	My name is Dave in this episode 3517 and today's date is December 5th, 2024. The title of the episode is Biden preparing to preemptively pardon the deep state.
	One problem, fraud vitiates everything.
	Let's get right into the economic collapse news.
	Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, the private Western Central Bank, the World Economic Forum, you could see that they are panicking because of everything that Trump has been mentioning.
	He mentioned he's all in on Bitcoin.
	He mentioned no taxes.
	He mentioned tariffs.
	Everything the Central Bank hates.
	Everything that they do not want.
	Now, he's doing this on purpose to actually build the narrative on how the government can actually fund itself without taking the funds from we the people.
	This is the way our founding fathers actually wanted.
	They wanted it that way because they didn't want the people to fund everything the government does.
	Plus, they didn't want the government to borrow from a private Western Central Bank system because they knew from the past that it would breed corruption.
	And Trump, he's already leading the people down this path.
	And this path, the goal to reach the end of this path is to remove the private what's a central bank system.
	And I do believe that is exactly what he's going to do.
	And he's already sliding his chess pieces into place.
	Yes, people were very, very concerned about the scent, but we also have to look at who Trump is bringing in as the second in command.
	And I think we need to look at this in every single position.
	And there are certain positions where Trump is bringing people in where he really wants them to lead and others.
	He knows it's a little bit more of a fight and he has to use other tactics to get the people into where he wants them to be.
	And I do believe Trump has actually sent us a message letting us know that he's going after the private West Central Bank.
	And yes, he is playing chess.
	Yes, he just slid his chess piece.
	He just made a move against the private West Central Bank system.
	And I do believe in the end, he'll be dismantling and restructuring the entire system.
	I'm going to be talking about that in just a sec.
	But first, we could see that the entire climate hoax is completely and utterly falling apart.
	And if you go back in time, you could see the deep state, the World Economic Forum, the central bankers.
	They just made up Anything that would try to convince you that this is why it's happening, it's because of climate change.
	And when you go back a little bit in time and you start to read these articles, they're just absolutely ridiculous.
	It's funny when you look back in time and you start to say, wait a minute, that doesn't even make sense.

