A man told prison guards he was calling his mom, but his mom died 15 years prior.

He apparently called his sister. That's according to the reports that later came out. But he told the prison guards, get this, that he was calling his mom. Now, his mom died 15 years prior, so there's no way he's calling his mom unless he had a direct line to either heaven or hell.
