As I promised Monday night, I'm going to read the statement again released by the command staff of the Second Continental Army of the So if you missed it on Monday night, or you didn't understand it, or it was a little fuzzy, open your ears, because here it comes again.

Quote, History has demonstrated that the enemies of liberty hold to the tradition of striking upon holidays to which the whole people subscribe.
The strategy of socialism has been to eliminate the leadership of its enemies by kidnap or murder, usually in the dead of night, during the period of celebration.
It has been generally proven that a population left without leadership will be confused, ineffective, and quickly disarmed.
It is the opinion of this staff and our intelligence service that there will be an attempt to bring about the elimination of patriot and militia leaders during the Fourth of July Thanksgiving or Christmas holidays.
Based upon information furnished by intelligence, we believe that an attempt could occur this year.
We believe the plan for world government mandates this be accomplished no later than Christmas 1996.
Indications are as follows.
Mock American cities have been built on several Army and Marine bases where civilian law enforcement, FEMA, National Guard, and elite special forces from foreign countries, as well as United States military units, are being trained in breaking, entering, and house-to-house search and seizure tactics.
At least seven incidents have occurred where multi-jurisdictional, multi-agency, local, state, and federal, including military and foreign personnel using live ammunition, have attacked buildings in densely populated city neighborhoods in six cities.
Foreign pilots, including Germans, are being trained by Central Intelligence Agency proprietary companies to identify areas from the air by terrain recognition.
Unidentified helicopters of different colors, but predominantly black with white appearing in recent months, have maneuvered at very low and illegal altitudes over every major city and many rural areas of the nation.
Areas in various states have been converted to holding areas or prisons, and several abandoned military bases have been converted to prisons or concentration camps.
The new federal transfer center in Oklahoma City is designed to process 1200 to 1500 new prisoners per week.
The recently passed crime bill allots another $27 billion, that's billion with a B, to build new prisons in America, a nation which already boasts the largest prison population in the world.
The same Crime Bill mandates the death penalty for at least 57 crimes which were not previously punishable by death, and some were never before crimes.
Russian and other foreign origin trucks, artillery, rocket launchers, helicopters, and armor, including personnel carriers and tanks, have been sighted and verified from coast to coast and border to border.
The totals for this equipment are 312 trucks, including those stockpiled in Mississippi, 16 artillery pieces, 7 rocket launchers mounted on armored track vehicles, 63 armored personnel carriers 51 tanks and four Hind helicopters.
Some sightings could not be verified.
It is probable that many more exist that were transported and never seen.
However, the numbers of foreign equipment touted through the rumor mills have absolutely no basis in fact.
The ownership of the trucks stored in Mississippi have been traced to Airmar, spelled A-I-R-M-A-R.

Remember, you are not Paramilitary organizations, you are in fact military organizations mandated by tradition and law.

The militia will take immediate and positive measures to protect their leaders, including plans for rescue and multiple escape routes.
Every commitment must be made to prevent the capture of your leaders.
Every effort must be made to prevent your leaders from being removed from your area of control.
Rescue attempts must be mounted as soon as possible after capture.

THE MILITIA WILL TAKE IMMEDIATE AND POSITIVE MEASURES TO PROTECT THEIR LEADERS, INCLUDING PLANS FOR RESCUE AND MULTIPLE ESCAPE ROUTES.
EVERY COMMITMENT MUST BE MADE TO PREVENT THE CAPTURE OF YOUR LEADERS.
EVERY EFFORT MUST BE MADE TO PREVENT YOUR LEADERS FROM BEING REMOVED FROM YOUR AREA OF CONTROL.
Rescue attempts must be mounted as soon as possible after capture.
The sooner rescue is attempted, the better the chances of success.
In the event leaders are captured or killed, the next senior member will take command and carry on with the first priority of rescue of any captured leader before rescue becomes impossible.
The protection and utilization of leadership must in all cases be given the highest priority.
An army without leadership is no better than a mob and is quickly dispersed and destroyed.
Patriots and militia members, especially known leaders, must not be found at home over any Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, or Christmas holidays until further notice.
If nothing happens, you may be doubly thankful.
Do not make the mistake of thinking that it will never happen.
The holiday you are caught at home may be the last you ever celebrate.
You must realize that the jail in which sovereignty sits is the universal commercial code.
Individual and state sovereignty have been stripped from us under the color of commercial jurisdiction and acceptance of benefits from the federal government.
NAFTA and GAAP will strip us of our Constitution and our national sovereignty in the exact same guise of commercial jurisdiction, and the acceptance of benefits from a world trade organization, which will eventually be swallowed into the jurisdiction of a world totalitarian socialist government called the United Nations, and this is not the third of it.
Very soon, the militia will begin to receive the direction it needs in the form of legal justification for militia formation, training, and action, including manuals and battle plans.
Use these materials as they become available.
The value of these items will be obvious when you receive them.
The separate militia of the several states must be, in all respects, fully equipped, trained, and ready, mentally and spiritually, to fight the war, to reinstate the Constitution of the United States of America to its to reinstate the Constitution of the United States of America to its legal and lawful place as the supreme law of the land within You must remember that liberty requires hardship, sacrifice, and eternal vigilance.
Those who will not undertake what is required to maintain their freedom do not deserve it and will not long enjoy it.
You must maintain foremost in your minds and in your hearts that we stand for liberty with responsibility.
Our devotion is to the principle and ideal of liberty and justice for all peoples, protected by those documents known as the Declaration of Independence, the Articles of Confederation, the Constitution of the United States of America, and the Bill of Rights.
We have sworn to protect and defend the constitutions of our separate states and the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign or domestic.
And for the support of our oath, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine providence, we have pledged our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

