So, Jesus, Yeshua, Messiah, we love you so much with all our heart and soul.
Thank you for the great wisdom.
Thank you so much for advocating for us when you left, to pray for us, to send us in our own comfort.
And you sent us that comfort, the great Holy Spirit, that may comfort us and teach us, Lord.
And we pray that you forgive us of our individual sins and trespasses.
And Father, we ask you to use your Holy Spirit to teach us Your word, to write your word upon our hearts.
And today in the book, the final chapter of John chapter 21, we ask you to write upon our hearts and teach us great wisdom and understanding to help us really understand your word.
And we pray tonight for everybody out there, all of us, to protect us all against the force of evil and also to give us great wisdom and comfort everybody here that needs any kind of spiritual, physical, psychological, or anything that issues they're going through.
Comfort them and heal them Lord.
And we ask you in your mighty name, we thank you and love you so much for these great studies.
And we can't wait to get into the book of Acts.
So we love you so much, in your name, Amen.
So that being said guys, we read the scripture in context, because context is key.
And let the scripture interpret the scripture.
So you guys know the rules by now.
This is our Bible study approach rules we go by.
And we don't lean on my or your understanding, we lean on what the Holy Spirit has to say.
So, let's begin.
So, ShakeYourWakeRadio.com, the list is on there.
Please open your Bible, because it's an audio edition.
Open your own Bible, and I encourage you to do that.
And I just don't want people to listen to this.
I want you to open the Bible and read along with us.
And people watching on the video edition, it's right here on the screen.
So, here we go.
So, the final chapter.
It's the final countdown of the book of John.
So yeah, I'm just excited.
It's been a great series.
So John chapter 21 before we get any further with that, right?
John chapter 20 is where Jesus was resurrected from the dead after the crucifixion, right?
Tomb was discovered empty.
He appeared to them three times, Mary, then the Apostle, right?
And he had Doubting Thomas.
Remember that phrase, Doubting Thomas?
Well, it comes from the Bible.
Because Thomas, the Apostle, doubted the Apostle, because at the time he wasn't there to witness Jesus in the Spirit, right?
He goes, unless I could put my finger through his... Because they told him, he appeared to us in the Spirit, right?
He had holes in his hand and a big hole in his side when they pierced him, right?
And the nails in his hands, right?
And he pierced to us and that's what he looked like.
He goes, well, unless I see it for myself, unless I can put my fingers in there, just, you know, see this for myself in holes, I'm not going to believe it, right?
Downton Thomas, right?
So Jesus, eight days later, appeared to the apostles again.
This time Thomas was there and he told Thomas, hey, remember when you said that?
Well, guess what?
I want you to put your finger in the holes of my hands and then also thrust your hand to the side.
Now you believe me, right?
And he goes, you've seen this now.
Now you believe me because you've seen it, right?
And he says, bless the people that have never seen this, but they believe.
And that's for all generations.
So we were not there, right?
As I explained in the last chapter.
We were not there.
We didn't see this.
But we believe, I believe 110% this happened.
I don't need to see this.
I believe it.
Jesus has shown himself to me in many other ways.
Spiritually, like in the spiritual warfare and all kinds of things that happen in my life.
I believe firmly this happened.
Well, Thomas didn't believe it.
Even though he was there and witnessed all the miracles, it's kind of funny, right?
All the years of things that Jesus did and he still doubted this, right?
See him walk on water, heal people, raise them from the dead, this, that, and the other thing, right?
Cast out demons, now you're at the land, you're not believing.
But Jesus had to appear to him to show him, yeah.
Like I said, I am the Messiah.
And Peter finally, I'm sorry, Thomas finally believed it, right?
So, John chapter 21 is a short, uh, A short chapter, there's only 25 verses, but... So, after these things, right, Jesus showed himself again to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias, and not in a wise show of himself, right?
So, at one point, whenever, by days or whatever later, they were at the Sea of Tiberias, the apostles, right?
And they were going to go fishing.
So, and Jesus showed himself, right?
So, what happened was, the rest two, they were together, Peter, Thomas, Nathaniel, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.
So all of them were there, right?
And Simon Peter said to them, let's go fishing.
Right?
And they said to him, we also go with you.
We're all going to go with you, right?
So they went forth and entered the ship immediately, and that night they caught nothing.
So they all jumped on the ship.
They didn't go out far.
They just went out to the shore.
They went out to the shore, basically, right?
On the ship deep enough where they could cast out a net.