	Of course, now, when you look at it from the 40,000 foot view, this sounds absolutely ridiculous.
	And it looks like they're trying to convince us that all of this, everything that's happening, it's because of all these different things.
	Remember, going back in time, they tried to convince us that we were going through an ice age in the 70s.
	And then...
	The late 80s, 90s, they said, oh, you know what?
	Forget that Ice Age thing.
	It's global warming.
	And then all of a sudden, the Earth started to cool down again.
	They said, forget about global warming.
	Let's just call it climate change because we already used the Ice Age thing.
	And everything that they've told us, you know, the world is going to come to an end in 10 years.
	Well, that was about, what, 50, 60, 70 years ago?
	It never happened.
	It's all one gigantic hoax.
	And I think that people are starting to realize that now.
	The people understand it.
	And the people understand that we, the people, should not be paying taxes.
	We, the people, should not be funding the government.
	This is not what our founding fathers wanted.
	This is why they were using tariffs to fund the government.
	This is why we had the treasury coin and create our currency.
	We weren't supposed to borrow it.
	The government wasn't supposed to be this big.
	It was supposed to be a little, tiny little thing just to handle the administrative tasks.
	That's it.
	We weren't supposed to have all these regulations, all these ridiculous laws.
	They made it so complex and so confusing and they did it on purpose.
	But look what Trump did.
	He brought in The new IRS commissioner.
	And this individual is former Representative Billy Long.
	And he is an auctioneer.
	And it's very interesting that he brought him in.
	Actually, there are videos of him actually auctioning the debt.
	And he just continually...
	Repeating how much the debt is increasing and it's actually very interesting.
	But this is what Trump put out.
	I am pleased to announce that the former Congressman Billy Long in the great state of Missouri will be appointed to serve as the commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service.
	Billy brings 32 years of experience running his own business in real estate and one of the premier auctioneers in the country.
	He then served 12 years in Congress because he felt it was important for his constituents to have a representative who has signed the front of a check.
	Since leaving Congress, Billy has worked as a business and tax advisor, helping small businesses navigate the complexities and complying with the IRS rules and regulations.
	I have known Billy since 2011.
	He is an extremely hard worker and respected by all, especially by those who know him in Congress.
	Taxpayers and the wonderful employees of the IRS will love having Billy at the helm.
	He is the consummate people person, will be respected on both sides of the aisle.
	And since he knows the rules and the laws inside and out, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts to remove a lot of these things.
	Remember, Most of these individuals that are being put into these agencies, they're not there just to run the agency status quo.
	They're put into these positions to do what?
	To reverse everything the deep state has done.
	And I do believe this is one of the people that might end up doing that because remember, Trump, he has four years now to actually reverse what the deep state, the central banks have done.
	And he needs to put everything in order so this could be carried on from generation to generation from generation.
	And I do believe he will succeed in doing this.
	And we could see the deep state players, the central bankers, the World Economic Forum, they have succeeded in showing the people how bad their economic system is, how bad.
	A private central bank makes a country.
	And it's very, very obvious.
	And all you have to do is look at the national debt because it is completely unsustainable.
	The Kobisi letter on X put this out and said, U.S. net interest payments on the national debt hit 1.12 trillion annual rate in the third quarter of 2024.
	This is a new record.
	This is twice the amount seen in 2021, according to the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
	As a result, interest as a percent of government revenue hit 18%, the highest in 30 plus years.
	Interest expense now exceeds government spending on R&D infrastructure and education combined.
	Meanwhile, the national debt reached 35.95 trillion this week, a new all-time high.
	Something must change here.
	And that's absolutely true.
	Because if you continue down this path, you'll have no money for anything.
	You'll just be paying interest.
	Infrastructure will not improve The country will not improve.
	It will just be a drain on all the resources.
	So it's time to remove the central bank.
