Now the deep state, the corrupt politicians, big tech, fake news, the puppet masters, they have taken the bait and now they're proceeding with the indictment against Trump.
Trump, he needed this to happen.
Think about all the things that he put into place.
Remember, he's the first time president for almost everything.
The first time the president has been impeached twice.
The first time the president was spied on.
The first time the president was indicted.
This is very important moving forward.
Why?
Because when you go after the deep state players, it can't be the first time this ever happened.

This is the first time and Trump is doing it?
See, he needed all of these players to do it to him first.
He needed them to set a very important precedent.
It was very, very important because this way, once they did it to him, they opened Pandora's box and they can't close it.
They believe they have him.

Remember, he has all the leverage.

He's seen all the crimes that they have committed.
But to set them up, to prepare for the arrests, he needed something very, very important.
He needed them to do what they do best.
Come after him.
So he set the bait and he wanted them to come at him hard.
He wanted them to beg for the information.

You gotta keep coming at me.
Bring it all the way up to the Supreme Court.
Show everyone that you're gonna impeach me twice.
Show everyone that you're gonna spy on my campaign.
Show everyone that you're going to indict me.
Keep coming at me because I need you to fight for all of these things.
It can't look easy.
It can't look like, hey, you know what, I give up.
I want to set certain rulings in place so this can be used against them at a later time.
That's exactly what he's doing.
And now these people, they're going to see something very, very different.
This is all going to boomerang on them.
And remember, Trump, he has their crimes.
He knows what they have done here.
And this is why he's continually putting out messages, letting us know that right now he's no longer the voice.
He is now seeking retribution.
He's seeking justice.
He has his war paint on.
He's going hunting.
And he will bring these people to justice.
And he needed the people behind him.
He needed the military behind him.
Without the people, the military wouldn't be behind Trump.
He needed all of it.
Because when you look at both sides and you take a step back, you see Trump, the majority of the people, and the military, and what do you see on the other side?
A few corrupt politicians, those people that are hiding behind the curtain, corporate leaders, certain individuals in Hollywood, and that is it.
So which side do you think has more power?
The side that has the people, that has the military, and all the evidence against the other side.
What does the deep state have?
They have absolutely nothing.
They've been trying for a very long time.
They used every single piece of ammunition to get Trump, and it has failed every single time.
And this indictment is no different.
You're going to see things that you've never seen before.
You're going to see everything start to switch around.
Think about what happened with January 6th.
If you go back in time, a lot of people, when you spoke to them, they thought there was a real insurrection.
Now with the videotapes coming out, people are starting to realize, hey, you know something?
I don't know if this was truly an insurrection.
Look at Jacob Jansley.
He was in prison when the tapes come out.
What happened?
All those indictments, all those charges...
Well, all of a sudden, they're going up in smoke.
Everything just fell apart.
What do you think is going to happen to Trump when the evidence is produced?
Everything that they tried to do is going to fail.
But they are too late.
They already stepped in it.
They stepped in Trump's quicksand.
And they decided to take the bait, go after him.
And now there's no escaping it.
We're going to be talking a lot more about this a little bit later.
But first, let's talk about what they're finding out about Biden.
Because remember, Biden is part of the criminal syndicate.
Biden has committed crimes.
Biden has been money laundering.
America First Legal put this out on Twitter.
He said the following.
The National Archives admits to America First Legal that 1,170 pages of Biden vice presidential records were found at the Penn Biden Center.
They also admit they lack custody of Biden's other misplaced records found in Delaware.
Where are their records?
On March 21st, America First Legal filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the National Archives to obtain all of Joe Biden's misplaced records from his time as vice president during the Obama administration.
Yesterday, we received a response from NARA admitting they have 1,170 pages of Biden's vice presidential records that were found at the Biden-Penn Center.
But those records are currently with special counsel Rob Herr.
NARA admits they found nine boxes of material at Biden's personal attorney's office in Massachusetts.
Nara also says they lack custody of the records found in Biden's Delaware home, which begs the question, where are they?
Do Biden's lawyers have them?
Does the FBI have them?
Where are they?
And you can see as you keep pushing, as you keep pushing forward, you find out the truth.
And this is what's going to happen with the House investigations, with Durham and America First.
As you keep pushing and you start to break this down, you're going to find out a lot of information.
Look, the House already got the bank records right now of Biden.
Now, once they order the tax returns, which I do believe is coming, you're going to see everything start to change course right now.
And all of a sudden you're going to see the fake news.
