	My name is Dave in this episode 3779.
	And today's date is November 21st, 2025.
	The title of the episode is Trump Sends a Major Warning to the Deep State: Think Enemy Combatants Insurrection Act.
	Let's get right into the economic collapse news.
	Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, the private West Central Bank, the World Economic Forum, you can see Trump and the Patriots right now.
	They're bringing the entire country out of their recession that they were trying to cause.
	And when you look back in time, you can see that all the numbers that they were putting out during the Biden/slash Obama time, they were all completely and utterly fake to make you believe that the economy was doing well.
	And when Trump inherited this economy, he had to work very, very quickly to bring us and make sure that we didn't go into a depression.
	And that's exactly what he's been doing this entire time.
	And when you hear about foreclosures, when you hear about car loan delinquencies, when you hear about all of this, this is the recession that the Biden slash Obama administration put us into.
	And if you look very, very closely, you could see that Trump's parallel economic system has been protecting the country from going into a deep depression and actually pulling us out of the recession.
	And what he's doing right now, and this is why I do believe he went in and replaced the individual from the BLS who reported on the jobs, because we needed to start from a baseline that was actually true, not a manipulated and illusionary baseline.
	And you could see that Trump is continually adding jobs every step of the way.
	Now, people are saying, well, if he's adding jobs, that's kind of odd.
	Why is the unemployment rate going up?
	Because you have to remember, they manipulate the calculations.
	They manipulate in what you are seeing with the jobs.
	And we've discussed this many, many times before.
	And we're going to discuss it again in a little bit.
	But first, let's talk about what people are experiencing today.
	They're experiencing the recession that the Biden slash Obama administration brought us into.
	Trump now is making it better every single day.
	And when you look at like foreclosures, when you look at car loan delinquencies, yes, they are up.
	It looks like 2008 because that's where they brought us.
	Peter Sejong put this out and said, foreclosures spike 20%, car loan delinquencies soar 50%, worse than 2008.
	And nearly half Americans can't pay their bills.
	Biden left a crater that Trump's trying to fill with new factories, but AI could eat up the new jobs as fast as they're born.
	Will AI eat up some of the jobs?
	Yes, they will.
	Will they eat up every single job?
	No.
	A lot of jobs are going to be created.
	A lot of factory jobs are going to be created.
	A lot of manufacturing jobs and corporate jobs are going to be created.
	And we're going to see the economy really start to boom.
	Are there going to be AI jobs?
	Absolutely.
	In the future, will AI robots start to take over?
	I do believe so.
	Just like when you look at the factories today, compared to the factories going back to the 20s, 30s, 40s, today we have automation.
	And yes, we're going to see that happen again.
	But again, this will create other jobs because people have to take care of the automation.
	People have to repair the automation.
	So I do believe we'll see other jobs be created when other jobs are removed from automation.
	And when you start to look at like home sales, for example, and especially existing home sales, you're starting to see existing home sales start to do a lot better.
	Now, Trump has said this from the very beginning.
	If we lower the rates, that will help the real estate industry.
	And of course, this is common sense.
	If you lower the rates, that brings more and more people into the market because now they can afford a home.
	When you raise the rates, it pushes people out.
	They don't have the buying power that they would have if they wanted to purchase a home that they wanted.
	Most of the time, people wait it out.
	They're saying, okay, since the rates went up, I don't want to buy this smaller house.
	I'll wait for the rates to go down a little bit and I'll buy the house that I really want.
	So what are you seeing right now?
	You're seeing existing home sales.
	They are now increasing every single day.
	So you're going to see this get better and better every single day, just like you're seeing the job market now get better and better every single day.
	Rapper Response47 put this out and said, the economy added a robust 119,000 new jobs in September, more than doubling economists' expectations.
	Labor force participation rate ticked up.
	In just one year, we are on track to make up one-third of the wage losses of the Biden era.
	Progress, absolutely.
	EJ Antonio PhD put this out and said, net job growth in September was from full-time hiring and replacing part-time work with those full-time jobs.
	This is a welcome improvement after the weakness earlier in the year, because what were we coming off of?
	We were coming off of the Biden/slash Obama economy.
	And we're going to see this improve more so in 2026.
	Actually, it's going to go completely the opposite way, and people are going to be absolutely shocked.
	And what's like we said in the very, very beginning, people are saying, well, that doesn't make sense.
	People are getting jobs.
	It beat expectations, but the unemployment rate moved up.
	Geiger Capital put this out and said, Powell said the unemployment rate was now more important than payroll numbers.
	4.4% is a new cycle high, highest since 2021.
	So that's kind of odd.
	If we're adding jobs, why would the unemployment rate go up?
	Well, you have to remember, the deep state players, they had to figure out ways to keep the illusion alive.
	They had to make sure that people didn't understand what was really going on.
	And actually, I do believe that Trump and the Patriots, they're using this against the deep state, the central bankers right now.
	Because again, for the Fed to lower the rates, inflation has to come down and they want to see unemployment move up.
	And that actually pushes the Fed to lower the rates.
	I think Trump now is using everything the central bank has put into place against them.
	But before we get to that, EJ Antonio PhD once again says employment of native-born Americans was up to 2.5 million in September year on year, while foreign-born employment fell $670,000 year on year, which means as they continually deport individuals, Americans now can take those jobs.
	Wages are going to go up and more and more Americans are going to be employed.
	So under President Trump, all job gains have gone to native-born workers, not illegals.
	And when you look at the high cost of like groceries and rent, and there's not enough jobs, you have to ask a simple question.
	Why is that?
	Well, yes, the central bank is responsible for inflation.
	As they create more and more currency, you see inflation, which is the devaluation of the currency.
	And that is cumulative over a long period of time.
	But when the deep state players brought in illegals into this country and they actually allowed them to live rent-free in apartments, allowed them to take jobs, allowed them to go on SNAP.
	What did that do?
	It increased the costs of everything.
	Homeland Security explains, rent is too high.
	There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in the country.
	Groceries cost too much.
	There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in this country.
	There aren't enough jobs.
	There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in this country.
	Women don't feel safe walking down the street.
	There are tens of millions of criminals illegals in this country.
	Traffic is terrible.
	There are tens of millions of illegals, criminal legals in our country.
	Healthcare is too expensive.
	There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in this country.
	Welfare spending is through the roof.
	There's tens of millions of criminal illegals in this country.
	I can't afford a car.
	There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in our country.
	Can't afford a house?
	There are tens of millions of criminal illegals in our country.
	Many problems, simple enter.
	And that's absolutely true.
	And this is how Trump is going to bring the prices down very, very quickly without going after the central bank right off the bat.
	Yes, in the end, he'll be going after the central bank.
	But again, he can counter the inflation, which is the devaluation of the currency, by doing all these things.
	He could bring energy costs way, way down.
	Get rid of and deport all the illegals.
	That will bring everything down.
	Remove those people that are on snap and get rid of the healthcare that we have today.
	That will bring down everything that we're seeing today.
	Now, this is a temporary fix, but what Trump is doing right now, he is mitigating everything that they have created and he's showing the people in the year 2026 when all this is being done that look, do you feel better?
	Is your life better?
	Are costs down?
	Yes.
	See, once you get the people on your side, once the people say, Wow, this is so much better.
	Look, housing prices have come down, interest rates have come down, food prices have come down, energy prices have come down.
	All of this has come down.
	We want him to do more.
	This is great.
	We want to go back to the way we were.
	And that's what he's doing right now.
	So people are on his side.
	So when he goes after the central bank, he can say, Okay, what we need to do, if you really want your buying power back, we got to get rid of the central bank system.
	Because you have to remember, this is a temporary fix because any other president can come back in and just reverse this.
	We need to go to the source of the problem, which I do believe he's going to go to.
	Now, like we said from the very, very beginning, the job numbers they kind of manipulate this into make you thinking one way when actually something else is happening.
	So, like we said before, if Trump is creating these jobs, why is the unemployment rate going up?
	Now, think about what they've done in the past.
	As jobs aren't being created, they want you to think that everything is fine.
	So, what do they do?
	Well, if you look at the calculation for unemployment, those people that are no longer looking for jobs but don't have a job, they're not looking anymore because they've given up, they're not counted.
	So, they don't count all those people.
	Now, they're unemployed, but they're not counted.
	They only count those people that are still looking for a job.
	And I do believe there is a time span, like three weeks, four weeks, whatever it is.
	So, those are the people that make up the unemployment rate.
	So, what happens when more jobs come online?
	Well, then there are more people that are looking for jobs, and that raises the unemployment rate because they weren't looking for jobs.
	Those people aren't counted in the unemployment rate, so the unemployment rate goes down.
	When more jobs are created, those people that are sitting on the sidelines not looking for the job, now they're looking for the jobs, and the unemployment rate goes up.
	That's why you see the unemployment rate going up right now.
	Rapper Response47 put this out and said, If the economy added so many jobs, why did the unemployment rate go up?
	It's because more people came off the sidelines and were actively looking for work.
	When you're looking for work, you actually are counted among the unemployed.
	So, is this a true measure of how many people don't have jobs?
	No, they do this to keep the illusion alive.
	So, when you look at this, and I do believe Trump is using this against the central bank system, when you create jobs and there are job openings, I mean, real jobs that people can do, people are going to say, Holy crap, this is my chance.
	I mean, I gave up, you know, eight weeks ago or 10 weeks ago or 12 weeks, but now I can start looking.
	So, now all of a sudden, they polish up their resume, they put it back into the mix, and now they're actively looking for that job.
	So, now they're counted.
	So, wait a minute, the number goes up.
	But Trump can use this against the Fed to do what?
	To lower the rate.
	This is what Trump is doing right now.
	And think about it.
	While all this is going on, Trump is shrinking the government.
	And he's doing this very, very successfully.
	EJ Antonio PhD once again says, the Trump administration has managed to reduce federal payrolls every single month this year.
	Promises made, promises kept.
	And that's exactly what he's done.
	The graph right now is a straight line, pretty much a straight line down right now.
	And that's going to continue to happen.
	And what is Trump doing?
	He's bringing more and more investments into this country and more manufacturers are coming back to this country.
	And what is this going to do?
	Yeah, it's going to make the unemployment rate go up because now there's going to be more and more people looking for the job.
	They're going to come off the sidelines and they're going to look for jobs.
	Eric Daugherty put this out and said, an incredible victory.
	GE Appliances is pulling jobs from China, relocating from them to Kentucky, USA.
	The company's moving to produce more domestically, $150 million in contracts for U.S. suppliers.
	The experts lose yet again.
	So let's see.
	Basically, GE, they're going to be pulling their company from China and coming to America, which means we're going to see a lot of American jobs that are going to be created here.
	Now, once again, in the very, very beginning, we might not have the people that are necessary to fill these jobs because they don't have the skills.
	So will there be H-1B visas being used for this?
	Yes, I do believe so.
	And yes, they will train the American worker.
	Just like when the companies moved from this country to China, the Chinese just didn't walk in there and say, okay, I'm ready to go.
	I know how to do all this.
	They were trained on how to do all of this.
	Yes, American workers went to these other countries.
	They trained those people.
	And then eventually what happened is they didn't need the American workers there anymore.
	Same thing is going to happen here, but in reverse.
	And this is what Trump is doing right now to build the economy.
	And this is why he created the parallel economic system because he needed something to counter and actually compete with the central bank system.
	Because to keep the government and this entire country operational, and again, Trump is shrinking government quite a bit.
	Remember, we were bloated because of the central bank.
	We created these agencies and all these jobs that we really don't need.
	And the wages that government workers are getting are way, way too high.
	Trump now is slashing all of this and using the parallel economy then to compete with the central bank because that is his weapon against the central bank.
	And Trump, he put this out in truth: says, if Trump has the power to ban trade, then he has the power to moderate it through tariffs.
	And that's absolutely true.
	He does have the power.
	And he's going to be returning the power, as we can see already, back to the people of this country.
	And something's happening that's very, very interesting that has to do with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

