And today's date is December 27th, 2024. And the title of the episode is, Deep State has revealed their plan to stop the certification.
When do you play the Trump card?
Let's get right into the economic collapse news.
Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, the private West Central Bank, the World Economic Forum, you could see they still have their blue states.
They are still moving in the direction of the Green News scam, the Great Reset.
And what the people of this country, the people around the world, what they're noticing is that these policies are destroying the states and the countries.
Just look at Germany.
You could see the people are fed up.
The people are sick and tired.
And what are they doing?
They're now having elections to say we can't move in this direction because it's destroying our manufacturing.
We have no energy.
Electric is very, very high.
It's not working.
If you look at California, we have the same exact problem.
People are moving out of California.
Taxes are way too high.
Electricity costs are way too high.
They're continually pushing the green new scam.
Companies are moving out.
And sooner or later, the people of California are going to say enough is enough.
And they've tried it multiple times to get rid of Newsom.
But he's like a bad thorn in your side.
He just won't leave.
He just won't get out.
And we could see that this same thing is happening out in New York.
They're moving forward with their whole entire climate agenda.
And you know what's going to happen out in New York?

Structure, the way they have it today, is going to implode if they continue down this path.
Right now, New York Governor Kathy Holtrell signed a $75 billion climate change bill that will fine fossil fuel companies for the damage caused to the environment.
With nearly every record rainfall, heatwave, and coastal storm, New Yorkers had increasingly burdened with billions of dollars in health, safety, environmental consequences due to polluters that have historically harmed our environment, she said.
She established the Climate Superfund and you know what's going to happen?
People are not going to see the pollution go down.
People are going to see that everything is exactly the same but people are paying a lot of money in taxes and you're going to see a lot of companies start to move out of New York.
And eventually what's going to happen is New York is going to be struggling.
I mean, think about it.
Just the other day she was out there telling you how safe the subways were and crime was being committed pretty much on the day and the day after that she was saying how safe the subway was.
I don't think the people are believing what the governor is saying.
And eventually what's going to happen, the people of New York, the people of California, they're going to be voting these people out of office.
And by the way, New York has become the second state to pass such a law after Vermont passed its own version this summer.
And the laws are modeled after existing state and federal Superfund laws that require polluters to pay to clean up toxic waste.
And once again, this is going to fail just like everything else.
And it's not going to work the way they think it's going to work.

Their entire climate agenda is one gigantic hoax.
And I think the people of this country, the people around the world, they're starting to realize that all they want to do is tax control.
And when people look back in time, everything that they've told us, where the polar ice caps were going to melt, snow was going to be a thing of the past, we weren't going to have any snow, storms are going to get worse, all of that is fake.
The seas are going to rise.
None of these things have happened.
Because it was all made up and they always gave us a timeframe of 10 years.
Well, 10 years ago, did it happen?
10 years before that, did it happen?
10 years before that, did it happen?
It never happened because it was all made up.
It was part of their plan.
These people have been lying to the people of this country and the people of the world from the very, very beginning.
Why would anyone believe them at this point?
And when you look at the economy, they lied about the jobs.
They lied about inflation.
They lied about everything.
That's all they do.
And because of all their lies, what do we see?
Right now, the US is now spending close to $4 billion per day on interest expense alone.
So really think about that for a second.
The private West Central Bank, going all the way back to 1913, they lied to the American people.
Oh, you need the Central Bank.
We'll control everything.
We'll make sure there's no crashes.
We'll make sure that the economy stays stable.
Has that really happened?
Oh no.
What has happened?
We've seen many, many crashes.
We've been taxed up the wazoo.
The currency that they implemented lost value.
So everything that they said, Was a complete and utter lie.
And what's very interesting is that Doji's going to have to really cut the government, cut the expenses, not by a quarter, not by a half.
They're going to have to cut quite a bit.
The Kobisi letter on X put this out and said, the U.S. is now spending close to $4 billion per day on interest expense alone.
Meanwhile, the U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio just hit 121%, the highest since 2021, and up from approximately 60% in 2018. Not even World War II saw U.S. debt to GDP rise above 120%.
Since 2020, the U.S. had added $13 trillion of debt, marking an approximately 57% increase in just five years.
As we head into 2025, prediction markets see a 36% chance that Doji can cut at least $250 billion in government spending.
Even a cut of $250 billion would barely make a dent in our deficit spending problem.
What's the long-term plan?
The long-term plan is to cut even more.
And again, $250 billion is nothing.
Not when you have $36 trillion in debt.
Not while you have the government the size that it is today.
This is going to be an overhaul of the entire criminal syndicate.
That is what's going to happen.
And as Trump puts his policies in place, where he's placing tariffs on countries to bring companies back to this country...
