and 8. The scripture says, Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honor unto him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife hath made herself ready,
and unto her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white, for the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints, and that is the righteousness of Christ which we are clothed in.
Let's read it.
In Philippians chapter 3, I am not righteous because I live a better life or I keep the law more holy.
I'm righteous because my faith is in Christ and my righteousness is in the fact that his blood is covering me and opening the way into the most holy place for me.
In the book of Philippians chapter 3, and that is not to say woe be unto them.
That break God's law.
Philippians chapter 3 verses 8 and 9. Yea, doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but done, that I may win Christ, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith.
Praise his holy name.
We got to get a close on.
We got to get her clothes on because I tell you what, we're in a battle.
We're going to be battling Azazel once again.
We heed the admonition in that great chapter on spiritual warfare in Ephesians chapter 6 and verse 11, put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
That's what we do.
We're going to put on the whole armor of God.
We're going to rest Not in any righteousness that we might have, but we're going to rest in the righteousness of Christ.
I want to go back to the 16th chapter of the book of Leviticus, and I just want to say a big thank you to each and every one of you that is a part of this great Day of Atonement celebration here.
We love you so much.
I just feel the Lord.
I tell you what, This is a special day.
It's a special day.
It's a special time.
I love the Lord so much, and I love each and every one of you.
I tell you what, I just feel the blessing of God this morning, and I know this well I think this morning isn't, but I feel...
Yeah, that's right.
Brian's saying it depends on the time zone.
Yeah, you're right, Brian.
You're right.
All right.
Now, let's read some more scriptures.
Let's go to Leviticus 16. I want to cover a little more of this.
Leviticus chapter 16. Let's look at verse 8. And we're going to talk about the two goats.
Leviticus chapter 16, beginning in verse 8. And Aaron shall cast lots upon the two goats, one lot for the Lord and the other lot for the scapegoat, which is Azazel.
That's the Hebrew word there, Azazel.
And Aaron shall bring the goat upon which the Lord's lot fell and offer him for a sin offering.
But the goat on which the lot fell to be the scapegoat shall be presented alive before the Lord to make an atonement with him and to let him go for a scapegoat into the wilderness.
Now, goat number one is for a sin offering.
1 John 1, 9, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
That old hymn, Rock of Ages, Be for sin a double cure.
Boom, boom!
The one-two double cure.
The two goats on the date of atonement.
The great blessing of salvation and the infilling of the Spirit to burn away that dross and cleanse from iniquity.
Let's look at verse 20 and 21.
And when he hath made an end of reconciling the holy place and the tabernacle of the congregation and the altar, he shall bring the live goat, and Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel and all and Aaron shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel and all their transgressions and all their sins, putting them upon the head
And the goat shall bear upon him all their iniquities into a land not inhabited, and he shall let go the goat in the wilderness.
Now, what iniquity is, and we have a whole chapter on iniquity in our Victim to Victor book, It's so important.
And many, many, many, many people have testified the great blessing they've had from praying for deliverance from iniquity.
Now, the forgiveness of sin relates to salvation.
Now, when we're born again, we still have a sinful nature.
And that sinful nature, each and every one of us, We have different problems.
In the book of Exodus, it tells us that the iniquity is passed down from our fathers.
Each and every one of us, we're the product, whether we like it or not, of what happened when our mother and father come together.
We get the good, we get the bad.
And the weaknesses and iniquities of our parents are transmitted.
Now, they don't become sin unto us until we act upon them.
And this goes to show us that when you're born again, Everything isn't immediately taken care of, which you will realize very quickly that, as John Wesley put it, though sin doth remain, it doth not reign.
And in the praying for deliverance from iniquity, it might be anger, it might be pornography, it might be lust, it might be any one of another, alcoholism, but whatever iniquity it is, The deliverance is there from the Day of Atonement.
Not only of your salvation for sin, but deliverance from iniquity.
Those things that are in all of our lives that are our weak points where we can actually pray for cleansing.
And this gets into the filling of the Spirit and the baptism of the Holy Spirit where we allow the Holy Spirit of God to burn away those things in our life that are the things that make us repeatedly stumble.
And it's easy.
Well, and it's a fight because the big fight is just be willing to give it up.
But if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Just pray for the Lord.
Just get real with him and say, you know, Lord...
I got this iniquity.
You know, I saw it in myself.
I see it in my parents.
And a lot of times, there's iniquity we create.
In the Bible, it talks about the iniquity of Baal Peor, where they sinned in the pagan sexual revelings.
You can create iniquity in your own life.
Yes, you can.
So just come to the Lord, repenting and asking for cleansing.
That is there for you.
Everyone that comes sincere, meaning business with God, you can have that cleansing power that was there signified by those two goats on the Day of Atonement.
I want to read from the book of Hebrews.
Hebrews chapter 9 and verse 28. The book of Hebrews chapter 9. And the 28th verse in the scripture says here, So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many, and unto them that look for him, he shall appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
So Jesus died upon the cross, that's number one, and he'll appear when he returns, and every eye shall see him.
There's not three.
You know, there's not Jesus came to earth, then the rapture, then he'll come at the end to judge the world.
No, there's two.
He shall appear the second time, and if there was a pre-trib rapture, that'd make it the third time.
We'll just throw that in for you this evening for no extra charge.
I want to read something here from Charles Spurgeon in his sermon upon the Day of Atonement.
And he said this, He said the Day of Atonement happened only once a year to teach us that only once should Jesus Christ die.
And though he would come a second time, yet it would be without a sin offering unto salvation.
It was but once a year because the sacrifice should be once.
It was an appointed time in the year because in the fullness of times Jesus Christ should come into the world to die.
For our sin.
You read in the 17th verse, and there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make atonement in the holy place until he comes out and have made an atonement for himself and for the household and for all the congregation of Israel.
No other man was to be present So that the people might be quite certain that everything was done by the high priest alone.
It is remarkable, as Matthew Henry observes, that no disciple died with Christ.
When he was put to death, his disciples forsook him and fled.
They crucified none of his followers with him, lest any should suppose that the disciples shared the honor of atonement.
Thebes were crucified with him, because none would suspect that they could assist him.
But if a disciple had died, it might have been imagined that he had shared in the atonement.
The atonement and that great day of atonement is completely fulfilled by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
And I think with that we're going to draw to a close Our teaching on this great day as always with heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you that has come to be a part of this teaching this evening and to gather together on this most holy time.
And as I said earlier, I'm going to have Brother Brian come on.
We've got some things to tell you about.
We've got some things coming up that are kind of special.
So Brian, come on and let everybody know some of the things we're going to be having on FOJC in the near future and throughout the Feast of Tabernacles.
Absolutely, David.

