Gene, what's happening in the metal market?
Well, from the last time we talked, gold, both gold and silver, continue to drop.
Both of them are going to be in the middle of the market.
And we're going to be seeing a lot of gold.
Gold dropped about $20 over the last week and silver dropped about $0.50.
Gold sitting at $342.70 at where it closed today and silver just slightly under $4 now.
And one of the things I wanted to talk to your audience quickly about is if I had to
take a survey and ask not just your audience but take a survey across America as far as
gold and silver and how they would rate them as investments, most of them say yuck, that's
a poor investment.
And what I want to emphasize to those people that think of gold and silver as a poor investment,
they totally misunderstand the reason for owning it in the first place.
You're absolutely right about that, Gene.
That's like to say that you bought fire insurance on your house in order to get rich.
Nobody's made a dime as far as getting rich on buying insurance.
Let's be careful.
I bet a few people have.
Yeah, those that like to play with their matches.
But by and large, we have insurance on our houses, on our homes, and on our health to
protect ourselves against any kind of catastrophic loss so that we don't end up holding an empty
We have some insurance to fall back onto.
And that's the number one reason why anybody should own it.
We should look at this drop in gold as great.
I can buy this at a much cheaper price than I could a week ago.
Saving themselves, you know, hundreds or even thousands of dollars depending on how much they're looking at buying.
The thing I wanted to mention is, you know, when I see gold and silver dropping, you know, I don't know about y'all, but I'm curious.
Why is it doing this?
Why is the market going down?
Or why is the stock market going up?
Or why did they, you know, I'm a, I guess I'm a tinker.
I want to know why.
I don't just accept it as, okay, it went down or okay, it went up.
I want to know why it did.
So I did some investigating and checking out with different resources and what I came up And I guess it kind of makes sense in what we're dealing with and where this world is heading.
And the very people that own the vast majority of the gold are the ones that don't want you to hold it.
And if they can make gold and silver look like that's something they can discourage, the only way they can really discourage it is by manipulating it going down.
If they can suppress the price, and this is what we basically discovered this week is That the Federal Reserve and the central banks around the world are purposefully suppressing the price of gold and silver to discourage people from owning it.
Because they know that people owning it will create their own independence.
They're not dependent on the Federal Reserve to offer whatever currency they may be dealing in.
Well, they're also artificially inflating the stock market, Gene.
Oh, absolutely.
I believe that they're hoping that everybody will dump everything else and jump in on the gravy train, which when it's this high isn't any gravy train for For people like are listening to this program.
It could be a gravy train for a huge corporation who had millions to invest and understand that this isn't going to last very long.
Oh, exactly.
There's going to be a few elite people, you know, in that group that's perpetuating this new world order that are going to make a ton of money, but then they're going to eventually pull the rug out from underneath this stock market and all these investors, these retired people, that all these people pulled money out of their money markets, their CDs, I mean, it's going to be a bloodbath.
And so, I guess, if what you see out there, and I'm talking to your audience, what you see out there in the world, I mean, the debt didn't go away, gold went down, but the debt didn't go away, the deficit didn't get smaller, you know, the problems that we're facing didn't just disappear because gold went down, they're still there.

handcuffs on and the shackles on and turn in your wife and kids and go quietly marching
into those concentration camps because, you know, that's what's left.

Well, you know, it just, it boggles my mind.
You see what's going on and I guess being in the business, maybe I'm privy to information
that, you know, I'm not a big fan of, but I'm not a big fan of the idea of being a
criminal, but I guess being in the business, maybe I'm privy to information that most people
aren't and hopefully this will, you know, wake some people up.
Now one thing that before I get off here I want to mention and if those that are interested in some silver we picked up some silver routes and we're getting rid of them at a fairly inexpensive price.
I got about 400 ounces of silver routes you know we're limiting them to like 20 We're getting rid of them at about four bucks an ounce, so if anybody's interested, give me a call tomorrow and we'll give you a good deal on that.

If you don't want gold and silver, then get rid of all your other things that you'll fall back on, and then buy as much paper.
But I don't believe that's what you want to do.
I do believe you want to protect yourself.

Boy, I used to hear that in the Navy an awful lot, and that's what we need to hear an awful lot right now.