So all night they're trying, because they're hungry, right?
They're trying to catch some fish.
Right?
So, as the Bible says here, All night they try to catch something, they catch nothing, right?
So, but when the morning came, they were still out there trying to grab something, right?
So Jesus stood on the shore, but the disciples didn't know that was Jesus.
So, he wasn't that far out again, the ship wasn't that far, it was just out a little ways, right?
So then Jesus said unto them, he had to yell across obviously, right?
Children, have you caught any meat?
And mind you, meat back then, right?
Meat is not exactly like we're today.
What we call meat is like beef and turkey and all that stuff, right?
Back then, meat was anything you basically eat, right?
fish was considered meat.
Right?
So ask them, have you caught any fish?
Right?
And they said, no, we didn't catch anything, not knowing this was Jesus.
Right?
So Jesus said unto them, right?
He goes, cast the net on the right side of the ship and you shall find the fish.
Right?
So they probably looked at each other like, because not knowing it's Jesus, right?
What the heck is this guy talking about?
We've been there all night and been casting on nets all over the place where you didn't catch nothing.
Well, whatever.
For the sake of it, right?
They cast the nets there for and now they were not able to draw it up for the multitude of fish.
So, when they cast their nets out on the right side of the ship, right?
When they went to pull the nets up, draw it up, right?
It was loaded with multitudes of fishes.
Tons of fishes.
So therefore, the disciple that whom Jesus loved, you know, Peter, right?
Right away!
Right away!
As soon as this happened, right?
Because I'm not even thinking about nothing.
You see some guy on the other side of the, on the shore, yelling at them.
Oh, uh, did you catch anything?
He said, no, all right.
And then this guy just says, oh, just throw your net down at the right side of the ship.
And you're going to find fish, right?
So they just did it for that.
I'm sure they got to probably, like, got it down to the land.
All right, whatever.
We ain't got nothing to lose.
So they cast it, and then, yeah.
Full of fish.
And right away, PETA.
He knew it was the Lord.
And when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he gritted his fisher's coat onto him, for he was naked.
And he did cast himself into the sea.
So, Peter's on the boat naked.
Maybe it was like, before this happened, they went to sleep.
Maybe he woke up naked, whatever the case may be.
He's just sleeping on his coat naked, right?
Because a lot of people sleep naked or today when they use pajamas or whatever, right?
So he's probably just asleep and woke up and I see this guy and it's like, alright, he's standing there naked, right?
Could have been washing up, who knows?
Whatever the case, right?
So, right away, as soon as he knew it was Jesus, right, he grabbed his coat and threw it onto him.
Because he was naked, right?
And for whatever reason he was naked, as soon as he recognized it was Jesus, he threw his coat on.
And then he jumped into the sea.
And the other disciples came in the little ship, for they were not far from the land, and they were about 200 cubits away, dragging the net with the fishes, because they couldn't pull the net up.
They had to drag it into the shore.
Now, I want to point out, too, 200 cubits, right?
It's a little, some little knowledge here about measurements, right?
Now, because this pertains to a lot of the scripture, right?
People say what's impossible for this to be that big or small because the Bible says it well I want to mention when they have different systems of measurements, right?
Back then right like cubits for example, right today in the universal systems metrics, right?
So one point in time all of the nations and all that got together.
It's like we're gonna decide a universal official universal measurement for cubits and feet, right?
Today your foot is 12 inches And a cubit's one and a half feet, right?
A yard is three feet, right?
So, back then, okay, a cubit was the measurement from your elbow to your fingertips.
So, if I have a bigger arm than you, my ten cubits is gonna be a lot larger than your ten cubits.
If I have a size 13, which I do, right?
And you have a size 9, my ten feet is gonna be a lot bigger than your ten feet, measuring something, right?
And I don't know what Yards meant, but whatever the case, they were something different.
And they all got together over the time and said, we're going to all agree upon this universal metric.
Back then, this didn't happen.
So this 200 cubits was probably John here.
His version of 200 cubits, right?
Regardless, it wasn't that far out.
It was just a little off the shore and deep enough water just enough to get us rich, right?
And they were dragging, they were coming into shore.
They were dragging a net with the fishes, right?
So they were about 200 cubits out.
Dragging a net of fishes in.
Multitudes of fish, right?
And as soon as they came to land, they saw a fire and coals there.
And fish laid therein, and bread.
So they pulled the fish in and they had bread, right?
And there was a fire already set.
