Before we get started tonight, ladies and gentlemen, I want to sincerely apologize to my radio audience for my impatience and my little outburst at the end of the program last night.
I do have some mitigating circumstances, and quite frankly, I wasn't really speaking to this audience.
I was speaking to the sheeple of the world, whom have just tried my patience to the max.
This listening audience does not deserve that, and I want you to know that and understand it, and understand that I apologize to you.
As always, I will admit when I'm wrong, and I was wrong, at least as far as you are concerned.
I had not had any sleep for probably close to 36 to 40 hours.
I had stopped in its tracks and attempted takeover and destruction of the Constitution Party, and that's all I'm going to say about that issue, period.
Aaron Russo has resigned as chairman, and we are in the process of reorganizing, putting together a board of directors.
Mr. Vince DeNiro of Ohio has been appointed the treasurer of the Constitution Party.
We will be looking for a secretary.
We're also looking for a president.
We are asking prominent founding members to fill the vacancies that now exist on the Board of Directors.
The first responsibility that Mr. Vince De Niro will have will be to perform, through an independent agency, an audit of the account of the Constitution Party, which I have already done, but I want to make sure that there's another audit done also, so that there are two independent audits in this change of leadership, so there's no question about anything.
We need a new National Membership Director.
We still need some state coordinators, so if any of you out there really have the time And would really like to work to help this nation recover from its illness and put some constitutionally committed people in Congress and in the White House.

Now, before I get into tonight's subjects, I've got to discuss a couple of things.
One of the things that's been severely eating on my mind is when Annie and I first started out and when I published my book, no one wanted to listen.
We were outcasts.
Literally tossed into the gutter.
Every friend we ever had betrayed us.
Everybody that we allowed to get close to us ended up in some manner hurting us deeply.
And so we developed a certain hardness that I tried seriously to keep up as some armor, some protection against that.
Because I understood that these people were functioning from a point of ignorance and And a lot of other things, but I wanted to protect my family and, of course, myself.
When we came here, I met someone who just, I don't know, made me like him more than like him.
I loved him like a brother.
And I became friends with this person.
I helped him, and he helped me.
We did an awful lot of things together.
At one point, when he was having some financial difficulty, I suggested that I could help. .
And bear in mind, I did not need to do this.
But I wanted to help.
I told this person that I would hire his son.
But before I would do that, I made him agree that if anything happened that it didn't work out and I had to let his son go that it would not interfere with our friendship.
He assured me that no, that it would just be a working relationship between myself and his son and it didn't work out.
The kid wasn't interested.
He's not a bad kid.
He's got a lot of potential.
Someday I think he'll be great.
But right now his mind is full of kid things.
He just got out of high school.
He didn't want to clean every day.
He didn't want to get up in the morning and be here on time.
He didn't want to take just an hour for lunch.
And right before the conference, I called everybody into my office and I told them that this is important.
These people are coming here.
They're to be treated like VIPs.
And everybody's got to be here from eight in the morning until midnight every night.
And if anybody doesn't show up, that's it.
Period.
Well, the next morning, It was the first day.
He didn't show up.
I didn't yell at him, didn't scream at him, nothing.
Just merely directed Annie to write him a check for more than he was due, as a matter of fact.
I paid him.
And he came in with this sheepish look on his face, an hour later, and he knew that he was fired.
First thing out of his mouth to Annie was, am I fired?
She says, I'm afraid so, and handed him his check.
We weren't here on time.
He left.
His father called me and berated me, blamed it on Bart and Mike.
They had nothing to do with it.
The kid worked for me, and I gave him his instructions.
And he made some strange statements.
I know what goes on over there.
I said, what are you talking about?
Nothing goes on over here but a broadcast, and a newspaper, and a library, and when people come for a convention, lectures, a lot of lectures and things.
Oh, I know what goes on over there.
I said, well, if that's what you think, then you really don't know what goes on over here.

