- If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.
Declaring war on the New World Order.
www.truthradioshow.com And welcome to the D&B Donny Show in our special Spiritual Welfare edition of the Biblical Series.
So what we're doing is we're reading through the Book of Matthew, guys.
So we encourage you guys to get your own Bibles out.
And what we're going to do is we're not just going to read the 34 verses here.
Just read through them.
We're going to go into a comprehensive study of what these verses mean in a context.
You know what I mean?
34 verses.
Anybody can literally read through that probably in a minute or two.
It depends on your speed reading, whatever.
But that's not what we're here to do.
You know what I mean?
We're here to teach the Word of God in its full context.
With a lot of places and churches, ministries, unfortunately, lack doing so.
So I'm no expert by all means and when I do this stuff, guys, I learn myself as I go along.
And first of all, we pray to the Heavenly Father.
First of all, please forgive us for our sins and trespasses, the issue of Jesus.
And Heavenly Father, please help us to understand your word and help the Holy Spirit teach it to us.
And because he who is in us is greater than all the world and we ask for your divine comforter and our teacher the Holy Spirit to teach us and disseminate your word today.
So we're going to work on the book of Matthew in chapter 8.
And so what we do is we do these studies here because it's so important guys it really is.
Very important that everybody needs to know the scripture.
And, you know, again, we're not going to skim through the Bible.
And if you want to skim through the Bible, you can go to any channel just about that has Bibles, that has somebody reading it.
That's not what we're doing today.
This is very crucial.
We've got to let scripture interpret scripture.
And context is key.
These are big, big, big things that a lot of ministries even miss.
You know what I mean?
So even, unfortunately, seminary schools, colleges, Bible colleges and all that, they do this.
Instead of examining the Word, you know what I mean?
So what we're going to do now is go to the book of Matthew.
And I know ShakeAwakeRadio.com.
Thank you guys for carrying the show as well.
ShakeAwakeRadio.com is all audio.
So if you guys are listening at home, man, get your Bibles out.
Get your Bible apps out.
And we prefer the King James or older.
So regardless, open your Bibles.
Matthew chapter 8.
So let's just begin with the study here.
This is a pretty good chapter here with a lot of context.
That's why I love the book of Matthew.
It's amazing.
Now, Jesus, when he came down from the mountain, and great multitudes followed him.
So when he came down from the mountain, people from everywhere were coming.
You know what I mean?
Imagine that.
You know, because we already covered chapter 7, how he was healing people, doing all these miracles, right?
And now the Word got out.
So everybody and their mother is out there to say, I need to be healed or whatever the case.
So everybody from everywhere is coming to see Jesus, right?
And behold, there came a leper.
Jesus put his hand out and touched him saying, I will be thou clean.
He says, I will.
Now he says, be thou clean.
Jesus cleansed him from leprosy.
And Jesus put his hand out and touched him saying, I will be thou clean.
And he says, I will.
Now he says, be thou clean.
And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
So this guy's asking him, I need to, you know, could you clean, because it's a skin disease.
So, can you clean me from this leprosy?
And Jesus put his hand out, touched him, and he says, I will.
And he goes, now be thy clean.
Boom!
Leprosy was gone.
Imagine that, huh?
That's amazing.
And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
That's what I should say.
So anyway, verse 4 says, So I forget exactly what that gift was, but I'm assuming because back then there were temples with the priests and the temples there.
And no, it's not a Catholic priest, by the way.
I forget exactly what that gift was, but I'm assuming because back then there were temples with the priests and the temples there.
And no, it's not a Catholic priest, by the way.
It's the temples, the Hebrew temples there that the priests, you had them come up with an offering or something.
You know what I mean?
And so basically he told him to do that to pay respects to the church, or the temple I should say.
Go there and tell the priest what you've seen and what I've done to you.
So testify, testimony unto them.
Tell them what I did.
That's what he said.
And when Jesus entered Capernaum, there came a man, a centurion, came beseeching him and saying, My servant lies at home sick and he's got cerebral palsy.
And grievously tormented.
So he's being tormented.
So Jesus said to him, I will come and heal him.
But the centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that you should come to my house under my roof.
But speak thy word only and my servant shall be healed.
So this is him saying, I'm not worthy to have you in my home.
But I have faith in you that you could do it from here.
Had 100% faith, right?
Because this is why Jesus said the following.
For I am a man under authority, and I'm sorry, this is what the guy continues to say, the leper.
