You know, every once in a while I have to go back to the basics to re-educate those who have forgotten what they heard in the beginnings of the weeks and months and years of this broadcast and to educate for the first time those who may have just begun listening over the last two or three years.
Oh yeah, and if you've been listening for only two or three years You think you're awake and you've grown up and you've got all... Nope, you're just a baby.
Sorry to tell you that, but it's true.
You're just a baby and we're going to grow you up.
It's my mission to educate you, to wake you up, and to educate you.
And those who will not be awakened and who will not be receptive to the education, I really don't give a damn about.
They will be the flotsam and jetsam on the tides of history.
Those who will be awakened, those who will be educated, those who will be motivated, will be the movers and shakers of this millennium.
They will be remembered in history.
Words have meaning.
By this time you should have your pen and paper.
Words have meaning.

Words have meaning.
Most of you have not paid much attention to that.
You see, over many years, the meanings of words are corrupted, especially in the popular vernacular.
And if you will trace the history of the meaning of words from the beginning of this nation, and even before, up to the present time, you'll find that Many of the words that had a specific meaning back then no longer have that same meaning today.
So when you read historical documents, especially in a legal sense, you may perceive them to mean something that they do not mean at all because in the legal world, Documents only have the meanings of the words that existed at the time the document was written.
And intent is everything in the law.
Which means that the intent of the Founding Fathers, when they wrote the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, the intent was everything and the meanings of those words that they chose to include in those documents back then According to the definition of those words, at that time in history are the only definitions, the only meanings, and the only intent in the law that can prevail.
Wow, that's a mouthful, and I'm sure it confused a lot of you, but just listen.
Words have meaning.
Words have meaning.
There is a process we may use to determine the specific meaning of this word that we're going to discuss tonight, and that is the word, militia, both in the language and under the law.
The 1971 edition of the compact edition of the Oxford Dictionary, that's the Oxford English Dictionary, defines militia, one, a system of military discipline, organization, and tactics, manner of conducting warfare, the arts of war, 2.
The control and administration of the military and naval forces of a country.
3.
A military force, especially the body of soldiers in the service of a sovereign or a state.
In later use, employed in more restricted sense to denote a citizen army, as distinguished from a body of mercenaries, are professional soldiers.

