I'm William Cooper.
The Hour of the Time, ladies and gentlemen, is the only hour that ever was or ever will be.
For during this hour you will decide your future, and thus our collective futures.

I've been listening in utter disbelief to the last hour of Radio Freemasonry.
As Samuel Sherwood outlined, the method that if you follow it is the sure road to destruction for the militia movement in this country.
Absolute 100 percent destruction.
This person admitted to a Relationship with the Trotmans of the Militia of Montana, a racist group of people.
Now, I don't mean that the Militia of Montana is racist, but the Trotmans are.
This is not propaganda.
This is not conjecture.
It's the truth.
While being interviewed by Tom Valentine, and Tom Valentine just accepted what he said, He said that Jews aren't welcome in the militia.
Jews should not be allowed in the militia.
When asked about his relationship to the Trotmans and racism, he said he didn't know whether the Trotmans were a part of the Aryan Nations, but they sure had sympathies in that direction.
And then he made a statement that was absolutely incredible.
Ladies and gentlemen, he said, if you're a Christian, you're going to fit into that group anyway.
And then he said something even more incredible.
He said, if you believe in the Constitution, you're also going to fit in to that group.
And I'm going to tell you that that's a flat, barefaced lie.
It is not true.
This man kept talking about, we the people, are formed by the people.
That the militia belongs to the people.
That the militia is to protect the people.
And then he said in so many words, if you're not Christian, you're not one of the people.
He also said in so many words, if you're not white, you're not one of the people.
And I'm going to tell you again, ladies and gentlemen, that is a bare-faced, bold lie.
A lie.
Now, if you want to help bring a sure end to the militia movement, and if you want to verify And prove right all the propaganda and attacks upon the militia, then you go ahead and join the United States Militia Association.
Go ahead.
Bring the wreckage down around your ears, and you'll get exactly what you deserve.
If you belong to that nefarious organization, after what you heard tonight, you'd better be bailing out really quick.
With your militia units and your people.
For that man will lead you on a path of destruction the likes of which you cannot even imagine.
For he confirmed, he confirmed, on the Tom Valentine show tonight, that what the ADL said about him and his organization is absolutely 100% true.
And he brought discredit upon the American people and everyone who belongs to a militia in this country.
And if you belong to a militia that belongs to the U.S.
Militia Association, he also said that you deserve the criticism of the ADL, and that all the propaganda and the racist remarks are true about you.
Now, I know that it's not true for the majority of the American people.
I know it's not true for the majority of the militias in this country.
And I know that it's not true about Christians or about the Constitution.
The man just flat lied.
Now I'm going to tell you, sheeple, you had better get it together, and you'd better pull the wool from off your eyes.
You had better shuck that furry garment You'd better get your act together.
You'd better understand what America is, what it means.
You'd better understand what people means.
You say, you think you know?
Well, from what I hear, lately I don't think that very few, very many people know at all.
You see, if it was of the Christians, for the Christians, and by the Christians, it would say that.
Yes.
If it was of the Aryan race, by the Aryan race, and for the Aryan race, it would say that.
And that applies equally to Jews, and Muslims, and atheists, and American Indians, or anybody else.
This is the country that guarantees liberty to all of the people, of, for, and by the people.
It does not exclude anyone.
If you fall into these manipulations of dividing and conquering us because we're fighting each other all the time, if you're part of the fragment that's cutting America up into little slices, then you are a part of the problem.
And you're helping to destroy the United States of America.
and are probably more responsible for its destruction than any enemy that this nation has ever had.
If this nation falls, it will fall because we, the people, are stupid and bring it upon ourselves.
What I heard during the last hour is sickening, absolutely sickening.
It is a disgrace.
It's a disgrace to the nation.
It's a disgrace to the Constitution.
It's a disgrace to the American people.
And I hope that you, the listeners to this broadcast, are smart enough to reject it, renounce it, and call it exactly what it is.
Samuel Sherwood is obviously an agent provocateur of our enemies.
And if you couldn't hear that, if you can't discern that for yourself, then you're ripe for the pickings.

I'm going to come back with a story about someone who decided to help bring the nation together.
And is doing a damn good job.

