That if you don't like the sound of this person's voice, you seem to not like him that much as a person, you don't like his show, you think the things that he covers you disagree with, if you've been there for a decade, it's money. There's no other reason to have stayed there. You're making more money than you would elsewhere, so you make peace with the fact that basically your position is facilitating somebody to be a demagogue screaming shit you don't agree with.