You're going to see the corrupt politicians.
They're going to panic like we've never seen before.
And I do believe, in the end, Biden is going to become a liability to them, and they're going to have to remove him because of what is coming out.
And yes, they're going to have to make a deal.
They're going to probably make a deal so he could save face, and he's going to be removed.
Does that mean the criminal syndicate completely imploded on itself?
No.
You're just removing someone and That person's exposed.
The crimes are exposed.
Everyone can see it.
Then you move on to the next person, then the next person, then the next person.
And one leads to another, which leads to another.
And the entire thing starts to fall apart.
Just like the censorship with big tech is falling apart.
And now people understand that These same players who are part of the criminal syndicate, they're the ones who are trying to control the population.
They were controlling the population with censorship.
And we've come to find out that the government is involved in a lot of censorship.
Ken Dakota, the great, put this out on Twitter.
He said the following, Attorney General Jeff Landry's opening statement on Missouri versus Biden and the U.S. government censorship industrial complex.
The White House pressured YouTube to reduce watch time of borderline content by 70%.
The FBI boasted a 50% success rate in getting platforms to censor misinformation.
The Election Integrity Partnership bragged that 35% of URLs shared with Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube were either labeled, removed, or softblocked.
As a result of this collaboration between social media companies and the CDC, NIH, NIAID, American Citizen Scientist, We're shadowbanned, censored, silenced, and deplatformed for the valid concerns about lockdowns, masks, COVID vaccines, and more.
So right here, the government was involved in mass censorship.
Now, start to put this together.
When you start to see the crimes that the criminal syndicate have committed with treason, money laundering, election fraud, overthrowing the United States government, pushing a fake pandemic on the people, then forcing people to get an injection where it would hurt them in the end.
All of this is going to fall apart on them in the end.
And there'll be no coming back from it whatsoever.
And you know what else people are starting to realize?
The people are starting to realize that we don't need to be in Ukraine.
I'm not just talking about the people here in the United States.
I'm talking about the people around the world.
They're starting to realize.
And I'm not talking about the government criminal syndicate leaders.
I'm not talking about those people.
They're all in because they're part of the deep state.
They need Ukraine because if Ukraine falls, they fall.
I'm talking about the people around the world.
They're not on board with this Ukraine war.
And actually, think about this moving forward.
If they're not on board with this Ukraine war, do you really think the people around the world are going to be on board with a nuclear war?
No, they're not.
And you can see it out in Austria.
The Austrian parliament members, they walked out when Zelensky began to speak.
Why would they walk out?
Why wouldn't they stay there?
Aren't they all for the war?
No, they're not.
They're not on board.
The world, I'm talking about the people of this world, they're waking up.
They see it.
They know what's going on.
It's the criminal syndicate that keeps pushing it.
So when you hear it in the news and you hear it from the criminal syndicate and you hear it from all the different governments, it's them pushing what they want.
They're not talking for the people.
They're talking for themselves.
And people are waking up.
People are starting to see just like they're seeing what happened with the shooting out in Nashville.
Remember there was a time when Obama started to cry when there was a mass shooting because the victims were shot with guns and we have to get guns away?
Well, this whole story completely fell apart.
I believe the police ran in there.
They weren't supposed to run in there just yet.
But again, these police, they wanted to save the children.
They wanted to save other people in the school.
So they ran in and they shut down the entire event before the FBI and the rest could get everything into place like they do in other places.
And then all of a sudden people started to realize, wait a minute, this wasn't a teenager.
This was a transgender person who had mental problems, who was being seen by a doctor.
And now they're trying to recover from this and it's getting worse and worse.
They don't even care about the children.
They don't even care about the teachers and the adults that were shot.
All they care about is their trans community.
Because why?
Because those are the foot soldiers of the deep state players.
Most of them are Antifa.
Rising Serpent put this out and said, Trans mass shooter kills a bunch of children at Christian school.
Office of the President of the United States.
Our hearts go out to the trans community as they are under attack right now.
So, wait a minute.
So, they're under attack because a transgender shot children.
Shouldn't the White House be saying that we are now with the children, just like Obama back in the day?
What changed?
Well, I think we all know what changed.
And now their narrative is completely falling apart.
And since their narrative is falling apart, they're becoming much more aggressive because they don't like what the entire country is saying now about them.
So now, they are now speaking out, and not in a good way.
They're talking about performing terrorist acts.
Andy Ngo put this out on Twitter.