the whole body of men declared by law amenable to military service without enlistment Whether armed and drilled or not.
Now that's the 1971 edition of the compact edition of the Oxford English Dictionary.
It goes on to say, militia, to call out as militia, militia man, a member of a military force.
Black's Law Dictionary further defines these terms, bear in mind that Words have meaning.
Under the law, the words may not mean what you think.
Also, folks, you will note in the following definition that the militia is not subordinate to the state or any other body.
The body of citizens constitutes the body of authority to which the militia answers.
May be confusing now, but as we go along, it will become clear to you.
Here's Black's Law Dictionary definition.
Militia, the body of citizens in a state enrolled for discipline as a military force, but not engaged in actual service except in emergencies as distinguished from regular troops or a standing army.
And Black's Law Dictionary gives a reference to State v. Dawson, 272 Capital N period, capital C period, 535, 159, capital S period, capital E period, 2 small d, 1 comma 9.
And Black's Law Dictionary goes on to further define, comprehends every temporary citizen-soldier who in time of
war or emergency enters active military service of the country.
Critchlaw v. Monson, 102 Utah 378, 131 P. 2 d 794, 798.
Now that's just to give you some modern understanding of what people are trying to force us to believe
the militia is all about.
Some of this is true.
But the truth about the Militia is the definition of the Militia at the time the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights were written.
And those definitions are dependent upon the intent of the Founding Fathers in all of their writings, all of their debates, and in what they foresaw for the future of the nation.
The first document in law of this nation is The Unanimous Declaration of the Thirteen United States of America, commonly referred to as the Declaration of Independence.
It sets out the reasons and justifications for our separation from England and the Revolutionary War that followed.
The document places the decision and the power in the hands of the people.
and was clearly meant to be enforced by the Militia, a citizen's army.
That army, which became the Continental Army of the Republic, won our independence.
The Declaration of Independence clearly states That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security.
And ladies and gentlemen it becomes much clearer.
I will try to elucidate all of this so that there is no doubt in your minds about the subject which we are discussing.
Our founding fathers frequently discussed the meaning and purpose of the militia.
Now listen to me carefully and write this down.
I suggest you read the Federalist Papers, number 24 through 34.
That's number 24 through 34 of the Federalist Papers.
You will find a complete argument for the militia as a citizen's army, consisting of the whole of the people, designed to allay the public fears of a despotic central government.
Now don't sit out there and listen to this broadcast and have me give you those references and never follow through.
You all have libraries, you can find the Federalist Papers, you can find Federalist Number 24-34, and you can read them, and if you don't, you're just another lazy, ignorant, sheeple, couch potato, jerk.
So do it!
Those of you who have already done it, Then you understand the basis that this broadcast is founded upon.
In these Federalist Papers, number 24 through 34, you're going to find the following statements.
Quote, If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no resource left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense
which is paramount to all positive forms of government."
Federalist Papers, No. 28, Section 8 It may safely be received as an axiom in our political
system that the state governments will, in all possible contingencies, afford complete
security against the invasions of public liberty by the national authority."
Federalist Papers, number 8, section 8.
Those are only two quotes.
I mean, that's a lot of stuff to read, number 24 through 34.
And that will give you some hint as to what you're going to find.
The Constitution for the United States of America is the supreme law of the land.
It recognizes the militia as an already existing force outside the control of the federal government, but allows for the Congress to call forth the militia for three Very specific, and only those three very specific occurrences.
Outside of those three specific occurrences, the militia is specifically and only under control of each of the several states or of the people.
The militia cannot be called up to perform any other acts outside of those three specifically stated in the Constitution for the United States of America.
The militia cannot be called upon to do anything unconstitutional, illegal, or unlawful.
Indeed, the commanders must, absolutely must, refuse any unconstitutional, illegal or unlawful
order.
Such as that given to Michael New.
He was not a part of the militia, but as a part of the standing army.
Nevertheless, he was given an unlawful, unconstitutional order he refused.
And there has never been a final ruling on his appeal because they cannot make a ruling without ruling in his favor.
And that would permanently prevent United States military forces from serving under United Nations control.
You see, the United States Army, all military courts are very swift in their judgments, but never has there been a final judgment on the appeals of Michael Nye.
And there never will.
They'll kick that football around until it dies.
Are people forget about it, or Michael New dies?
The Constitution for the United States of America specifically states in Article 1, Section 8, quote, to provide for calling forth the militia.
And that's why I can tell you that the Constitution recognizes the militia as a pre-existing force, because the Constitution does not provide for the creation of the militia.
It says to provide for calling forth the militia, to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrection, and repel invasions.
To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the States, respectively, the appointment of officers and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress."
End quote.
Now let me explain that for you.
To provide for calling forth the militia, is the recognition in the Constitution that the militia is a pre-existing force.
Then it describes exactly the three conditions in which the federal government may call forth the militia.
One is to execute the laws of the Union.
Two is to suppress insurrection and repel invasions.
That's the three conditions.
Execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrection, and repel invasions.
The federal government cannot call forth the militia for any other reason.
It further gives Congress the power to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States.
That means that they have power only for the militia to organize, arm, and discipline the militia only when they are called up to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrection, and repel invasions.
They have no power over the militia Under any other circumstance whatsoever, unless they are called up by the federal government to do one of those three things, or two of those three things, or all three of those three things, when they are called up, the Congress can provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia.
And for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively the appointment of officers and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress, and that's only when the militia is called up by the Federal Government for those three specific things.
In all other occurrences, and at all other times, The power rests with the state or with the people.
And that is per Article 10 of the Bill of Rights.
Still fearful of an oppressive central government, the states rejected the Constitution.
They absolutely refused to accept the Constitution as written until An agreement was made to adopt the instrument only after pinning further safeguards.
Listen to this.
To protect the individual and the several states, ten amendments were added, which came to be known as the Bill of Rights.
Now, listen to me carefully.
Ten amendments were added.
They're not a separate document.
They're an integral part of the Constitution.
The Constitution and what is known as the Bill of Rights are the complete and total Constitution.
There is no Constitution without the Bill of Rights.
The Constitution was not accepted without the Bill of Rights, and the first ten amendments known as the Bill of Rights are an integral part and parcel of the original Constitution.
Now listen to this.
If you doubt me, listen to the preamble of the Bill of Rights.
The preamble of those amendments, Article 2 and Article 10, are of particular note.
Now here's the preamble, then I'm going to give you Article 2, and then I'm going to give you Article 10.
The rest of them are important to be sure, but these are the most important.
And here's the preamble, quote, The conventions of a number of the states Having, at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added, and, as extending the ground of public confidence in the government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution."
So you see, the Founders did not trust a central government, and they absolutely would not accept the Constitution as it was written unless these Ten Amendments were added in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of government powers.
They added further declaratory and restrictive clauses So that the public could have confidence in the government, and so that those additions would best ensure the beneficial ends of the institution of that government.
Article 2.
Listen very carefully.
Quote, A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
Here's Article 10.
All of this will be discussed in depth later, so just listen.
