In the Constitution it says, ladies and gentlemen, the trial shall be by a jury of your peers.
And the trial shall be held in the state in which the crime occurred.
There is no amendment to that.
There is no exception to it whatsoever, ladies and gentlemen.
Now, Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols really blew up the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, and the crime occurred in Oklahoma.
And the federal government did not own the land upon which the crime occurred, and they did not.
We've already proven that.
We've done the research.
And even if they did, they are still bound by the Constitution for the United States of America, as are the states and the citizens.
Why is it that the trial of Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols is being held in Denver, Colorado?
And why is it that the citizens of the state of Oklahoma don't know those facts?
Why is it that they haven't read their Constitution?
And why is it that they are not demanding and suing for their trial to be held in Oklahoma according to the Constitution for the United States of America, which is, after all, the supreme law of the land, and that's just one example that I can give you.

A woman is suing the school because the school has violated the federal disabilities law Her son was expelled from kindergarten because she missed three PTA meetings because she has kidney problems.
Serious kidney problems.
Now, can you imagine punishing the child because of the conduct of the parent?
The child was expelled from kindergarten because the mother missed three PTA meetings.
The mother has serious kidney problems.
Her name is Reba Alexander.
She wants her son Gabriel readmitted to the Pasadena Fundamental School, which requires parents to do volunteer work at school and attend monthly PTA meetings.
Gabriel, six, was put on probation when his mom missed two meetings last year because kidney dialysis made her weak.
She was in the hospital when she missed the third meeting.
Isn't it amazing?
You know, I don't know how these people get in these positions in these schools who do things like that.
How can they teach our children to think and to use common sense?
How can they teach them anything when it appears that they're not playing with a full deck of cards themselves, ladies and gentlemen?
And what are we going to do about this?
I mean, this is insane.

And you know, we've had plenty of warning.

