And today's date is February 9th, 2025. And the title of the episode is, Deep State is getting buried.
Avalanche is accelerating.
We are witnessing the second revolution.
Let's get right into the economic collapse news.
Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, the private West Central Bank, the World Economic Forum, their worst nightmare has come true.
Since the central bank, the Federal Reserve, has been put into place, there were many, many individuals, one of them, Ron Paul, they wanted to audit the Federal Reserve.
And what the Federal Reserve has done is they installed all of these criminals in Congress.
I don't mean them personally.
It's all part of the deep state system.
And they continually blocked the audit of the Federal Reserve.

What we see today with Elon auditing all the different agencies, they're trying to block Elon, Trump, the Patriots, from auditing every single agency.
So going back, all the way back to 1913, the Federal Reserve made sure that they would never be audited.
Even though they tell the people that, hey, they're doing everything on the up and up, don't worry about it, we don't have to be audited.
And every time a congressman, a senator, Says, you know, I would like to audit the Federal Reserve and they put a bill forth.
It's always shot down.
Congress never votes for it.
I think this time around it's going to be very, very different because Elon is out there and he's letting everyone know that it's now time to audit the Federal Reserve.
And I do believe that it has to be done.
And I do believe, just like with every other agency, what are you going to find?
You're going to find criminal activity.
And you're going to see that they're not working in the best interest of we, the people.
And in the end, the people are going to demand that the Federal Reserve is shut down, which means the Federal Reserve Act, the 16th Amendment, they will be on the chopping blocks.
And I do believe this is all part of Trump's plan from the very, very beginning, because he knew that if you don't go after the source, everything else doesn't really matter.
Because if you have an open-ended credit card, what do you think is going to happen in the future?
You're going to see everything just return.
And they'll just do it in a different way so you can't figure out what they're doing.
So if you get rid of the 16th Amendment, if you get rid of the Federal Reserve Act, if you get rid of the entire system that they set up with the central bank included, it becomes very, very difficult for them to come back in because they would have to then have the states vote for the 16th Amendment and they would have to have everyone agree on another Federal Reserve Act or whatever they're going to call it.
And it's going to be very, very difficult to do this because once the people experience and witness what the economy is like without a private West Central Bank system, without we the people borrowing currency, people are going to start to realize and they're going to start to notice that we should have never had a private West Central Bank system.
And actually, if you go back in time, this is what people have noticed with the first one, with the second one, and this time it's even worse because they've been in existence for a very long time.
We've been off the gold standard for a very, very long time, which means they've been printing like crazy.
We've been borrowing like crazy, which created this entire mess.
So once people see this, the people are never, ever going to want to go back.
Now, we're going to be talking about this in just a sec, but let's talk about what's happening out in California because we could see that Trump now, since he's back in the White House, he is now going to investigate the California high-speed rail because...
Remember, they said this was going to be done a long time ago.
Actually, when Trump was in the White House the first time, he actually shut it all down, stopped giving them funds.
When Biden came in, he went ahead and he started to give funds back to California, which means all they're doing with all this money is they're just laundering it.
And they're just setting up a small portion to the train that they never wanted to be finished because then they wouldn't be getting these funds and they wouldn't have the money laundering.
And this is why it takes so long.
So Trump right now, he said this is the worst managed project he's ever seen, and he wants a full investigation.
I think they should stop the funds at this point until the investigation is over, which is probably going to happen.
Now, the other thing that's very interesting is that we know the job numbers came out.
And remember, Trump hasn't really done anything with the economy.
Yes, he's setting everything up.
He's preparing the economy.
But all the numbers that are coming in right now...
These job numbers, the GDP numbers, the inflation numbers, these are all left over from Biden.
And what's very interesting is when the job report came out, the job report reveals weaker growth than predicted.
The weakest start to year since 2016. Now remember, when Trump came into office in 2016, who was running the entire government?
It was Obama.
He was...
The president.
So that was a leftover back then.
And now we have a leftover, oh, that's right, of Obama's economy once again, even though Biden was out front.
And what's very interesting is Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett says, so it turns out when you don't go woke, you go broke.
Trump's new DEI, dying economy and inflation.
It's only two weeks in and Trump is making America broke again.
Well, she was corrected because she's really talking about Biden.
These are all Biden's numbers.
It's from the month prior.
Trump was not in office.
So everything that she just said is what Biden did to the economy.
And community notes put this and responded to her.
The job growth data from U.S. Bureau of Labor that is referenced is from a time period ending before Trump took his place in office as the 47th president of the United States of America.
Basically, she has no idea what she's talking about.
And she actually blamed Biden and Obama for what we're seeing today.
Has nothing to do with Trump's policy.
Has nothing to do with Trump's economy.
