Time Text
So, I'm going to go ahead and start the recording. So, I'm going to go ahead and start the recording.
Okay, I have one question.
The question is, when did he file, when did he plan not, or when did he plan to voluntarily withdraw from the system?
We're going to have to see these later in today. We're going to have to see these later in today. Before we move
on, just a couple of reflections.
I think that's a very long shot of questions that have been asked. I think that's one of the most interesting kinds of
questions.
With all due respect, I'm Kyle.
I'm out of the 40s.
I'm on my 31 now.
And what I'm asking for is the document 6209.
Are you clear with the 6209 document?
Is that something that we can put in on your site?
Because from what I understand, that would be instructions to the site for the COVID.
All I can tell you is I don't think that's right.
All I can tell you is I don't think that's right.
And I understand for those that are against using the Freedom of Information Act that
it can be obtained.
I think also there are one or two publishers around the country that have copies of them
I think also there are a lot of these publishers around the country that have copies of them
so it's fair.
for sale.
I also understand that in many cases people have a tough time with the Freedom of Information
I also understand that in many cases people have a tough time with a bit of information
Act request getting that manual.
I request getting that manual, but I think it is a very good thing.
I have to tell you I got a nice copy.
Does anyone here have a copy of Tixie Hill?
I have wonderful ones for them.
I was doing one of the other copies for Starfish.
The gentleman there will provide you with a 6209 microgram universal print.
And in his email I have the hard disk drive with four of those copies of 6209.
There is a 6209 for the one I just showed you.
We will attempt to print 6209 on the site.
The government can send you that and provide you with a compact version.
One of the people who helped with the processing, I have found that it is incredibly difficult
to use computers or to use a machine.
I was paying for a language and language problem that I don't recall the name of, which was
the activity code, Starbucks only, so it is an auto checking manufacturer in the Virgin
Islands who also runs drugs.
So one wonders what that exactly is that they are attempting to process.
So we will just wait a minute and ask those questions until we have evidence from the
IRS of this fraudulent entry.
We are going to be going to file.
Thank you.
Oh, there's a shirt on it over here that Sam has sitting there.
If we could have someone go under that table, there are some small boxes, empty boxes, put those out.
And put one over here in front of this table, and maybe one over here.
Do your very best.
Before you leave here today, write a large sketch.
Sacrifice a little.
Write the largest sketch you can write.
Just a project title.
Put it in these spots.
We have a separate program, Granite, that we'd like you to participate in.
But today, we're over here.
That's great.
I'm going to go ahead and do it again.
We want to tell you that there is a lot of talent going on.
We need to excite you now, very quickly.
The reason we're saying that is to keep it down, instead of on the rise.
We want it on the rise.
We can do better than that.
The first thing I'm going to do is interject because I don't know how to defend myself.
That's me.
Can you let me know how many people are on your website?
A couple of guys in this room.
A couple of guys He runs the CTO, his name is Edward Braun.
Is he still here?
He's a CEO of Electronics Transaction Systems Corp.
ETF Corporation.
He's offering to me, the people, online processes of reading the Mass in Christ, the New Testament, and Christ,
the Lamb King for them.
And I guarantee you that they will all learn by reading him, through the same records of hundreds of years.
And we have thousands of pieces of information about him, and we have a number of pieces,
but we find the things out there, find the comments, and get to the truth.
But he's offering to make this service available to us at a cost of nothing to pretend.
So, online.
you So they can do anything that we may or have to say on their behalf.
And that normally can underline the cost associated with these kinds of sciences.
And so, I think that's a good point.
I think that's a good point.
I personally don't feel that the questions need to be answered individually.
I think it's a personal business decision, and a personal business that we should ask ourselves, not in the end.
You want to educate yourself, even though you do that as an offense.
You want to have three rules, like the rules of real estate and the implication of real estate.
You have to educate, educate, educate, and it's got to be in you, not in somebody else, not in what I say, not in what I do, not in what any one of you out there does.
you've got to come up with your own decision and your own reason for it.
Personally, I do not file an income tax.
If you look at my social security record, which I just received in the mail compliments
of our government the other day, you'll find that since 1980 there's an incredible number
of zeros.
Now, it wasn't because I was so smart and knew what I was doing.
It was because I was darn cool about it, quite frankly.
I was doing some things that I now know were not correct and were not the proper things to do.
But each one of you has got to take your knowledge, your research, not somebody else's, not the Foundation's knowledge, not Kripak's knowledge.