I'm sorry, the centurion.
For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me, and I tell them, and I say to this man, go and they go, and I tell another to come and they come.
So he tells him to come and go as his command, you know?
And he cometh to my servant to do this, and he does it.
So this is the man, this guy has great authority, this centurion says, listen, I have servants and all that, troops under me.
I tell them to go, they go.
I tell them to come, they come.
I tell them to do something, they do it.
So is this, you know what I mean, here's the thing though, is this him telling Jesus, I'm telling you to do this?
Now, this could go either way.
Jesus says, when he heard of that, he marveled, saying, and he said to the man, the fallen, Verily I say to you, I have not found so great faith.
No, not in Israel.
So this is a man that says, oh, no, you don't have to come to my house.
I mean, like, but he was humble about it.
He said, I don't deserve to have you in my house.
But then he goes on to say, I have servants, I tell them what to do and they do it.
That's what exactly he told Jesus.
And Jesus told him, saying, Well, verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith.
No, not in Israel.
And I say to you, that many shall come from the east and the west.
That means everywhere.
And shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and the kingdom of heaven.
But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness, and there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Now this is where context is key, guys.
Key words are important.
Because automatically people say, well, the children of heaven?
What are you talking about?
Why would you cast them into outer darkness?
That's hell.
Well again, he specifies the kingdom of heaven here.
Because many will come, okay, from the east and west.
But the children of the kingdom?
What kingdom is he talking about?
Is that the kingdom of heaven?
You know, this one I was a little stuck on too.
So what I like to do too is because I learn as I go along.
I mean, I pre-read these chapters here, but there's so much in these contexts.
And I learn as I go along as well.
Sometimes I get stuck on a couple of things.
And what I do is ask people, like, put your opinion on what you think it is.
Who is he talking about?
The children of, and I truly don't think it's children of heaven.
You know what I mean?
I think it's another kingdom they're talking about.
So let me know in the comments section, guys, because I love to get input on this.
And this way, if we retouch this again, I can bring it up.
And if I do get the full understanding of this in Matthew chapter 9, before we start that chapter, I'll bring this up here and get your opinion on it.
You know what I mean?
And I'll put it together and look what the scriptures say to match it, you know?
So this is when I stumbled.
Yeah, I kind of stumbled on this here because I'm still trying to figure out who the children of the kingdom But he says, many will come into the kingdom of God to talk to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, but the children of the kingdom shall be cast out of darkness, and they shall be weeping in national tears.
That's hell.
So what is that?
And I'm sure because Jesus told the centurionists.
Because the centurion just got done telling him, hey, I got servants to do what I tell them.
And Jesus says, I have not found so great faith, not in Israel.
So is he telling the man that, yeah, because you've got faith that I could do it for him, maybe?
I don't know.
So Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way, and thou hast believed, so it shall be done.
So I would say that's what I think, because he said he marveled.
All right.
But the thing is, he told the centurion that the children of the kingdom will be cast out of darkness.
So, I'm still trying to get this part myself, guys.
And again, there's so much context in this scripture.
It's amazing.
Stuff that, you know, we're all gonna miss, and stuff we're gonna pick up later, and with the Holy Spirit, the signs will reveal at a certain time.
So, please help me with this one, guys, in the comments section.
But he did commend the man, the centurion, and said, hey listen, since you had faith, go your way, because you have believed, and it's gonna be done.
And his servant was healed in the same hour.
So when the centurion got home, his servant was healed.
That's amazing.
So now, when Jesus went over Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid and sick with a fever.
So, Peter's mother-in-law.
She was in bed, sick with a fever.
And Jesus touched her hand, and the fever left her.
And she arose and ministered unto them.
So this is Peter's mother-in-law, right?
Sick in bed with the fever, right?
Jesus went over and touched her.
Completely healed.
She probably jumped on their feet.
Thank you so much.
Praising Jesus instead of ministering.
I think anybody would, really.
You know what I mean?
That's awesome.
So when, though, even was to come, they brought him unto many that were possessed with devils.
And he cast out the spirits with his words and healed all the sick.
So, yeah, so many more came, okay?
And so many people possessed with devils and demons and all kinds of things.
He cast the spirits out with his word, commanded them, leave them.
And they did.
Healed the people.
And there was just so many, multitudes, like people coming from everywhere that were possessed, sick, everything else.