Because, again, he's just preparing everything.
The numbers that come out now are always a month behind.
So what we're seeing at this point is, again, Biden is the one who destroyed the job market.
Biden is the one who created the inflation.
Did none of this.
And this is waking up a lot of people and a lot of people in the end are going to follow Trump as he pushes away from the central bank system.
Now, what's very interesting is you could see that those individuals in the Treasury, they do not want to cooperate with Trump.
They don't want to cooperate with Elon.
And instead of cooperating, they're trying to block Elon and his team.
And when they can't block him, they decide, you know something, I'm out.
What are they so afraid of?
Robbie Starbuck put this out and said the highest-ranking Treasury official, David Labreck, is resigning rather than complying with a request by Doji for access to audit where they've spent trillions of dollars a year.
Why would career bureaucrats fear an audit by Elon Musk and Doji to see where we can save money?
Because they're running a criminal syndicate.
That's why.
Elon responded to this and said, the Doji team discovered, among other things, that the payment approval officers at Treasury were instructed always to approve payments, even to known fraudulent or terrorist groups.
They literally never denied a payment in their entire career, not even once.
And that tells you everything you need to know.
It tells you that they've been running a criminal syndicate from the very, very beginning.
ALX put this out and says, Secretary of the Treasury functions as the CFO of the United States government.
If the CFO is denied access to spending information, How can he do his job?
The people elected Trump, who appointed Scott Bessent to run the Treasury, not bureaucrats.
Mike Lee responded to this and said, this has the feel of a coup, not a military coup, but a judicial one.
Absolutely.
And you can see that we have been living in a criminal syndicate system for a very long time.
And everything the deep state has been telling us, the fake news has been telling us, it's all one gigantic lie.
And they don't want their criminal syndicate exposed.
Because once it's exposed, people will see that the world that we're living in is one gigantic illusion.
And this is going to give Trump enough ammunition to actually audit the Fed and move this entire country away from the Federal Reserve System.
Yes, in the end, the Federal Reserve System will be shut down.
It will be restructured.
We're going to be moving probably back to the Constitution, back to gold.
And yes, blockchain is going to be included in all of this.
Now, before we get to that, on Friday, Trump met with the Japanese prime minister and they had a news conference and they decided and they agreed that they were going to go in a joint venture with the Alaskan pipeline.
So in improving U.S.-Japan energy cooperation, Trump announced a joint venture of Alaska oil and gas between the two nations during his meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba at the White House.
The announcement is a milestone for the long-anticipated Alaskan liquefied natural gas project, a strategic initiative aimed at expanding American energy exports to Asia.
So it looks like we'll be sending LNG over to Japan, and this is going to be very, very interesting.
Not just Japan, but many, many other countries.
Remember, Trump wants to drill, baby, drill, baby, drill.
And this is going to unleash the biggest energy production that we've ever seen.
And this country is going to become energy independent.
Fuel prices are going to go down.
It's going to be absolutely amazing.
And Trump, he is scheduled this week to introduce reciprocal trade deals over flat fee tariffs.
So this is going to be very, very interesting moving forward.
And he said he's considering reciprocal trade deals with countries rather than flat fee tariffs on imported goods from other countries.
The president said he would announce reciprocal trade agreements next week.
And he said the United States will be conducting trade with all countries based on principle of fairness and reciprocity.
We're going to have tariffs, mostly reciprocal tariffs, probably reciprocal tariffs, where a country pays so much or charges us so much and we can do the same.
So very reciprocal because...
I think that's the only fair way to do it.
The way no one is hurt.
They charge us.
We charge them.
So this is going to be very, very interesting.
And you're going to see a lot of funds moving to this country.
And you're going to see that Trump is going to be able to support the government.
Now, again, these other countries, they're going to get pissed off.
They're going to be angry.
Because right now, I do believe it's one-sided.
And this is how the globalist system works.
So you're going to see everything change.
Just like you're going to see everything change now that Elon is auditing all these different agencies.
It looks like he is now proposing that we put all U.S. spending on the blockchain, which means once it's there, it can't be changed.
Once it's there, everyone can track it, they can see it, and it's secure.
This is going to be very interesting.
The Kobisi letter put this out on X and said, wow, this is historic.
Both Elon and Coinbase CEO have now proposed putting all U.S. spending on blockchain.
This means 6.9 trillion of U.S. spending per year would be placed on a decentralized ledger.
What does this mean?
Let us explain.
First, it's important to understand how blockchain works.
A blockchain functions as a decentralized digital ledger where data is stored in blocks that are linked together in a chain.
This means the U.S. government's spending would be far more secure if implemented properly.
Why is it more secure?
Because the data is stored in these blocks.
It becomes a part of an unedible digital chain.
Ledgers can be permissioned to restrict viewership and fraudulent spending is almost instantly flagged.
It is also virtually unhackable if done right.
Furthermore, the blockchain could be publicly accessible to increase transparency.
Currently, the U.S. government spending database is built in an append-only way.
This makes searching for specific words in a database virtually impossible.
