I told you that, uh, When the information was released, I would convey to you the results of the attempts to put together a coalition of third parties, and tonight I'm going to do that because I've received the information that I was waiting for.
But first I'm going to read you the resolution that was signed by everybody that was present at the first meeting, which took place December 2nd and 3rd, I believe it was December 2nd and 3rd, 1994, at which I attended, which was the first meeting.
And it's called the Kansas City Resolve.
Whereas the undersigned being alarmed over our federal government's departure from the principles and procedures set forth in our Declaration of Independence and Constitution for the United States of America, and wanting to cooperate with one another and with others who share our concern in pursuit of a goal of returning the federal government to within the limits prescribed
by the Constitution while maintaining our independence and freedom to differ with one another on the application of the enumerated powers assigned to the federal government and the issues falling within the powers reserved to the states or the people under the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution when we so choose and on the strategies for pursuing them.

The formation of a coalition composed of selected state and national political parties who share our previously stated goal will support our plan and are willing to adopt the Constitution for the United States of America as their national platform while recognizing their freedom to pursue the planks of their platforms within the states and under the powers reserved to the states by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution for the United States of America.

The selection of a presidential and vice-presidential candidate who share our individual and organization's concerns and interests.
Recognizing the wisdom and patriotism of our kindred spirits in honoring their efforts by adopting the following platform, which is derived from the Constitutional Union platform, we affirm our sincere loyalty to the Constitution for the United States of America, and express our deep confidence in that document as the basic law of our land.
We deplore all attempts to violate it, whether by legislation by means of invasion or through judicial interpretation.
We believe in the principles of liberty and justice enunciated in the Declaration of Independence and in the Preamble and Bill of Rights of our Constitution.
We declare ourselves in hearty support of our system of representative government, with its plan of checks and balances, and express our firm intent to serve all the people of our nation with a constructive forward-looking program of good government, dedicated to the preservation and restoration of our Constitution, the restoration of our Republic, and the welfare of our country.
Experience has demonstrated that platforms adopted by the partisan conventions of the country have had the effect to mislead and deceive the people.
And at the same time, to widen the political divisions of the country by the creation and encouragement of geographical and sectional parties.
It is both the part of patriotism and of duty to recognize no political principle other than the constitution of the country, the union of the states, and the enforcement of the laws, and that as representatives of the men and women of the country,

And in the last meeting, this is the official release, and I've read it over, and it is accurate, ladies and gentlemen.
So, without further ado, this is what you've been waiting to hear.
The highlights of the Constitutionalist Networking Center Political Action Coordinating Conference was held at the Kansas City International Airport, Doubletree Inn, on January the 6th and 7th, 1995.
The next conference will be held on February the 3rd and 4th, 1995, and I will be attending.
It will convene at 12.30 p.m.
on the 3rd and adjourn at 3 p.m.
on the 4th.
A tentative agenda is included.
The following are the highlights of the last meeting.
Two additional political parties were represented at this conference, the United States Taxpayers and United Independents, chaired by Mr. Howard Phillips and Mrs. Dawn Larson, respectively.
Members of six parties have now agreed to coordinate their efforts for the 96th election.
Others are from the Libertarian American Populist and Constitution parties.
The participants unanimously agreed to a. the goal of returning government to within the limits prescribed by the Constitution and b. the Kansas City Resolve developed at the December conference And C, to form a group to pursue A, which is the goal of returning government to within the limits prescribed by the Constitution.
Let's form a group to pursue a constitutionally unified republic for everyone.

In other words, ladies and gentlemen, a cure.
A cure.
It's functions will include, but not be limited, to that of a coordinating center, the planning, programming, and execution of a series of regional conferences, and the planning and management associated with the September 95 Coalition Nominating Convention.
Kudos go to Mr. Nelson Bernhauer, a member of United We Stand America, for suggesting the Cure.
It was decided that the undersigned will be Cure's interim director and that its mission, function, legal considerations, and ramifications, life cycle, and needs should be studied before the next conference.
The findings and some recommendations are to be presented to the Coalition or Committee of the Whole for decision on February the 3rd, 1995.
And D, a scenario for electing a president having these key ingredients.
Each participating political party and selected constitutionally committed organizations will be invited and encouraged to nominate a potential presidential candidate.
Please prepare your recommendations and bring them to the next conference.

