The End
also very thankful, as always, To have Brian running the controls this evening and keeping everything running smoothly, and that's a big job, whether you know it or not.
And Brian just has a heart for God to see people come to the Lord.
We're so thankful for him.
Now, this evening, there's something I want to talk to you about.
It's a new...
If you go to the special events page on our website, fojcradio.com, there is a form there.
This is called Choose You This Day, and we have a form there for those of you That would like to take a stand for the holidays of God and against the satanic holidays.
There's a form there that you can fill out and we're going to have a roll call.
We're going to have the roll call during the Feast of Tabernacles and in the month of October we have the Feast of God and the Feast of Satan coming One coming together, don't we?
So we're going to have this program that is going to be throughout the month of October.
We're going to have special broadcasting.
The Lord really has impressed upon me to make all of the holidays very special.
We're going to have special broadcast and teaching and events all through the holidays that's coming up, and we're so looking forward to it.
We'll be broadcasting especially on the Feast of Trumpets and on the Day of Atonement and throughout the week the Feast of Tabernacles.
And during Tabernacles we will have that roll call.
And there's going to be other people going to get involved in this.
It's going to be a fun time.
And you know a lot of times People feel like they're just isolated and, you know, what can I do?
Well, this is something you can do.
If you want to stand up, let's show people there's a remnant that will not bow the knee to Baal.
They're going to stand up and you can be a part of that.
And we'll have that roll call during Feast of Tabernacles.
And I'm just excited about that.
That was Sister Donna's idea.
And I think the Lord was really helping her with that.
Yes, I do.
All right, then.
We'll have a little mail call.
And I want to say I appreciate it.
It's such a blessing to be able to sit down and read the encouraging letters we get every week.
And if you would like to write to Don and I at mail call, you can do that.
Our address is Followers of Jesus Christ, Post Office Box 671, Tell City, Indiana, 47586. I have a note here I want to read that came in from Cindy.
She says, Thank you for your continued faithfulness to God's Word and, of course, the doctrine of Christ.
I ask that we all pray for our local pastors' eyes to be opened, their ears to hear, and the bindings of the theology they were taught be removed from their minds.
Let's do that right now.
Let's pray together, each and every one of us.
Father, in Jesus' name, we just thank you for Cindy and the burden she has for this man that is the pastor of an assembly.
We pray right now.
That you just bind the Pleiades over this man and just bind those influences and let his mind be clear to where he can see and understand.
And we pray, Father, in the name of Jesus, that you loose the bands of Orion off of that man's mind.
Give him the ability to see and comprehend the truth.
And we just pray, Father, that you open his eyes.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.
Amen.
And amen.
Have a little note here.
I'd like to read from Chris in Texas.
Says, my name is Chris.
My dad and I love your shows.
And God bless you guys.
I wanted to write and say thanks.
And my family and I would love you guys' prayers for our family, that Jesus keep our eyes open and that we make it to heaven.
And in Jesus' name, we just want to pray for Chris and his father and that whole family.
Father, in Jesus' name, you know, we know the word says that he that hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
Father, we know that faith It's that victory that overcometh the world.
And we just pray right now that mighty anointing upon Chris and his family.
In Jesus' name, we pray and we agree.
Amen and amen.
We heard also this week from Shane in Arizona, Asa in New York, Denise in North Carolina, Regina in Delaware, Omar in Kentucky, Well,
this evening, the message is entitled...
The condemnation of unbelief.
I have a couple of inspirations of men I was reading after to put this message together.
One, Ebenezer Erskine.
who preached this in 1725 he was one of the scottish moral puritans in the early seventeen hundreds really like him and his brother ezekiel i believe ezekiel ebenezer erskine the erskine brothers and i tell you what they were They were a little bit rowdy.
I really liked those guys.
And also from S.A. Keene, who was a minister early in the 1900s.
He was of the Wesleyan Persuasion.
So we're going to dig in.
We're going to dig in and we're going to think about the condemnation of unbelief.
And we're going to let the Holy Spirit minister this evening.
We're going to let the Holy Spirit reach out.
And touch souls and bring them to conviction.
And one thing I love about FOJC, of course I would love it, wouldn't I? But we do a lot of programming, a lot of diversity by plan.
We do shows about giants, UFOs, ancient civilizations.
There's nothing we won't tackle to bring into the purview of scripture.
And for that reason, we have a lot of unsaved people that subscribe to our channel.
And they're getting saved.
They're coming to the Lord and they're putting their faith in Jesus.
So that's what we really love.
And I want to, this is a special word for anyone this evening that does not know Jesus.
And of course, this is going to be a word that's going to be a blessing to the saints of God.
I want to read something here that Ebenezer Erskine said.
He said, That every unbeliever is a sentenced and condemned criminal before God.
Or take it, if you will, in the very words of the text, he that believeth not is condemned already.
Here, through divine assistance, I shall speak.
And in the Scripture, we see that the Holy Spirit is the one that brings conviction.
And I just want to ask you this evening, what would the body of Christ be like If Christians really believe this, if you really believe that everyone that doesn't believe in Christ is sentenced and condemned to an eternity in hell, I guarantee you if this was really believed, it would change Everything immediately.
In John chapter 16 and verses 8 and 9, This is the job of the Holy Spirit.
The job of the Holy Spirit is to convict of sin.
And in John chapter 3, we're going to read verses 18 and 19. And the scripture says here, we know John 3, 16, but verses 18 and 19, he that believeth on him is not condemned, But he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
This is the condemnation.
If you don't believe in Jesus, you are on your way to hell.
And this would stir our hearts.
And I always will remember when I saw on television Joel Osteen preaching in Yankee Stadium, and he says, I don't want anyone here to think That God is angry or mad at anybody.
And what a lie.
What a false gospel.
What a tool of Satan to rock people to sleep.
You can fill Yankee Stadium to capacity and no one dares unsay.
This man is not preaching the real gospel.
And there is no gospel light.
It's either the real gospel or there's a curse upon it.
And this is the truth that should be clearly in front of our eyes.
If people have not committed their faith to Christ, they're going to hell.
This would be such a motivator.
How that would really motivate us if we really believe that simple fact.
In John 3, 36, nothing could be plainer from the doctrine of Christ.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life, and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Yes, Joel, there was the wrath of God upon everyone.
In Yankee Stadium that evening that was not born again and living a holy life, the wrath of God was upon them.
