I told you last night that we had a special broadcast scheduled for tonight, and unfortunately
we can't do it.
And we can't do it because I spent all day writing up all the stuff to do this broadcast on something that happened in Mesa just within the last week.
And the printer was out of ink so I couldn't print it out and I can't do it.
So it's going to be scheduled for next week sometime.
It's a recent event and I'll tell you what happened.
A gun dealer who had a shop, regular shop, been there for many years, has been a, you know, has had his FFL, no problem, sticks right to the rules, nobody, no matter how many times the BATF went in there and tried to entrap him or something, He always stuck to the rules and he never could.
Well, guess what?
Seems like the city of Mesa has a requirement that if you sell used guns, you have to have a pawn shop license which costs $100.
And he didn't have it.
Nobody ever told him he needed it.
And he's been in business in that same shop in Mesa for years!
Nobody ever said a word to him.
All they had to do was call him up and say, You know, we just discovered you don't have your pawn shop license, and if you're selling used guns, you gotta have it.
Come on down, it only costs a hundred bucks.
You think they would have done that?
No.
No.
And guess what?
A licensing requirement for the city of Mesa has nothing to do with the federal government or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
But the BATF used this as an excuse.
It's not their jurisdiction.
They have nothing to do with it.
He had the FFL.
That's their jurisdiction.
It was current.
It was good.
But the BATF, because he didn't have a Mesa, Arizona, City of Mesa, Arizona pawn shop license, which costs $100, and nobody ever told him he had to have it or needed it, they got together with the stupid jerks The stupid idiots in the Mesa Police Department, who are so eager to give up their own jurisdiction and help the Gestapo, Nazi, jackbooted, treasonous thugs, destroy the livelihood of one of their citizens.
Well, they all got together.
And they all went down there with their teenage ninja turtle suits, all dressed out in black, and their bulletproof vests, and all their guns and assault weapons, and all this stuff.
For one guy has always obeyed the law. He never even had a traffic ticket.
All these guys, all these teenage Ninja Turtles, all dressed up in their ninja suits,
from the BATF and the Mesa Police Department, went down there
and stole everything that belonged to this guy.
All right.
All of the stock in his store, every gun that was in there, every rifle, every pistol, all of the guns that were there to be repaired, that were brought in by his customers, all of the guns that were there on consignment from his customers to be sold, they stole every one of them.
His own personal collection of antique firearms, many of which were one-of-a-kind in mint condition, collector's guns, were all taken and thrown into trash barrels and carted off by these thieves.
They destroyed this man.
Took everything he'd worked for in his life.
All of the guns that he's collected for his life, that he set aside to sell for his retirement, that were worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, they stole them.
stole them.
They didn't charge him with any crime.
They just took everything that belonged to this man that he'd ever worked for for his whole life.
Took it all.
These are supposed to be people that we trust.
Destroyed this man.
Destroyed his family.
Destroyed his life.
Didn't charge him with anything.
Didn't arrest him.
But they kept him handcuffed.
Even though he wasn't under arrest.
That's against the law.
And not only that, but they fingerprinted him and took mug shots and they did it out in the street where the whole community could see.
They demonized the man in front of all of his neighbors and all of the other people who do business on the street.
For what?
Because somebody in City Hall in Mesa, Arizona had neglected to inform him that he needed to pay $100 For a pawnbroker's license because he sold used guns.
And what was the BATF doing there when it's a City of Mesa problem?
It's a violation of the law of the City of Mesa, which only means that somebody needed to go down there and collect $100 and fill out a form.
Why was the federal government there and why did they steal everything that this man owned?
That's what happened.
That's what I was going to tell you about tonight.
I spent all day working on this.
To script it out for the whole hour.
See, I very seldom ever script anything.
But this, I thought, was important.
And then the stupid printer ran out of ink and I couldn't print it out so I don't have it in front of me.
And so I can't do it.
But that's what happened.
The Nazi, jackbooted, treasonous, Gestapo, stinking, puke-faced, lying, bastard scum Took down another good American citizen.
For nothing.
For nothing.
They wonder why we're pissed off at them.
I hate their guts.

How could one American do something like this to another one?

I just read that on the Keep and Bear Arms website this morning before I went off to work.
He gave me a shot of adrenaline.

I tell you, one of the things that was interesting was that he referred to the DATF agents.
He said that his past experience with them had been totally benign and he defended them, thinking they'd been maligned by the public in the past.
I guess he got a dose of reality.

