| We're ready to go. We're back from the break, and I am joined with Attorney General of West Virginia, Patrick Morrissey, our nation's hero. | |

| Patrick, you came on the Adam King Show a couple weeks ago. | |
| We went over so many different subjects, including your Supreme Court win against the EPA. You are so busy with so much stuff. | |
| What's going on in the world of Patrick Morrissey, and what should the InfoWars audience be focused on? | |
| Hey, look, a lot of big cases coming down the pike. | |
| A couple things to point out. | |
| One, just last week, we won a 25-state preliminary injunction against the Biden so-called Waters United States rule when they were trying to transform your backyard ditch and ephemeral stream into a federally regulated waterway. | |
| utterly crazy but we've stopped that right now that was one big piece of information god second we're in the middle of this big big fight to protect women's sports and that's something that we keep uh engaging in every day because i for one probably like 99.9 percent of your audience believe that biological males should not be playing in women's sports and we're now in the fourth | |
| We had a little bit of a procedural setback at the U.S. Supreme Court, but I think we're still lined up to win on the merits, and here's why. | |
| This is common sense. | |
| This is fairness. | |
| I think people know that anytime you have a biological male participating, you're displacing women, and people don't want to do that. | |
| So I'm excited about this case because I think we're ultimately going to prevail, and it's going to be a nice win to stop the woke left crowd from further intruding on our values. | |
| That's amazing and I'm glad to see that you're really acting as a hero for women and a leader defending women's integrity. | |
| What kind of roadblocks do you have in the future with this case? | |
| What's the likelihood that this can have national impact like your EPA case did? | |
| Well, we're going to be going through the Fourth Circuit right now. | |
| I think eventually it's going to get back up at the U.S. Supreme Court. | |
| So I think that could be precedent setting. | |
| But there's another big development that occurred, too. | |
| Just last week, as we learned about the issues involving our case in West Virginia, the Biden administration decides to issue a new rule saying that if you're taking any of the federal money in the schools... | |
| You're going to have to have sports where biological males are allowed to play. | |
| So what Biden is doing is trying to make this into a national issue. | |
| And I think we're going to have to push back really hard against that. | |
| I'm going to be working on comments, fighting back at that. | |
| And that's the prelude to filing a lawsuit. | |
| But we're going to have to keep on top of this because these guys keep coming. | |
| We might win in certain areas, but these guys have a long laundry list of nasty woke ideas that are going to keep pushing. | |
| That's why I'm ready on the point and we're so active in the space. | |
| I'm sure you saw the recent decision in Washington to allow the state to take children away from their parents over transgendered issues. | |
| Is there anything on that front that you're doing to protect parents' rights to control their children's lives? | |
| Look, I'm a big believer in parental rights, and I think that some of what we've seen is absolutely child abuse, right? | |
| What they're trying to do to these kids. | |
| And I speak out against that. | |
| You know, I'm a big believer. | |
| You know, people... Folks don't want to be discriminatory. | |
| But when you have seven, eight, ten-year-old boys and girls and they're being... | |
| No one has any idea about what's going on at that age. | |
| I just think it's not right on any level. | |
| So I try to speak out against that and really be forceful to not let these life-altering decisions happen. | |
| I think, look, if people do things when they're adults, that's a different math equation. | |
| We may not like it, but it's still different. | |
| But let's protect our kids and let's empower our parents to stop all the nonsense that's going on. | |
| Yeah, absolutely. And it's so nice and refreshing to see one of our elected officials who's unafraid of the woke mob who could just go out there and make punches and take punches without fear of repercussions. | |
| So I want to thank you for that. | |
| And with that, I got you on the line. | |
| I want to ask you, you know, you are an attorney, one of the attorneys general. | |
| What do you think about the Trump case? | |
| I mean, did we see that coming? | |
| Are you allowed to comment? | |
| Oh, yeah. No, I can comment. | |
| Look, I think the word political witch hunt has been used. | |
| We should multiply that times 10. | |
| This is a political prosecution of the worst kind. | |
| And I think it's terrible when you have these Soros-backed DAs and they actually run on prosecuting people. | |
| That is the definition of corruption. | |
| I speak out very loud against that. | |
| Look, as an AG, I care about the rule of law, and you've got to enforce the law evenly, notwithstanding political affiliation or economic status. | |
| These guys are breaking all the rules. | |
| I hate it. As the state's next governor in West Virginia, I'm speaking out very loudly against it. | |

| But what's happened in Trump is wrong. | |
| I've said I stand for Trump and we have to keep messaging that. | |

| A governor can have a very powerful voice. | |

| We've done that. | |
| We've proven ourself under fire. | |
| Very few people can say that. | |
| They say what their aspirations and their promises are. | |
| I get folks to look at our actual record, and it's a killer record fighting off the woke and standing for conservative values. | |
| I think you've got the best record in the United States. | |
| You're a third-time attorney general going for governor. | |
| And I got to tell you, I miss the big DeSantis train as governor when everybody moved there and got to buy real estate when it was super cheap before it got flooded. | |
| My move, I got my eye on West Virginia. | |
| And when you're in the governor's seat, there's no doubt in my mind that I'm going to go homestead out in West Virginia. | |
| So I'm looking forward to be able to vote for you in the next election, for your re-election campaign as West Virginia. | |
| And I'm actually very much looking forward to seeing you take on the woke, the corrupt, the wicked, the satanic, all the pedophiles, and the sickness that's plagued our country. | |
