Now, here again is Art.
Good morning, everybody.
We are going to continue to talk about what's going on with the President shortly.
It is the big story of the night.
There is no question about that.
And I've got a whole stack of facts that I've already received regarding the comments I've made thus far on the situation.
And it's not all that frequent that we move into the world of politics, but a move we have this night because of what's going on.
We are going to take a brief moment to welcome a guest on this program.
It's been about two and a half years.
Now, we've done a couple of repeats of that, but it's been about two and a half years.
So, the guest was a Southwest Regional Director of the Civilian Intelligence Network, a Los Angeles-based network of civilian researchers and intelligence gatherers.
That evaluated and exchanged pertinent information on the so-called government's Deep Black Projects programs.
For eight years, the network had focused on the monitoring of activities at Area 51.
That area I live adjacent to here.
A.K.A.
Groom Lake or Dreamland.
Since the summer of 89, he has conducted extensive fieldwork and acquired substantial information on the goings-on at the secret base, and has been instrumental in the escape of one.
He has accompanied TV crews and journalists to Groom Lake's outer perimeters since 1990.
Presently, Norio has independently set up and coordinates a new group, the Civilian Intelligence Operations, which is basically a citizen's watchdog committee on oversight and accountability.
Norio's hypothesis is that a secret global elitist cabal ...will manipulate some of the leading-edge technologies developed at locations like Area 51 to... ...stage a series of phony extraterrestrial-type events... ...in the next few years to bring about an urgency for the... ...the technologies required to simulate any such fake event...
May involve advanced aeronautics and avionics, worldwide data control systems, holographic technology, and some startling mind control weaponry, under the euphemism of non-lethal weapons.
Can the government, by using high technology, soon deceive the public by simulating such a staged extraterrestrial event?
I don't know what program, Thank you very much, Art, for having me again.
It's been a long time, hasn't it?
Yes, two and a half years.
Norio, there was an incredible event in Phoenix on March 13th, remember?
Yes.
Is that the kind of event that you have described in the bio you sent to me?
Do you think that was a staged event in Phoenix?
And by the way, the lights are back.
Yes, I heard about it, Art, uh, a little bit, but, uh, basically, uh, my hypothesis is that, uh, what, uh, appeared over the skies of Arizona in March could have been, uh, part of a new series of, uh, uh, high, uh, highly developed, uh, result of, uh, this new generation of, um, amazing, uh, stealth A new generation of stealth technology equipped aircraft that could be equipped with cloaks and working on, and they are still working on, at Area 51, even right now.
Okay, here's something that I don't understand.
If it is a stealth aircraft of some sort, then why parade it over an American city?
Why would you do that?
I've lived in Phoenix, Arizona for about nine years, and Phoenix, Arizona has always been the place where major products are first tested by major companies.
You're saying the Phoenicians are test dummies?
Well, I'm not saying that, but Phoenix is one of the first places.
That is true, yes.
Yes, and you know, one of the most interesting of this strange craft over Phoenix is that the Air Force, and it is my belief, personal belief, that it could have very well been one of our new startling series of aircraft that are presently going through more development Well, after all, they did develop the F-117.
They did develop the B-2.
They've developed all sorts of things up there.
Now, a lot of people in recent days, Norio, have suggested that Area 51 is no more.
That they have taken all the secret black budget stuff out of Area 51 and moved it into Utah.
I'm sure you've heard those reports, but it is, I believe, 100% that that is not the case.
You think, in fact, Area 51 is expanding?
In fact, Area 51 has been several new water tanks being built right in the back of the big hangar over there.
Even new constructions by the slopes and I had an opportunity to see a Groom Lake facility from a distance but you know from a high elevation which is about 22 miles away but yet because of the high elevation of the mountain you could still see the facility in the distance and there are signs that I mean the activities are not only ongoing but a new generations of Stealth technology, unmanned aerial vehicles, which are really amazing.
Did you actually see any vehicles, or did you see any lights or unusual things occurring?
In fact, yes we did.
Not from the hill, but the following day after we came down from the mountain, the lake area from the dirt road, of course we couldn't see Groom Lake area, but around ten p m uh... the entire sky overgroom like the soviet
group uh...
lit up and uh...
or is it not you know all right so over the facility and uh... this went on for about uh...
uh... three or four times and uh... then each time of the three uh...
globe is appeared uh... the uh...
usually the facility flights come up but it's so bright although you can't see the story from the other growth
alright the reason that i called you yesterday
was because i was sick a whole bunch of people and i guess you as well are going
to go to area fifty one and conduct some sort of
uh... protest i think june six is that correct This is correct, Art.