It's got to be yours.
You've got to verify it, and then make your own decisions, irrespective of what you're doing.
If you decide to continue your practice, I understand.
If you decide not to pay any taxes because of the legal rationale or reasoning that you're using, I apologize.
But it's a personal decision.
It's a decision you have to make for yourself.
And nobody else's action is really important to that decision.
But, you know, I'll ask you in a minute, right?
I've got two more.
I'm going to make sure I'm done.
Thank you.
Mike and I agree we're going to move on.
So we believe we'll be able to follow up on the importance of how the IRS crackdown has
been not directed, but rather how it's been used.
And I think that's a good point.
I think that's a good point.
They made that announcement, and it was indicated to David K. Johnson at the time that they were going to do that beginning last Monday, so there's no way to figure it out.
But we'll be supporting them in their tribulations.
As you may remember, as part of Project TOTO, there's a desire, an intent, to create and develop a legal support system not only for you, a regular patient at home, very successful program, not only for the patient at home, but for the entire society.
So that is very much a part of the TOTO, the Project TOTO plan.
What is the best way to introduce friends, family, etc.
to Project Shadow and overcome their mindset regarding their fear of the IRS?
Um, hopefully they'll, you know, it's a strange thing.
If people see it in print, they think it's more perfect.
You know, we've had a lot of people respond to their first day by telling their peers.
Every time you see something like that in print, they see it on television, in print, it somehow becomes more, uh, straddled and acceptable.
But also, we will have the entire presentation on our website very soon, along with the downloadable file, the text of the USA Today ad, in color, partially background, as we did with the first ad.
And the same thing happens now, what happened back then.
Many, many people around the country, we in Columbia, are very, very safe.
And we have a person who downloaded that file and wrote it in a local newspaper
and have a chip in the community and raised some money to run it in a local newspaper.
And also, many folks have very, very important to be heard about in their communities,
but they can do that by downloading the file, taking it to their printer,
or they can just send it to them from Mass and Mail where you copy it.
By the way.
Is David, can you tell me if he's still here?
David?
I believe the board is on call.
All right, David's not here.
I don't see him now, so we won't ask the question of who it is here.
The question I have to address is, because we get misdirected calls to us, I think, every week, the Lynn Merritt Civil Farms of Needle People Foundation.
Lynn Merritt's Needle People organization is an entirely separate organization.
It has absolutely no connection with our organization.
And Laura, do we have any connection with Jerry Brown?
We've had a few people I've been saying as well before we started this conference.
Can you hear me?
Can you hear me now?
Can you hear me?
Yes, the rest of them has a question that we're giving to, quickly, for an answer.
We will be providing the wrong questions in the interview.
I post them on the website very soon.
The rest of them has a quick way to answer, but we're going to move on.
The question was, does Sasol contact him?
Yes, Tony, our young Sasol producer, has a doctor and has a brother named Tony.
They've never been in contact with us.
A lot of them are asking for their copies.
Copy of that will be videotaped on the third part of the conference.
And we talked to Ted Gallagher, actually I know he's doing one in Calhoun, and he was very receptive.
He sent an email to me with all those indications, and he would take it personally into the And, um, I was going to ask him, uh, if he could come and, uh, speak to us.
My wife told me yesterday that, uh, She noticed that she might have blown that car.
Not that we all agree on that, but it's sad.
Apparently, he did call Russell Connolly to get his psychologist enough to be able to determine if it was an accident.
We don't know what this one was like, but I'm sure she was... could make it what it was looking like.
That's all we know.
Okay.
From here, now I'm going to send a chat.
Um, there is a sheet, a single sheet in your packet that's called Project TOTO, what we can do to help.
And, uh, there we provide an address for checks.
And we also provide information for a broader training service.
So if you need a specialist, Project TOTO first.
The account number and the documents are just there.
The answer to make this announcement is that the account number and the documents are just there.
to make this announcement.
Would you announce that copies of Martha Rose's report are outside, as well as a letter which she wants to send to IRS Commissioner DeSalle, seeking signatures?
Okay, I understand there's about 75 copies of Martha Rose's research.
Ask if we'll use them.
I think it was quite, I can tell you this, I don't, and a lot, I shouldn't be feeling that pretty negatively about David K. Johnson.
He's not here to respond, but I found it quite offensive that David, in the morning of the
14th of November, the 18th, author of The Mayor's Sons, discovered what Rock and Rose
had said.