To bring manufacturers back to this country.
We're going to need talented people to actually build and run these companies.
And think about what the deep state has been doing for a very, very long time.
They've been Infiltrating our country.
The education system has been declining.
Manufacturers have been pushed out of this country to other countries, and they have the talented workers.
And Trump, he let everyone know that we're going to have to bring in talented people who love this country.
Just like when the country was born, we brought in talented people And those people built this country.
And I'm not talking about the illegals.
I'm talking about people who truly love America.
Those people that are really talented who want to live here and make the country prosper.
Because I do believe we're going to need a mix of talented people in this country to rebuild.
And what's very interesting is that Vivek, he put out a post and people are freaking out about it.
And this is what he wrote in his post.
The reason top tech companies often hire foreign-born and first-generation engineers over Native American isn't because of an innate American IQ deficit, a lazy and wrong explanation.
A key part of it comes down to the C word culture.
Tough questions demand tough answers.
And if we're really serious about fixing the problem, we have to confront the truth.
Our American culture has venerated meteorocracy over excellence for way too long, at least since the 90s and likely longer.
That doesn't start in college, it starts young.
A culture that celebrates the prom queen over the math Olympiad champ or the jock over the valedictorian will not produce the best engineers.
A culture that venerates Corey from Boy Meets World or Zack and Slater over Screech in Saved by the Bell or Stefan or Steve Urkel in Family Metals will not produce the best engineers.
Fact, I know multiple sets of immigrant parents in the 90s who actively limited how much their kids could watch Those TV shows precisely because they promoted mediocrity and their kids went on to become wildly successful STEM graduates.
More movies like Whiplash, fewer reruns of Friends, more math tutoring, fewer sleepovers, more weekend science competition, fewer Saturday morning cartoons, more books, less TV, more creating, less chilling, more extracurriculars, less hanging out at the malls.
Most normal American parents look skeptically at those kinds of parents.
More normal American kids view such those kinds of kids with scorn.
If you grow up aspiring to normalcy, normalcy is what you will achieve.
Now close your eyes and visualize which families you knew in the 90s or even now who raised their kids according to one model versus the other.
Be brutally honest.
Normalcy doesn't cut in a hyper competitive global market for technical talent.
And if we pretend like it does, we'll have our asses handed to us by China.
This can be our Sputnik moment.
We've awakened from a slumber before we can do it again.
Trump's election hopefully marks the beginning of a new golden era in America.
But only if our culture fully wakes up.
A culture that once again prioritizes achievement over normalcy, excellence over mediocracy, nerdiness over conformity, hard work over laziness.
That's the work we have cut out for us.
Rather than wallowing in victimhood and just wishing for legislating and alternative hiring practices into existence, I'm confident we can do it.
Now, once again, we need to understand is that over a certain period of time, we know that the deep state players, they've been infiltrating our education, infiltrating our children, teaching them ridiculous things.
And over time, we have lost our edge.
And manufacturing has been sent overseas overseas.
Talented people are manufacturing overseas and we have become a service industry.
Very, very different than a manufacturing industry.
So what do we need?
We need, yes, talented people here in the United States, which I do believe we have.
And we need to basically revamp the education system.
Think about our colleges, what they're teaching people today.
Do a lot of people go into trade schools today?
Most people do not.
Most people say, no, you got to go to college.
That's where you're going to get your education.
But think about college today.
What does college teach people?
What are people taking gender studies?
Most of the classes in college are a complete waste.

It's a waste of time.
College doesn't teach you what you need to know.
Yes, if you want to know about theories and gender studies and things like that, yeah, that's great, but you're not going to get a job.
We're not going to make America great again.
We need talented people.

I do believe what we need is we need talented people in this country, the best of the best, who love this country.

Now, once again, there is some talk of Elon and Vivek saying, hey, we got to bring in, you know, H-1B type of people.
But once again, I think Trump is talking about bringing in people who love this country and people who are talented.

The way Elon and Vivek are looking at this is how are we going to build this country up?
We need talented people.
And we might need to bring some of these people in.
Now, it doesn't mean they're going to be H-1B. We might bring in the best of the best.
They might be tested, like Trump said.
And we're going to bring in these people that love this country.

And while it's definitely a conversation that needs to be had, we should probably focus on getting President Trump inaugurated, the illegals out of our borders closed first.
Trump has always made his stance on the H1B program crystal clear and his stance, not Elan or Vivek's, is the one that really matters.

When you take a political appointment from the president, you have to filter your comments so you don't cause political problems for the president.
You're no longer your own boss.
You can say or do whatever you want.
This is a big reason I didn't take a political appointment.
Now, once again, I'm wondering if Trump put this out there, allowed them to put this out there so this way we can get the conversation started.