It is not transparent whatsoever.
For example, after weeks of digging through data, Doji found this.
62 contracts worth $182 million, which were entirely for administrative expenses.
This included a $168,000 contract for Anthony Fauci exhibit at the NIH Museum.
This is only the tip of the iceberg.
The U.S. Pentagon couldn't account 63% of its $3.8 trillion of assets in an audit.
It's hard to believe this in 2023 press release is real.
The DOD says they have $3.8 trillion in assets and $4 trillion in liabilities.
The balance sheet doesn't even balance.
By using blockchain technology, payments would be easily tracked and audits could be automated.
This is why many large banks are already utilizing blockchain.
56% cross-border businesses have integrated blockchain technology into the operations as of 2024. The U.S. Pentagon spent $1 billion to audit just their 2018 financials and failed the audit.
Their goal is to pass an audit by 2028. That's 10 plus billion in costs, which could be cut from the multiple government agencies that blockchain is utilized.
Blockchain removes inefficiency.
Another benefit would be eliminating ghost beneficiaries.
Blockchain can ensure that aid programs, pensions, and social security are received only by eligible individuals reducing fraud.
In 2022 alone, there were...
$13.6 billion of improper Social Security payments.
The biggest downside is that the plan will be met with unprecedented resistance.
And they will fight as hard as they possibly can.
But again, if you do put this on the blockchain and you put the elections on the blockchain, you're going to be very, very efficient.
It's going to be done in a ledger.
It's decentralized, which they completely and utterly hate.
They like everything centralized.
This way they can control it.
And people can see what's actually going on.
And this is something they definitely do not want to happen.
So this is a very good idea.
And you take that and you actually then remove the Federal Reserve.
You have a system that is going to run so efficient, a system where they can't launder money, where it's going to be virtually impossible.
This is going to make this country absolutely incredible.
And you can see already.
That Elon is getting prepared and ready to audit the Federal Reserve.
Now, of course, I do believe we need Congress to allow him to have this access, and I think in the end, they're definitely going to do it.
WallStreetIps put this out and said, Why is Elon Musk supporting Ron Paul leading an audit of the Federal Reserve such a big deal?
Because the Fed has never had a full audit or a full disclosure of monetary policy decisions.
The Fed got caught doing half a trillion in swaps overseas with no oversight whatsoever.
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke was even questioned about giving this half a trillion swaps to the central banks overseas.
No one gave the approval, and he says he doesn't need the approval.
We have a longstanding legal authority to do swaps with other central banks.
It's not an emergency authority of any kind.
Section 14 of the General Federal Reserve Act, half a trillion dollars, and you don't know who got the money?
This level of corruption is beyond comprehension, and it's been going on for decades.
Elon responded to this and said, All aspects of the government must be fully transparent and accountable to the people.
No exceptions, including, if not especially, the Federal Reserve.
Tara Bull put this out and said, Elon Musk is considering to have Ron Paul head up an audit at the Federal Reserve.
Elon said, this will be great.
Now, Thomas Massey, he has just reintroduced the audit the Fed legislation.
And I do believe every single person should call their congressman to say, And Senator to say, we must pass this.
We must audit the Fed.
And I do believe that this will definitely happen because as we start to uncover fraud in other agencies and other places, the Treasury, you name it, the call is going to go out to say, okay, we've done all that.
Now we need to look at the IRS. Now we need to look at the Fed and we need to make sure that there's no fraud in there.
And I do believe once we find criminal activity, Just like with all the other agencies, that's really what it is.
It's not, oh, they don't know where it's going.
Oh, they're just misspending this money.
Oh, they're just...
No, it's fraud.
It's criminal activity.
That's what you're witnessing right now.
When people see there's criminal activity within the Fed, this is going to give Trump the ability and Congress the ability to actually pay them off because, again, it's fraud.
So I think all they have to do is give back the initial investment and all that other debt.
is null and void because they've been committed fraud on the American people.
And the Federal Reserve will be restructured into the Treasury.
And we will no longer have a private Western Central Bank in this country.
Now, again, the central bankers, they're not going to go quietly into the night.
They're going to fight with everything that they have.
But you can see they're already doing this with the other agencies.
But when it comes to the Federal Reserve, this is their main system where they're able to control countries.
And it's not just the United States.
It's almost every single country around the world.
And think about the entire structure that they set up.
So I do believe they will fight back.
But in the end, the people of this country and the people of the world, they're going to be against them.
And when you have the people of the world against you, you cannot push your agenda.
They might try some events.
They might try to push certain things.
But in the end, the patriots are going to win.
And the central bank, the way we know it today, it's going to cease to exist.
So when you really think about it, think about going back to the Constitution.
Think about gold.
Think about how blockchain is going to play a role in this.
And not even just blockchain.
Think about how Bitcoin might play a role in this.
Because once again, this could be used for international trade.
So because each country then could use Bitcoin and they could use this type of currency to actually have trade.
And it's decentralized.
Not one country owns it.