	A famous billionaire investor is suddenly laying out a plan that I have mentioned recently, and I don't think the timing is a coincidence.
	Who is the billionaire?
	Bill Ackman.
	Ackman, a billionaire hedge fund manager and a founder of Pershing Square Capital Management, endorsed Trump in the 2024 U.S. presidential election after a long history of supporting Democratic candidates.
	His endorsement came shortly after the attempted assassination of Trump in 2024.
	Ackman cited dissatisfaction with the Democratic Party policies, including vaccine mandates and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and reasons for a shift in support.
	What's Ackman's plan?
	Bill Ackman thinks he knows what to do to finally resolve the 16-year limbo trapping Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the mortgage finance pillars that remain under federal control over a decade after the financial crisis.
	In a Tuesday presentation on X, the billionaire founder of Pershing Square Capital Management outlined a three-step proposal he says would meet the Trump administration's policy goals while restoring the companies to private market discipline.
	I knew that Fannie and Freddie were placed into conservativeship back in 2008, but what I didn't know is that the taxpayers are going to play an important role in the future mortgage industry.
	How did you know this?
	Make taxpayers official owners.
	As part of the 2008 rescue, Treasury received warrants to buy up to 79.9% of each company's common stock at a nominal price.
	Exercising those warrants, Ackman said, would convert taxpayer implicit economic stake into a formal controlling interest, an unusual structure that would leave the U.S. government the majority owner of two publicly traded financial institutions.
	All Trump has to do is exercise those warrants, and the government will own almost 80% of Fannie and Freddie.
	This would be a huge deal, but it wouldn't be the government owning Fannie and Freddie.
	The American people would own them.
	Do you think it's just a coincidence that Trump has created the sovereign wealth fund?
	Is Fannie and Freddie going to be part of the sovereign wealth fund?
	I think that's always been the plan.
	But Ackman advises one more important thing: return the GSEs to the stock market.
	Fanny and Freddie were delisted from the New York Stock Exchange from entering conservativeship.
	Ackman said the companies now meet listing requirements and that the relisting would restore liquidity for investors, broaden ownership, and help recapitalize the firms.
	He argued that with taxpayer ownership approaching 80%, the resulting equity value could exceed $300 billion.
	If the American people own 80% of Fannie and Freddie at a value anywhere near $300 billion, guess what?
	Trump keeps mentioning something important.

