TruthRadioShow.com And welcome to the Dan Pondy Show on TruthRadioShow.com Welcome to the Book of Galatians, the Gospel of Grace, in-depth comprehensive study of the Bible, Chapter 4.
So if you missed Chapters 1 through 3, please go back and watch them so you can catch up to understand what's going on.
And like always guys, we've got an awesome Bible study approach.
In the last chapter, we did Chapter 3, I was pointing out simply that Paul is not saying the laws and commandments are abolished.
He's simply saying that we are saved by the grace, not the law.
The law will condemn us because we are transgressing, you know?
So we explain that in the last chapter because dispensation teaches you that, yeah, grace is a free pass to sin when Paul says no such thing.
You know what I mean?
So I'll go back and watch that chapter if you haven't already.
But anyway, chapter 4 here.
And so we do our Bible study approach, pray for wisdom and understanding.
So, let's do that.
So Jesus, Yeshua, Messiah will come before you.
And thank you so much for everything.
Thank you for such great teachings and your Word made flesh.
And it's just amazing.
It really is.
And thank you for the wisdom and understanding.
Thank you for just giving us this bread of life.
And please forgive us for the sins that we've committed today, individually.
And we love you so much.
And Heavenly Father, we pray once again to give us the Holy Spirit and have him write your word upon our hearts today.
And to teach us and to guide us through the Scriptures today so that we don't lean on our own understanding, but we lean on your understanding and your wisdom, Lord.
And we pray in your mighty name that you protect us all from the forces of evil, and protect us all, and give us great health, and comfort anybody that needs comfort in any way.
Spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, whatever the case.
And we love you so much, Heavenly Father.
Amen.
And so that being said, we read the Scripture in context, because context is key.
And let the Scripture interpret Scripture.
Let the Holy Spirit work through you.
So, like I always say, open the Bible, chapter 4 of Galatians.
And people on ShakeAwakeRadio.com, which is audio version, please open up your own Bible because I strongly encourage people to read it for themselves.
Yeah, man, and if you're driving, like, whatever the case, yeah, read it.
Listen to it, then go read it later.
And let me know where you got out of it and just put it in the comments section.
If you're watching or listening, whatever the case, please let me know, right?
And if you think I'm wrong on something or whatever, I welcome correction.
I welcome people to challenge me, as the Bible says, to challenge every spirit.
And I encourage you to do so.
So do that in the comments section or just leave me a note and I'll get back to it.
So here we go with the Bible, Galatians chapter 4.
So awesome, awesome stuff here.
Okay.
So Paul, yeah.
Now I say that here, the here, as long as a child, the air is like the, you know, we just talked about, right?
The last chapter, the air to the Abraham seed, right?
Where air is according to the promise, right?
So basically you're saying, almost, doesn't matter, Jew, Greek, whatever the case, Gentile, whoever.
Once you believe in Jesus Christ, you become a cedar-earer, and you are all ears according to the promise, right?
So, this continues on, chapter 4 here, and now he says that the ear, which is us that believe, right?
As long as he is a child, differeth nothing from the servant, though he be lord of all.
Paul is under tutors and governors until the time appointed of the Father.
Even so, when we were children, we're under bondage under the elements of the world.
So Paul's saying like, I believe what he's saying here, right?
As we're all children of God, right?
We have tutors and whatnot to help us learn the Word of God, and we go off on our own.
We mature, we get that spiritual milk, we get the spiritual meat.
We go from the milk to the meat, you know what I mean?
And we become ministers ourselves.
But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his son, made of a woman, made under the law.
and And here we go with the law, right?
So when...
When the time has come, Jesus was manifested in the flesh.
Through Mary.
Made under the law.
Because at the time they all followed the law, they still don't.
To redeem them that were under the law.
That we might receive the adoptions of sons.
So again, continuing with the law.
That you are not saved under the law, you're saved by grace.
But again, grace doesn't, you know, diminish the law.
It doesn't cancel out the law, like Paul says.
But if you live under the law, you're going to be under the penalty of the law.