But this is Trump on H-1B visas.
I remain totally committed to eliminating rampant widespread H-1B abuse and ending outrageous practices such as those that occurred at Disney.
I will end forever the use of the H-1B as a cheap labor program because that's really what it is.
And he wants to bring in skilled, talented people, not temporary foreign workers.
And I do believe what his plan is, is to actually bring in people into this country, you know, legal immigrants who love this country, who are the best of the best, and have them Work in this country alongside the American people, just like we did going back in time.
And Trump, he let everyone know when he was speaking to Megyn Kelly that he wants to have as many people come in as possible, but they have to come in legally.
We don't want murderers.
We don't want drug dealers.
We don't want human traffickers and we don't want people from prison.
That are being led out after murdering somebody.
We don't want to have that.
We want to have great people come.
And that's the sad thing.
So many people work to come in our country and they've worked for 10 years.
They're getting ready and then millions of people pour through the southern border.
We also want to have people come in.
You know, we actually need people.
We have all these companies that we're going to bring in through taxation.
We're going to bring in a lot of companies.
They've got to have people to work.
Otherwise, bringing them in is not going to work either.
You need the people.
But they're going to come in through testing.
They're going to come in through, like, do they love our country?
Can they love our country?
And I do believe this is what he's talking about.
We're going to bring in those people that are very, very talented, who love this country, who want to live in this country, who abide by our laws in this country.
And this is how we're going to make America great again.
And I do believe this conversation was started about H-1B so people understand that this is temp workers.
We don't want temp workers where their allegiance is to another country, where they don't understand our country.
And I think that has become very, very clear when we start to look at a lot of the tech companies, when we saw the censoring, when we saw the people saying, oh, no, this is the direction we have to go and look at some of the professors in colleges.
Where their allegiance isn't to this country.
Their allegiance is to other countries.
But they're here studying.
They're here as professors.
But once again, they're completely against the Constitution.
They're completely against the rule of law.
And yes, we do have certain Americans that were brainwashed into thinking that.
But I think in the end, as Trump implements his policies, as he placed tariffs on countries and we bring the manufacturers back, we bring all this back, we're going to need those people to That can do the job and teach Americans how to do that job.
These are apprentices of those people that know what they're doing.
And if you go back in time, There were those individuals, and we still have it today, where people study along the experts.
So if you have an electrician, if you have a plumber, if you have any of these type of people, they study along and they learn from these people.
Yes, they can go to trade school, but that only teaches you so much.
You learn by watching the expert.
You learn Oh wait, that works.
That doesn't work.
And that's how you get the best of the best.
And I do believe this is what Trump and the Patriots are planning to do so we can make America great again.

Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, big tech, fake news, the puppet masters, they are now revealing their plan a little bit at a time, and it's basically what we thought they were going to try to do.
Now, this doesn't mean they're going to be able to do it, doesn't mean they're going to succeed, but again, they're trying to Project what they're planning.
And it seems, going back to Jamie Raskin, when he started the narrative, oh, we're going to get Trump on the 14th Amendment.
We're going to keep him out of office.
It looks like this is the direction that they're heading in.
And yesterday we talked about how there was an article coming out of the Hill where they talked about how they can get a fifth of Congress to vote and to actually keep Trump from being certified.
And this way they can keep him from becoming president.
And I do believe they might try to do this.
Now, we will know right off the bat.
Because if they go ahead and they say, okay, we're going to have a vote in the House.
We're going to have a vote in the Senate.
We're going to try to keep Trump out of office.
Now, once again, think about what their plan is.
Do you really think they can get the votes in the House and the Senate?
Most likely not.
But...
Can they create chaos to delay the certification until after January 20th?
Because after January 20th, if there is no certification of the elections, there's no president.
Think about this for a second.
So it's not really January 6th.
January 6th, there's really no hard date on the certification.
It has to be done before the 20th.
Now, again, January 3rd, we're going to get the new Congress.
We're going to vote on the Speaker of the House.
And even if they don't vote on the Speaker of the House, it really doesn't affect the certification of the elections.
And in the Constitution, the only date that is important is the 20th of January, the 21st.
At high noon, January 20th, that's when the transition happens.
Now, if they are able to delay the certifications until after January 20th, that's when we have the problem.
And I do believe they're going to most likely try this.
Now, we'll know right off the bat if January 6th comes and you don't hear them calling for a vote, if you don't hear them saying, hey, we don't believe that Trump should be president.
Let's have a vote of the House.
Let's have the vote in the Senate.
And as the voting is going on, there's some type of an event which actually delays the vote.
Well, again, this is how you'll know if it's truly happening.
If they certify it, well, again, that's out the window.
That's not their plan.