These men will suffer hunger and thirst, broiling suns and frozen reaches, but they must go on and on and on, when everything within them seems to stop and die.
They will grow old in youth, burned out in searing minutes, even though life owes them many tranquil years.
In these troublesome times of confused and bewildered international sophistication, let no man misunderstand why they do that which they must do.
These men will fight and for chance die for one reason only.
For their country.
For America.
No complex philosophies of world intrigue and conspiracy dominate their thoughts.
No exploitation or extravagance of propaganda dims their sensibilities.
Just the simple fact, their country called.
But now strange voices are heard across the land, decrying this old and proven concept of patriotism.
Seductive murmurs are arising that it is now outmoded by some more comprehensive and all-embracing philosophy that we are provincial and immature or reactionary and stupid when we idealize our own country.
That there is a higher destiny for us under another and more general flag that no longer, when we send our sons and daughters to the battlefields, must we see them through all the way to victory.
That we can call upon them to fight and even die in some half-hearted and indecisive war.
That we can plunge them recklessly into war and then suddenly decide that it is a wrong war, or any wrong place, or any wrong time.
Or even that we can call it not a war at all by using some more euphemistic and gentler name.
That we can treat them as expendable, although they are our own flesh and blood.
that we, the strongest military nation in the world, have suddenly become dependent upon others for our security and even our welfare.
Listen not to these voices, be they from the one political party or from the other, be they from the high and the mighty or the lowly and forgotten.
Heed them not.
Visit upon them a righteous scorn born of the past sacrifices of your fighting sons and daughters.
Repudiate them in the marketplace, on platforms, from the pulpit.
The highest encomium you can still receive is to be called a patriot.
If it means you love your country above all else and will place your life, if need be, at the service of your flag.
Great changes, even more comprehensive than in the military field, have taken place in industry.
In its massive and almost limitless potential, the rugged determination of its leaders, the skill and energy of its workers, there has been welded an industrial supremacy such as the world has never before known.
It comprises not only a power in being, but a reserve power capable of being quickly mounted to meet and overcome any eventuality that might arise.
This not only ensures a continuity of human progress, but imposes an almost impassable barrier against any who would threaten the security of the American continent.
It has thus become a leavening influence in a world where war and the threat of war would otherwise so distort the minds of men as to threaten the progress of the human race.
It represents a condition of preparedness born of American enterprise and vision, nurtured upon American energy and incentive, and depending for its ultimate strength upon American will and determination.
It is the result and fruition of the capitalistic system, a system embracing every segment of American society, the owners of industry, the workers in industry, the public served by industry.
This free enterprise, based upon the right to work and the right to possess the fruits of that work, has created an economic freedom which is the basis of all other freedoms.
But this very success has created its own perils and harassments, both from without and within.
For from one end of the world to the other there is a titantic struggle to seize control of industry and of the economics.
Whether this be in the masquerade of communism, or socialism, or fascism, the purpose is the same.
To destroy a primary element of freedom and preempt it for the state.
The capitalistic system has hence become the great target, although it has never failed to provide the resource for an ever-increasing standard for human life, has never failed to maximize the fruits of human energy and creative enterprise, has never failed to provide the The Sinus for Victory in War It has built this nation far beyond the wildest dreams of its architects.
It has, through the scientific advance of means of communication, closed the international geographic gap to permit rapid and effective trade and commerce among the peoples of the world.
Has elevated the laborer, the farmer, and the tradesman to their rightful station of dignity and relative prosperity and has established the pattern for modern industrialization and scientific development.
The first prominent opponent of capitalism was Karl Marx, who shunned the use of violence and sought the voluntary acceptance of the principle of communal ownership of the sources and means of production.
The innate common sense of the human race, however, rejected this principle, and the element of force was injected by the Bolshevik after the close of the First World War.
Then was combined the theory of Karl Marx with the principle of Nihilism, under which the control of public policy was sought through terrorism and violence.
This combination, known as Communism, has had many successes.
The minority, the Communist Party, in many sectors of the globe has been able to establish its rule over the majority.
Only where the concept of human liberty was most deeply rooted and greatly advanced were such minority pressures decisively thrown back.
Such was the case in this nation where our economy, built upon the principle of private capitalism, became recognized as the great barrier to the universal enforcement of the theories of modern Communism.
There followed repeated and diversified efforts to reduce and destroy it.
Resort was had to the control of private profit by the Marxism-inspired device of confiscatory taxation and the levies upon privately accumulated resources.
It began in this country with the Federal Income Tax Law of 1914, which gave unlimited access to the people's wealth and the power for the first time to levy taxes, not for revenue only, but for social purposes.
Since then, the sphere of government has increased with a kind of explosive force.
Karl Marx While planning the destruction of all constitutional government said, quote, the surest way to overturn the social order is to debauch the currency, end quote.
And the Russian dictator, Lenin, that implacable foe of the free enterprise system, predicted as early as 1920 that the United States would eventually spend itself into bankruptcy.
Karl Marx referred Of course, to the process of inflation, induced by extreme taxation, the process of planned economy, the process of controlling the lives of individuals, a control of fiscal, monetary, and general economic forces which produce higher prices, and a gradual devitalizing of the purchasing power of money.
The continuing rise in the cost of living is due to our drift deeper and deeper into inflation, until today our whole economic, social and political system is infected by an inflationary mentality.
Taxation, with its offspring inflation, said Lenin, in support of the basic thesis of Karl Marx, is the vital weapon to displace the system of free enterprise.
The system on which our nation was founded.
The system which has made us the most prosperous people of all history.
The system which enabled us to produce over half of the world's goods with less than one-seventeenth of the world's area and population.
The system which gave our people more liberty More privileges and opportunities than any other nation ever gave its people in the long history of the world.
To destroy it is the sure road to socialism, and by socialism is meant the forcing of a centrally controlled economic life upon all persons in the nation under an authoritarian monopoly that is politically managed.
Actually, there has been, through the direction of our own public policy, an incessant encroachment upon the capitalistic system.
Most officials of our government over the past years will deny, and justifiably, any intent to establish in this nation the basis for the emergence of a socialistic, much less a communistic state.
But the course of fiscal policy has done exactly that.
The fact is unmistakable and clear that if the capitalistic system, free enterprise, is to be preserved to the future generations of our people, the course of government must be oriented to foster and preserve adequate incentives to encourage the thrift, the industry, and the adventure which brought our nation to its present preeminence among all of the other nations of the earth and which alone can carry it forward in peace and security and progress.
I realize full well that the restless spirit of the times seeks change, but change should not be made for the sake of change alone.
It should be sought only to adapt time-tested principles which have been proven in the crucible of human experience to the new requirements of an expanding society.
To do otherwise is not true liberalism.
The Constitution is not to be treated as an instrument of political expediency.
Every move that is made to circumvent its spirit, every move that is made to over-centralize political power, Every move that is made to curtail and suppress individual liberty is reaction in its most extreme form.
For the framers of the Constitution were the most liberal thinkers of all the ages, and the charter they produced out of the liberal revolution of their time has never been, and is not now, surpassed in liberal thought.
The object and practice of liberty lies in the limitation of governmental power.
Through the ages, the constantly expanding grasp of government has been liberty's greatest threat.
Daniel Webster once said on the floor of the Senate, quote, Our security is in our watchfulness of executive power.
It was the constitution of this department which was infinitely the most difficult part in the great work of creating our present government.
To give to the executive department such power as should make it useful, and yet not such as should render it dangerous.
To make it efficient, independent, and strong, and yet to prevent it from sweeping away everything by its union of military and civil authority, by the influence of patronage, and office and force.
I do not wish to impair the power of the President as it stands written down in the Constitution, but I will not blindly confide where all experience admonishes me to be jealous.
I will not trust executive power vested in the hands of a single magistrate to keep the vigils of liberty."
He spoke those words one hundred and twenty-nine years ago, but they could as well have been spoken but yesterday.
There are many who have lost faith in this early American ideal, and believe in a form of socialistic totalitarian rule, a sort of big brother deity to run our lives for us.
They no longer believe that free men can successfully manage their own affairs.
Their thesis is that a handful of men, centered in government, largely bureaucratic, not elected, can utilize the proceeds of our toil and labor to greater advantage than those who create it.
Nowhere in the history of the human race is there justification for this reckless faith in political power.
It is the oldest, most reactionary of all forms of social organization.
It was tried out in ancient Babylon Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, in Mussolini's Italy, in Hitler's Germany, and in all Communist countries.
Wherever and whenever it has been attempted, it has failed utterly to provide economic security, and has generally ended in national disaster.
It embraces an essential idiocy that individuals who, as private citizens, are not to manage the disposition of their own earnings.
Become in public office supermen who can manage the affairs of the world.
The fundamental and ultimate issue at stake is liberty.
Liberty itself.
Liberty versus the creeping socialization in every domestic field.
Freedom to live under the minimum of restraint.
A least common denominator of mediocrity against the proven progress of pioneering individualism.
The free enterprise system or the cult of conformity.
The result will determine the future of civilization.
It will be felt on every human life.
It will be etched in blazing rainbow colors on the very arc of the sky."
He goes on to say, we are in a dangerous storm.

