Devin Nunes-Power Is Key To The Future,No Escape From Grand Conspiracy,Trials Will Happen In Florida
Devin Nunes is the CEO of the Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG). Devin begins the conversation talking about Truth Social on Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), is pivoting aggressively toward a multifaceted digital ecosystem that integrates cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, financial services and now Fusion power with TAE to transcend its origins as a social media platform.
Trump Media & Technology Group and TAE Technologies—it’s a game-changer that’s going to power America into the future like never before. We’ve been fighting Big Tech censorship and the fake news media for years at TMTG, building Truth Social as a free speech platform where real Americans can speak their minds without the Silicon Valley elites shutting them down. Now, by joining forces with TAE, the leaders in fusion power, we’re not just talking about clean, unlimited energy—we’re delivering it. This all-stock deal, valued at over $6 billion, means we’ll be constructing the first utility-scale fusion plant by 2026, making our country energy independent and sticking it to the radical left’s green energy scams that rely on Chinese solar panels and windmills that kill birds. President Trump always said we’d win big, and this is how we do it: combining truth with breakthrough technology to make America great again.
The grand conspiracy against President Trump is as clear as day—it’s the deep state, the corrupt FBI, and the weaponized DOJ all working together to take down the greatest president we’ve ever had. That raid on Mar-a-Lago back in 2022? Total hoax, folks—a fishing expedition where they stormed his home like it was some third-world dictatorship, all because they couldn’t stand that he declassified documents exposing their Russia collusion lies. And now these sham Florida trials on the so-called documents case? It’s just more lawfare from Jack Smith and the Biden regime, trying to tie him up in court with bogus charges while ignoring real crimes like Hunter’s laptop or the border invasion. They’ve been after Trump since day one with the Mueller witch hunt, the impeachments, and now this—it’s all to stop him from draining the swamp and putting America first. But guess what? It’s backfiring, and the truth is coming out.

Hi and welcome to the X22 Report Spotlight.
Today, we have a returning guest, Devin Nunes.
Devin is the CEO of the Trump Media and Technology Group.
People know True Social, and I am very honored to have Devin back on the X22 Report Spotlight.
Devin, welcome back to the spotlight.
It's great to be here, X. Obviously, I loved having you out in California earlier in the year.
And I know we've been trying to get this show scheduled, but we've been a little busy.
Yeah, you guys have been very busy.
And I actually had a great time out in California seeing how your grapes, where you grow your grapes and your new wine.
We'll be talking about that in a little bit.
But since you said you've been busy, you've been making a lot of deals.
And, you know, we've seen a crypto deal.
Now we're seeing that you made a deal with Fusion Power.
I mean, where is all this going?
What are you guys trying to do here?
Yeah, well, we did exactly what we told the market we were going to do.
And that was, you know, after we went public, obviously we have, you know, a lot of great shareholders.
We built up a hell of a balance sheet.
Earlier this year, we said that we were going to put a fund together.
That led to do mergers and acquisitions and specifically to try to do at least one, if not multiple crown jewel assets.
We moved over the summer, as you'll recall, into one of the larger Bitcoin treasuries.
That was all part of the plan to ultimately do a transformational transaction into what is arguably the most important sector that's going to be for at least the next 10 years, if not the next 20 years.
And that is energy, specifically tied to energy and technology, because as the advent of AI, all these data centers are coming online.
I think people are finally realizing that windmills and solar panels aren't going to cut it.
And now there's been a renaissance in nuclear power.
And, you know, this is something that I've been working on for my, you know, basically my whole congressional career, tried to get the country back in 2005, six, seven, eight, nine, ten to double the number of traditional nuclear fission reactors.
We didn't do that.
We went down the windmill and solar panel rabbit hole.
And meanwhile, China did the opposite.
They're building coal plants and big nuclear power plants.
This technology, nuclear fission, I mean, fusion was discovered at the same time as most of the other discoveries that were made.
Oppenheimer, the first Manhattan Project, they knew about it.
And then what I think is the most important discovery in the last hundred years was this discovery of atomic power.
That was made possible by Admiral Rickover, who is kind of the father of the nuclear Navy, but also as I view history, he was the father of nuclear power for land, for homes and businesses, and made a huge difference.
From the 50s, 60s, 70s on, up until basically Three Mile Island, we had a big plan to build nuclear reactors all over this country.
Matter of fact, the state of California, ironically, was one of the leaders where they had the plan nearby, actually, close to where my vineyards are that you visited earlier in the year.