They were coming from everywhere for help from Jesus.
So, that it may be fulfilled, which was spoken by Isaiah, Isaiah the prophet, saying unto himself, who took our firmities and bare our sicknesses.
So this is, Isaiah the prophet prophesied this, that Jesus would come and do this.
Take their infirmities, you know, cast out demons and sins and everything else, and bear our sicknesses, take the sicknesses away.
And now, when Jesus saw a great multitudes about him, so he's saying great multitudes, in other words, tons of people coming to him now.
So, there was like, he's about to leave now or something, there's probably thousands of people coming toward him.
And he gave the command to his apostles, yeah, let's, we gotta depart from here.
And a certain scribe came to him and said, Master, I will follow you wherever you go.
And this is the seed there.
So, and a certain scribe, all right, now this is a nice lesson right here coming up.
A certain scribe came to him and says, Master, I will follow you wherever you go.
And Jesus said to him, The foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head. .
Because he's ministering all over.
You know, he's just traveling everywhere he can to minister.
To bring the word of God.
So basically he's telling, there's a lesson here.
We're gonna get to it.
And another of his disciples said to him, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
So in other words he said, could you wait for me please?
I just want to go bury my father quick, because his father passed away.
Jesus said, no, just follow me and let the dead bury the dead.
So there's a lot of spiritual significance with this.
So, there's a lesson going on here, right?
So Jesus told him, this guy here, the scribe, just come follow him, you know, because the scribe offered to follow him, and he did.
And he told Peter, no, we gotta leave now.
You know what I mean?
Plain and simple.
We gotta leave now, and let the dead bury the dead.
You know what I mean?
Don't worry about it, because the thing is, when you die, it's just a corpse, that's all it is.
And so when he was entered into a ship, his disciples followed him.
So these people that were following Jesus, you know, the apostles and the scribes, they entered into the ship, right?
And here's the lesson coming up here.
His disciples followed him, right?
So, and behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea.
In other words, a big storm brewed up in the sea, insomuch that the ship was covered with the waves.
The waves were coming over the hull and everything else.
But Jesus was asleep.
He was taking a nap, and he did this for a reason.
Watch me say.
There's a big reason why Jesus did this, right?
So he's telling, you know, Peter to follow him.
The scribe says, I'll follow you and everything else.
I'll follow you wherever you go.
So I think this, he had Jesus teaching these guys a lesson of faith.
And his disciples came to him and woke him up saying, Lord, save us.
We're going to perish.
Mind you, Jesus is sleeping.
There's a massive storm brewing in the ocean, right?
And now everybody's petrified.
Here's the thing, why would you be petrified?
I know it's easy said than done.
Like, you know, if we're aboard a ship like that, we're probably gonna, you know, get excited, panic, whatever the case, but, uh, whatever the case, but, you're aboard the ship with the Son of God.
The Messiah.
God in the flesh.
So, why are you afraid of a storm?
You just get done with all the things that Jesus has done, now you're afraid?
Now you're worried about a storm?
Even with the waves coming up on the hall?
You're worried about this?
Jesus passed out sleeping?
You're worried about this?
You're with the Savior!
And you're worried about waves and a massive storm?
There's a lesson here!
Just like the same lesson where God freed the Jews from Egypt, right?
Provided them with everything they needed and crossed the desert and they still Still turned against God Over and over and over again Mocked God and everything else and we've seen what happened with that, right?
They were denied to enter the The Promised Land for another 40 years, you know what I mean?
And Moses couldn't even see the prom- He couldn't enter, he'd seen it but he couldn't enter it, you know what I mean?
So, even when Moses went up on the mountain Of all the stuff God did for him, they turned to other gods Cause they lacked patience and faith So here we are, the disciples, okay?
The people who've been with Jesus from day one, witnessed everything he's done.
Everything.
Healing, you know, casting out demons, this and the other thing.
Here they are, scared crap.
Jesus sleeping and not realizing, man, we're with the Son of God.
Why are we gonna be afraid of this?
But no, they're panicking.
Waking up!
Jesus, wake up!
Jesus, wake up!
We're gonna die.
Jesus woke up and he said to them, Why are you so fearful, O ye of little faith?
Then he arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was great calm.
Just like that.
He woke up and said, Why are you people afraid, you guys of little faith?
They commanded the seas and the winds and everything to calm.
Bang!
It was just like that.
Instantly.