Continuing centralization of government is destroying our freedom and strength.
We have already gone too far.
With excessive centralization comes excessive central edict, regulation, and taxation limiting the drastically curtailing personal freedom.
The requirements of free government are simple—honesty and individual initiative, self-reliance and willing work, constructive production and free competition, progressive development with sound financing.
Without these, there will be neither solid progress nor security.
We are being challenged from abroad and undermined at home.
We are showing signs of weakness just when we should be strongest.
Our strength is being sapped by deficit financing indulged in too long.
Federal paternalism grown too big.
Courts grown too mighty.
Power groups grown too arrogant.
These are subverting our system, changing our attitudes and hobbling our will for freedom.
For fifteen years, the United States has been the world's banker, the world's policeman, the world's Santa Claus.
We are showing the strain.
We are in a dangerous storm.

An Alaskan souvenir used by Little Rock family to slice cheese and chop vegetables has landed
a Hall High School honor student in big trouble and is jeopardizing her graduation in May.
Bear in mind, this is an honor student, ladies and gentlemen, who attended Hall High School in Arkansas, and now she may not graduate.
Dana Brinkley, 17, took what her family calls an Alaskan uku blade to school with her Monday to use in slicing a block of cheese for her lunch of cheese and crackers.
The school principal saw Brinkley with the tool during the lunch period and, in accordance with school district policy, recommended that Brinkley be expelled for possession of a weapon at school.
Can you believe this, ladies and gentlemen?
Honor student.
The girl.
jeopardizing her graduation could ruin her entire life because she took the family cheese slicer to school because her mother put in her lunch cheese and crackers and didn't cut the cheese.
Well, I think it's my opinion, folks.

Because if your children don't know what America is, if they don't know what the supreme law of the land is, and it's a very short document, easy to read and even to memorize if it were to be required, How can they be Americans?
How will they know when their liberty is stripped from them if they don't even know what liberties the Constitution guarantees to protect for them?
And there is no such thing, ladies and gentlemen, as I hear bandied about, even in my own town, of constitutional rights.
They're not constitutional rights.
They were recognized by the Founding Fathers as Creator-endowed.
Rights that every human being is born with.
The Constitution merely recognizes those rights and protects them against government.
Limits the powers of government so that these rights cannot be infringed upon.
You see, this country was based upon the principle that the individual is the most important.
And that the family is the basic structure of society and government itself.
Do your children know this?
Do your children know that they have rights given to them by their Creator and guaranteed and protected by the Constitution for the United States of America and the Bill of Rights?
Do they know that?
If they don't, that may be one of their problems.
That may be why they seem listless and don't seem to see a future for themselves.

send people to your state legislatures that don't know anything more than you do. And
so, when Congress passes a law, some puppet of the socialist agenda introduces implementing
legislation in your state, and because those legislators that you sent are no more educated
than you in the law, they pass it thinking that they have to pass it because Congress
passed it.