This is The condemnation of unbelief.
This is what we need to have in front of our minds this evening.
The Holy Spirit wants to bring this truth to our hearts, to be a part of our life, and to motivate us every day as we live our life.
That is how we should look upon those that don't know Christ.
It should motivate us to get the truth out.
In James, the second chapter, James chapter 2 and verse 19, the scripture says this, Thou believest that there is one God, thou doest well.
The devils also believe and tremble.
The faith that many people have that go in and out of church On a Sunday morning, it is no more than the faith of the devil.
Anymore, you can have a Jehovah Witness that will say, I believe in Jesus.
But we need to ask for a little context, don't we?
We have to clarify and understand when a Jehovah Witness says that they believe in Jesus, in their Bible, John chapter 1 and verse 1, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a God.
You know, a little God faith is not going to get it.
Jesus was the virgin-born divine Son of God.
If you deny the deity of Christ, you'll die in your sins.
John chapter 8 and verse 24. And our Mormon friends, The faith that's going to save is not the Jesus that's the brother of Lucifer.
We have to ask for some content to fill in the blanks.
And Thomas Mantine, The Puritan, he wrote this about James 2 19. Thou believest, that is a sentence to this truth, the lowest act of faith is invested with the name of believing.
And the devil, he knew there was a God.
He was the one that rebelled against God.
He knew God existed.
There's a lot of people that say, well, I believe in God.
Well, good for you, but it takes a little more than that.
That gives you something in common with the devil.
Brother Manton goes on to say, In short, there is not only assent in faith, but consent.
Not only an assent to the truth of the word, but a consent to take Christ.
Now this is good.
A carnal Christian is in a great danger as a pagan or idolater or heretic, for though his judgment be sound, yet his manners are heretodox and heretical.
True believing is not an act of the understanding only, But a work of all the heart.
Oh, I tell you what, that's worth the price of admission right there.
Let's listen to the Puritan brother again.
A carnal Christian is in as great danger as a pagan or idolater or a heretic.
Jesus said if you're lukewarm, you're going to be spewed out.
We were talking about that, Jillian and I, on the DLC channel just the other night.
So we have to understand...
When we talk about faith, that there's more to faith.
A lot of people's faith that they claim to have, it's nothing but unbelief.
In the book of Acts, in the book of Acts, the 8th chapter and the 37th verse, the scripture says, And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest.
Speaking of baptism, and he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, not the brother of Lucifer, not a little God.
And if you believe that with all your heart and you submit yourself to Christ as Lord, that is the faith that the Bible is talking about.
Now let's think a little bit about what this faith isn't.
I want to read another statement here from Brother Erskine.
And he said this, Since maybe saying, As in the case of Heman, thou hast laid me in the lowest parts of the pit.
Unbelief does not consist in a person's being in the dark as his actual union with Christ or interest in him.
A real believer may want the sensible assurance of God's love.
And I think we all go through these times, let's be honest.
Where we don't feel the presence of God as strong as others, we really begin, Satan begins to bring the doubt in on us.
It says, since maybe saying, as in the case of Heman, thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in the darkness in the deeps, I am afflicted and ready to die.
Unbelief does not die in the interruption of the actings and exercise of faith.
We find the faith of the most eminent saints many times interrupted in its exercise through the prevalency of temptation and indwelling corruption.
Let me tell you what, you can be a believer in Christ And Satan can afflict you with periods of depression, periods of discouragement, and I guarantee you these are things that can take a toll even on the saints of God.
And let's look at a couple instances.
Let's go to the Psalm 88. In Psalm 88, and the thing of it, we can't lay there.
All of us, there's times when the pounding of Satan will pound on you until you begin your knees to get a little weak.
And I tell you, for Don and I, This trial that we've just come through with her being in the hospital and the nursing home for almost three months.
And I guarantee you, during this time, Satan pounded on us to wipe us out and destroy us.
But thanks be to the Lord.
We have seen it through.
Our faith is strong.
And we're going as strong as we ever have.
Praise God for that.
Psalm 88. Psalm 88, the devil plays dirty.
He doesn't care if you're weak and you're hurting.
He'll pound on you more, and he'll raise up some little imps of hell to join him in his fight.
Psalm 88, beginning in verse 3, For my soul is full of troubles, and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.
I am counted with them that go down into the pit.
I am as a man that hath no strength, free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, who thou rememberest no more, and they are cut off from thy hand.
Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness in the deeps.
Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all of thy waves.
This man...
Was beat down.
He got to the place where he was on the ropes, but he didn't stay there.
That's the thing.
We can't stay there.
We have to reach out and call upon God.
And if we wait upon the Lord, he will indeed renew our strength.
We have the example of Job.
In the third chapter of Job, in verse 11, Why died I not from the womb?
Why did I not give up the ghost when I came out of the belly?
Literally, Job come to the place where he wished he was dead.
He was going through so much pain.
But was this man, did he lose faith?
He was discouraged, but he didn't lose faith.
Right over in Job 13, verse 15. Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him, but I will maintain mine own ways before him.
The faith of Job was strong.
So don't...
And you know, a lot of times...
When you begin to be beat down, the devil will say, well, you shouldn't be beat down.
Look there, you're not a Christian because you're going through a trial.
Let me tell you what, this is just another one of the devil's lies and the devil's tricks.
We're going to tell on him this evening, and we're going to put him up the road.
I want to read what a tremendous—the book of Job is so marvelous.
Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him.
I'm going to read that verse again.
I tell you what, I love that.
This is one of the great scriptures in the Word of God, Job 13, 15. Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him, but I will maintain mine own ways.
I want to read a commentary that was a Puritan.
This was published in 1666. His name was Joseph Carl, and I've got this set...
Man, it almost fills a bookshelf.
It's in Old English font.
The F's looks like S's.
I know most of you understand what that Old English font looks like.
But this is a marvelous book, and this Puritan...
Every sermon he preached was on the book of Job, all through his long ministry.
And every sermon was on the book of Job, and he took all of Scripture, and he consolidated it into the book of Job.
It's really, there's nothing like it.
It's just absolutely marvelous.
But this is what he said concerning that text.
He said, though there be slaying and killing for the name and truth of Christ, yet he will not change his way, nor go into a wrong way, wherein perhaps he shall have more safety by complying and chiming in with the opinions and practices of other men.
Job had integrity.