What are you doing?
Yes, June 6th of this year, and we have chosen June 6th of this year for a particular reason.
And of course the reason for this event, and by the way Art, this is not a protest or any type of an ominous event.
What is it?
Okay.
At Area 51.
And, uh, this is going to be a peaceful gathering of, uh, citizens and, uh, uh, take place right at the restricted boundary line on, uh, Groom Lake Road.
And, Art, uh, this is a legal public plan.
What is, I understand, what is the goal of the gathering?
Well, Art, uh, one of the goals, uh, several goals, and, uh, one of the, uh, main goals is, uh, to, uh, To have a spontaneous gathering of people and to bring to the attention of the news media, particularly the plight of former Area 51 workers and their families' plea.
And their plea is, you know, for the cure of illnesses that were caused by long-term exposure to highly toxic chemicals without their knowledge.
While working at Area 51.
There is an ongoing lawsuit, I'm sure you're aware of it.
It is an ongoing lawsuit.
In fact, there was this hearing again in San Francisco in November, and nothing came out of it, but apparently there was a presidential determination.
Actually, a presidential determination is equivalent to an executive order.
And so in October, October, uh, Mr. Clinton, uh, signed, uh, an executive order concerning the, uh, uh, the, uh, or the, uh, the lawsuit, and the, the result, of course, is that, uh, uh, there cannot be, uh, uh, uh, concerning environmental statutes at that location, only at that location.
Non-security.
Yes, that is the, uh, uh, yes, that is the reason given, uh, and, uh, again, uh, Art, uh, This, uh, you know, the dilemma to have this, um, unprecedented People's Rally on June 6th of this year, uh, is, uh, has caused me a lot of dilemma, but I'm going to go ahead, uh... Well, I understand.
I feel, I have mixed emotions about it as well.
In other words, Mario, I feel that the U.S.
has every right to have a secret area.
In fact, A responsibility.
I'm sure that we are several generations ahead, as you pointed out, of what we know to be stealth technology, and maybe we can cloak, and maybe we can do all kinds of things that the American public doesn't know about, and we're just generations ahead, and it's happening up there.
I believe all of that, and I'm not sure That we should be trying to pry open the secrets of Area 51.
I'm just not sure about that, Norio.
Yes, I agree with you, Art.
Definitely, we have to have a strong national defense, and there's every right for that.
But what we fear is the Yes.
possible misuse of some of the privileges yes and i want to be uh... main concern is the denial that
there is such a facility and uh...
uh... that is the the main stumbling block uh... if they have come up open
and say that there is facility known as a fifty one oklahoma facility
Yeah, the denials are stupid.
I mean, uh, the Russians know it's there.
They take satellite photographs of it up the street from me every morning at the VFW.
They park buses that have Area 51 written on the side of the monorail every, every morning.
Yes, and, uh, Art, uh, uh, never before has a group of people, uh, assembled, uh, peacefully over there at the restricted, uh, uh, area, uh, and, uh, This will be the first time.
So you're not going to rush the gate?
No, no way.
We will stop.
Everything will take place right at the legal boundary line on Groom Road.
And for this reason, we are encouraging all vehicles to be parked off the dirt road.
And Lincoln County Sheriff will not allow any vehicle to be parked on the dirt road for the event.
But as long as it's peaceful and You know, as long as people enjoy it, and this is only going to take place only from 6 a.m.
on the sixth day of this year, and 6 a.m.
to around 9.30 a.m., so it's just about the three-hour deal, and because of the temperature later in the daytime... Wait a minute here, Norio, I just noticed.
It says the event will start at 6 a.m.
on Saturday, June 6, right?
Yes.
So that's six on the sixth day of the month.
That is correct, Art.
Six, six, six.
Exactly.
And the reason for the symbolism is that I really take symbology As, uh, pretty, uh, important.
And, uh, looking in the past, uh, uh, history, a lot of symbology used, uh, even, uh, even biblical symbology.
For example, uh, about, uh, exactly 222 years, uh, uh, ago, the, uh, the so-called, uh, Illuminati network, uh, was said to have started in Europe, uh, in, uh, actually on May 1st of, uh, 1776.
And strangely enough, again, it may be a coincidence, numerical coincidence, but we will be celebrating the 222nd anniversary of both the May Day, the alleged beginning of the Illuminati movement, and also July 4th, this year, will be the 222nd anniversary.
So, again, this may be just a coincidence, but the interesting thing, Art, is that Beginning this year, 1998, 1999, and the year 2000.
These three years all have the 666 symbology in it.
And so you intentionally did this?
Yes, no question about it.