Dear Mr. Cooper, I'm a new listener and am intrigued about what your programs have to offer.
I find it quite informative.
Ten years ago, I was introduced to this dangerous phenomenon that's sweeping our country via a book entitled The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow by Constance Cumby.
And by the way, folks, I recommend that you read that book.
It's THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF THE RAINBOW by Constance Cumding, a lawyer out of Detroit.
It so astonished me that I became active in trying to educate others about the Illuminati and other pertinent topics.
However, because people were so turned off by this whole subject, I became paralyzed in my own actions.
I shut the whole insidious concept from my mind.
While stationed at West Point back in 1985, I was again confronted with materials I'd assumed not to be contented with.
And again, while at Fort Drum, New York, I wish I had allowed myself to continue in the work.
To be concise and more to the point, of all the medium that I've encountered on this subject, your program is the most viable.
I've tuned in to T. Valentine, B. Goodman and Brothers Stair and others, but it is your show who has awakened the sleeping giant within me again.
I'm very disappointed when I'm taking notes from the hour of the time and it somehow gets scrambled right in the middle of an important thought.
Are you on any other shortwave frequencies other than WWCR?

Unfortunately, I'm not.
I am on satellite, and we were on television in Florida until the equipment was not able to play automatically an hour tape and then switch over to another satellite for the rest of the stuff.
So we were on a week there, and we're not in Florida anymore.
It says, I have a brother in Jacksonville, Florida, that I've recently introduced to your work.
He is a historian, so I sent him a squelch.
Well, it's a reproduction of a program that I copied with you and Ralph Epperson and the Constitution.
It's sometimes difficult making out the names and places with all of the distortions.

stamp, above pictures of the sun, the moon, and what appears to be A stylized version of a horned creature I would imagine is supposed to be Satan.

It was a few weeks ago I started listening to Shortwave, and I happened to find you the
night you were challenging us to check certain references in the United States Code volumes
in our libraries.
Having been acquainted for many years of the existence of such groups as the CFR, Trilateral
Commission, etc., I knew somewhat of what you were referring to about disarmament treason
of 1961, but did not know that this was a matter of public record.
The way you presented this was electrifying and should have been heard by every American.
Unfortunately, it will never make the mass media, but for some wonderful reason we can hear the truth over short wave.
Why this is, I don't understand.
Apparently shortwave is not yet controlled by our enemies within.
However, as you know, when listening to shortwave stations as close as WWCR is to us here, signals are often not very reliable.
Unfortunately, by the time your program comes on here at midnight, WWCR is skipping out over us here and it is very difficult to get the gist of what is being said.
For instance, I had to wait two weeks until a favorable night came along in which I could copy your address to me.
It is a tragedy that the nation cannot hear you as easily as they hear Rather and Brokaw, Inc.
Did I hear you say you are on satellite?
If so, would you please let me know where your show can be found up there?
I do not have a satellite receiver, but would seriously consider getting one just to hear you.

I don't know yet.
I'll be taping my talks whether they do or not, so it depends upon how well they come out as to whether or not they'll be available, but we'll see.
Folks, for those of you having trouble receiving this broadcast, let me give you just a little bit of advice here.
Number one, you cannot listen to shortwave.
You cannot listen to shortwave on a cheapy radio.
I'm not trying to insult you or call you cheap, but if you have a little $35 or $40 or $60 radio, chances are you're having trouble receiving this broadcast.
Also, you're probably hearing another station, a Catholic station, I believe in Birmingham, Alabama or somewhere around there, that is interfering with the signal of WWCR on radios that do not have digital synthesizers.
I can't even say that word.
Synthesize tuning.
If you have a digital tuning radio, somewhere in the upper price range, but not... You see, shortwave radios can cost you as much as $5,000, $6,000, $7,000 for a real super good one.
And some people are out there listening to me right now with no problems.
They can hear me clear as a bell.
Others of you have these little $35 radios, and you're having big trouble hearing me.
Let me give you a recommendation.
I would suggest that you buy one of the Sanjean models, that's Sanjean models, in about the $200 to $240 price range if you can afford it.
If you can't afford it, they make radios at a lesser price.
There's also some pretty good Sony radios in that price range.
And you can go to Radio Shack, and they have what's called the DX390.
The DX390, which is also a very good shortwave radio, shortwave receiver.
That's the one, in fact, that I use.
I had a DX440, which is really a Sanjian, but I gave that to my brother in Oklahoma as a present because he didn't have a shortwave radio.
So, folks, The next best thing to buying a better radio is antenna.
Antenna is everything with short waves.
String a long, bare copper wire.
Make sure that your plug to your radio is grounded and plug it in where it says antenna.
If you don't know how to do that, go down to Radio Shack.
They have everything you need.
They'll sell you the stuff real cheap and they'll even tell you how to do it or you can buy a little book on antennas there.
If you're in a big city, you might be really lucky and can go down to a radio store that specializes in shortwave radios and they can do all kinds of good things for you.
So that's the best advice that I can give you at this time.
The next advice that I'm going to give you is if you're having trouble with interference.
In other words, if you hear something that sounds like bubbles while this program is Or, if you hear teletypes, or what sounds like Morse code, or anything that doesn't not sound like just ordinary static, then that is someone else broadcasting, or holding down a carrier on this frequency, or intentionally jamming this frequency.
Now, from my stint in the Office of Naval Intelligence, I know the sound that sounds like bubbles coming up through water.
is jamming from a foreign country.
I'm not going to name the foreign country because I don't want to get our State Department in more than what it's up to now.
But it's coming from a foreign country in the Middle East and it is definitely 100% jamming when you hear that bubble sound.
It's called bubble jamming in fact.
You need to call WWCR to report these things.
You see I call in and talk to Adam Locke And he said, well, gee, Bill, we haven't heard that, and gosh, is it coming from one part of the country or is it coming from all parts of the country?
And unless you call, you people are writing me, and you're calling me, and I'm not the radio station.
What you need to do is call the radio station, WWCR, ask for Adam Locke.
Report the jamming to Adam.
Report the interference to Adam.
Then they'll be able to tell where it's coming from, how much of the nation is blanketing, and they can do the proper studies and make the proper reports.
So their number is 615-255-1300.