	A private company that is worth $300 billion is going to pay out some dividend checks every quarter to the American people.
	Can you catch the signal?
	As Passen said early on in his role as Treasury Secretary, they are monetizing the asset side of the balance sheet.
	We live in a wealthy country and the American people deserve to share in that wealth rather than continue to be the world's piggy bank and the source of massive money laundering by our crooked politicians.
	Trump continues to make deals with countries and huge corporations to invest in this country to rebuild the country for the future.
	But Trump has also been buying stakes in big corporations for the American people too, such as Intel, MP Materials, Trilology Metals, Lithium Americas, and he's thinking of taking stakes in several defense contractors too.
	The sovereign wealth fund is going to continue to grow and the American people are going to be receiving dividend payments instead of being taxed by the government.
	And really, take this a step further.
	As people are receiving dividends from all the investments and everything coming into this country, especially with the tariffs, this will allow Trump then to move us off the central bank system.
	So think about it.
	The people are no longer paying internally.
	You see, the deep state, the central bankers, they want it, and not just here in this country, but around the world, they wanted people to pay internally, over and over, more and more taxes.
	Give us more that you have.
	Now, go back to the times of kings and queens.
	Isn't this what they did?
	Either when they were at war or their coffers were, you know, drying up, they would go to the serfs and they would say, you owe us more taxes.
	And they would say, I have nothing left to give.
	There's nothing left.
	And they would keep doing this over and over and over until what happened?
	The people rose up and they basically went in and they lopped off their heads or put them in prison.
	Trump now is doing the opposite of what they've done in the past over and over and over because we're seeing it happen today.
	The latest thing that they want to do is the carbon tax.
	See, they're going to tax you more and more and more.
	And they're trying to make this worldwide.
	Trump now is removing their internal revenue system.
	And the reason why they have an internal revenue system is because of the central bank.
	And now what he's doing is he's shifting everything and he's shifting it to the external revenue system.
	And this new system, this parallel economic system, which is growing right now and is getting very, very strong.
	And soon it's going to overshadow the central bank system.
	As this continually builds, he can wean the people off of the system that the deep state, the central bankers, have created, which means the people will no longer be paying internally, which means your hard labor that you're doing right now, because remember, you're a slave to the central bank.
	You have to work harder and harder and harder every single year to meet your obligations of paying them.
	Remember, the currency that we use today does not belong to the American people.
	It belongs to the private West Central Bank system.
	You're borrowing it.
	And as it devalues, they need more and more and more of your labor to pay for the interest on this currency.
	Trump now is shifting this.
	And what he's going to do is he's going to be using the external revenue to pay their debt for the time being.
	And as he does this, he can wean the people off of the central bank system, which means you will not have to pay income tax.
	And when all said and done, and all the people are off of the central bank system, and we no longer have to borrow from the central bank system, and we're actually funding and using the external revenue, not just from tariffs, but from energy sales, AI technology sales, from the gold card, and all the investments that he has being brought into this country, because again, they're making income because all the tariffs and everything.
	The dividend is going to be paid to the people.
	We're no longer paying income tax.
	Everything that you make, you keep, which means once we're weaned off of the central bank, your buying power comes back.
	And that is going to be absolutely incredible.
	Because again, the reason why most of the people in this country are struggling right now is because your buying power has been stripped from you in multiple ways, but the major way is the central bank because inflation is cumulative.
	You only get it back when you pay off the debt.
	And once that comes back to you, your life is all of a sudden going to become that much easier.
	And you know when people are going to really start to see this pick up in 2026, because when you're buying power, every step of the way, when you see the prices coming down in the supermarket and energy prices going lower, that means Trump is returning the buying power back to you.
	Remember, they've been taking the buying power away from you.
	So people are going to feel really comfortable.
	They're going to feel really good.
	And as time goes on and people, and he takes away the taxes, he already started it.
	No tax on tips, no tax at overtime, no tax on Social Security.
	Remember, this is just the beginning stages because, again, he just can't wipe out the taxes because, again, everything would implode.
	He doesn't want everything to implode.
	So over time, when he starts to remove the income tax, that's when people are going to go, holy crap, what just changed here?

	No, they're saying internally in this country: if he asks you to do something, don't do it.
	Don't come and arrest us.
	Don't go after the illegals.
	Don't round people up.
	That's what they're really saying right now.
	Now, you have to remember: these people are civilians.
	So when Trump said, you know, penalty by death, that does not apply to the civilians.
	Now, we need to make this very, very clear.
	That applies to the military.
	Because if you're seditious, the military has a code, which means one of the penalties is death.
	Now, those people that are exhibiting seditious behavior, those people can be imprisoned and fined.
	But if they are part of a major operation like an insurrection, they can be designated as enemy combatants, which means they can get the death penalty.
	Now, of course, what are the D's doing right now?
	What's the fake news doing right now?
	They're just going on what Trump says.
	Oh, he wants death.
	They're not going and looking at what they said, where they're looking to create this insurrection.
	And Trump has warned the military by just saying this, has warned those individuals: if you decide to go down this path, and this is a major warning: if you decide to do this, you will be held accountable and you will be designated as an enemy combatant, which means you will receive the death penalty in the end.
	Any military officer, any civilian, congressman, congresswoman who decide to go down this path, you will get the death penalty.
	Yes, you're a civilian right now, but if this leads into an insurrection and I have to go ahead and invoke the Insurrection Act, you will be designated as an enemy combatant.
	So I do believe at this point in time, he just sent a warning to all these people.
	Now, these people are doubling down because they know that there's no way out of this.
	They know eventually there will be trials.
	They will be held to account.
	There will be treasonous trials.
	That is definitely coming.
	And we know that there are going to be riots.
	We know that they're going to be pushing the insurrection.
	We know this.
	We know the playbook.
	So right now, this is where it stands.
	And again, we've said this many, many times before.
	The midterms are very, very important.
	Do I believe that they're going to mostly most likely have the riots and push an insurrection around election time?
	Most likely, yes.
	And if they, maybe they'll try a little bit of riots beforehand.
	And if they see themselves losing, they might go all out afterwards.
	But I do believe most likely it'll probably be quite a bit before and during the election to try to keep people away from the polls.
	Because what else do they have left?
	I do believe that's what they have left.
	And then if that fails and they lose the midterms, which I do believe they're going to lose, I do believe what's going to happen is they're going to be pushing war after this.
	And I do believe this is why Trump came out with a peace plan for Ukraine.
	I think it's a 28-point peace plan.
	And we could see that already Europe and Ukraine, they're already saying, yeah, you know something?
	I really don't like this.
	Because again, their entire motivation is not to have peace.
	Their entire motivation is to have war.
	And you can see Europe is definitely planning for war.
	But in the end, Trump and the Patriots, they know this playbook.
	They know exactly what's happening.
	And what better way to show the American people who they truly are than to let this play out?
	Because if you're really going to get the people on your side and you really want accountability, you have to show the people the truth.
	And that's exactly what Trump and the Patriots are doing.
	And I do believe he's also set up the D Party because now they're going to be getting rid of all these, I mean, the old guard and bringing in the far left.
	And when the far left tries to push all these policies and they talk about things that sound absolutely ridiculous, the people are going to see this very, very clear.
	Actually, they're going to end up destroying themselves in the long run.
	And I do believe this is all part of Trump's plan from the very, very beginning.
	And you can see that it's all coming together right now.
	Yes, we're going to go through darkness once again, but on the other side, it's going to be light.
	Just like when people saw Biden and his administration, people were panicking.
	They saw all the illegals coming in.
	They saw what was happening to the economy.
	They saw men in women's sports.
	They saw what was happening and people were actually panicking.
	People thought this is the end.
	There's no way that Trump is going to be able to reverse any of this.
	There's no way we're going to be able to come back from this.
	The same thing is going to happen once again.
	Remember, the war is not over.
	I don't know why people thought if Trump won, we're all said and done.
	You have to remember, all the executive orders at this point in time can be reversed.
	The economy can be reversed right now.
	The whole thing with, you know, no men in women's sports can be reversed right now.
	All of this can be reversed very, very easily.
	You see, Trump's long plan right now is to make sure that it isn't reversed.
	And the only way to do this is to actually take control of the House, take control of the Senate and codify all the executive orders into law.
	Then we need to what?
	Create other laws, remove certain amendments or add on to the Constitution certain amendments.
	So this way we can go to the source of the problem.
	The only way to actually give the power completely and utterly back to the people is to do this.
	And the source of the problem for all of this is money.
	Money is the problem here.
	Where is the deep state?
	Where are the NGOs?
	Where's Soros?
	Where is everyone getting all this money?
	Do you really think they're just going into their own pockets saying, hey, I'm going to use my own?