Their plan, then, is to try to make his time in the White House as difficult as possible.
We'll be discussing a little bit more about this a little bit later.
But first, let's talk about what's happening now.
With the different countries where Trump is threatening tariffs because as we know, Trump is going to be supporting all these illegals that the Biden administration has brought in and the Biden administration is the Obama administration.
And when you really look at the amount of illegals that have been brought into this country, the Biden-Harris administration, they brought in almost three times as much as Trump, three times as much as Obama.
Now remember, their 16-year plan was to infiltrate this country with illegals, to have open borders.
But the first part of the plan, which is the first part of the eight years, which was under Obama, was to infiltrate the school system, put the people and get everything set up, get the weapons away from the people.
And the second part of the plan was supposed to be Hillary Clinton.
She was going to have the borders completely wide open, bring us to war, finally get the weapons away from the people, and actually remove the Constitution.
So that's why during the Biden-Harris administration, this is why they had the open borders.
And yes, they tried multiple times to try to get the weapons away from the people, but it didn't work.
And are they trying to bring us to war?
Absolutely.
But you can see with Trump, he is now threatening the other countries with tariffs, saying, listen, if you don't help With the deportation, if you don't stop the illegals coming to this country, we're going to place tariffs on you.
And we see Canada, they have folded already.
They're putting plans together to stop Fentanyl coming in.
Stop the illegals coming in over the border.
And now we see Mexico.
They are now bending a knee.
And the government of Mexico is planning to open 25 shelters for Mexican citizens deported by the incoming Trump administration.
The shelters will be opened by the Trump inauguration on January 20th, according to comments from the Baja California governor, Marina del Piar.
And the temporary shelters will hold about 500 each.
Totaling about 12,000.
Some will house single men, others will house unaccompanied children, women and family units.
So right there you can see that the Trump effect is actually working.
And it's working in regards to the Global Engagement Center.
And it looks like everything the deep state has put into place is now being reversed.
Libs at TikTok put this out and said, the Global Engagement Center, which Elon called the worst offender in US government censorship and media manipulation, has shut its doors for good.
The wins just keep coming.
Remember, in the CR bill, they wanted to fund the Global Engagement Center and With Mike Johnson, with Trump, they didn't get what they wanted.
Because what did they do?
Well, they tricked them, and the people saw what was in the CR bill, and they said, this has nothing to do with keeping the government open.
And people said, no way.
This is something that we don't need.
It was made transparent.
People saw it.
People rejected it.
What did they do?
They had to go back to the drawing board and instead of 1,500 pages, we had about 118 pages just to keep the government open.
So everything the deep state tried to do has completely and utterly failed.
And you can see there are leaders, I shouldn't really call them leaders, install politicians.
They're now panicking across the globe because the people now, they're Saying we no longer want you as the installed politician.
We would like to elect our true leader who represents us because we've been watching you.
We've been experiencing your policies and they do not benefit the people.
Look at Germany.
Look at the UK. Look at France.
Look at the Netherlands.
You could see change is happening.
And right now, the German President Steinmeier, he was talking about the upcoming election, and he's very worried about external influence.
And he's saying how it's a danger to democracy, whether it is covert or open and blatant, as is currently being practiced, particularly intensively on the platform X. So they're very worried that...
People now are telling the truth.
People now are waking up and they're afraid that all of this truth is going to affect the elections.
Well, yeah, the people love the truth.
It's going to affect the elections and they no longer control the narrative.
And this is what they're panicking about.
And this is why you could see they're going to try to push war because, again, do they want to lose control?
No, they don't.
So what are they going to do?
They're going to push events.
They're going to push war to try to stay in control.
See, you need us.
See, look what's happening right now.
They're going to scare the people.
Just like they scared the people with COVID. Same thing.
And what's very interesting is that China, they have begun testing a new, stealthy, sixth-generation combat aircraft.
And this aircraft...
Has no tail wing or anything like that.
It's very, very flat.
And this is their new aircraft.
They're also launching the world's largest amphibious assault ship.
And I wonder where they got all these plans.
Who gave them the technology?
I wonder if it was taken from Hillary's open server.
I wonder if Obama and Biden had a role in selling certain plans to these countries.
And I think we know this is exactly how they got the plans, because if you start to look at what they're building, it's very, very similar to what we have here in the U.S.
Now, the other thing that's very interesting, an OSINT defender put this out, a South Korea National Intelligence Service confirmed that Ukraine captured a wounded North Korean soldier, marking the first known instance of a North Korean combatant being seized.
The soldier was reportedly captured by Ukrainian forces in Russia's Kursk region, as reported by Ukraine's news outlet.
A photo of the injured soldier circulated on Telegram, though details about his conditions remain unclear.