After the mass shooting at the Nashville Christian School by trans assailant, left trans porn model Tiffany Starr appears to call for more terrorist attacks.
She uses the hashtag trans terrorism, along with an image of game characters showing off an arsenal of deadly weapons.
So, wait a minute.
Where's the FBI? These people are talking about attacks.
These aren't parents who are arguing with the school board.
These people are specifically saying that we're going to attack and here's our weapons.
Come and get us.
Now, what's very interesting is that Saturday's Trans Day of Vengeance direct action in D.C. has been canceled by Antifa co-organizer Our Rights D.C.
The group says they are victims of threats and that this is further evidence of trans genocide.
No, a trans person went in and shot up and killed children that will never be able to graduate high school, never be able to graduate college, never get married, never get married, never have kids, never have grandkids, never to experience life.
But we should worry about these people where there are threats.
Think about what they were going to do.
It was going to be a trans day of vengeance.
That was the name of it.
And they want people to feel sorry for them.
You know what this did?
The people now, they don't feel sorry for them.
The people are looking at these people saying, these people are actually terrorists.
These people, there's a problem with them.
But remember, The deep state players, they need these people.
They need these people because these are the foot soldiers of the deep state players.
They're going to use them later on.
Now that they're very, very angry that the people see them for who they truly are, this is going to get worse.

But first, what's very interesting is we can see that these trans people, they're losing their grip right now.
The corrupt politicians and everyone else because it seems that there are more and more organizations that are now banning transgender women from competing in female categories.
The UK Athletics, they have now banned transgender women from competing.
And this is not going to get better for them.
This is going to get worse because the people of this world are not on their side.
The people now are awake.
The people see the drag shows.
The people see they're trying to normalize pedophilia.
The people see this.
And what's very interesting is that...
A bearded powerlifter, he entered a Canadian women's competition to make a point.
He shattered all records saying, look...
You see how this is unfair?
And what should happen now?
Why don't we just show the world?
Every single person who's in sports, who's a man, just go to the women's sports and show how ridiculous this is.

That will prove the point and people will see it very, very clearly.
Which means, if this is allowed to happen the way the deep state wants it to happen, Women's sports will not exist.

They don't have the upper hand.

A Manhattan grand jury, at the behest of a weaponized prosecutor who received a million dollars from Soros, has indicted a former U.S. president.
This unprecedented attack against Trump is an assault on everything we hold sacred about our republic.
If they can come for him, they can come for you.
Our judicial system has been weaponized by dangerous people hell-bent on remaking our nation into something unrecognizable.
And he's absolutely right.
Paul Sperry put out two tweets and he said the following.
Before a Manhattan grand jury began hearing evidence, D.A. Alvin Bragg's wife, Jamila, Retweeted a report that claimed that her husband has Trump nailed on felonies.
Jamila Bragg has since locked her Twitter account.
House sources say Democratic Representative Daniel Goleman of Manhattan, who prosecuted the first Trump impeachment and has been bragging to reporters about sabotaging GOP investigators of the Bidens, has privately consulted with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg about indicting Trump.
All the players are connected.
They didn't get him with the spying with the Steele dossier.
They didn't get him with impeachment hoax number one.
They didn't get him with impeachment hoax number two.
This is...
They didn't get him with the taxes.
This is all they have left.
And it's the same exact people that have been trying to get him from the very, very beginning.
And what's very interesting is right now, the judge is authorizing the Manhattan DA, Bragg, to make Trump's indictment public so people can see exactly what's going on.
Now, the conservative treehouse...
It explains what we might see happen going down the line.
And here's what you need to know.
Mr.
Bragg and his lawyers will likely attempt to negotiate Mr.
Trump's surrender.
If he agrees, it will raise the prospect of a former president with the Secret Service in tow being photographed and fingerprinted in the bowels of New York State Courthouse.
The prosecution start witness in Michael D. Cohen, Mr.
Trump's We're good to go.
All of the specific charges remain unknown.
Mr.
Bragg's prosecutors have zeroed in on that hush money payment and the false records created by Mr.
Trump's company.
A conviction is not a sure thing.
An attempt to combine a charge relating to the false records with an election violation relating to the payment to Ms.
Daniels would be based on a legal theory that has yet to be evaluated by judges, raising the possibility that a court could throw out or limit the charges.
Now, we're going to be talking a lot more about these charges a little bit later, because what they have on Trump will not work.
And we'll explain why in a bit.
Now, what's very interesting is we can see the same cast of characters, the deep state players, they're all out there clapping their hands and cheering, just like impeachment hoax number one.
Number two, everything that they tried to do to get him has completely failed.
We have James Comey.
Remember, Trump fired James Comey out on Twitter saying, it's been a good day.
We have Andrew Weissman, who's the architect of almost all of it, says, One consequence of the Manhattan criminal case, the Teflon is off.
It no longer is unthinkable and unheard of to hold any person, regardless of prior station in life, to account for their crimes.
For those who thought this day would never come, the Teflon is off Teflon Donald.
Think about what he said here.

