The sheriff arresting people for First Amendment violations is not exercising legitimate authority.

This hysterical Jew, I guess, I don't know about this sheriff, is not able to do this legally in America. Somebody being arrested for a First Amendment violation like this is prima facie in violation of the Constitution and is therefore not a legitimate exercise of authority. So you can treat that sheriff like you would treat any gang member mafia don cartel chief that was using his ability to exert force to kidnap a rival or an innocent civilian. If you are arresting people for their thoughts, their words, or memes that they make, you have absolutely given up any legitimacy you have.