So in a good sense, the effect of this has been to bring one more person to our understanding.
A lot more than that.
I'm telling you, it's a damn good thing it wasn't in my neighborhood.
That I wasn't there because I would have shot the bastards.
Oh, absolutely.
And the fact that when he asked... And I'm absolutely amazed that he allowed them to do this to him and he didn't pick up one of his own guns.
And open fire on him, because that's exactly what he should have done.
They threw him out the front door of his business under some pretense.
And when he was outside, then they cuffed him, apparently, so he didn't have a chance to do anything.
Yeah, I know.
And the other thing was the remark of the stinking agent when he said, well, what can I sell now that you've taken all my stuff?
And he had a box of ammunition or something like that.
He sort of laughed and said, well, you can sell this.
Yeah.
Yeah, they were disgusting.
Totally.
Disgusting creeps!
What kind of people are there in this world that could... They're exactly the kind of people that Hitler recruited in his stormtroopers that would do anything that they were told to do to anybody.
Including marching, unarmed, helpless, poor, starving civilians out in the country and make them dig their own grave and then shoot them.

And then kick them with their foot so that they would fall into the grave that they just dug.
That's what kind of people they are.
They are the same scum that did that for Hitler in Nazi Germany.

When I started this radio broadcast, I thought, geez, all we have to do is put the facts out there, read the law on the air, show the American people what's happening and what's wrong, and they'll wake up and this stuff won't happen.
And, you know, some people are waking up and some people are willing to draw a line like I have, but most people aren't.
And the reality is that the other side is so much worse than we could ever have imagined.

I never dreamed an American in a position of responsibility and authority like that, who's taken an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution for the United States of America, to protect and defend those people who come within his jurisdiction.
Would ever do anything like this, and it was not even in their jurisdiction!
The federal government BATF has nothing whatsoever to do with some obscure law in Mesa, Arizona requiring this guy to have a pawnbroker's license that only costs $100.
That's what they killed the Branch Davidians for!
Was a $200, a $200 automatic weapons license!
Well, didn't one of their members already have it?

So, I mean, there wasn't even a question of that?

I wanted to ask if they're doing the same thing up here in Northwest Indiana.
They've attacked a gun dealer that lives two blocks from me and they practically shut him down because of selling quote illegal guns to people who are criminals, but of course you don't know they're criminals when you sell them.
And they're practically trying to shut down everyone in Northwest Indiana right at this moment, right now.
There's articles in the newspaper all the time.
Let me tell you what's going on.
They want to shut down all gun dealers and they want to make it absolutely impossible for the American people to purchase and own firearms because they know they can't have their one world government Right.

not give up our rights.

You know, it makes you so sick because you read this stuff in the paper and then you
talk to people about it and then they're like, oh, that is so good.
Finally they're doing something and you try to explain to people.
They have no clue whatsoever as to how we got to the point where they could be affluent
and live safe in this world.
And now they don't even understand that they're not safe anymore in this world and the very country that they think is going to protect them very soon is going to be the means of their enslavement.

I work in a huge trade show, which has international delegates that come in all the time.
I was talking to a man from Taiwan, and he's like, I love America!

It's like, there's so much freedom here!
And I try to explain to him, I'm like, do you know why we have our freedom?
Because we own guns, and our elected officials, if they tried to take away our freedoms, they know that the people would arise, and they can't do that like they did in Siena Men's Square.
Well, that's because he doesn't even know his own history.
The reason that he was able to live in a free country called Taiwan is because Chiang Kai-shek and a whole bunch of other brave Chinese people opposed the communist movement of Mao Zedong and moved their whole following To the island of Taiwan, which at that time was called Formosa, and the only way that they did it is they had guns!

Are you familiar with the case of a man who was in security for 16 years or so up in New London, Connecticut?
He applied to the police department.
He was turned down.
This was in the news.
He was turned down, and he said, why?
He's got top scores.
And they said, well, your IQ is too high.
They said, what do you mean, my IQ is too high?
You never got any of this out of the news?
OK, but anyway.
So he said, yeah, in order to be suitable for police work, you have to have below 100 IQ, or an IQ of 100 or below, or you'd be bored with it.
And the farther below that, the less they know they're able to Uh, discern right from wrong.

My problem with that is they're not the good cops anymore, and what they're doing to secure their pensions, their retirements, or their insurance benefits, etc., etc., or their standing in the community, or whatever, they're willing to ruin someone's life for some silliness.
It's an unconstitutional law, and I have a real problem with that.