	Yes, it'd be a lot easier if we got rid of the filibuster, but you have to remember, every step of the way, Trump is mitigating their ability to cheat in the election.
	And I do believe he's doing the same thing that he did during the presidential election.
	Remember, he didn't get in there and remove the voting rolls.
	He didn't get in there and remove social security numbers.
	He didn't get in there and remove their machines.
	He didn't get in there and put in voter ID, paper ballots, one day voting.
	We were still dealing with a cheating system.
	And who won?
	Oh, that's right.
	It was Trump once again.
	You know why?
	Because we have the ability to override their cheating system.
	This time around, he made it even better than the presidential election.
	Number one, he's starting with the filibuster.
	If we can get rid of that, we could just shut them down completely.
	Okay, if we don't want to do that, no problem.
	I want the Supreme Court ruling.
	Okay, the Supreme Court ruling, they're not going to give me that one day voting.
	Well, then don't worry about that.
	I got rid of the Social Security numbers.
	I was able to clean up a lot of the voter rolls.
	I was able to mitigate a lot of the mail-in ballots.
	And we now have the ability to override their cheating system.
	You have to remember, during the presidential election, all we had was, hey, I just need all the people on my side and cross our fingers.
	Hopefully we have enough to override the cheating system.
	This time around, it's even better.
	Our chances have gone way, way up.
	And actually, if we can get the Supreme Court ruling, let's say we don't get rid of the filibuster, if we just get the Supreme Court ruling, chances go way, way, way up.
	But no matter which way you look at it, I do believe Trump is making it so no matter which way you look at this, we're going to win no matter what.
	I know a lot of people think, no, that's impossible.
	It's not going to happen.
	But why do you think he's doing all of this?
	Because he's putting in safeguards every step of the way.
	All the panic ins and all the doubters during the presidential election, they were all wrong once again.
	Trump, he didn't go into this to lose.
	He knew all the different things that he had to put into place to make sure that we win.
	And he made it so, okay, if we can't do this, then we'll do this.
	If we can't do that, then we'll do this.
	And he did this down the line to make sure.
	And I do believe one of these things at the top level is going to take.
	And I do believe he's counting on that.
	Probably the Supreme Court ruling.
	Actually, it would be great if we had both the Supreme Court ruling and we ended the filibuster.
	You know why?
	Because then the elections would be a sure thing.
	But again, is life always a sure thing?
	No, not really.
	And this is why you have to put in certain safeguards every step of the way.
	But I do believe Trump and the Patriots, they know the playbook.
	They know where all this is headed.
	And I think we've known this for a very, very, very long time.
	But we'll be talking all about this a little bit later in this report.
	But first, let's start with the illegals, crime, and what we've been seeing across the country.
	And if you look at Chicago, you can see that there are still so many criminals out in Chicago because this is what they really want.
	You have to remember the deep state players, their constituents are the criminals.
	They are the illegals.
	They are the pedophiles.
	They're all those people.
	And when you look at Chicago, a white lady, when Em Oaknin's put this out, was just set on fire by a black felon in Chicago with 49 prior arrests.
	Zero bystanders helped.
	And we've seen this time and time again.
	And every time it gets worse and worse.
	And this is why Trump is bringing in the National Guard into all the different cities because he understands eventually what's going to happen is the deep state players, when all said and done and there's no way for them to win anything, they are going to push an insurrection.
	And this is why the deep state players have already started the narrative.
	But when you look at the illegals, you could see the deep state players, the senators from the D side, they're continually putting out more and more fake information.
	Senator Chris Van Holland, you know, the guy that went down to meet the gang member in El Salvador, you know, the wife beater.
	Well, once again, he's up to his old tricks.
	He put this out and he's pointed to an article that says, Hagerstown mother and nail salon owner set for deportation to Vietnam.
	And then he says, Melissa Tram came here on a green card at age 11.
	She's since raised four kids, started a business, and is beloved by members of Hager Town's community.
	Trump is deporting her despite a judge saying she poses no threat.
	Is she the worst of the worst?
	Do you feel safer yet?
	Well, he left off.
	He left out something very, very important.
	And Tricia McLaughlin corrects him.
	Omitting some pesky facts, Senator.
	Ty Tran is a criminal, illegal alien from Vietnam with criminal convictions, including grand larceny, multiple counts of forgery, and fraud.
	An immigration judge issued her a final order of removal in 2004 over 20 years ago.
	ICE arrested her in May.
	So once again, she's a criminal.
	She escaped here because she was a criminal.
	And I wonder if there's any other crimes that she committed in this country.
	So once again, for 20 years, this was ignored, and now she's being deported.
	And we could see every step of the way, the DOJ, the FBI, what are they doing?
	They are protecting the children.
	They're saving the children every step of the way because I do believe when the news starts to come out about what really happened, and I'm not talking about just from the Epstein files.
	I think, yes, it's going to implicate people in certain emails and people are going to understand that, yes, they were part of Epstein.
	But I think the real dirt, the real juicy stuff is going to come from the investigation that Trump has ordered and the grand jury information.
	Will this be the lead-in?
	Will this make it easier for people to accept?
	Absolutely.
	But look what the DOJ has done in helping and basically protecting the children.
	Jim Ferguson put this out and said, the border cartel just got exposed and it's worse than anyone knew.
	Pam Bonnie just revealed a massive criminal smuggling ring operating right out of Tampa and the details are horrifying.
	A 12-person trafficking operation coaching illegal migrants, including children, to lie their way past U.S. agents and disappear into the country.
	Bondi laid it out.
	Children flown alone through U.S. airports, coaching scripts to deceive Border Patrol.
	Fake store is prepared in advance.
	Smugglers charging $40,000 per person.
	Over $7 million moved through Zelle.
	Hmm, the banking system once again.

	All happening on American soil under Biden's watch.

	We're asking all parents to please be on guard, check in with your kids, and monitor their internet usage.