	It's time to remove the debt.
	It's time to go back to a sound money approach.
	And I do believe that's the direction we're heading in.
	And I do believe Trump is going to be using the weakness of the economy to his advantage.
	And what's very interesting is we know the stock market's continually moving up.
	But I do believe that this is all being done because everyone knows that Trump is coming to office.
	People are very excited.
	And we know the deep state players, they want everybody in while the institutional investors, the business owners of certain corporations, they sell their stock.
	And we've seen this time and time again.
	But what's very interesting about the stock market is that the gains occur overnight.
	The S&P 500 has returned 26.9% year-to-date, with 23.7% of gains coming outside of trading hours.
	During regular trading hours, the index has risen by just 3.2%.
	We're over seven times less.
	Very, very interesting.
	The difference is even more staggering over a longer time period.
	Overnight returns have accounted for a massive 1,090% since 1993. And at the same time, the S&P 500 has increased by only 15.9% during trading hours.
	Overnight returns are incredibly important, which is very, very interesting.
	And the other thing that's really interesting is that Fed Jerome Powell Is now letting everyone know that Bitcoin is not in competition with the fiat currency, with the Central Bank Federal Reserve note.
	Bitcoin is in competition with gold.
	He says Bitcoin is like digital gold because he said it's not really currency.
	What Bitcoin and gold are, they are a store of value.
	Well, yeah, they are a store of value.
	And if you look at the Federal Reserve note, it is not a store of value because it loses value every single day.
	But again, they don't want you to know that gold, silver, Bitcoin, they are currencies.
	And yes, they are a store of value.
	He's trying to convince you that Bitcoin, gold, they're the same.
	And you need to put Bitcoin in that slot.
	Think of gold that, you know, use gold to make jewelry.
	You don't really use it to pay for things.
	So you need to put that into that box.
	And remember, the Federal Reserve note, that's the actual currency.
	Well, if that is true, then the Federal Reserve would be ramping up on Federal Reserve notes.
	The countries around the world would be ramping up on Federal Reserve notes.
	But the reason why they're going to gold, yes, it is a store of value, because they know in the end when the paper currency completely and utterly implodes on itself, they know that the gold or the Bitcoin can be used as the currency.
	And Bitcoin just hit $100,000.
	And Trump came out and said, Congratulations, Bitcoiners, $100,000.
	You're welcome.
	Together, we will make America great again.
	And I do believe Bitcoin will go higher.
	I do believe gold will go higher once they remove or actually it breaks out of the manipulation.
	Because I do believe gold shouldn't be around $2,500, $3,000.
	I think it should be much, much higher.
	A lot of people believe it should be much, much higher because think about the value of the currency.
	It has dropped like a rock.
	So when you compare it, gold should be much, much higher at this point.
	And I do believe this is why you're seeing Bitcoin continually move up because the deep state players, the central banks, they have no control over it.
	They can't manipulate it.
	They can manipulate gold with the paper market.
	Very, very difficult to manipulate Bitcoin right now.
	And this is completely out of their control at this point.
	And this is why I do believe the Fed chair came out and he had to make that distinction so people don't get any crazy ideas that this could be a currency or gold could be a currency, which is very, very interesting.
	But Trump, we know he brought in Besant as the Treasury Secretary.
	But when we look at his...
	Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, this individual is Michael Falkender, and he is going to be the second highest ranking position at the department, which is very, very interesting.
	So he has served as the Assistant Secretary of the Economic Policy at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and is known for his academic work in finances, has expressed skepticism and criticism regarding some policies and actions of the Federal Reserve.
	Falkender has been critical of the Federal Reserve's handling of inflation, especially during times when inflation was notably high.
	He has argued that the Fed's policy, particularly maintaining extremely low interest rates for an extended period, contributed to inflation rates that harmed American households, particularly affecting lower-income families more due to disproportionate impact of rising prices on their consumption baskets.
	Rate increases.