He would not, he didn't say, well, I'm going to change what I believe.
I think it'll make me more popular.
I won't be persecuted.
You know, a lot of people are just, it's disgusting.
People had, well, not everybody, but there are people out there that have no integrity.
No integrity or faithfulness to the word of God.
No integrity to stand for truth.
Even if they take a little persecution for it or even a lot of persecution.
That's what the devil wants people to do.
He'll put the heat on and he'll say, yeah, just compromise.
Go along with this or go along with that.
It'll be easier for you.
But Job wouldn't do it.
He'd say, even though I die, I'm not going to budge.
This is integrity with God.
Brother Carl went on to say, I will maintain my ways.
That is, I will not be brought out of love with holiness, though the Lord should lay me under the greatest discouragements.
Here is another argument of sincerity, a found heart faith.
That's what we're talking about.
This evening.
Not some phony baloney religious feeling to where you're going to believe one thing one day another the next.
It is a faith that will stand for truth even though death might come our way.
I want to read Psalm 116. Psalm 116. And I want to read verses 10 and 11. Psalm 119. Psalm 116. And we're going to read verses 10 and 11. I believed, therefore have I spoken.
I was greatly afflicted.
I said in my haste, all men are liars.
And...
In his haste, David said that.
And, you know, that was a reaction of doubt and not faith.
But it was not an interruption of that deep faith he had with God.
Let's say, for instance, that you've got a hammer.
And you drive a nail, and you miss and hit your thumb, and you start whistling Dixie, and then you have a heart attack.
Well, listen, we're talking about a faith that's bigger than that.
We're talking about a faith that comes from the heart.
It's not a faith that's impervious to any kind of discouragement, but it's that deep faith in God that's going to stand with him, even though we die, even though he slay me.
Yet, will I trust in him?
Praise God.
Brother Erskine said this, and this is something else important that we need to talk about here.
Excuse me just a minute.
My computer's doing tricks here.
All right.
Brother Erskine said this.
He said,"...the unbelief, whereof I speak, does not consist in a disbelief of some particular truths of the word through ignorance, providing they be not fundamental.
Every error in the head through ignorance does not destroy the being of faith in the heart.
Thank God for that, huh?
The apostles we find all the time of Christ's life, yea, after his resurrection also, were in an error as to the nature of the Messiah's kingdom.
Imagining that it was to be modeled after the fashion of the kingdoms of this world, neither did they believe the universal call and offer of the gospel.
Now, To the gentile nations, I should add that.
Now, let's think about flat earth.
Now, I believe Flat Earth, if you're a new listener here to FOJC Radio, you might not know that about me.
And you might say, oh boy, that's crazy crackers.
And you know, you can call it sophisticated names.
You can call it biblical cosmology.
You can call it whatever you want.
But you can just call me a Flat Earther if you want.
Because that's basically what we've got.
We've got a flat or slightly curved construct with a dome on it.
Now, if you have never encountered that before, we've got a lot of teachings that you can look at and you can make your own mind up.
But let's say, as I hadn't either, I was over 65 years old before I even began to study this topic.
I didn't know, and I was born again absolutely before that.
So you see, and there's a lot of people that have never heard of it, that never grasped it, and that never really took the time.
Now, ignorance isn't bliss, but a person is not going to go to hell just because they haven't understood flat earth or even pre-trib rapture.
Let's say that you're in a church that's teaching you pre-trib rapture and assortment of other false doctrines.
That will not necessarily send you to hell, but we have to put a but in there.
When a person comes to the place where they realize that they are contradicting the words of Jesus, then they're in danger.
Now, this is the thing.
An error in the head that's an honest one will not send you to hell, but erring against light.
Now, there's some, like Brother Erskine said, There are some fundamental beliefs that will send you to hell, but there's some things that people just don't understand, and that will not.
But I tell you what, when a person begins to study something, and the Lord reveals truth, and they choose to stay in a lie because they think it will make them more popular, less persecuted, or whatever, they're walking dangerous ground.
Now in Luke, the 12th chapter, verses 47 and 48, And that servant which knew his Lord's will and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
But he that knew not and did commit things worthy of stripes shall be beaten with few stripes.
For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required, and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
God will judge us according to the light we have.
And God is not going to send us to hell for something we honestly don't understand.
There are certain things that we must believe to be saved, and we're going to be talking about that, what this unbelief isn't, and we're going to be looking at just exactly what this unbelief is.
Brother Erskine said this, This is what this unbelief is.
This is what the unbelief is that's going to condemn you and send you to hell.
He said, number one, a denying of the truth of the gospel, a looking upon the word of God contained in the scriptures as a fiction.
Oh boy!
I tell you what, I heard a guy not long ago, I won't mention the name, and he was supposedly in a remnant, you know, a remnant group, a watchman, okay, and he was saying, now you know when it says there was a serpent in the Garden of Eden, that really wasn't a serpent.
Oh really?
Okay, so you know you gotta be careful.
There's a lot of people, well, Jonah the whale, he wasn't really swallowed by a whale.
That was just a story.
You gotta be careful.
When you begin to look upon the Word of God like that, that's taking your unbelief to a level where you're going over the line.
The Word of God should be cherished and loved and believed.
He says, a looking upon the Word of God contained in the Scriptures as a fiction or cunningly designed fable.
We have to have a faith that's going to believe what the Word of God says.
We have to believe that each and every one of us, that we were born a sinner.
We are a sinner that is in need of salvation.
There is nobody, and each and every one of these precious doctrines of God are marked.
John 1, verse 8. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Jesus is our virgin-born Savior.
He is the sinless Son of God that died upon the cross.
In our place for our sins, this is something that we must believe.
Brother Erskine said this, A doubt or wavering uncertainty of mind about the truths of the gospel will amount to this crime of unbelief pointed at in my text.
There are some who, though they do not go to the length of denying flatly that the Bible is the word of God or that the gospel is of a divine origin, yet they are in a hover and suspense about it.
Like the worshipers of Baal, they halt between two opinions.
They neither believe nor disbelieve it, but are like the scales of an uneven balance, ready to turn either to this side or to that side.
Such are believers in Christ's reckoning, for he that is not with me says he is against me.
This is a faith that does not believe in Jesus Christ, and one of the most popular heresies out there is yes.
Yes.
There is salvation in Jesus Christ, but he's just one of many.