That facility there, Diablo Nuclear Power Plant, was supposed to have up to an additional six reactors.
It has two today.
We barely were able to.
It was one of the last things I did when I was in Washington was introduce legislation to keep that facility open as Gavin Newsome and the left were trying to close it, which would have been a disaster.
So California was set up to really be the to have the entire grid, the base load, run on nuclear power.
They scrapped that plan.
And so then, you know, later, what happened in 2000, kind of fast forwarding 2011, Fukushima, that stopped a lot of work around the globe as it relates to nuclear power.
So where we've come, just kind of taking it full circle, we went public about a year and a half ago, building out kind of the true social, solving the free speech problem with, you know, with our own technology, proprietary technology that, you know, everybody said we had to use big tech.
We did it essentially all on our own, obviously using, we initially used the Rumble cloud to start, but built all that out.
And now we have indestructible apps that don't rely on big tech, that are interoperable between the social media, streaming.
And then ultimately, we're also building in predictions markets that are scheduled to be a booming industry over the course of the next five years.
So, that was problem number one.
I always tell people President Trump didn't need another company.
I didn't need a job, but we had a job to do, and that was we had to get people their voices back, and we had to take back at least, we had to get out of what I call the internet ghetto.
You're very familiar with that yourself because you were one of the many millions of Americans that were canceled.
And just like the president, so we gave people a home.
That was the purpose of our company initially.
And then we started to raise a tremendous amount of capital.
Then we put together this fund that we announced.
Then we filled those coffers up with Bitcoin.
And that really put us in a position to do this transformational transaction that puts us at the what I, you know, it's almost the tip of the spear.
Well, it really is the tip of the spear if you think about it, Dave.
We were the tip of the spear as it led to free speech.
We led that movement.
Now we're stepping in and leading the movement for energy and power.
Because if you look at the future and the not so distant future, the future is basically now.
It doesn't matter how many data centers you build, how many AI, you know, whether you think AI is going to be, you know, double the electricity use or 10% of the energy use.
It's a booming industry.
And then you've got all the electric cars and everything else that's out there.
None of that works without cheap, abundant power.
And energy costs in general are skyrocketing in blue states for sure.
But they're going to start to go up across the board if we don't get new sources of large amounts of power.
So that essentially is how we, you know, how we've been building the company slowly.
You know, well, I don't think slowly.
It's always too slow for me.
But, you know, in a year, you know, a little over a year and a half, we've come a long way to make this transformational, transformational acquisition that puts us at the tip of the spear with our new company, TAE, that we'll be merging with.
And we'll be spending a lot of time on not only nuclear fusion, but the other assets that they have that are both power management.
They've had some major developments in patents and power management.
That's like how you supply data centers, charge batteries, and then also in cancer treatment.
So TE, and we'll get to TAE, but in the short run, they've been around over 25 years, have 1600 patents, the best scientists and engineers on the planet as it relates to nuclear fusion.
So this company needed somebody like us to put them on the map.
And that's what we did last week.
So do you think a lot of the energy that we're going to see in the future, you think it's going to be produced by these fusion companies?
There's only really two ways that you can, well, I guess three.
But let's start with the most likely.
One is people are going to have to, it's going to have to be all the above.
Let's start with that.
But you're going to have to look first at the nuclear fission.
So this would be, are you going to build, allow people to use these smaller reactors like that are currently in our in our naval vessels?
You know, I don't know if that's, I mean, look, it's, it's, it's important technology.
We know it works.
There is an issue with the radioactive material and how you deal with that.
We've still, as a country and a globe, we haven't figured out how to deal with it other than to just pile it up.
So, I would think probably the, if you, you know, we're not even under construction, nor is there any plans right now for the larger traditional nuclear reactors.
We brought the first two online or in a long time in Georgia back a few years ago.
So, that was one, you know, one of, you know, that's been the last big project, at least that I know of.
And so, now it brings you to the second opportunity is solar.
Elon is big on solar, but you know, that's, you know, his plan is to put, you know, launch satellites into space and solar panels into space and put data centers into space.
You know, that even if you do that, and even if he's successful at that, that still doesn't solve our problem that we need cheaper power for our own economy because there's a bunch of data centers being built, a bunch of AI being done here.
No AI, there's no data centers, as far as I know, up in space right now.
So, you have all that billed out.
Plus, you have to try to bring back our industrial base.
That takes power.
