The CIA had a delusional plan to recruit somebody who came over from Malaysia.
CIA had this delusional grand plan. So the CIA, with their information that they had for the Hotta House and their own psychological analysis of everybody in that team, they figured the best way is maybe to recruit somebody who came over from Malaysia.