	When discussing the Federal Reserve's decision to raise interest rates rapidly to combat inflation, Falkander has noted that these increases have significantly impacted mortgage rates, thereby affecting home affordability.
	He has suggested that the Fed's delay in addressing inflation led to these sharp rate hikes.
	Lack of credibility of the Fed.
	Falkender has stated in various forms that he believes the Federal Reserve has lost credibility due to its late response to inflation.
	He indicates that the Fed's actions have been way, way too late.
	Plus, he's also saying, listen, let the markets do what they need to do.
	The Fed should not be controlling this.
	And he says the Fed, he is controlled by political operatives.
	And I do believe that is absolutely true.
	And once again, I know the Fed continually says, oh no, we have to be independent, but you know, they're not independent.
	They're controlled by the deep state players.
	And I'm not talking about the corrupt individuals in government.
	Yes, they might have a say.
	I'm talking about all those people behind the scenes that are actually calling the shots.
	And I do believe this goes all the way up to the Rothschilds.
	So you could see that Trump's Second in command, he has a lot of questions about the Fed.
	Now, this doesn't mean this is the guy that's going to go in there and take the Fed and rip it apart, restructure it.
	But again, this brings in someone who is now looking at the Fed and the policies that the Fed is now pushing, which I do believe in the end, this is going to work to Trump's advantage.
	Remember, last time he was bringing someone in Which was a woman who was all into the gold saying we should get rid of the Fed.
	She could never get past the nomination process.
	So Trump, I do believe he has to take this one step at a time to bring in the people that he wants.
	And again, he could always fire these people if they're not doing what he needs them to do.
	A lot of people tell you they're going to do something, but then you watch your actions and you see exactly what they do.
	But I do believe since Trump has let us know about Bitcoin and named the second in command to the Treasury, it just so happens on December 5th, we have a post, 20.275.
	And it says, banks control governments, governments control people, Saudi Arabia controls elected people, Soros controls organizations of people, ready to play.
	Now, the first line of this is plus fly plus.
	So basically, Rothschilds.
	And we've seen that in other posts.
	So Rothschild's at the top.
	And basically what happens is the banks then control the governments, then the governments then control the people.
	So basically they have control over everything.
	And this is about basically blowing up the entire banking system.
	And we have to put an end to the endless.
	This was all created back in 1913. And this is when everything started to turn around.
	And remember, this is the third private West Central Bank system in this country.
	The first one, the charter ran out.
	Congress didn't renew because they realized, holy crap, this is not the direction we should be heading in.
	Andrew Jackson ran on the platform of getting rid of the private West Central Bank.
	He also paid down the debt.
	And then in 1913, They went ahead and they tried to convince everyone that the economy was unstable.
	They crashed it a couple times to convince people that you needed a centralized system to actually control the creation of currency.
	And this is how the Central Bank of the Deep State players always play.
	They create a crisis to convince you that you need something when you really never needed it.
	Just like with COVID, they created a crisis saying we need mail-ins.
	Oh, they created a crisis to say we need a vaccine.
	They created a crisis to say, hey, we need you to stay inside and we need you to abide by our new rules because the Constitution is suspended, which is never suspended.
	So they did all of this and also they went ahead and pushed COVID to actually ramp up their spending and they wanted to bring us into the Great Reset the Green News camp because they mentioned it back in March of 2020. So they created the crisis for all of these things.
	The central bank did the same thing going back in time.
	They created a crisis to make the people in government and the people around the country, they needed the people to think that this is what we need to solve this problem.
	But think about how many recessions, depressions, how many crashes we've had since the private central bank has been in existence.
	Because this doesn't solve our problem.
	You know what solves our problem?
	Getting rid of all of these people.
	Getting rid of the private central bank system.
	Having the people control their destiny.
	And...
	Having a very small government.
	I do believe this is what Doji is there for.