Then the men marveled, saying, what manner of man is this, that even the winds into the sea obey him?
And they're still shocked!
Of all the stuff he's already done already and they're like flabbergasted!
Wow!
The maze, I mean.
So you see what's going on here?
This is the This is a lesson of faith right here.
Follow me!
Don't worry about stuff like the dead bury the dead.
Follow me.
Doesn't matter what storm comes, this goes into your life too.
No matter what the storm in your life is, keep your faith in Jesus.
The book of Matthew teaches a lot about faith.
It's amazing, right?
And this, this goes, this is literally, this literally happened, this was in the count, okay?
Not just a story.
This was in the count that literally happened, right?
So this is literally and figuratively combined, together.
So literally there was a storm, literally Jesus come to see, alright?
And the figurative man is teaching faith.
So no matter what storm you're going through right now, you could have, you know, be out of a job, you could have sickness.
Anything like that, right?
Anything's going on in your life, right?
You got Jesus right next to you.
Don't be that person when he says, hey, why are you afraid?
And the last chapter we just got done talking about, I think it was the last chapter or the one before that, where Jesus says, does the birds not worry about what they're going to eat tomorrow?
They know the Father's going to provide them, but you're more important than the birds.
You're sitting there griping what you're going to wear tomorrow, what you're going to eat tomorrow.
You know what I mean?
And then the book of Matthew teaches about faith.
This is another example, another lesson of faith right here.
Amazing.
It really is.
Anyway, moving on guys, this is verse 28 now.
And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Jurgenists, there met him two people possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs exceeding fierce, So that no man might pass that way.
So, what is going on here?
These two men are, I guess, possessed, okay?
With devils that nobody...
I think the Book of Luke takes a more detailed account to this, though.
More or less, it's a separate situation, but it's the same thing with the swine, whatever.
Because this one says two men...
Yeah, well, anyway, the possessed, which is the demon legion...
You learned that about the Book of Luke, I think it is.
It talks about Legion, and I think more Matthew here.
But there's so many of these things, incidents, where people possess.
So anyway, moving on.
So what is going on here?
Jesus gets off the boat, right?
The second he steps on the land, right?
Now these devils, nobody would even go near them.
Alright, and um... The other books too give a greater description of this though, right?
They try to put chains on these guys.
But yeah, nobody can do that.
These things are powerful.
So, Jesus gets off the bull, right?
Boom!
Oops, sorry guys.
So, they come over to Jesus, right?
I'm just trying to highlight this stuff here.
Behold, they cried out.
They were scared.
These are demons!
Demons!
What do we have to do with you, Jesus, thou Son of God?
They're addressing him as the Son of God.
Demons!
They're afraid, deathly scared.
What do we have to do with us, Jesus?
Son of God, did you come to hither to torment us before our time?
What does this mean?
Well, if you don't know what a demon is, when you get to further into spiritual warfare, here's the thing in the Bible, right?
Number one is known as Jesus.
Absolutely, right?
Number two should be spiritual warfare.
Which, I hate to say it, 99% of the churches and ministries out there today, the mainstream, highly lack spiritual warfare.
That's why I got my own show.
It's called Spiritual Warfare Friday.
To teach you stuff, you know what I mean?
And expose the deeds of evil.
So anyway, What is a demon?
Alright, I'm gonna give you just what a demon is.
So basically, in Genesis 6, in the book of Enoch, and many other ancient texts as well, the sons of God, the fallen angels, had sex with the woman on earth, who they chose as fair, which means beautiful, and took them as wives.
They had children with them!
And most of the children either, like, had some kind of a super ability, not like Superman or nothing, but like, you know, powerful people.
They were called men of renown in the Bible, or giants.
They grew into big, big, big statues.
You know what I mean?
It's not just the Bible that talks about this.
Every ancient culture on the planet talks about this.
About they, you know, the Greeks thought they were gods.
They thought they were fallen angels or gods.
And the Nephilim, which the Bible calls them, the Nephilim, the children of the fallen angels, they thought they were demigods.
Nothing mythology about this.
Except for the point they weren't gods.
You know what I mean?
They were the sons of gods.
God, I'm sorry.
The sons of God.
They were the fallen angels.
So now, where the demons come from, when God flooded the earth, and even after the flood, they were killing off nephilim, kings, and giants, and everything else.
Their souls, out of discipline and punishment, their souls, instead of going to hell or a paradise where no person goes, resting in the grave, no, they don't do that.