I was teaching in a seminar on Freemasonry a couple hours from here in southern Indiana some years ago, and there was a man attended my lecture at this conference that was a Methodist Sunday School teacher, and this man was...
up in years he was probably in his 80s and he stood up during my presentation and he said i believe that jesus that a man can be saved through the sun as well as the son and i said sir that Shows very clearly the difference between you and me and the difference between Freemasonry and the Word of God.
I believe that Jesus is the only way of salvation, and you believe that he is one of many.
And a real happy ending to that story.
That man passed away, and his wife sent Don and I a letter.
That he did repent of his Freemasonry and his heresy before he died.
So we are very, very thankful for that.
But I remember that very well, and that was a moment for me to contend for that man's soul, to show him the truth.
Because when you just say that Jesus is the way of salvation, one of many, you're not saved.
I remember another time, it's We were teaching at another conference and there was a man there that was a college professor and a very fine man that he agreed with what we were doing yet he didn't profess Christianity and during the conference He came and he prayed and he confessed faith in Christ.
Well, that's great.
But then during his testimony, you know, he starts talking about, well, you know, I believe in salvation through Christ, but also through Buddha and da-da-da-da-da and all this.
And I had to say, sir, no.
You have not been born again.
You have not come to the faith of Christ.
Because in John chapter 14 verse 6, Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life.
No man cometh unto the Father but by me.
He is the only way of salvation.
He is not one of many roads unto heaven.
In Acts the fourth chapter, when the apostles were enduring persecution, At the hands of the Sanhedrin, Acts chapter 4 and verse 12, neither is there salvation in any other, for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved.
A Jesus that's nothing more than an equal of Krishna or Zeus or whatever, Thor, that is not the Christ that will save.
The Christ that will save your soul is the virgin-born Son of God, That is the only way of salvation.
Brother Erskine said this, When though a person may be convinced in his mind by rational arguments that the Bible is the Word of God, that the Gospel is of divine extract, yet does not fall in with the great design of the Scriptures by receiving Christ and resting upon Him alone for salvation,
as He is there presented and discovered, we have the design Of the whole word of God expressed in one verse, John 20, 31, these things are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing ye might have life through his name.
It is not just enough to say, Well, I believe the Bible.
I believe the gospel.
I believe that Jesus is the virgin-born, sinless Savior.
You must repent and believe the gospel.
You must submit yourself to Christ and accept his death upon the cross as the payment for your sin debt.
It is, just like Brother Manton put it so well, it's not just It's consenting to and agreeing with the Word of God.
I want to read a few things this evening by a minister by the name of S.A. Keene.
He was a good one.
And the good ones, a lot of times, most people have probably never heard of him.
This book was written in 1919. And it is called Faith Papers.
And I want to read and meditate for just a few moments on some of the things that he said.
And he said this, is a voluntary act.
The soul must recognize that it can believe, must choose to believe, must say, I will believe.
Now this is huge.
This is huge.
You have to realize that you have control of yourself.
I can raise my left hand.
I can raise my right hand.
I can put my left foot out, wiggle it around, and do the hokey pokey.
You see?
I can touch my nose.
And I can touch the top of my head.
You have free will, and you can do what you want to do.
And you can choose what you believe.
You can choose to believe in Jesus, or you can choose to believe a fairy tale.
And you'll be held responsible for what you believe.
Now, in Romans chapter 12, I want to read Romans, the 12th chapter.
Romans chapter 12 and verse 3. For I say through the grace given unto me to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
God has given faith to all of us.
We all have the capacity to believe.
We would not even be able to believe if God did not give that gift of faith unto us.
In one of the great salvation scriptures, in the book of Ephesians, You know, and we're dead.
The biblical doctrine is that we are dead in trespasses and sins, and a dead man can't do anything.
A dead man can't even believe.
But the faith that is there within us, the ability to believe for salvation, the Word of God says it is given to everyone.
Everyone can choose to repent and believe.
And it's the greatest lie of the devil.
That would try to convince men and women that anyone that's listening to this broadcast right now and is not born again.
It's the lie of the devil that you cannot be saved and be saved and born again right now.
You can choose to repent and you can choose to believe the gospel.
It's a gift that's been given unto you, the most precious one that any of us could have from God.
In Ephesians chapter 2, And verse 8 and 9. Are ye saved through faith, and that not of yourselves?
It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast.
Even the very faith by which we believe is a gift.
This gift has been given to each and every one of us, and each and every person hearing the sound of this broadcast this evening, you can believe if you choose to do so.
I want to read in the Gospel of John, the Gospel of John chapter 1. John chapter 1, and I want to read the ninth verse.
That was the true light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world, referring to Jesus Christ.
As the true light that lights everyone that comes into the world, very much like in the book of Romans where Paul said that he is giving a measure of faith and the ability to believe to each and every individual.
I want to read Godet's commentary on that verse, and I want us to think a little bit.
About the light that lights everyone that comes into this world.
Godet said, For these words thus understood would signify that the light of the Logos, and that is the word in John chapter 1, in the beginning was the word, that's the Greek word Logos.
For these words thus understood would signify that the light of the Logos is a divine gift.
Which every man brings with him when he is born that the matter in question is accordingly an innate light.
Every person has a conscience.
I don't care whether you was born a Muslim, a Hindu, or an atheist.
You have a conscience within you that was given to you by God to know.
You know it's wrong to steal and lie and to hurt people, even if you were never told that, because human beings have a conscience.
And also, this means that everyone is born with an innate light To give us the ability to think rationally and to recognize truth when we see it.
There is a light within you.
There's people that have pounded away on the Bible and they have attacked it for thousands of years, but the Bible is just like an anvil of steel that no hammer will ever weigh down.
It is standing there truth, and it's from the Holy Spirit.
You see, the Spirit of God won't anoint a lie, and these humble words that go out, the Holy Spirit can quicken them to your heart and let you know through that light that was given you by Christ when you were born, that measure of faith that was dealt to you, that you can choose to believe that Jesus Christ is the virgin-born Son of God that died on the cross for you.
Just like the Bible says, you can choose to believe that.
You can repent and believe the gospel even now.
Godet went on to say, I want to read from Daniel Whedon's commentary.
Whedon's commentary on the Gospel of John, and he said this, In opposition to John, who some supposed to be the true light.
And in opposition to every false light.
You see that word alethanos, the true light, the alethanos.