After I had finished speaking, we retired to the restaurant to get something to eat, and a very pretty young woman with a lot of hair, old style.
I don't mean old style hairdo.
I mean like women used to wear their hair long, introduced herself and asked if she could join us.
Of course, I said yes.
She sat down with a male friend of hers and engaged me in conversation, and it was clear to me that she and I weren't on the same plane, because she believed a lot of things that I didn't believe in.
I didn't think that she shouldn't believe in them, because that's not for me to decide.
But she was honest with me, and I, of course, was honest with her.
And we agreed to disagree on some subjects and agree on other subjects, but she was concerned after hearing my talk about the country.
And she was concerned about other things.
She was concerned about the divisions in this country.
She was concerned that some people would think that she's a wacko for what she believes.
And you know, at the same time, I was thinking in my head that a lot of people think that I'm a wacko because of what I believe.
And we had that in common.
She also understood the Constitution and the freedoms, the principles and ideals of liberty that this nation was based upon.
And she knew that without those principles and ideals, and without the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, she couldn't believe what she believed, and I couldn't believe what I believed, and we could never sit at the same table and discuss these things together rationally as friends and not enemies.
As many of you are wont to do.
You see, you want the liberty for yourself, but you are unwilling to give it to someone else.
I understand that.
And this woman understood that.
And we both understood at that time, and this was several years ago, that we had to do something to stop the divisiveness in this country.
To bring people together.
To make them understand that this nation was based upon the protection of the individual liberties of each and every citizen of every state.
Which means it's okay to be wacko if you want to as long as you don't hurt the person or the property of someone else.
It's okay to believe whatever you want as long as you don't hurt the person or the property of someone else.
It's okay to collect purple rocks and pile them up And make a mountain in your backyard as long as you do this without hurting the person or the property of someone else.
It's okay to go down to the public park and preach your version of whatever you think is right in this world, as long as you don't hurt the person or the property of someone else.
And if someone wants to pass by and not listen to you, let them go.
If they stop and listen, fine.
But you don't have a right to shove it down their throat, and they don't have a right to shut you up.
You see, we understood that instinctively, the two of us sitting there, from different worlds, with different beliefs.
We understood that our ability to have those beliefs and be from those different worlds, and live in peace and security without fearing each other, were the principles and ideals upon which this nation was based.
The Constitution, the Bill of Rights, all of the things handed to us by our Founding Father.
Her name was Gwen Wyckoff.

Well, she didn't exist at that time.
You see, Perceptions Magazine grew out of that conversation and many others that she had with many other people beside me.

Some that you would agree with, some that you would shake your head and say, Oh my God, how can these people believe this stuff?
And she has a section called Awesome News, and I'm going to read you some of those.
And she has a book section with exclusive sneak previews, and then reviews.
And, of course, the classified section and coming events.
Now, I'm going to read you, in the current issue, her comments in her column called, From the Publisher.
And it goes like this, folks.

We, the people, presumed to be an ignorant and usable commodity, are played against each other to ensure that we never unite.
Black, white, Christian, Jew, gay, straight, Japanese, Chinese.
What if we should ever transcend our limitations?
What if we could grow in awareness and consciousness to the point that we could not be manipulated?
What if we managed our emotional pain, stopped projecting onto each other, and refused to be used against each other?
What if we, the people, created a better world?

And from the editor, Judy Brewer, in her column she says this, and I quote, During the final stages of getting this issue ready for layout, I overheard several volunteers and members of our staff discussing their surprise that hordes of people weren't lining up to assist perceptions to physically and financially get this critical information out.
And while a bigger support team and unlimited financial resources would be wonderful, I discovered at recent speaking engagements in New Mexico, Nevada, Northern California, and the San Francisco Bay Area that Perceptions is cutting a new swath in the political-spiritual arena.
The number of people awakening and wanting to be more involved in these areas is indeed growing, and Perceptions offers refreshment for all those parched thirsts.
At each stop, people were thrilled to find such an eclectic gathering of information in one publication.
Something is stirring deep within the hearts and souls of human beings who, one way or another, chose this time to incarnate on earth.