Well, I'm not going to say it on the phone.
And then he blamed the two young men, Mike and Bart.
So I knew that this gentleman had turned.
I'm not going to say any names.
So I hung up the phone.
I hoped he would come to his senses and come and apologize and remember our conversation.
But he did not do that.
And later, he came over with his son.
And I thought he wanted to talk at that point, took him back to my office and he said, I don't want to talk to you.
We just came to get his stuff.
So we helped take his son's stuff out to his truck.
Later we found the ash cans in front for the people who smoke turned over in front of the door.
To find out if this gentleman was going to fulfill an obligation.
Mike came back and said, no, definitely not.
So that was the end of that.
Now, several months before, I'd had a conversation with this gentleman.
We were talking about a specific person who might have been a threat to his security.
And he told me that if anyone ever crossed him, and I'm sure he forgot about this conversation The events that have transpired would not have taken place.
He said, if anybody ever crosses me, I'll take care of them.
I'll put them in jail forever.
I said, how are you going to do that?
He said, I have a friend on the police force who looks up to me, and I did him a favor once, and he said, I saved his life.
I don't know what he meant by that.
I really don't.
He told me that this person had a young daughter and they lived right near the park and that if anybody ever crossed him that they would arrange for the daughter to claim that she had been molested in the park.
I said, well, how are you going to prove who did it if they weren't even ever there?
He said, everybody has distinguishing characteristics that are different from anyone else and every car has characteristics that are Distinguishable from every other car.
I told him that I thought that was the wrong thing to do and that I didn't approve of that.
I told him it was especially wrong to use a little child for something like that.
He got angry and he told me, well you just watch if somebody crosses me.
He had this terrible look on his face.
I told Annie about it when I went home that night.
And she was equally incredulous.
We didn't know that this person had that kind of venom in him.
So when the police walked in here and asked whose automobile was the black blazer outside and accused Bark of molesting a child in the I was pretty sure what happened.
And by the way, during the conversation he told me the name of the officer.
But I didn't have any proof and I didn't know that the father was a police officer.
And so we all departed for our Fourth of July.
While I was gone, I made some calls.
I made some calls and I told some key people about the conversation that I'd had with this gentleman months ago.
Bear in mind, the police wouldn't tell us anything.
There was no police report.
Nobody knew anything.
Nobody still knows anything, except the man that I had the conversation with has revealed that it was a police officer and it was his friend.
Now, before all this happened, I had notified these people of the conversation and told them verbatim what had transpired.
There's still no police report.
There has never been an arrest.
In an effort to detract suspicion from himself, this person has been telling people in town that there has been an arrest.
And I'm going to tell you right now, ladies and gentlemen, if anyone is arrested, I will go to their lawyer, to the district attorney, and to the judge and tell them what I know.
Because nobody is going to get hurt.
by this person because I made a mistake and tried to help him by hiring his son.
This coincided with the problem with the Constitution Party.
It also coincided with a major attempt to destroy Craig Smith, who owns Swiss America Trading, by the Arizona Republic and the same scum slimeball David Friske, who printed the yellow journalism lies about me.

And that's another pain in my heart that someone else is going to suffer because of what I say over the air.

I hired him.
I told him to give me a bill and to make sure that everybody that participated that needed to be paid was paid.
He provided the food, provided the utensils, everything.
He submitted a bill.
I asked him if everybody was on that bill to be paid and if everything was okay.
He said, yes, don't worry about it.
I asked him if he needed any help with anything.
He said, no.
I thanked him.
We paid him.
We have the bill.
We have the cancel check.
He's now telling everybody in town that we didn't pay him.
He didn't have any help.
And now I'm starting to hear that maybe he didn't pay the people that helped, that he was supposed to pay.
Maybe he put that money in his own pocket.
So, these are the problems that we're having.
And I really don't know what to do about them, except I do know that we're going to continue broadcasting, continue publishing the paper.
We're not going anywhere.
And we're not going to let this thing about this frame-up drop.
I'm in the process of writing letters to the Chief of Police, to the Sheriff, and to the State of Arizona Attorney General.
And of course I have all the witnesses that I told about this conversation before I could have ever known about any of this.
And they know the name that I gave them that was given to me during the conversation.
And it will all come out in the wash, believe me.
And now I find myself putting this shell back around me.
I don't want anybody close to me anymore.
And I know that that's wrong, too, and I don't really know what to do about that.
Because he was the first one that I'd opened up to in years.
And anyway, it's not your problems.
It's my problems.
And I will confront them and deal with them and solve them the best way that I can.
And I will continue to fight as I always have, and I will continue to take the hits and the bullets because I'm standing in the front line right in front of the whole army of the enemy, and it's exactly where I want to be.

I also hope that you're listening to my admonition to listen to everyone, read everything, believe absolutely nothing unless you can prove it.
And I hope you're writing down the references and statutes and codes and everything else that I give you on the air.
And I hope you're going to your libraries and your federal depository libraries and looking these things up and verifying them.
Because that's the greatest way to awaken, and then you can take that, make copies, and show it to other people, and you, too, can be a messenger and wake people up.
And it is so important that you do that.
Well, I've run out of what I wanted to talk about, so I'm going to talk about Veritas.

Due to a typographical error, the detonating velocity of ammonium nitrate was listed as 11,000 feet per second in the last issue of Veritas.
It is actually only 1,100 feet per second, and so that it wouldn't be taken out of context, we printed the entire page from the Department of the Army Field Manual, Explosives and Demolitions, FM 5-25.

This new law adds another sweeping revision of the communist-era spy agency.
The new powers went into effect when Yeltsin signed the Federal Security Services Act in the beginning of April.
Because the legislation was approved by the Russian Parliament in late February, his delay in endorsing the Federal Security Services Act brought hopes that its scope might be restricted.
However, Yeltsin had proposed a measure to broaden the Federal Counterintelligence Agency's powers, so his signature caught no one by surprise.
Most Russians are struggling with the chaotic economic transition and rampant corruption and increasing crime are very large concerns.
Through these fears, was the Parliament able to pass the Presidential Proposal of Increased Power to the State?
Former dissidents say that the increased powers are an attempt to reassert control over the people rather than a crime control tactic.