And plus, we have to lower the cost to consumers so that they pay less for their power.
So, that brings me to: well, how are you going to solve this problem?
And nuclear fusion has long been, just to go back, 75 years on the drawing board.
And the good news is, is that with TAE, they're the world's premier fusion company with all of these patents.
They have five, they've gone through five prototypes.
And where we came involved is when they were ready to go out and build their first commercial, their first commercial reactor.
They are on track for that.
So we're on track to find the site, start construction this year.
It'll be a 50-megawatt commercial reactor.
But with a fast follow, that hopefully we can do some of these in parallel over the next five or six years.
But the larger reactors, they don't have the exact size down yet, but it would be 350 megawatt to 500, which would make this obviously a major company because it would be able to carry a large amount of the baseload here in the United States and all over the world.
So it is, that's why I call this the, this is the most important issue at the highest level since the first Manhattan project, because this is essentially the second generation of that first Manhattan project that, you know, first led to the weapons, but then led to the atomic power led by Admiral Rickover.
This is the piece that we as a country should have been focused on.
We weren't.
Thankfully, TAE with backers like Chuck Schwab, the famed Wall Street investor Stanley Druckenmiller, Chevron, many, many other family offices.
This has been privately funded for over a quarter century.
And with our balance sheet and being a public company, we now bring the world's premier fusion company to market.
So to the public markets.
So this is going to be, you know, we'll have enough, you know, we have enough cash in Bitcoin right now to build this over the next five, six years.
Obviously, if we end up, you know, I don't know if we'll raise more capital or not, but we will start to look at, okay, you know, what can we do?
How do we, as Trump Media and Technology Group, how do we help TAE kind of supercharge them and get them on the right path, whether that is through figuring out what state to go to, figuring out additional access to the capital markets.
All of that essentially is where the synergies, the synergies come in between our two companies is really the capital markets, the capital that we have, and then trying to figure out, you know, kind of how the government relations work because all these will need to be permitted.
And the good thing is about nuclear fusion, and this is kind of the last point I'll make, which I'm sure you'll have a lot of questions, but nuclear fusion, if we're successful at using boron as a fuel source, boron is readily available.
And we can, there'd be no radioactive material with this.
That's virtually unlimited.
That's why this is a, that's why this is a game changer.
That's the difference between nuclear fission and nuclear fusion, especially if you use if you use boron.
So is there any type of waste coming out of there?
Like, what's the byproduct?
No, I mean, it would just essentially be virtually nothing.
Obviously, you know, more science has to come on this, but I think the science is there.
They just haven't burned boron yet, largely because they've been trying to tame the plasma.
So if you go to our website or to true social, you can see, but there's a whole investor deck and it shows some of the schematics.
Or you can go to TAE.com and read up on it.
These guys are very, very, you know, they're the world's premier fusion company for a reason.
It's because they've been the only ones really out there doing it for the last outside of the kind of Department of Energy slash MIT realm.
And I say they're the only ones out there.
They're the only ones out there in the U.S. There's a couple other that are using the Tokamak, which is a different process.
But outside of that, the real competition here, it won't be any surprise to you.
X22, it's China.
Yeah.
That's the competition.
This is a race against China.
So where is China at right now?
I mean, are they way ahead of us with this?
I mean, look, it's hard to say because as you know how the Chinese work, they have these kind of pseudo-government slash military slash private Communist Party controlled companies.
All we really know is what you can readily read in the fake news.
So it's hard to know where they're at, but they definitely do have a, at least according to the fake news, which I assume this part they're accurate on, they do have a big program in nuclear fusion.
There's pictures of it.
It looks like at least they have one facility.
I think I saw that in the one of the, I think the New York Times did some studies on it or some reporting on it.
So yeah, so it's really a race now.
We're the tip of the spear for the United States.
Everybody, you know, should, I say this, you know, you know, kind of, you know, lightly, but as you know, you know, all the haters out there that have Trump derangement syndrome, they should want this to succeed.
This is so critical for the future of our country that it needs to succeed.
And, you know, it's, it's really, I think it's the If we succeed, we maintain our economic supremacy globally for a long, long time because this will ultimately supplant most of the energy in the world will, I think, switch over to nuclear fusion over the course of time.
So it's a grand endeavor, but as you know, you know me, I do things one way, and that's the right way.
I mean, to me, it looks like a long history of that.
It looks like you look far into the future.

And a lot of people can't do that.
Let me ask you this question.
President Trump's, his uncle was involved.
