Not by bombing everybody else into oblivion and punishing and sanctioning everybody else, but rather by turning our expenditures and investments domestic so that we invest in the American people. We invest in our own infrastructure. We should have railroads that aren't a total joke of the world. We should have high speed rail in this country. We don't have any high speed rail.