That means the real and the genuine as contrasted with the false.
And in the example here in the text in John 1, John the Baptist was the one represented as a lesser light.
Not that John wasn't saying things that are true, but every minister of God can show the light, but we are all those lesser lights.
There's only one true light, and that's Jesus Christ.
That's why over and over we emphasize the cross, the doctrine, and the example of Jesus Christ, the doctrine of Christ.
For any of you that don't know, we have an entire YouTube channel dedicated to To the doctrine of Christ.
That is what we do.
We lift up Jesus.
We say he is the true light.
Don't follow any man, but follow Jesus Christ.
He goes on to say, Wheaton goes on to say, Each and every one of us.
We have a conscience.
We have a light within us that came from God when we were born.
We have the ability to understand truth and to receive it.
Let the Holy Spirit break forth and break that truth out in our hearts and lives and bring many, many people to salvation.
What we need to believe is to believe the gospel.
Romans, let's go to Romans, the 10th chapter.
This is one of the great texts upon salvation.
Romans, the 10th chapter, and the 9th verse, that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and that Lord means...
We don't confess him as some other way of salvation.
We don't confess him as some little god or Lucifer's brother.
But he is Lord.
He is creator.
He is...
The second person of the Godhead.
He is God, Emmanuel, God in the flesh.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and when you confess him as Lord, you're saying, I'm your servant, you are the Lord.
You are coming to him, not just with faith, but a humble, obedient faith.
That is turning from that which is wrong and submitting itself to Christ.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Do you believe it in your heart?
Do you believe it in your heart?
Can the Spirit of God raise that faith up within you this evening?
Then repent and believe the gospel right now.
In verse 10 it says, For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Do you believe with all your heart?
Then you can be saved.
That is what touches the throne of God, our belief that Jesus is who he said he was, that he came to do what he said he was going to do, to die upon the cross for the sins of you and I. I want to read from page 79 here from Brother Keene's book, something else here that's very important.
On page 79, He said this, He who has come into a fullness of faith drops all questioning and quibbling as to the complete inspiration and divine authority of the Scriptures, semicolon, full stop.
This is so good.
Now, this was preached in 1919, and this was during the time when the Westcott and Hort text was just beginning to take root.
And the role of false Bibles begin to roll out.
Let's read that again.
He has come into a fullness of faith, drops all questionings and quibblings as to the complete inspiration and divine authority of the Scriptures.
Their very enigmas, difficulties, and obscurities are accepted.
As significant.
And what is incomprehensible in them is believed even more fully than what is clearly understood.
There are things that you can come to that you don't understand, but yet you have to understand, well, just because I don't understand it, That doesn't mean the Bible is wrong.
That means I just don't understand it.
And we have to have that respect for the Word of God, and we have to approach it with that attitude.
Now, let's just think about this.
How many times do you hear preachers say, and I'll give you an example.
Over and over, we give examples from the apostate Bibles that They change the Word of God, and it's never for the good.
It's always for the bad.
Now, let me give you an example of not only the things that are in these apostate Bibles are bad, but the footnotes are horrible, too.
Now, let's just think about what Brother Keene said, that when you come to a full faith, You're going to give up all this quibbling about the Bible not be totally inspired.
During the time after the Westcott and Hort text come out, in England, they had what was called the downgrade controversy.
And Charles Spurgeon wrote about this in his magazine, The Sword and the Trowel.
And someone asked Brother Spurgeon what his theory of inspiration was.
He said, I believe it's all inspired.
That's my theory of inspiration, and that's my theory too, and that's God's theory also.
But let's look at not only, and we almost every lesson we bring up and point out some apostate translation from some of these apostate Bibles, but let's just think about the footnotes for a minute, just how deep this defilement is.
I'll read in the Gospel of Mark, this is from the NIV Bible, I'm going to read Mark 16, 15, and following.
He said to them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to all creation.
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned, and these signs will accompany those who believe in my name.
They will drive out demons.
They will speak in new tongues.
They will pick up snakes with their hands.
And when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all.
they will place their hands on sick people and they will get well.
After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and sat on the right hand of God.
Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed his word by signs that have accompanied it, by signs that accompanied it.
Now, it's popular in modern evangelical churches that if someone professes faith in Christ, well, you need a Bible you can understand.
You need to get the NIV.
That's the most popular Bible right now, and so they push the NIV.
Well, let's look.
Now, it's bad enough I could keep us up all night showing you heresy and error in the NIV, but let's just think about the footnote.
I read you the passage there from the NIV Bible, Mark 16, 15 and following, but look at the footnote.
I'll read the footnote for you.
It says, serious doubt exists as to whether these verses belong to the Gospel of Mark.
Oh, really?
There's serious doubt that these verses I just read really even belong there.
Now, what effect is that going to have?
On a new believer or on an old believer.
You read something in the Bible, well, we're going to study, and you read a passage and then, well, that wasn't in there, you're not going to believe it.
You know what makes me different from a lot of these modern preachers?
I will tell you to believe the Bible instead of trying to destroy your faith in it.
And just like Brother Keene said, when a person comes to full faith, all this nonsense is going to stop.
I have in our library A book by Dean Bergun, and Dean Bergun in the 1800s, in the 1880s, the Westcott and Hort theory began to be pushed in England at Cambridge and Oxford, and there was a man there by the name of Dean Bergun, and he fought Wes Cottonhort, Tooth and Nail.
And he was brilliant.
And I have a lot of his books in my library.
He was really a scholar and a man of integrity.
And Dean Burgon wrote a complete book just on the final verses of Mark's Gospel, defending it.
Now, I'll give you a real quick truncated version on Bible Manuscripts 101. There are two kinds of Bible manuscripts.
They are what is called the Byzantine and the Alexandrian.
The Byzantine are those that came from the land of Israel.
And the Alexandrian, as you might imagine, they're called that because of Alexandria, Egypt.
That was the hotbed of Gnosticism from about 100 BC to about 200 AD. And just if you don't know any more than that, What Bible manuscripts would you trust?
The ones that come from Israel or the ones that come from Egypt?
There's a lot of symbology about Egypt, isn't there?
Not being real good.
But there's more.
And let's just take the Gospel of Matthew.
In the Gospel of Matthew, there are over 5,000 manuscripts that are Byzantine that came from Levant.
There's about 40 That are Alexandrian.