He referred to him as nothing more than a medical transcriptionist, a man who had been
in the hospital for a long time.
He was a doctor.
I found it quite offensive because he had a one-man job in mind.
Clearly, he was able to read, comprehend, and done a pretty decent job of researching and reporting.
And he did a very decent job, very well-known work on the U.S.
Supreme Court's investigative.
Clearly, that's a one-man job in his lifetime.
And I don't know about you, but you have a good job.
Okay, so can I say please?
Okay, um... Bob?
Yes?
Did you hear Mr. Johnson?
I asked him if he thought everybody was a little bit of a stack of cheese.
And he said, well, he's clear.
He's a little bit of a stack of cheese.
You can't say anything about it.
You don't know how many calories you're eating.
That's the most clothing you can have.
Right.
Yeah, okay.
You got it.
God bless you.
I'm going to say this, because this is a good thing, when you're seeing that kind of thing,
I think it's so crucial that I mention that I have this opinion as a human being, that by all our attempts and advances, attempts and advances, attempts, everybody's attempts to get the government to address these issues, and how non-responsive they've been, none of that came out of his eyes.
I said, well, um, but I did say to him in that interview, I said, David, you seem to
be taking the place of the federal government here.
You are saying that most people are looking to have some arguments in opposition that
you are correct, that you've offered all of these opportunities of opposition to the researchers.
And I said, well, you, because you have a tribalized agenda of whether we agree or disagree
here.
The tribal government won't agree.
You do that.
He identified himself as a reporter for the Congress for some 30 years and a member of
a tax, tax-exploited, very familiar with all the issues.
Um, that's what, that's why I said this is his willingness to refer to people like, you
know, the tax chiefs and, and try to get them to refer to them as tax chiefs without offering
any result of some of their arguments that they were hearing.
Because you never have when anyone's in the race.
Right.
Um.
I'm going to say he was strong, but, uh, that's at the end of the line.
Apparently, here's one for $5,000.
Thank you very much.
Okay.
You know, I'd like to move on with the next design on our schedule.
I was distracted with the employers or the former IRS agents who said I should have been on the agenda.
So I tried to understand what was wrong with the way I was being shown this information.
So we speak for 10 minutes of each with everybody in the room.
That they were concerned about Patrick's headline.
That they might share with us in terms of their experiences with the IRS.
And we started up to talk to them to address the issues that they and others had for me.
So let's hear from the employers, those who are willing to take the verse.
And we're going to learn.
And I recall reading about employers over the last two years.
And the areas that I began to read about and hear about.
And the first thought of course was David Fox is the smarter employer.
David, you have something you'd like to say.
Yes, Tom, did you force me into it? I guess I'll try.
Some of you remember the statement that I made with location downtown a few months back.
I'll make it again because I'd like to see the reaction on the face.
I was welcome.
He comes out as well.
It's just the way it's written.
Now he's made up his mind.
I've spent a lot of years in my life not understanding it.
Spent a lot of years helping our government, who I fought and raised up on the cliff line up in Michigan, to trust and believe.
Our government would never do anything to us, like I said to others, like others have said to others.
Just as many of you are in this government as we are.
Three things I want to point out to you.
I've briefly touched on this before, but it's a real state of the art.
Educate, educate, educate.
And it's yourself that has to be educated first.
Time to time.
Make the effort.
I don't believe a word that I don't believe a word that anybody says.
Read this reference, Larkin's report.
As much as I've studied this issue, I would not try to read, do that report if you will.
It's an excellent document.
But I would take that document and I would go to a law lecture and I would look it up.
Take the reference, look up the research, put it in your heart and mind.
Put it in Larkin's report and put it in your mind and call it true.
The credit is due.
Dr. Larkin, comment.
First of all, tomorrow afternoon I'm going to be playing the seven-year-old guy, and we're going to run him up on the bed, and he's going to watch that movie.
Yes.
Well, I remember, because I had five children, and our seven-year-old was the Since the daughter of my daughter has passed away, I need a doctor.
So I'm starting to send in new families, and I'm looking at that.
I heard great information.
But that's the real issue.
The children and the grandchildren are dying as well.
I could have taken that shot two years ago.
I'm going to be here. I'm going to be here. I'm going to be here. I'm going to be here.
I'm going to be here. I'm going to be here.
I'm going to be here. I'm going to be here.