What have they been up to?

This was all of them, the terrorist groups, everything was driven by the deep state players and this criminal syndicate.
And this is what's being exposed right now, every day that passes.
And wait until you see what comes out of the investigation of the assassination attempt for Trump because he says he has a right to know.
He wants a full investigation of the assassination attempt.
And what happens if people start to find out that it was the tyrannical government working with maybe foreign nations that actually went ahead and tried to assassinate Trump?
People are going to see the true tyrannical government and they're going to see the true enemy.

And every time you hear about all these different programs and all the money and all the waste, people are getting angrier and angrier and they're taking the side of Trump.
They're looking at Biden.
They're looking at the fake news where they're trying to spin it.
And it's not working.
Because the people saying, listen, I don't really care about that.
How come they're not talking about the money that's being wasted, the money that's going to these ridiculous programs?
Why aren't they talking about, hey, look, a lot of the payouts in the Treasury went to terrorists.
A lot of the payouts in the Treasury went to people that we don't even know who they are.
A lot of the payouts went to people that don't have Social Security numbers.
How come they're not talking about those things?

The right to keep and bear arms must not be infringed.
So Trump ordered U.S. Attorney General Pambani to review all of Joe Biden's unconstitutional gun control executive orders to assess ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment.
Within 30 days of this date of this order, the Attorney General shall examine all orders, regulations, guidance plans, international agreements, and other actions of executive departments and agencies to assess any ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment rights of our citizens and present a proposed plan to action to the President.
So Pam Bonney is going to be reviewing all of this, and I do believe that all the laws that the legislators across the country, that they put into place, that actually are repugnant to the Constitution, I think all of these should be reviewed, and any law that is repugnant to the Constitution is going to be null and void.
Because again, the Second Amendment is very, very clear, shall not infringe.
So I do believe this is the beginning of all this, and we're going to see that as time goes on, a lot of these laws that have been put into place by the deep state players, remember, they used mass shootings and all these different events to push their agenda.
We're going to see everything start to be reversed, and you're going to see that there's going to be a lot of lawsuits.

