The strategy, the national strategy accepted by United States is totally different. It doesn't regard the the, the Russians uh, or including China, as adversaries, as the enemies they uh. This strategy invites to concentrate on the national security, on safety of United States Of America, to concentrate on the Western Hemisphere, not to intervene in the affairs of Eurasia.