So Jesus said unto them, Bring of the fish you have caught now.
Now caught, right?
Now listen to this carefully, right?
So Peter went up and drew the net to the land of great fishes, right?
These were huge fish.
And it was about 153 fish.
For all there were so many, yet was not yet the net broken.
So they were amazed that Because 153 of these massive fish, they were amazed at why didn't this net break?
You know, but they had to drag the net in instead of pulling it up because it would have broke probably if they tried pulling it up.
So they had to drag it into the shore.
It was heavy, right?
So Jesus told them, come and dine.
And none of the disciples just asked him, they were, who are you?
Knowing that it was the Lord.
So none of them would even say, even say, hey, who are you, sir?
But because they knew it was the Lord.
So Jesus then comes and takes bread and gives it to them and fish likewise, right?
So they break bread and they cook the fish and all that so now it's time to eat.
This is now the third time that Jesus showed himself to his disabled after he was risen from the dead.
The first time was Mary and Peter, right?
And then the second time was at the house, yeah.
The house, I think it was at the house, yeah.
And then again with Don and Thomas.
And now the third time here, all of them together, yeah.
In the fishing boat, right?
They're off the fishing boat now.
So, and when they had dined, they were eating, right?
Jesus said to Simon Peter, right?
Son of Jonas, do you love me more than these?
And he said to him, yes Lord, I love you.
You know that I love you.
And he said to him, well, feed my lambs.
Right?
And now mind you, there's a reason why they mentioned 153 big fish.
Right?
This all applies to this, right?
So, Jesus asks Peter again for the second time.
Do you love me?
And he said to him, yeah, Lord, yeah, you know that I love you.
And he said to him, feed my fish.
This is the second time he's said this now.
Now, the third time Jesus asked him, right?
Peter.
Peter.
Do you love me?
Because he's trying to show to you.
Peter's not getting what he's trying to say.
That's what he's trying to... Not that he's repeating himself or saying that or anything.
He's asking Peter this because Peter's not getting what he's saying when he says, feed my sheep.
There's a reason why they caught 153 fish.
That's more the fish than I can handle.
Most of it would go bad if they saved it.
Right?
And then he says, a third time now, Simon, son of Jonas.
Which Simon is Peter, right?
Do you love me?
And Peter was grieved there.
He's like, dude, I already told you yes.
You know?
But Peter was grieved because he said unto him a third time, Love has stoned me.
Do you love me?
And he said to them, yes, Lord, you know these, all these things.
You know us and that I love you.
And Jesus said to him, well, feed my sheep for the third time.
So now, at this point, Peter's finally got the message.
Right?
When he keeps saying, feed my sheep, right?
And now Jesus says, very, very, which is like a very important statement he's trying to make, right?
Very, very, I say unto you.
When you were young, you girded yourself and walked stereophant that you wouldn't, right?
So you were dressed and everything else.
But when you shall be old, you shall stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry you whither thou art not when it's not.
Yeah, I think it was an insinuating one.
Beat out of the boat naked, you know?
So this spoke he, signifying that to death he should glorify God.
And when he had spoken this, he said unto him, follow me.
He told him, follow me.
Then Peter turned about, sees the disciple whom Jesus loved following, which also leaned on his breast at the supper.
Remember the last supper a few chapters ago?
And Peter asked him, who's going to betray you?
He leaned on Jesus' chest.
Hey, Lord, who's going to betray you?
He says, right there.
And he said, Lord, who is it that's going to betray you?
Right?
Asking him that.
Of course, Jesus didn't tell him it was Judas.
But right then and there, he stopped Peter and said, hold on.
Think.
Before you go any further, remember he said, before the cock crows, before you hear a rooster crow, You gotta deny me three times.
And that's what happened when Jesus went to captivity, right?
Peter followed him, as we learned in the last chapters.
And they recognized Peter as one of his disciples.
And three times, three people did.
Different people did.
And he denied him.
And as soon as he denied him a third time, the rooster crowed.
The cock crowed.
And of course, he probably repented.
He felt sorry.
Because actually, the book of Matthew gets more description about that.
He repented of it.
He couldn't believe that he denied Jesus.
So Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, Lord, what shall this man do?
What do I do?
And Jesus said to him, if I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?
Follow me.
So if you're worried about, you know, when I come back, uh, what is it to you?
He said, just follow me.
Follow me.
Right?
Then when Jesus said, saying of what among the brethren, right?
So, he was saying this among the brethren, they were all together, and all the disciples, right?