Adam Schiff put this out, and he actually put out two tweets.
The indictment of former president is unprecedented.

But so too is the unlawful conduct in which Trump has been engaged.
A nation of laws must behold a rich and powerful accountable even when they hold high office, especially when they do.
To do otherwise is not democracy.
Trump's indictment is an affirmation of the principle that no one is above the law.
McCarthy's threat to interfere with the case of DeSantis' pledge not to extradite Trump would make him a kind of king.
If we are a democracy, no one can violate the law with impunity.
No one.
Now think about all these things, what they're saying.
Nobody's above the law, no matter what office you have, no matter what position you had, nobody's above the law.
So Trump is making them feel strong that they have him exactly where they want him, and they're just regurgitating this over and over and over.
What do you think is going to happen when everything starts to turn around?
They can't say, well, look, I was a former president.
Hey, you can't come in.
They can't do any of this.
They are trapped in their narrative.
And then you have Nancy Pelosi.

The grand jury has acted upon the facts and the law.

This is why our founding father said, no, no, no, no, it's the other way around.
You have to prove that this person committed a crime.
You have to prove that this person's guilty.
You have to show the world, the jury of this person's peers, that they actually did this.
Do you have the proof?
You see, the founding fathers knew because they went through this.
Because during the British rule, it was the opposite way.
You had to prove your innocence.
That's not how it works in this country.
And this shows you everything you need to see.
This is the deep state.
They want to go back to that type of system so they can just put people away.
I mean, think about it.
Think about all the censoring.
I mean, this was run by the same exact people that are saying this, Schiff and the rest, the CDC, the FBI, DHS, you name it.
They're all involved.
This is the system that you are seeing right now.
Now, what's very interesting is that the Washington Post, they realize that this is going to backfire in the end.
And the article, it's an opinion piece, and they put this out and it says, the Trump indictment is a poor test case for prosecuting a former president.
They're worried about the boomerang effect.
They're worried about what is going to happen in the end, because if they're doing this to Trump, all those people that have actually committed crimes, well, Now it's open season.
Pandora's box has been opened.
You can't shut it.
They're screwed.
Now, what's very interesting is that Dawson S. Field explains what's going to happen with this indictment.
And he starts off by saying, so it appears that the Manhattan DA's office has indicted Donald Trump.
So what opportunities does this open up?
Why now?
And why now is important.
DA Alvin Bragg's office has confirmed the indictment in two places.
One is attributed to a spokesperson and the other his office's general counsel.
Is it odd he hasn't personally confirmed it?
Don't know.
But unless he's planning the biggest April Fool joke of all time, it's real.
According to New York Times, the indictments are felony charges for falsifying business records.
They require the court to find that the records were falsified to cover up another crime.
Otherwise, this is just a misdemeanor.
New York doesn't have jurisdiction to decide federal election crimes.
This makes it very interesting, as it's similar to Gore's defense for illegal Chinese fundraising, when he claimed there was no controlling legal authority about those election crimes.
Gore argued that judges had not found a case where his specific circumstances violated the law.
This is very critical in establishing mens rea, the legal state of guilty mind, Knowing what you did violated the law and doing it anyway.
It is very important in a criminal case where you have to prove intent to violate the law.
Anyone think Bragg can prove that Trump knew?
So many Dems think Trump is not very smart.
So that opens the door to the argument that he did not know the law.
Removing intent and guilt, especially when he can rely upon the claim that his lawyer, Michael Cohen, told him it was okay to do this.
Trump tweeted this alibi.
Mr.
Cohen, an attorney, received a monthly retainer not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign from which he entered into through reimbursement and private contract between two parties known as non-disclosure agreement or NDA.
These agreements are very common among celebrities and people of wealth.