If every one of them in our cities and villages in Hamlet's world would come, tile back the curtains to the west, dog-leather could see what's on the wall.
And watch what would happen to this planet.
There's something here that is so colorful that it's mind-boggling as far as descriptions are concerned.
Every one of you can participate, whether it's dollars, whether it's action, whether it's just simply sharing
the knowledge that you gained and what is there.
Let's talk about who we're going with.
And I'm talking about Dave and his company specifically, not just as everybody else, but everybody else
going to be able to tag along if they would like.
We've got some new items out there.
There's been a recent discovery, at least to me anyway, of section 7343 in the code.
Everybody wants to write this one down and do some research.
People have asked me, why are you willing to speak out?
Why are you willing to stand up and talk?
After all, what is it?
Seventy-two or something says that, you know, that you can inspire people out of government and we can grow your business.
Now, it's a theorem.
It's a theorem, a statute, that we all realistically should have.
But if you look at 7343, and I'm not going to tell you why it's the answer, because I'm going to tell you where to look.
If you look at 7343, it treats the legislative history of that.
If you look at 7343, it defines a person.
A person, when you read that, under the code, Well, the purpose of this chapter is a person that sounds like you, and you, and me.
Gee, why am I doing this?
I sound like one of those persons that can be put in jail.
Go look up the legislative history of the thing.
You'll find there are nine definitions of the word person.
Your homework assignment.
Figure it out.
Send me an email.
You'll find stuff that's very amazing, and I can stand here because of what I know about
that and talk to anybody.
I can come straight out on the floor with people all over the country to do that.
We have used that information in a group that I work with very closely to literally stop
and make them some new tracks.
We don't know if that caused it, because nobody ever saw it yet.
But upon receiving it, the U.S.
Attorney has stopped the invasion process for individuals, for housing at this point in time.
So, he sent me a very short activity report under the previous corporate law.
And it appears that we have overturned this thing a certain time.
We don't have to wait.
As soon as we've gotten results, they'll be posted and there'll be a report out for everybody to see.
But for me personally, with what I know at this point in time, I have no fear of conspiring with any argument.
I'm not afraid of violating the 10th Amendment by any chance, because it's not one of the 9 rules.
So look it up and see what you think.
So I'll use the issue of 1.8.17 of the Constitution, the jurisdictional issue.
Quite frankly, wearing my blue jacket, compliments of Bob that he sent to me,
I've worn that into a number of IRS office meetings.
That always hits a pencil in the eye when I say it's funny.
When we have raised the jurisdictional issue, we need a process totally off-guard
for the government to respond to it, or they have no response.
And it's been a very interesting thing.
I've never had it done tested in my life.
I can't talk about this, but there's a court case already in the country
that is breaching that issue.
There's so far the government has not studied it very well.
They have not responded to the issue.
In fact, I'm afraid that it's stopped there.
I don't know the outcome.
I'm sure it's not going to be for months yet before we're done, but it's already in the courts at this point in time.
Let me talk about what my company is doing.
In support of Project Soda, in support of We The People, We are taking, what do you call it?
We normally would have an attorney on staff who would handle our contract work and our various things that we would need an attorney on a business standpoint.
Here's my plan, and I'll say this, it's still a plan, it's not a reality yet.
Here's my plan to put four attorneys on staff.
Those four attorneys will spend the excess time So, Appreciate a Paper starts to do everything that we've learned in the last 20 or 30 years or whatever, and re-evaluates everything from Appreciate a Paper's impact.
Once we have that something that we feel is a supportable, brief document, et cetera,
we will publish it and give it to the people the rights to reproduce it any way that they want to,
as we please their hand.
The process that we're going to go through, number one, I'm from the Tampa Bay area, Florida.
We hired US District Court judges who live in Minnesota who heard about what we're up to.
And I've asked if they could come in and sit on the bench in the non-trial that we're going to be holding.
But we're going to take an issue and put two attorneys on one side, two attorneys on the other side,
and let's hear the issue apart on any way that we can.
The goal is very simple.
I want IRS to know every tool that the body has got available.
And once we've got these documents ready to issue their opinions, Good, bad, or indifference, we're going to publish the transcripts of the non-trials, so that anybody can look at it and see an idea.
Some people have told me I'm foolish to tell them what we're up to, but I think having the knowledge and being part of the soul of God, the appropriate God is real.
That we'll find out when the judge makes his decision.
Those things are happening.
I have thousands of clients in my company.