But because of the last hour there on the Tom Valentine show, I'm going to read you an article that appears in this issue of perceptions under political slant, entitled Welcome to the Militia, by T. Ted D. Barnett, entitled Welcome to the Militia, by T. Ted D. Barnett, Sui Juris.
And I quote, Because of the attention currently being given to the militia concept in our nation, many people want to know just what is a militia.
What is, or is not being said in both mainstream and independent media about this aspect of our Republican form of government is crucial to understand.
Black's Law Dictionary, Second Edition, 1910, defines militia as, essentially, the people's army and their defense and security in time of peace.
This definition embraces several things.
The People's Army is a bonafide battle force available in times of war that is directly accountable to the people.
This is very different from one that is answerable in a roundabout way.
In times of peace, the militia is the people's defense and security against criminals of all kinds, again answerable to and comprised of the people of the local communities it serves.
Blacks also defines militia as the body of people in a state enrolled for discipline but not engaged in actual service except in emergencies.
The militia may have no broader territory than a single state and is distinct from those groups employed in regular, which could be federal, service.
The true militia is also distinct from survivalists.
gun store commandos, doomsayers, separatists and other fringe groups, and greatly in contrast to those who believe in supremacy, racial or otherwise.
It is easy to distinguish the militia from groups who promote armed insurrection or anarchy, whereas the mass media prefers to blur the distinction between the two as a convenient way of dismissing all patriots as misguided or extremists.
Initially, the militia and their local committees were established in each of the colonial communities.
The purpose of the militia was primarily the general defense of the colony against such things as attacks by Indians, pirates, invaders from other nations, and other local disturbances.
As a result of the oppression inflicted by the standing armies of King James II in England and of King George III in the colonies, the purpose of the militia was expanded.
The Founding Fathers believed that the militia is essential for countering the potential tyranny of government.
Its purpose is to protect the people against all lawlessness, both within government and without.
It is a crucial check against an arbitrary exercise of power by any potential dictator.
The affairs of the militia were to be governed by a committee in each local area.
The committee would discuss the issues of the day, and it was customary for the privates, that is, citizens enrolled for service, and officers, citizens subject to the policies of the committee, to take part in the delegation's debate.
After a resolution was made by the committee, the order was given to the militia to implement the action.
The militia then responded with the direction, demeanor, and discipline necessary for it to function effectively.
The Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America insists that a well-regulated militia is necessary to the security of a free state.
Is was inserted, as that is the meaning.
This is the way it should really read.
A well-regulated militia necessary to the security of a free state.
Well-regulated means disciplined, coordinated, and prepared.
The security of a free state means the initiative, purpose, or action of maintaining freedom within the state.
The militia is the people's ultimate protector of life, liberty, and personal property.
It is the only force ultimately capable of upholding the law.
In its pure sense, A militia need not involve the actual use of arms.
Simple establishment of a militia is, in itself, a great deterrent to abuse of power.
We, the people, have forgotten or are unaware of our duties as citizens and the importance of the militia.
Each citizen has the responsibility to provide support to the community in whatever way he or she is able.
In a militia, no soldier stands alone.
Even if he appears to do so, the soldier is supported by a network of people who, notwithstanding their own interests, work toward a common goal.
Thus, Betsy Ross, Paul Revere, and the network of other colonies were no less important as elements of the militia than the minute men stationed on the front lines when King George's troops opened fire.
Today, as in the colonies, It is the participation of every citizen in the militia that will secure the freedom of his or her community.
In the opinion of many, time is short before the sovereignty of the people, both individually and collectively, is irretrievably lost.
This is primarily because we have left critical tasks undone due to our own ignorance and unwillingness to accept responsibility.
Thus, in the final stages of political attrition, we are facing a government that distances itself from the people, and we are allowing our own subjugation to continue unabated.
A real and frightening attack on our form of government has not been confronted or stopped by the common government of these states.
There has been a slow and methodic erosion of our freedom in recent years.
Most Americans seem not to have noticed or have ignored the signals that something is wrong with the way laws are being created in Washington, D.C.
These laws are a threat to the security and to the very existence of every free state in this union.
Everywhere we turn, from local ordinances to congressional legislation to the mass media, we find powerful persuaders who attempt to convince us to exchange our natural rights for government-controlled privileges.
The real danger inherent in such an exchange is that a privilege that may be granted can also be revoked.
Due to the potential destruction of the people's sovereignty, a state of political emergency exists.
Only concerted action by the citizenry can put a stop to this insidious process.
Consequently, we the people, for our collective defense and security, are encouraged to enroll and participate in the militia.
Today we see our Republican form of government misused and abused.
We chant the mantra, Democracy, which means mob rule, when we should know better.
Constitution, Article 4, Section 4, end quote.

America is not a democracy.
Where we should hear information, we hear propaganda and spin doctors.
Where we are entitled to find respect for fundamental rights, we find progressively more regulation and erosion of rights.
No one can arrest or reverse this process but we ourselves.
Consequently, as the militia of a sovereign people, we must reclaim our proper position as the ultimate controllers and regulators of the direction and role of government in our lives.
To do anything less will be to borrow ourselves into bankruptcy and sell our children into slavery.
On that tragic day, we will have no one to blame but ourselves.