Now, the Byzantine manuscripts, you can get the text to absolute certainty.
You can have, and people were human.
They made mistakes and they would miscopy a word, but you could get 10 copies of the Gospel of Matthew in manuscripts and you could tell where someone skipped a word or transposed a word.
You can determine the text to 100% certainty.
Now, the 42, that's another story.
The 42 disagree with each other, and they disagree from the Byzantine text.
Now, what Westcott and Hort said, and it's less than 1%, we've got like 5,000 to 40, and they said, we overthrow the 99% of the 1%, and they don't even have 1%, and this was the demonic lie that That Westcott and Hort were able to sell, thereby overthrowing the Bible that had stood and the manuscript integrity that had stood from the 4th century to the 19th.
So what we have here It's a big porky.
It's a big porky.
It's a big lie.
And this NIV Bible and all of them, almost every one of them, are guilty of this.
I think they're all guilty of it.
Not only through the trash they translate, but through the footnotes, they destroy people's faith in the Bible.
Get a King James Bible and get to the place where all these quibblings and all these arguments.
Get the doubt out of your mind.
and how could anybody grow until they can hold the word of God in their hand and believe that it's inerrant, that it's pure, that you can read it, that you can trust it.
This is the faith that men of God of old had, that in these last days, Satan is doing everything he can to hammer away at the faith in scripture, and I will do everything I can to uphold the real word of God and to expose and I will do everything I can to uphold the real word of These false Bibles.
He has a little poem here, Brother Keene does.
He said, there's a little poem.
He said, the soul full of faith sings, holy Bible, book, divine, precious treasure, thou art mine.
That is my prayer, that each and every one of us, that we come to full faith in the Word of God, because the Word of God is that Put the devil back on his heels.
And when we can come to the Word of God like that, and you'll never come to faith in the Word of God when you're reading some trash Bible that's got footnotes all over it that'll tell you, that probably wasn't in there.
This is nothing but demonic.
In Romans chapter 10, Romans chapter 10 and verse 17, So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
How can you believe in the Bible when you doubt?
You've let Satan put doubt in your mind.
That's all this is.
This is doubt from the devil that is trying to destroy your faith in the Word of God.
And if he can destroy your faith in the Word of God, he can put any kind of idea in your head.
2 Timothy chapter 3 and verse 16. All scripture.
And I love every opportunity to say at FOJC Radio, we are whole Bible believers.
From Genesis to Revelation, we believe it all.
Every word inspired by God.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine.
So I guess if the Bible's true, that means the Old Testament's profitable for doctrine too.
Yes, it is.
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be perfect Thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
And we're not going to come to that place if you're reading a Bible that's going to tell you that even what they put in in them Mamby Pamby Bibles...
Even that probably shouldn't even be in there.
The amount, I can't remember, on one of the broadcasts, I gave the amount of words that are taken out of these new Bibles.
It was tens of thousands, and even some of them, 50,000 to 80,000 words that have been taken out.
It's an abomination unto God.
Abomination unto God.
He that hath an ear, let him hear.
And get rid of that.
Get behind me, Satan.
In Matthew chapter 13, verse 52. And not only do we come to believe in all of the Bible, we use it.
Matthew, the 13th chapter, and the 52nd verse.
Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things old and new.
We need some scribes of the kingdom, and that scribe will bring out the old, it'll bring out the new.
And that's what a true scribe is.
Every true scribe Of the kingdom of heaven is a whole Bible believer.
Brother Keene said this.
And I love it.
He said that faith is believing God in the Bible.
Doubt is believing the devil.
And that's what you do when you doubt the word of God or when you doubt God.
Jesus Christ, you're believing the devil and you're not believing God.
Let's read here a little bit about the experience of faith.
There is a faith feeling just as there is a fear feeling or a love feeling.
There is no true faith without feeling.
Now that is something that would ruffle some feathers, but he's right.
He's right.
John Wesley.
He came to America.
He came down to Savannah, Georgia.
And he did a preaching tour before he was born again.
And he failed terribly.
I mean, it was awful, as you might imagine.
And he said, man, something's wrong.
You know, something's wrong.
My words have no power.
They have no effect on people.
And he went home on the boat.
And he was under a street lamp in London on Aldersgate Street, and he was reading Martin Luther's epistle commentary on the book of Galatians, and it dawned upon him the true gospel, and he was born again.
And Brother Wesley said this, he said, A gospel that is not an experience.
And let's think about it.
And you know, we're not saved by our feelings.
You're not always, and just because you're not all hyped up doesn't mean you're not born again.
But it does mean, just like it says, there is a faith feeling.
He says, there is no true faith without feeling.
Who can confide in a friend without any emotion or pleasure?
Or who can accept good faith in the promise of another and not feel a gladness of heart?
Now, let's read a couple scriptures here.
Here we go.
And I'll read a little more here.
This is important.
He said, this is on page 56 of his book.
The truth is, faith is a matter of feeling.
To speak of believing without feeling is very misleading.
For where believing begins, feeling also begins.
A man without any faith feeling may begin to believe.
Faith is an experience as well as an act of the soul.
And the witness of faith is both the consciousness of an act performed and of a feeling experienced.
When faith is immediate, lively, and unwavering, it not only brings salvation and joy in believing, but more joy unspeakable and full of glory.
And in my own experience, and I've shared my testimony before, that when I was born again, In Indiana State Prison, and I was going to the chapel, and I would pray the prayer of salvation.
I would pray it every time I'd go in there, and it was like, well, nothing happened.
And then all of a sudden, I realized...
That I had changed.
I had no desire to do things I used to do.
And then all of a sudden when I realized I had the things were happening, then the emotions came.
Then it began to flood in with me.
Then I began to feel the power and the joy Of that which the Lord had done in me.
So we have to be very careful here.
We're not saved by our feelings, and we're not unsaved because we are all bubbly and fizzy all the time.
But if you are born again, you will have feelings and emotions that go along with it.
You are absolutely right.
Brother Wesley said he made the commitment I will never again preach a salvation gospel that is not tied with real feelings.
I want to read 1 Peter 1, verse 8 and 9. It says here, Whom having not seen, ye love.
How can you love someone without having feeling and emotion?
Real love.
Love's an emotion.
In whom though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory.
Joy and peace are the fruits of the Holy Spirit.
If you don't have it, you need to go back to square one until you get it.
