I'm William Cooper, according to William Jefferson Quentin, the most dangerous radio host in America.
I promised you that I would never let you forget what happened beginning on Sunday, February the 28th, 1993, and I meant it.
the 28th, 1993, and I meant it. You never, ever heard this on Rush Limbaugh or any other
radio or television broadcast.
Thank you.
Listen very carefully and never, ever forget it.
Early Sunday morning, February the 28th, 1993, Americans sat stunned as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Guns blazing raided a church known as the Branch Davidian just outside a Texas town named Wake Up.
We were told that the State Department had learned from a foreign source that the congregation led by David Koresh was going to commit mass suicide.
The source later turned up to be the head of the Australian branch of the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai I broadcast an appeal to Americans asking for volunteers to travel to Waco and stand unarmed between the church and the government forces.
I warned that unless stopped, the government would murder all of the church members.
That same night, our station, WWCR, was burned to the ground.
The government bolstered the VATF forces with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Military units, including tanks and armored personnel carriers, helicopter gunships, and a military psychological warfare unit.
Annie, Pooh, and I went first to South Texas to visit my parents, while members of the Intelligence Service tried in vain to find a pilot with a helicopter who would drop me at the front door of the church at Mount Carmel.
Unable to accomplish that plan, we drove to Waco and began broadcasting from the scene.
While in Waco, I saw Linda Thompson for the first time.
She was standing in a parking lot, dressed in her old army fatigues, waving a rifle over her head in a vain attempt at mustering the militia.
Fifty-one days after the siege began, it ended in flames.
No one really knows Exactly how many people died during this period of conflict?
Estimates range from 93 to over 100.
The government claims to have recovered 86 bodies of men and women, including at least 17 children, from the ashes.
They were, indeed, murdered.
This incident has become known as the Waco Massacre.
And it must never happen again.
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost, but now am found, was blind but now I see.
What grace there was, my heart to fear, and grace to fear.
Just a little less than four years ago, right after the conflagration at Mark Caramello in Waco, Texas, the murder of all of those inside the church known as the Branch Davidian.
Listen very carefully and never, ever forget what happened in that city.
After it was all over, the citizens of Waco, Texas, the good, wonderful citizens of Waco,
Texas, many of them Christians, many of them called themselves good people, erected a billboard
on the side of the highway thanking the FBI and the BATF for bringing all that money to
Waco, Texas.
The billboard was a symbol of the good people of Waco, Texas.
The billboard was a symbol of the good people of Waco, Texas.
We've always came to see your face than when we first begun.
Amazing grace, the sea or sound, that they all wish might be. I love the
land, for I love my land.
I love the land, for I love my land.

I want to establish a link with you and some folks at ATF, okay?
Okay?
Okay.
Okay.
All right?
All right?
All right.
All right. Stand by. Just a minute. Let me see if I can do that.
Stand by. Just a minute. Let me see if I can do that.
Stand by.
Stand by.
All right.
Stand by.
I'm going to give him a call.
Now, through this, if you're going to ATF, I can't tell you which.
Okay.
I've got Wayne on the phone.
Okay.
He's calmed down a little bit.
Wayne on the phone.
He's calmed down a bit.
All right.
We've got a call.
Let's see what you have on the line.
We call 744-897.
Now, that's the number on your data there, Leader.
I've got all the numbers.
That's a mobile phone, 744-897.
744-897.
770-897-688.
Well, can I ask you to declare your name?
Hold on, here it is.
You hear it?
Yeah, here it is.
What's happening now?
I can't figure it out.
Wayne, just calm down.
There's no time.
I've asked to place him in and get you wounded.
I can't see him.
Yeah, I know what I mean.
There will be four of you coming in.
We want to know which side y'all are going to come in on.
Okay.
So, I don't know.
There are people out there.
He said there's one.
Those at the TV3.
Uh, the Ranger.
Okay.
He's doing another time.
When?
I think we should talk to Wayne.
Well, the people in there were here, but I'm assuming they won't tell me where they are.
Okay.
I'm assuming they're inside the main building.
I'm not saying that he is the leader, he's just one dead and three injured.
Now, take it from me, I've talked with Nathan and all the brothers and daughters and other
injuries, and he had done the work that I wanted him to have.
I'm going to just check out here.
He's talking to Wayne.
Wayne's on the other line, he's upset, he said people are moving in on him.