I think it was Dr. John G. Trump.
He was involved in nuclear power or some sort in MIT.
Was that a driving factor in your decision at all?
Well, the one thing a few years ago, I was at Mar-a-Lago in President Trump's office, and we had many conversations about this.
But he's very fond of his uncle.
And the president is very, very worried and rightfully so about traditional nuclear fission and specifically very worried about the proliferation of nuclear weapons, as every president should be.
But he really believes it.
As you know, he talked about it on the campaign trail, his worry about people getting access to nuclear weapons.
And so his uncle was an early pioneer in this field, studied it, the movement of power for many, many years, was one of the renowned experts for his time.
So the president's very fond of his uncle.
And I think that the irony is quite interesting here that you have President Trump who didn't need a company, had to start a company in order to fix free speech.
But then ultimately you come full circle and they're able to, you know, his uncle's dream, you know, this company, you know, is in the best position to win for the future.
This is, it's all about, you know, just think about that.
You know, I don't think even President Trump a couple years ago was even thinking about that, but we put this company in a position to be the tip of the spear, fully funded to get these, to get these first reactors built.
So do you think this will supply, I mean, you guys will supply any of the energy to maybe the AI data centers that are going to be built?
Will they tap you to do this?
Well, it'll be, it'll, it'll, it'll basically be how quick can we get the first commercial reactor proven and done once that starts to show promise and it looks like that it can be done.
Now, remember, they have tamed the plasma within, you know, up to 75 million degrees.
So that was their big breakthrough that was taming the, was taming the plasma inside of the reactor.
These things are not very big.
If you go online, TA.com, you can see that they're not very big.
And that was another thing that shocked me at just the, you know, it doesn't take a lot, you know, 10,000 square feet and you can put one of these in it that'll ultimately be 350 megawatt.
So as they, as, as we get going over the next couple of years, you know, we have to find a site, start construction, start building this first commercial reactor.
Then I think it's the fast follow.
It's number one, where do you, where do you pick the first site to go to?
Right.
And that, that's going to be, you know, it'll look, it'll, I can almost, I can almost guarantee you this isn't rocket science, but it'll be a red state where we're not going to have, you know, people with TDS and playing games.
You know, we want to have a state that is going to be pro-technology and suitable for us to be located in.
So we'll narrow that down once you get the location, then you'll start construction.
And then as you start to hit milestones, then you'll make that decision.
So sorry to give like a long answer, but there is no immediate answer.
The answer is we're going to partner with the best possible partners that are out there.
We have to first get the first commercial reactor built and then start to design the larger ones.
And so look, I mean, look, it could be all the above, right?
You could partner with a big data center to build the first large one.
You could partner with a public-private utility company.
The partners are limitless as long as we can bring these online.
And when you're talking about bringing these online, this is producing power and essentially competitive with everything else that's out there.
Well, surely better than wind and solar, but also competitive with coal and natural gas.
Yeah, I think wind and solar is pretty much done now.
I think people are starting to realize that you can't really power anything with that because it's too intermittent and it doesn't work.
And I think people are starting to realize that now.
I think those days are over.
Yeah, I mean, other than in places like California, where they're basically forcing you to do it.
Yeah.
I mean, if anyone forces you to do it, you do it.
I mean, we were forced into Obamacare.
That doesn't mean it's good.
Right.
Exactly.
Yeah.
So, yeah.
So, this is a it's it's something you know, super exciting to be involved in.
Um, never thought, you know, 20 some years ago when I started working on nuclear power legislation and was involved in the different congressional caucuses that promoted this and introduced legislation to rapidly expand this.
I never thought because you know, in those days, you know, nuclear fusion, the joke was it's always 10 years away, right?
But in this case, because of the work that TAE's done the last 25 plus years, they put themselves in a position to build the world's first commercial reactor.
And if successful, um, which I believe the science is there and everything else, it really is a game changer.
That's why I call it, you know, we're the tip of the spear.
And I'm just going to ask quickly: how long does one of these, I mean, once they build it, how long does the reactor last?
I mean, the energy that they're producing, I mean, like oil, you burn through oil and then that's it.
I mean, what does it take?
No, the life on these should be limitless, really.
I mean, because if you look at the other good thing about this, this is an important, important point to make for people to understand.
Another thing we had to look at.
So, the challenge with a lot of the nuclear programs that are out there and the batteries and all of this stuff is they're reliant on rare earths.
Right.
