As to Alex saying that China released SARS four times, I would call on him to prove that claim. There was the mainland SARS outbreak that occurred between 2002 and 2003, but since that was dealt with, you know, it is true that there have been reappearances of SARS. That, however, is not the same thing as saying China released it four times. So let's take a look at some of those reappearances.