The recent elections have sent a very powerful and startling message to Washington.

If you're on the right, you're probably inclined to think so.
Less government, less taxes, less regulation, less welfare.
I'm finally getting the government off my back, you're thinking to yourself.
No more Big Brother.
I'm a happy man.
If you're on the left, you're disgusted, frustrated, confused, and wondering, what happened?
How did this happen?
And where are we headed now?
And somewhere inside, you're a little terrified of the answer.
Terrified that the Republicans are going to take away abortion rights, reverse gun control laws, eliminate welfare programs, show no concern for homosexual rights, put people in jail for smoking pot.
You're afraid the Christian fundamentalists may get some real power.
You're afraid of the right imposing their morality on you.
I'm an unhappy person, you're thinking to yourself.
Why is it that we can't all be happy at the same time?
I'll tell you why.
Because we all keep attempting to futilely impose our morality on each other.
It is time we all realized that we are, each and every one of us, individuals.
Individuals who own their own lives.
Individuals who must live together by a common denominator, and that denominator is freedom.
Freedom to be whoever and whatever we are born to be or choose to be.
We have to learn to grant others their liberties if we expect to own liberties to be honored.
The proviso, of course, is that we do not physically harm the person or property of another, and that we accept the consequences of our individual actions.
And I'd like to state an aside here, folks.
What is it that makes everybody so concerned with what everybody else is doing if they're not hurting you or your property?
What business is it of yours?
This is supposed to be a nation of individual freedoms, enjoyed by everyone and protected by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Yet everywhere I look, everybody wants to have their freedom to their religion, to live the life they want to live, to do what they want to do, to say what they want to say.
But nobody else is supposed to be able to do that.
Anyone who disagrees with your petty little dogmas and your stupid little idiosyncrasies is not supposed to be living on this earth, it seems.
And you're wrong.
And unless you change that very quickly—this is not in Aaron Russo's letter, I'm telling you this from my heart—unless you change that very quickly, there will not be any liberty left on this earth.
For unless you are willing to give others the same liberty which you wish and enjoy and want and are willing to fight for for yourself, you yourself cannot have those liberties.
And a lot of you don't seem to understand that.
If you really want to make this a government married to any religion, I don't care which one it is, then if a stronger religion comes along they can Just kick you out from your butts, and they can marry the government with their religion, and they can burn you all at the stake, just like they did in the medieval days.
If you will not allow a Buddhist to erect his temple and peacefully practice his religion, then you cannot expect the Buddhist or anyone else to allow you to build a Christian church and practice your religion, or a Jewish synagogue and practice your religion, or a mosque and worship Allah, and you certainly won't be allowed to be an atheist.
It is beyond my understanding how Americans cannot grasp this concept, for America is the birthplace and the protector of freedom.
One of the reasons we're losing our freedoms now is because of the bigotry That's bigotry and intolerance of most Americans who have never read the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, don't understand what it says.
When all the freedoms that they think it gives them, and it doesn't, they all come from whatever creator is in this universe, The Constitution is a secular instrument that protects the rights of all of us.
And if you really believe that you are some superior race, or some superior mind, you'd better hope that you are in the overwhelming majority, because nobody else is going to buy it, and nobody else is going to put up with it.
Simply because for you to be that, everyone else has to be inferior, and inferior people always end up the slaves of whoever thinks that they are the superior people.
And that's just not going to happen in this world again, ladies and gentlemen.
It's not going to happen.
If you think it is, you better think again.
You'll be opposed at every turn that you make by everyone who truly thinks clearly and knows that no child is born into this world in a body of its choosing, and that no one is born hating another, and that no one is born with a religion attached to them.
We go through life making choices, and that's exactly what we're supposed to do here.
Make choices.
Live in freedom.
Be responsible for our actions.
Not hurt the person or property of anyone else.
And if we do, accept the responsibility and pay whatever penalty comes along with that.
We're on the verge of losing all of our freedoms.
We can't afford people who think like that.