So Wayne, there's three other people moving in on him.
Oh, you got people moving in on him?
Yeah, there's people moving in on him.
So you're telling me somebody up there is going to come and do something like that?
What we're trying to do is get a permit, I think, and I want to get off that set.
I'll get off the radio too, for you guys.
All right, can we keep this line open for us here?
You got it, we're not going to hang up right now.
Okay, all right, let me get back to him and see if I can help you.
Okay, you talked to both Wayne and Nathan, I guess.
Wayne said there's three other people down and one was injured.
Okay.
You're even saying that you're going to send Wayne out.
Yeah, Nathan wants to talk to us, I'm trying to get him to, that's why I gave the number to H.S. to make one of your
teams can give him a call.
He's real upset, he said he wanted to talk to you.
Right now, Wayne is the one on the cover, too.
Right now, Wayne is the one that's going on the TV.
He's got a little relationship.
Okay, can you go back to the whole computer?
You're on the line.
All right, keep the line open, I'm going back to Wayne now.
Okay, I'll send back to you.
Okay.
We need you in contact for a 20 year gas year.
You're in contact with our union.
You're in contact with one of them.
Yes, sir.
Let me double-check that.
I'm out there.
Let me check and hold on.
Jeff, did you get one man already?
Did we get one man already?
We've got no communication with our people right now.
All right, Jeff.
We've got to come and hold on for a minute.
Okay, Jeff.
That's right.
Hold on.
We're having more communication problems out in the field, so I don't know.
I'm not there.
Stand by while I try to reestablish a contact.
Okay?
Stand by.
Let me know as soon as you do something that doesn't help.
I'm going to go ahead and get the other one.
Okay.
You know, people are talking to Steve.
Yeah, good experience.
I haven't heard of him.
I may have to talk to Steve.
I'm not sure if he wants to talk to him.
Yeah, we talked to him.
We all know who he was.
We had him on the other line, but he's up there with the final season of Wayne Tomey
Stadium.
He's standing.
And he does a good job there.
That's the man that's critical.
And we can't, we can't establish a link with him because of our communications.
It's whether or not the lab moves along.
But we still have the one that's in critical condition.
Now, is Steve back in contact with ATF?
Okay.
He has changed the rules here somewhat, Wayne, from what you and I agreed on.
Let's get everybody together again and re-establish so that everyone knows and we don't get some more people hurt, okay?
Please advise me, and don't change it from one person to the next without advising me so that I can advise myself, okay?
Well, you've got it the same way, Wayne.
I think it's a good story.
Who am I talking to?
Say hi, Wayne.
Hi.
How's your living, kid?
No, no fine.
Say, how's your living?
Well, I think I'll be fine.
Wayne, tell him.
I'm back, Wayne.
I'm on the property.
You got him on the property now?
Yeah.
Okay.
Okay, I'm holding, sir.
Hold up a minute.
You're a senior division warrior.
Hold up, kid.
Okay, I'll call you.
Okay.
We've got five guys down, moving down here.
Those five guys, the ones who are down, they're moving.
Okay, get Kenny King on the end.
Let's end up Kelvin.
Okay, go ahead, Wayne.
Okay.
Okay, that's fine, yeah.
Good.
Okay, go ahead and get Andy.
See you in about just a minute.
Hold on, hold on.
All right, let's do the shaking.
Bring a cot, put him on there and carry him out.
Okay, this crowd, four guys.
Come here.
All right, Wayne, four guys are coming in to get the guy that's down.
All right, I'll let you know when they start to move.
Are you with me, Wayne?
Okay.
So Jeff, three of you and me.
Yeah.
Okay?
We've got five wounded people.
Okay.
Okay.
One of whom is wounded pretty badly, okay?
The four that are fighting wounded will be the four guys we need to get out of here.
Oh, that guy is really bad.
Okay.
All five are going to go ahead to a tree.
Okay.
Make sure they cut the head line nice.
Okay.
Hold on, get your hands to the window.
Why is your sensor not active?
Did you just allow the ambulance?
We got an ambulance coming in to get these people.
Okay, not an ambulance.
Yeah.
All right, stand by, let me correct that.
No ambulance, no ambulance.
No ambulance.
Okay.
I'm from downtown Laco, Texas.
Oh, you're downtown.
Okay.
So, what's up with your, uh, taking that conversation?
It's a conversation that is being taken, right?