Article 10, quote, "...the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
Ladies and gentlemen, listen to me very carefully, because your future depends upon your understanding of this broadcast.
Because freedom, yours and mine, is ultimately dependent upon the rights guaranteed by all these words, and every one of them with specific meaning, it is imperative that we understand the meaning.
is an armed citizenry, which according to the American Heritage Dictionary, quote, is not a part of the regular armed forces, but is on call for service in an emergency, end quote.
The Federalist Papers show that the, quote, militia, end quote, referred to in the Second Amendment is, quote, the armed citizenry, end quote.
It is the right of the people, not the right of any government entity which it protects.
Let me say that again.
It is the right of the people, not the right of any government entity which the militia protects.
The security of a free state, and I'm quoting from the second article in amendment, quote, the security of a free state, end quote, Clearly presupposes that the state, which is the citizenry, is free, and needs to secure that freedom by defending the Constitution for the United States, the guarantor of that freedom, against all enemies foreign and domestic.
That's the oath I took twice, once when I entered the Air Force, and then later when I entered the Navy.
My whole life, ladies and gentlemen, has devoted has been devoted and is still devoted to the service of my country.
Enemies foreign, listen to me carefully, enemies foreign obviously refers to entities or governments not of our country.
Enemies domestic can only refer to an entity or government of our country.
A government which would choose to make itself an enemy of the people by depriving its citizens of their constitutionally protected natural rights.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is called tyranny.
The primary reason for, and purpose of, a militia, an armed citizenry, a militia available to government of the people, But absolutely beyond the purview of a government against the people is to secure the freedom of the people against such a government.
The active clause in the second Article in Amendment is, quote, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, end quote.
The phrase A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state is the descriptive clause, and the meaning is clear, to anyone who ever took English in high school and learned to diagram a sentence.
And if you've never done that, you can easily be fooled by these crazy people who want to give to you a meaning of the second article in
the amendment that is warped, that is in effect treason.
The militia, as you have just learned, is a citizen's army made up of the whole of the
people for the purpose of guarding against betrayal by their representatives to afford
complete security against the invasions of public liberty by the national authority.
And if either occurs, it is their right, their duty, to throw off such a government and to provide new guards for their future security.
And the reference for that is the Declaration of Independence, the first document in law of the United States of America.
You see, it's not just an old outdated document.
It's the first document in law of this nation.
And that is not all.
John Rowland puts it this way, quote, Some commit the non sequitur that reserving the training of militias and the training of their officers to the states As provided in Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 16, means delegating an exclusive power to the state governments.
But it is clear from the language and from historical analysis of the development of the Constitution that reserving to the states only means the power is denied to the national government.
For the framers, the state was the people of the state Not the government of the state.
When they wanted to indicate the government of a state, they used the language, legislature of the state, who were appointed in the place of the people, by the people, by electing their representatives to the legislature of the state to act in their behalf.
So, when they talked reserving to the states, They meant the powers denied to the national government.
The state was the people of the state, not the government of the state.
When they wanted to indicate the government of a state which was appointed or elected by the people, they always, and without exception, used the language, quote, legislature of the state, end quote, as they did in Article 1, Section 8, Paragraph 17.
It was left to the people of each state to decide what powers, if any, to delegate to their state government for organizing and training militias and for the appointment of the officers.
If the state failed to do that, or if the people failed to appoint people who did that, then the power falls to the people themselves.
In the absence of such delegation of authority, Under common law and established practice during the period in which the Constitution was adopted, the authority defaults to local communities.
And the practice was for militias to be organized by county or township, usually under the authority of the highest elected law enforcement official, such as the sheriff or constable.
But not today.
We've learned about that.
If anyone is going to subvert the government, it's going to be these elected officials.
It's going to be those we put in power.
So, today, the law specifically exempts these people from belonging to any militia, so that
they cannot gain control of the militia and subvert the purpose of the militia.
Any credible person could call up the militia, as Paul Revere did during his famous midnight
And remember, on past broadcasts, you learned that Paul Revere was not the only writer that night.
There were many sent out.
Now, my domicile is in Arizona.
I cannot cover the constitutions and statutes of every state, and I'm not even going to try.
So I will cover Arizona as representative of the average state, and I'm going to tell you right now that it is pretty representative of the average state.
You should make a thorough study of the constitution and statutes of your particular state, because while most are essentially the same, there are a few states with major differences.
such as New York.
Bet you couldn't have guessed that, huh?
The Constitution of Arizona states, Article 2, Bearing Arms, Section 26.
Listen carefully.
The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself or the state shall not be impaired.
But nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain, or employ an armed body of men.
And that restriction, ladies and gentlemen, came as a result of the very famous historic Arizona cattle wars.
The laws of the state of Arizona are clear, under Title 26, Article 2, Section 26-121, it outlines the composition of the militia and the persons exempt.
Notice who is exempt, and understand that the definition of exempt in the law means prohibited.
If you're exempt, it doesn't mean that you've got an excuse not to belong.
It means you are prohibited from joining.
Those prohibited are the very ones who might betray the people They therefore cannot be allowed to function as members of the militia, the last refuge of the people against tyranny.
The Militia of the State of Arizona consists of all abled, bodied citizens of the state between the ages of eighteen and forty-five years, and all residents of the state between such ages who have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States except 1.
Persons exempted by the laws of the state are the United States. 2.
Totally Blind Persons and Persons Convicted of Infamous Crimes 3.
Judges and Clerks of Courts of Record 4.
State and County Civil Officers Holding Office by Election and Members of the Legislature Notice it says ALL able-bodied citizens of the state.
Which means, if you are a woman, and you are a citizen of the state of Arizona, and you are between the ages of 18 and 45 years, you also are members of the militia.
Now, that ought to frost your mustache a little bit.
Bet you didn't know that.
If you've been listening to all the bullshit from the Communist News Network demonizing the militia, then all of you who Our citizens of the state of Arizona, who are able-bodied citizens between the ages of 18 and 45 years, and all residents of the state between such ages who have declared your intention to become citizens of the United States, are members of the militia, regardless of what you've been told about their illegality, about their right-wing origin, about the fact that, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
You're members of the militia by law, whether you like it or not.
So get used to it.
Title 26, listen to me, Title 26, Section 26-122, Quote, Components of Militia, A. The militia is divided into the National Guard of Arizona, the State Guard when organized, And the unorganized militia.
And the unorganized militia consists of members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or State Guard when organized, end quote, which means whether or not you're in the National Guard or the State Guard, you are a member of the militia if you live in the state of Arizona, man or woman, between the ages of 18 and 45.
And there's more.
Most people would stop Here.
That is, if they even got this far.
But I know most of you never got this far.
You never opened the law.
But you weren't in the slightest bit interested.
Your lives are controlled by somebody else telling you what to believe, what to do, and what the law is supposed to say, instead of what you really research and discover.
And remember, my admonition, don't believe a word I say on this broadcast.
Don't believe a word anybody else says anywhere, not even your mother, not your school teacher or your college professors.
Don't believe anything that you read unless you can prove it in your own research, and if you're not willing to do the research, then shame on you.
Because you'll never know what the truth is if you don't.

