The FBI report on conspiracy theorists and terrorism was written in May 2019 and released only when Yahoo News obtained it, not as a pre-hype for subsequent shootings.

What this fails to take into account is the FBI didn't decide to release the report when it did. It was written in May 2019 and it was clearly the product of a bunch of research, considering that it covers extremist actions from January 2008 to the present. The document was released when it was, because that's when Yahoo NEWS obtained it and printed it.