One of the cornerstone things that's going to happen for media and newspaper, the monthly newspaper, is going out to them as a tax plan.
We're going to publish the various functions that relate to our people, as to what we see, what's happening.
Remember that we've already reversed 2.3 million in gross wages, quote unquote, in 1099 and W-2.
And the people of New Jersey know why I'm not sending them those documents.
What I can't talk about other than pensioners is that I've just reversed over $20 million
for this 1099 care company.
That filing is in process right at this moment.
Thank you.
If you haven't figured it out, employers are somewhat reluctant to stand up and be counted.
Let me close with this.
I did simply because of the grandchildren.
I want to leave this better country than my parents left me.
I'm not calling them my parents, but I want to leave a better country than what all of
us got from leaving.
I'm calling them my parents.
and all the other people that was involved in putting this magnificent symposium together.
It's the fifth symposium, I think, in an ongoing series.
And I would like to say that the first four meetings, if you will, were held in important countries.
Washington District of Columbia. But this meeting, this fifth meeting, is here in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Our country.
My name is Henson Cannon, and I'm the CEO and founder of El Paso Classics, which is located in Bedford, Texas.
I've asked the IRS plenty of questions on various parts of the laws.
Oh, that's my congressman, who incidentally is not here today.
He's been invited.
So I consider myself kind of a delegate here from Texas.
And I'd like to introduce you to a few other people that I also consider delegates from Texas.
My entire management staff.
Jerry Williams is the plant manager.
Brian Malacasa is the company CPA and accounting.
Randy Hinkman, production manager and process engineer.
And Lewis Morris, touring manager and design engineer.
You guys ready to hand your stand up?
This company was founded on principles of freedom.
Our founding fathers wanted us, you and I, to be free.
you They shed blood, they died, men and women, so that we could live in a country free.
The people settled originally in thirteen colonies, which eventually became commonwealths, and then states.
You refer to your state here on the East Coast as Commonwealth.
Do we refer to our states in the Midwest and the Southwest as republics?
Or do we say the state of?
The state of.
I think that we need to fight propaganda with propaganda.
And when our politicians speak to us and they say we have a wonderful democracy, I don't think so.
I think the government is a democracy trying to rule a nation that is a republic.
What's the definition of a public servant?
Are we the service?
Did not the people form the states and the states form the federal government?
Who's at the top of this list?
We are.
Now, it's the sense that they've turned around.
They've been upside down.
The federal government seems to be on top.
They want to rule the states and they want to rule us.
Well, Dick, aren't you, uh, kind of nervous and shaking in your boots because of this article that's just come out by the New York Times?
Well, if I was, I wouldn't be here.
Obviously, uh, back in Texas, trying to figure out, uh, how to film like Tim's pretty form out.
No, I'm not afraid of this, of the IRS.
Bill Vinson is not afraid of the IRS.
He's been in jail.
They almost killed that man.
He's going to lost our country and our cause.
And there's many of us patriots that are fighting to be free.
We don't want to be taxed cheap, or not pay our fair share.
I mean, really, what does that mean?
All we're trying to do is obey the laws.
In a republic, you have a law, a land of laws.
In a democracy, you have 51% controlling 49%.
And if you're one of the 51%, great, you win.
of the 51%, great, he wins. But he has to be one of the 49%.
You lose. In a republic where the government is forced to obey the laws of Britain,
we all win.
And is that so hard?
Now, I'm not going to ramble on.
There's a lot of things to talk about.
Somebody said that the target was the British people out there.
The money supply, the Federal Reserve, income taxes, gun control, all of these things that
government is shutting down our throats.
But I will leave you with one bit of information.
Does the Bible support or admonish the income tax?
What does the Bible have to say about taxation?
That was alluded on here a few minutes ago with the change in money.
But I will leave you with one verse to look up.
I won't tell you what it is, but I will say that it is definitely an admonishment to the IRS system, and that is Malachi 3.5.
Or so I call it.
Malachi 3.5.
So with that, I don't know how you're going to do the rest.
Thank you.
It's very important that we, at least what I heard about, there's great justice in the
world, and I think that's what we should be doing.
The next employer that we heard about is Al Thompson, another California employer.
I don't even know what to say here.
Thank you.
Good afternoon.
Thank you.
Good afternoon.
Thanks, Bob, for this meeting and for the time that you put in.
This is extremely important.
July 21st was a turning point for me.
