Horseshoe UAP Video Surfaces! - DEBRIEFED ep. 08

Chris Ramsey opens with a personal Nevada sighting before analyzing recent UAP activity, including January 4th spy balloon interceptions and a new horseshoe-shaped object downed over Yukon. While contrasting this cylindrical craft with the Alaska F-22 encounter, Ramsey weighs theories ranging from Chinese drones to historical Roswell parallels, emphasizing government transparency via NASA's ADARO despite legislative delays. Ultimately, he advocates for open-minded dialogue between skeptics and believers, promoting upcoming investigations into S4 and Bob Lazar to advance truth beyond political or religious bias. Exclusive Image of Downed Craft 00:14:24
We can now show you an exclusive image of that unidentified object shot down over Yukon last year.
The object was about the size of a small car, so not similar in size or shape to the high altitude surveillance balloon that was taken down off the coast of South Carolina on February 4th.
That's the image.
Ladies and gentlemen, we got him.
One of the latest videos, and so I've got the story.
About a decade ago, my brother and I, while we were driving home from, I guess, moving back to Utah on our way through Nevada, I was looking down the road, like just middle of the desert, right?
What I thought was a street light.
Anyway, the street lamp thing started moving, came to about 30 feet directly above our heads, and then just stopped.
It was about the size of a large beach ball, soft orange glow.
It just split from being directly overhead.
It shot over across the Nevada mountains in a fraction of a second.
Just gone.
The only reason I think, still believe that it wasn't something I made up is because my brother remembers it too.
And sometimes we talk about it.
But yeah, super crazy experience.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of Debriefed.
My name is Chris Ramsey, and I want to thank you for being here, first of all.
Secondly, thank you for all the support that you guys have given me on.
The latest videos, our last upload featuring Spidey, a behavioral analyst.
We took a look at a lot of whistleblowers and presidents talking about Area 51 and NHIs.
A very, very interesting video indeed.
If you haven't checked it out, go have a look.
And thank you as well to all of those who've recently joined the Patreon.
There will be more coming in the next few weeks as we ramp up with the investigations that I have planned.
But in the meantime, I wasn't going to actually talk about this, but I found it to be very interesting as some new.
Information has surfaced.
So, some of you know in 2023, there was a ton of activity in our skies.
And I mean official activity.
I don't mean the activity of people seeing lights and strange things in the skies.
I mean the government, the Pentagon, NORAD, the Air Force, FAA, Canadian military.
They all got involved to take down several of these, as they put it, UAP.
So, there was a streak of these.
Quote unquote spy balloons that were taken down starting on January 4th in South Carolina.
I think there was footage released.
I think there were images released of this.
It wasn't that much of a mystery.
The payload had been, I think, recovered once it went down in some waters.
The next few, however, remained a little bit of a mystery until now.
Ladies and gentlemen, we got them.
This, folks, is the image released by a Freedom of Information request or the equivalent to a Freedom of Information request submitted to the Canadian Armed Forces.
This is the image of the craft that was downed.
Now, There were multiple crafts that were down during this time period, so it's important to know which one is which.
The one over Alaska that was down that was as small as a car, that was a different one than this one.
We don't yet have any photos on that one.
That one was spotted at 40,000 feet and was tracked for about 24 hours going over some sensitive airspace in Alaska before it was taken down by an F 22.
The one we're looking at now is a different one.
This is one that went over Canadian skies.
You're in my territory now.
This is.
This is my home.
It was swiftly taken down as well with the help of NORAD.
This and the others apparently have not been recovered.
The terrain was allegedly too rugged.
I know a lot of people out there, myself included, are curious to know if that's true.
Are they just hiding some alien tech?
You know, there's no way of knowing.
So for now, we just kind of have to sit on that.
CTV actually obtained the email exchange, which happened back in February 2023, preceding.
The takedown of this craft.
Now, this went back and forth internally in the Canadian government, and it was poised to be released, to be tweeted actually, maybe a few days after it was taken.
However, someone stepped in and said, no, we cannot release this.
This might be a breach of national security.
It might be against protocol.
So, this image was actually cleared to be made public shortly after the object was shot down, but then it was held back.
Why?
The Department of National Defense thought it may cause more confusion.
And to that, I say, I totally understand.
If you don't know what the object is or how it got there, You don't want to release information because that might give, let's say, the enemy a hint on how to get into the country safely, right?
