Mohammed Atta brought the West Nile virus to New York in July 1999.
In July of 1999, 9-11 hijacker Mohammed Ada first came to the United States by plane. Also, in July of 1999, the Westmile virus appeared in New York City. And it's my belief that that piece of garbage brought that over with them and unleashed it to New York.
