Then he Declassified all of the Crossfire Hurricane documents and the FBI's own internal investigation that was a whitewash, admitted it was a total fabrication, and that they had the signals intel of Hillary Clinton and Elias, her lawyer, knowing it was a fraud when Trump got the nomination in July of 2016 in Cleveland, Ohio. | ||

And I've got all the U.S. code, and I'll go over that here, but in the Judiciary Act of 1789, so we finally get the country in 1788, goes in 89, and they say, okay, we've got to have these administrative judges to administer this, and Congress created it, just like Congress created the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 and gave it to private offshore banks, 80-plus percent owned by European Rothschild banks. | ||
And they had to have an audit then of who the shareholders were then. | ||
That's all we've got. | ||

And that's why Federal Reserve head of New York is always saying, because that's the one that actually runs it. | ||

Go read Alexander Hamilton's 1788 Federalist Paper 80. And he points out the Constitution and the law and says district judges cannot rule outside of their district or state and they cannot rule on matters of direct executive orders or actions of the Chief Executive, | ||
Commander-in-Chief, the President. | ||
Only the Supreme Court can. | ||
Period. Now that is the most basic thing these judges know. | ||
That's something a first-year law student would know. | ||
I'm not a lawyer, and I knew it without going and looking it up again, but we still looked it up. | ||
Still printed it off. | ||

Go look up Federalist Paper 80. Just type in Federalist Paper 80. Short. | ||
Go read it. | ||
Everything I just said is right there. | ||
And Hamilton, it was Jefferson wrote most of the Constitution on rights and on, and he wrote the Declaration of Independence, much of the Bill of Rights. | ||

Well, there are Republicans up here on the Hill, Kira, who want Johnson, frankly, to go further and support impeaching judges who politically have shown that they, or not politically, rather, but legally show that they disagree with the administration. | ||
The accusation from the administration is that these judges are acting politically. | ||
But these judges and other judges all the way up to the chief justice of the Supreme Court have said that these judges are acting within their constitutionally appropriate powers of passing judgment upon what the executive branch does and either delaying it from going into effect with restraining orders and things of the like. | ||
But what Republicans here on Capitol Hill have done is that they want to impeach those judges that they believe are impeding the president's will and action here. | ||
Johnson has not supported that publicly. | ||
This is as far as he's gone, saying that Congress has the power of the purse. | ||
They can control what districts are allocated in which way the funding and how these district courts are drawn and things of that nature. | ||
That is pure crap. | ||
Shutting down district courts of activist judges is thermal nuclear option. | ||
And I've watched Johnson carefully, and I know Trump. | ||
You've already seen him abolishing and castrating all these agencies. | ||

Directs the Attorney General to enter into information-sharing agreements with state election officials to identify cases of election fraud or other election law. | ||
Violations, because it is the main job of the feds to prosecute that, but the states can as well. | ||

Takes appropriate action against states that count ballots received after election day and federal elections. | ||
That violates federal and state law. | ||

The federal lawsuit argues that the U.S. Constitution specifically assigns the regulation and federal elections to state legislatures. | ||
Yet they decide how that is done. | ||
But they get federal funds. | ||
The legislatures seek enforcement of the Constitution's elections clause. | ||
As an express delegation of power to the state legislatures to act with respect to federal elections. | ||
But the globalists wanted to control it for fraud, so they brought the feds in with all the money, and now Trump controls that. | ||

The power over the money is the power to also turn it off. | ||