Those theories couldn't be challenged because the order was ex parte, meaning Trump's lawyers weren't warned and couldn't weigh in.
Only Democrat attorney generals were allowed to argue.
The judge cites no law or logic to support his unprecedented order because it defies both.
The judge's ruling is, in essence, that Scott Besson simply occupies a ceremonial position without real power, like the King of England.
This is a grenade thrown into the functioning of the Treasury Department.
It forbids the elected government from accessing information about budget and finances.
Instead, only the permanent, deep state government can know what's being spent.
It means Scott Bessent subordinates have more power than Scott Bessent does.
Democrat pundits who whine about the Constitution are liars and will shred it in the first chance they get.
For now, the order is only for the next week.
But if a court tries to make it permanent, the Trump administration should absolutely consider defying it.
Better yet, SCOTUS should bar this judge from ever hearing similar cases again.
And every Democrat lawyer involved should be sanctioned.
And really think about what's happening right now.
The deep state players, they're trying to push back.
And I think Trump knew this was going to happen.
And like everything else, I think Trump wants this to go to the Supreme Court.
Because once the Supreme Court makes the ruling that Trump has the authority, all of this is put to rest.
Which means any other type of case that they try to bring, that the executive branch is looking at this data and auditing and doing things, it all completely and utterly falls apart.
Mike Davis responded to this and said, the Supreme Court must step in quickly and decisively on the emergency docket as activist judges are illegally sabotaging the Article 2 power of the president.
Otherwise, a judiciary will lose its legitimacy than its funding.
Do your jobs without law clerks, for example.
And he's absolutely right.
And I do believe that Trump wants us to go to the Supreme Court because once the Supreme Court makes the ruling that the executive branch has the right to do this, nobody can stop this.
All of this falls apart.
Everything.
Because now Trump, not just with the Treasury, but with every agency, even the Federal Reserve and the IRS. So I do believe Trump wants us to go to the Supreme Court just like his taxes.
Because once the Supreme Court gave the ruling that we can now look at any politicians' taxes, foundations, shell companies, families' taxes, how can they argue this?
They're the ones who set the precedent.
They're going to set the precedent right now.
But what's very interesting is that another federal judge, he decided to grant Musk access.
Remember, the unions were trying to stop Elon Musk and Trump because, of course, when you start to get rid of all the federal employees, you lose all the dues.
So they tried to do this and they tried to make the argument that accessing such data and sharing it violates the Privacy Act of 1974 and potentially jeopardizes the privacy of workers across the nation.
U.S. District Judge John Bates, An appointee of former President George W. Bush saw through this thinly veiled attempt by the left to handcuff efforts aimed at rooting out government waste and fraud.
And John D. Bates ruled that the plaintiffs failed to establish standing a crucial legal threshold required to proceed with their claim.
The court found that the unions did not provide sufficient evidence showing that their members faced imminent harm from the Doji Services data access.
So, in one part, it was shut down.
In another part, I do believe this has to go to the Supreme Court.
And once the Supreme Court makes its ruling, it's game over for them.
And they won't be able to stop Trump and the Patriots using legal action.
And Elon, he makes a suggestion on how to weed out all these corrupt judges.
He says, I'd like to propose that the worst 1% of appointed judges as determined by elected bodies be fired every year.
This will weed out the most corrupt and least competent.

But the other thing that we are starting to learn and we're starting to find out, and I think we already knew this, is that a lot of these individuals in government and elsewhere, they've been laundering money and they've been stashing it all over the place.

Goldman was caught with over $30 million in nonprofit funds stashed in an Overshore Cayman Island account.

And every day that passes, we could see that Elon, he is finding fraud, waste, criminal activity all over the place.
He said, can you believe that the universities with tens of billions in endowments were siphoning off 60% of research award money for overhead?
What a ripoff.

And then Elon came out with this thing with Social Security numbers and the U.S. Treasury.
And he explained it to the people of what he found.
He says, let's be clear what the Doji team and U.S. Treasury have jointly agreed makes sense is the following.
Require that all outgoing government payments have a payment categorization code, which is necessary in order to pass financial audits.
This is frequently left blank making audits almost impossible.
All payments must also include a rationale for the payment in the comment field, which is currently left blank.
Importantly, we are not yet applying any judgment to this rationale, but simply requiring that some attempt be made to explain the payment more than nothing.
The do not pay list of entities known to be fraudulent or people who are dead or are probably fronts for terrorist organizations or do not match congressional appropriations must actually be implemented and not ignored.
It can currently take up to a year to get on this list, which is far too long.
This list should be updated at least weekly, if not daily.

