The bankruptcy auction was canceled and replaced with a single-bid process that does not allow bidding up to the highest bidder.

On November 11th at about 2 p.m., emails go out from the U.S. Trustee Chris Murray to my lawyers and to the other prospective buyers and the good guys we're working with. All your bids don't matter. None of those contracts matter. All that auction's canceled. The auction will still be Wednesday, November 13th. You have until 10 a.m., two days from then, this is on the 11th, to put in one bid, and there will be one bid, Per person, per group, and we will open it at 1030, and we will decide there will be no future bids. You can't bid up like a real auction. Definition of an auction on Webster Dictionary, look it up, is a sale to the highest bidder. Okay? Look up, definition, auction, it's that.

The sale of InfoWars was not a legitimate auction but a secret private sale designed to deceive the judge.

It was a private secret sale with a cover of an auction to try to fool the judge, clearly. That's what the judge was talking about yesterday.

U.S. Trustee Chris Murray lied to the judge by claiming he did not know the final bid amount or the winner.

And the U.S. trustee said, I don't know. Well, he did know. We got the documents last night. So he told the judge he didn't know. So he said who the winner is. He didn't know because he didn't want to tell the judge they had pledged my future earnings for them to get the company.

U.S. Trustee Chris Murray admitted he made a mistake and authorized the restoration of InfoWars broadcasts.

The U.S. trustee Chris Murray calls and says, look, I made a mistake. We shouldn't have shut down InfoWars. We shouldn't have turned off the broadcast. The judge said it didn't have the authority. You can go back to your studios. We're putting InfoWars back up.