So I understand the national security risk in withholding this type of information, but now it seems like they've released it and it seems they've deemed it to be declassified or unclassified.
Now, the image you're seeing and the description that is given are kind of two different things, and that's what confuses me a little bit.
So, this looks like a horseshoe.
It looks like a UFO.
It doesn't, I can't really say it looks like anything else.
Now, is that because of the angle?
Is that because of the really terrible photocopy image that we are given?
I mean, the quality isn't great, but by looking at this thing, it does look really intriguing.
Now, it's also important to note that the object taken down in Alaska was not a balloon.
I know some of you out there might think, oh, these are all just balloons that were taken down.
Actually, the Brigadier General Ryder himself, in a press conference at the Pentagon, revealed that, and I quote, the object was about the size of a small car, so not similar in size or shape to the high altitude surveillance balloon that was taken down off the coast of South Carolina on February 4th.
Another quote here is We're calling it an object for a reason.
It's not a balloon.
We don't know how it's staying aloft, yet it is.
That.
Is from the NORAD general.
The reporter asked, Are these extraterrestrial general?
And the answer was, I'm not ruling anything out.
So we know that it wasn't a balloon.
Okay.
So whatever was taken down in Alaska was something different, the size of a car.
Now they said it remained aloft.
They didn't comment on the speed or trajectory or any of that stuff that is still classified and under secure hands.
This horseshoe shaped object, however, had a very different description.
The engagement took place and the object was downed at 3 41 Eastern Time over Yukon, which is a Canadian territory.
Canadian Armed Forces members and assets, at the request and under the lead of Public Safety RCMP, are now en route to proceed with the recovery.
So there was a recovery attempt made.
Did they find anything?
Apparently not.
They called it off a little bit later.
But here's the interesting thing the best description that we have is visual.
A cylindrical object, top quarter is metallic, remainder is white, 20 foot wire hanging below with a package of some sort suspended from it.
That first part of the description is really interesting because now we're talking about something that sounds a lot like a UFO.
We're talking about a cylinder craft.
When, by the way, if you look at a disc from its side, it also has a cigar or cylinder shape, right?
So, depending on the angle you're looking at it, It might look different because the picture that we're seeing clearly does not resemble a cylinder at all.
Now, it says the top part was metallic and the bottom part was white.
Let's assume that this picture here, that the dark spot was the metallic and we're looking at it from an angle, like a front head on angle or a top down angle.
Now, if we flip that to the side, it might look like a cylindrical craft with a dome, a metallic dome on the top of it.
This all, to me, folks, sounds like a UFO.
They even call it UAP 23 because this is the 23rd sighting in that short amount of time that they've had of a UAP.
So this is UAP 23.
That is the official name of this craft, by the way.
Super interesting.
It is technically, by all definitions, a UAP, an unidentified aerial anomalous phenomenon.
That doesn't mean it has aliens in it.
It could be just some tech from a different country.
We don't know.
One thing that did strike me as interesting is the 20 foot wire with a payload hanging under it.
That to me does not sound like a UFO or a UAP.
I've never heard or seen a UAP dragging a payload.
Then again, I never really encountered, you know, what was confirmed to me to be a UAP.
So who am I to tell?
You guys, maybe do some research and let me know if you heard of any other UAP dragging a payload.
I thought that was really interesting.
Now, there are some conflicting pieces of evidence here on both sides that lead me to believe that either this might be just some Chinese spy balloon drone type thing or that this might be a craft from an extraterrestrial civilization.
The two different.
Opposing pieces of evidence that I present to you today.
One, here's a picture from a Chinese spy balloon with a payload under it.
Now, from this angle, do you see how this might be able to be misconstrued as a horseshoe shape, especially with a very terrible quality of image?
I mean, I guess it is a good explanation.
I will.
I will say that this is a good explanation.
Does it explain the cylindrical shape of it?
No.
And does it explain the image that we're looking at here?
No.
But it is an explanation.
I will say that.
And we do have to be a little bit forthcoming with all the evidence that is presented.
The second piece of evidence that I present to you folks is this video here.
This was uploaded in 2012, flown over Busan, South Korea.
Now, this thing goes pretty fast.
And at one point, I mean, come on.
The resemblance is uncanny.
This looks exactly like that photo.
Now, as we watch this video, it kind of teeters to the side and it goes back the other way.
A very, very intriguing video indeed.