I had been studying this issue for a long time.
I had stopped signing my returns in April of 2000.
And it was okay for me to do that on my individual, it only involved me.
But I realized that I was playing on both sides of the playing field by withholding my workers' funds because I
had known better.
And we had gotten a tube of employees, or a tube of workers, coming in.
My general manager comes in and says, Well, we have two new people.
They're asking for your W-4s.
What do we do?
She knew what I was thinking, and I said, OK, let's call a meeting.
I called the meeting for all the workers and told them that they no longer were going to have their money withheld by me because I felt that they did not earn a gross income as defined by the tax code.
And also, they are not what we would call employees in the sense of the term that's described in the subtitle leaf of Title 26, which is basically means that they are federal workers, or federal employees, and that's what the definition is.
So they looked at me like I was an alien from Mars.
That was really quite remarkable, the different reactions we got.
I did lose two workers, but we have since replaced them, and as we rehire them, they are very, very happy not to have their money withheld, and they're happy to know that they didn't owe the tax in the first place.
Come down after all these years of being dead and look upon the IRS, you would have been very proud.
This is a totally Marxist system through and through.
And the problem in our federal government at this point in time is socialism.
If we can get socialism rooted out of our government, the better off we'll be.
There's Harte, excuse me, of the IRS, wrote a few, I think it was a few days ago, and
I thought, the employees are being scammed by their bosses.
And I'd like to ask Mrs. Harte, maybe she'll answer this on Monday morning, how do you
scam somebody by giving them all of their money?
I want to know how to do that.
Is there anybody here know how to do that?
And then, one of the other quotes in that same article, they called it a tax sheet, and they made the comment that wages are sources.
Wages, if you look at the tax code in Section 61, wages are items of gross income, or proportions of some sort of service.
And in 861 in your regulations, that's where it shows what our taxable sources are.
And this is one of the primary reasons why I did not file an income tax return.
This was the beginning of my understanding of this.
It's because you have to have gross income for purposes of income tax in order to have a liability.
I also started looking around the code, and I've enlisted Joe Vannish, herself.
And we're finding that the IRS doesn't care one hoot about administrative due process.
In my particular case, we are getting none of it.
Everything that they do is wrong, and it is off the books.
I have no delegation of authority to do anything regarding my case.
Let me give you a specific example.
There's an appeals opportunity or whatever that we were supposed to have.
Joe was going to make an appointment, and throughout the discussion of this particular appointment, the resident agent says, well, can we talk?
And Joe says, sure, we can talk a little bit.
And the issue was the previous due process was not And here too, so we shouldn't even be into the questions part, we should be into the examinations.
The Internal Revenue Service said that the courts have ruled against all of this.
Your claims are frivolous.
You've just had your due process meeting and he hangs up on you.
Alright, this is not a non-state agency.
And I think asking them, and I respect Bob and I respect his heart in wanting to go to the insurance revenue service and ask them, gee, you know, we're seeing this in the law, but something else is here.
They can share less.
They really don't.
And they certainly don't mind me.
And I don't know if it's a good idea to waste a lot of time with these people.
The idea now is to educate, move it forward, and try to get the Internal Revenue Service
out of the lives of every American.
And let me have this before I got to today, and I know there's been a lot of speakers
here and I appreciate the opportunity.
One of the things when you're studying this New York Revenue Service Code, what I'm finding is you have to look in two separate spots.
One is subtitle A, which refers to gross income, and the people who are liable for that are non-resident aliens and foreign corporations.
And that's in subtitle A, and that's where your A61 division comes in regarding gross income.
Now, in subtitle C, there's your employment taxes.
So that's another place where you have to look to see where somebody's liable.
That refers mostly to, or mostly refers only to federal workers.
And so those are the two spots where gross income for tax purposes occurs.
But where it gets tricky is the definition of the United States.
And what I'm seeing, and this is my understanding, and for subtitle A and subtitle C, my understanding of the term
United States only refers to the federal states and the federal government doesn't refer to the union states,
such as California, New York, Arizona, and so forth.
Thank you.
However, if you look at Section 46.12, you'll find the definition of the United States changes.
It changes to the 50 states, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Bronx, Virgin Islands, and all of that.
So what you have is a little show game that the code is playing with you, and it really plays with your head because you're trying to understand something.
Once you understand it, it looks simple, but boy, it takes a long time to learn this.
So you first need to not only understand the 861 argument, the gross income argument, and you need to understand jurisdiction.