And as you know, the Chinese went around the world, gobbled up these rare earths.
So, you need very specific magnets in many cases and other components that use these rare earths.
These TAE was smart from the beginning, and they went out and actually built this to use everything that you can acquire easily in the United States of America.
And so, there'll be, you know, there'll be whole supply chains that already exist that do something similar, but if you go look at it, you'll see it's just a big hole, obviously, with traditional materials.
The magnets are very traditional.
The magnets are similar to what's used in an MRI machine.
And that's why the permitting is not something that's super complicated that you have to go, you know, because there'll be no radioactive waste.
It can essentially be anywhere.
In fact, that's why the five generations they built have been built in Orange County, California.
So, of the prototypes.
So, the first, but the prototype is essentially the same size as what the commercial, the first 50-watt commercial reactor will be.
It's just deciding where to build it.
I just want to change gears a little bit and just talk about Comey, Letitia James, Bolton, because charges were brought against Letitia James and James Comey.
James Comey for lying, Letitia James for lying on her form.
And it seems that Lindsay Halligan, you know, she pressed charges and Comey got his lawyers, Letitia James got her lawyers, and they didn't go after, you know, about they didn't go after the lying on the form or lying to Congress.
They went after Lindsey Halligan instead and got the case dismissed.
I mean, do you find that we have, I mean, again, when you were in Congress, you were, I'm not Letitia James at the time, but Comey and the rest, you were, you were, you know, researching this and investigating all of this.
And now to see him, you know, get off on these minor charges, I think there's more coming.
When you look at this, how do you feel about this?
And what do you think?
What do you think happened?
Well, on one hand, it's what you and I have known and your audience has known, and is that the courts and the judges are hopelessly corrupt, especially in these blue cities and stuff.
When you bring something, I mean, heck, you just saw, just as an example that's unrelated, you know, just the other day, there was a prosecution in California, Los Angeles County, against someone who either attempted or stole, I think it was an ICE vehicle, walked.
So, you know, prosecution was brought and walked.
So, this is what's happening.
And, you know, it's part of the decay of society where you have these neo-Marxists that are put in.
You end up with essentially no rule of law or where the law applies corruptly to people that are your political opponents and it doesn't apply to anyone that you deem is not.
So, you know, look, I could have predicted that that was likely going to happen in Virginia, unfortunately, because Northern Virginia now is just a kind of extended part of the greater Washington, D.C. area.
It doesn't vote for Republicans, hasn't voted for Republicans in a very, very long time.
And so it was kind of predictable.
But you hit the nail on the head in that, you know, as chairman of the President's Intelligence Board, so still very involved in making sure that all of these documents that have been hidden for so long get out.
Matter of fact, much of what has come out recently was work that we had done, that I had done working with Kash Patel and others back, you know, in 2017, 18, 19, and 20, was declassified by Trump when he, President Trump, when he left office in 2021.
But when we went to the National Archives to retrieve it, it wasn't there.
And lo and behold, now what we found out just in the last couple of weeks is what they were looking for.
And I think we discussed this, I think, on your show last time.
These documents are that they were looking for.
We now know with absolute certainty.
They were looking for my document.
Right, right.
So that was hidden away inside a congressional room deposit area within a skiff inside of a skiff that was hidden in a safe sat my document and the House Republican Intelligence Committee document up until Director Ratcliffe and Director Gabbard were able to unlodge that and then it was declassified, put out to the public.
That document that is very, very damning that had all that information, essentially what it shows is that Brennan, et cetera, all of them were cooking the books and that Russia never preferred Trump, which is what I said all the time.
And I just said it as not that, I just said it from my own point of view, that there's no way that why would Russia want Trump an unknown at the time back in 2016?
He loved Obama.
He loved Hillary Clinton because they had all the dirt on them.
And Obama or Obama let Putin do whatever the hell he wanted.
They were in love with Putin before 2016.
They were, so, so that was all done to cover up for Hillary Clinton's emails.
That was clearly in our report.
We knew that.
And they continued to cover this up.
And what it showed, though, is that the intelligence at the time also essentially said what anybody with common sense would say is that why would Putin want to help Trump?
He clearly would love to have somebody corrupt like the Clintons back in office.
So Brennan, Clapper, Comey, they all knew it.
And then this brings me just to the final point because you ask about prosecutions.
We now know that this conspiracy went on all the way to the raid at Mar-a-Lago to the appointment of Jack Smith.