And the reason for this is that I believe that there is a globalist agenda to create some kind of a of a controlled, uh, globalist society, uh, possibly eliminating the, uh, national, uh, nationalism.
And, uh, I'm a strong, uh, supporter of nationalism.
And, uh, you know, there are a lot of good things about globalism, but, uh, the fear is that, uh, globalism could lead us into some kind of a, uh, dictatorship or a controlled society It goes into the hands of the wrong person.
Sure.
And that is my main fight against the possible misuse of technology that could To make all of us something so dramatic that it would make all of us say, please bring on the global government, it's the only way we can fight this, otherwise we're all dead.
Something like that, right?
Well, yes, that has always been the tactic to bring about those globalist agenda.
In fact, a crisis has to be created.
In fact, Wars, political scandals, you name it.
Natural disasters.
Well, while we're on the subject, Norio, we've got a big political scandal that I'm about to dive back into talking about.
Really a big one this morning.
Do you think it's a cover for something?
Well, I don't know, Art, but anything could be manipulated by those who are Possibly planning to, you know, take advantage of these situations.
And so, you know, looking at the world situation right now, Art, there are dangerous spots all over.
For example, Israel is having a terrible problem right now.
There's a possibility, according to the British intelligence publication, Intelligence Digest, 1998 could be the year of a major Outbreak of Middle East-Eastern conflagration involving, this time, Israel, which is really significant.
Well, of course.
Yes.
And, again, 1998, one of the most interesting things is that, it's my understanding that on May 1st, over the skies of Moscow, they are planning to project hologramic images In the skies over Moscow, as part of the May Day festivities of this year are.
No kidding, what are they going to project?
Well, that's the big question.
Did you know that we have technology in the military, I'm talking about, technology to project, to be able to project three-dimensional images in the skies, you know.
Not only on the local battlefield situation, but possibly in a major way.
And this is part of the new amazing array of so-called non-lethal weaponry.
Yes.
And I think, I'm sure you've read about it, but Pentagon just recently announced its new information war and psyops Holographic technology and programs.
I was aware that we had developed some of that technology.

We are not going to spend a lot more time with Norio because of the pressure of breaking news.
Uh, events that I think absolutely must be talked about, so we'll get back to Norio very quickly, and then move back toward the big story of the day, and it is a big story.
All right, Norio, welcome back to the show.
We're going to have to take another night, Norio, and in detail, take our time and have a good program on the whole subject of Area 51.
In the meantime, when, not when, because I know it's going to be June 6th, if somebody wants to participate with you and with this group that is going to Area 51, who do they contact?
How do they, what moves do they make?
Well, actually, basically it's very simple.
All you have to do is just be there on probably around Friday, June the 5th, and camp out over there at the site.
And the event will start early on Saturday morning, which is June the 6th.
at 6 a.m. and it's very easy to get to that location. All you have to do is just
go to Groom Road and go all the way west until the boundary line. It's clearly
marked and there will be many cars over there on the side, campers, and I'm sure
lots of people will be there by that time. But we have still five months to go
and the more people the better it is and if for example 300 people show up I'm
sure that the news media is going to because anytime a group of 200-300
Gather at this very important location.
It's going to make a news.
One thing that I would be concerned about, Norio, if I were organizing this sort of event, even though I'm sure that you plan for it to be non-confrontational, there will be some people who will show up who will be looking for confrontation.
That's very possible, Art.
There could be some agitators, but I think that there will be enough protection because I'm sure that the County Sheriff will be there to make sure everything is smoothly conducted.
But anyway, Art, those who would like to participate can actually, the best way to get more information is to go to the Internet.
And there is a lot of information on that and a lot of information will be posted in the coming months.

From the briefing I got from Newsweek earlier today, New York.
Surreptitiously taped private conversations between former White House aide Monica Lewinsky and Pentagon aide Linda Tripp, heard by Newsweek, seem to confirm that Lewinsky talked to Tripp on repeated occasions about having an affair with President Clinton.
The tapes, among 17 audio tapes consisting of 20 hours of conversations between Tripp and Lewinsky, also suggest that Lewinsky talked with Clinton and Washington's super lawyer Vernon Jordan Jr.
about being subpoenaed in the Paula Jones case.
But, now listen carefully, but do not confirm or disprove that either Clinton or Jordan ever coached her to lie.
Lewinsky is scheduled to be deposed by Jones' lawyers on Friday.
Sources tell Newsweek she will take the Fifth Amendment.
Newsweek could not independently verify the authenticity of the recordings, and some of the statements on the tape raise questions about Lewinsky's credibility.
Listen very carefully here.