	And I do believe everything that Trump is doing, everything that he's putting into place, I do believe this is the direction we are heading in.

	You can see from the very, very beginning when they were trying to stop Trump.
	Remember, going back to 2016, they spied on his campaign.
	They said he cheated in the election when he used the electoral count.
	They used Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine.
	Impeachment hooks, number one, number two.
	During the election, they cheated.
	They overthrew the United States government.
	Then they said that Trump was responsible for the insurrection.
	But again, he was the sitting president, so the insurrection was actually against him.
	And once he started to run or announced that he was going to run for election, what did they do?
	They came at him with everything that they had with indictment and cases, and they tried to stop him every step of the way, and they couldn't.
	Because the people were with him.
	The people saw what was going on.
	And the people realized that the deep state players, they were the problem.
	They were the actual criminals.
	The fake news, the FBI, the DOJ, the corrupt politicians.
	People started to wake up and they started to see what?
	The system.
	That's what this was all about.

	Back in 2020, they used the ballots to cheat.
	Were they able to do this time around in 2024?
	No, there was just too many people.
	It was too big to rig.
	So now they're relying on their after-the-election plan, which will try to stop him from getting into office, and then once he's in office, they'll try to stop him every step of the way.
	But they're also looking to protect themselves because, again, they know when Trump gets into office and he actually...
	Has his people confirmed one way or another.
	Might not be by the Senate.
	It might be a recess appointment.
	He might have to use other tactics to get them in.
	But they know that when he gets them in there, they have to protect themselves as they go after Trump still.
	That's why we're hearing these rumblings about Biden preparing to preemptively pardon the deep state players.
	Now, really think about this for a second.
	Basically, he's going to pardon people that have never been charged with a crime.
	He's going to pardon people where there are no indictments whatsoever that we know of.
	He's going to pardon people and it's going to look like that they're guilty because what does he pardon them on?
	What did they do?
	See, that's what people are going to ask.
	Even the D's.
	You're pardoning Schiff, Fauci, Pelosi, maybe, maybe many others.
	What did they do that you have to pardon them?
	Because, see, that actually shows everyone that they're guilty of something and you're trying to protect them.
	Now, can the president do this?
	Yeah.
	I mean, in the Constitution, it says you can pardon, but it's normally when someone's serving time and they've been brought up on charges and they're convicted.
	Yeah.
	But this is a little out of the ordinary.
	But we need to remember one thing and one thing very, very important.
	Fraud vitiates everything.
	So, for example, Trump, we know that he has classified information, which I do believe he already declassified, that Biden and all these deep state operatives, they overthrew the United States government.
	They cheated in the election.
	Trump has said it many, many times before.
	When this information comes out, the entire time Biden was in office is fraud because they cheated in the election.
	They overthrew the United States government, overthrew the duly elected president.
	So it's fraud.
	Think about everything else that they did during this period of time.
	It's all fraud.
	So can a resident who cheated in the election Can he pardon people if he got into office fraudulently, if he cheated?
	No, he cannot.
	Now think about the Trump card.
	Think about what Trump has.
	Because he does have data, he does have evidence of them cheating in the election.
	He knows exactly how they did it, and I do believe he has proof of how they did it.
	See, the thing is, you need the people to come on board.
	You need the people to understand that there was cheating.
	Now, think about what people have learned since 2020. During the 2020 election, yes, there were people that said, yes, there's cheating, but the majority of the people didn't believe it.
	Now, Since we had the 2024 election, actually, if we go back a little bit to 2022, people saw cheating in 2022 and they were like, hmm, that's very interesting.
	It's the same thing they did back in 2020. Now in 2024, at the local level in California, many other places, they saw the elections go out not just one day, two days, three days, but four, five, six, seven days.
	And some places they're still counting.
	And in every instance where it took a very long time to count all these ballots, you know what people saw?
	That not one Republican won with these counts.
	It always went to the D's.
	Is that a little impossible?
	I would think so.
	So are people now seeing the fraud on the local level?
	Yes.
	And all you have to do is take that and expand it.
	That's what they did on the federal level.
	So I do believe people at this point they realize that there is fraud in the election system.
	And I think this is why, when you look at the polls, people are saying, yes, we're all for the SAVE Act.
	Yes, we have to have one-day voting, paper ballots, voter ID. We need this.
	And people are saying, yes, there's election interference because you saw election interference play out all throughout 2024. So people are completely on board with this, and they can definitely see the fraud in the election system.
	Will this make it easier for Trump to show the people that, yes, they did cheat in the elections?
	I do believe so.

	And these are some of the things that this individual actually mentioned that we mentioned yesterday.

	So are they planning for another pandemic?

	But you can see we're definitely winning, because right now, 21 of George Soros' back prosecutors have been ousted since 2022. And when the people start to realize that all these prosecutors are not there to actually follow the rule of law, they're there for a certain agenda, the people of the towns, the people start to realize, in the cities, they start to realize, we need to get rid of these individuals.
	If you look in certain areas, like Portland, Oregon, Mike Schmidt was defeated.
	Kim Fox was replaced in Chicago.
	We had Pamela Price.
	She was recalled in California, in Oakland, California.
	When you look at Jackson, Mississippi, Judy Owens was indicted.
	Deborah Gonzalez of Athens, Georgia was defeated.
	And right now, we have 21 that are replaced.
	Four left office.
	They have vacancies right now.
	And Soros was able to get 13 new ones in there.
	And once again, you can see that until we remove these individuals and put them behind bars, They will not stop.