That raid at Mar-a-Lago was looking for my document that wasn't there because they were corrupt and never actually got it declassified like they were supposed to.
And so the, you know, the corrupt left just assumed that we had that document sitting over at Mar-a-Lago, but it wasn't there because we followed the rules and followed the law.
And so when they went in and busted the place open, went through Melania's closet and Barron's room and everything else there at Mar-a-Lago.
Guess what?
They didn't turn anything up.
Matter of fact, they manufactured evidence with, remember, they spread the documents out all over the floor.
Yep.
So anyway, it brings me to this, X, is that there's a conspiracy that went on.
Conspiracy does not have a statute of limitations on it.
It was conspiracy that dates back from the cover-up of Hillary Clinton's games with the foundation to her emails to the whole Russia hoax on how they set President Trump up to the Ukraine impeachment hoax to all the stuff with January 6th to all the way to the raid at Mar-a-Lago, then to Jack Smith.
That is now centered because of the evidence that was clear that Mar-a-Laga was raided to look for documents related to the Russia hoax.
And so it should be relatively easy.
It's not something that I'm, you know, we'll be involved in in my role, but it should be relatively easy to bring an investigation and indictments in Florida.
So you think every, I mean, for, for, I think there's, let me just think here, there, I think there's grand jury, grand juries now looking at this information, if, if I'm not wrong here.
And do you think everything will be moved to Florida instead of Virginia?
I mean, did they test it out in Virginia?
Let's see what happens if we if we try it out there.
And, you know, Trump and team said, oh, wow, this is not going to work.
We got to move this someplace else.
No, no, I think that, I mean, look, the charge, and I'm not an attorney, just have dealt with them for years.
The case as it relates to Comey, that was very specific just on, you know, his sharing a classified information, which, you know, everybody knew he did that at the time.
He just, nobody did anything about it.
It was like it was okay.
You know, Letitia James, the irony there is she basically did the same thing.
She did the same thing that she accused Trump of doing that Trump actually didn't do, and that is lying on financial reports.
So, you know, these are, these were just very specific, narrow charges that had to be brought in those jurisdictions.
But this is totally different.
This is a grand conspiracy case, maybe multiple cases, in my opinion, that stretch for, you know, really since you could go back to 2015 or 16 when they started to cover up for Hillary Clinton's emails that then ultimately leads to the raid at Mar-a-Lago, where they were targeting Trump and President Trump and his family.
I mean, hell, even targeted us, even targeted the Trump Media Technology Group by going after our bank records.
You know, but what the hell did we, we didn't even exist.
We didn't even exist when January 6th took place.
You know, we weren't a public company until a year and a half ago and you went and got our bank records.
It's total, total, well, I won't swear right before the holidays.
Yeah.
I mean, so I mean, for other cases that use federal judges, I mean, we see like Boesberg and others.
I mean, is it at this point that we have to clean out the whole judiciary?
Well, Bozberg is like the Forrest Gump character.
Shows up everywhere throughout the Russia hoax, all the way into all of these indictments.
Look, it's hard to impeach judges.
I think I've seen that they've introduced articles of impeachment.
They have an inquiry of some kind into them.
I'm not saying it's good, but I think this, what good in terms of bringing, kind of uniting the senators and the House members is that it what, you know, before it was just, oh, Trump, his family, Russia hoax, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, now it's them.
They got spied on too.
And that changes all the calculus.
So now you have the House and the Senate Republicans fully bought in to say, hey, wait a second, you know, yeah, it was, you know, if it's not you, you're, you're kind of like, yeah, they were, Russia hoax was bad.
And they wanted, and there were a lot of members of Congress that were very helpful.
And there's some in the Senate that were very helpful, like Senator Grassley, Senator Ron Johnson, but a lot of them weren't very helpful at all.
Well, now all of a sudden they got spied on.
So now it's a real issue.
So the senators, the House, they're all demanding action.
I think this all feeds into why there has to be a grand conspiracy case because these things are all interconnected and related.
And, you know, just to bring it full circle, I mean, there's no reason why they can't bring investigations and charges in Florida.
Yeah, I think that would be the best place to do it, actually.
It's not the best place.
It's just it's the place.
It's where the it's at the scene of the crime.
That's true, too.
So it's the place, it's the natural, it is the place that it has to be.
You don't bring it in California.
You can't bring it in DC or New York.
I mean, the crimes occurred against the president, his family, his campaign.
Those are all, as you know, they're all centered in Palm Beach.
Right, right.