Amen.
Well, I just want to discuss a few things.

Excuse me, not in the description, but in the chat throughout the evening, this evening.
So Lucifer's Hurricane's weather modification of the last days.

If you haven't subscribed to our Rumble channel, I'll put the link in the chat.
So, what we're going to do, we're going to come on at 6.30 Central Time and 7.30 Eastern Time and present the material because it's just such a controversial topic and a lot of things going on and the weather phenomenons and everything and the weather, you know what, just what I referred to, the weather modification.
And we're going to, it's just too hot for YouTube.
YouTube.
It's one of the, I think the first ones me and brother David's ever done together where we have to like evac the YouTube and go and jump on rumble.
So, uh, check this out.
We're going to have, this is the thumbnail at the bottom that it's actually going to be the actual broadcast.
So it's going to be on rumble channel tomorrow, exclusively on rumble, but we're going to do a pre-show and, uh, hope you all will join us because we really would have liked to have you there.
And it's going to be a, uh, just a home run broadcast, probably one of our best Sunday night lives.
I wish we could do it on YouTube.
There's a lot of information that me and Brother David have to disclose to everybody.
So it's going to be really interesting.
I'm hoping to see everybody there.
Speaking of, DLC Channel this Monday.
DLC Channel will be Season 1. We're going to be doing a Season 1 DLC like we always do.
It'll be at 9 p.m.
Eastern Time and 8 p.m.
Central.
And so check that out if you get an opportunity.
It'll be a rerun, but it's well worth the rewatch.
It's going to be on the DLC channel.
And I just want to give everybody a big shout, too.
Everybody's put the love and support, and that channel has been erupting.
And we've had so much success with that with the DOC channel.
It's come leap and bounds considering we started in March of this year.
And I think what a blessing it is to have something just exclusively for the Doctrine of Christ.
And I think, give a big shout out to Jillian Stone and everything that her and David have been doing on the DOC series.
I think they're still in Season 9. But yeah, and the stuff that we've done on the hard scenes of Jesus, go check that out.
but it's well worth the rewatch too on the DLC channel.
If you haven't subscribed to that, the link is in the description.
I do know that for the DLC, the Doctrine of Christ channel.
So I really appreciate that.
And I think I don't have everything written down, Brother David.
Help me out with some of the atonement, what you were speaking about a minute ago.
But we're going to have some on the 17th and the 23rd.
But, Brother David, I'll give you the floor to talk about it.
The very first day of the Feast of Tabernacles, that's the 17th, we're going to have a special broadcast, a Feast of Tabernacles celebration.
And that'll be at 6 p.m.
Central.
And we are still having our Choose You This Day campaign.
And for those of you that would like to take a stand instead of taking a fall, you can go to our FOJC Radio Current Events page and there's a form there that you can fill out.
And it basically says you want to take a stand and say no to the pagan holidays and say yes.
To the holidays of God.
And we, on the final day, the day of Feast of Tabernacles, the 23rd, we're going to have a roll call.
And I tell you what, it's going to take a while.
Several days ago, Donna said that we've had response.
From 19 foreign countries and 44 of the states here in the United States.
The outpouring has been tremendous.
And they're still coming in.
So we're going to have the roll call.
And we're going to have Dan.
I say Dan's in the chat.
Dan's going to be a part of that.
And Jillian Stone and Donna.
And it's just going to be a great time of celebration.
And it's going to let us all know.
That though we might be separated, and we've seen many times we don't have a lot of people that are around us that share our face and stand where we stand, that there are just like the Lord told Elijah.
He said there's over 7,000 that haven't bowed the knee to veil.
We need a bale.
And if we don't cut this thing off, we're going to have 7,000 there.
We've got a bunch of them.
But it's going to be a great joy.
We're going to be reading.
We're going to have a little roll call up in here on the Feaster Tabernacles, and we're going to be letting the devil know that in these days of apostasy, there is a remnant that will not bow the needle that need a bale.
Praise God.
So with that, with my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to each and every one of you, we just want to say we love you all very much, and we're just going to give you a big high five and good night from the FOJC Radio Underground Church YouTube channel.
God bless you all.