If you live by faith, yeah, Jesus is that sacrifice that saves us.
And that we may receive the adoption of sons.
And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of the Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
And that's a... Abba... I don't know if a lot of people hear that.
I don't think they teach it in a lot of churches.
Abba is like a nickname for Father.
Like, you know, like your father, right?
Your earthly dad.
Like I'm sure a lot of you, especially young girls, you had little nicknames for your father or mother, whatever the case.
Like you called them other things, you know what I mean?
And they understood who you called them to, you know what I mean?
You had these little pet names they called them, you know what I mean?
And uh, so like uh, with our wives, right?
Like uh, I don't know if I'm telling you to call my wife hon or honey, whatever the case.
Or baby, you know what I mean?
Uh, so she knows who I'm calling.
That's not her name, but she knows who I'm calling.
Because I'm not calling anybody else, baby.
Or sweetheart, or anything like that.
You know what I mean?
So you get the point.
When you cry out Abba, that's like a pet name, a love name for Father.
He's going to hear you.
Especially if you're sacred name is out there, who think there's only one word to say and how to say it, that's the only way he's going to hear you.
That's not true.
That's something altogether, we've done shows on that, but yeah.
But because you are sons, we are sons of God now.
You believe in Jesus Christ, you're a son of God now.
And you're not born as sons of God.
And which also daughters, you know what I mean, tell if you're a female, right?
You're not born as sons and daughters of God.
But when you become a believer in Jesus Christ, you are adopted son of God.
As we just went over in the last chapter.
God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts.
The Spirit of His Son is the Holy Spirit.
That's what we called upon today to teach us, right?
Crying Abba, Father.
Right?
And therefore, thou art no more a servant.
So we're not no more servants.
We're not servants no more.
But a son.
And if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
So you see the authority we've been given, guys?
A lot of people don't understand that.
The authority that we have as sons.
We're sons of God!
Let that sink into your heart and mind for a minute, right?
We're no longer servants.
We're sons of God.
We're here to His promise.
Do you realize what that means?
The spiritual ramifications that it has?
Demons quiver at that.
Evil spirits, unclean spirits, devils quiver at that.
So if you ever ran into an unclean spirit, you address your authority.
You are not a servant of God.
I am a son of God.
No, we're not.
It doesn't mean we're equal to Jesus, by the way.
I just want to point that out because I know a lot of new agers.
We have to address all these things.
I'm sorry, guys.
But I have to address all these things because you've got people from the Dispensationalist movement, the New Age movement, the Essenes movement.
These people take things way out of context, way out of Pluto somewhere.
If you want to call it that, right?
Yeah.
So, this is not saying we are equal to Jesus.
It's not saying we have divine powers.
No.
We're sons of God.
The angels are sons of God, too.
Jesus is the only begotten son.
He was the only son that God had born in the flesh.
Jesus had been around long before creation, right?
He was manifest in the flesh, right?
We went over that a lot.
So, you've got to understand, we're no longer servants.
We are sons of God.
And heir to the God through Christ.
How about then, when we knew not God, when we didn't know God, he said, You did service unto them which by nature are no gods.
You say to the people in the world, right?
You served them.
They're not gods.
Right?
But now, after that you have known God, or rather are known of God.
So after you know God, right?
You know God, right?
And God knows of us.
I'll turn you again to the weak and bigotry elements.
Wait until you desire again to be embodied.
So, understand the spiritual ramifications.
No, I should say the spiritual advantages, I should say, that we have.
As sons of God, do you understand the kind of power we have under Jesus?
And this is something, these are the basics, okay, that the people in this country understood.
Back in when this country was founded, right?
And we're not saying all the founding fathers were Christians or not.
They were.
They were deists, they were occultists, they were Christians.
They were a mix of all sorts, right?
But the people, the majority of the people in this country who fought in the wars and all that stuff, who did all the groundwork, right?
They were Christians.
They were true believers of God.
They knew the Bible better than most people today.
They understood this.