It is outlined in the United States Code.
And we're going to use the 1988 edition because that's the most common edition that you can get your hands on.
Volume 3, Title 10, Armed Forces.
If you can get a later edition, you're going to find it says the same thing.
I've already checked.
Chapter 13.

Now, if you're not using the 1988 edition, these volumes, these titles, and these page numbers are not going to be the same.
But nevertheless, it's still there, and it still says the same thing.
The reason I'm using the 1988 edition is because most of you can get your hands on that edition.
These cost a lot of money.
1988 Edition, Volume 3, Title 10, Armed Forces, Chapter 13 of the Militia, Section 311.
Militia.
Composition in Classes A. The militia of the United States consists of all abled-bodied males at least seventeen years of age, and they're males.
Listen to me.
All abled-bodied males.
at least 17 years of age, and who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to
become citizens of the United States, and of female citizens of the United States, who
are commissioned officers of the National Guard.
b. The classes of the militia are, 1. the organized militia, which consists of the National
Guard and the naval militia, and 2. the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of
the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the naval militia.
.
Which means everybody.
Everybody between 17 and 45.
And there's more.
There's a lot to this malicious stuff.
It goes on to list virtually the same and more exempted persons, which means prohibited, and for the same reasons as the state of Arizona.
And furthermore, Title 32 mentioned above makes persons who were honorably discharged from the armed forces, or who were retired from the armed forces, members of the militia until the age of 64, the maximum age that one may become a member of the National Guard, up until no longer physically or mentally able to serve.
So, you could be a member of the militia when you're 86, if you're still physically and mentally able to serve, or even older.
No, believe me, read it all for yourself.