So, yeah, I mean, but what about like the other cases, like Russia spying, you know, and all that?
That can be brought.
Well, if it's connected, can it be brought in Florida or are they going to have to do that in DC, you know, Virginia?
Well, it's all, it's all connected.
If the conspiracy charges, the conspiracy charges are, well, because it's all a grand conspiracy.
So it all connects with, you know, they conspired to do all these bad things beforehand to raid Mar-a-Lago falsely, looking to do what?
Cover up for Russia.
Yeah.
So, so it's for me, it's, I think common sense always matters.
I'm not, like I said, I'm not a prosecutor, but I've run a lot of investigations.
You know, it's just common sense at this point, where it's a natural place for the investigation to occur and for indictments to be brought.
Sure, there's some intricacies here and there, but the bottom line is this is it's going to be the only way that we can bring closure to this dark chapter in American history.
And, you know, if people pay the price, then you will see change.
If they continue to get away with it, if the left and the Democrats continue to get away with it, you will see more bad actors and things will get worse, Like you just saw in the last week with this example in Los Angeles where somebody went and stole a federal vehicle and essentially got let go.
Yeah.
How long do you think it will take the grand jury to come up with the case against them?
I mean, is it six months?
Is it eight months?
Is it a year?
I mean, what's like, what's the average here?
I mean, look, it's fairly, I mean, you do.
The good thing is, if you combine all the investigations that were done, whether it be our investigation at the House Intelligence Committee, the Horowitz investigation, the Durham investigation, when you take all of that evidence, it doesn't really take long with the new evidence that's been provided to show that, you know, kind of the new evidence is that, oh, wait, they were looking for these Rush Oaks documents to continue to cover up for the Russia hoax.
So that should make it pretty easy.
Because remember, there were a lot of things that, you know, in Durham's report, people should have been indicted, but yet they, you know, Garland and Lisa Monaco, the Obama third term people, were all running roughshod over this.
And, you know, so much so that they, you know, they forced the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
I'm sure that they wouldn't let Durham bring a lot of these prosecutions.
But there was a lot of people who should have been prosecuted.
And that's just reading the Durham report.
That's not even with the information that you now know because of our earlier work that Durham wasn't able to find.
Yeah.
And it looks like to me personally, I think the evidence is building upon each other.
And I mean, it looks like an airtight case now is being built.
I mean, you don't just have a little bit of evidence.
Now you have a lot more that's being built on top of one another.
And it's not getting better for them.
It's actually getting worse.
That's from the very beginning.
I mean, even from when you investigated, going back to the Russia collusion and all that stuff.
Now at this point, it's like 10 times worse than what they've done.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, at least.
Before I let you go, I want to talk about your wine.
And I think everyone realizes at this point that you grow your grapes, you produce your wine.
I've tasted your wine.
I've been out to the vineyards of where you grow it.
And I've actually tasted your wine before you even put it out on market.
But you do have new wines that you put out.
And I think I was there tasting it this summer.
And now you're ready to go with it.
And just explain.
Yeah, they've been released.
And, you know, sorry, I wanted to come on the show before.
I think we were originally planning this episode before Thanksgiving so that it could give people plenty of time to join the Patriot Club, my wine club, in order to get the free shipping with the X22.
If you type in X22, we do the free shipping for the first shipment.
But I was a little busy, X.
I was working on this.
I was a little busy in terms of with the nuclear fusion project, the TAE company, trying to complete that merger.
So I think that's a good thing.
I guess that's kind of important.
Yeah.
Exactly.
So I apologize for being late, but that was really why I didn't want to do, obviously, every time I'm on your show, you have such a big audience and a great audience that I wanted to have all the information and not come on and say, hey, we built a big fund.
We're going to do a merger.
It's going to be great.
A crown jewel acquisition.
I wanted to actually have that crown jewel acquisition bit before I came on your show before the end of the year.
It just took us up until the right before Christmas to get it done.
But yeah, just on, as you know, wine has long been a passion of mine.
I grew up in the vineyards and went to school at Cal Poly, San Los Obispo, and have worked on these Portuguese varieties.
So these are varieties that originate in Portugal now grow in California, similar to like a Cabernet.
A Cabernet is a grape that originates, Cabernet Seville originates from the Bordeaux region of France.
So I really set out to make these very interesting, unique Portuguese varietals that you tried while you were out there.
And now we've really dialed those in.
And so we have two different Portuguese varietals that we now, one is branded the Reserva.