That the disciples should not die.
Right?
So yet Jesus said unto him you shall not die but if I if I will that he tarry till I come what is it to thee?
He's asking what is it to you?
I'm still trying to make out exactly what it says so um so yeah uh guys know what I'm putting down in the description.
So what is it to you?
And he's asking, like, yeah, to the disciples that should not die.
So, but he says, come follow me, right?
So, based on what it sounded like to me, it's like, don't worry about dying.
Because spiritually, you're not going to die.
If you follow me, you're not going to die.
I'm everlasting life, right?
This is the disciple which testified of these things, and wrote these things.
And now we know that his testimony is true, right?
And he closes the chapter with us.
We actually, the last chapter we talked about this still, at the end.
But he closes the book, and he says, And there are also many things that which Jesus did, that which, if that which should be written on every one of these things, right?
He says, we wrote about everything that Jesus did, right?
I suppose that even the world itself could not handle and contain the books that we should be written.
Amen.
So, you're saying, like we talked about the last chapter when we ended it, right?
We said the same thing.
Because it says, um, there are many other signs that Jesus did that we're not recording.
In this book.
Right?
That's the last chapter, chapter 20.
Now chapter 21, the end of the book, says the same thing.
The world couldn't contain the amount of stuff, okay?
There wouldn't be enough parchment paper or anything like that.
Enough.
Enough books out there to contain all the stuff that Jesus did over the years.
But the important stuff was written so that you may believe.
So we couldn't even in a lifetime.
If they did end up charting it all down.
And I'm sure in um... One day the Lord will reveal that to us in a spiritual form.
Or in a spirit.
Because it's more easy to copy that in a spirit.
Because our carnal minds and everything couldn't handle that kind of information.
So I'm sure he'll reveal all that to us.
We'll see it all probably too.
Because all truth will be revealed as the Lord says in the scriptures.
And it's written.
He says all truth will be revealed.
So we will see these things.
But until now, the most important things were written.
Because he said if we wrote everything down, there's not enough books in the world to contain what we could write.
Imagine that.
I could only imagine the stuff they've been through and encountered the spiritual beings and the spiritual warfare and everything that took place.
The amount of people they healed and the individual stories of who they healed and what they had.
You know, it's just amazing to even think about it.
It really is.
It really is.
So thank you guys for joining us for this series.
I'm just like wicked excited.
I'm kind of sad because it's over with this one.
But we're going to move on to the Book of Acts in a few days.
And so when this premieres guys, it's going to be obviously in the future.
It's not going to matter to you.
But when we premiere this, that means when it first comes out on YouTube, it's going to be in April of 2023 in the Passover week.
And at this point I'll be in Indiana visiting the guys in ICT for the entire week.
So we're going to end it here.
The final chapter of John, chapter 21.
We'll take a break until next week and we'll start the Book of Acts.
So that's why I jammed out all the rest of the chapters here in a short amount of time, one each day, to get through the Book of John because it's very, very relevant to the Easter, Passover season, as we vividly explained.
That Easter is not biblical.
It's not of Jesus.
It's a pagan thing and that Passover is the biblical thing.
We explained that numerous times already in the prior chapters.
So, as always guys, trust the plan.
That's God's Word.
The only plan you should be trusting.
And don't take my word or anybody else's word for it, read it for yourself.
So even after this guys, I want you to keep chapter 21 open and read it again.
And let me know what you get out of the chapter in the comment section.
And again, questions, comments, or anything like that, put it in the comment section and we'll get back to you.

So, yeah, Shabbat Shalom ahead of time.
All right, so love you all.
Thank you all so much for the support, the comments, and just bear with me sometimes.
I goofed up some verses.
I butchered him.
I'm just trying to speak him well, you know.
But thank you all guys for bearing through it and just learning the scriptures as I learned myself.
So let's just close out in prayer.
We haven't done this actually yet in a series.
So Heavenly Father, thank you so much for your information that you revealed to us through the entire book of John.
And to all these people out there who listen to your word and want to have your word written upon our hearts.
And we ask you to write all this word upon our hearts.
And we recognize that Jesus is your Messiah.
He's the Christ.
He's the Messiah.
The Word made flesh.
And we acknowledge you Jesus as our Lord and Savior.
We believe it all 100% that 110% that you are the Messiah.
And you come into flesh and you're resurrected to conquer death.
And thank you so much for doing that.
And we love you so much with all our heart and soul.
In your precious name, Amen.