Except for individual states.

You'll find that the communist news networks have been lying to you.
Lying to you.
It's much easier to understand than you may think.
There are many militias, folks.
The first is, and always be, the militia of the whole of the people.
arms to protect themselves from betrayal by their representatives and from a government
that might become, or has become, a tyrant, and they are answerable only to the authority
of the whole of the people, not to the government.
The second, third, and fourth is the militia of the state, the National Guard, State Guard,
and the unorganized militia of the several states of the Union.
The fifth, sixth, and seventh is the United States Militia, the National Guard, Naval Militia, and the Unorganized Militia of the Federal Government, its possessions, territories, and trusts.
Thomas Jefferson, in a letter to James Madison, said, A Bill of Rights is what the people are entitled to against every government on earth, general and particular.
Again, in his first inaugural address, he included among the essential principles of our government a well-disciplined militia and the supremacy of the civil over the military authority.
And, should we wander from these principles in moments of error and alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty and safety.
18 United States Code Service Section 1385 Use of Army and Air Force as posse comitatus.
Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws, shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than two years or both.

Ladies and gentlemen, we the people, we the people, the citizenry, have both a right and a responsibility, a duty,
individually and collectively, to keep in their arms in order to defend ourselves against all enemies of our
constitutions, that's state and federal, and the rights and freedoms thereby guaranteed.
What kind of arms?
Any kind it takes.
Obviously, arms must be kept and borne in a responsible manner in order to serve the constitutionally stated need and purpose.
The Second Amendment is not concerned, as some absurdly would suggest, with hunting and sporting rights, albeit those rights exist, along with the right to defend our lives and property.
The intent of the Second Amendment is to arm the citizenry to defend itself against every enemy or government on earth, foreign or domestic, which would make itself an enemy of the people of the several states or of the United States of America.
Government is the servant of an armed citizenry.
It is the tyrant over an unarmed citizenry.
Just witness the many tragic illustrations of this deplorable state around the world today.
No government by the people and for the people need fear the arms of the people.
Only a government against the people and their rights needs fear their arms.
Ladies and gentlemen, to lay down our arms is to transfer all power, all control, from the people to the government, thereby destroying, not securing our freedom, for which, once men were willing to die, the price of liberty As Thomas Jefferson and others have warned, is eternal vigilance.
And as I personally have warned you, you must be willing to die for it or it can never be yours.
You cannot have it.
Now folks, this is not to be construed as an indictment against our government.
We all know what our government is.
It is that government described and limited within the boundaries of the Constitution for the United States of America.
And vigilance requires that we be ever aware that tyrannies have arisen, both from within and from without, throughout history.
That history, indeed, often repeats itself, and that can happen here, and it can happen now, and many of us believe that it has already happened and it is at a critical point.
So I'm asking you to arise from indifference.
Take a stand.
Unite your communities and form militias and advise your congressmen of your resolve.
Remind them that their duty is to serve the people as provided by our Constitution for
the United States of America and that any action that they may perform that infringes
upon our constitutionally protected rights will not be tolerated.
And don't neglect to thank those congressmen who support and defend our rights.
That is, if you can find one.
On September 15, 1994, President Clinton, in a speech, praised the patriots of the American Revolution for having taken up arms against a tyrannical government.
I wonder if he knew or understood exactly what it was that he said.
I wonder if he knew that he came dangerously close to being another tyrant himself.
And where does this leave us?
Well, the report on the Subcommittee on the Constitution of the Committee on the Judiciary, United States Senate, 97th Congress, 2nd Section, 2nd Session, February 1982, on page 11, says this, quote, The militia refers to a concept of a universally armed people, not to any specifically organized unit.
When the framers referred to the equivalent of our National Guard, they uniformly used the term, Select Militia, and distinguished this from Militia.
Debates over the Constitution constantly referred to organized militia units as a threat to freedom, comparable to that of a standing army, and stressed that such organized units did not constitute, and indeed were philosophically opposed to the concept of a militia.
That the National Guard is not the militia referred to in the Second Amendment is even clearer today.
Congress has organized the National Guard under its power to raise and support armies and not its power to provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the militia.

