Outside of court might be two or three hundred dollars an hour, but that amounts up real quick because it takes hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of hours to resolve a legal dispute, to take care of these things.
Now, if you could have the best legal team in your state, in your entire state, the best legal team, the best legal firm in your state, representing you as their very best client because they receive at least a million dollars every month just as a retainer whether you ever need them or not and no other client that they have pays them that much and they know that if they don't represent you as well or better than their best private clients that pay them prepaid legal we'll cut them off
and switch firms and they will lose that million dollars a month just like.
If I was a rapper I could have done a real neat routine.
I'm not.
But that's what that's what happens.
Now imagine this.

So they have to go into public defender's positions.
And then they have to kiss the butt of the judges and the prosecutors and everybody in those courts So that they get good ratings, so that someday, in the future, when they've gained enough legal experience, they might be able to get a legitimate job outside of that system, in a legitimate law firm, and be able to make some decent money.
When I say kiss butt, I'm not kidding.
That's what they do.
They work for the judge and the prosecutor, not for you, even though they called public defender.
And if the judge and the prosecutor and the powers that be in that city have something against you and they don't want you to win, you're not going to win.
You are not going to win unless tremendous public opinion is brought to bear.
That's what we did on this broadcast.
And so we've helped that family.
but imagine for twenty six dollars or less
none of that would have happened to her
and if you think you're immune from all this you better think again if it
happened to you tonight tomorrow morning
the next day you could get in your car
two days from now back out of your driveway and get into a terrible accident
in which someone is killed And if someone is killed, you may find yourself arrested, thrown into jail, and charged with manslaughter or vehicular homicide.
Or, if they thought you did it on purpose, first degree murder, which could carry the death penalty.
If you work in a job anywhere, I don't care where it is, someone could sue you.
Not the company you work for, but you.
For something that you did in the performance of your duty for your company.
Does your company have legal insurance to represent you in that case?
Would your company hire a lawyer to take care of you?
I don't think so.

You wouldn't give the keys to your teenage son or daughter and tell them, you know, yeah, you can take the car, knowing that they're going to go out and maybe drink a six-pack of beer or so.
Or maybe experiment with some drugs.
And if you think your children have never done that and never will do that, you are living in a total delusion.
You have forgotten your own youth.
It is the nature of children to experiment and to rebel.
It's also in the nature of parents to trust their children and think that they're the best in the world.
And that's a mistake.
You have to understand your children are human, like every other child on this earth.
And if, if they get through that period without getting caught, without you knowing about the things that they've done, without any legal problems whatsoever, without any repercussions, then you had better say a prayer of thanks to God and count your lucky stars, because you're one of the luckiest people on the face of this earth.
And if you remember back to your own childhood, you already know that.
I would suspect that a great many women listening to this broadcast had their first child as the result of an encounter in the backseat of a Chevrolet at a drive-in.
You'll never hear one word out of anybody's mouth admitting any of it.

And I don't expect you to.