South Korean officials noted that around 11,000 North Korean troops have been sent to Russia with more expected and we could see that what's happening right now is North Korea is now coming into the fold.
They're now fighting in Ukraine.
They have joined the war and you could see that South Korea is very concerned about this and you could see this is how they're trying to bring the other countries into the fold to actually start wars.
So I wonder if South Korea is going to get involved on the Ukrainian side.
I mean, really think about what they're trying to do here.
But when you look at Ukraine, you can see that they've completed their six month program for Ukrainian pilots and mechanics to operate the Mirage 2000 5F fighter jet.
This initiative allows French President Macron's June's commitment to transfer the Mirage 2000 fighters to Ukraine.
Emphasizing they would not be used against civilians in Russian territory.
And you know what Ukrainians are going to do?
Most likely, they will probably end up using these jets in civilian areas in Russia.
Because once again, you know the Deep State players, what they're trying to do, they're trying to start a war.
Now, the other thing that's very interesting is that that plane that went down, and what's very interesting is when you look at the extended video clip, you do not see any type of missile or anything that hit the plane, which is very, very interesting.
Feisty and friends put this out and said, there is no missile in this extended video clip.
If they build a narrative that blames this plane crash on Russia, that Russia shot it down, this might be a false flag in an effort to prolong, escalate the Ukraine-Russia war.
Assassination of Russian general, drone flying into civilian buildings, plane crash blamed on Russia.
Russia's Federal Security Service has thwarted a series of attacks on senior Russian generals and their families in Moscow plotted by the Ukrainian Special Services.
According to the FSB, Kiev Special Services plan to remotely detonate bombs planted by their agent under a Russian defense official's car.
Bombs for killing high-place Russian Defense Ministry officials in Moscow were also disguised as a power bank and a document file.
Four Russian citizens have been arrested for preparing these assassination attempts.
The Speaker of the Senate of the Kazakhstan's parliament has called for refraining from premature conclusion concerning photos of the plane that crashed near Akhtar, noting that certain forces are trying to derive dividends.
These speculations and unfounded to foment them is wrong and unethical.
So this is very, very interesting.
And I'm wondering.
If they set this up to push the war, which you can see this is what Ukraine has been doing.
This is what the deep state players are doing.
And remember going back in time when they fired missiles into Poland and they said it was Russia that was firing missiles.
It was actually Ukraine.
When they shot down MH17, going way, way back, they blamed it on Russia, but it was actually Ukrainians that actually shot it down.
So I wonder if they're probably using this to start a war by using a false flag.
So we'll have to watch this story as it evolves, because I do believe we're going to find out quite a bit.
Now, the other thing that we know is the deep state players, they are now setting up a multi-level strategy to try to keep Trump from getting into office and to try to make his presidency as difficult as possible.
And one of those is another pandemic.
And you can see they're really building up the idea of the bird flu.
And you could see that California had already placed a state of emergency on that state, even though there really is no emergency.
And now all of a sudden there's an urgent recall issued for pet food after a cat died from eating the product, which they later revealed it was contaminated with bird flu.
So, Northwest Naturals, based out of Portland, Oregon, is voluntarily recalling bags of its turkey recipe, raw frozen pet food after it tested positive for the bird flu virus.
The product that tested positive was the company's 98% turkey, organs, and bones bagged frozen raw food.
It was sold across the U.S. through distributors in Washington, Arizona, Rhode Island, Georgia, Maryland, and several other states.
The products were also distributed in Canada's British Columbia.
So once again, you could see how they're going to try to spread this around and scare the people.
And I do believe this is how they're building the narrative right now.
And this is how they're going to make it seem like people are getting the bird flu because they have the same flu symptoms.
And these people have pets.
And this is how they're going to try to spread it throughout the United States.
But you could see what their plan is.
You could see what they're trying to do.
Now, once again, this is why they never wanted people to take ivermectin.
This is why they didn't want people to take hydroxychloroquine because they knew from the very, very beginning, if people found out that these were antiviral medicines, their plandemics would never, ever work.
No one would take the bioweapon.
No one would be scared because all they would say is, oh, wait, it's a virus.
No problem.
I got ivermectin.
I got hydroxychloroquine.
I can counter all of this.
And once again, you could see this is part of their plan as Trump comes into his presidency.
Remember, they're not going away.
They're not just disappearing.
They're not giving up, holding up their hands saying, put the handcuffs on me.
I was treasonous.

These people are going to fight to the very, very end.
And they're going to use whatever tactic they could possibly think of to try to stop Trump from coming into office or to make his life in the White House as chaotic as possible.
Think about all the things that they did the first four years.
Think of all the things they did when he was running for president.
What's changed so far?
Not much.
Yes.
The people, they saw through this.