Well, I now continue where I left off with this article entitled Welcome to the Militia.
From the pages of the current issue of Perceptions magazine.
And I quote, We are in a state of political emergency because for many years, we the people have failed to exercise our right to restrain the excesses of our elected representatives using the Constitution as our essential foundation. we the people have failed to exercise our right to Thank you.
When any of us fails to take part in the political process, this responsibility is quickly assumed by someone else, regardless of whether or not we intend to surrender it.
One who does exercise this responsibility will also receive the benefits arising from it.
Now, please note that a republic cannot survive when the government is not accountable for its actions.
The first step toward accountability must be thorough understanding by the people of what their government is doing and how these actions impact them both now and in the future.
None of the essential elements of a republic can be sustained unless citizens educate themselves and exercise their inherent fundamental rights to life, liberty, and self-government.
The right to self-government is only one of many rights, but, like all others, it is not self-executing.
As history points out, the core of a successful Republican government is the existence and preservation of an educated, alert, and vigilant citizenry, and the continued participation of that citizenry in the political process.
It is the collective action of the people that must control the basic direction of the government.
Popular complacency is contrary to the survival of any republic.
In a society where the mainstream media and educational system is used to obscure and deceive, one of the first difficulties encountered by a responsible citizen is to find reliable data.
Unfortunately, Americans do not get far into the self-education process before they become prey to rumors of various sorts which capitalize on their newfound perception that all is not well in government, and these rumors may or may not be true.
People have an unfortunate tendency to react emotionally to wild rumors and doom-and-gloom exaggerations often made by the patriots for profit.
Although there is some truth in the stories, Assumptions and incomplete information do tend to inspire fear.
Fear can make a citizen fail to consider, let alone exhaust, functional remedies first.
Fear will lead a people to compromise their rights for the illusion of security.
This solution allows them to tolerate the legislative erosion of their fundamental freedoms bit by bit with results that few can predict and none will believe.
The issue of how a local militia can best be utilized and how to educate its constituents was addressed by informal militia leadership conferences held in July and August 1994.
The fundamental need recognized was to organize and maintain a pen-and-ink army, complete with operational and procedural structures, intelligence and information handling, to provide we the people with accurate information on governmental and political affairs.
By enabling the militia to save efforts and funds now being wasted in the pursuit of unfounded rumors, we can win the battle for our government through peaceful means.
It is the grassroots militia, assembled of and by the people, which can provide the guarantee for the return of governmental power to the people.
Participants in a community militia emphasize lawful assembly to exercise their rights of self-government and self-determination.
Attention is focused on the proper exercise of the power of the people, the same power that created the government in the first place.
It is only common sense that a creation cannot become superior to its Creator.
Our Founding Fathers understood this when they drafted our Declaration of Independence, and I quote from that document in the article, We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
And that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of those ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new form of government.
When a long train of abusers and usurpations pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security.
Citizens must realize that the price of liberty is constant vigilance and remain steadfast in the belief that by acting with their fellow citizens they can make a difference.
Americans today have a precious inheritance, a fundamental charter, our Constitution, which recognizes that as citizens we possess rights That these rights are inherently ours.
That our very birthright as citizens of the United States of America is freedom.
As history repeats itself, the freedom of the people is under political attack, and we as the militia must unite to defend our freedoms without delay.
To be productive The militia must respond with direction, demeanor, and discipline.
If we can succeed in this area, our future as a free people will be assured.
If the militia fails, our future as Americans is certain to be difficult and disappointing.
I believe that by educating the people and encouraging them to truly participate in their political system, We, the people, can exercise our inherent right to peaceable self-government, and we will overcome this, our most crucial challenge.
And now some food for thought.
George Mason of the Virginia Ratifying Convention said, The British Parliament was advised by an artful man to disarm the people.
That was the best and most effective way to enslave them.
But they should not do it openly, but to weaken them and let them sink gradually by total disusing and neglecting the militia.
Virginia Supreme Court Judge George Tucker said this, Whenever standing armies are kept up, the right of the people to keep and bear arms is, under any color or pretext whatsoever, prohibited.
Liberty, if not already annihilated, is on the brink of destruction.
And in Proverbs 12 verse 24, the King James Version of the Bible, it says this, The hand of the diligent shall bear rule, but the slothful shall be under tribute.
Supreme Court Justice George Sutherland had this to say, For the saddest epitaph, which can be carved in memory of a vanished freedom, is that it was lost because its possessors failed to stretch forth a saving hand while there was still time." And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the end of the article.
I hear constantly from many of you that you're just one lonely, helpless person and there's really nothing that you can do.