That can bring us all together.
How lucky can we be?
We don't have to reinvent it.
We don't have to recreate it.
We just need to restore it to its proper role as the law of the land.
I hear some of you saying, quote, the Constitution is the law of the land.
Why do we need to restore it?

Well, I ask you this.
When was the last time you read it?
Do you really think our government still abides by it?
The truth is, our politicians may swear an oath to the Constitution, but they knowingly violate and disregard it, making Their sworn oaths as meaningless as their campaign promises.
They know the Constitution limits their powers.
They know that under the Constitution they are our servants.
We the people become the masters of our own fate.
Our ignorance of the Constitution is the single most important reason why our country is dysfunctional.
Our lack of knowledge of the Constitution is what allows the powers in federal government to proceed and strip us of our God-given freedoms, which they replace by granting us government privileges.
They take away a dollar, give us back a dime, and we're grateful.
We are their slaves, and we don't even know it.
We fight amongst each other, never realizing the true enemies.
Under the laws of the Constitution, the federal government doesn't have the power to deny us our liberty.
Our battle as a nation isn't left versus right.
Our true battle is the individual versus federal government.
Divide and conquer is an old and classic means of playing people against one another as opposed to finding the common unity which binds us all.
Liberals and conservatives are not enemies.
They are merely of different philosophies.
It is the politicians within those movements that would enforce their values on others that create the problem.
For them, it is merely a means of extending their own power.
Both Democrats and Republicans are guilty of passing laws in direct violation of the Constitution.
For example, Section 180102 of the new Crime Bill authorizes many government agencies to seize a citizen's assets, sell them, and divide the proceeds among the various agencies simply because that citizen is the object of an investigation.
You are no longer innocent until proven guilty, whether you are liberal or conservative.
Due process of law is dead in America.
Last year, over 250,000 Americans—that's 5,000 a week—had property seized without trial, and 80% of them were not even charged with a crime.
Virtually all of this property was taken without indictment, trial, or conviction.
Asset seizures have increased from 27 million in 1985.
to over two billion in 1992, an increase of over 3,700 percent.
Government agencies now target Americans based upon how much property they have, not upon what crimes they may have committed.
In a police state, the government can legally seize anything you own and assault you while being unaccountable for their behavior.
I believe that it is time to restore our personal freedoms, which have been slowly but systematically taken from us.
I believe that if we as a people fail to act, the course on which the ship of state is currently set is clear, an accelerating bankrupt socialist police state.
To all Americans who want to keep their rights, whether it be the right to speak your mind, the right to keep the money you earn, the right to use your property as you wish, the right to bear arms for the defense of your family from any threat, including government, The right for consenting adults to engage in sexual behavior of their choice.
The right to not wear a seatbelt or a motorcycle helmet.
The right to practice or refrain from practicing any religion.
The right to choose a doctor or the medicine and vitamins of your choice.
The right to end your life or the right to begin a life.
These are your personal choices, not the government's.
We can all have our rights if we just remember we are, all of us, sovereign individuals.
I remember growing up as a child being taught that America was the land of the free.
I believed America set a shining example for the rest of the world to follow.
I believed our forefathers died to gain liberty for themselves and their heirs.
I believed we went through two world wars to preserve liberty.
I believed we did this to make certain that enemies from other governments didn't take from us this, the most precious of all gifts.
I am sorry to say, I believe it is now time for action once again to preserve our freedom.
We have to begin by peacefully fighting our enemies.
Only this time, they are within our own government.

How can you believe in God?
And we've got to get rid of all these people who believe in God and Jesus Christ.

You better get it through your thick head.

I don't care what color you are.
I don't care what altar you bow down to.
Liberty and individual rights mean exactly that.
It means anything that is not forbidden to an individual by the Constitution or the state is his or hers for the doing.
Do you understand that?
Anything that is not forbidden by the Constitution or by the state is up to the individual to choose whether they do it or not, whether they belong to it or not, whether they worship it or not.
or whether they go to bed with it or not.
It's nobody else's business unless they hurt someone else or damage their property.
And then that is covered by the law.
America cannot be free if you are not willing to allow Americans to be free.
And if you would establish your own version of what freedom is for others, then you are nothing more than another Napoleon, another Hitler, another Genghis Khan, another Caesar, another piece of crap that crawled out from under the garbage heap.
And I, for one, will not allow you to do that.
And as you already know, I don't care less what you think about me.
My battle is for liberty for all peoples.
I don't care who they are.
I belong to a great organization led by great men who have many years of military experience.
It's called the Second Continental Army of the Republic.
When we march to restore the Constitution to its rightful place, to its legal place as the supreme law of the land.
You had better be with us, because if you are not, you are surely against us.
And we will not stop for anyone.
We believe in taking every single peaceful measure To maintain the freedom of the American people.
If every peaceful measure becomes exhausted within the law, within the framework of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights, we will reclaim our freedom.

President Clinton said on national public radio the other day that if Congress did not pass GATT, he would implement GATT with an executive order.