In light of what the Clinton administration has done to the military might of the United States of America, we have cause to be seriously worried.
And I mean worried like you have never had cause to be worried ever before.
We have regional conflicts developing around the world that have the capability of flaring up all at once in many different portions of the world, which would split up our military forces in such a manner that we would be totally helpless in the face of an onslaught from China.
And this may be the communist, socialist strategy to ultimately bring the United States down to its knees.
In the Southeast Asian area of the world, North Korea is once again rattling sabers and threatening
to once again develop atomic weapons.
Not atomic power, mind you.
Atomic weapons.
They have aligned themselves with Communist China, and they have entered into mutual defense pacts, which means if we were to get in a war with North Korea, Communist China would automatically be brought into it, just like what happened in the Korean War.
Only this time, due to our weakened military forces, there would be no truce on any 17th parallel.
In Asia, India, and Pakistan both have atomic weapons.
They are in a state of almost perpetual conflict and war with each other.
The royal family of Nepal was just murdered.
And the new rulers will align themselves with Communist China.
Which means ain't nobody ever going to go climb Mount Everest ever again.
In the Middle East there has been such turmoil, such hate, such destruction, such death, such vengeance, such retribution,
such murder, such hatred.
More probably than since the original establishment of the State of Israel.
I am absolutely amazed at the restraint Israel has shown recently, because based upon Israel's past performance, they should have already mounted huge, overwhelming military attacks against the Palestinians and their Arab neighbors.
But they have not done so.
Why?
What are they afraid of?
Because that's always been the trademark of Israel in the past, but now they are not doing it.
Even though they have an extreme militant, a man with a history of being an actual terrorist, as a matter of fact, a murderer at the head of their government.
And yet they are doing nothing in retaliation for what's happening to them with all these suicide bomb attacks and mortaring and all kinds of things.
The Palestinians, on the other hand, are becoming more aggressive, less afraid of the state of Israel.
Actually, in your face, defiance!
Arab states around Israel are starting to rattle their swords and say, they're not going to put up with this stuff anymore.
Iran has entered into treaties with Russia.
Iraq has established relationships with Communist China.
Russia is reverting back to the same status quo, at least on an interior basis, as the old Soviet Union, and that can't be far from bringing up another Iron Curtain and establishing another Cold War.
China is our avowed enemy, makes no secret of the fact that the whole purpose of their government is to destroy capitalism, is to destroy the economic system of any nation on the face of this earth that is not communist, and bringing about a communist world government.
In Washington, D.C., They have finally taken over and it's being run by socialists and communists who have exactly the same goals.
Hence the Clinton administration's willingness to give military secrets.
Secrets about our most valuable satellites.
Secrets about our most valuable military weaponry.
Computer circuitry.
guidance systems for intercontinental ballistic missiles to communist China, the nation that
has vowed to destroy us.
To a two-war, two-front stance.
Thank you.
They're too weak.
They're too ill-equipped.
to under-trained, to homosexualized, to womanized.
Basic training and combat infantry training has been so diluted down in order to be politically correct in the fact that they aren't washing out women all the time that they might as well not even train at all.
Equipment doesn't work.
There's not money to buy the necessary spare parts.
Whole divisions are untrained and are unready and actually have been downgraded so that they could not be sent to fight a war under the current laws and regulations.
You'd have to give them special dispensation to send them into a combat area.

And the last subject for tonight, folks, is Timothy McVeigh.
He has put together, I think, three different appeals that I know of during the last week and a half, and all three have been turned down.
All three have been turned down.
Now, in light of the fact that the FBI, the United States government, withheld thousands and thousands of documents that he could have used in his defense, he was denied due process of law, He was denied an adequate defense.
He was denied a proper trial by jury.
Not only that, but the whole thing was unconstitutional.
I want you to listen to me for a moment, folks.
You'll see how far out of line this whole thing has become.
Article 3, section 1, Constitution for the United States of America.
This is section 1, excuse me, section 2.
Article 3, section 2, paragraph 3.
If you have a copy of the Constitution for the United States of America, get it.
Turn to Article 3, Section 2, Paragraph 3.
Listen to me very carefully.
The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury, and such trials shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed.
But when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such places as the Congress may by law have directed."
Let me read that to you once again and you'll see how our whole system has been taken away from and out of the law.
This is the law.
This is the supreme law of the land.
Nothing can conflict with this if we are indeed a lawful, constitutional republic under law.
I've been telling you for many years, they've thrown this document right out the window.
We're under a socialist system where they make up the law as they go along, and because the sheeple are so ignorant and so stupid, they don't even know when the law has been corrupted, when they have been deprived of their rights.
Anyone accused of a crime in this nation shall be tried by jury, and such trials shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed.
But when not committed within any state, the trial shall be at such places as the Congress may by law have directed."
Timothy McVeigh was accused of blowing up a federal building in the state of Oklahoma, in the capital of the state of Oklahoma, in Oklahoma City.
He parked the truck that was supposed to have contained the explosives that they claim blew up the Alfred P. Muir Federal Building on the street which was the property of the city of Oklahoma City and the state of Oklahoma.
Yet his trial was moved to the state of Colorado.
He was tried in the state of Colorado, not by the order of Congress, but by the order of a corrupt, treacherous, unlawful, unconstitutionally acting, under the color of law, federal judge.
Let me read this to you again.