They are condemned to roam the earth until Judgment Day.
So from the point they die till Judgment Day, they gotta roam the Earth, right?
And guess what?
Normally in a spirit you don't have hunger, thirst, and all that.
These things don't.
So, because when they were alive, these things were very vicious.
They were having sex with everything in sight, literally.
Animals, whole nine yards.
Okay, that's further into spiritual warfare, whatever.
So they have a massive craving, a lust drive, right?
Massive craving to drink, to eat, and all this other stuff, right?
And that's why they're so angry and vicious, because they can never clinch these thirsts and hungers and everything else.
So now they have the same stuff, but in the spirit.
So why do you think when somebody's possessed, usually it's accompanied with sex and all kinds of gorgeous food and all that, because they're trying to fulfill those needs they want, you know what I mean?
So if that explains it well, you know what I mean?
So the curse of the earth, okay, to roam the earth until judgment day.
So now you can understand what this is talking about.
Because if the church is taught that, now you can actually understand what this is talking about.
So why would the devil come up to him and say, hey, are you here to condemn us before our time?
Right there.
Ran up to him in fright.
In fear now, they were vicious to anybody else.
Stopped dead in their tracks, ran right up to Jesus and said, Jesus, oh, son of God, are you here to torment us before our time?
They thought they were going to hell.
Which after judgment, they got a light of fire, but regardless, get the point, right?
So there was a good way off from the many of herd, I'm sorry, many swine feeding.
And so the devil's besought him saying, if they'll cast us out, suffer us not to go away into the herd of swine.
Suffer us to go to their way into the herd of swine, I'm sorry.
So this is saying, if you're going to cast us out, don't torment us, don't send us to torment.
And we just got done hearing about the place of weeping national teeth and not a darkness, right?
That's hell.
They were afraid to go to hell.
These demons didn't want, did not want to go to hell.
And if you watch movies out there, you're like, oh, there's demons living in hell and dog demons don't live in hell.
There's special demons assigned to hell.
They're not down there suffering, okay?
Those demons are, they're the ones down there now, okay?
They're assigned to do certain things to punish people.
But the demons themselves, and you know, Satan himself, if they went to hell, if God cast them to hell, they're gonna be suffering.
They're not gonna be partying down here like you see in the movies.
This ain't Hollywood.
This is real stuff.
So when you know the judgment day when all these things are cast to the lake of fire.
Because hell is like a prison.
A jail I'm sorry.
A small little jail.
You go to court which is judgment day.
The judge rules you're guilty.
To the big house you go.
Even hell itself is cast into the lake of fire.
The lake of fire is a million times worse than hell.
And they're all going to suffer.
There's going to be no demons partying with you.
That's not how it works.
Satan ain't going to be ruling hell.
He does rule hell.
He certainly does.
He's not going to rule the lake of fire.
They're going to be suffering worse than anybody.
So I just want to get that fictitious stuff out of people's heads because of the TV, you know.
But, you know, they were afraid that Jesus was going to cast them in hell.
That's what this is right here.
And again, are you here to torment us before our time?
The time, which is our judgment.
Because they knew they were here to judgment day.
Thank you.
We're going to be here to Judgment Day.
So, and right now, these very ones, here's the thing, right?
These very demons, right here, right here, we're talking about, right?
Back over 2,000 years ago, right?
These very demons are still walking the Earth right now.
Because, obviously, Judgment Day has come, right?
So, let that ponder in your head for a minute.
These demons are walking, okay, the Earth right now.
These very demons that Jesus himself told to get out of this man walking the earth right now.
We don't know where they could be.
Let that, let that sink into your head for a minute.
It's pretty, uh, fascinating if you ask me.
So the devils besought him and asked him, okay, if you cast us out, let us go into the swine.
That's what they're saying.
And he said to them, go!
And when they came out of the man, they went into the herd of swine.
And behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea and perished in the water.
So now you ask yourself, all right, hold on.
Why would they leave the man?
Okay, Jesus told them to get the heck out of this guy, right?
So they asked to go into the swine because they didn't want to go to hell, right?
So they instantly ran.
They possessed the swine, the pigs, right?
Ran into the water to drown themselves, right?
Why do you think they did that?
Because when the demon or unclean spirit possesses somebody, right, they...
That's their dominion.
That's their stronghold.
They are now in this realm, this reality of us, in the flesh.