The people woke up.
The people took back the country.
They overrode their cheating system.

They're using these plans for when he's present, just like they did before.
This time, they're going to use the 16-year plan of war, of a cyber attack, of another pandemic.
They're going to use all of this this time around.
But I do believe this time it's different because the people are awake and Trump has the countermeasures in place, which we'll be talking a little bit more about this a little bit later.
But first, let's talk about Joe Biden right now.
Because Joe Biden, guess what?
He's on vacation once again.
He arrived in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, and he is going to be spending his last vacation down there.
Now Biden, he has spent 570 days, nearly 40% of his entire presidency on vacation.
Remember when they said Trump was always on vacation?
When was the last time you heard the fake news say, wow, Biden really takes a lot of vacations?
See, Trump wasn't taking that many vacations.
They thought he was, but he was always someplace where they never expected him to be.
Biden has truly taken all of these vacation days and you never heard the fake news say anything about it.
Actually, when you really think about it, it seems that Trump turned this all around and whatever they did to him, Biden...
Really think about that.
Now, you can see there are many different levels of the plan that the deep state players are pushing right now.
One of them is Schumer's plan.
He's already confirmed about 235 judges right now.
And these are judges that do not follow the rule of law.
These are judges that are going to do their dirty work.
And the Democrats, what are they doing?
They're stacking the courts and they're going to be using these federal judges to try to stop Trump at every turn.
And this is why they're putting all these activists, I guess that's what we should really call them, into place.
That is part of their plan.
The other part of their plan is to try to keep Trump from getting into office.
Now, we just had an article come out of The Hill saying Congress has the power to block Trump from taking office, but lawmakers must act.
We know going back in time, we had Jamie Raskin saying that, yes, we're going to try to use the 14th Amendment on Trump.
And when he has the riots, once again, when he has an insurrection, this is what we're going to do.
So once again, if they try to delay Trump, The certification, and remember, the January 6th date is not a date that is in the Constitution.
The real date is January 20th.
That's the date in the Constitution.
If they can delay the certification, and if they can get the Trump supporters pissed off, they're hoping they take to the streets and And they protest outside of the White House in the Capitol, and they're able to push their insurrection.
I do believe this is what they're trying to do.
Keep that in mind.
We'll be discussing that in just a minute.
But the individual who actually wrote the article, one of the individuals, I should say, David M. Schultz, he was barred Or I should say he was suspended by the D.C. Bar.
Kingsley Wilson put this out and said, Just learn that the author of this piece is currently suspended by the D.C. Bar.
The Hill is really scraping the bottom of the barrel with their Trump derangement syndrome.
So why was he suspended?
Non-payment.
But that is very, very interesting that he was suspended from the Bar.
Clint Destin put this out and said, Openly demanding for an insurrection.
Refusing to participate in the peaceful transfer of power.
Poetic justice.
So think about what they're planning to do.
Karma Patriot put this out and said, Congress is not required to certify the Electoral College on the calendar day of January 6th.
It only becomes a major problem if this drags past noon on January 20th.
That's when the Constitution prescribes that the President-elect take the oath of office.
What happens if the Electoral College isn't sorted out by January 20th?
Well, Biden is done.
Kamala is gone.
Next in the presidential line of the succession is the Speaker of the House.
Well, what happens if there's no speaker?
So who becomes the president?
Well, the president pro tempore of the Senate, the most senior member of the majority party.
That means 91-year-old Senator Chuck Grassley becomes the Senate president tempore.
If the House is still frittering away at time, trying to elect a speaker on January 20th, Grassley likely becomes the acting president.
So that is very, very interesting.
So we know that they're going to have the new Congress on January 3rd.
They're going to have a speaker.
Now, even if there is no speaker of the House, the certification of the presidential election can still proceed, but with certain procedural implications.
The Constitution does not require the Speaker of the House to be present for the certification of the presidential election.
The certification process is primarily managed by the Vice President who presides over the joint session of Congress where the electoral votes are counted as stipulated by the 12th Amendment of the Electoral Count Act.
The Speaker of the House's role in the electoral certification is minimal.
Their primary involvement, if any, would be in appointing tellers to assist in counting the votes or in leading the House in considering the objections to the electoral votes and such objections arise.
However, the actual counting and certification are conducted by the Vice President.
So, once again, they really don't need the House Speaker to do this.
Now, remember on January 3rd, the new House is going to come in.
They're going to probably vote for a new Speaker.
And we'll have to see how that plays out.
But what happens if there is no Vice President?
What happens if the Vice President dies?
What happens with the certification of the election?
Well, if the Vice President dies or something happens to the Vice President during the certification of the President election, the process would proceed, but with some adjustments.
So what would happen?