The trial of all crimes, all crimes, all crimes, does that leave you in any state of doubt?

Timothy McVeigh, from the very beginning, was screwed, blued and tattooed outside the law unconstitutionally tried.

In his defense, was withheld from him.
Oh, and I can hear some of you now.
Who cares?
He was guilty!
Blew it up, he admitted it!
You better care, because if they can do it to him, they can do it to you, they can do it to your mother, they can do it to your father, your sister, your brother, your aunt, your uncle, your neighbor, anybody that they want to do it to.
It's called denial of due process.
It's called unconstitutional actions under the color of law to screw somebody that they don't like.
Or that they want to make sure can't defend themselves.
And then, on top of that, they withhold all of the evidence.
Not 100 pages.
Not 500 pages.
Not a thousand pages, not two thousand. Thousands and thousands of pages of interviews with witnesses,
documentation of investigation, photographs, videotapes, you name it.
Withheld from his defense to make sure that he was convicted.
This is not the United States of America defined by the Constitution for the United States of America, and thus it
is not my country.
And I owe it no allegiance, and neither does anyone anywhere in this nation owe these traitorous, subversive,
communist bastards any allegiance whatsoever.
In case you don't know it, the nation That is the Constitution for the United States of America.
That is the nation.
It defines it.
It limits it.
It gives it some limited powers, and it restricts tons and tons of other powers to make sure that it does not do the things that it has been caught red-handed doing lately.
Within the last 25 years, and within the last 10 years, Blatantly, boldly, in our face, under the color of law, unconstitutionally, without any justification, jurisdiction, or lawful authority whatsoever.
We owe no allegiance to this government.
It is not our government.
Our government is in this document.
Our government would have tried Timothy McVeigh in the state of Oklahoma as the Constitution dictates.
Our government would have turned over to his defense attorneys every single piece of evidence that they had in order to give him a fair chance at a fair defense, whether he's guilty or not.
That's the American way.
His attorneys are not on his side and I'm going to tell you why right now.
Within the last week and a half, he has submitted three appeals for stay of execution and they have all been denied.
The law of the federal government says that when that happens, if you have submitted an appeal for a stay of execution and it has been denied, Then you can send a two-page request.
You don't even have to cite any law whatsoever.
It just cannot be bigger than two pages.
And all you have to do is just request a stay of execution to any, any Supreme Court Justice of the United States of America.
You do not have to submit the appeal to the Supreme Court, but to any Supreme Court Justice There are nine Supreme Court Justices, and such an appeal for a stay of execution based upon denial of appeal by the lower courts should have been submitted to each and every single Supreme Court Justice sitting on the United States Supreme Court by Timothy McVeigh's attorneys
As a matter of due process, whether or not he wants them to do it, they are under obligation by law to do it.
They have not done it.
If they had done it, within two days, one of those Supreme Court justices would have issued a stay of execution for
120 days pending appeal.
to the United States Supreme Court.
His attorneys have not done it and thus are in violation of the rules of the bar, their oath as attorneys, their position as officers of the court, and as the attorneys in defense of Timothy McVeigh.
They have violated everything that they have ever been taught and everything that should have ever been done.
They are not on his side.
They are there working to make sure that that man is executed on Monday night.
And when he's executed, the secret of who really blew up that building goes with him And if nobody else ever talks, nobody else is ever really going to know the truth.
And if you are one of those people in Oklahoma City that's screaming for revenge and you're not going to be happy until Timothy McVeigh is killed, you're just as bad as he is.
Because that was his reasoning that he stated publicly is that he did it in revenge for the deaths that the federal government committed against the people of the Branch Davidian at Waco.
Now, if there's something wrong with his seeking revenge for the federal government's massacre,
murder of those people at Waco, Texas, then your thirst for revenge and blood is equally
as bad, and in my estimation, you should be rounded up and tried for the murder of Timothy
McVeigh and sent off to your own death chamber.