This Congress chose to do in the interest of organizing reserve military units which were not limited in deployment by the strictures of our power over the Constitutional Militia, which can be called forth only to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions.
The modern National Guard was specifically intended to avoid status as the Constitutional Militia, a distinction recognized by Title X, United States Code, Section 311, Small A. And if the National Guard were the Militia, and the Militia can only be called for To execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions, why is it that we have National Guard troops in Bosnia today?
It's very simple, folks.
The National Guard is not the militia, never was, and never can be.
A Militiaman is simply a citizen, any citizen, in his capacity as a defender of the community who is obliged to do so within his or her ability.
Militiahood is a role which citizens may play as the situation requires.
It is not a permanent condition, but just as each citizen has a duty to defend the community, he also has the duty to prepare himself to play that role effectively.
and to join with others in his community to train and to function as organized forces.
And the elected officials of his community have the duty to facilitate that organization and training.
If those officials fail in their duty, the militiamen must carry on without their participation and must ignore their criticism.
The Federal Government can only call up the militia for those things specifically outlined in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution for the United States of America.
Militiamen cannot answer a call from the Federal Government for any other purpose.
The militia may be called up by state governor for many reasons other than those cited in the Constitution for the United States of America, and depend upon the Constitution for that particular state.
No militiaman can ever answer any call that would involve him or his unit in anything that is illegal, unlawful, or unconstitutional.
No militia unit or militiaman can ever accept or carry out any order that is illegal, unlawful, or unconstitutional.
If the federal or state government ignores the restraints put upon them by their constitutions and constitutional laws, the militia is obligated, it is their duty, to march upon that government and enforce the laws of the state or of the federal government and restore those constitutions as the supreme law of the land.
America is forgetting its history.
It was the militia that created this nation.
It was the militia that freed the slaves.
The Black Panthers was a militia.
It has been the militia that has fought most of the nation's battles and it has been militiamen that have suffered most of the casualties of the nation's wars.
The Southern Poverty Law Center and the ADL and many liberal institutions are against the Second Amendment.

It is most probable that all of these organizations, and specifically the Anti-Defamation League of Benabria, has an agenda that is not in the best interest of Americans, or American Jews in general.
Maybe the ADL has forgotten, or maybe never knew the history of its own people.

The Jewish Defense League protects only Jews.
Therefore, it is not a lawful militia within the borders of the United States of America, which must protect everyone, regardless of race, religion, or place of ancestral origin.
It was the militia that fought against the might of the Soviet Union in Hungary The militia of the Mushah ad-Din fought them in Afghanistan, and militias fight the Russian tyranny today.
And I could go on for another hundred pages listing the accomplishments of brave militiamen in the fight for freedom throughout the history of the world and upon the battlefields of today.
But, ladies and gentlemen, if you do not yet understand that no one volunteers to fight on the side of despotism, but only on the side of freedom, Another 500 pages would not make a difference in your thinking.

Freedom is the single and only and the most important uniting common bond amongst all Americans, regardless of race, religion, or place of ancestral origin.
And if you don't want freedom, you will soon be enslaved.
And if you're not willing to die for it, you can never and will not ever have it.