Seeking the arrest and extradition of Hamas leadership charged in the complaint docketed.
Investigating and prosecuting acts of terrorism, anti-Semitic civil rights violations and other federal crimes committed by Hamas supporters in the United States including on college campuses.
investigating and prosecuting those responsible for funding Hamas and supporting efforts by the Israeli government department defense and department of treasury to pursue non-criminal responses to the October 7th attack and other terrorist activities by Hamas so that is very And Trump has just ordered Elon to conduct a comprehensive audit of the Pentagon.
Remember, the Pentagon, they have no idea where money has gone.

And what's very interesting is that Roger Stone points out something very, very interesting about Letitia James and Trump.

And he basically just fired...
The head of the National Archives.
So Trump is taking complete and utter control, removing, actually he's cleaning house, and he is now putting his people into place.
And once his people are into place, that means you're going to see a lot more information come out and a lot more information about what the deep state has been up to.
So you have Elon doing audits, showing you the criminal syndicate.
Showing you how the money laundering system works.
You're going to see the people in the National Archives and all these other positions, they're going to show you how they controlled what was going on within D.C. to make sure that no one knew what was happening.
Because again, you do have the guards.
And what Trump is doing right now, he's replacing the old guard and now bringing in the new guard.
He even removed Joe Biden's security clearance.
Didn't Biden remove Trump's?
Well, it looks like Trump is doing it to him.
He put this out on Truth and said, There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information.
Therefore, we are immediately revoking Joe Biden's security clearances and stopping his daily intelligence briefing.
He set this precedent in 2021.
When he instructed the intelligence community, I see to stop the 45th president of the United States, me, from accessing details on national security, a courtesy provided to former presidents.
The Hurr report revealed that Biden suffers from poor memory and even in his prime could not be trusted with sensitive information.

Joe, you're fired.

And once again, think about what Trump just said.
He set this precedent in 2021. Think about all the other precedents that they have set.
Trump now is using it against them.
And what you're witnessing right now.
With what's happening with Elon, with the autists, what you see what's happening with Trump and his nominees, and a lot of them are being confirmed right now.
What you see Trump now removing the old guard and placing the new guard in.
This was all possible because he set out a plan going all the way back to 2016, and he needed to wake the American people up.
The people had to be on his side.

Actually, go back 2016 to 2020. The majority of the people were not with him at this point in time.
He didn't have control over the information.
He wasn't able to combat the fake news.
So he had to put a plan into place where he actually showed the people that the news was actually fake, that they were propaganda outlets.
He needed the people to start posting things on social media.
He needed the digital soldiers to build up.
He needed his army.
And the only way to do that was to actually show the people the truth and have the conspiracy theories come true.
And I do believe this is why Q started to wake those people that were, not wake them up, but those people that were awake, give them the information, let them spread it out, let other people see it, let other people see that it's coming true, let other people see that, wait a minute, something's going on here.
And as time passes, when Trump says things, it doesn't mean if he says something today, something's going to come true the next day.
Sometimes it takes a couple months.
And when this started to happen, people started to realize, wait a minute, he's telling the truth.
These things have turned out to be true.
And this woke up a lot of people.
And when the fake news tried to combat all this, what happened?
The digital soldiers, they got bigger and bigger and bigger.
And instead of the fake news controlling the narrative, the news...
Or the fake news was debunked in six months, then four months, then three months, then two months, then a week, then a couple of hours.
And now the news, they can't spin anything.
They try.
But once again, the digital soldiers, they're very, very quick at debunking all of this.
And Trump needed all this in place.
Then he needed the people to actually make their cheating system too big to rig.
So that's why he had to put Biden into place.
This is why he had to show that this is their plan.
They're going to destroy America.
He told you they were going to do this, but no one really believed him until they saw it.
And then when the people saw it, the people came to his side because he was right again.
And this is how he was able to get the people to take back the country.
Now we need to keep the country.
And that's the phase we're in today.
He's showing you the criminal syndicate.

And people are going to see this.

The people are going to say, never again.

And yes, in the end, the people are going to want accountability.

They're going to want some type of retribution, which most likely most of these people are going to be going to jail.

But again, in the end, you could see the people are going to demand this.