	The DOJ now has until December 19th to comply.
	Bondi emphasized during a press conference, we will continue to follow the law and encourage maximum transparency while protecting victims' identities.
	What to expect?
	Files include internal DOJ communications, investigative notes, and materials on Epstein's sex trafficking network, which involves over 250 underage victims across his properties in New York, Florida, and elsewhere.
	The release isn't guaranteed to fully be unredacted.
	The law allows withholding info that could jeopardize ongoing federal investigations or identify victims.
	So like we said before, the Ds were all gung-ho about this.
	We knew that they wanted to drip this information out and try to keep the headlines going against Trump.

	But Congress just voted on something, or the House just voted on something that's very interesting.
	The U.S. House has just voted to ban non-cash bailing from D.C. and prevents activist judges from routinely letting violent criminals back on the street.

	And I do believe this is why this judge, which we'll be discussing in just a little bit, has basically come out and said, hey, listen, yeah, I'm going to stop Trump from putting the National Guard in D.C.
	This is why the other judges have been trying to stop Trump from putting the National Guard in all the other states, because they know what they're planning and they're being instructed to make sure that Trump doesn't pre-position the National Guard.

	They don't have the authority to do this, but they're going to try to delay it as long as they possibly can, which is also going to fail.

	Now, the other thing that's very interesting is we could see that Newscomb now is being banned from basically getting federal dollars.
	And Eric Doherty put this out and said, the Trump administration just banned Gavin Newscomb from giving federal dollars to illegal aliens under a program governed by the FCC.
	He was hiding Social Security numbers so the feds couldn't check legal status.

	This is all being done on purpose because, again, while the deep state is pushing war, he's going to be called upon to usher in peace.
	Now, of course, nobody wants nuclear war.
	I do believe people are going to reach the precipice.
	And people are going to be calling on him to shut this down.
	And we could see this is exactly where this is all headed right now.
	Hopefully, maybe he can convince them.
	But we'll have to see how this all plays out.
	Now, the other thing that we could see, which is very, very interesting, is that why, while Biden's Rachel Levine was head of the HHS, she did some very interesting thing, or actually we should say he did every interesting thing because it was a man dressed up as a woman wearing a uniform, which, I mean, Halloween is over.
	But Jim Ferguson put this out and said, HHS Admiral Brian Christine just dropped an unprecedented bomb show.
	In an extraordinary statement, he says the Biden administration and Rachel Levine specifically manipulated and betrayed vulnerable families on the medical treatment of gender-distressed children.
	Christine cites a 400-page peer-reviewed review showing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, irreversible surgeries are linked to infertility, loss of sexual function, and reduced bone density, metabolic and cognitive impacts, a lifelong physical and emotional scarring.
	He says these procedures were promoted to parents as care when the evidence base was weak, politicized, or misleading.
	Christine's message is blunt.
	Children deserved honesty.
	Families deserve truth.
	They got ideology instead.
	He says the Trump administration is shifting to evidence-based care, radical transparency, mental health first approaches, the same direction taken by the UK, Sweden, Finland, and other nations that have reversed course.
	And he makes a direct promise: we will never abandon you.
	This is one of the most consequential statements ever delivered by a sitting HHS official and will reshape the national debate.
	Absolutely.
	And we can see they were doing this on purpose to actually usher in their pedo world, which now it's being reversed.
	Now, the other thing that is being reversed is everything that has to do with vaccines and autism.
	Conscious Strength put this out and said the CDC has quietly updated their website now saying the claim that vaccines do not cause autism is not evidence-based.
	And studies supporting links between vaccines and autism have been ignored by health authorities.
	New studies exploring the link are underway at HHS.
	So I think we're going to find out in the long run, just like we did with the COVID bioweapon, the vaccines, that we're going to find out all these allergies, illnesses, cancers, autism.
	These aren't just naturally occurring things and even SIDS.
	I think what we're going to find out is that this was all created by the vaccines.
	And they convince and they brainwash the people into thinking, oh, autism just happens out of nowhere.
	Oh, you have allergies?
	That's just naturally occurring.
	It's in your DNA.
	Oh, SIDS, your baby died because, well, that's because you didn't have your baby sleep on its back.
	I think all of this was created to blame it on the people.
	And it was really the vaccines all along.
	And I think every study now is going to prove This is absolutely true.
	But we'll have to see how all this plays out.
	I think we've been lied to for a very, very long time.
	But you can see the deep state players, they are continually trying to stop Trump every step of the way.
	And this is how bad it is.
	Amuse put this out and said, Judge Dabney Friedrich ordered Trump not to power wash the filthy Eisenhower executive office building next to the White House.
	The president has been talking about cleaning it and restoring it since his first term.
	So, wait a minute.
	Is this fake or is this real?

	She's trying to stop him from cleaning the building.
	Sean Davis responds and says, Well, we certainly can't have dirty old buildings getting power washed without a federal judge saying it's okay.
	A building being cleaned without approval of some brain-dead unelected idiot with a law degree would be the end of democracy.
	I mean, this is how bad it's really gotten.
	So, when you start to look at the other judges who are trying to stop Trump, they're all in line.
	They're all controlled.
	Basically, they don't like it that Trump controls the executive branch and they're trying to control what Trump does.
	So, who's the real king?
	Ah, those people that are giving the orders to the judges.
	You know, the unelected people, they're acting like a king.
	Think about it for a second and think about it.
	Why do all the Ds, why are most of them criminals?
	Bill Malugan put this out and said, DOJ charges Congresswom Sheila McCormick, a Democrat from Florida, with stealing $5 million in FEMA funds, laundering the proceeds, and then using the money to support her 2021 congressional campaign.
	She faces up to 53 years in prison if convicted.
	FBI Director Kash Patel says: This individual and her family allegedly stole money from FEMA and then laundered it through friends toward her own personal benefits, including her campaign accounts.
	Today, the FBI and partners at the Justice Department took action.
	No one is above the law.
	And I do believe we're going to see this happen over and over and over again.
	Because remember, all the crimes that they've committed, they've projected onto Trump.
	And you can see that Mam Danny out in New York, basically, he's in trouble.
	There's no way to fund everything that he promised because, again, he just promised everything to get elected.
	And basically, no one's going to be giving him money.
	Nothing is for free.
	It has to come from someplace.
	And it looks like he's trapped right now.
	Media Lies put this out and said, Mamdani does a complete 180 just days before meeting with Trump.
	August 2025, my administration would be Donald Trump's worst nightmare.

	Trump put this out and said, Communist mayor of New York City, I love it, Communist Mayor of New York City, Zoran Kwame Mamdani, has asked for a meeting.
	We have agreed that this meeting will take place at the Oval Office today.

	Basically, Trump is going to not give him anything.
	Good luck in New York.
	Good luck in giving everyone free stuff.
	Actually, the governor's not even going along with this.
	Good luck with all the people because somebody's got to pay for stuff.
	It doesn't come from nothing.
	So, once again, all these people that are saying, oh, this should be free.
	That should be free.
	This should be free.
	No, there's no freebies here.
	Even the countries out in Europe who say, oh, look at our social system.
	It's fantastic.
	Don't you love free health care?
	Where do you think they were getting the money from?
	From the United States, from the Federal Reserve.
	Who do you think was paying for that money?