This is real.
Joy unspeakable and full of glory.
That's why there are so many people And I've read many times in Charles Stanley's book, he wrote that there are many people that are born again that never show any evidence of it.
That is exactly the lie of the devil.
And the truth is, and the truth from the Word of God in 2 Corinthians 5 and verse 17 says, Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature.
Old things are passed away.
Behold, all things are become new.
So everything old can pass away.
We can have new desires, no emotions.
Not so.
Salvation is an experience, and the devil will do everything he can To try to throw a wet blanket on the Spirit of God bringing that life out in you.
We just need to tell the devil to get in his place and believe God for that mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit, for the love, the joy, the peace, the excitement that the Spirit of God Will give unto us.
I want to read something else Brother Keene said.
He said this on page 39 of his book, Faith Papers.
He said what every seeking soul needs most to know is that it can believe unto salvation if it will.
That's what I want each and every one to know that has never been born again.
You've never prayed the salvation prayer to be born again.
What every seeking soul needs most to know is that it can believe unto salvation if it will.
You may at once begin to sing, I can, I will, I do believe that Jesus saves me now.
You can be saved and you can be saved right now.
God be merciful to me, a sinner.
Place your faith in the death of Christ upon the cross as payment for your sin debt.
You can be born again.
You can know it.
And you can have the joy of God to come in and to flood your soul.
Revelation chapter 22. Revelation chapter 22. And I want to read the 17th verse.
Revelation 22 and 17. And the scripture says here...
And the spirit and the bride say, come.
And let him that heareth say, come.
And let him that is a thirst come.
And whosoever will, let him take of the water of life freely.
You can come freely.
It's been provided.
The fountain has been opened for the cleansing of sin.
It flows from Emmanuel's veins.
The fountain is open for all of those that will come and believe and repent forever.
And believe the gospel.
I want to read a little from Charles Finney here.
Charles Finney was one of the fellows that I really like.
This book here, it's a very old book.
Let me see the date on this.
This was written, it's Finney's own book.
A biography that he wrote himself.
And I don't see the date on it real quick, but this is a good one.
It's an oldie and a goodie.
This is what Brother Finney said.
He said, and by the way, Brother Finney, he was kind of a rebellious sort.
He was a lawyer and he was a Freemason.
And after he was born again, he was neither one.
And he was in a presbyterian church when he was born again.
And the elders ask him, it says, would you like us to pray for you?
He said, no.
I've heard you people pray for a while now.
God doesn't answer your prayers.
I don't want you praying for me.
And though he was a Presbyterian, he went against the doctrine of the council he was in.
He said that Jesus died for everybody, which was against that council that he was in.
And there were just a lot of things.
And what he said was true.
And he went against the grain, and the problem they had, this guy led thousands of people to Christ.
So what are you going to do with him?
There he is, but man, he's leading more people to Christ than those other knuckleheads did all put together, if they was leading anybody.
But let's just listen to a little bit of what he said.
It's worth taking a couple moments to hear.
He said, instead of telling sinners to use the means of grace and pray for a new heart, we called on them to make themselves a new heart and a new spirit, and pressed the duty of instant surrender to God.
Instant surrender.
You can repent.
You want a new heart?
You can repent, and God'll give you one.
Instant surrender.
And he pressed this.
He said that you can surrender and you can surrender now.
People that are hearing my voice now, they're saying, well, I'll think about this.
No, you can surrender.
You can do it right now.
We told them.
The Spirit was striving with them to induce them now to give Him their hearts, now to believe, and to enter at once upon a life of devotion to Christ, of faith, of love, and Christian obedience.
We taught them that while they were praying for the Holy Spirit, they were constantly resisting Him.
You know, I tell you what, now, now, now is the day of salvation.
Formerly, it had been supposed necessary that a sinner should remain under conviction a long time, and it was not uncommon to hear old professors of religion say that they were under conviction many months of years before they found relief.
And they evidently had the impression that the longer they were under conviction, the greater was the evidence that they were truly converted.
That's a big porky.
Now, do not put it off now.
I will do as brother Finney and push instant surrender upon you.
Do it now, now, now.
And you know, I've heard, how many times have you heard this?
When you witness to someone, and a lot of times your family members you talk to, well, I'll get saved when the time is right.
You know, that person has punched their ticket for hell.
Now is the day of salvation.
The devil wants you to put off.
Your decision to be born again, now, now, now.
I press upon you as Brother Finney and the Holy Spirit, instant surrender, now.
He said, we tried thoroughly.
To dispose of this false teaching.
We insisted then, as I have done ever since, on immediate submission as the only thing that God would accept at their hands, and that all delay, under any pretext whatever, was rebellion against God.
It became very common under this teaching for persons to be convicted and converted in the course of a few hours and sometimes in the course of a few minutes.
Such sudden conversions were alarming to many good people, and of course they predicted that the converts would fall away and prove not to be soundly converted.
But the event proved that among those sudden conversions were some of the most influential Christians that have ever been known in that region of the country.
And this has been in accordance with my own experience through all my ministry.
Praise the name of the Lord.
And we want to say...
That God is good.
That God is love.
That God is also justice.
He has given us the gospel and he has made a way for us all to be saved.
And I implore that upon you all, anyone that does not know Jesus Christ.
Just pray this prayer.
Let's just give a little altar call this evening at FOJC. Father, in the name of Jesus, we just pray that anyone that does not know you now, that they just pray that prayer, God be merciful to me, a sinner, and that they cast themselves upon the mercy of God and that they believe that Jesus Christ died for them.
And I think I'll read on the back of our ministry card, there's a little prayer that Donna wrote out.
And this is a prayer, you know, a lot of times people have trouble praying.
You know, they want to pray, but sometimes they stumble over the words.
Prayer from the heart is always the best.
And sometimes we just have to help and lead them in prayer, whatever we got to do.
To get people out of hell into heaven, let's do it.
And I want to read this little prayer that's on the back of our ministry card.
And if you just want to repeat this prayer after me, and, you know, why don't we all just do that as we close?
Let's all pray this prayer.
If you're already born again, it ain't going to hurt a thing.
And if you've never been saved, just pray this prayer with us.
Father God, I know I have been living my life without your help.
Break my stubborn will and help me to follow you.
Please forgive me for my sins.
I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for my sins.
Teach me your ways and fill me with your Holy Spirit so that I can serve you for the rest of my life.