The separation of powers is very important.
The federal government has very, very limited powers, and the only power it really has is what is put into their purview with the Constitution.
So you have to be real careful how you list yourself.
If you sign an income tax return, you're saying you're a U.S.
citizen, which you're claiming to be a resident of limited possessions.
Now, we have, um, I think I pretty much covered all of that.
There are some other things about 861 that I found interesting.
I think for the Internal Reference Service, the worst nightmare is to have a bunch of educated people read the law as Congress passes.
And I think it's time for us to start reading the law and we'll become the IRS's word magnate.
Thank you.
And the fifth employer that we have come to learn has stopped employing us by the WTO
because of any reasons.
And so we are.
And so we are.
It's called Batavia, New York, in the western part of the state.
And that company is under the ownership of Mennage Conversa.
And the company is the KDF Inclusive. Thank you.
Before I initially decided to come down here, I didn't have any intention of speaking.
I came here to stand on the shoulders of great men like Bill Baskin and Dave Bossett.
Dave gave me some advice a few months ago when we were here last.
He said, make a research of your own.
He said it then, he said it again today, and I've covered that quite a bit since I got
in this about three years ago.
I've had some revelations since that tenure.
I thought I'd share them with you.
I don't have anywhere near the intellectual capacity of some of these great men that have been here before, but I do have some insights that I thought I would share with you.
I figured out the difference between lawyers and real people today.
Lawyers tell you, hang now, and for a third I'll help you get back what you can.
I think it's mine if you want it, come and get it.
I'm also determined that Washington is suffering from a gang of mental illness called intellectual
anxiety, and addiction.
They have no idea what we're doing, but it's not their fault.
They bring in New York Times.
I saw a couple of years ago, a fellow that's sitting somewhere here, Dan Herring, he's
a friend of mine, once a Ditch Friend, tried to convince me that the payment of payment
tax was voluntary.
I said, yes, so I was going to jail.
But he was right.
And I researched this as I could, being a business owner, and came to the conclusion
that the payment tax was voluntary.
Hey, I'm a volunteer.
So I stopped paying payment tax about a year ago.
As the owner of Comedyville, I have the likelihood of other people to think about, and their families and children and so on.
And so the decision to discontinue the program from then was much more severe than being willing to go to jail myself.
And I figured, hey, if I'm going to jail, they need big numbers.
So on January 1st, we began the not withholding from their paychecks, and all of a sudden they bought new wheelbarrows for the extra money.
I also am a pastor, and I believe what the Bible says.
I try as hard as I can to do what I believe the Bible says.
Unfortunately, I fail more often than I want you to know.
But I know this one verse that says, if you didn't know it, you couldn't do it now.
If you didn't intend it.
If you know that today the main tax is wrong, if you know that you are adversely affecting the people that you are
working with and working for, or who work for you, if you know that America is in crisis and needs nothing,
then dread the day before it.
America is not ready. You know what? I don't even know my own address.
I'm not the worst guy in the world, but I can go to hundreds of churches and the Bible says I'm a rabble of
marks.
I'll tell you what they say to you tomorrow, get that.
Our nation is not having death threats in spite of what many of you have said or believed.
Our nation is having a crisis of freedom.
It is a crisis of freedom when an agency of government will refuse to give its people who earnestly request information the information needed to make prudent, rational decisions.
It's a crisis of freedom when the only response of the government to the pleading of its people is to bring the U.S.
marshal in and confiscate their wealth without the prospect of war.
And it's a crisis of freedom when this presidency is as stained as it has been, and our elected officials have nothing on their minds except re-election.
I have two boys.
Actually, I have three.
But two of them are in the services of the United States.
One of them serves in the United States Navy, and the other one serves in the United States Air Force.
I instruct both of them to be on guard that their government does not act at them, but
acts against them with good will, see merit in evil.
I was recently in Norfolk, Virginia and had the pleasure of dealing with several sailors
who now know what I think.
Bye.
And they have committed that they will not act on behalf of a government who is violating the rights of the American people.
Your wishes and your requests are being heard, maybe not by Washington, but by the sailors who sail our ships.
The pirates and fire planes, and the soldiers who fight in the easy praise.
Take a few minutes and hear from those former allies.
agents who might be here.
More than I'm going to say, I know about Sylvanus Sir and Sherry Jackson, if there are others.
So I, uh, said hello.
John, would you like to say a few words?