A new era is dawning in the troubled New York City school system, the result of a profound shift in thinking that may influence urban systems across the nation."
And then they tell you how it will be accomplished, centralized control by a dictator far removed from the capital.
Introducing a future where educational standards will be set and school districts held accountable for achieving them.
Last month, New York Governor George Pataki, Republican, signed into law a sweeping reform bill that takes school management out of the hands of 32 independent district boards and shifts it to the city school chancellor.
The new law gives the chancellor the power to hire, fire, draft curricula, and set policy—tasks all formally left to the community school boards.
And here is how the dictator will eliminate opposition.
Quote, The reform allows the school chancellor to step in when schools are failing.
In addition, the legislature is expected to take up bills calling for an overhaul of the state's special education programs.
Note that special education now also includes not only disabled and retarded children, it also includes those students labeled gifted and talented.
This program will be used to concentrate influence over the best and brightest because they compose both the possible resistance and the best allies to the New World Order.
As was seen in Bill Clinton's Arkansas Governor's School, the gifted will be molded by breaking down their established paradigms and replacing them with new thoughts favorable to the new world order.
This must be accomplished, ladies and gentlemen, or else the gifted will pose a grave threat to the order in the future because they will eventually learn to think for themselves.
With proper remolding, they will become the new elite, trained as shepherds to shear and slaughter as directed.

Well, I told you I would read the new column from Charlie Reese, from the Tribune, Wednesday, February 12th, 1997.
Mother treated with objectivity of lynch mob, hurt fear experienced by Mildred Fraser.
The mother of Tim McVeigh, the Oklahoma bombing suspect, believes that he is innocent.
She is not confident, however, that he will be able to prove his innocence.
Perhaps that's because of her experience with the government and with people who have treated the matter, and her, and her family, with all the objectivity of a lynch mob.
She is clearly angry, but also, I think, hurt by people she thought were friends who betrayed her in the hope of capitalizing on the family's sudden notoriety.
In an open letter to the public, which she entrusted to me during a visit to her home, Mildred Mickey Fraser says at the end, and the me is not William Cooper, ladies and gentlemen, it is Charlie Reese, the author of this column.
She says, quote, To you people that are shallow-minded and naive to believe everything you read in here, I feel sorry for you.
To those of you who have received incentives and believe outlandish lies in exchange for information and cooperation, I feel sorry for you also.
You teach your children to say no, but you cannot yourself say it.
Even a young child came up to me, asked my name and what my job was, then said, Oh, you must be the one they are saying that they can even hear you when you go to the bathroom.
For your information, no one in my family, including my son, is a threat to anyone, even ourselves.
If we take any action, we will do it legally.
It is the FBI, the B.A.T.F., and the media that need to be investigated and followed, not my son nor family."
In her letter, Fraser recounts a number of incidents that would make anyone paranoid.
When she misplaced her credit card and called the 800 number, she kept getting a recorded message from an answering machine telling me I had reached the office of Mike McBride.
Not once, but twice.
And from my home phone.
I later found that he was from the local Federal Bureau of Investigation office.
Apparently the FBI had a surveillance watch on her credit card transactions.
More frightening was the experience during a Fourth of July weekend when, she says, a large truck pulled up close to a patio where she and relatives were sitting.
The man in the truck says, quote, I have a good shot to the head from here.
What do you want me to do?
End quote, apparently into a microphone.
You just sit there frozen, she recounted.
Frasier then writes about a threatening letter that her son received while in jail, which she knew nothing about until one week after he received it.
It seems the letter was mailed in Oklahoma City locally and referred to an organization looking for me and made a comment about a shot to the head.
There is only one organization that comes to mind that would write such a sick and demented letter.
She then recounts how a local radio station played a tape of a book about a war between the militias and the army, a book she had never heard of until she read in a story that the federal agents said they found a tape of the book among Tim McVeigh's things.
I could continue, Fraser wrote, but I think you've got the idea.
Most of these things happened between my son's arrest and August 11, 1995, the day he was indicted.
There have been many more incidents and struggle but since, but not nearly as concentrated as during that period.
For anyone who would like to walk in my shoes, be prepared for the Federal Bureau of Investigation to tell you to expect to be paranoid, and immediately thereafter to be followed, harassed, and intimidated.
They look for your weak points and exploit them to the hilt.
I don't think anyone would want to walk in her shoes.
None of us know whether McVeigh is guilty or innocent But we can all imagine the anguish and media ordeal his mother and family face in the coming weeks.