Well, the president pro tempore of the Senate, Chuck Grassley, he would then take the place of the vice president and he would continue on with the certification.
So what happens if the certification is delayed?
What happens if they actually do what the article says?
So on January 6th, when Congress meets to count the electoral votes, objections raised by members of Congress can delay the process.
Under the Electoral Count Reform Act, objections must be signed by at least one-fifth of the members of both the House and the Senate to be considered, which would send each chamber into separate sessions for debate.
For an objection to be considered during the joint sessions of the Congress on January 6th when electoral votes are counted, it must be in writing and signed by at least one-fifth of the members of both House of Representatives and the Senate.
House of Representatives, at least 87 members must sign the objection since there are 435 members.
The Senate, at least 20 senators must sign the objection since there are 100 senators.
If this threshold is met, the joint session would pause and both the House and the Senate would separate into their respective chambers to debate the objection for no more than two hours each.
After debate, each member would vote separately on whether to sustain the objection.
Both chambers must vote to sustain the objection for it to be upheld.
If either chamber does not sustain the objection, it fails.
The higher threshold for objections was introduced by the ECRA to prevent frivolous or political-motivated challenges from disrupting the electoral certification process, as was seen in the previous elections.
And remember, the vice president just can't now object to it.
Now it's up to Congress to do this.
So, once again, they can have a vote.
But what happens...
If the vote is interrupted, just like we saw January 6th, what happens if there's protests?
What happens if there's unrest during this vote and it's delayed?
And let's say there's an emergency, just like we saw in January 6th.
Well, this would delay the voting and the election wouldn't be certified.
That is one way to do it.
What happens if there's a natural disaster?
Let's say there's a solar flare and all the power goes out.
Could that interrupt it?
Absolutely.
What happens if there's a cyber attack?
What happens if there's a plandemic?
Could that interfere with the voting?
Now, I do believe the plandemic will be a little bit more difficult.
What about a cyber attack?
I do believe that this would interrupt everything.
I do believe this would make it delayed.
And you can couple that with protest.
Now, if this does happen, that means the certification process, they want to vote on it, but it's delayed right now.
Now, does it matter if it's delayed?
No.
It only matters if they go over the date of January 20th, because that's really what's in the Constitution.
So the U.S. Constitution sets January 20th at noon as the end of the presidential term.
At that moment, the term of the sitting president ends regardless of whether a new president has been inaugurated.
If certification isn't completed, there'd be no officially recognized winner of the presidential election.
This would lead to a constitutional crisis since there'd be no clear successor to the presidency.
The Electoral Count Act provides some mechanism for dealing with delays, like court orders to certify results, but there's no direct contingency for missing the January 20th deadline entirely.
Now, this could be brought up to the Supreme Court.
So if there is no president or vice president, the line of succession would kick in without a speaker.
Due to no certification, the president pro tempore of the Senate would be next in line.
This assumes the election of speaker has been completed, which might not be the case if the House is deadlocked.
Courts might be called upon to mandate certification or interpret the law, and Congress might convene a special session to address the crisis.
Now, no certification has ever missed this deadline in modern times, so any outcome would be unprecedented.
The closest historical parallel might be 1876 election resolved by the Electoral Commission, but even that was settled before the inauguration date.
Now, could this go up to the Supreme Court?
Yes, it could, but that would probably be after the January 20th date.
Now, do I believe they'll be able to get this off the ground?
Well, if they put all this into place and they just do the delaying part of it, they might be able to do that.
And we will know right off the bat if this is their strategy.
Now, do I think they can get the votes?
No.
I don't think that's possible.
But again...
They might say, we want the votes, but if there is, let's say, attack on the U.S., if there is a, and I'm talking about like some type of missile or some type of an event in this country, if there is a cyber attack and planes are falling out of the sky, power's out, communication is down, this might freeze everything up.
Now, they're going to have to do something where they can delay it all the way up to the 20th.
And they actually could use riots or protests.
So we will know right off the bat if they're taking the strategy because they'll say, listen, we would like to have a vote in Congress to see if the election is going to be certified because there is some objection to the election results.
And we'll see that play out.
Joe Lang put this out and said, This article from The Hill is a welcome narrative deployment.
How do you educate the American people on the important parts of the Constitution that are no longer taught in school?
How do you prepare the American people for the incoming justice phase that gets closer by the day?
According to The Hill, the Constitution provides that an oath-breaking insurrectionist is ineligible to be president.
This is the plain wording of the Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution.
No person shall hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state who, having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
This disability can be removed by two-thirds vote in each house.
Disqualification is based on insurrection against the Constitution and not the government.
Now, who does that describe?
Trump or most of Congress?
The timing of this article couldn't be more perfect.
While a lot of people are outraged by this article, I would like to offer a different perspective.
