And that one of the facts you quote, I'll put quotation marks, facts is that he was shot. There's no evidence that he was shot. That is the thing that first drew my attention. Actually, it was a second thing. And they later admitted he wasn't shot. So he was handcuffed laying on the ground. There are no bullet holes in him, at least in his torso. With in a situation like that, where you've got a guy with a visible firearm shooting, then You use deadly force, you stop it, you put him down, you shoot him in the torso, you shoot him in the head. He wasn't shot. He was just tackled.