	So this is very, very interesting where they're now swapping the people.
	Raskin's coming in.
	Remember, he said we're going to be using the 14th Amendment against Trump.
	They're preparing and getting ready to try to keep him from getting into office.
	And we could see that Joe Biden and the deep state players, they have tried so much to try to stop Trump, to try to put him in jail.
	And they realized, OK, all that has failed.
	All we have is a couple of things left.
	And then he's in office.
	Yes, we can create the chaos.
	We could try to shut everything down while he's in office.
	But we need to protect ourselves any way we possibly can.
	And Biden now is weighing preemptive pardons for Cheney, Schiff, Fauci and many others.
	Now, once again, when he does a preemptive pardon or even talks about a preemptive pardon, that shows the people's guilt right off the bat.
	Because if you're not guilty of a crime and you haven't done anything wrong, why would you have to be pardoned?
	I mean, I know they're making the argument that Trump is going to do anything, but if you're innocent and we follow the rule of law, why would you need to be pardoned?
	Pardon, you wouldn't.
	Clandestine put this out and said, they failed to put Trump behind bars.
	They failed to assassinate Trump.
	They failed to steal the election.
	They failed to start nuclear war with Russia.
	Now it appears their plan is just to preemptively pardon everyone.
	This is all about covering up treason.
	And then he refers back to Trump's tweet back then in 2018, where he just says treason.
	And that is what they have committed.
	The president of the United States does have the constitutional power to issue a preemptive pardon.
	This means the president can grant the pardon for offenses before any legal proceedings have started against the person receiving the pardon.
	Historically, preemptive pardons have been rare, but not without precedent.
	So the power to pardon is granted by Article 2, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, which allows the president grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in case of impeachment.
	This power has been interpreted to include preemptive actions where no charges have been filed yet, but the pardon is for offenses already committed.
	A preemptive pardon does not erase the fact that a crime might have been committed.
	It simply forgives the legal consequences.
	These pardons are for past actions, not future ones.
	A pardon cannot be issued for crimes that have not been committed.
	The presidential pardon only applies to federal offenses.
	State crimes are beyond the president's pardon power, as explicitly stated in the Constitution.
	Now, the question comes in, what happens if the president cheated in the election And there was fraud that was committed on the American people.
	They cheated in the election.
	They overthrew the US government.
	They overthrew the duly elected president.
	What happens to the pardoning power?
	Actually, what happens to everything that Biden has done?
	Well, if the president's election is later invalidated due to fraud, there's a significant question regarding the legal standing of any actions taken, including pardons.
	The doctrine that fraud vitiates all might apply, suggesting that the act stemming from a fraudulent basis could be considered void.
	So this is going to be very interesting.
	And again, this is territory that we have never entered before.
	So this might have to go to Congress.
	It might have to go to the Supreme Court.
	And this might need to be looked at because I do believe in the end Trump might be producing information and evidence that yes, fraud was committed on the American people.

	One day voting, paper ballots, voter ID. We know the RINOs, the deep state players, they're going to push back on this with everything that they have because remember, without their cheating system, They can't install their people.
	So once again, if it comes down to it, Trump or the people in the DOJ and the FBI and other agencies, once those people are in position, they might have to release and declassify certain information to show exactly what happened and how they cheated in the election.

	So if there's crimes committed in their states, they could be held accountable.
	And it doesn't remove them from international crimes.

	The letter placed her on notice to preserve all documents, communications and evidence related to her false claims.
	And Kash is absolutely right.
	His law firm is absolutely right.

	The New York Times email was sent to all members of the 119th Congress soliciting their response to three questions centered around the modern nuclear error, a presidential authority regarding the nuclear button, the sole responsibility of the commander in chief, regardless of who is in office.
	Representative Self immediately recognized that the New York Times request for a sense of Congress views on this unilateral authority was nothing more than a deep state hit job intended to undermine Trump's authority before he even takes office.

	And we can see the deep state players, they are definitely preparing to do something as we move forward.

	And once again, you could see how desperate and afraid the deep state players are.
	But in the end, just like everything that we've witnessed, everything that we've gone through, remember, when you look back in time, from the time Trump came down the escalator back in 2015, we have seen the deep state attack, attack Trump, attack the people, attack everyone.