Why do you think they had the courage to go up against a professional army?
The world's strongest, biggest army in the world.
They had no fear of them because they knew God was with them.
Because they understood what the power they had.
And we end up winning.
Do you understand us?
And do you understand the spiritual power that we have over demons and unclean spirits?
Why are we allowing evil to walk all over us?
We are sons of God.
Use that power, so you don't be under the elements of the world.
And back at the bottom again.
I just hope people can either grasp right here, now grasp what Paul is saying.
You're not just a servant, you're a son of God.
You're a daughter of God.
And you observe days, and months, and times, and years.
I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labor and vain.
Paul's not like literally afraid of the person.
He's just saying he's afraid of them because of all the stuff that he's bestowed upon you in labor.
Like all the work that he did.
He's just afraid that it's going to be in vain.
He's telling the Galatians, right?
The Church of Galatians, right?
Again, he's not afraid of them individually.
He's just afraid that the point of all the work he's doing is going to be in vain.
Brethren, I beseech you.
Like, be in earnest, right?
But be as I am.
For I am as you are.
You have not injured me at all.
So be like me, he's saying, right?
But you have not injured me at all.
Like, you have not hurt me.
No, in this, not in a physical sense, yeah, like in an emotional sense, whatever the case, right?
You know how, through infirmity of the flesh, I preached the gospel unto you at first.
And you know how Paul preached the gospel unto the people, right?
Yeah, my temptation, which was in my flesh, you despised not.
No, rejected it.
But receive me as an angel of God, even as Jesus Christ.
And again, he's not saying that he is like God or Jesus Christ.
They received him as they received God and as Jesus Christ.
He's not saying he's equal or like God and Jesus Christ.
He's not saying that.
I just want to point that out because people take things way out of whack.
And where is then the blessedness of you spoke of?
Where is the blessedness of you spoke of?
For I bear you record that if it had been possible you would have plucked out your own eyes and have given them to me.
Right?
And I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth.
So he's asking, he's asking us.
And do I become your enemy because I tell you the truth?
They zealously affect you, but not well.
Yea, they would exclude you that you might be affective.
And who is he talking about?
They.
You know, it's like the world, right?
As we were saying earlier.
They're not gods and you serve these people, you know, people of the world and all that stuff, but yeah.
In which the world does exclude us, right?
And that you might affect them.
And the world hates us, by the way.
I mean, we do affect them in a major way, and they don't like it.
But, it is good to be zealously affected always.
And a good thing.
And not only when I am present with you.
That means all the time.
It's good to be zealously affected.
Always a good thing, right?
And all the time.
My little children, of whom I travel in birth again, until Christ be formed in you.
So, my little children, you should talk about new believers.
People just coming into the ministry, right?
Learned about Christ, right?
Whom I travel in birth again, until Christ be formed in you.
So, when you bring sub-Jesus into you.
Right?
And I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice.
For I stand in doubt of you.
So, yeah.
And I desire to be present with you now, and to change my voice.
Not just change my attitude.
Right?
For I stand in doubt of you.
So, people are doubting, right?
But he says, tell me, ye that desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law?
He's asking people, well, that desire to be under the law, do you hear not the law?
Right?
For it is written that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid and the other by a free woman.
But he who was of the bond woman was born after the flesh.
But he of the free woman was born by promise.
So this is an example he's saying about the law and about grace.
Wow, this is amazing, it really is.
Because you could make this stuff up, but you could not.
The greatest writers in the world couldn't even come up with this.
Do you understand what God is doing?
Like, the whole thing with Abraham.
When he had a child with the bondmaid.
And another one by his wife, a free woman, right?
This was demonstrated early back then.
This is what Paul's...
This is amazing.
I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to talk about.
That another reference from the Old Testament to now, of then and now, you know what I mean?
Which, and again, be he who is of the bond woman was born after the flesh.
In other words, after the, by he of the firm woman was born of the promise, right?
So, the promise is, yeah, to show we both, all of us, become promises of the year.
It doesn't matter, this is a demonstration right here.