The lady down here in this back area is being taken.
Okay, they're being taken.
Good.
Thank you.
Uh, let me tell you, he is making a check now.
Okay.
He's going to see if they will let medical supplies in.
They do.
The criticals still aren't refusing any help.
That's the critical we keep checking.
The critical will refuse any help.
Wayne has not refused any help.
Is that right?
Yeah.
Okay.
Maybe we can work on him a little bit.
Look Wayne, I know that there may not be a chink in the rack because of the engine,
but you need to make it kind of think for him if there are loose screws when you're
down here.
Okay.
I'll send you that.
It'll be a trick there.
Okay.
He seems to be a favorable presentation that can be over to you.
I think he is so far.
Whenever you get any kind of an argument in the background, let me know.
That way I can get a name down on who you are and who you're going to be talking to.
Okay.
All right.
All right.
Good.
I'm here.
Go ahead.
Give me your account.
Okay.
you We don't want anything from your country.
You don't want any help from us?
Please let us help you, Wayne.
If you've got serious people, we've got medical people out here, let's take care of them.
Let's don't let someone, you know, pass and not because they didn't get help, okay?
Well, I was gonna tell you, but I don't want your help.
Why?
I'm just asking you.
Okay, okay.
So, what'd you want?
Because... You know, they need to... Do you have anybody that's really seriously worried?
Do you have anyone to do your hair?
You know, so we can make some plans.
I don't know.
I haven't seen them.
Okay.
Alright.
Let's get him some help.
Don't let someone lay there that needs help, okay?
I'm worried about them needing some type of medical supply.
Do you need anything?
Are you okay?
You're okay?
Can you get by?
You're okay?
Okay, tell me.
What do I need to realize?
Go ahead.
Everybody here's in danger.
Yes, that's correct.
Yes, sir.
That's correct.
And you and I were possible for a lot of lives, okay?
And so far, we're doing the right thing, okay?
Yes.
Okay?
I hope, you know, you got your wounded out of there.
We did get the window because you worked with me.
That's the only way.
You and I got it done, okay?
And I couldn't have done it without you, and you know that.
I appreciate that.
Now what we gotta do is move forward, okay?
And we are, we've got a lot of responsibility hanging on us right now.
So let's make this thing work, okay?
Okay!
Alright.
Hey, we'll check on the medical again.
Please, because don't let someone lay there.
Some child or some lady that needs, you know, help that we can get to.
We'll work out a security arrangement so that, so that there's, you know, we're not exposed and you're not exposed.
Talk to Steve or talk to David or whoever else is there that you need to talk to.
Well, I can tell you now they're not going to leave this property.
Nobody wants you to leave.
They don't want to leave.
It's not my decision.
I understand.
All right, there's a decision.
Is it David's decision?
No, it's not.
Okay.
Each man is making his own decision.
Oh, yeah, each man's making his own decision.
That's understandable.
Not that I'm a diner.
No, don't let someone die.
Good night.
And if you can sleep God bless you all.
Good night, Andy Poole and Allison.
I love you.
And God have mercy upon our souls.
Tomorrow night, part two.
You've been listening to an anniversary program.
Welcome to an anniversary remembrance broadcast of the Waco massacre, the 911 case.
Part 2 will not be tomorrow, nor will it be next week, but for quite a while now you're going to be hearing broadcasts specifically on the criminal, unconstitutional, Nazi-Jet-booted thugs of the Internal Revenue Service, right up to and including April the 15th.
If you can't produce a law that was passed by Congress, making you liable to file and pay the income tax, and you still do it, then you're nothing but a subversive coward And you deserve exactly what happens to you.
This is the United States of America.
We don't pay because someone tells us to.
We pay because it's the law.
I challenge you.
Find the law that requires you to file and pay any income tax.
And if you can't do that, and you still file, You're just a miserable little sheeple coward.
That's the truth.
That's what you're going to be hearing on this broadcast every night from now on, up until and including April the 15th.
And if you work for the IRS, you're nothing but a scum-sucking, subversive, Nazi, jack-booted,
Gestapo thug, preying upon your fellow Americans under the color of law, with no authority,
no morals, no morals.
No ethics.
You are nothing.
one episode of the Hour of the Times for the next month, folks.
If you do, you're going to regret it.
and help spread the news that we are now live on the Internet.
I'm going to play a little bit of the music.
My mama done told me when I was in need of hands.