Most Americans think it's great that they have the freedom of speech as long as it's them talking.

If you take away a person's right to trial by jury, whether you agree with the jury verdict or not, you have taken away your right to trial by jury.
If it is okay to try someone in the press and find them guilty by public opinion, by misinforming the public, or outright lying to the public, or stretching the facts, or slanting the stories, then it is alright to do the same to you.
Ladies and gentlemen, that's how the Branch Davidians were tried in Waco, Texas.
That's how they were convicted, and that's how they were executed.

Even if they did, you do not commit millions of dollars To surround a group of people because you are after one of those people.

You do not use tanks and armored personnel carriers and helicopters and snipers and psychological warfare operations teams.
Nor do you bring in the British SAS or the United States Army Special Delta Forces.
Because ladies and gentlemen, here's the truth about ownership of a machine gun.
At that time, anyone in the United States of America could own a machine gun simply by paying a $200 tax.
They didn't go there to serve a warrant.
They didn't go there to get David Koresh.
They went there to murder that church.
And to test whether or not the American people could be so propagandized that they would accept the murder of all of those people in that church.
And that's the truth of the matter.

And one of them went over to the pen where you have your dogs, and one of your dogs had just given birth to a whole litter of puppies, and that Ninja-suited, Nazi-jack-booted thug began shooting your dogs and puppies in the head one by one, even though they were pinned and could not get out and bite or hurt anyone.
What would you do?
You see, I would have done exactly what the Branch Davidians did.
I would have run to my weapons, I would have loaded them, and I would have begun to shoot those people.
Because nobody knew who they were.

Let me, ladies and gentlemen, explain to you what was on the
front page of the New York Times.
The front page of the New York Times was a picture of the forward-looking infrared film shot from the helicopter by
the United States government, Nazi jackbooted thugs over Mount Carmel in Waco, Texas, on
April 19, 1993.
the final day of the Waco siege when those poor people were murdered.
You see, Attorney General, or former Attorney General, Ramsey Clark examined these same
films.
Yeah.
He said, and many other experts said, that the forward-looking infrared film does show gunshots.
The FBI said they never fired any shots.
The BATF said they never fired any shots.
No one fired any shots at the Branch Davidians is what they said.
The film clearly shows that the shots came from several points of origin very close to
the building, within about fifty feet or less.
The flashes on the forward-looking infrared film Where heat equals brighter and cold equals darker are pure white, and their shape has length with the whitest portion being closest to the gun muzzle, tapering to a point furthest from the muzzle, indicating that the shots are fired at the building by the FBI and the VATF.
The muzzle flash streaks are sporadic, at one point appearing to be full automatic.
They are most frequent as the fire increases And as the branch Davidians attempt to escape from the only path of escape left open to them.
The film shows the tanks moving around the points from where the shots emanate in such a way as to eliminate the possibility that they could be Davidians who had ventured outside to fire on the tanks.
They are firing toward the building and not at the tanks.
The shots are never pointed at the tanks.
The form and motion of the flashes indicate that they were fired at the building.
All this fire occurred around the back, where the media could not see.
The media once had a view to the back, but they were removed from that point of view shortly before April 19th.
David Thibodeau, Testified that the FBI tanks shoved debris that included broken wood, glass, and torn, sharp-edged sheet metal all along the back walls of the Mount Carmel Center on the last day.
This, ladies and gentlemen, served to block most doors and make any window jump a sure death trap.
They did, however, apparently leave one open area that can be seen on the film.
It's toward this area Which must have been the best escape route that most shots are fired.
There were openings around the front, but there was almost always tanks going deep inside them or hanging around them, which is not a very inviting exit point.
And at the same time, there were perfect wind channels being cut into the building by the tanks to feed the fire.
The open area around the back where most shots were focused was approximately right next to the door to the concrete bunker or storeroom, which is what it actually was, where over forty women and children died, many of whom, according to the pathologists, were crushed to death by the disintegrating concrete walls after a tank rammed the room, crushing their only point of escape and causing the walls to break and fall down upon them.
And besides that, according to the film, if any of the women or children had tried to escape their tomb, they would have been shot as they exited.
Several of the survivors said that they knew of many people who ran out the back, yet none of them ever survived.

Just as the fire is breaking out, while FBI agents talk casually, you can hear a series of gunshots, each followed by an echo off the building.
And the physics of the acoustics dictate that these shots were fired from a distance towards the building.
One physicist and one engineer with overwhelming physics education analyzed this video and
both independently confirmed that the acoustics dictate shots at the building from a distance
and not vice versa.