Ask for Adam.

The next thing you should do is sit down and write a letter to your congressmen and senators.
Tell them you want the jamming of WWCR 7435 stopped immediately.
Demand that it be stopped.
Demand that they conduct an investigation.
Call the FCC and demand that they force these other stations from broadcasting over WWCR and 7435.
There's nothing else I can do than that, folks, and we all have to do it together.
I always report it when I know about it, but I'm one voice.
We have to do this together, everything together, or we're not going to change anything.
Now, I want to read this to you.

In interpreting the text, I do not find that it advocates a world government that is based on any form of tyranny unless one would portray God's rule by His laws tyranny.
That is, God that is the source of the Trinity, the Father of Christ, Christ who at the same time is also the manifestation of the same Infinite Father who is at the center of all.
The papers do advocate representative forms of government.
This distinctly implies that human rights as embodied in the Constitution of the United States are true.
And correct, and any other representation of the papers is false.
The highest and greatest civil rule is the rule of self-control.
The papers certainly explain the distinction of true and false liberty, false liberty being rebellion against God as exemplified in the Lucifer rebellion that is portrayed in detail in several of the papers.
I find no substantial contradiction to the contents of the New Testament.
There also are interesting remarks about the details of what are called the mystery schools, the secret societies, the rebellion against God that humanism is, and with it the worship of the intellect and a restatement of the life and teaching of Jesus Christ.

The term document classification status is not used on any government classified documents.
That statement is a fraud.
Top Secret is correct, if this document were Top Secret, which it is not, because above that it says original transmission date 3-3-93.
Now if you figure that out, 3-3-93 is 6-6-6, and there's all kinds of number games in here that if you understand Gematria, you can figure out who this guy really is.
It says retransmission date 31093 and that's pretty interesting there too.
But the problem with that you see is top secrets documents are not allowed to be transmitted by any means except they must be encrypted by the crypto process either on a KL47 or by hand and they can only be sent by a secure teletype.
A secure teletype.
Now understand what I'm saying folks.
This document was never encrypted.
It was never decrypted.
It was never sent by a secure teletype.
This, it looks like, may have either been sent by fax or mail or something like that.
Who knows what it was sent by.
But it says original transmission date and then retransmission date.
Those are bogus terms not ever used by the intelligence community.
And they would never put those terms up there in the first place.
Everybody knows.
And it does not have a date-time group, which it must have on a top-secret document with a number at the end that you use, and I'm not going to tell you how to do that, but you use to verify that it is a top-secret document and that it is a genuine date-time group.
That is absent from this document.
It is also a classified top-secret document, and down below that it is stamped confidential.
There is nowhere on this document anything that says that it was declassified.
or under what law or ruling that it was declassified, or by whom, which is against the law.
In other words, folks, this document is bogus.
But there's even more.

You see, when I was in the Office of Naval Intelligence, there are certain phrases and things that we used to tell bogus documents so that during an exercise, troops did not actually think that it was real, call to battle, and deploy, and hurt anybody.
And those terms are all through here.
According to the date of this document, which is in 1993, they're referring to the National Security Act of 1947, which is bogus because the National Security Act of 1947 was replaced with the National Security Act of 1954.