I'm not trying to save Timothy McVeigh from the due process of the law.
He has not had any due process of the law.
He was denied a defense.
He was told by the judge exactly what he could use in his defense and what he could not.
And I'm telling you right now, when you go into a court and you're charged with a crime, it should be up to you.
What your defense is, and it should not be restricted whatsoever, it should be for the jury to judge.
The judge sitting on that bench is supposed to be an arbiter, an arbiter of procedure to make sure that a fair trial takes place.
If the judge is going to determine the defense of the defendant, Then it should be the judge who is on trial!
This is not the United States of America defined in the Constitution for the United States of America.
This is not any nation that I have any allegiance to.
I owe nothing to this traitorous Subversive, lying, under color of law, socialist, communist government that occupies our capital in Washington, D.C.
And neither do you.
Neither do you.
See, I believe in the law.
I believe in the law.
I believe in the Constitution.
I believe that if Timothy McVeigh were given due process under law, and all the evidence, and all the statements, and all the witness interviews, and everything was made available to his defense attorneys, and the jury convicted him, and he was sentenced to death, that he should be put to death!
But he was denied.
And if they can do that to him, They can do that to me.
They can do that to you.
In fact, they already did it to me.
They already did it to me.
I know what it feels like to be denied due process.
I know what it feels like to be railroaded, to be lied about.

And all of you listening are going to have to make a choice.
Are you going to side with the communist traitors in Washington, D.C.?
Or with the militias who will fight and give their lives to restore constitutional Republican government under law?

And if you're a member of the military, or you're a police officer, or you're some agent for some agency,
and you've been experiencing all this power of operating under the color of law all this time,
you better sit down and think about it.

Because you're either going to get back in line with the law, Are you going to be arrested and tried for treason?
Are you going to be killed?
It's not up to me to decide these things.
It's up to you.
I just know by studying what has happened throughout the history of the world that those are the choices you have.

Nor will I sit on the tribunal that reads her knitting.
Nor will I decide your fate.
I'm just telling you what I know from my study of history.
Your fate is sealed.
And only you can loosen that seal and change your fate.
Whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever your position is, if you have been an active subversive agent of our Constitution for the United States of America or the Constitution for your state, if you have taken away the rights of people Within your pretended or actual jurisdiction, you're in grave danger.
And you'd better start rethinking your whole life.
Because there's not much time left.
When the people reach the point where they are sick and tired of it and there is no point of return, they will rise up with gun in hands and they will hang you from the nearest lamppost.
And even if I stood in the midst of them and tried my best to prevent it from happening, they would probably hang me too.
And that's the truth.
I think all of you in public positions had better start reading a little bit of history.
In fact, if I were you, I'd read a lot of it.
I would specifically concentrate on what happens to people in your position when you have oppressed and screwed over and robbed and murdered and stolen From people until they reach the point where they will not accept it ever happening ever again.
At that point, you will be able to read, not from me telling you, but from the actual annals of history, what is going to happen to you.
What the people themselves will do to you.
In a state of chaos, no one has control.
And once that chaos is brought under control, there will be tribunals set up who will take the place of the anger of the people, to mollify the anger of the people, to restore order.
the people will demand some blood and by Goddy it's going to be your blood that flows.
I particularly recommend reading about the French Revolution.
Revolution.
And for those of you who have aspirations of being the leaders of a revolution, I'm telling you right now, you better read what happened in France to the ones who led France through that revolution.
And you had better stop thinking of revolution and start thinking of restoration of constitutional Republican government or your heads will roll along with all of those Whom you judged and whose head you rolled.
