But if like half of Americans cannot afford a $400 emergency that pops up, they get a flat tire and they can't replace it because they can't afford it. Or, you know, they need some sort of a piece of radiator goes out in their car and they can't afford to do that. And then they're screwed. Like if $400 is the make or break line for half of America, or even if it's only 45% of America, it's a huge chunk of people.