	So, yeah, they were getting the benefit, but there is always someone who pays for it in the end.
	And you could see that the DEs who are saying that, hey, there was no Medicare fraud, that's fake.
	It's Trump's imagination.
	It's the Republicans' imagination.

	Right Angle News put this out and said, it has been revealed that Somalians in Minnesota have been using fraudulent autism Medicare claim to fund the Somalia terror group Al-Shabaab with claims rising from $3 million in 2018 to $399 million in 2023, effectively making Minnesota taxpayers the group's largest funders.
	So wait a minute.
	They were basically committing fraud and actually supporting a terrorist organization.
	Wow.
	That should tell you everything you need to know right there.
	Data Republican says, the Somalian situation is the perfect example of how we create our own mass migration crisis.
	Consider the steps.
	Violence in Somalia is a major driver of displacement, and al-Shabaab is a top instigator of that violence.
	We fly in those refugees through the refugee emission program.
	We give those Somalian money in the form of countless federal benefits, which they evidently then send back to al-Shabaab as remittances.
	Think about that for a second.
	Absolutely unbelievable.
	So let's see.
	Has this country been infiltrated?
	Yeah, it has for a very long time.
	And a new report from the Institute for the Study of Global Anti-Semitism and Policy makes some uncomfortable claims about a plan by Islamic radicals, especially the so-called Muslim Brotherhood, to systematically enter, infiltrate, and destroy the United States.
	Hmm.
	Who's been leading the Muslim Brotherhood in this country?
	Oh, that's right.
	It was Obama.
	Who brought in a lot of people from the Muslim Brotherhood?
	Oh, that's right.
	It's Obama.
	So Tamkeen is one of the Brotherhood's most important doctrines.
	It refers to a deliberate process of institutional entrenchment and empowerment.
	Rather than seeking immediate revolution, it calls for embedding Islamist influence within society, consolidating authority inside Muslim communities and normalizing Islamist discourse in the wider public area.
	Tamkeen is not simply a tactic of survival.
	It is a long-term program of transformation in which Islamist movements position themselves to shape the environment around them until they are sufficiently entrenched to advance their wider ideological objectives.
	In other words, inject a poison into America's bloodstream to devour it from within.
	Many of the actors we should note may well already be here.
	Look at Michigan.
	Look at Dearborn, Michigan.
	So basically, this is infiltration from within.
	What they're saying is we are now 50 years into the Brotherhood's 100-year plan to entrench themselves into key institutions in the United States.
	So it really ramped up during Obama's time.
	And actually, what we're seeing right now, and Governor Abbott already did this, this is going to give ammunition to the Trump administration to label the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization.
	And we already know, going back to August of this year, Marco Rubio is already looking at this.
	And eventually what's going to happen at the right time, at the right moment, you don't want to do it too soon.
	You're going to designate them.
	Just like Antifa has been designated as a terrorist organization.
	People are saying, well, why aren't we doing anything about it?
	You wait until they make their move.
	And actually, it shows that they're acting like terrorists.
	You don't want it in one location or just this location over here.
	You want them doing it all in one place.
	So it looks like one gigantic terrorist organization doing a terrorist act.
	This way you can use the National Guard.
	You can use the military.
	The same thing with the Muslim Brotherhood.
	And I do believe that's where all this is headed.
	Remember, these individuals, they're not here in this country to assimilate.
	You see, we have what's called a melting pot.
	You assimilate to the Constitution, to the way of life in this country.
	They're not here to assimilate.
	They're here to conquer.
	That's what they're here to do.
	So Trump is waiting for the right moment, and that right moment is approaching.
	Now, the other thing that's very interesting is we know that Eric Swawell, he's going to be brought up on charges for mortgage fraud, just like other people.
	And it looks like he's going to try to protect himself, and we've known this from the post, by running for the governorship in California.
	Now, just because you're running for a political position does not protect you.
	Just look what was happening with Trump when he was running for the presidential election.
	It seems like they set the precedent right there.
	So it looks like it's not going to work.
	Now, he's going to try to do this, but it's not going to work in the long run.
	Now, think about this.
	Right now, Judge Bozberg, he has revived the criminal contempt proceedings against Trump over Alien Enemies Act.
	Now, you have to remember, and Amuse put this out, the Supreme Court, in a 5-4 ruling, overturned Obama-appointed Judge Jabozberg and confirmed Trump can use the 1798 Alien Enemy Act to deport illegals.
	But it looks like he's trying to fight against this, but it was already ruled upon.
	Now, the question is, why is he doing this once again?
	Because again, think about how this is all now coming together.
	We have a judge, which we just mentioned, that she says, oh, Trump can't bring the National Guard in.
	They try to stop him in other states.
	We have certain senators out there that are telling the military to go against Trump.
	They're building the entire narrative.
	They're putting everything into place so the riots can move forward.
	That's what they're really trying to do.
	They're trying to set it up as best they possibly can.
	Joe Lange put this out and said, did someone say wartime powers?
	Nothing can stop Trump from deporting all people who illegally invaded our country.
	Trump gave all illegals the opportunity to self-deport and reapply for entry legally.
	Smart ones took him up on it, that deal, and more might be inclined to do so now.
	But don't miss the other Supreme Court wins that Trump got.
	Jesse mentions them at the end.
	Trump has full constitutional authority over all spending within the executive branch.
	Congress has no authority to dictate how money gets spent or not spent within the executive branch.
	Congress cannot force Trump to spend money for fraud and money laundering.
	Do you realize what this means?
	Do you think it was just coincidence that Trump recently announced that he's going to force all SNAP recipients to reapply so they can all be vetted to see if they qualify?
	Was it just a coincidence that Doge exposed the fact that almost 190,000 dead people were still receiving SNAP benefits and about 500,000 people are receiving double payments by getting benefits from multiple states?
	Congress cannot force Trump to spend money for fraud and money laundering.
	The Supreme Court just cut just affirmed Trump's constitutional authority to cut all the fraud out of SNAP, which falls under the Department of Agriculture within the executive branch.
	The Supreme Court just cleared the way for much more.
	Guess what else under the executive branch?
	Social Security benefits, Medicare benefits, Medicare benefits.
	Are they too going to be cleansed?
	Bet on it.
	And guess what else?
	Do you think it's just a coincidence that Trump is talking about taking away subsidies for health insurance companies that are ripping off American people?
	Or Trump talking about cutting off subsidies for Obamacare?
	Who has the real power over the money under the Constitution?
	Congress has always intruded on the president's constitutional authority when it comes to managing the executive branch.
	The Supreme Court is once again setting the clear dividing line between the branches of government.
	Separation of power is being made great again.
	Money flow disruption.
	Trump is the first president who has made it a priority to protect taxpayers' money, and he is doing it in every way possible.
	And starting in January, millions of Americans are getting their income tax cut again.
	So when you start to look at this and you start to see what he's about to do here, he is removing all the illegals from the funding that the deep state has been giving them.
	So these people, what are they going to do?
	No more funding is going to them.
	Are they going to leave this country?
	Are they going to stay in this country?
	Because again, they're being cut off and this is being done on purpose.
	And it's going to allow the Trump administration to really know: wait a minute, if these people are all legally on these programs, who are these people?
	Because now they have the names of all those people that didn't come and get the benefits.
	Does that allow Trump and the administration to go after those people if they're here illegally?
	Yeah, it does.
	Now, the other thing that's very interesting is that the Trump and Vance, it seems like they were not invited to Dick Cheney's funeral.
	Only the criminals were.
	And actually, I think this is a very good thing for Trump and Vance right now, which is very, very interesting.
	And it seems that the anti-Trump narratives are completely falling by the wayside.
	Clintesten put this out and says, the biggest anti-Trump narrative just went up in flames over the course of the last 24 hours.
	The Trump is owned by Israel crowd.
	Just watch Trump create a military alliance with Saudi Arabia.
	How does that add up?
	Then Trump signed the bill releasing the Epstein files, and the Dems are now scrambling, trying to explain away the fact that the new docs show Epstein was deeply affiliated with the Democratic Party.
	The Epstein smear campaign backfired.
	Whoops.
	In addition, Trump's DOJ just indicted a sitting Democrat congressman for money laundering.
	So all the indict someone and nothing ever happens.
	People also find themselves in a pickle.
	All of Trump's critics just took a massive blow.
	And once again, all these people that are trying to separate MAGA, say Trump isn't doing anything, everything will happen at the right moment at the right time.
	Remember, he's a builder.
	He came up with a plan.
	He had a diagram and basically went ahead and formulated the plan.
	That was the first four years.
	The second eight years, part of the plan was okay.
	They cheated in the election.
	We got them.
	We got what they did.
	We know how it works.
	Perfect.
	Let's bring in the idiot.
	Biden came in.
	The far left pushed their policies.
	Obama pushed the policies.
	And the people of this country woke up.
	We were able to override the elections.
	And the people turned against them.
	And now think about it, what he's doing every step of the way.