And this thing does look like it is.
I mean, this thing looks like it's flying.
Just a really, really fast craft.
And it really is interesting that this video only resurfaced due to the photo that was released by CTV.
I think that's what's really nice about these types of things.
And this is just my personal opinion that when we get some type of, you know, report, that collectively we're able to go back through the archive of the internet, through, you know, MUFON archives and old videos, and then pull up these other, you know, Seemingly similar videos and photos.
I think that's the best part of the internet is that you can't hide.
You know, if it's out there, we're going to make sense of it.
We're going to find it.
Now, this is really interesting.
Is this the object that was shot down?
You know, no one knows.
But these two do look very similar.
And these wouldn't be the first horseshoe shaped UFOs that have been spotted.
UAP Juan on Twitter posted recently three cases that my guess is probably from like some MUFON archives of sightings that.
Revolved around horseshoe shaped crafts.
So in Roswell, New Mexico, 2007, not 1947, Patricia and Carroll reported seeing a triangular or possibly horseshoe shaped, dimly lit object that looked ghostly or smoky and seemed to be dimming and brightening in and out of visibility.
Also near Boston, Massachusetts in June 2005, the passenger and his daughter were flying in an AA 757 to Europe.
The witness states that 20 minutes after takeoff, A horseshoe crab shaped silver object was quickly overtaken by our aircraft at 8 14 p.m., but it was definitely not a plane.
That was in 2005, and then finally in Boston again in 1998.
But my attention soon changed to our moon that was visible at this point during the day.
To the right of the moon sat a silver horseshoe shaped object.
It looked like the moon in silver form in three dimensions.
Horseshoe Crab Sighting in Boston 00:02:51
Now, are those the same things we see here?
I don't know, but it is interesting to note that this is a shape that is quite unique.
Normally we see the cylinders, we see the Orbs, we see the triangles, even octagons, and obviously flying discs.
But very rarely do we come across these horseshoe shaped UFOs.
Maybe it's just an intergalactic sign of luck.
I don't know.
Also, about eight years ago, Secure Team 10 reported on this their YouTube channel.
They cover a lot of this UAP stuff, but there is this seemingly horseshoe shaped UFO that appears on an ISS feed from NASA shortly after apparently the feed was cut.
Now, is this time for me to get on the tinfoil hat?
I don't think so.
I don't know if that's credible.
I don't know where this comes from, but it does look interesting.
And the final comparison that I want to make is that of the anomalous object found in the Baltic Sea.
I admit this one might be a little bit of a stretch, but hear me out, the shape does look similar.
This was discovered in June of 2011 by a group of treasure hunters known as the Ocean X team.
While searching for shipwrecks, they found a strange circular formation about 60 meters in diameter at a depth of around 90 meters.
And so the sonar scans revealed a large disc shaped object with a Tail like structure leading away from it, almost as if this object crashed and left a trail.
It does seem to also have unnatural geometric patterns, which some have interpreted as being evidence of it being an artificial structure.
But obviously, the more sensational topic would be that this is a UAP that crashed into the Baltic Sea.
Now, I'm not giving this too much credence, however, if you do look at the shape, it does look similar to what we found in the skies above Canada.
Now, these images that you're seeing are artist renders of different perspectives, these are not the actual.
Renders of what this would look like down there.
I'm surprised we haven't pulled this thing out of the water yet.
Where are we on that?
Are we doing that?
Let me know in the comments.
I mean, it's only 300 feet deep.
We should be able to pull it up.
But in 2012, they did send a team down there.
A few things happened.
One being that electrical equipment would malfunction when they got close to this thing, which, alright, interesting.
Two, a lot of the samples that they took back turned out to be volcanic rock.
So, Probably is just a natural formation.
Your call.
What do you think?
I just thought it was really interesting that we're presented with this one photo and the internet goes nuts and we start compiling all the evidence we can.
And that's just a really beautiful thing about the internet, especially for people like myself.
I'm a very curious person.
I want to know what's going on.
Do I have my personal biases and do I want to believe?
Absolutely.
Will I stop myself from believing and going too far and have a hard look at the evidence?
Evidence on Both Sides 00:05:05
Unequivocally.
And I think you should too.
You know, recently in the videos that I've posted, I've had a mixed amount of reviews.
I've had some people be like, oh, Ramsey's gone off the deep end.
He's insane now.
He believes in UAP.