It doesn't matter what the bloodline is.
We are... You know what I mean?
You know what I mean?
Yeah, bloodline.
I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say.
And if you don't, put it in the comment section and I'll definitely try to explain it better.
Which things are in Algon?
For these are the two covenants.
The one from Mount Sinai, which genders to bondage, which is Aga.
I don't even know what genderist means.
I've got an idea about meaning in the Bible.
You guys want to look up the word meaning in the Bible.
Where is it?
The verb gendered is just like one that might suspect means to give birth.
So, in the initials, as Paul...
Paul does not hate the law of Moses.
And people need to understand that.
When we pointed out the last chapter, he does not hate the law of Moses.
He just violently opposes it as a means of salvation.
Because grace is salvation, right?
So people take that all the time out of context.
They say, Paul hates the law, he's condemned, at least not.
He's just saying, you're saved by grace.
Not the law, right?
Let's go agar means here.
Let me check that.
Again, it's always important to understand what words mean.
Agar, I mean in the Bible.
It's to gather food.
Right?
That's what I'm assuming.
Yeah, to gather.
Are you born to bondage?
Which is gather, right?
To gather.
Not necessarily food here, but yeah.
So, which things in Al-Ghari for these are two covenants?
The Old and New, right?
The one from Mount Sinai which gathers bonnage, like, I'm sorry, is born into bonnage, right?
And which gathers fruit.
For this Al-Ghar, with the gathering, I'm sorry, Al-Ghar gathering, right, is Mount Sinai in the Arabian.
And answereth to Jerusalem which is now is.
And is in bondage with her children.
Because they're living under the law.
They don't accept Jesus as the Messiah, right?
They're in bondage by the law.
By the system, right?
Because they don't have Jesus to free them.
But Jerusalem which is above is free.
Jerusalem which is above is free.
Which is the mother of us all.
So, is this talk about Jerusalem, the capital of Israel?
No, this is about spiritual Jerusalem.
Which is above, is free.
God's kingdom on the earth, when he establishes it, right?
This is the spiritual Jerusalem.
Which is above, he's saying, right?
It's free.
Which is the mother of us all.
For it's written, Again referring to what?
The Old Testament.
Right?
though a barren that bearest not.
Break forth and cry, though a travellest not.
For the desolate has many more children than she which had a husband.
I forgot where this is exactly.
I'm trying to see where Paul recited this from.
Uh, but yeah, when they say it's written, it's from the Old Testament.
So we know that.
I don't know what book it was.
Uh, if somebody wants to put it in the chat room, or I'm sorry, the, um, the comment section.
Or we could just see it simply, uh, look this up too.
So... Because sometimes, let me see, uh... KJV... Relations, and what else?
Oh, Isaiah.
All right, so he's making reference to Isaiah 54.
So this is what I like about technology today, man, because it can help us understand things better.
But all right, so he's making reference to Isaiah chapter 54.
So when he recites this, he's reciting this from Isaiah.
And back then, they didn't have chapters and verses, by the way.
They just wrote the book down and, you know, they added... Years after, people added chapters and verses.
They may have had chapters, I don't know.
But I know they didn't have verse numbers for easier navigation.
But yeah, he's reciting Isaiah.
The rejoiced though barren that bear us, barren means like...
Out in the wilderness, you know?
So referring to the book of Isaiah, right?
not, you know, not to travel us, for the desolate has many more children than she which has a non-husband.
So referring to the book of Isaiah, right?
Now we brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise.
But as then, he was born after the flesh.
Persecuted him that was born son of the Spirit.
Even it is so now.
So, it's amazing how he's making reference to the Old Testament.
And the thing is, these are early preludes that God's given us.
Back in those days, thousands of years before Jesus came into the flesh.
That He gave us His preludes to come and what the promise to come.
That promise is Jesus.
And the promise for us to be ears of the throne.
Not ears to, I'm sorry, ears to the promise.
I hope I'm making sense to you guys because I, this is like, it's just amazing.