But on the tapes, Lewinsky talks spontaneously about what appears to be a sexual relationship with the President.
She expresses her anguish about being brought into the Paula Jones case, says she wishes the president would, quote, settle, end quote, the case, but says he is in denial he'll never settle.
She directly names the president, referring, does not directly name him, rather, referring instead to, quote, the big he, end quote, and, quote, the creep, end quote.
But it is obvious in the tapes that she is referring to the President.
She also indicates that she will lie to lawyers from Special Prosecutor Kenneth Starr's office when deposed in the Paula Jones case.
Quote, I will deny it so he will not get screwed in the case, but I'm not going to get screwed personally.
End quote.
Lewinsky tells Tripp in the tapes.
Now, here's what's going on beyond this, um, story.
If, on Friday, she takes the Fifth Amendment, something I didn't realize you could do in a civil case of this sort, uh, it is then said that, uh, Kenneth Starr, who has taken this up, will wave in front of Miss Lewinsky an indictment.
And he will give her a choice, and he will say, I guess, privately, look here, you have a choice.
You can be indicted because we have you on tape, or you can, in effect, turn state's evidence and tell us the whole story, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, whatever, and go free.
Now, the bottom line here, of course, is that, um, Somebody's going to get the President.
I mean, one of two things is going to happen.
I really shouldn't say that.
Let me read you what Tim Russert on NBC said on the evening news, which I thought was pretty well said.
A close and dear friend of the President's, a fierce defender of the President, said the following, quote, If Ken Starr set us up, we will get him and destroy him.
If, however, the President had an affair with a 21-year-old intern, lied about it, and obstructed justice, he will have to leave town in disgrace.
A lot of GOP types are already talking about the impeachment of President Clinton.
Now, one way or the other, this is a big story.
Either they, in quotes, are going to get the President Or, if this was some sort of cheap political dirty trick kind of setup deal, and it's all bull, if Lewinsky, in effect, was bragging out of school about this supposed affair, and she could be, you've got to bear that in mind, she could have been bragging on that tape about something that didn't really happen because she was said to be kind of stuck on the president, in awe of the office of the presidency, that sort of thing.
You've got to imagine that could turn out to be the case.
Then, with all the noise made about this, somebody... Well, I guess what I'm saying is, like in the old westerns, this town ain't big enough for both of us, and somebody's not going to walk away from this one.
Their political head is going to come off.
One political head or another is going to roll over this.
Either the presidents or somebody high up, Maybe Kenneth Starr's political head is going to roll over this.
I don't know.
It's going to go one way or the other, but it is not a trivial or small story.
This is a big story.
I was around the last time we lost a president during the whole Watergate affair, and I can tell you that I am not happy about this.
I did not... In the beginning, when this president was elected, I told the earlier audience, and I'll tell you, I was like so many others out there, and I had a great fear of what this man was going to do.
I thought he was a pure de-socialist, and he is sort of a socialist.
But in retrospect, I don't think he's been a bad president.
The economy has been pretty doggone good.
The jobs have been there.
It's been pretty much okay.
The president has wanted to do a number of things that we didn't want him to do.
We had to back away from that.
His wife got a little ambitious with regard to health care.
I had to back away from that.
So, you know, it's like all things considered, I don't think he's been a bad president.
And what I said earlier, and I'll read you some facts that are taking me to task for this.
Is that this is not a way that I want to see them get this president.
And also, you might bear in mind, if they do get this president, over this issue, then you're going to get Al Gore.
In other words, if the president is forced to resign in disgrace, you're going to get Al Gore.
And you're probably going to get Al Gore again, and then maybe again.
Now, that's too much into the future and I really can't know that, but I do know that we will get Al Gore.
I just, I'm sickened at the way this is happening.
You know, if they nailed the guy, and I know people are going to say, alright, you don't get it.
It's not about what he does in his sexual life, it's about the lies.
And of course it is.
Yeah, so I do get it.
I understand that if he lied, If he suggested that somebody perjure themselves, then he's a goner.
I mean, that's it.
I just think the consequences are sad for the country.
In every way you can imagine.
The building cynicism.
The loss of yet another president under terrible circumstances.
Oh, it's going to be agony for the country in more ways than one.
So I am not happy about it.
There is no joy for me in what is occurring tonight, but I do see the importance of what is occurring tonight.
Here we go.
Let me read you a few reactions, all right, so far.
Art, you stated tonight that you were not happy that, quote, this is the way we are going to get the president.
Bob, listening to KEX goes on, I suppose you were unhappy that they got Al Capone on a tax evasion charge.