By my faith in what Jesus did on the cross, I believe I am justified or made right with you.
As I read your Holy Bible, help me to follow your commandments and the doctrine of Christ.
Thank you for loving me and forgiving me.
I give myself totally to you.
In Jesus' name I pray.
Amen.
And if you did pray that prayer and come to faith through this message, please let us know.
Contact us and let us know so we can rejoice with you.
Well, with that, we're going to conclude our broadcast for this evening with great thankfulness to each and every one of you that was a part of this broadcast.
We love you so much, and we couldn't do what we'd do without you.
Bless your hearts for just being there and praying with us to see souls come to Christ.
And with that, I'm going to let Brian come on here for just a few moments.
He's gonna give a little update about what's coming up on FOJC. And Brian, just come on and share with the folks.
Good evening, everybody, and thank you, Brother David, for another wonderful Friday Night Live.
What an honor it is always to sit back and listen and get to work the back end of things in the production stance and get to hear you preach.
So thank you so much for an important message tonight.
As far as the announcements, like Brother David talked about earlier in the program, the whole thing with Ms. Donna is coordinated.
Bless her heart.
Big shout out to Ms. Donna.
And what David referred to earlier, thank God that she's out of the nursing home and she's back in full swing and helping out with the ministry.
What a blessing.
Big shout out to you, Donna.
But go check out the special event page at Choose This Day.
It's going to be a collaboration of all of us here.
And at the FOJC ministry here.
So we're looking really forward to that.
And don't forget, speaking of, it's tonight's Friday night.
Don't forget the Dan Badoni Show.
It always goes live, live, live at 9 p.m.
Eastern time here on Friday evening at Spiritual Warfare Friday.
Give him a big shout out.
I think he's in the chat.
So go check out the Dan Badoni Show live.
Share that thing out and subscribe.
And also, one other thing for tomorrow, don't forget Hunaman, the ancient god's statue of Union.
Why are our leaders so obsessed with Hindu gods?
And I would say the same question based off my research.
I would question the exact same thing.
Why are the leaders obsessed with Hindu gods?
And I can assure you it's because it's UFO phenomenon.
All the ancient civilizations had their ancient tech and these, let's just say these leaders of our world are itching to get their hands on certain things.
And I know John and David will be back on the midnight ride tomorrow night at 10 p.m.
Central Time and 11 p.m.
Eastern Time.
You won't want to forget that.
You won't want to forget to put the notification bell and everything.
You will not regret watching that program.
It's going to be a good one, but statues are popping up everywhere.
This Hunnaman character and a lot of abominations across the United States is pretty surreal.
So check that out on the Midnight Ride on Now UCTV.
I think I got the Now UCTV link in the description, but if you're not subscribed there, subscribe to Now UCTV because John Pounders and David Kerr co. would really appreciate that.
So for another announcement on Sunday night, always on Sunday Night Live, we usually have a Sunday Night Live.
We try to have one every Sunday.
Me and Brother David are going to be back.
Last week we had a really good turnout on our Enoch 20, the seven restraining angels.
This week we're going to be talking about the seven thunders, still getting back in the book of Enoch, all that good stuff.
So check us out here at 7 p.m.
Central Time and 8 p.m.
Eastern Time.
You will not regret that one either.
I think all of our Sunday Night Live programs have got a lot of replay value, just like the midnight rides.
I would say that, wouldn't I, David?
Yes, you would.
And the last thing, the last thing real quick, on Monday night, this coming Monday, we're going to have Episode 18 on Season 1 premiering on the DOC channel.

We always try to put out as much content as we possibly can.
Brother David is like a 25-year-old with a 25-year-old mind, and I don't think he's ever gonna stop.
He's in his 70s, but I don't think Brother David's ever gonna stop.
And what a blessing it is that the Lord has sustained him.
And I just want a big shout out to Brother David that we can keep doing this thing on the ministry here and giving glory to the God Almighty and Christ Jesus.
So what a blessing.
And Brother David, if I missed anything, please let me know.
But I think I cleared it all.
If I didn't, is there anything I missed, Brother David?
I think you did pretty good there, Brother Brian.
And Brother Dan, I see Brother Dan over in the chat.
I just want to say, Brother Dan's going to be a part of this Choose You This Day program too.
So Brother Dan is going to be a part of that.
So will Jillian Stone.
So will John Pounders.
We're going to make a big deal.
Coming this October, and even right now, standing up for God's holidays, standing against the holidays of Satan.
Choose you this day.
Let's let people know that there is a remnant that's not gonna bow the knee to Baal.
We're not gonna be like a reed blowing the wind.
We're not gonna get up and say what we do and put a Christmas tree up next year.
No, we burned our bridges.
We're standing for God, and we're going to stand together and let your voice be heard.
And we're going to have a roll call, and we're going to read the names during the Feast of Tabernacles, and it's going to be a special time.
I just love God's feast, and it's just going to be a great time.
So be a part of that.
Be a part of that.
Choose you this day, and let the devil know where you stand.
And let's let everybody know that there is a remnant of God.
That will not bow the knee to Baal.
And I saw one thing, too, in the chat.
It says one individual said something like, then if I got saved reading the NIV Bible, I'll have to start over.
Well, I won't say this, and I almost hate to say it, but I was born again reading the Good News Bible.
I was in jail, and there was an old Good News Bible over there, and I started reading it.
And I read that thing through completely.
I had a New Testament.
I don't know.
I read it through three, four times.
I just read it, read it, read it.
And I just went wild from the very first just reading.
And I'm still a little wild on that.
And that's my prayer, Brian.
All these young people can keep up with me.
That's my only prayer.
But...
Anyway, you can.
I got born again reading the Good News Bible.
It's the gospel that saves us, believing that Christ died upon the cross.
But you better figure it out, because there are things within them Bibles that can cause you to apostatize and lose your soul.
They're that bad.
They're that bad.
So there's that.
So with that, I'm just so thankful for all the Lord's doing.
I tell you what, I feel the Spirit of God stirring my soul.
I feel a little bit of that joy unspeakable and full of glory burning in my soul.
I thank God I feel the fire in my bones that I cannot put out, that we must speak and tell people of the greatness of Jesus Christ.
So with that, Until next Friday night, 6 p.m.
Central, a big high-five and good night, everybody, from FOJC Radio, Friday Night Live.