In this case, it is full force and effect and will be used in arbitration for damages against Miss Clifford.
The agreement was used to stop the false and extortionist accusations made by her about an affair.
It gets even better as both attorneys involved in this agreement, Cohen and Avenetti, were prosecuted and sentenced to prison for various But that will make it much harder to convince a jury that Cohen is telling the truth about anything.
Cohen pleaded guilty to crimes with a maximum sentence of 75 years.
Cohen was sentenced to three years in the cushiest prison in America but only served one because of COVID. Makes it very easy to argue Cohen pleaded guilty to the election charges to get a deal.
Fortunately for Trump, that election charge is the essential element of every felony charge.
Without the crime, the falsifying record charges are just misdemeanors.
But a New York State prosecutor does not have jurisdiction over federal election laws, which makes this case very weak.
The Federal Election Commission is the body designated by law to handle violations of federal election laws.
So while Cohen pleaded guilty to a violation of law...
That he could have beat at trial.
There was no controlling legal authority within FEC case law on the matter.
In order to get the complaint before the FEC, the complainants had to make the false allegation that rent payments from the campaign to Trump Tower were the payments to Stormy Daniels, officially making it a campaign committee involvement.
Why is this important?
The only evidence that this was for the purpose of influencing a federal election is Cohen signing a guilty plea under advice of his attorneys that he didn't write.
And New York state law has no jurisdiction to decide if a federal election law was broken.
And the FEC failed to find Donald Trump or anyone else had committed this election crime.
Not failed to find proof beyond a reasonable doubt, but failed to find reason to believe that those election crimes occurred.
So it is very unlikely that the DA's novel theory will survive court review when he has no legal jurisdiction of the crime he is alleging happened.
So the false records can't be a felony under current precedent.
Dems argue that some staff investigators thought there were reason to investigate.
In the unlikely event that Bragg gets a ruling to say that the FEC dropping an investigation still means the crime was committed.
That is very bad news for Hillary's campaign.
Why?
Because the DNC and Hillary's campaign has a similar 2-2 dismissal of campaign violation case, but it wasn't $130,000 payment barely connected to the election.
It was for laundering $83 million through a state party offices to the DNC to allow excessive contribution to HFA. It also not based on the testimony of a convicted perjurer.
The FEC had the receipts.
Donor would give to the Hillary Victory Fund.
Dollars would be dispersed to 40 states to hide excessive donations.
nations, then immediately back to DNC and HFA.
Why is this important?
In the unlikely event Bragg secures a court ruling that he can prosecute Trump for an uncharged federal campaign funding violation, what happens?
It sets the precedent that the state DAs in all 40 states, including New York, can charge DNC, Hillary, and her campaign.
It gets worse for Hillary before it gets worse.
What did Cohen bill Trump for it?
Legal services.
What did Hillary pay Fusion GPS and Chris Steele for?
Through her lawyer, Mark Elias and Perkins Coie.
Legal services.
FEC found probable cause.
DNC HFA paid fines to resolve the case.

Unsubstantiated reports claim that DOJ is very upset that Bragg brought this weak case and that its dismissal or Trump's acquittal will sabotage other cases against Trump.
The GOP swamp seems very upset that Bragg is indicting Trump, but this may be more about timing.
This case will almost certainly fall apart before the 2024 election.
It will also occur in a courtroom where evidence, not fake news, rules.
which means any swampy efforts to engineer big news and allegations against Trump during the primary season early 2024 are going to much more to be much more difficult.
It's like how the timing of the first impeachment prevents Hillary's friend from using her dossier against Biden.

And I do believe what he's doing right now is he's leading the rhinos, the people that are pushing him down this path, because in the end, The people are going to be looking at this saying, okay, the country's with Trump.
The people are with Trump.

And I'm wondering if DeSantis, and we're starting to see many other people, start to side with Trump right now, is this going to leave those individuals, the rhinos, all the other people that hate Trump, are they just going to leave them hanging right now?