	Trump now is actually showing the people what they have done.
	Remember, they have spent eight years projecting everything that they have been doing onto Trump.
	Now Trump is showing everyone who the true criminals are.
	It might not be happening the way you want.
	It might not be happening at the time that you want it to happen.
	But Trump, he needs to make sure that we follow the rule of law.
	We need to make sure that we have the judges in place, the attorney general's in place in the states, and the prosecutors in place in the states, because if we're going to have accountability, we need to make sure that all of this is in place.
	And it's not just that, but we need to make sure that we're able to fund the entire government and actually shrink the government, not using the central bank system.
	This is why Trump is creating the parallel economic system.
	And he's also testing the deep state players, testing the corrupt judges right now.
	And you can see they're fighting back.
	Mike Davis put this out and said, U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan corrects the record and slams magistrates' reckless attempt to derail Comey prosecution.
	The U.S. Attorney's Declaration confirms the events that occurred following the grand jury proceedings.
	The court reporters' contemporaneous emails confirm it.
	So when the U.S. Attorney commits comments are read fairly, fully and in context, as the code of conduct requires, the conclusion is unavoidable.
	There was no misstatement of law, no misleading of the grand jury, and no impropriety whatsoever.
	The magistrate judge contrary finding rests on a misreading of the transcript and cannot support disclosure.
	And that's absolutely right.
	So what they're doing to Lindsey Halligan right now is absolutely despicable.
	There were three indictments, two were approved, so she set aside the one that wasn't, got the four-person signature, and moved forward.
	That's it.
	And yet they're all acting like she committed some kind of monstrous offense, which is exactly what happens to any Trump appointee who actually tries to carry out the mandate they were elected to deliver instead of playing it safe.
	So basically, we could see the lawfare working.
	We could see the corrupt judges trying to stop her.
	And once again, you could see they're trying to spin these things to try to stop Lindsey Halligan.
	This is the test.
	So think about this.
	Take this case and arrest all the people right now and put them in front of all these judges.
	How do you think this is all going to work out?
	Do you think we need to start removing the magistrates, the judges, and everything else?
	Absolutely.
	Look at Judge Natchmanoffs.
	Look what he's been doing.
	Roger Parloff put this out and said, the judge did not call Halligan a puppet.
	He asked the defense if its legal position was that Halligan has been acting as a stalking horse or a puppet, doing a vindictive president's bidding.
	Hmm.
	Julie Kay says it is exactly that.
	In fact, the judge's description of Halligan was so insulting and out of bounds that Comey's attorneys, Mike Driben, to his credit, refused to play along.
	Just astonishing to watch legal experts defend such an insulting and frankly sexist description of a federal prosecutor.
	Chad Gilmartin put this out and said, U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan fires back at James Comey's judge who claims she's a puppet.
	Personal attacks like the judge referring to me as a puppet, don't change the facts or the law.
	Absolutely.
	And you can see that, again, Lindsey Halligan did everything lawful.
	The grand jury signed off on this.
	And their lawfare tactics, the judge tactics to try to get Comey out of this is not working.
	Absolutely unbelievable.
	And like we said just before, there's a judge, Gia Michelle Cobb, which is a Biden-appointed judge.
	She just issued an order halting Trump's deployment of the National Guard to DC.
	Stephen Miller responded to this and said, The Democrats appoint judges whose sole purpose is to impose their extremist agenda and unravel the Republic.
	Now, I do believe she's doing this to basically delay everything because, again, they have to continually delay and delay and delay.
	And if one judge, if it doesn't work, another judge comes up and tries to delay, picks another part of the law, manipulates it and tries to delay it.
	And they know the DOJ and the Trump administration have to appeal it and then bring it up to another judge.
	And this continually happens.
	And they're going to continue to do this because what are they planning?
	They're planning an insurrection.
	And remember, Senator Elisa Slotkin put out a message with other senators, basically telling the military community and the intelligence community to basically disobey the direct commands from the commander-in-chief.
	So basically, they're planning an insurrection and they're doubling down on this.
	Savetlana Lakova put this out and said, seditious Maggie Goodlander, who appear in the bizarre dem video promoting insurrection, is doubling down.
	Goodlander is the wife of the Chief Russia Gate coup plotter Jake Sullivan, Biden's National Security Advisor and Hillary's closest confidant.
	This is an organized insurrection.
	That's what you're witnessing right now.
	Chris DeLuzio put this out and said, today, Donald Trump called for my death and arrest.
	He didn't want to hear a basic lesson.
	The oath to the Constitution comes above all.
	I will not be intimidated and I will uphold my oath.
	Don't give up the shift.
	So basically, they're trying to convince everyone that they're supporting the Constitution.
	They're supporting their oath.
	But again, it only works when the commander-in-chief gives them a law, a command that is unconstitutional.
	But if you look, Trump has only given constitutional, constitutional commands.
	He follows the rule of law.
	So basically, these people are seditious.
	It's seditious behavior, and they're sticking to it because they're instructed to stick to it.
	Remember, the military must remember their oath.
	And if it's a constitutional command, then they must remember the oath.
	They must go against foreign and domestic enemies.
	And this is what they don't want.
	They are the domestic enemy.
	They know what's coming.
	They're trying to get ahead of this because they understand they're going to push riots.
	They understand that Trump is pre-positioning the National Guard and the military.
	If you notice, it's all coming together.
	Now, the other thing that's very interesting, and the Washington Post put this out, and I do believe this all goes in together.
	The U.S. Coast Guard will no longer classify the swastika, nooses, and the Confederate flag as hate symbols.
	So it says the military service drafted a new policy that classifies them as potential divisive.
	Now, think about why would they put this?
	Nooses, Confederate flag, and swastikas.
	So if they're planning riots on the streets, are they going to have certain people dressed up as Trump supporters carrying swastikas, nooses, and Confederate flags?
	Are they going to try to turn this around saying that it's the MAGA people that are rioting?
	Think about this for a second.
	Homeland Security says, you're all just making things up now.
	Why would they do this?
	You see, it's not for them, because why would they say that the U.S. Coast Guard and probably other military organizations aren't considering swastikas, nooses, and Confederate flags hate symbols?
	Because if it was the deep state doing this, it wouldn't make any sense unless they're pointing to those people dressed up as MA people carrying these things.
	And they can create the narrative, oh, look, Trump told the military not to go after those people.
	Hmm.
	This is going to be very, very interesting how this all plays out.
	But Karen Levitt, she basically responded to all of this, and Eric Dorney put this out.
	Carolyn Levitt goes ballistic on Senate and House Democrats for demanding insurrection against President Trump within the military and CIA.