Well, I personally do not compare the President to Al Capone.
Uh, so I don't respond to that.
Dear Art, I am somewhat disappointed in your approach to Reed Clinton tonight.
Get him?
Oh sure, some might go for anything to get him.
And I do understand your feelings for the office.
I used to believe in officials.
I like trusting the good old USA.
However, if this is true, Clinton's pattern holds, he got himself.
Put the blame where it belongs.
Any one of his chains might have broken.
It just took a very young lady with evidently less experience in politics to open up her mouth.
Someone may have broken down on any of his money-raising questions.
Whitewater, Foster, and so forth.
That doesn't have anything to do with sex.
It has to do with lies and cover-ups.
Yes, I do believe me.
I understand the technicalities that they will get him on.
The law said he will have broken.
You do not spawn to perjury.
You don't do that.
Once again, politics has raised its ugly head on your show.
Wow!
Kind of like a flashback two years ago.
My comment?
Who cares who Bill has sex with?
Does it really affect his ability to run the nation?
I agree with you, Art, that it would be much more than just getting Clinton.
It would be getting ourselves once again.
Ever since Vietnam, this country has been hanging its head in shame.
I wonder if the speech that Eisenhower made in 1962 concerning the frightening power of the military-industrial complex foreshadowed The toppling of our leader, leaders and great men.
Kennedy killed, King killed, Malcolm X killed, Nixon resigned.
Clinton impeached, question mark.
And here is an example of what I was talking about.
Dear Art, whatever it takes to get rid of Clinton, it's alright by me.
And that means anything.
And I don't care if we're left with Al Gore either, he says, Igor.
He's about as relevant to this country as toe jam.
No one takes Gore seriously.
He has too much scandal and skeletons in his closet to sink, uh, he has enough to sink the Titanic.
The loss of Clinton is not going to hurt this country one bit.
Well, I surely disagree with you.
Art, about this Clinton thing, you of all people should realize the subject is nothing more than A trick to divert public attention away from important issues.
You know, no matter what it is that happens in this country that's big news, no matter what it is, I don't care how important it is, people, a certain percentage of people will come forward and say it is nothing but a diversion from the really important issues.
You always get 10-12% of the faxes saying that, no matter how big the news story.
Even if it's a full-scale war, people will write in and say it's a diversion from the important issues.
Then this.
I always thought that Clinton was intelligent.
To directly urge Lewinsky to swarn burglary seems stupid for Clinton.
It sounds like a setup to me.
If Clinton fights impeachment, he can tie up the Congress for at least a year.
I think Clinton might not go as quietly as you think.
Well, you know, of course, it all depends on how much they have on him now.
His denial.
Let me cover that.
And then we're going to go into open lines and we're going to let you say what you want to say about all of this.
Art, how can it be other than unambiguous denial when Clinton's denial was in the present tense?
He said there is no improper relationship.
Underline is.
Repeatedly, using the present tense, made no denial or statement about what happened in the past with this intern.
By the way, did you hear the ABC News report that Clinton admitted the Jennifer Flowers affair during his Paula Jones deposition?
No, I did not.
Good to have you back, Katie.
No, I didn't hear that, Katie.
I just... I'm very sad about the damage to our country and I disagree with the faxer who said there is going to be not even so much as a glitch.
When you cause a president to resign in disgrace and or you are forced to impeach a president for high crimes and misdemeanors and they'll have them if this turns out to be true.
They will have them.
And it looks to me like Ken Starr is in a position to force this young lady Uh, to choose between two very difficult alternatives and perhaps force her to testify against the president.
And it's going to be, it's going to be wrenching for this country.
Absolutely wrenching.
I am not a defender of the presidents.
If anything, I've generally been more of a detractor than a supporter.
But in the last couple of years, I have come to realize that we've sure had worse.
We've really had a lot worse in this country.
And I am not myopically partisan in my view of the president and his performance.
I hope that I'm pragmatic as I look at what he has done.
And I say again that I began with as much trepidation and fear and concern about what this president was going to be as the best of you Clinton haters out there.
I really did.
It's just that objectively, I have decided that he really hasn't been that bad.
He really hasn't been that bad.
And so getting him in quotes this way, I think is a sad thing for the country.
And again, I say it, I take no joy, no joy in seeing this happen to the President.
None at all.
And happen to us.
And then again, just one more time, I would like to remind those of you that are mouthing the words, if not chanting
the words, impeachment, that at the other end of that tunnel lies Al Gore.
And a rather uncertain future indeed.

So I suppose the old caution that you should be very careful what you wish for would be advisedly remembered at this point.
Anyway, we're going to open the lines.