And other people have been, you know, wildly supportive and saying, finally, someone, you know, with a big following is looking into this and is getting interested in the topic that I've been interested in for years.
I mentioned this a few videos ago, but my feelings on this matter are that this is important.
You know, if this was just me and a bunch of my friends talking about it on some weird, obscure forum on the internet, I would agree with you.
To the skeptics, I say do some research.
If you think that this is only supported by small groups of people, I think you're wrong.
There are divisions of the government that are dedicated to finding out what these UAP are, whether that's through NASA or through Aero, the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office.
Or even through the former ATIP program.
There are many, many programs in the government.
The elected officials that you trust, that you've elected, are spending your money looking into this phenomenon.
And I think that deserves a little bit of scrutiny.
I think it does deserve our interest at the very least.
Is it fun to speculate?
Yes.
Do I wish there was an intergalactic federation of aliens living in the sky invisibly and helping us evolve through?
Biomutation and genetics and helping us ascend consciously.
Yeah.
Who doesn't want that?
Do I think it's real?
No.
But I'm looking into it and I do enjoy having these conversations.
And I think these conversations are healthy to have as we progress.
And I do firmly believe that the people who are not having these conversations are the ones that are going to look insane in a few years.
Something I want to put on your radar as well is October 23rd, James Fox, the filmmaker and director who made Moment of Contact, will be releasing a new film.
Entitled The Program.
James Fox is known for his multiple documentaries regarding UAP, including Moment of Contact, which was one of my favorite documentaries regarding UAP.
It's the story of this crash retrieval that happened in Virginia, Brazil, involving the entire town, dozens, if not hundreds, of witnesses.
The U.S. military was involved, the Brazilian military.
There were cover ups, there were payoffs, there were bodies, there were doctors studying these bodies.
An incredible documentary.
Highly recommend for skeptics and believers alike.
Check it out, moment of contact, but stay tuned for James Fox's latest documentary.
Highly anticipated the program.
We also found out recently that the UAP Disclosure Act had been pushed back yet again, this time by Senator Mitch McConnell.
This Disclosure Act, if passed, would mean that we can look into past UAP events.
And disclose them to the public, much like they would with the JFK assassination.
But until then, we also look forward to the upcoming UAP hearing, but I'll keep you posted as the details unfold.
I look forward to sharing some projects that I'm working on, including a conversation I had with Luigi Venditelli, highly anticipated documentary project about S4 and Bob Lazar.
This is three years in the making.
There's been a lot of teasing, a lot of leading up to this, and I got to sit down with Luigi, but also go to his studio and talk shop.
About Project Gravitor, and that's coming up, so stay tuned for that.
Currently editing that, it should be ready next week.
We've also got a few investigations on the way that will be pretty interesting.
One of which I believe the first one that we will be putting out will be on Hosacro.
And that's it, folks.
I want to leave you with maybe just a final thought.
In the face of skepticism when it comes to the UAP subject or NHIs, I want you to remember that.
Skeptics are skeptics for a reason as well.
I see a lot of animosity between people who don't believe and people who believe, and both sides have very strong opinions.
It is incredibly imperative and important that we remain somewhere in the middle.
Only with that open mind will we attract people to the subject.
Let's not speak in absolutes.
We don't know what's going on.
Let's figure it out together.
Let's ask the right questions.
And let's stop putting each other down for our.
Personal, political, or religious beliefs in the comments.
Leave all that aside.
Let's come together and really discover what's going on.
Whether you're a skeptic, whether you're a believer, let's meet in the middle.
All right.
There's evidence on both sides.
We can agree with that.
Thanks for watching, folks.
Head on over to the Patreon if you guys want some exclusive content there, including we broke down some of Bob Lazar's old footage with a behavioral analyst, Spidey, and we put that on the Patreon last week.
Let's Ask the Right Questions 00:00:36
So if you want to have a look at that, that is there as well as hours and hours of.
Uncut interviews from the documentaries that we've made in the past about remote viewing, about consciousness and out of body experiences.
So, all that is available.
And just remember, if you want to share an encounter or a sighting or a word of encouragement with us, I would suggest to keep it under a minute because it will cut you off.
But you can call us at our 800 number at 8333 Area 52.
That's 8333 Area 52.
And if you're wondering, that little bit at the top of the episode was from a recent caller.
So, thank you for calling in.
We'll see you on the next one.
Peace.