	Does Trump want to execute Democrat members of Congress?
	Levitt, no.
	Let's be clear about what the president is responding to, because many in this room want to talk about president's response, but not what brought the president to responding in this way.
	You have a sitting member of the United States Congress who conspired together to orchestrate a video message to members of the United States military, to active duty service members, to members of the national security apparatus, encouraging them to defy the president's lawful orders.
	Remember, lawful orders.
	The sanctity of our military rests on the chain of command.
	And if that chain of command is broken, it can lead to people getting killed and could lead to chaos.
	And that's what these members of Congress who swore an oath to abide by the Constitution are essentially encouraging, perhaps is punishable by law.
	I'm not a lawyer.
	I'm leaving that to the Department of Justice and the Department of War to decide.
	It's a crime.
	And most of these individuals are part of the CIA.
	Some of them are military.
	And think about what they're saying right now.
	So Trump, he put this out, and I do believe he put out two different messages with two different messages within the message.
	He says it's called seditious behavior at the highest level.
	Each one of these traitors to our country should be arrested and put on trial.
	The words cannot be allowed to stand.
	We won't have a country anymore.
	An example must be set, President DJT.
	So seditious behavior, he says, arrest and put them on trial.
	This is what happens to civilians.
	They're not put to death.
	That's only in the military.
	So think about that.
	So now we have civilians and military.
	The first message is put them, have trials, and first arrest them, have trials, and then put them in jail.
	Those are for the civilians that are speaking out right now.
	Cynical Public has put this out and said, seditious Democrats in Congress.
	Okay, let me break this issue down for you because Democrats are engaged in their usual evil chicanery and obfuscation, and some people are falling for it.
	Those Congress critters and their lackey apologists are all saying, but we're simply telling the military to not follow unlawful orders.
	What's wrong with that?
	No.
	What they're really doing is telling you as service members to treat lawful orders as being unlawful, which means they're telling service members not to follow lawful orders, which means they're telling service members to disobey the lawful orders of their commander-in-chief, which means they are telling service members to break their oath to the Constitution and their oath of enlistment,
	which means they're telling service members to engage in a sort of military coup, which means those evil Democrat filthy in Congress are encouraged in sedition.
	How do I know all this?
	Because President Trump has never issued, once issued, an unlawful order to our military.
	Sedition explained.
	Now, think about this for a second.
	Go back to the example of what I said about them saying swastikas, Confederate flag nooses.
	They're not hate symbols and things like that.
	Think about it.
	Are they going to have people in the military, people in the intelligence community, marching as MA people, carrying these flags, the nooses, and things like that?
	Most likely, yes.
	And I wouldn't be surprised if the DEs try to make it seem like, oh, look, even the MAGA people are going against Trump right now.
	And Trump is not going to arrest them.
	But even though they're going to be Antifa dressed up as MA people, remember January 6th, they had Antifa, FBI, many others dressed up as MA people.
	I think here we are once again.
	But let's go back to seditious behavior.
	Because seditious behavior refers to action, speech, or writings that incite rebellion, resistance, or insurrection against a lawful government or authority.
	It often involves promoting discontent or encouraging others to overthrow or undermine established rule.
	Though it doesn't necessarily require direct violence in legal terms, particularly in the United States, sedition is addressed under federal law as seditious conspiracy, which involves two or more people conspiring to overthrow the government by force, levy war against it, or oppose its authority through violent means.
	This is distinct from mere criticism or protest.
	It requires intent to incite actual rebellion or disruption.
	Historically, laws like the Sedition Act of 1798 targeted writings deemed false or malicious against the government, leading to fines or imprisonment.
	But such measures have been controversial and largely limited by First Amendment protections in modern times.
	Examples of seditious behavior might include organizing armed uprising, spreading propaganda to foment revolt, or conspiring to interfere with government operations by force.
	And this is what they're afraid of, and this is why they're pushing this right now.
	They're afraid of the Insurrection Act, because the Insurrection Act of 1807 is one of the series of laws that Congress has passed to allow the president to deploy the National Guard or federal armed forces to deal with unlawful obstructions, combination, or assemblage or rebellion against the authority of the United States.
	Under this act, presidents have directed the use of federal forces to contain an outright rebellion, labor disputes, race riots, and public protests.
	So, why did Trump then change his response to punishable by death?
	Because he put this out on truth: sedition behavior, punishable by death.
	Because under civilian law, there is no death penalty.
	Under military law, there is death penalty.
	So, under U.S. federal civilian law, 18 U.S.C. section 2384, seditious conspiracy, the maximum punishment remains up to 20 years in prison and fine, or both, not the penalty of death.
	So, the lawmakers, like Senator Elisis Lotkin, Amar Kelly, Representative Jason Crowe, Maggie Goodlander, Chris DeLuzio, and Chrissy Houlihan, basically, they are civilians.
	They're not military.
	So, these individuals would be held to account under civilian law.
	But if these individuals push this and it leads to an insurrection in this country, they can be designated as enemy combatants.
	And this designation is rooted in 9-11 policies under the authorization of U.S. Military Force of 2001.
	It allows the executive branch to treat individuals as part of or supporting hostile forces in an armed conflict, subjecting them to military authority rather than civilian criminal processes.
	So, we know this from the post that these people can be deemed enemy combatants.
	So, if they're words at this point, which they're civilians, they could be held to account for this.
	They could be imprisoned.
	But if this leads to an armed rebellion, an insurrection against the United States, and military and intelligence people go along with this, they can be designated as enemy combatants.
	And same thing with the fake news and everyone else.
	And I do believe this is why Trump has actually said this.
	So, you can see that things now are building up, and you can see that as we move forward, they're going to be building the narrative.
	Trump is going to be countering what they're trying to do.
	The judges are going to try to delay what he's countering, where he's bringing in the National Guard and pre-positioning.
	And also, this is why he has the task force that can be moved into any location.
	I think the task force is going to be a lot bigger than anyone can ever imagine.
	Plus, he can use the military to assist the National Guard in these circumstances.
	So, yes, the deep state players, they're going to try to stop this, but Trump already knows the playbook.
	I think we already know the playbook.
	And you can see they're trying to push this.
	And in the end, they're going to lose because they always do.
	Because once again, people are going to see who's really causing the insurrection.
	And everything that they try to do always backfires on them.
	And this will also backfire on them.