That's the only way they can come into the flesh.
Otherwise, they're in the spirit.
They're here, but they're in the spirit.
But in the flesh, they can actually do things.
They can touch things.
They can have sexual relations.
They can drink and eat and everything else.
So they want that, right?
So why would they go into the shrine to kill themselves?
Because easily, they wanted to go back into the spirit and get out of there.
You know what I mean?
Just flee the area of Jesus, yeah?
Let's get the heck out of here.
You know what I mean?
So they went into the swine and they all drowned themselves.
And when, because the thing is the only way out of possession of body, right?
The only two ways out is one being delivered out, you know, in the name of Jesus, casted out.
Or the body that consumed the host, they call it, dies.
Because they don't have the power to animate something dead.
You know, if the body's dead, they don't have the power to animate it.
They have, you know, because they possess you, they can take control of your mind.
That's how they possess you, make you move and do whatever they want you to do.
So, um, they took control of the swine, ran and, um, so they drowned, so they, their, you know, the pigs drowned, and, you know, died, and their spirit was released back into the earth here.
So they could, you know, just skedaddle, you know, whatever you want to call it, their moose out of there, you know, away from Jesus.
So that's what you're looking at here.
And they that kept them fled in their ways into the city, and told everything, and was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus.
And when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coast.
So people when they see this right you might you know that again, I think it's a loop that gives a better cultural story a little more details the account whatever the case and So, yeah people like just amazed well So people went around and tell hey they Jesus this guy Jesus just freed this guy from you know being possessed and
And again it says, and they that kept them fled and went their ways into the city and told everything.
Now these are the guys who are possessed.
Now they're free.
They went into the ways of the city and told everything to everybody.
And that was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
So these two guys now free from these demons.
And of course they're gonna be like, wow.
They're gonna be, thank you so much Lord.
And they ran into the city telling everybody, you know, everybody's like, oh my god, those are the possessed people?
And like, Jesus freed me, you know what I mean?
And they actually see him sane now, you know what I mean?
It's pretty awesome.
And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus after this.
Because everybody knew these two guys, you know, who they were, and nobody would go near them.
We just learned this in the scripture, yeah.
Nobody would go near them or pass by them.
Now they're seeing these guys free and they ran out telling people, oh Jesus freed us and behold the whole city came out to meet Jesus.
And when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of the coast.
out of the coast so this is amazing right You know what I mean?
And I guess the people are so scared because this guy says they besought, they begged him that he would depart out of their coast.
So I yeah, they they should be here's the thing right the let's go back over this one more time, right?
These guys were just possessed, right?
They were just freed right now.
They ran into the seas and told everything to everybody And everybody came out to meet Jesus and when they saw him there I guess they were terrified or something of him and they begged him that he would depart or the Out of the coast, you know go they were afraid Because what man or what who could do this?
And to me, I mean, like, if I seen that happen, I'd be like, you know, I would not be telling him, I would not be sorting him, I'd be telling him, hey, stay here, you know what I mean?
You know, protect us more, whatever the case, you know, but this is just amazing, really is.
It's, uh, um, the Book of Matthew, yeah?
And we just go by, um, chapter by chapter, so, yeah, we just see, you know, a lot of lessons here, lessons about faith, yeah?
And the miracles that Jesus did, and still can do to this day.
And, um, there's some spiritual warfare we learn here today.
That these demons are definitely afraid of Jesus.
And, again, this was a very powerful demon.
In the other books, this demon is actually called Legion.
Because it's many.
Like when you have a legion of military troops, it's many.
I forgot exactly what a legion is, but...
And, you know, legions were different then and now, whatever the case.
But, in other words, it was tons of demons all possessing this one person.
These two people, I should say.
And, yeah.
So, it must have spooked everybody.
Whoa.
You know what I mean?
How the heck did this guy do this?
So, they just, please go.
So they just please go because they were afraid of the men in the first place.
Because they were afraid of the men in the first place.
Now they're free like from these demons like wow.
Now, they're afraid, like, from these demons.
Like, wow.
Go, go, go, go.
Go, go, go, go.
You know, they were just, instead of having faith, they said, wow, this is, you know.
Instead of having faith they said wow this is you know.
And they should have dropped to their knees and worshipped him.
And they should have dropped to their knees and worshipped him.
That's what they should have done.
That's what they should have done.
But, anyway, we're going to move on to chapter 9 at the next show here.