The other is branded the Hidden Gym.
The Hidden Gym is actually J-E-M, which is the initials of my daughter.
So they kind of came up with that.
One is made of from one vineyard with three Portuguese varietals.
The other is the Hidden Gem is made of five Portuguese varietals that are spread out.
So as you kind of drove around, they're all within a 15-mile, 20-mile radius, but they are in different microclimates.
So you're bringing wines from kind of all over San Luis Pacifico County to make what we call the Hidden Gem.
So a lot of people, the Reserva is, you know, very, you know, very strong wine.
We've now, that's our, that'll be, it's our third release.
So that wine is getting better with age.
It's one I think a lot of your, a lot of the listeners, if they've tried the wine, they've had the earlier version of the Reserva.
But this one, the Hidden Gem, is the first one out.
So those two wines are really just phenomenal.
And then for you, we have the, because you're a big lover of Bordeaux wines, we have our Patriot cab.
That's the one with the flag on it.
And then we have our Patriot Reserve cab, which has the 13 stars.
And so they're very nice, very nice bottles.
But what's in there, I think, is even more important.
Like, you know, I look, I try to, I put, you know, right or wrong, I put everything I got into every project that I work on and you try to reach for perfection.
And I would say that, you know, my wines are as good as good as any wines in the world.
And my goal, just like it is to bring the first nuclear fusion company to fruition, my goal is also to make the best wines in the world.
And we do that, you know, with a lot of passion.
And you met my team there with Mike Seiner, who's one of the best winemakers in California.
And then with Connor, who does all the day-to-day stuff on Ford.
It's a little company, by the way, guys.
It's not.
This is not some big, big company.
But we are opening, hopefully next year, if we get all the permits, we're going to open in 2026 a small tasting room in Pismo Beach, where you've been.
So we'll have the wines there.
But the real way to get the wines is through the website, which is devinnunaswines.com.
And if you put in X22, we'll ship it for free.
And yeah, again, I'm just going to say this.
I don't get anything for this or anything like that.
I mean, I do get wine.
I'll say that.
But I have to say, you actually.
You get free tastings of wine when you're in the middle.
I do get free tastings, yes.
And I have to say, I mean, and again, I do not get a commission.
I get nothing from this.
This is just from my personal experience tasting Devin's wine.
From when I first tasted it until now, you've definitely honed your skills.
I have to say, the wine now is just absolutely incredible.
Even if you go back in time and you taste 2021, 2022, over time, the aging has really made the wines taste absolutely incredible.
And your newer wines, when I tasted them, especially in the tasting room now, tasting it, they're just absolutely fantastic.
And again, I do not get anything from this.
I just like his wines.
So I don't get, he doesn't pay me under the table or anything like that.
That's not why I'm saying it.
I'm saying it because they really truly are good wines.
Yeah.
And look, and I just, you know, for everybody to know, this is not like someday do I want this to be a, you know, you know, a great business.
You know, sure, but I'm not looking to compete with Gallo.
I'm not, I'm just looking to make the best, you know, best wine in the world.
And I'm not trying to be a big, a big company here.
This is a passion project that, you know, really.
You know, I think even in my wildest dreams, you know, if we were making, you know, 2,000 to 3,000 cases a year, I mean, that would be, you know, that would be a dream for me to do that.
And as you know, that's very small production.
And the reason that I say that, I think you almost have to keep that small production to make these wines as good as they are.
You know, like it's, it's small enough where, you know, virtually, you know, every barrel, myself, Mike, Connor, we taste, you know, you can come out and like you did and virtually taste, you know, every barrel, every wine.
And I think you have to have that real quality control in order to make something that is, that is perfect.
It doesn't mean that these guys that produce, I've had plenty of great wines that are mass produced, but these are, these are very special, handcrafted, and obviously something that, you know, I'll be matter of fact, over New Year's, I'll be, as I, I take my, my holidays and I, and, and I typically, those are the times that I actually taste the wines and blend the wine.
So we'll probably be doing that on New Year's, New Year's Day.
I'll be, uh, I'll be looking at the 2025 vintage.
Wow.
That's incredible.
And what is the website once again, if people want to go join up to your club or get the wines?
Yeah, DevinNuneswines.com.
And I know you usually put it on the screen.
Yeah, I'll put it on the screen and I'll also put the link at the bottom of the video.
Devin, hey, thanks a lot for being on the X22 Report Spotlight.
I really appreciate it.
Thank you very much.