Does anybody really think that Congress is going to try to stop Trump from taking office after they so quickly caved on the CR fight?
Does anyone really think anybody in Congress can convince the American people or a majority of Congress to go along with this?
Is this a last desperate attempt to stop what's coming?
Nothing can stop what's coming.
There is nothing that is going to stop Trump from being inaugurated.
The enemy knows that too.
Besides a few outspoken and panicked members of Congress like Raskin, where are the other members of Congress who are calling for the prevention of Trump's inauguration?
Crickets.
There is literally no groundswell in Congress for this movement.
Everyone is preparing for Trump's first inauguration.
100 days that they all know will be transformative for many generations.
I'm not even seeing the type of resistance that I expected after Trump was elected.
Congress could only stand up to Trump if they had a decent portion of the American people behind them and the media still controlled the narrative.
They have neither.
Elon purchasing X not only destroyed any control that the mainstream media had over the narrative or by creating a competing narrative, but Elon's X also allowed the majority opinion of the American people to no longer be censored and to make their voices heard.
This has always been the enemy's greatest fear, and awakening populace was something that Congress has never feared until now.
Why do they fear the American people's voice so much now with the incoming Trump administration at the end of the two tiered justice system?
Many of them now live in fear of the justice phase that's at their doorstep.
A justice phase that is supported by the American people is their greatest fear and the smart members of Congress are hoping to survive what's coming, not add treason to their crimes.
I guarantee you this.
This narrative by the hill is not helping the enemy in any way.
It is doing even more damage to the left-wing media and the resistance within our corrupt government.
I bet Trump wishes they would actually try this strategy.
So do I. Now, once again, do I believe Congress is going to be on board?
Most likely not for the vote.
The only part of this is the delay.
Because, again, if they make the case that there's going to be a vote, that they want to, you know, they're trying to push this, and they delay the vote, we don't have a certification.
Now, the problem with all this, if they do try to attempt this, and we'll know right off the bat, because we'll hear calls for it, they'll say, let's have a vote, we will actually see this take place.
If they just certify, you know that this is dead in the water.
The problem with all of this is that last time and the time before that, they controlled the media.
They controlled the people.
They controlled the narrative.
This time around, Trump and the Patriots, they went ahead and they implemented the counterinsurgency.
The people now are awake.
The people now are behind Trump.
He got the popular vote.
And the people aren't listening to the fake news anymore.
So this is going to be very, very difficult.
And Trump, he could always play the Trump card.
And you have to remember, the deep state players, they know that Trump has everything on them.
And Trump, if this is all falling apart, they're delaying all this, he could play the Trump card and actually show the documentation, show all the information on how they cheated in the election, how they're treasonous, who these people really are, and this could be brought out into the public realm so people can see the truth, just like with the CR bill.
People started to see the CR bill and they started to realize that this had nothing to do with keeping the government open.
So the people rejected this.
If people see the documentation and they see the evidence of these treasonous people and how they cheated in the election, well, this entire plan will not work.
So this is going to be very, very difficult for them to pull this off.
And the only strategy I see is With them doing this is to say they want a vote and then to try to delay the vote.
And that would mean they would have to have a lot of events.
They would have to have a lot of things.
But I do believe in the end, Trump, he has the Trump card and he could use this.
And that reminds me of post 2936, March 3rd, 2019.
At what stage in the game do you play the Trump card?
And that is at the very, very end.
And I do believe this is what Trump is waiting for.
If he has to, I do believe he'll play it.
But we'll have to see how this all plays out.
And you can see the different avenues that this can take.
And once again, you'll know right off the bat in which direction they are heading.
Because if you start to hear calls from the RINOs and the Ds, you'll know that they are now planning to do this.
It doesn't mean they'll have the votes.
I don't think they'll get the votes.
I think they'll try to say they want the votes, but they'll try to delay it past the 20th, if it even gets that far.
Now, if that's not part of their plan and they just certify, that means everything that we're talking about is for most likely after the 20th, because even if they try to have an event on the 20th or if they try to have, you know, a cyber attack or some type of because even if they try to have an event on the 20th or if they try to have, you know, a cyber attack or some type of missile attack or some type of shooting attack or anything like that No matter if Trump is standing on the stage or not, the transition happens.
So you will know that they will try all these different things once he gets into the presidency.
That's when they'll start the pandemic.
That's when they'll start the war.
They will try to make his presidency as chaotic as possible.
But again, once he's in that seat, I think this time it's going to be very, very different because Trump and the Patriots, they're in control.
The people are awake.
They're thinking logically.
This time around, it's not going to work the way the pandemic worked the last time when Trump was in the White House.
This time, it's going to be very, very different.

Because the patriots are in control.