Formation of a Presidential Search Ad Hoc Committee.
Members are CNC Chairman Evan Mecham, UIP Chairlady Don Larson, USTP Chairman Howard Phillips, and CP Chairman Bill Cooper.
The Committee is to select who they perceive to be the most qualified and electable candidates from among the nominations.
As a post-conference action, the undersigned makes a motion that the Presidential Search Committee be authorized to limit the number of potential candidates to five, should it so decide, and that an interim report be provided to the Coalition by March 1, 1995.
The motion received a second from Mr. Kurt Brenneman and Three, the selected potential candidates will be equitably assisted in obtaining public exposure prior to a national convention to be held on September 19th and 20th, and that's tentative, ladies and gentlemen, 1995.
Cure is to survey locations for regional conferences and the convention and provide recommendations to the coalition as soon as possible.
Four, the coalition presidential and vice presidential candidates will be selected by the delegates to the convention.
The procedure for selecting the delegates remains to be determined.
Addressees are invited to submit their suggestions for selecting them to be undersigned not later than January 22, 1995.
They will be consolidated and provided as options to those at the February conference for decision.
Ladies and gentlemen, I'm a major player in all of this, and if you have any suggestions or ideas of your own, I will be happy to receive those and to put them under consideration.
And if they have good merit, then I will submit them to the coalition as a whole.
Number six, or excuse me, number five, assuming the coalition candidate will be elected in 1996, and why not?
The remaining pre-convention candidates and members of the political parties and organizations participating in the coalition will be afforded priority consideration in the selection of administrative assignments by the coalition's presidential transition team.

It is preferred that the coalition candidate be ballot qualified as an independent in every state, and for her or him to be endorsed and supported by every party and organization that is or chooses to become A part of the coalition.
If it turns out that matching funds aren't available to independent candidates, the coalition will have to decide whether to forgo them, run the candidate under the name of an existing coalition party, or form a new party.
Mr. Joe Slovinick and Mr. Steve Perry are to research the requirements and available options for obtaining ballot status in every state and provide the coalition a briefing at the February conference.
Mrs. Larson has agreed to prepare a set of guidelines to educate members of the coalition on the sand traps of the political process.
She will present them at the February conference.
She has an awful lot of experience, is a very intelligent woman, and I'm sure that she will provide a great enlightening, so to speak.
Number, let me see, here we go.
A Mr. Gary Tomlinson was reported to have a voter information pipeline, electric town hall capability, which might have application for the Constitutionalist Networking Center and our cure.
Steve Perry agreed to solicit a proposal for Mr. Tomlinson, evaluated in light of the coalition's needs, and make a presentation on his findings and recommendations at the February conference.
With the potentially controversial decisions behind the coalition, The Constitutionalist Networking Center suggests it is time to expand the participation in the coordinating conferences.
We will therefore open the February meeting at 2 p.m.
on the 3rd to people beyond those who attended the December and January conferences.
If there are any key individuals, leaders of state or national organizations, or editors, publishers of constitutionally-oriented publications who will honestly report on the Coalition's activities that you wish to invite, feel free to do so.

It will be a forum for approximately 18 of the nation's most notable monetary policy experts to compare their proposed solutions to the problem.
to critically examine the proposals to ensure they would not unduly enrich nor impoverish anyone if implemented, and that the implementation would in no way seriously disrupt the economy.
The PAC's purpose is to try to integrate the best of the individual proposals into one.
If the participants come to an agreement on such a plan, it will be presented to the coalition for consideration just prior to adjournment on the 4th, if time permits.

And don't forget, even as a member of a political party, you can still vote for an independent.
So, we hope that you'll join the Constitution Party, because the Constitution for the United States of America is our platform already.
There's no way that anyone's going to get elected from our party who is not committed to constitutional Republican government and restoration of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as the supreme law of this land.
It has to be that way.
And that's the way it's going to be.
Now, I've got to address a letter written to me by a friend of mine.
