If you remember, about three and a half years ago, they had a big fake expose on me in the Southern Poverty Law Center.
And the Democrat Party lawyers, who had a copy of my cell phone, we now know the DOJ was involved, gave it to them.
And they had an employee inside the operation that for a year illegally hacked in.
We filed a police report on it.
Into the internal cameras that are in the walkways and entrances and things, trying to get something.
We also caught him two years ago at 3 a.m. in the parking lot, trying to wirelessly with a laptop get into the system.
The Southern Poverty Law Center is a multinational intelligence agency cutout with over a billion dollars in offshore accounts.
I am not just a leading expert, the leading expert of the Southern Poverty Law Center, I am its victim.
They quarterbacked a lawsuit in 2018 that later got dropped.
Because I said that they ran the Charlottesville attack with actors and that they fund all the major white supremacy organizations.
Now, the reason I know this is I cut my teeth on Waco, got on air in 94.
Waco happened in 93.

General Benton Parton came to Austin.

The SPLC has been caught in federal and state court, along with the ADL, their junior when it comes to actual black ops.

11 indictments handed down against the SPLC for millions and millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars a year, funding all the major white supremacist organizations, funding their leaders.

They set them up and say, if you don't work for us, we're going to put you in prison.

The Southern Poverty Law Center, in a massive, sweeping indictment, has been charged with allegations of fraud and using the banking system to perpetrate that fraud.
I just want to talk about a couple of brief things here.
The Southern Poverty Law Center themselves advertise to raise money to dismantle violent extremist groups for a period of at least a decade.
They use their donor network to raise money to purportedly dismantle violent extremist groups.
However, the SPLC, the Southern Poverty Law Center, used the money they raised from their donor network to actually pay the leadership of these very groups.
I just want to say that again.
They used the fraudulently raised money.
By lying to their donor network, thousands of Americans to go ahead and actually pay the leadership of these supposed violent extremist groups.
The groups, as the general laid out, include the Ku Klux Klan, the United Clans of America, Unite to Right, National Alliance, the National Socialist Movement, the Aryan Nation Motorcycle Club, and the National Socialist Party of America, and also the American Front.
In at least one of these matters, our investigation revealed that funds were used to facilitate the commission of further state and federal offenses, totaling over $3 million.
Furthermore, our investigation revealed that the Southern Poverty Law Center, on top of perpetuating this widespread, decade long, multi million dollar fraud, conducted more criminal activity.
They attempted to hide their criminal activity from our financial banking network.
They set up shell companies and entities around America so that the financial institutions that we rely on as everyday Americans were deceived in believing that money was not coming from the Southern Poverty Law Center in the perpetration of this scheme and fraud, but rather fictitious entities they stood up to perpetuate this ongoing fraud.
This is a serious and egregious violation of a group that purported to dismantle violent extremist groups, but in turn actually only fueled the hatred.
This is an important case brought by the President.
By President Trump's administration.
We're thankful to the president for his leadership and funding of not just the FBI and DOJ, but his commitment to go out there and wipe out fraud and conspiracy and waste and abuse wherever it occurs, including the Southern Poverty Law Center.

The grand jury returned an indictment that says that.
And so what the investigation found, according to the indictment that was returned today, is that they were paying.
So the Southern Poverty Law Center is raising money.
Asking folks to give them money to dismantle racism.
And over a very long period of time, they were using some of the money they raised from donors to pay to, they call them field, you know, basically to informants, for information, for access, to just pay them for certain things.
And so, yes, that's exactly what the indictment charges.
It's the biggest grift in at least modern American history, cutting into the literal DNA of these United States.
On April 21st, 2026, a federal grand jury in Montgomery, Alabama, hit the Southern Poverty Law Center with an 11 count indictment.
Six counts of wire fraud, four counts of false statements to a federally insured bank, and one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering.
They used the fraudulently raised money by lying to their donor network, thousands of Americans, to go ahead and actually pay the leadership of these supposed violent extremist groups.
The groups, as the general laid out, include the Ku Klux Klan, the United Clans of America, Unite to Right, National Alliance, the National Socialist Movement, the Aryan Nation Motorcycle Club, and the National Socialist Party of America, and also the American Front.
One SPLC field source was even a member of the online leadership chat group that planned the 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, making racist postings under SPLC supervision.
And helping coordinate transportation to the event.
This is the very definition of a false flag setup on a massive scale.
As this debacle unfolds, we're seeing the full picture of a vast conspiracy aimed at falsely labeling white men as the most violent racist threat to the country.
A narrative that continues to drive the Democratic Party.
Now, in other times, Democrats and Republicans alike would rely on the Southern Poverty Law Center to help us keep track of the movements of violent white supremacy in the country.
The Southern Poverty Law Center has been a vigilant voice in civil society against radical white nationalist violence and extremism, neo Nazism, and other forces across the political spectrum that spread organized hate.

The president, however, wants to undermine civil society organizations and to reduce our ability to defend ourselves against the virus of racial violence.

And to announce that they finally actually did indict some criminals, major criminals, the Southern Poverty Law Center, which is sort of like the ADL, but the ADL is like explicitly Jewish.
But the Southern Poverty Law Center just pretends to be some good old Americans from down south who are trying to fight racism for black people.

We did lack the hard evidence.
The SPLC has literally been funding the very hate groups that they then oppose and then fundraise off of and then dupe Democrats into trying to repeal the First Amendment in order to stop us from noticing things.
A nonprofit organization that is worth almost a billion dollars, like $800 million, that's been hiding hundreds of millions of dollars in offshore accounts.
And this indictment shows that they had a whole bunch of different shell companies in order to hide the money so that they could pay literal leaders of the few and far between.
Actual white supremacist groups, in order to, well, continue to make sure that they operated so that them and the government could point at them and say, look at these terrible boogeymen out there.

So they're only paying them $73,000.

Obama's last year, the chairman, they fired the chairman, Asian guy, I forget his name, because he said Iran will be 20 times worse than Afghanistan and Iraq, which is true.
Well, that was a thing, I was like, I believe during the original conflict as well.
I don't believe the Taliban were in charge, they had a presence in government, but they weren't actually in charge of the country, they were a wide cell throughout the country.
Now they're in charge, so we basically fought like a 24-odd-year war and spent trillions and trillions-your country and my country, because we get dragged into it as well-to put the bad guys in charge.
It accomplished nothing.

It's just like there are some wars that are justified, but pretty much every single one we've been involved in for like the last four decades has been so dumb.

Things are just getting worse.
But all it's doing is it's making more and more people wake up to the issue that's happening, which is why I do feel at some point, definitely in Britain in the next few years, there is definitely going to be a little bit of a gamer moment, as I like to call it.
Things are starting to get a little bit heated over here.
Yeah, and it's a weird thing because the government knows that this is having the opposite effect of what it's intending.
Every single person they send to jail for like doing like a racist tweet or something like that, they essentially come out of jail fully radicalized, completely radicalized.

So it's making me sort of think, well, if you know it doesn't work, then why are you doing it?
Like, see how the Tories, who basically caused the migrant crisis and allowed things to get this bad over the last 15 years, reform was supposed to be the answer to that.