When you sit there, take time and understand what the Bible is saying.
Because we could have went through all these verses here in like two minutes, not even.
But again, that's not what a Bible study is about.
We're supposed to discuss everything.
And again, if you need more clarification and want to know what a word means, you know, you can look up the word yourself, but I'll help you if you need it.
So, nevertheless, what says descriptions?
Said description, right?
So nevertheless, what does description say?
Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be here with the son of the free woman.
So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
Free, right?
So nevertheless, what says the description?
He's asking us, right?
He's not saying he's asking.
Cast out the bondwoman and her son?
Well, the son of the bondwoman shall not be here with the son of the free woman.
Because, and this, this is what he's explaining here.
What he's explaining here, right?
The bondwoman is under the law, right?
And the son, the bondwoman and the son is under the law.
They can't become heirs to the throne because they're under the law, they're not by grace, right?
They're not adopted children of the Lord.
Because they refuse, you know, in this case here he's saying, because referring to people here, if they're still living under the law, they're not heirs to the throne.
Because they denied Jesus Christ.
But with the son of a free one.
You become heirs to the... I keep saying to the throne, I'm sorry.
It's not like a movie yet.
But no, heirs to the promise.
You get what I'm saying here?
Through belief we become sons of the free woman.
Which is the church, right?
A woman is a church.
He's making reference to a woman in the church.
And also, you know... And he's using... Isaiah here.
To, for an example.
It's amazing, it really is.
So then brethren, we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
So, he's saying we are free guys.
Doesn't, and again, doesn't matter what color, age, sex, gender you are, whatever the case.
We are all free if you believe in Jesus Christ.
If you believe in Jesus Christ.
And if you don't, I encourage you to go to John 3.16, 17, 18.
Let me just read that before I butcher that.
So if you want to become right now ears to that promise, right?
It doesn't matter if you're a witcher.
It doesn't matter what the churches tell you, or people tell you, you know, because you're a bloodline, or where you come from.
It doesn't matter if you're white, black, Hispanic, Asian, whatever the case, right?
This is what the Lord promises, right?
John 3.16-18 says, and if you want to do it right now, say a prayer, say, listen, you know, call on to the Lord Jesus Christ.
And to the Father, I'd say, hey, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.
And that He paid the penalty for my sins.
Because it's written right here, right?
If you want to become a son of God right now, or a daughter of God right now.
For God so loved the world, that's everybody.
Everybody.
He would have said, if it was just the Jews, He would have said, the Jews.
If it was just a certain race, A caller, he would have said that.
He said the world, that's everybody.
That he gave his only begotten son.
That whoever, whoever, whosoever.
Not that you see a race, color, or anything like that.
No, he said whoever, whosoever believes in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
So again, God loved everybody.
He loves everybody.
And he's offering you a chance right now.
Doesn't matter where you're from.
Regards to what churches dummies on YouTube say.
All these different movements like the white Hebrew movement, the black Hebrew movement.
All these people think because of their heritage they're going to heaven.
That's not how it works.
And they think everybody else is not going to go to heaven because of their bloodline.
Your race and bloodline does not at all affect where you're going to go.
Again, God loved everyone.
And whoever, that's anybody, anyone, doesn't matter what kind of sin you committed or whatever you've done, if you come to the Lord right now and believe in Him, you're not going to perish but have an everlasting life.
For God sent His Son into the world not to condemn the world.
He didn't send Jesus down to kick butt the second time he is, but this point here, He sent the world that the world might be saved through Him.
And he that believes on him is not condemned.
If you believe in him, you're not going to be condemned.
But he that believes not on him is condemned already.
So if you don't believe in Jesus, you're already condemned.
You know what I mean?
Right off the bat.
Because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son.
And in that name is Jesus Christ, Yeshua Messiah.
So then, brethren, we are not children of the bondwomen, but of the trees.
Tree, I'm sorry.
That's Jesus Christ.
So, this was a great study guys, and again, if you have any questions, answers, I'm sorry, questions, comments, or anything like that.
