| There's been a couple court cases where they've already ruled that these don't qualify as vaccines, but there's a specific issue. | ||

| A new item like mRNA and call it a vaccine when it doesn't meet the existing criteria would likely fall if it was properly challenged under the Supreme Court. | ||
