Barack Obama is ineligible for the presidency because his father was a British citizen, making him a dual citizen.

But in order to qualify to be a candidate for the United States president, or to be the president, you have to have natural-born citizens, both parents. And even according to the United Nations laws, because his father was a British citizen, he is a British citizen himself.
